Resumen
The article is devoted to the newspaper «Priishimye», published in 1913–1919 in the city of Petropavlovsk, Akmola region (the territory of Kazakhstan now). It was in this newspaper that the first publication of Vsevolod Ivanov took place (the poem “Winter”, 1915). In 1915– 1916, the newspaper published stories by Vsevolod Ivanov, Anton Sorokin, Kondraty Tupikov and other Siberian writers. The editor of the newspaper since 1914 was Leonid Stepanovich Ushakov (1886 – after 1957). There are published three of his letters to Kondrati Nikiforovich Urmanov (real family Tupikov; 1894–1976), stored in the City Center for the History of the Novosibirsk Book named after N. P. Litvinov (Novosibirsk). The letters were written and sent to the writer in 1957. After the 1920s – early 1930s, Ushakov was not associated with the world of literature; he worked in the system of the State Planning Committee of the USSR and dealt with issues of economy and national economy. The letters to Urmanov contain valuable information about the literary life of Siberia at the beginning of the 20 th century, as well as about the biography and personality of L. S. Ushakov.

Resumen
The relations between tsar Alexis and patriarch Nikon between 1652–1658 can be seen as the realization of the Byzantine idea of symphony, but there was a sharp break from 1658 on which finally led to the deposition of Nikon. It means that by the time Fedor Griboedov set out to write his work in the 1660s, the symphony between the tsar and the patriarch had already been over. The ideological struggle between the tsar and the patriarch exerted a great influence on the chronicle which must be interpreted in the context of this conflict. Griboedov’s chronicle completely abandoned the idea of symphony apparent in the Book of Degrees, though its structure closely resembled the latter and it quoted extensively from the Book of Degrees. The icon called The Planting of the Tree of the Muscovite State painted by Ushakov was a visual representation of the symphony existing only during Moscow’s historical past, and it also connected the salvation of Russia to the piety of the tsar and his family.

Resumen
We carried out an analysis of calm (comfortable, non-aggressive) behavior of the Baikal seal (Pusa sibirica) based on the study of video materials shot with a stationary camera for several seasons on one of the main coastal rookeries (Dolgiy Island, Ushkan Islands, Lake Baikal). An ethogram of calm behavior, including 16 main patterns, was compiled for this species for the fi rst time. We provide descriptions and examples of the main behavioral patterns, as well as some quantitative estimates of their application. The Baikal seal behavior is compared with behavior of other seals (mainly of the Phocidae family). Peaceful coexistence on rookeries takes up a signifi cant part of the Baikal seal’s daily time budget, and the need for proper rest is one of the main motivations for the formation of coastal rookeries.

Resumen
The article is intended to familiarize linguists with the insights and practices of Russian psychology related to the issues of meaning and language. Psychology has not yet become a fundamental science integrating general theoretical knowledge [Wilber 2016]; it represents rather disparate fields of study (personality psychology, social psychology, neuropsychology, consulting psychology, psychotherapy, psychological group training, developmental psychology, organizational psychology, psychology of art, family psychology, sports psychology, etc.) and rather heterogeneous schools, differing in methods and reasoning (psychoanalysis, behaviorism, gestalt psychology, cognitive psychology, activity theory, humanistic and transpersonal psychology, etc.). Psycholinguists (e.g., A.A. Leontiev, I.A. Zimnya, E.F. Tarasov, T.N. Ushakova) studies, above all, generation of a speech statement and communication problems, whereas the works in the field of psychosemantics are focused on studying consciousness and the unconscious, as well as contents of social mentality. The emphasis of this article is primarily placed on the psychosemantic approach in psychology.

