Il tema infatti coinvolge problematiche più ampie, quali la tenuta del sistema ditutela dei diritti umani di fronte ai fenomeni migratori e l’effettività dei diritti. Assessment of personnel needs of air traffic controllers (ATC) at the Sultan Mahmud Airport Badaruddin II Palembang is to find out how many number of needs of air traffic controllers (ATC) at the Sultan Mahmud Airport Badaruddin II Palembang that has with standards / regulations by the !CAO to support flight operations in order to ensure flight safety. Assessment method was quantitative method with the decomposition of descriptive, exposure and explanation in detail based on the compilation of primary data and secondary data that have been processed. The results of the assessment show that air traffic controller (ATC) at the Sultan Mahmud Airport Badaruddin II Palembang is still not adequate, there is still lack of abaout 11 air traffic controller (ATC) personnel at the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang Airport.Keywords : air traffic controller (ATC), Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang Airport Pengkajian tentang kebutuhan personel air traffic controller (ATC) di Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana jumlah kebutuhan air traffic controller (ATC) di Bandara sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang apakah telah memenuhi standar/peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh ICAO untuk mendukung kegiatan operasi penerbangan dalam rangka menjamin keselamatan penerbangan. Metode pengkajian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penguraian ( deskriptif), pemaparan dan penjelasan secara rind berdasarkan kompilasi data primer dan data sekunder yang telah diolah. Hasil pengkajian menunjukan personel air traffic controller (ATC) di Bandara sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang masih belum memadai, yakni masih terdapat kekurangan sekitar 11 personel air traffic controller (A TC) di Bandara sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh jumlah traffic terhadap situation awareness personel pemandu lalu lintas udara di Perum LPPNPI cabang Tanjungpinang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Populasi yang digunakan ialah 52 personel pemandu lalu lintas udara di Approach Control Unit Tanjungpinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh positif dan searah antara jumlah traffic yang dikendalikan dengan situation awareness personel pemandu lalu lintas udara. Pengaruh positif menunjukan semakin rendah jumlah traffic yang dikendalikan maka semakin rendah tingkat situation awareness personel pemandu lalu lintas udara dan sebaliknya. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 36% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Persamaan regresi hasil penelitian ialah Y = 20,451 + 0,570 X.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perum LPPNPI Kantor Cabang Pontianak. Variabel yang diteliti adalah variabel tunggal, yaitu Kinerja Personel ATC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan mix method. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada sampel kemudian dilakukan persyaratan pengolahan data berupa uji validitas, reliabilitas dan gap analisis. Analisis hasil penelitian masih terdapat kendala bagi personel ATC dalam memberikan pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan. Untuk dapat mengatasi kendala tersebut maka perlu dilakukan peningkatan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana serta pembagian Job Position hanya pada 1 sector guna meningkatkan kinerja personel ATC dalam memberikan pelayanan lalu lintas penerbangan.

Peristiwa kecelakaan Sukhoi Super Jet 100 pemah menyisakan praduga atas peranan ATC yang salah dalam memberikan panduan lalu lintas penerbangan. Tanggung jawab A TC memang memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga keselamatan penerbangan. Jumlah ATC yang jauh dari kondisi ideal sering mengemuka menjadi salah satu penyebab dari kondisi kerja mereka yang turut mempengaruhi keselamatan penerbangan. Dalam upaya mengetahui kondisi kerja ATC yang meliputi tingkat kelelahan, kondisi jam kerja, serta kebutuhan minimal jumlah personel ATC di lapangan diperlukan penelitian akan hal tersebut. Analisis tingkat kelelahan dilakukan dengan metode paired sample T-test, sedangkan untuk mengetahui jumlah minimal ATC digunakan pedoman ICAO Doc. 9426AN /924 First Edition Advisory Circular (AC 69-01). Kesimpulan penelitian adalah adanya tingkat kelelahan yang signifikan meliputi faktor fisik dan psikologis petugas ATC di Makassar, serta jumlah A TC masih jauh dari kondisi minimal yang dipersyaratkan sesuai aturan ICAO.

Sebagai upaya dalam meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan khususnya di bandar udara, maka perlu dilakukan kajian tentang fatigue dan Job Stress ATC yang memegang peranan penting dalam menjaga keselamatan khususnya penanganan terhadap pesawat. Maksud kajian adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana peran kelelahan dan stres kerja ATC dapat diantisipasi untuk mencegah faktor human error. Tujuan kajian ini adalah memberikan bahan masukan kepada penyelenggara jasa angkutan udara dan instansi terkait untuk mencegah fatigue dan job stress dengan melakukan upaya-upaya yang maksimal. Hasil kajian ini mengindikasikan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja, yang paling besar memberikan pengaruh adalah faktor beban kerja (workload) yang memberikan kontribusi sebesar 3.24, kemudian disusul oleh hubungan kerja (human relationship) sebesar 2.53, lingkungan kerja (working environment) sebesar 2.11 dan konfilk peran (role conflict) sebesar 2.12. [Air Traffic Controllers Fatigue and Job Stress at X Airport ] In the effort to improve aviation safety, particularly at the airports, it is necessary to conduct the research concerning on the fatigue and job stress of the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) whom have an important role in maintaining aviation safety particularly in the aircrafts control and guidance. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the fatigue and job stress of the ATC so that it can be anticipated to prevent the occurrence of any human errors. The aim of this study is to provide the recommendation for aviation service operator and other related stakeholders in order to reduce the fatigue and job stress. From the conclusion, it is indicated that several factors affect the fatigue and job stress in which the most important factors (in descending order) are the workload (score 3.24), human relationship (score 2.53), the working environment (score 2.11) and role conflict (score 2.12).

