Resumen
One of the most important issues in storage and transport processes is the formation of unit loads. Our main goal is to investigate the homogeneous and multi-level unit load formation cases. We give a model involving the major factors and parameters of the unit load formations. The optimization process is introduced using the formulated objective functions and constraints related to the basic tasks. The aim of the optimization process is to maximize the volume of goods that can fit into the unit load formation equipment.

Abstract Model-based optimization is a sophisticated design tool for papermaking processes. In this paper, the method is extended from the unit process design and single-level optimization to the simultaneaus design of the process structure and operations. This is enabled by using a bi-level optimization formulation which allows to avoid unnecessary iterations between the process and automation designs. The bi-level optimization approach is studied here from the perspective of multiobj ective optimization and decision making. The method is illustrated by a case study in which the broke and water system structures and the papermaking process operations are optimized simultaneously.

The control mode can not dependent on the mathematical model of the object, can be applied to many order, nonlinear, multivariate occasion. This paper provides the simulation model, and the simulation results show that the system has to level good robustness and controlling, and the controller is simple and relatively easy to implement, and has the obvious engineering application value.

To deeply promote the digital enterprise construction, it’s necessary to provide an assembly process data organization model which meet all the requirements of product design and production management. Assembly process data requirement was analyzed on the basis of reference the foreign and internal research achievement. Then an idea of multi-level assembly process flow was proposed by analyzing the procedure of product design and production. At the same time, Multi-level BOP based assembly process data model which fit all the requirement of assembly procedure was constructed through the analyzing of material flow and assembly resource relationship among each unit of assembly flow. In addition, data endorsement and application of this model in the work of product design, production plan and production prepare was expounded. Accordingly, the bridge and bond function resulted by this model between product design and production was certified.

In today’s chemical, refinery, and petrochemical sectors, separation tanks are one of the most significant separating processes. One or more separation tanks must operate consistently and reliably for multiple facilities’ safe and efficient operation. Therefore, in this paper, a PI controller unit has been designed to improve the performance of the tank level controller of the industrial process in Basrah Refinery Station. The overall system mathematical model has been derived and simulated by MATLAB to evaluate the performance. Further, to improve the performance of the tank level controller, optimal PI parameters should be calculated, which Closed-Loop PID Autotuner has been used for this task. Several experiments have been conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed system. The results indicated that the PI controller based on the Autotuner Method is superior to the conventional PI controller in terms of ease to implement and configuration also less time to get optimal PI gains.

Abstract University XYZ is a state university in East Kalimantan, which established in 2014. All of its academic and non-academic activities are supported by information technology managed by the Information and Communication Technology Unit (ICT Unit). University XYZ implements an information technology governance system that aims to support the University XYZ business strategy and goals optimally. Information technology governance systems must be well managed to support business process activities in University XYZ. This study aims to evaluate the capability of information technology governance system using the COBIT 2019 framework. This study uses COBIT 2019 design tools and core model to evaluate University XYZ governance system, then provide assistance in determining a governance system that is adjusted to the COBIT 2019 capability level assessment. The result of this research is a recommendation of the core model or process and the capability level that must be implemented by University XYZ. This research will conclude that there are 11 Governance and Management Objectives that have a priority of more than 50%. This study conducts an evaluation phase of the core model or process so that recommendations are obtained for the development of information technology governance.

Have did a research of Implementation of Educational Unit Level Curriculum and Curriculum of 2013. In Science Education of Junior Elementary School at Se-District of North Jayapura and Abepura District in Jayapura Municipality. This research aimed to know about the implementation, the differences in implementation, the obstacle and solution between implementation of Educational Unit Level Curriculum and Curriculum of 2013, the result of implementation analysis will be refer to standardization that have been defined of Permendikbud as a reference in Curriculum of 2013 implementation.The type of this research is qualitative research. The method or technique of collecting data is interactive and non-interactive. The samples are all of Junior High School in Distrik Jayapura Selatan and Distrik Abepura Jayapura City which Implementation Educational Unit Level Curriculum and Curriculum of 2013.The result of research on Science Education learning process that supported by teacher’s questionnaire (1) The Process of learn planning, the level of success is 84% for Educational Unit Level Curriculum and 87% for Curriculum of 2013 (2) Implementation of the learning process, the level of success is 88% for Educational Unit Level Curriculum and 89% for Curriculum 2013 (3) The Learning Assessment, the level of success is 74% for Educational Unit Level Curriculum and 83% for Curriculum 2013 (4) The assessment to the result of Learning, the level of success is 81% for Educational Unit Level Curriculum and 87% for Curriculum 2013. Supervision of the process of learning is a good. Aplication of difference on: 1) Standars of contents; 2) Standars process; 3) Default judgment; 4) the use of the media. Contraints in the implementation of Educational Unit Level Curriculum and Curriculum of 2013: Human resources (HR), power support, integration of lessons (thematic/integrated).

