The topology of protein folds can be specified by the inter-residue contact-maps and accurate contact-map prediction can help ab initio structure folding. We developed TripletRes to deduce protein contact-maps from discretized distance profiles by end-to-end training of deep residual neural-networks. Compared to previous approaches, the major advantage of TripletRes is in its ability to learn and directly fuse a triplet of coevolutionary matrices extracted from the whole-genome and metagenome databases and therefore minimize the information loss during the course of contact model training. Résumé :
Life has changed in this era of technology. With technology, information can be searched easily and quickly, starting from the difficulty of finding information. Besides, people can easily store information in software or on the Internet. But you don't want this information to get out to anyone who doesn't want it. Therefore, data security is needed, which is applied using the science of cryptography, which uses material from number theory. This research will look at various cryptographic algorithms and processes for encrypting and decrypting data. This study uses library research or (library

Among the countless research possibilities in the field of Information Science (IS), the historical-conceptual approach is relevant when we observe intents of systematization and theoretical deepening of this analytical sphere with markedly epistemological concerns. Taking into consideration this research universe, it was observed that the concept document has a privileged position in the “protective belt” of the “scientific research program” of Imre Lakatos adapted to IS by Miguel Rendón Rojas. However, it was seen repeatedly that the document was approached inaccurately in the field of IS, m

An approach to the grounded theory method specifically created for the purpose of performing a literature review is applied to 70 articles and conference proceedings found in the databases LISA and LISTA. Through the coding of the literature five categories that conceptually order the subject of open access emerged; Open Access, Authors, Scholarly Communication, Libraries and Librarians, and Developing and Transitional Countries. AbstractThis paper is about automatic recognition of entities that funded a research work in economics as being expressed in a publication. While many works apply rules and/or regular expressions to candidate sections within the text, we follow a question answering (QA) based approach to identify those passages that are most likely to inform us about funding. With regard to a digital library scenario, we are dealing with three more challenges: confirming that our approach at least outperforms manual indexing, disambiguation of funding organizations by linking their names to authority data, and

Abstract This paper discusses an approach, which combines theoretical consideration and object oriented thoughts in order to make gear computing extentable. A generalized calculus is investigated, which has no loss of geometrical information. Calculating the fundamental forms of the conjugated surface, the enveloped surface will have the same properties as the tool surface. By using object oriented programming in a gear specific way, it is shown, that all programms for gear and tool design may have the same structure, and are based on the same virtual methods and classes.