Proses pemanduan lalu lintas udara tidak hanya pesawat yang berada di udara tetapi juga lalu lintas landing , take off dan pengaturan pesawat menuju parking stand. Analisis permasalahan ditemukan beban kerja yang sangat tinggi sehingga berdampak terhadap kinerja ATC, dimana seorang ATC setiap harinya harus bertanggung jawab terhadap pemanduan dan pengawasan ratusan bahkan ribuan pesawat yang mengangkut ribuan hingga jutaan orang didalam pesawat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja pada personel ATC di Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Centre. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang cukup kuat antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja ATC Approach Control Unit Makassar Air Traffic Service Centre. Kesimpulan penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja ATC APP di MATSC dan beban kerja memiliki kontribusi yang cukup berpengaruh terhadap kinerja ATC.

Article 106 paragraph (8) of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation states that every person driving a Motorcycle and Motorcycle Passenger must use a helmet that meets Indonesian national standards. The level of legal awareness of two-wheeled riders in the jurisdiction of Tanah Datar police station to use SNI-standard helmets is still low. It can be seen from the increase in traffic violations that do not use helmets in Tanah Datar Regency in the last 2 (two) years from 2017 to 2018. Efforts of Non Penal Satlantas of Tanah Datar Regional Police in Increasing Legal Awareness of Two-Wheeled Riders to Use SNI-Standard Helmets is to continue disseminating information to road users, Extension to the bykers / motorbike clubs about the traffic order carried out in front of Pagaruyung palace. Training on the obligation to use SNI helmets for all motorcycle drivers in Tanah Datar. Patrol is one of the police activities carried out by 2 or more members of the National Police.

By looking at the growth of air transport has increased quite significantly, certainly not independent human resources needs to guide them in Air Traffic Control personnel. In this case one of the problems encountered in field of aviation is the imbalance between supply and demand on Ihe one hard, the growth of air transport have increased and on one side of the energv needs of ATC is not in accordance with the operation of the flight. In connection with this case was the result of the ability of the Aviation safety Techical Academy, in terms of manpower needs in Particular ATC Sultan Hasanuddin Airport in Makassar, which now number 144 ATC personel, whereas the ideal number to 145 people personnel. However, the results of estimates / projections for 2015 amounted to 182 personnel required by the ATC.

ABSTRACTThe City of Malang is one of the cities with the level of traffic disruption that is large enough for daily activities since the population density is quite high. Humane urban environment is a friendly urban environment for pedestrians who have the size and dimensions based on a human scale. Such attempts can be done through the development of a pedestrian area and the provision of adequate pedestrian facilities in urban areas, especially in the downtown area. This study aims to determine and identify pedestrian facilities, determine the needs of pedestrian facilities planning and design of pedestrian facilities. Methods of data collection in this study are road inventory survey, calculation of the traffic volume and pedestrian survey. The analysis method using in this research is the analysis of the characteristics of pedestrians. The results of this study showed that pedestrian facilities in Trunoyo street, Malang city has required for a service level C since the value of the pedestrian space is 3.36 m² per person and MT. Haryono street has a value of 3.30 m² space walkers per person. In terms of the facilities provided for pedestrians, street of Trunojoyo and MT. Haryono still inadequate. Based on data analysis, Trunojoyo street has a value of average PV² highest for 2.1 x 108 and MT. Haryono street has a value of 1.3 x 108. From the result of the data analysis and discussion the construction of pedestrian facilities need to be done in order to increase the safety level of pedestrian and based on the calculation results of the PV² Trunojoyo street and MT. Haryono street are needed to be provided with zebra cross.ABSTRAKKota Malang merupakan salah satu kota dengan tingkat gangguan lalu lintas yang cukup besar karena merupakan salah satu kota dengan aktivitas harian dan tingkat kepadatan penduduk cukup tinggi. Lingkungan perkotaan yang manusiawi adalah lingkungan perkotaan yang ramah bagi pejalan kaki yang mempunyai ukuran dan dimensi berdasarkan skala manusia. Upaya ke arah itu dapat dilakukan melalui pengembangan kawasan pejalan kaki serta penyediaan fasilitas pejalan kaki yang memadai di kawasan perkotaan, terutama di kawasan pusat kota. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi fasilitas pejalan kaki, menentukan kebutuhan fasilitas pejalan kaki dan perencanaan desain fasilitas pejalan kaki. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah survei inventarisasi jalan, survei perhitungan volume lalu lintas dan survei pejalan kaki. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis karakteristik pejalan kaki. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain fasilitas pejalan kaki di ruas Jalan Trunoyo, Kota Malang memiliki tingkat pelayanan C karena nilai ruang pejalan kaki 3,36 m²/orang dan ruas Jalan MT. Haryono memiliki nilai ruang pejalan kaki 3,30 m²/orang. Dari segi penyediaan fasilitas pejalan kaki, ruas Jalan Trunojoyo dan ruas Jalan MT. Haryono masih kurang memadai. Berdasarkan analisis data, ruas Jalan Trunojoyo memiliki nilai PV² rata-rata tertinggi 2,1 x 108 dan Ruas Jalan MT. Haryono 1,3 x 108. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pembangunan fasilitas pejalan kaki untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pejalan kaki sedangkan jika dilihat dari perhitungan PV² maka ruas Jalan Trunojoyo dan MT. Haryono perlu adanya penyediaan kembali zebra cross.