Abstract Unit level traceability (ULT) is a powerful tool that allows complete die histories to be accessed in the course of testing and analysis. It is especially useful for identifying the likely causes of microprocessor failures and in cases where failure analysis resources are limited. In the article, the author explains how he used ULT in the investigation of a 0.25-µm CMOS processor. Using the ULT of the die, he discovered a failure signature based on die location on the wafer. One root cause of failure was traced to cross-field variation in the lithography process due to marginal focus control. Another failure, observed after burn-in, was traced to the presence of residual titanium left after metal etch.

Therefore, this article combines the characteristics of the construction process management of the distribution network, aims to improve the service quality level of the construction unit, and combines the relevant system requirements of the power grid enterprise and the construction standardization management norms to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for the service quality level of the construction unit; The analytic hierarchy process determines the index weights and evaluation methods, and provides technical guidance and reference for the power grid enterprises to reasonably carry out the service quality evaluation of the construction unit.

The increase in demand for mobile telecommunication systems, and the limited bandwidth allocated to these systems, have led to systems with smaller cell dimensions, which in turn led to the increase of control messages. In order to prevent controller bottle necks, it is desirable to distribute the network control functions throughout the network. To satisfy this requirement, a mobile network structure characterized by its hierarchical and decentralized network control is presented in this paper. The area served by the mobile system is divided into regions, and the regions are further divided into cells. Each cell is served by a base station, each base station is connected to a regional network through a base station interface unit (BIU). Each region has its own regional network. Connected to each regional network are the cellular controller, the home database, the visitor database, the trunk interface unit (TIU) and the gateway interface unit (GIU). The TIU connects the regional network to the public switched telephone network (PSTN). The GIU connects the regional network to other regional networks through the gateway network. This architecture distributes the network control functions among a large number of processing elements, thus preventing controller bottle necks — a problem faced by centralized controlled systems. The information and network control messages are transferred in the form of packets across this network. Processes inherent to the operation of this network structure are illustrated and discussed. These processes include the location update process, the setting up of a call, the handoff process (both the intra-region handoff process and the inter-region handoff process are considered), and the process of terminating a call.

The elaboration and introduction of the new high-energetic and resource effective equipment in the activity of food industrial enterprises, including restaurant economy is an urgent scientific problem. The most important role at that is played by the unit energetic consumption of energetic processes, which decrease allows to receive an economic effect. The rise of the energetic effectiveness of technological processes of fried meat products manufacturing is possible at the expanse of combining traditional and non-traditional (physical and electrophysical) processing methods. The use of combined thermal processing methods allows to raise the effectiveness of heat conduction from heating environments to a product. The aim of the research was the determination of the frying surfaces temperature at the bilateral heat supply for a value of the mean integral temperature pressure and frying process duration, ready product output and unit energy consumption. The change of the initial temperature level of the frying process has an essential influence on the mean integral temperature pressure between a frying surface and product surface layer. The temperature decrease of frying surfaces from 423 К to 393 К leads to the decrease of the mean integral temperature pressure between a frying surface temperature and product surface one by 4 К by the nonlinear law, and allows to raise the coefficient of heat conduction through steam layers. It was proved, that the bilateral frying of natural products of meat at the surfaces temperature 393 К allows to decrease the process duration by 6 s, to raise the ready product output by 3,3% and to decrease the unit electric energy consumption by 0,023 kW·hour/kg comparing with the bilateral frying at the surfaces temperature 423 К.

Dairy is one of the major industries causing water pollution. Considering the increased milk demand, the dairy industry in India is expected to grow rapidly and have the waste generation and related environmental problems are also assumed increased importance. Poorly treated wastewater with high level of pollutants caused by poor design, operation or treatment systems creates major environmental problems when discharged to the surface land or water. Aerobic biological treatment methods depend on microorganisms grown in an oxygenrich environment to oxidize organics to carbon dioxide, water, and cellular material. activated sludge is used to indicate the sludge which is obtained by settling sewage in presence of abundant oxygen. The activated sludge is biologically active and it contains a great number of aerobic bacteria and other microorganisms which have a got an unusual property to oxidize the organic matter. The activated sludge process has been employed extensively throughout the world in its conventional form and modified forms Various unit operations like physical, chemical and biological can play vital role in reduction of the waste water. Aerobic treatment of biological waste water like activated sludge, trickling filter, RBC, aerated lagoon with advance aerobic treatment unit SBR and summery of aerobic treatment unit with advantages and disadvantages are to be discussed in article.

