Resumen
The article deals with the implementation of one of the most promising technologies of the 21st century – the permeable sensor networks of the USN. The features, architecture, organization and routing algorithms of sensory networks are described. It is determined that further improvement of the work of such networks requires standardization of the development process and implementation process. USN's Vertical Sensor Networks is one of the most promising technologies of the 21st century. Cheap and "smart" sensors, in large quantities combined into a wireless network connected to the public communications network, today provide an unprecedentedly wide range of control and management services for buildings, businesses, cars, and so forth. USN networks, depending on the type of sensors, can be deployed on the ground, in the air, under and over water, in buildings and, finally, on the skin and inside living organisms, including humans. They are also widely used in such important areas as military affairs, crisis and emergency management, and the fight against terrorism.

Reinforcement learning and recurrent networks are two emerging machine-learning paradigms. The first learns the best actions an agent needs to perform to maximize its rewards in a particular environment and the second has the specificity to use an internal state to remember previous analysis results and consider them for the current one. Research into RL and recurrent network has been proven to have made a real contribution to the protection of ubiquitous systems and pervasive networks against intrusions and malwares. In this paper, a systematic review of this research was performed in regard to various attacks and an analysis of the trends and future fields of interest for the RL and recurrent network-based research in network security was complete.

Resumen
Mobile authentication is an essential service to ensure the security of engaging parties in a ubiquitous wireless network environment. Several solutions have been proposed mainly based on both centralised and distributed authentication models to allow ubiquitous mobile access authentication; however, limitations still exist in these approaches, namely flexibility, security and performance issues and vulnerabilities. These shortcomings are influenced by the resource limitations of both wireless networks and the mobile devices together with inter-technology and inter-provider challenges. In this paper, the authors reviewed the major techniques in the field of ubiquitous mobile access authentication, which has attracted many researchers in the past decade. After investigating existing mobile authentication models and approaches, the common challenges are summarised to serve as the solution key requirements. The identified key solution requirements allow analysing and evaluating mobile authentication approaches.

Resumen
This paper discusses issues in the distribution of bundled workflows across ubiquitous peer-to-peer networks for the application of music information retrieval. The underlying motivation for this work is provided by the DART project, which aims to develop a novel music recommendation system by gathering statistical data using collaborative filtering techniques and the analysis of the audio itsel, in order to create a reliable and comprehensive database of the music that people own and which they listen to. To achieve this, the DART scientists creating the algorithms need the ability to distribute the Triana workflows they create, representing the analysis to be performed, across the network on a regular basis (perhaps even daily) in order to update the network as a whole with new workflows to be executed for the analysis. DART uses a similar approach to BOINC but differs in that the workers receive input data in the form of a bundled Triana workflow, which is executed in order to process any MP3 files that they own on their machine. Once analysed, the results are returned to DART's distributed database that collects and aggregates the resulting information. DART employs the use of package repositories to decentralise the distribution of such workflow bundles and this approach is validated in this paper through simulations that show that suitable scalability is maintained through the system as the number of participants increases. The results clearly illustrate the effectiveness of the approach.

Resumen
This study applies intelligent ubiquitous network technology to the field of education and leads to the benign development of intelligent education and teachers’ professional informatization. This study proposes the concepts of eco-classroom, smart education, and flipped classroom and conducts practical research on the teaching effectiveness of the three elements of eco-classroom: teachers, students, and environment. Because of the problems of inaccurate positioning of data fusion, single application function, and difficulty of automatic correlation of data stored in multiple networks in the intelligent ubiquitous sensing environment, the method and path of multidimensional data fusion governance are proposed and put into practice to achieve good results in practice. Based on the characteristics of ubiquitous learning in time, space, and dimensional changes between reality and time, combined with the law of knotted learning and Bloom’s mastery learning theory, the five components of the teaching model and their correlations are sorted out, and the teaching model of higher education under the vision of ubiquitous learning is constructed to achieve the goal of students’ mastering knowledge and skills and promote the innovation of the education and teaching model. The model interaction site is created, a ranking system is developed, and professional standards for the new era are developed to help educators reconstruct their professional competencies. The concept and characteristics of knowledge sharing in the ubiquitous network environment are analyzed, the knowledge sharing model in the ubiquitous network learning environment is constructed, the status of knowledge sharing practice in the ubiquitous network environment is studied, and suggestions for improvement are put forward to optimize knowledge sharing in the ubiquitous network learning environment.