Makassar Air Traffic Service Center (MATSC) sebagai pusat pemberian Air Traffic Service di wilayah Ujung Pandang FIR merupakan salah satu bandara di Indonesia yang memiliki tingkat kepadatan traffic yang tinggi. Pelayanan informasi sangat berperan penting dalam hal ini. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan pelayanan informasi yang baik dan efisien pun harus dilakukan demi meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pelayanan informasi lalu lintas penerbangan. Hal tersebut dapat tercapai apabila kompetensi para personel ACO didukung pula oleh kondisi fasilitas, infrastruktur, sarana dan prasarana penunjang pelayanan informasi lalu lintas penerbangan yang berada dalam kondisi baik dan optimal. Sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Airnav Indonesia Tentang penggunaan Web Based FPL “Dalam rangka upaya peningkatan keselamatan pelayanan navigasi penerbangan khususnya tentang pendistribusian ATS Messages, Flight Plan (FPL), Notam, dan Meteorological Messages maka akan diterapkan penggunaan Web Based FPL sebagai media distribusi berita penerbangan (Selain AFTN)”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengolahan data berupa studi pustaka, observasi, kuisioner, dan dokumentasi yang mengacu dari beberapa sumber yang relevan dan memiliki kredibilitas. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa penggunaan Web Based Flight Plan sebagai sarana pengiriman Modification Messages perlu dioptimalkan dan sesuai dengan standar serta prosedur yang telah ditetapkan agar tercipta pelayanan informasi penerbangan yang aman dan efisien

One of the causes of traffic accidents is the non-compliance of motorized vehicle drivers to comply with the maximum speed limits that have been set. This study discusses and analyzes the effectiveness of the maximum speed limit signs that have been installed on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan, Cilacap Regency and provides recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the maximum speed limit signs. The method used is a direct survey in the field and data analysis of the T-Paired Sample Test, as well as assessing the effectiveness using the N-Gain Score. From the analysis, it was found that the effectiveness of the existing signs was 6.25%. Short-Term Memory is related to what a person thinks when receiving a stimulus from the environment with a storage duration of 15-20 seconds. The storage duration can increase up to 20 minutes if there is repetition of information. To increase the effectiveness of speed limit signs, a simulation of the installation of speed limit signs is carried out repeatedly.

The objective research is analysis performance of the walking facilities on a long this corridor based characteristic pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers for facilhj supply. The Aproach metlwde in this research is: Identify pedestrian behavior, perception and preferences walkers. Evaluation performaces walking facilities supply. Knowledge the demand side for quantity walking facilities by measurement pedestrian traffic flaws. Someone inffiuences of pedestrians behavior is follow; walking facility dimention must can be capacity walkers with together 2 to 3 persons or more, walkers do not like trade informal (PKL) on walking path (trotoar), walker will be change to roads, if walking path is inconnection, pedestrian not using zebra cross caution is the near path. Tize basic this variables and the supply facilities equal with satndarize, pedestrian areas must free of inconnecting and accessibility mobile in this area. Tiw big qonsequency in aplly this reseach of pedestrian facilities performance is take areas from people to increase dimention of trotoar for can be capasity of pedestrian traffic flows. Other analysis about increase capasity of pedestrian facility, special for supply unstandarized. Pedestrian facility influence of pedestrian desire, hope using facility walkers increase and central bussiness distric areas becomes high economic for Padang.Key Words: Performance, Pedestrian Facility and Central Bussiness Distric.

