Resumen
The emergence of the idea of character education programs in Indonesia is understandable. This is because so far the community has judged that the education process has not succeeded in nurturing Indonesians. For this reason, it is necessary to strengthen the values of national character education, combining Islamic religious values with an archipelago perspective, or commonly called character education based on Nusantara Islam. The Nusantara Islamic philosophy is considered very suitable for character education for the Indonesian nation. This paper uses a qualitative research approach using library research methods. Using the library method to collect data, namely collecting data in the form of text that supports this research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Nusanatara Islam is an Islam based on cultural infrastructure. Then the concept of character education based on Islam Nusantara is pesantren, madrasa, Integrated Islamic school, university and tradition or culture. Islam Nusantara has many character education values, including obedience, independence, simplicity, togetherness, the spirit of gotong royong, compassion, equality, deliberation, moderation (tawasut}) and tolerance (tasamuh).

Resumen
In North America The Salajiqoh dynasty originates from the Salajiqoh dynasty, also known as the Salajiqoh dynasty, is one of the dynasties that played an important role in the history of the Middle East and Central Asia in the Middle Ages. The Salajiqoh dynasty was founded by a group of Turkic peoples led by Tughril Beg in the early 11th century. In the Salajiqoh dynasty there were systemic devices that formed an integral unit and wholeness in a system of state government. This research includes the type of library research or library research. Literature research is a type of research based on the analysis and interpretation of data taken from written sources, such as books, journal articles, reports, papers, and other sources available in written form. The Salajiqoh dynasty was the first Turkish Islamic empire to rule the Islamic world. The power he held was so broad that it covered Central Asia and the Middle East – stretching from Anatolia to Punjab in southern Asia. The Great Salajiqoh Empire, which began to take power in the 11th to 14th centuries, was founded by the Turkic Oghuz tribe who embraced Islam. These devices constitute and form an integral unit and integrity in a system of state government including viziers, qadi, tax officials, close friends, intelligence, military. Science began to develop and progress during the reign of Maliksyah and his prime minister, Nizam al-Mulk. It was Nizam al-Mulk who initiated the establishment of the Nizamiyah (1065 AD) Madrasa (University) and the Hanafiyah Madrasa in Baghdad.

Resumen
The education system in India itself is very advanced, where the first university in the world was in India with 1000 lecturers in the 6th and 7th centuries, and India itself has a library that is open 24 hours a day, which is very different for Indonesia. So you can study or read anytime in the library. For the learning process, there are also many classes outside the natural class. In fact, Islamic education in India, such as Madrasahs, developed by collaborating the Madrasah curriculum with the modern curriculum, so that many students study there. It is recorded that Muslim students do not study, but the majority of Hindu students study in madrasas. Even though it is called a madrasa, the local community considers it a good public school. Like the Orgram Madrasa, which is 125 km north of the state capital, Kolkata says its modern curriculum has made the institution increasingly popular among the majority Hindu community. “Most people think madrasas are places where students are only taught religion and have nothing to do with modern education. Teachers there say they have worked for years to change their minds. In India it is different from in Indonesia when children come out. .school / study at school .In India, the teacher does not go home immediately when the teacher comes home. However, the student's parents invite the teacher to stay/visit the student's parents. Providing additional lessons at students' homes. Teachers' families are well served by teachers who receive lessons by calling the teacher's home for additional lessons.

Resumen
A review of: Madarash-Hill, Cherie and J.B. Hill. “Electronically Enriched Enhancements in Catalog Records: A Use Study of Books Described on Records With URL Enhancements Versus Those Without.” Technical Services Quarterly 23.2 (2005): 19-31. Abstract Objective – To compare the use of books described by catalogue records that are enhanced with URL links to such information as dust jackets, tables of contents, sample text, and publishers’ descriptions, with the use of books described by records that are not enhanced with such links. Design – Use study. Setting – Academic library (Southeastern Louisiana University, Sims Memorial Library). Subjects – 180 records with enhancements and 180 records (different titles) without enhancements. Methods – The study identified the sample of unenhanced records by conducting searches of the broad subject terms “History”, “United States”, “Education”, and “Social” and limiting the searches to books. The enhanced sample was derived in the same manner, but with additional search limiters to identify only those records that had URL enhancements. An equal sample of enhanced and unenhanced records (50 or 30 of each) was tracked for each of four search terms. Only records for books that could be checked out were included, as use statistics were based on whether or not a book was borrowed. While half of the enhanced records had full-text elements (such as descriptions) that were indexed and thus searchable, the rate of use for these records was not tracked separately from the enhanced records that only had URL enhancements. Main results – Books described on records with URL enhancements for publisher descriptions, tables of contents, book reviews, or sample text had higher use than those without URL enhancements. Only 7% of titles with URLs, compared with 21% of those without, had not been borrowed. 74.67% of titles with URLs had been checked out one or two times, compared with 69.5% of those without URLs. The number of titles with enhanced records that had 3 or more checkouts was almost double the rate of unenhanced titles (18% to 9.5%). Conclusion – The authors conclude that catalogue records that have electronic links to book reviews, cover jackets, tables of contents, or publisher descriptions can lead to higher use of books, particularly if textual enhancements such as descriptions are also searchable.

Resumen
The present study explores the patenting activities of the faculty staff of the top 20 Indian academic and engineering institutes during 2011-2020 by excavating the Indian patent office database. Of the total 963 granted patents, the highest patents were published in 2016, and the academician of IIT Madras invented 167 patents followed by IIT Mumbai with 156 patents during this period. Most of the innovation takes place in the macro-field like chemical engineering, and micro-fields like nano-technology, nano-materials, and nano-complex. Collaboration with inventors of the same academic institution is found as the best choice of the inventors, only a meagre portion of patents was published in collaboration with of industries and organisations around the globe. The tag ‘highest number of patents inventor’ goes to Padma Shri Prof. Thalappil Pradeep of IIT Madras who has contributed 19 Indian patents in the last 10 years.

Resumen
The paper is devoted to the development of a university library strategy in the period of digitalization of all spheres of social activity. There are analyzed theoretical approaches and practical methods for developing strategic planning in library activities. The paper defines the need for strategic management as a factor in the effectiveness of a university library. There are considered the directions of the library strategic development, which depend on the vector of development of the university, its educational and research activities. The strategic planning is presented as a process of modeling the future activities of the library. It includes the library’s mission formulation, its objectives, tasks and events to achieve the goals, as well as its key performance indicators. The article sees the development strategy as an element of the management process aimed at creating and maintaining a strategic balance between the goals of the library and the university, its potential and likely development prospects. The article shows the advantages of SWOT analysis as a unique tool for designing a library development strategy. There are presented five stages of developing the Strategy for the Scientific Library of the Siberian Federal University. The authors note that the library has a good potential to develop the digitalization process: there is a digitization center, good technical equipment, its own software products, an extensive repertoire of world resources, a wide range of online services, etc. However, there are also weak points that hinder the library development: the obsolescence of the computer equipment, the lack of modern ergonomic space for individual and group work of students, the irregular acquisition of printed publications, the instability of funding, etc. All this can complicate the library development in the context of the digital economy development and lead to a decline in the prestige of the library. The library’s development strategy is aimed at eliminating these problems. It presents the goals, objectives, efficiency criteria for each area of activity of the modern library of the university. The article reveals the main strategic directions of the library’s development.