Resumen
The rove beetles (Coleoptera: Staphylinidae) are one of the most diverse families of beetles comprising more than 63650 species worldwide (Irmler et al. 2018). It is the best studied coleopteran family in Georgia (Herman, 2001; Schülke & Smetana, 2015), with more than 750 species recorded (Tarkhnishvili & Chaladze, 2019). The first records of Staphylinidae from Lagodekhi were reported by Zhizhilashvili (1941), who recorded 12 species of rove beetles from the reserve: Anotylus hybridus Eppelsheim, 1878 as Oxytelus; Anotylus gibbulus Eppelsheim, 1878 as Oxytelus; Xantholinus variabilis Hochhuth, 1851; Cordalia obscura Gravenhorst; Philonthus parvicornis Gravenhorst, 1802 as P. agilis Gravenhorst; Stenus circularis Gravenhorst, 1802 as S. clavulus Hochhuth; S. cribratus Kiesenwetter, 1850; Tachyporus hypnorum (Fabricius, 1775); Ocypus nitens (Schrank, 1781) as Staphylinus similis Fabricius; Quedius minor Hochhuth, 1849 as Q. distincticolor Roubal; Aleochara intricata Mannerheim; Olophrum caucasicum Fauvel, 1875. The record of Medon bicolor (Olivier, 1795) (as Sunius) in the same paper is erroneous because the species is absent from Georgia. Coiffait (1969) described Quedius grouziacus as a new species from Lagodekhi, however the species was later synonymized with Q. suramensis Epelsheim, 1880 by Solodovnikov (2002). Ushakov (1988) recorded Gauropterus sanguinipes Reitter, 1889, Gyrohypnus angustatus Stephens,1832 and Atrecus affinis (Paykull, 1789) as Baptolinus affinis caucasius Roubal, 1933. Gusarov and Koval (2002) registered Korgella caucasica (Gusarov & Koval, 2002; Özdikmen, 2005), as Heinzia. Later Shavrin & Khachikov (2019) added Acrolocha amabilis (Heer, 1841) which was new to the staphylinid fauna of Georgia. There have been no other focused studies on the Staphylinidae of Lagodekhi Protected Areas (LPA), though we recognize that there are likely further records in the literature.

Resumen
The article is dedicated to a review of the works by Hryhoriy Skovoroda published in Ukraine over the past two decades. Interdisciplinary studies that employ literary criticism and book publishing methodology have been applied to systematize the editions that were released between 2000 and 2022. A significant contribution to the publishing of Skovoroda’s legacy is The Complete Academic Edition of Hryhoriy Skovoroda’s Works edited by Professor Leonid Ushkalov (2010). In the focus of the study are also important editions of the previous years, such as the first complete translation of the author’s works into Ukrainian literary language and its subsequent new editions. In terms of the range of the assortment, the following editions should be noted: Hryhoriy Skovoroda. Selected Works (Terra Incognita, 2017), Literary Works and Our Life – A Journey (Apriori), SkorovoroDAR. Life, Creativity, Legacy (Shkola Publishing House). A significant share of the editions published are texts by Skovoroda that are studied in schools, i.e. pupils are reading them in translations into modern Ukrainian language or as adapted texts for children of different age groups. Such editions can be found in the repertoire of such publishing houses as Shkola, Apriori, Family Leisure Club, Ranok, Vivat, Chas Maistriv and others. Contemporary editions tend to have quality visual presentation, graphic story and modern illustrations. Skovoroda’s texts have also received unique illustrative accompaniment done by Agrafka Art Studio, Anna Sezon, renowned artist Oleksandr Roitburd, Marysia Rudska and others for the format of collector’s or gift editions. The research also covers the Russian-language editions of Skovoroda’s works published in Ukraine as well as musical and facsimile editions. A review of the editions allows for tracing specific trends in the publications of Skovoroda’s texts and the issues of preparing them for publication. The article is accompanied by a bibliography of editions of Skovoroda’s works that have been selected for analysis.

Resumen
Patrick Gordon entered the history of Eastern Europe as a companion of Peter I, commander of the Chyhyryn campaign of 1678, one of many foreign officers who formed regiments of foreign troops in the Muscovite state. Patrick Gordon came from a wealthy family in Aberdeen County, Scotland. Patrick’s childhood took place during the Civil War in England 1642–1651, so at the age of 16, Gordon’s parents sent Patrick to study at the Jesuit college in Braunsberg (now the city of Braniewo, Poland). Later, Patrick Gordon began his military career in the Swedish and then in the Polish armies and distinguished himself in important battles of the Northern War of 1655–1660. After the end of the hostilities, he received an offer from the Moscow envoy Vasyl Leontiev to serve in the Moscow army. Patrick Gordon agreed and, starting in 1661, served in Muscovy. The period of the 70s – 80s of the 17th century. in the life of Patrick Gordon is closely connected with the Ukrainian lands and the city of Kyiv. Patrick Gordon’s Ukrainian period is poorly researched, and most of the records representing the Scotsman’s stay in Ukrainian lands in 1667–1677 and 1678–1684 have been lost. The main source in the study of the biography of Patrick Gordon and the history of Eastern Europe is the unique diaries written by him. Volume 1 (1635–1659), Volume 2 (1659–1667), Volume 3 (1677–1678), Volume 4 (1684–1689), Volume 5 (1690–1695) have been preserved and published, Volume 6 (1695–1698). The diaries cover his entire life, from childhood to the beginning of 1699, a few months before his death. Volume 4 (1684–1689) testifies to Patrick Gordon’s stay in Kyiv. This scientific article aims to investigate and reveal Patrick Gordon’s stay in Kyiv during 1678–1684, his role in the construction of new defensive fortifications in the city based on the materials of the preserved diaries. As an engineer, P. Gordon organized the construction of a system of ramparts around Pechersk, Upper Town and Podil. At the end of the long work, in 1695, Colonel Ivan Ushakov compiled a map of the renewed Kyiv fortifications, the main role in the construction of which was played by Patrick Gordon. The article highlights the main districts of Kyiv at that time, explores the social topography and stratification of the city, highlights important events in the life of Patrick Gordon, presents events from the history of the Kyiv Metropolis and its annexation by the Moscow Patriarchate. The article is based on the materials of diaries that were published by historians during the 19th – 21st centuries.