Berdasarkan Pasal 106 Ayat (8) Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan ditegaskan bahwa setiap orang yang mengemudikan sepeda motor dan penumpang sepeda motor wajib mengenakan helm yang memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan tertib berlalu lintas terhadap pemakaian helm bagi mahasiswa pengendara sepeda motor di dalam area kampus Universitas Lancang Kuning menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum sosiologis. Pelaksanaan tertib berlalu lintas terhadap pemakaian helm bagi mahasiswa pengendara sepeda motor di dalam area kampus Universitas Lancang Kuning belum terlaksana. Faktor yang menghambat adalah belum adanya peraturan internal di Universitas Lancang Kuning yang mewajibkan mahasiswa untuk memakai helm pada saat mengendarai sepeda motor di dalam area kampus. Meskipun dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan telah diatur mengenai sanksi bagi pengendara sepeda motor yang tidak memakai helm, tetapi penegakan hukum pelanggaran tertib berlalu lintas terhadap pemakaian helm bagi mahasiswa pengendara sepeda motor di dalam area kampus Universitas Lancang Kuning belum pernah diterapkan. IMPLEMENTATION OF TRAFFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE WEARING OF HELMET FOR STUDENT RIDERS MOTORCYCLES IN CAMPUS AREA LANCANG KUNING UNIVERSITY ACCORDING TO LAW NUMBER 22 OF 2009 Based on Article 106 Paragraph (8) of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation, it is stated that every person driving a motorcycle and motorbike passengers are required to wear a helmet that meets the Indonesian National Standard. This research aims to explain the implementation of orderly traffic to the use of helmets for students who ride motorbikes in the campus area of Lancang Kuning University according to Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation. The method used in this research is socio-legal research. The implementation of traffic order on the use of helmets for students riding motorbikes in the campus area of Lancang Kuning University hasn’t yet been implemented. The inhibiting factor is the absence of an internal regulation at Lancang Kuning University which requires students to wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle in the campus area. Although Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and Road Transportation has stipulated sanctions for motorcyclists who don’t wear helmets, law enforcement of traffic order violations against the use of helmets for student motorcyclists within the campus area of ​​Lancang Kuning University has never been implemented.

Human life is inevitable from the need for transportation which is used as a supporting tool to fulfill and facilitate humans to their desired destinations. Transportation which is also a necessity for the people of Batam City has an influence on the condition of road users on almost every side of Batam City which can be found by various road users with their respective vehicles. Characteristics are individual behaviors and actions that must be considered, especially for road users. Users of this road have a variety of characteristics since many people pass by around Gajah Mada Road, Batam City depending on the purposes and needs of each person. The purpose of this research is to analyze the characteristics of road users, analyze the grouping of road user characteristics, analyze the impact of road users through road user characteristics, and find out the number of users of the Gajah Mada Road, Batam City. The research methods used are qualitative and quantitative approaches, the primary data collection techniques are in the form of questionnaires, while secondary data are observations and literature reviews from previous research. The results showed that there is a diversity of characteristics of road users at Gajah Mada Road, Batam City such as road users who always obey traffic signs and lights; the characteristic behaviors of breaking rules are considered neutral; as well as the completeness of driver’s license. Therefore, the researcher wants to discuss the characteristics of these road users.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis efektifitas penerapan program e-tilang dalam mewujudkan penegakan hukum lalu lintas di Wilayah Hukum Polres Bone, serta faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi upaya penegakan hukum berlalu lintas melalui program e-tilang. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data dan fakta penulis berkesimpulan bahwa penerapan program e-tilang sudah cukup efektif dalam mewujudkan penegakan hukum lalu lintas bebas korupsi di Wilayah Hukum Polres Bone. Hal ini dapat dilihat melalui peningkatan jumlah pelanggaran yang terjadi antara tahun 2016 ke tahun 2017 yang meningkat secara signifikan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program e-tilang sangat efisien dan cukup efektif menekan angka pungli. Pada sistem e-tilang, oknum tidak dapat lagi melakukan negosiasi terkait dengan pelanggaran lalu lintas, karena sudah tercatat secara digital dan harus selesai sampai dengan adanya putusan pengadilan. Faktor-faktor apa sajakah yang mempengaruhi upaya penegakan hukum berlalu lintas melalui program e-tilang di Wilayah Hukum Polres Bone meliputi Faktor hukum, Faktor penegak hukum, Faktor sarana, Faktor masyarakat, dan Faktor kebudayaan. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the application of the e-ticketing program in realizing traffic law enforcement in the Bone Police Legal Area, as well as what factors influence the effort to enforce traffic law through the e-ticketing program. Based on an analysis of the data and facts, the author concludes that the application of the e-ticketing program has been quite effective in realizing the enforcement of corruption-free traffic law in the Bone Police Legal Area. This can be seen through the increase in the number of violations that occurred between 2016 and 2017 which increased significantly. This shows that the e-ticketing program is very efficient and quite effective at reducing extortion rates. In the e-ticketing system, the person can no longer conduct negotiations related to traffic violations, because it has been digitally recorded and must be finished until a court decision is made. What factors influence traffic law enforcement efforts through the e-ticketing program in the Bone Police Regional Law Area include legal factors, law enforcement factors, facility factors, community factors, and cultural factors.