This paper discusses preventive replacement policies for an independent damage process, in which successive shocks occur at random times, and the independent damages caused by shocks are random variables. It is assumed that a unit fails when the damage has exceeded a prespecified level [Formula: see text]. We obtain the expected cost rates for each model and discuss analytical optimal [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] to minimize their expected cost rates. Numerical examples are given when the damage has an exponential distribution and shocks occur at a gamma distribution.

The level of an enterprises process management related to its existence and development tightly, in order to evaluate it accurately, the evaluation index system was presented, which was formed by 10 first level indexes and 39 second level indexes, in which the latter is the meticulous and materialization of the former. The methods of evaluation by total marks, weighting comprehensive evaluation on multi-index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were applied to the process management. Compared with the other two ways, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is more accurate and comprehensive since it settle the quantification of the nature indexes during the analysis process, and it also solve the multi-factors evaluation who have different unit.

The purpose of the study. The purpose of the work is to substantiate and develop software for the organization, management and control of the educational process, including the form of practices and internships, in the educational fire and salvage unit of the departmental university of EMERCOM. The relevance and the need for automation of the educational process is connected with the need to improve the training process for both cadets on practical training programs and permanent personnel of the fire and rescue training unit for service and professional training. The practical training of cadets currently being implemented on the basis of the fire and rescue training unit has a time-limited training format, in the form of a day on duty in three days, which does not allow without the widespread use of digital technologies to increase the level of organization of the educational process and its effectiveness, for example, by ensuring constant access of trainees to educational materials.Materials and methods. To develop a technical assignment for the creation of software, methods of scientific and pedagogical research were used, containing the analysis and synthesis of information, including both the practice of organizing the educational process in the educational fire and salvage units of universities of EMERCOM, and the requirements of regulatory legal documents for the official and professional training of firefighters. A review of software products was carried out, the possibility of their application for the organization and conduct of practices and internships of trainees of EMERCOM was evaluated, the requirements for the functionality of the software and the procedure for its use in the training fire and salvage unit were formulated.Results. The software “Digital Fire and Salvage Unit” has been developed, which has been introduced into the educational and practical activities of the departmental university of EMERCOM. The software is implemented in the form of a website (http://dfs edufire37.ru), which is supported by all modern types of browsers and adapted for mobile devices. The program includes 12 main functional modules that allow you to organize the administration and management of users, develop methodological and control and measuring materials, form a practice program or training program, a schedule of training sessions, a knowledge base and an electronic journal, receive information about the results of training, organize a game form of training through intellectual duels between users, as well as access to information about the available training fire and salvage unit of fire equipment, fire-technical and rescue equipment, to an interactive map of the area of departure of the fire-rescue guard with the placement of various objects of protection and their characteristics, roads, water sources and other information necessary for the elimination of fires. In addition, the program provides a functional module “Forum” and “Personal messages”, designed for discussion between users of topical issues of training and professional activity.Conclusion. The paper substantiates the need to introduce digital educational technologies into the activities of the educational fire and salvage unit of the University of EMERCOM to improve the efficiency of the organization, management and control of practices and internships of cadets. The presented software ensures the performance of functional tasks both in the field of training cadets at the University of EMERCOM, and in the field of service and professional training of the permanent staff of the training fire and salvage unit. A promising direction is the introduction of the presented software into the activities of practical fire and salvage units for the organization of service and professional training of firefighters.

The goal of this article is to present qualitative and quantitative reviews of servant leadership literature since its formal inception in 1970. Summarizing previous studies, we theorized and explored issues concerning the conception and relevance of servant leadership, the merits of varied measurements, issues concerning construct dimensionality, and the potential effects of national culture on the relationship between servant leadership and its correlates. We developed theory to distinguish servant leadership from competing leadership theories of transformational leadership and leader-member exchange (LMX) theory and examined the direct and the incremental influence of servant leadership on individual and unit-level outcomes. To consolidate extant research and to guide future theory development we tested a mediational process model linking servant leadership to outcomes. Meta-analytic results supported distinctiveness of servant leadership, showed effects of servant leadership on individual-level and unit-level outcomes, and supported theorized mediating effects of trust and fairness perceptions in the relationship.

