In relation to entrance of Czech Republic to the European union and with wo-revolving harmonization of our law order with EU direction, happen to classification of composting meaning. In presents act there are two circle of problems. Resumen
Viticulture, as a large part of the agriculture sector of the South Moravian Region, represents significant erosion-prone land use in which soils face various agronomic issues, such as poor organic carbon levels, erosion, and fertility loss. Service crops providing a so-called ecosystem service can reduce erosion and runoff, regulate pests and weeds and increase soil organic matter and fertility. However, these crops may generate some disservices, such as water and nutrient competition; and thus, it is important for winegrowers to find applicable options for service crops depending on local soil, climate conditions, and the expected service. Inter-row management in the South Moravian Region varies from bare soils to grass cover to different types of cover with herbaceous (flowering) species. A total of 113 vineyard sites were evaluated during the years 2016 and 2017. This study presents the actual state of inter-row management in vineyards and comparison within six wine-growing regions. A two-year evaluation shows significant differences in prevalent greening management between regions. Bare soil in vineyards, the most erosion-prone vineyard floor management, appear from 10% (e.g., Bzenec, Valtice) to 19% (e.g., Mikulov, V. Bílovice) of vineyard area within evaluated regions. Bare soil management is mostly used in new plantations to reduce water and nutrient competition; however, the erosion and the runoff rates are generally higher on this variant compared to other types of cover crop management, especially on slopes. Although, alternate greening is the most used type occurring from 50% to 74% of vineyards area in five of the six selected regions, the type of inter-row vegetation differs considerably. While in Bzenec and Mikulov there is a higher appearance of herbaceous cover with native species in later succession stages, in Velké Bílovice and Valtice grass cover and commercial plant mixtures are more frequent. Knowledge current stage can be useful for planning new plantation or anti-erosion measures.

Resumen
Beethoven’s music has frequently appeared in ballet productions in the 20th and early 21st centuries. However, his only full-scale ballet, Die Geschöpfe des Prometheus (1801), remains outside of the theatrical mainstream. Meanwhile, this work was important for both of its creators: the great choreographer Salvatore Viganò and Beethoven. The ‘Promethean’ line in Beethoven’s and Viganò’s legacy continued after the ballet’s premiere in 1801. A number of Beethoven’s works from 1801–1804 are united by the so-called ‘Promethean theme’ (the quotation or reminiscence from the final counterdance of the ballet). Viganò, not satisfied with the Vienna production of Prometheus of 1801, staged an expanded version of the ballet in Milan in 1813. In that performance, it became possible to accentuate the moments covert in the Vienna version: the striking analogies between the images of Prometheus and Christ. Being a good musician, Vigano used fragments of Beethoven’s other new works, besides Prometheus, in his ballets in Milan. Their artistic quests ran parallel to each other, although Beethoven never turned to the genre of the ballet afterwards. The magnificent orchestral score of Die Geschöpfe des Prometheus has taken on a life of its own. The ballet in its 1801 version was rarely staged during the 19th and the 20th centuries. However, there has been a revival of interest in it in the 21st century. In recent years, a number of stage incarnations of Beethoven’s ballet have appeared, in which the plot has undergone various transformations. Francesca Harper proposed a reading of the work by means of contemporary dance (2005, New York). At the same time, Helena Kazarova staged Die Geschöpfe des Prometheus in an authentic manner in 2016 (Czech Republic, Valtice Castle Theater). Another solution – a very ascetic and symbolist one – was proposed by Attila Egerhazy, who staged the ballet in 2017 by means of the Dance Center of the Prague Conservatory. Finally, in 2021 in Bologna, choreographer Monica Miniucchi created a performance based on Die Geschöpfe des Prometheus bearing very little resemblance to a traditional ballet, performed mainly by means of pantomime. All these endeavors show that Beethoven’s sole ballet is by no means a museum legacy of the past. It has the ability of becoming an organic part of contemporary musical theater.

Resumen
The main goal of this paper is to examine impacts of the covid-19 pandemic on the attendance of selected UNESCO monuments in the Czech Republic. This is the first step of a more extensive research focused on methodological recommendations of the effects the covid-19 pandemic on tourism. The authors present a study focused on the number of visitors to selected monuments in comparison between 2019 and 2021. The mechanism of protection, popularization and development of UNESCO cultural heritage in the Czech Republic is investigated. The features of formation and improvement of management mechanisms in this area of socio-cultural relations are clarified. The procedure for including candidate sites in the World Heritage list has been investigated. The main UNESCO conventions in the field of culture are considered and attention is drawn to their key provisions. The main problems in the legislative regulation of the preservation and management of cultural and natural heritage in the Czech Republic are analyzed. It is established that cooperation with UNESCO significantly affects the foreign policy of the world's countries. At the end is possible to find a set of three areas of recommendations, which will be examined in more detail in the next stages. The results confirmed that the most visited UNESCO monuments heritage after the covid-19 pandemic: Prague (734 thousand people); Spa triangle: Františkovy Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Mariánské Lázně (559 thousand people); Lednice-Valtice area (311 thousand people) and Kroměříž (162 thousand people). Their attractiveness is due to the high level of nature protection, the conservation status of the heritage fund and their historical value.