In 2019, the city of Jakarta had a new public transportation breakthrough namely the Jakarta MRT, short for Moda Raya Integrated Jakarta (English: Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit). It is important to realize, public transportation users are not only people with normalphysical condition, but also by people with disabilities. The results are expected to provide benefits of this research is to determine the extent of the facilities owned by Nyiur Indah Beach hotel guests can attract traffic and increase hotel revenue. The method used is descriptive analysis and 'verification. Data collection is an interview with using a questionnaire accompanied by literature study. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling techniques that do not provide equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be sampled. Field data collection conducted in 2015. Data were analyzed using Path. Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that there are significant positive and significant effect of the variable to variable-making facility stay. Indicators rooms were clean and comfortable is important in influencing a person to stay. Basically the reason someone stay dihotel is to rest, the rooms are clean and comfortable will make a guest feel at home and comfortable in the rest.

The existence of “Ojeks” along Kesatrian Jatingaleh, Ngesrep Timur V Sumurboto and Karangrejo Raya Srondol Wetan are driven by the lack of public transport services in meeting the needs of people movement around those corridors. Due to public’s high interest on using “Ojeks”, then the existence of “Ojeks” become increasing and wide spreading characterized by the presence of “Ojeks” associations which locations are often considered unsuited and even interfere the traffic. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to assess the presence of “Ojeks” as public transport which are currently growing so as not to cause traffic chaos and to achieve better transportation development in the future. This study employed a mix of quantitative and qualitative methodology. “Ojeks” operators respondents are determined by census method, while for purposive and incidental sampling technique are used to determine the sample of “Ojeks” association chairman and key persons which are government/academia and “Ojeks” users. Descriptive analysis was used as the analysis technique, which then verified for its validity by triangulation approach. The analysis showed that the presence of “Ojeks” will always be needed as the gap filler against the public transport services. “Ojeks” become main livelihood so as to meet the economic needs on the one hand. On the other or social needs, establishment of “Ojeks” associations serve to accommodate the aspirations and information among “Ojeks”members.

Trauma is a condition where a person experience shock or loss because of an incidence. The most frequent causes of trauma are traffic accidents, workplace accidents, sports and household tasks. Musculoskeletal system trauma is often found in the era of high-speed vehicles as it is today. In addition, the incidence of muskuloskeletal trauma increases, largely due to an increase of routine physical exercise of people such as jogging, running and other sports activities. This research aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and the role of nurse in handling musculoskeletal trauma in the emergency room of Dr. M.M Dunda hospital. The research design was a quantitative correlational with cross-sectional approach. The researcher analyzed the data by Chi-Square test with significance level <0.05. The results indicated that there is a relationship between knowledge and the role of nurses in the handling of musculoskeletal trauma with P value of 0.02 <α 0.05. It is suggested that nurses are able to improve their competence in handling musculoskeletal trauma.

Background: In Indonesia, High mobility and human careless become one of the factors of traffic accident. The total number of traffic accident that occured, there were 5.8 % injures or about eight million people was suffering form fractures with the most common fracture type that often occurs, that was 36.9% limb fractures in the upper extremity and 65,2% limb fracture in lower extremity (Departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia, 2013). When people had limb fracture,surgery become one of efforts to restore the structure and the function of the bones into the initial condition. According to the medical data record of Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Hospital Samarinda in 2016, The number of patient who had ortopedic surgery was about 1.579 people. Smeltzer and Bare (2002) stated that Surgery is something that can cause the anxiety. Accordng to Carpenito (2002) 90% pra-surgery patient potentially had anxiety. In determining the level of that anxiety, it is necessary to have valid dan realiable asessment instrument that has been tested by using Hamillton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Purpose of study: To know descreption level anxienty patient of pra surgery on fracture patient. Method : research description to approach methode cross sectional study. Technique taking sample to this reasearch is using accidental sampling methode obtained respondent as much 17 person in mei until july 2017 at aster room and cempaka room of RSUD Abdul Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda. Result : based on univariat analysis, fraction have 2 (11,8%) not anxiety and 5 (29,4%) have mild anxiety, while most of the 10 (58,8%) respondent have moderate anxiety.Conclusion : level anxiety on patient pre surgery who have fractur, most of the 10 (58,8%) respondet have moderate anxiety.