Dilakukannya penilaian tingkat kematangan model bisnis yang baik, seperti Pengaduan, gangguan, dan permintaan layanan harus ditangani dengan cepat untuk menjaga kelangsungan layanan teknologi informasi dan bisnis dalam organisasi. Penerapan metode Business Process Oriented Maturity Model (BPOMM) digunakan untuk mengukur kematangan model bisnis dan teknologi informasi, guna Memperoleh nilai tingkat kematanganya untuk memperluas persaingan dengan perusahaan manufaktur di industri lain. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan level penilaian tingkat kematangan yang dilakukan dengan survey kuisioner dengan 2 aspek yaitu penilaian proses bisnis dan kesiapan aplikasi TI yang disebarkan ke Unit/Bagian di PT Ombak Biru Mentari. Dengan Menghasilkan Level Kematangan Yaitu Level 3 Dengan Rata Rata 2,85 Dengan Level Kematangan Terdefinisi (Defined). Hasil survey tersebut tersebut menggambarkan bahwa kesiapan aplikasi IT dengan keselarasan bisnis di PT. Ombak Biru Mentari belum dilaksanakan secara optimal. Oleh karena itu rekomendasi yang akan diusulkan dibuat berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang dapat berupa perencanaan Manajemen Proses bisnis.

Fanout Wafer Level Packaging (FoWLP) is a very attractive solution for microelectronics applications requiring optimized performance, smaller form factor, and low cost. By utilizing such an approach where system integration is done to multiple chips on a single package frame, the need to ensure much higher levels of process integrity, quality, and reliability becomes absolutely critical, especially if the total product volume lies in the range of tens of millions of units. A single defect type may negate the benefits of such an approach because the cost of losing one FoWLP unit results in the loss of multiple devices. Thus, yield, quality, and reliability optimization using such a package solution is critical for successful large scale manufacturing. In this talk, the issue of defectivity and its impact on quality and reliability on Wafer-Level (WL) devices with regards to the issue of Die Edge Delamination (DED) and Chip Mechanical Integrity (CMI) is discussed. Through this discussion and the resulting solutions found to improve WL quality and reliability, better understanding on how to assess the quality and reliability of a given FoWLP solution for large scale production will be demonstrated.

The limitation on the level of phenolic compounds in industrial waste water requires from Nitroclor the treatment of the mother liquors coming from its nitrophenols production unit, previous to sending them to biological treatment. The literature and the accumulated experience during the last years show that nitrophenolic compounds removal at high temperatures is potentially dangerous due to the thermal instability characteristic of these products. It was developed a new process minimizing the thermal risks and recovering nitrophenols with high purity.

