Resumen
Objective: To understand the mental health status and social support status of the elderly population in rural areas after 5.12 earthquake disaster and its influence on mental health status. Methods: 195 rural elderly in Pengzhou mountainous areas (Longmen mountain town, Ci feng town, Xiao yudong town, Tongji town, Bailu town, Xinxing town) 6 towns were investigated by random questionnaire, self-made demographic scale, Symptom self-rating Scale (SCL-90) and Social Support scale. Results: (1) The social support status of the rural elderly was good, but the mental health levels were significantly lower than the national norm (p<0.001), and the prevalence of psychological symptoms was 6.16% (12/195). (2) The total score of social support and scores of subjective support were negatively correlated with the depression factors of mental health (r subjective support = -0.167 p<0.05, r social support total mark = -0.168 p<0.05), and the subjective support had a predictive effect on depression (β=-0.086, p<0.05). Conclusion: Although the detection rate of mental health of rural elderly in the five years after the earthquake is not high, the score of all dimensions of scl-90 is significantly lower than the norm, and the good social support will alleviate mental health problems.

Resumen
Many social problems have been highlighted by COVID-19. The perinatal mental health of pregnant women is closely related to the newborn's health and the stability and harmony of family. However, there are few studies on postpartum depression in China. In this study, single-factor analysis and multivariate logistics regression analysis will be used to explore the high-risk factors of postpartum depression in COVID-19.From October 2020 to February 2021, the basic information of 388 puerperas from two cities in central and Northwest China, Xinxiang and Xi'an, were collected, including occupation, age, education, religious belief, nationality, partner companion time during pregnancy, major life-influenced events in the past six months, cognition of COVID-19, and gender and health of the newborn. Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale (EPDS) was used for psychological evaluation. SPSS 13.0 was used for univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis. According to the Edinburgh Depression Scale, 45 cases were classified into the depression group (score 13), and 343 cases were classified into the normal group (score < 13).The statistical results of general and clinical data showed that there was no significant correlation between occupation, nationality, weekly accompanying time, or age and postpartum depression (P > 0.05). In logistic multivariate regression analysis, the risk of postpartum depression in pregnant women with neonatal diseases was about 2.23 times higher than that of healthy pregnant women (OR = 2.233). When pregnant women believed that COVID-19 had a negative impact on the health of their newborns, their risk of postpartum depression was 3.31 times higher than that of perinatal women who did not(OR=3.314). This study explored the risk factors of postpartum depression in COVID-19, hoping to provide a method for prevention and treatment.

Resumen
Abstract Interleukin 2 is a key molecule that promotes the expansion and activation of lymphocytes, including T regulatory cells (Tregs) and natural killer (NK) cells. Tregs are specialized subpopulation of T cells that suppress the immune response by inhibiting T cell proliferation and cytokine production. NK cells are the predominant innate immune subset that mediates anti-tumor and anti-viral responses. Both Tregs and NK cells are two critical immune cells that play an important role in cancer immunotherapy, however, there is a lack of models that supports the in vivo status of these two immune subsets. To address this, we developed a severe immunodeficient mouse model, NOD/ShiLtJGpt-Prkdcem26Cd52Il2rgem26Cd22/Gpt (NCG-hIL2), by knocking in the human IL-2 gene on the NCG background. The ability of this model to support Treg and NK cells was then compared to NCG and tested with the reconstitution of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and human hematopoietic stem cells (HSC). In the PBMC engrafted mice, the presence of IL-2 supported the development of T cells, especially the Tregs, with 53.74% in Tregs in NCG-IL2 compared to 4.81% in NCG mice (test at 2 weeks of reconstruction). Similarly, the NK cells are also supported with those cohort engrafted with human HSC (91.63% in NK cells in NCG-IL2 compared to 0.53% in NCG mice, test at 10 weeks of reconstruction). Notably, reconstituted NK cells expressed various NK receptors such as NKp30, NKp44, NKp46, NKG2D, and CD94 in NCG-IL2 mice. They produced comparable levels of granzyme when compared with human peripheral blood-derived NK cells, and a considerable amount of perforin protein was detected in the plasma of huHSC-NCG-hIL2 mice. In conclusion, compared with NCG mice, humanized NCG-hIL2 mice can reconstruct more abundant immune cells and have a wider application in anti-tumor research. It is an ideal model for the preclinical study of anti-tumor therapeutics. Resumen
Abstract Background: In preparation for adjuvant breast radiation therapy (RT), several small but permanent skin tattoo marks are often placed to assist with surface alignment for treatment setup and delivery. With advancements in surface-guided technologies, it may be possible to achieve setup accuracy with a “tattoo-less” approach, which can improve cosmetic and quality of life outcomes. This study evaluates the feasibility, accuracy, and potential dosimetric implications of a tattoo-less setup technique. Method: A retrospective analysis of 10 patients diagnosed with right-sided breast cancer who received adjuvant whole breast RT using a tattoo-less approach were included in this study. All patients received an initial whole breast dose of 42.56 Gray (Gy) in 16 daily fractions using a tangential three-dimensional conformal planning technique. This was followed by a 10Gy boost to the lumpectomy site delivered in 4 daily fractions. Daily setup for whole breast treatment was performed by aligning each patient to their individual reference breast surface generated from the planning computed tomography (CT) images via the Vision RT system. Bony landmarks were then verified via daily kV imaging, and translational shifts were recorded for each fraction. The kV imaging was performed to confirm the treatment positioning since the tattoo-less approach was new to the department. For 5 patients, dosimetric differences between initial surface alignment and shifts performed based on bony landmarks were evaluated by recalculating the original clinical plan with a new isocenter position using kV image shifts for each of their 16 treatment fractions. A plan sum of the 16 recalculated plans for each patient was used in further dosimetric analysis. Boost fractions were not included in this study, as setup was verified using surgical clips instead of bony anatomy. Results: Translational shifts for 158 fractions were reviewed as no kV imaging was performed for the other 2 fractions. The mean absolute kV imaging shift was 0.29 cm (CI (95%): 0.25, 0.32; range: 0 to 1.25) in the vertical axis, 0.28 cm (0.23, 0.32; 0 to 1.27) in the longitudinal axis, and 0.24 cm (0.20, 0.28; 0 to 1.98) in the lateral axis. Clinical plans for 5 patients were evaluated with a mean absolute kV shift of 0.27 cm (range: 0.15 to 0.39) in the vertical, 0.32 cm (0.13 to 0.77) in the longitudinal, and 0.29 cm (0.18 to 0.38) in the lateral directions. Dosimetric analysis revealed a slight increase in mean heart dose from the original clinical plan, with an average difference of 4.12 cGy (range: 0.7 to 10.5 cGy). The maximum increase in V20Gy of the ipsilateral lung was 2.7%. Less than 1% of change was observed in the maximum plan dose, as well as in the V95% coverage, expect for one patient, whose V95% was decreased from 99.6% to 94.6%. This difference was caused by a large longitudinal shift which could be attributed to possible patient movement. Conclusions: These findings demonstrate the feasibility and accuracy of a tattoo-less treatment approach in a small cohort of breast cancer patients receiving whole breast RT. Further investigation with larger cohorts is warranted.