This study analyzed driving skill among Japanese elderly drivers comparedto young drivers and see which less skilled that might impact road accident risk in highway. Subjects included young and elderly drivers, consisting of 10 college students (20 – 24 years old) and 25 elderly drivers (14 men and 11 women) coming from The Silver Manpower Centre, an organization for elderly > 60 years. Elderly drivers were divided into two age groups, namely elderly 1 aged 60 – 65 years (10 persons) and elderly 2 aged > 65 years (15 persons). Driving performance was evaluated by using driving game simulator in laboratory. Analysis was conducted on consistency in the lane, lane-changing skill, traffic sign compliance, right-turning skill, braking and driving speed. Statistical analysis was performed using ANOVA test. Generally, performance of elderly 2 was lower than the young almost in all parameters including consistency in the lane (p value < 0.007), traffic sign compliance (p value < 0.011), right-turning skill (p value < 0.001) and braking (p value < 0.001). In the lane-changing skill, young drivers showed significantly higher score (p value < 0.007) than both elderly groups in which elderly 1 (p value < 0.004); elderly 2 (p value < 0.001). The group > 65 years old were likely to be wrong on seeing traffic signs due to visual limitation and long response of compliance.AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis kemampuan mengemudi pada pengemudi lanjut usia (lansia) dibandingkan dengan usia muda di Jepang dan melihat keterampilan mengemudi yang kurang sehingga dapat memengaruhi risiko kecelakaan di jalan raya. Subjek penelitian adalah pengemudi usia muda dan lansia, terdiri dari 10 mahasiswa (20 - 24 tahun) dan 25 pengemudi lansia (14 laki-laki dan 11 perempuan) berasal dari The Silver Menpower Center, organisasi bagi lansia > 60 tahun. Pengemudi lansia dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, yaitu lansia 1 berusia 60 - 65 tahun (10 orang) dan lansia 2 berusia > 65 tahun (15 orang). Kemampuan mengemudi dievaluasi dengan simulator permainan mengemudi dalam laboratorium. Analisis dilakukan pada konsistensi dalam jalur, perubahan jalur, kepatuhan pada rambu lalu lintas, kemampuan berbalik kanan, mengerem/akselerasi, dan kecepatan mengemudi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji ANOVA. Secara umum, kemampuan pengemudi lansia 2 lebih rendah dibandingkan usia muda hampir di semua parameter, meliputi kekonsistenan dalam jalur (nilai p < 0,007), kepatuhan pada rambu lalu lintas (nilai p < 0,011), kemampuan berbalik kanan (nilai p < 0,001), dan keterampilan mengerem/akselerasi (nilai p < 0,001). Dalam keterampilan mengubah jalur, pengemudi usia muda menunjukkan skor signifikan (nilai p < 0,007) lebih tinggi dari kedua kelompok pengemudi lansia dimana lansia 1 (nilai p < 0,004); lansia 2 (nilai p < 0,001). Pengemudi > 65 tahun cenderung salah dalam melihat rambu lalu lintas karena terbatasnya penglihatan dan lamanya respons dalam mematuhinya.

AbstrakSepeda gunung yang awalnya sebagai sarana olahraga beralih sebagai rekreasi hingga sebagai saran transportasi di wilayah perkotaan Jakarta. Hingga pemenuhan sebagai penunjang gaya hidup di perkotaan, atau sekedar pemenuhan hasrat hobi berolahraga bersepeda gunung menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup dan pencitraan pemiliknya, diungkapkan bahwa bersepeda gunung saat ini sudah menjadi bagian dari gaya hidup, sepeda gunung sudah merupakan kebutuhan seseorang itu pun mulai menjadi gaya hidup ( lifestyle) sebagai makna reprentasi konsumerisme oleh para penggunanya. Selain untuk alat olahraga dan transportasi, sepeda gunung ternyata bisa untuk gaya hiudp sehat yang dikombinaksikan dengan pemahaman teknologi dan kegunaannya serta penerapan pada sepeda gunung. Diharapkan peningkatan kesadaran dari masyarakat mengenai manfaat dari bersepedai gunung, baik itu untuk transportasi olahraga maupun rekreasi. Sepeda merupakan moda transpormasi murah, hemat, mengurangi polusi udara dan bunyi, menguarangi kemacetan bersahabat dengan lingkungan dan meningkatkan interaksi dalam bermasyarakat

A bank is a financial institution whose main business is to raise funds, distribute funds, and provide services in payment traffic and money circulation. Islamic banking as an institution that collects and distributes funds has various types of businesses that offer various conveniences for the public to meet the needs of business capital, consumptive needs, future savings, and just meet entertainment needs. Mechanism is a process of carrying out an activity carried out by a person or several people using orders and rules as well as the flow of communication and division of tasks in accordance with professionalism. This study aims to find out how the mechanism for opening and closing savings accounts in early childhood in Islamic banks, and to find out how savings law in early childhood is in an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the purpose of the study, this research is a type of qualitative research using a grounded theory approach. This technique is used to describe the data that researchers collect, both data from interviews, observations and documentation during research at "PT. Bank Muamalat Bone Regency". The results of this study show that the mechanism for opening and closing accounts in early childhood savings is on the condition that the identity of the child who wants to open a savings account must already have a birth certificate and have been recorded in the family card, and the contract system used in this savings is to use a wadiah contract in the form of a entrustment