Advanced design power units are distinguished by a high degree of digital transformation. Therefore, of particular interest are operator information (intelligent) support systems, which can reduce the workload on operating personnel as well as predict possible deviations long before they evolve into severe emergencies. The article analyzes the current standard process documentation that requires solutions to support the operator and determines the list of system functions that should be provided to improve the safety level of nuclear power plants. A brief overview of the world experience in implementing such solutions is also provided. As an example of the further development of operator support systems, the authors consider the operator information support system (OISS), which is being developed at the NvNPP pilot unit with the VVER-1200 reactor. The OISS functions will make it possible to fulfill the requirements of standard process documentation that are currently not implemented in the power unit design. The key features of the OISS under development are step-by-step interactive procedures and the unit software model. The authors provide a brief description of the power unit software model and consider several examples of its practical application as part of the OISS to improve design solutions and optimize automatic process control. In the years ahead, it is proposed to implement the OISS at power units under construction in order to reduce the information overload of operators and create conditions for a step-by-step increase in the automation level of the power unit control.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine how transformational leadership may relate to corporate entrepreneurship by adopting a multilevel approach. The authors also theorized and tested the top-down and bottom-up intermediate process linking transformational leadership and corporate entrepreneurship. Design/methodology/approach Multisource data across different timeframes were collected from 129 managers and 244 employees from 55 units of 27 firms. Findings The results showed that transformational leadership and corporate entrepreneurship were positively related at the unit level. Furthermore, unit-level collective efficacy mediated the relationship between unit-level transformational leadership and unit-level corporate entrepreneurship. The authors also found that the firm-level empowerment climate moderated the indirect effect of unit-level collective efficacy on the relationship between unit transformational leadership and unit-level corporate entrepreneurship. Originality/value First, the goal of this study is to extend the single focus of transformational leadership on corporate entrepreneurship (e.g. Ling et al., 2008) and develop a more thoughtful approach on determining how transformational leaders influence corporate entrepreneurship across levels. This study responds to calls for research to look at the impact of unit-level transformational leaders, such as middle managers, across levels (Ren and Guo, 2011) and creates a multilevel framework in which transformational leaders at the unit level influence the appearance of corporate entrepreneurship at the unit level.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to obtain objective information and the find improvement quality process and quality output on Arabic Lenguage program. This study is an evaluative research approach using a model developed by Widoyoko, which includes two main components, namely: the quality of the process and instructional output. In this study applied studies the evaluation program, method the collection of data obtained through the study of documents, interviews, questionnaires and observation. The evaluation of the assessments made at each stage of evaluation, and decision making. The finding in that Arabic Lenguage learning program evaluation in MTs DDI Seppange, shows that the quality of the process of learning programs, including the categories of good, and the output quality of learning of Arabic Lenguage are also included in the good category. Considering these facts before, there are still some aspects in the evaluation process quality and output quality of learning that needs to be improved so that the learning of Arabic Lenguage will be more effective and achieve competence that has been planned. Bodies of territorial public self-government (TPSG) are one of the key participants in the strategic planning process at the municipal level. These organizations make an important contribution to achievement of sustainable development goals of the municipality. Territorial public self-government bodies are not the driving force behind the development of the municipal economy. However, they are able to solve the problems of social development of the territory by using the resources of self-organization. The existing potential allows TPSG bodies not only to participate in the development of strategic documents, but also to take part in the implementation of specific projects. Participation in the project can be carried out both in a non-financial form (labor) and in a financial form (based on the results of use of self-taxation, crowdfunding, fundraising, business income, and other sources). Therefore, it is extremely important for the authorities to involve TPSG bodies in strategic planning processes in order to improve the quality of final documents, as well as increase the efficiency of their realization. However, a number of factors hinder the successful involvement of bodies of territorial public self government in strategic planning processes. The established practice of involvement of public in managerial decision-making processes leads to a low interest of non-profit organizations in participation in such procedures. In addition, the level of development of educational infrastructure in the field of territorial public self-government does not allow the heads of territorial public selfgovernment bodies to achieve the sustainable development goals of the municipality territory, as well as to develop skills in organizational management within its borders. As a result of the introduction of a set of suggested measures in the regions, the conditions will be created for the territorial public self-government authorities to realize their potential fully, which will ultimately be reflected in the improvement of the quality of residents’ life.

The problems of controlling the operating modes of pumping units with a frequency-controlled drive based on an asynchronous short-circuited motor are considered. The specific features of the requirements for the control process quality indicators of liquid level stabilization control system for the reservoirs are discussed. Mathematical models of functionally necessary parts of the system are obtained in the form of transfer functions: a frequency-controlled drive with scalar control, a generalized control object, and a feedback sensor. The linearized model of the controlled object taking into consideration a nonlinear dependence of the the torque at the motor shaft on rotational speed is obtained in the form of a transfer function of the aperiodic unit. A block diagram of a closed loop liquid level control system has been developed. It is shown that the use of standard settings for the system under consideration, focused on maximum performance achievement, can leads to unacceptable values of control action speed variations and hence to generation of hydraulic shocks that decreases a wear of kinematic parts of the unit. A method for the synthesis of the controller is proposed, which takes into account the limitations on the quality indicators of the transient process of a speed variation of the pump unit when control system counteracts main disturbances. The synthesis of controller is carried out for an example of a specific installation and the results of modeling transients of a control system and perturbing effects are discussed.

Unit root tests for time series with level shifts of general form are considered when the timing of the shift is unknown. It is proposed to estimate the nuisance parameters of the data generation process including the shift date in a first step and apply standard unit root tests to the residuals. The estimation of the nuisance parameters is done in such a way that the unit root tests on the residuals have the same limiting distributions as for the case of a known break date. Simulations are performed to investigate the small sample properties of the tests, and empirical examples are discussed to illustrate the procedure.