Resumen
A body sensor network system has been developed for ubiquitous health monitoring of multiple mobile subjects, which is referred to as UbiHealth. On the body, there are micro-sensors to capture physiological signals of electrocardiography (ECG), blood pressure, respiration and temperature, as well as context information of activity and position. Sensors are coordinated by an on-body gateway, where data are collected, pre-processed and wirelessly sent to the server. The server receives, stores and processes signals from multiple gateways, providing overview of those subjects on a local map, and real-time health status of individual subjects. The application scenarios include, for example, health monitoring for rescue team members in a hazard, and elderly health monitoring in a community.

Resumen
Network robots provide services to users in smart spaces while being connected to ubiquitous instruments through wireless networks in ubiquitous environments. For more effective behavior planning of network robots, it is necessary to reduce the state space by recognizing a smart space as a set of spaces. This paper proposes a space classification algorithm based on automatic graph generation and naive Bayes classification. The proposed algorithm first filters spaces in order of priority using automatically generated graphs, thereby minimizing the number of tasks that need to be predefined by a human. The filtered spaces then induce the final space classification result using naive Bayes space classification. The results of experiments conducted using virtual agents in virtual environments indicate that the performance of the proposed algorithm is better than that of conventional naive Bayes space classification.

Resumen
Fixed infrastructure based wireless network is very expensive to provide total coverage and offer ubiquitous communication capacity. RFID enabled Vehicular Network emerges as an alternative which can leverage mobile nodes to bridge the gap between information isolated islands. The mobility and low duty cycle activity of nodes may destroy the network connectivity. This paper proposes RFID Enabled Vehicular Network for Ubiquitous Travel Query over Mobile Relay Network (MRN) to facilitate the needed information access for drivers on the road. The ubiquitous service is introduced and the performance of the successful information query is evaluated based on the computing model and network simulation. The results of evaluation and the real experiences of this service validate the feasibility of the system.

Resumen
Nowadays, there is a rapid increase in the population throughout the globe and causing more urbanization in the landscape. Advanced medical monitoring and disaster relief require more reliable, long-range communication, feasible, and high connectivity with increased accuracy. The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized the way we interact with technology and has led to the emergence of a new class of interconnected devices. These devices rely on efficient and reliable networking to communicate with each other and with the outside world. The proposed work presents an IoT-based mobile adaptive routing algorithm (IOT-MARA) that is designed to work in a ubiquitous network, where a large number of devices are connected and can move around. The proposed algorithm is an adaptive algorithm that can adjust its routing decisions based on the current state of the network and the devices that are connected to it. The algorithm considers the mobility of devices and the dynamic nature of the network to select the most efficient path for data to travel. It also aims to minimize network congestion and improve overall network performance. Simulations are used to evaluate the IOT-MARA algorithm and the results show that it outperforms existing routing algorithms in terms of network throughput, delay, and energy consumption. The proposed algorithm is helpful in the field of ubiquitous networking because it addresses the challenges of mobility and dynamic network conditions during a fire mishap scenario. This research has implications for the design and deployment of Ubiquitous Networks for the development of future communication systems.

Resumen
The transition of the networks to support forthcoming beyond 5G (B5G) and 6G services introduces a number of important architectural challenges that force an evolution of existing operational frameworks. Current networks have introduced technical paradigms such as network virtualization, programmability and slicing, being a trend known as network softwarization. Forthcoming B5G and 6G services imposing stringent requirements will motivate a new radical change, augmenting those paradigms with the idea of smartness, pursuing an overall optimization on the usage of network and compute resources in a zero-trust environment. This paper presents a modular architecture under the concept of Convergent and UBiquitous Intelligent Connectivity (CUBIC), conceived to facilitate the aforementioned transition. CUBIC intends to investigate and innovate on the usage, combination and development of novel technologies to accompany the migration of existing networks towards Convergent and Ubiquitous Intelligent Connectivity (CUBIC) solutions, leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) mechanisms and Machine Learning (ML) tools in a totally secure environment.

Resumen
Ubiquitous Sensor Network (USN) computing is a useful technology forautonomic integrating in different environments which can be available anywhere.Managing USN plays an important role on the availability of nodes and paths. Inorder to manage nodes there is a cyclic route starts from manager, passing nodes, and come back to manager as feedback. In this paper, a new, self-optimizing methodpresented for finding this cyclic path by combining epsilon greedy and geneticalgorithm and then it is compared with other well-known methods in terms of cost ofthe route they find and the power consumption. The results show that the route thatis found by our new method costs at least 53% less than other methods. However insome cases, it uses 32% more energy for finding the route which can be compensatein traversing the shorter route. The overall simulation results in prototype data showthe effectiveness of the proposed method.