The people with visual impairment have problems in mobility and orientation, especially in the outdoor environment. Recently, traffic lights systems, which is a facility where someone crosses do not support visually implaired people so they still need help from others in crossing the road. In this study, a system that integrates traffic lights is implemented using Visible Light Communication (VLC) technology, where the VLC transmitter is mounted on a traffic light, and the VLC receiver is installed as a wearable device that can be used with the audio information signal. The measurement is done by considering the use of color filters. The measurement results show that the transmitter system has been able to send signals with audio frequencies from 300 Hz to 4000 Hz. Besides that, receiving an information signal consisting of a audio signal from a transmitter mounted on a traffic light with a red, yellow and green color filter can be received by a VLC receiver that is placed on a visually impaired person of good quality with the signal voltage received above 4 Vpp, where the use of a yellow filter shows the best signal reception results with a voltage output of 5.00 Vpp at a frequency of 2400 Hz compared to other color filters.ABSTRAK: Penyandang tuna netra memiliki masalah dalam hal mobilitas dan orientasi, khususnya di lingkungan luar (outdoor). Pada sistem yang terdapat pada lampu lalu lintas (traffic light) yang merupakan fasilitas dimana seseorang menyebrang saat ini belum mendukung penyandang tuna netra, sehingga sampai saat ini masih membutuhkan bantuan orang lain dalam menyebrang jalan. Pada penelitian ini, sebuah sistem yang diintegrasikan pada lampu lalu lintas diimplementasikan menggunakan teknologi Visible Light Communication (VLC), dimana VLC transmitter dipasang pada lampu lalu lintas dan VLC receiver dipasang sebagai wearable device dengan sinyal informasi suara digunakan oleh penyandang tunanetra sehingga dapat menerima informasi mengenai kondisi lampu lalu lintas pada saat itu. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan penggunaan filter berwarna. Hasil pengukuran menunjukan bahwa sistem transmitter telah dapat mengirimkan sinyal dengan frekuensi suara dari 300 Hz sampai 4000 Hz. Disamping itu, penerimaan sinyal informasi berupa sinyal suara dari transmitter yang terpasang pada lampu lalu lintas dengan filter warna Merah, Kuning dan Hijau telah dapat diterima oleh receiver yang ditempatkan pada penyandang tuna netra dengan kualitas baik dengan tegangan sinyal yang diterima diatas 4 Vpp, dimana penggunaan filter warna kuning menunjukan hasil penerimaan sinyal yang paling baik dengan tegangan output 5,00 Vpp pada frekuensi 2400 Hz dibandingkan dibandingkan penggunaan filter warna lainnya