AbstractIn the course of its history, English underwent a significant structural change in its numeral system. The number words from 21 to 99 switched from the unit-and-ten to the ten-before-unit pattern. This change is traced on the basis of more than 800 number words. It is argued that this change, which took seven centuries to complete and in which the Old English pattern was highly persistent, can be broken down into two parts—the reordering of the units and tens and the loss of the conjoining element. Although the two steps logically belong to the same overall change, they display a remarkably disparate behavior. Whereas the reordering process affected the least frequent number words first, the deletion process affected the most frequent words first. This disparity lends support to the hypothesis that the involvement or otherwise of low-level aspects of speech determines the role of frequency in language change (Phillips, 2006). Finally, the order change is likely to be a contact-induced phenomenon and may have been facilitated by a reduction in mental cost.

Abrasive waterjet (AWJ) machining is a non-conventional process. Its most striking advantage is the absence of a heat-affected zone. AWJ machining can be successfully used on a very broad spectrum of materials, regardless of their brittleness, ductility or composition. However, this machining process has the disadvantage of striations being left on the surface of the machined workpiece. Since forecasting of the results of this process is still on the empirical level, great efforts are being put into the modelling of the AWJ process. In this paper, an original model of the AWJ machining process is presented. It is based on an AWJ process unit event, which in this case represents the impact of a particular abrasive grain. The geometrical characteristics of the unit event are measured on a physical model of the AWJ process. The measured dependencies and the proposed model relations are then implemented in AWJ machining process simulation.

Introduction: One of the hazards caused by the process of producing plastic sacks is noise. Noise is unwanted sound judged to be unpleasant, loud or disruptive to hearing. Noise is produced by machines used in the production process. Noise that exceeds the threshold limit value (TLV) at workplace can cause hearing loss. The purpose of this study was to analyze the hearing threshold level of workers who were exposed to noise in circulator loom unit at PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya Sidoarjo. Method: This was an observational study with a cross sectional approach. The population of this study was 47 workers, while the sample was the total population. The independent variable wasnoise, while the dependent variable was the hearing threshold level. Contingency coefficient was used to detemine the strength of correlation between variables. Noise intensity measurement at three points revealed that the value exceeded the time limit value. Result: Most of the workers were > 40 years old (72.3%), had work period of 15-20 years (51.07%) and never consumed ototoxic medication (80.85%). Conclusion: A moderate correlation between the noise intensity and hearing threshold level of right ear. However, the correlation between noise intensity and hearing threshold level of left ear is weak. Keywords: hearing threshold level, noise, work characteristic

For many time series in empirical macro and finance, it is assumed that the logarithm of the series is a unit root process. Since we may want to assume a stable growth rate for the macroeconomics time series, it seems natural to potentially model such a series as a unit root process with drift. This assumption implies that the level of such a time series is the exponential of a unit root process with drift and therefore, it is of substantial interest to investigate analytically the behavior of the exponential of a unit root process with drift. This paper shows that the sum of the exponential of a random walk with drift converges in distribution, after rescaling by the exponential of the maximum value of the random walk process. A similar result was established in earlier work for unit root processes without drift. The results derived here suggest the conjecture that also in the case when the Dickey-Fuller test or the KPSS statistic is applied to the exponential of a unit root process with drift, these tests will asymptotically indicate stationarity.

This study considers the supplier's warranty return and the buyer's rebate policy as business-return policy in the supplier–buyer supply chain. The policy as well as the displayed stock level influences the behavior of the buyer. Distinct from the traditional single-stage inventory model, we investigate a two-stage replenishment policy model for deteriorating item considering the effect of imperfect production process, product design, stock level and business-return. A mathematical model utilizing the time weighted inventory (TWI) approach and two-variables fixed point optimization technique is developed to derive the optimal inspection starting time, the number of deliveries, the optimal delivery-time interval and the optimal business-return period. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the model developed. The result shows that the fixed demand rate, the unit holding cost and the unit inspection cost are the critical factors affecting the scheduling and performance of the two-stage supply chain.

The article analyzes the current state of information exchange in the control system of a mechanized brigade during its combat operations in the anti-terrorist operation, the operation of the combined forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the east of the country. It is determined that the mechanized crew communication system has a low level of survivability. The cause is a large amount of communication damage due to enemy fire damage and limited technical reliability. Maintaining a given level of survivability of the communication system is possible primarily through the timely restoration of damaged communications.Existing models that can be used to determine the estimated number of recovered communications tools are analyzed. Strengths and weaknesses are identified and directions of improvement are formulated.A simulation model developed on a personal computer in the AnyLogic 7.0.2 Professional software environment, the process of repairing communications in the repair unit of a mechanized team, which, unlike existing ones, takes into account the intensity of communication failure due to enemy fire damage combat periods, as well as communication tools that fail due to limited technical reliability.The type of queuing system used to describe the recovery process of communications in the mechanized repair unit is justified. The algorithm of work of simulation model of process of communication means restoration in repair unit of mechanized crew is given.Let's calculate the number of recovered communications using a simulation model of the communication recovery process in a mechanized brigade repair unit using a hypothetical example. The dependence of the likelihood of communication services on the number of communication repair masters has been determined.