Resumen
: Today’s digital society is interconnected and networked, with modern smart devices ubiquitously built into and embedded within smart environments and other environments, where people (their users) typically live. It is very important to mention that sensorial awareness of an environment depends on one’s current location and equipment, as well as the equipment’s real-time capabilities. Personal sensorial information is considered to be the key factor for progress in the improvement of the productivity of everyday life and creation of a smart surrounding environment. This paper describes the design, implementation, and testing process of a new sensorial framework based on the current possibilities created by ubiquitous smart mobile devices with sensors, which involves computing power and battery power issues. The two parts of the proposed framework have been designed, implemented, and tested. The client part is represented by a front-end mobile application, and the back-end part is represented by a server-side application. The analysis of the data, captured during the testing phase, involves the analysis of the processing time, battery consumption, and transmitted data amount. This analysis reveals that Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) and user datagram protocol (UDP) protocols have a comparable performance, although TCP is preferable for use in local networks. In comparison to other solutions such as MobiSense or Feel the World framework, the final solution of the proposed and developed sensorial framework has two main capabilities, which are the security support and social networking possibilities. The advantage of the MobiSense platform is the existence of several real-world applications, whereas the proposed sensorial framework needs to be verified in the massive context of many users in real time.

Resumen
Due to the rapid growth of mobile data traffic, more and more basestations and access points (APs) have been densely deployed to provide users with ubiquitous network access, which make current wireless network a complex heterogeneous network (HetNet). However, traditional wireless networks are designed with network-centric approaches where different networks have different quality of service (QoS) strategies and cannot easily cooperate with each other to serve network users. Massive network infrastructures could not assure users perceived network and service quality, which is an indisputable fact. To address this issue, we design a new framework for heterogeneous wireless networks with the principle of user-centricity, refactoring the network from users’ perspective to suffice their requirements and preferences. Different from network-centric approaches, the proposed framework takes advantage of Software Defined Networking (SDN) and virtualization technology, which will bring better perceived services quality for wireless network users. In the proposed user-centric framework, control plane and data plane are decoupled to manage the HetNets in a flexible and coadjutant way, and resource virtualization technology is introduced to abstract physical resources of HetNets into unified virtualized resources. Hence, ubiquitous and undifferentiated network connectivity and QoE (quality of experience) driven fine-grained resource management could be achieved for wireless network users.

Resumen
Modern maritime on-board communications have to be improved for safety and security. Current technology provides ease and expediency together to the crew and passengers with the help of ubiquitous technologies. Making use of Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) on board is a current custom of implementing ubiquitous technology for ships as it is important for an on-board communication system which provides reliability and flexibility for handling emergency situations. Two key phases of this scheme are: merging different on-board communiqué networks into a fusion system and enabling the cooperation between them; smoothly incorporating these networks with a consideration of backward compatibility, ease of deployment and association to shore via Internet. A combined integration move towards is selected based on comprehensive analysis.

Resumen
With continuous development of internet technology, the concept of ubiquitous learning and network learning space have received more and more attention from scholars, and gradually become the research focuses. College classroom has turned to network teaching from traditional teaching. In this study, literature review and case study were combined with ubiquitous learning and network learning space construction to systematically discuss classification and concept models of network learning space under the perspective of ubiquitous learning. Meanwhile, four models based on network learning space were proposed, and flipped classroom network teaching model was applied in the course of Exercise Physiology. The study showed that, the model has the good teaching effect in course teaching. It not just improves students’ interest, but also lays a foundation for popularizing the teaching mode.

Resumen
Distributed systems research, and in particular ubiquitous computing, has traditionally assumed the Internet as a basic underlying communications substrate. Recently, however, the networking research community has come to question the fundamental design or ‘architecture’ of the Internet. This has been led by two observations: first, that the Internet as it stands is now almost impossible to evolve to support new functionality; and second, that modern applications of all kinds now use the Internet rather differently, and frequently implement their own ‘overlay’ networks above it to work around its perceived deficiencies. In this paper, I discuss recent academic projects to allow disruptive change to the Internet architecture, and also outline a radically different view of networking for ubiquitous computing that such proposals might facilitate.