Resumen
Background and Objective. Committed to enhancing healthy living, learning, and working conditions, a health-promoting school is a potent influencer of behaviors and habits, reaching families and communities effectively. In the Western Pacific region, the Urbani School Health Kit (USHK) is one of the tools developed to integrate health promotion in schools; however, it needs to be updated to adapt to the evolving health challenges of lifestyle-related diseases. Hence, this study aimed to conduct a pilot training and evaluation of the updated USHK among school teachers in Manila. Methods. The USHK was updated with new materials on (1) health-enhancing physical activity; (2) healthynutrition; and (3) family and community engagement. A two-day training-workshop with 30 school teachers wasthen conducted to facilitate the integration of the updated USHK in their class activities. We used a multi method evaluation design to assess the implementation of the USHK. Particularly, quantitative data were obtained from the participants’ feedback on the toolkit and their knowledge of health-related practices. One month later, field visits were conducted to assess the participants’ abilities in utilizing the toolkit into their classes or school activities. Qualitative interviews and classroom observations were also collected post-implementation to determine potential facilitators and barriers to program delivery, and suggestions for improvement. Descriptive statistics were used to summarize participant feedback, whileWilcoxon signed rank test was utilized to determine changes in participant knowledge pre- and post-training.Qualitative data were synthesized through content analysis. Results. Participants provided high satisfaction ratings for the training they received, as well as high scores forthe updated USHK, in terms of its appropriateness and acceptability. Significant improvements in participants’overall health promotion knowledge were also noted (Z = -4.456, p <0.001), particularly involving the domainsof nutrition (Z = -2.972, p = 0.003), physical activity (Z = -3.564, p <0.001), and family/community engagement(Z = -2.531, p = 0.011). Meanwhile, participants also suggested further improvements in the toolkit to enhance its utilization in the local context. Administrative support was a crucial facilitator for implementing the USHK, while resource limitations were identified as significant barriers. Conclusion. The updated USHK, which provides a more comprehensive health promotion approach for schools,is potentially feasible for implementation in educational institutions in Manila. The toolkit can be utilized by teachers and school nurses to integrate health promotion activities into the school environment and classroom activities. To facilitate its wider uptake and implementation in other schools, government support and resource availability are crucial.

Resumen
The article is devoted to the analysis of the psychological features of emotional intelligence development of the person of early youth. The results of empirical research and the program of emotional intelligence development of high school students are presented. The purpose of the research is to theoretically substantiate, empirically investigate and propose a psychological and pedagogical program for the development of emotional intelligence of early adolescents. The objectives of the study are to conduct a theoretical analysis of the problem of emotional intelligence of the individual; empirically investigate the psychological features of the development of emotional intelligence of high school students; develop, implement and determine the effectiveness of a psychological program for the development of emotional intelligence in early adolescence. The research methods that have been used are: “Diagnosis of the level of emotional intelligence” K. Hall test; “Diagnosis of the level of empathy” I.M. Yusupov; “EPI Personal Questionnaire” by G. Eisenko; “Test-questionnaire to determine self-identity” V.V. Stolin, S.R Pantileev; “Study of socio-psychological adaptation of K. Rogers-R. Diamond”; questionnaire “Scale of family adaptation and cohesion” by D. Olson, J. Portner, I. Lavi (adapted by M. Perre). It has been found that most of the high school students studied have a low level of development of emotional intelligence and its components. They can be described as having a low level of awareness, low self-esteem and poor self-emotions. They are quite emotionally vulnerable to external influences, too concerned about various life circumstances; it is not easy for them to withstand the pressure of others, it is difficult to make important decisions, adhere to the plan to achieve the goal. Based on the results of the observational experiment, a program for the development of emotional intelligence in early adolescence was developed and implemented. Its effectiveness is confirmed by the positive dynamics of both general indicators of levels of emotional intelligence in high school students and its individual components: emotional awareness, self-control of emotional manifestations, empathy, development of self-awareness and self-motivation.