One solution is given by the concept of virtual enterprise and enterprise alliances, respectively. In order to function efficiently and flexibly such enterprises need to be deeply integrated. Based on previous work combining the concepts of virtual enterprises, holonic organizations and multi-agent systems to support such deep integration, the paper discusses in detail how well-suiting partners and contributors for a given (bunch of) task(s) can be found using today's state-of-the-art technologies. As an important indicator of flotation performance, froth texture is believed to be related to operational condition in sulphur flotation process. A novel fault detection method based on froth texture unit distribution (TUD) is proposed to recognize the fault condition of sulphur flotation in real time. The froth texture unit number is calculated based on texture spectrum, and the probability density function (PDF) of froth texture unit number is defined as texture unit distribution, which can describe the actual textual feature more accurately than the grey level dependence matrix approach. As the type of the froth TUD is unknown, a nonparametric kernel estimation method based on the fixed kernel basis is proposed, which can overcome the difficulty when comparing different TUDs under various conditions is impossible using the traditional varying kernel basis. Through transforming nonparametric description into dynamic kernel weight vectors, a principle component analysis (PCA) model is established to reduce the dimensionality of the vectors. Then a threshold criterion determined by theTQstatistic based on the PCA model is proposed to realize the performance recognition. The industrial application results show that the accurate performance recognition of froth flotation can be achieved by using the proposed method.

This work deals with implementation of an experimental flowrate control unit using free and low-cost hardware and software. The open-source software Processing was used to develop the source codes and user graphical interface and the open-source electronic prototyping platform Arduino was used to acquire data from an experimental unit. Work presents descriptions of the experimental setup, the real-time PID controllers used and theoretical/conceptual issues of Arduino. PID controllers based on internal model control, minimization of the integral of time-weighted absolute error, Ziegler-Nichols, and others were tuned for setpoint and load changes and real-time runs were carried out in order to make real-time use of control theory learned in academy. Results showed the developed platform proved to be suitable for use in experimental setups allowing users compare their ideas and expectations with the experimental evidence in a real and low-cost fashion. In addition, the instrumentation is simple to configure with acceptable level noise and particularly useful for control/automation learning with educational purposes.

Bekasi Regency Government gives priority in infrastructure development. According to the Central Statistics Agency for West Java Province, the population of Bekasi was 2,344,871 people in 2018. The Bekasi Regency Government will build roads in 28 locations, one of which is to improve the existing infrastructure in Bekasi. In every business, there will always appear two contradictory things which are profit and profit, including in the construction services business. Construction activities can be completed when meeting all the objectives that have been set, following the agreed costs, and meet the quality that has been previously agreed upon. The purpose of this study is to study agreements regarding lump-sum contracts and unit price contracts. This research method uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process Method. The research process starts with creating problems and making hierarchical arrangements. The hierarchical structure consists of three things namely objectives (level I), criteria (level II), and alternatives (level III). Once organized, the hierarchy will be attended by using a questionnaire for 30 respondents. After the data is obtained, the data is tabulated, then the paired frame is searched, move in pairs, and the priority weights. The results of the analysis by the AHP method were obtained in a construction project in Bekasi City, the factor of using Lumpsum contract was more influential compared to the contract Unit price with a ratio of 52.01%: 47.99%.

One of the main problems in grain production in China is the high level of unit costs (high cost price). The main reason is the low level of mechanization. Development of efficient technologies and means of mechanization is a promising area allowing to decrease the level of unit costs at a given labor efficiency and maintaining the achieved yield. Grain production is a complex system associated with a large amount of information: agro-technological (crop variety, crop yield, physical-and-mechanical parameters of land plots, terms of operations, permissible speed range for specific operations, etc.), technical-and-economic (power and traction parameters, throughput, working width, operating weight, hopper volume , cost). At present, efficient methods for studying complex systems have appeared as a result of development and widespread implementation of computer mathematics systems, which allow us to study mechanization technologies and tools using multi-factor modeling and multi-criteria optimization. The paper presents a multi-factor mathematical model, peculiar for the fact that the three groups of simultaneously varying factors are taken for the first time engine power, MTA speed, timing of the main energy-intensive operations – plowing, harvesting, and as conflicting optimization parameters unit cost level, coefficient of crop losses, labor efficiency, which allowed a comprehensive study of the grain production process in any natural-production conditions. A technological process has been developed (units speed and timing of the main operations (plowing, harvesting) and the corresponding range of machines and equipment, ensuring minimum level of unit costs at a given labor efficiency and maintaining the achieved crop yield, taking into account the specifics of the Middle China (2 crops per year).

This study aimed to analyze the Influence of policy implementation Unit Level Curriculum and Teacher Competence (PAI) of the Teaching and Learning Process Performance in Delivering Learning Behavior Madrasah Aliyah students Garut. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method with survey techniques. Based on the results of testing the main hypothesis is known that Policy Implementation Unit Level Curriculum and Teacher Competence is not real and significant effect on the Performance Learning Process in Creating Student Conduct. It is seen comparison between t and t-table Based on test were obtained t-count smaller than the value t- table (t0,975; 31) is t = -0.1901 <table = 2.0395. Some important discoveries related to Variable Unit Level Curriculum is Principal shall conduct an evaluation of policy implementation Unit Level Curriculum on a regular basis, to determine the progress of the implementation of curriculum policies and changes in students' behavior. While the findings are considered important in Teacher Competence variable is the complement teaching and learning, teachers utilize the facilities / infrastructure that exist such as overhead projector, internet, multimedia. In the variable performance Learning Process deemed important Teacher always put props in the learning process, so petrified students in capturing the sense that the teacher and the findings are considered important in the variable behavior of student learning is in the last three years, the percentage of students who are having problems at school because of friends / association.

When modeling an aeroengine control system, effects of fuel metering unit are neglected or oversimplified, which most probably leads to unreliable simulation or experimental results. In order to well understand influences of fuel metering unit on performance of an aeroengine and to enrich the component-level model of a turboshaft aeroengine, a stepping motor controlled fuel metering unit is examined by combining process-based modeling and object-oriented modeling and is employed in the component-level engine model. Performances of the engine with and without the fuel metering unit are compared by simulation. The component-level engine model with the fuel metering unit characteristics considered meets the simulation requirements on the steady precision and can describe dynamics of the engine more precisely. A semi-physical experimental verification is implemented to confirm the influence of the fuel metering unit. The results show that simulation using the component-level engine model with the fuel metering unit sub-model is in accordance with the experiment, and that comparing to the engine model without fuel metering unit, the model with a fuel metering unit can extend the performance parameter response dozens of milliseconds.

Because of the stochastic nature of production systems, it is necessary to first build an uncertainty model for subsequent real applications. Moreover, process parameter planning, quality design, and production inventory management are interdependent elements. In this research, a computer simulation model via computer-aided engineering (CAE) was developed to determine the optimal process parameters, lot size, and back order intervals for an integrated process design and inventory management system with simultaneous quality and cost considerations. Based on the estimated process time and costs obtained using CAE, the derived production rate and unit cost were then used for production inventory applications. In consideration of the uncertainty factor, the response surface method (RSM) was employed to analyze the output, namely the total costs incurred in employing the proposed approach, as well as the inputs, which include the cutting parameters, production quantity, and back order intervals. After the RSM was used to obtain the response functions, which represent the output of the collective interests, the mathematical programming (MP) was formulated based on the response functions to determine the optimal process parameters, process quality levels, production order quantities, and back order intervals. The total cost per set time unit was minimized by determining the required quality level, process parameter values, Economic Production Quantity (EPQ), and back order intervals. A cutting example was chosen to demonstrate the proposed approach. Two cases were used for comparison: the Integrated Case (the proposed approach herein) and the Disintegrated Case.

The substation process level networks modeling based on OPNET provides the solution for the quantitative assessment of process level networks. To meet the demand in substation automation system application, it analyzes the modeling requirements of entity equipment, IEC 61850 standard and optimization strategies. From the prospective of OPNET operating system, model library and user-defined modeling methods it researches the adaptation of OPNET and process level networks modeling, and it analyzes the substation process level network modeling based on OPNET with the demonstrations of SV/GOOSE, merging unit and protection IED, VALN modeling, providing the solution for the quantitative assessment of process level networks. Finally it proposes the modeling and simulation platform for quantitative assessment of process level networks in substation basing on an 110kV substation. This paper provides an effective tool for the quantitative assessment of process level networks and substation automation system.