ABSTRAK Keterlambatan korban gawat darurat dalam penanganan dapat berakibat kecacatan fisik atau bahkan sampai kematian. Lebih sering korban kegawatan ditemukan oleh masyarakat awam yang belum terpapar dengan baik tentang teknik dan cara pertolongan yang benar. Hasil penelitian Rawindi dkk pada tahun 2016 tentang Hubungan Pengetahuan Masyarakat Awam dengan Tindakan Awal Gawat Darurat Kecelakaan Lalu Lintas membuktikan bahwa hampir separuh (46,7%) responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang tentang tindakan awal gawat darurat, lebih dari separuh (56,7%) responden melakukan tindakan awal gawat darurat dengan kurang baik. Pengetahuan dan latihan dalam menangani korban kegawatdaruratan dengan pertolongan bantuan hidup dasar.Pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelatihan yang berada di area Cikarang. Kegiatan ini melibatkan tim medikal bedah dan komunitas serta mahasiswa tingkat II dan tingkat III. Para narasumber adalah para dosen, para mahasiswa melakukan simulasi dan menjadi fasilitator. Materi bantuan hidup dasar diberikan dan kemudian dilakukan simulasi dihadapan pada para peserta. Redemonstrasi dilakukan perwakilan dari peserta terhadap simulasi yang telah dilakukan. Pre dan post test juga dilakukan menggunakan google form. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat tentang pelatihan bantuan hidup dasar pada pelajar SMAN I Bojongmangu oleh 29 orang kelas XI. Data deskritif distribusi jenis kelamin peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 20 pelajar putri dan 9 pelajar putra. Hasil Pre test tertinggi dengan nilai 50 dan hasil post test tertinggi dengan nilai 100 poin. Rata-rata pengetahuan pre test peserta pelatihan adalah 2.52 dengan median 3.00 dengan standar deviasi 0.087 dan nilai post test rata-rata pengetahuan 5.79 dengan standar deviasi 2.000 dan median 6.00. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan para pelajar SMA 1 Bojongmangu setelah diberikan pelatihan bantuan hidup dasar dengan nilai tertinggi dua kali lipat kenaikan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Bantuan Hidup Dasar, Pelajar ABSTRACT The delay of emergency victims in handling can result in physical disability or even death. More often emergency victims are found by ordinary people who have not been properly exposed to the correct techniques and methods of help. The results of research by Rawindi et al in 2016 on the Relationship of Public Knowledge with Traffic Accident Emergency Actions prove that almost half (46.7%) of respondents have less knowledge about emergency early action, more than half (56.7%) respondents did the initial emergency action poorly. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and training in dealing with emergency victims with basic life support. Implementation of activities begins with identifying training needs in the Cikarang area. This activity involved medical and surgical teams and the community as well as second and third level students. The resource persons are lecturers, students performed simulations and become facilitators. Basic life support materials were given and then a simulation was performed in front of the participants. The demonstration was carried out by representatives of the participants on the simulations that had been carried out. Pre and post tests are also carried out using google form. Implementation of community service activities regarding basic life support training for students of SMAN I Bojongmangu by 29 class XI students. The descriptive data on the sex distribution of the training participants consisted of 20 female students and 9 male students. The highest pre test results with a value of 50 and the highest post test results with a value of 100 points. The average pre-test knowledge of the trainees was 2.52 with a median of 3.00 with a standard deviation of 0.087 and the average post-test value of knowledge was 5.79 with a standard deviation of 2,000 and a median of 6.00. There was an increase in the knowledge of Bojongmangu 1 High School students after being given basic life support training with the highest score doubled. Background: Noise pollution or noise is an unwanted sound which is disturbing to human beings.However small or soft the sound, if it is undesirable it is considered as noise. Noise induced hearingloss is a sensorineural hearing loss that is commonly encountered second to presbycusis. Purpose: Toknow the effect of traffic noise exposure on hearing impairment to the employees of the Parking DistrictCompany of the Denpasar city and to improve diagnostic detection on hearing impairment caused bynoise. Method: A cross sectional study was conducted at the Parking District Company office. Thepopulations of this study were the employees of the Parking District Company. Samples of this study were the employees who were exposed to traffic noise and control samples were an employee who was unexposed. Samples were selected by simple random sampling. Results: From 40 parking attendants,27 persons (67.5%) aged above 35 years old. The parking attendants who had been working for ten to fifteen years were 36 persons (90%) and no history using ear protection when working. Seven persons(17.5%) had referred DPOAE upon examination with increase hearing threshold on audiogram result.In this study the parking attendants who had hearing deficit induced by noise were 7 persons (17.5%)and only one person (2.5%) in control group. There was a statistically significant effect of traffic noiseto hearing function deficit (p<0.05). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai kemacetan lalulintas yang terjadi di Jalan By Pass kawasan Ketaping-Kuranji dan untuk menganalisis kebijakan-kebijakan penanganan masalah kemacetan lalulintas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis hirarki proses (AHP). Analisis dilakukan terhadap delapan alternatif kebijakan penanganan kemacetan lalulintas yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan key persons. Dalam masing-masing aspek terdapat alternatif-alternatif kebijakan yaitu aspek ekonomi: 1. Penyediaan busway pada Jalan By Pass 2. Peningkatan jumlah angkutan umum. Kemudian aspek manajemen lalulintas: 1. Perbaikan sistem traffict light 2.Pembangunan jalan baru sebagai jalan alternatif 3. Pelebaran jalan pada ruas Jalan By Pass.Yang terakhir adalah aspek lingkungan terdiri dari : 1. Pembatasan jumlah kendaraaan pribadi 2. Pembatasan jam operasi truk besar 3. Penerapan tata guna lahan (landmixuse). Delapan alternatif kebijakan tersebut akan dianalisis terhadap dua komponen responden yaitu key persons dan masyarakat sekitar Jalan by pass.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan keseluruhan alternatif dari setiap aspek oleh masing-masing responden memilih kebijakan dalam upaya mengurangi kemacetan lalulintas dengan cara memperbaiki sistem traffict light denganbobot alternatif tertinggi. Yang berarti hasil analisis tersebut konsisten dan dapat diterima. Kebijakan memperbaiki sistem traffict light dengan tingkat prioritas tertinggi. Perbaikan sistem traffict light dianggap efektif dalam mengurangi kemacetan. Tiga besar prioritas kebijakan lainnya adalah sebagai berikut: Responden key persons memilih Perbaikan sistem traffict light ,penyediaan Busway, pembatasan jumlah kendaraan pribadi. Salah satu permasalahan yang selalu dihadapi di kota kota besar yaitu masalah lalu lintas. Hal ini terbukti dari adanya indikasi angka-angka kecelakaan lalu lintas yang semakin hari semakin meningkat. Undang-undang dibuat agar dapat menjamin suatu kepastian hukum sehingga harus ditegakkan dengan penerapan suatu sanksi yang dapat membuat pelanggar menjadi jera dan tidak akan mengulangi perbuatannya kembali. Demikian pula halnya dengan kecelakaan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan orang lain menjadi meninggal dunia akibat dari pelanggaran lalu lintas sehingga dapat dikenakan sanksi pidana sesuai dengan yang diatur dalam Pasal 359 KUHP serta Pasal 310 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hukum Hakim dalam menjatuhkan pidana terhadap pelaku, dan untuk mengetahui penerapan hukum pidana terhadap tindak pidana kelalaian yang mengakibatkan meninggalnya orang lain dalam putusan No. 295 /Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Sgm. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pengadilan Negeri Sungguminasa, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Berdasarkan analisis, penulis menyimpulkan beberapa hal, antara lain: Pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku tindak pidana kelalaian yang mengakibatkan orang lain meninggal dunia yaitu bahwa terdakwa melanggar Pasal 310 ayat (4), UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Berdasarkan alat bukti yang terungkap dipersidangan berupa keterangan saksi-saksi yang bersesuaian satu sama lainnya dan keterangan terdakwa, surat dan petunjuk diperoleh fakta hokum. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka hakim menjatuhkan sanksi pidana terhadap kelalaian yang mengakibatkan orang lain meninggal dunia dalam Putusan No.295/Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Sgm berdasarkan Pasal 310 Undang-Undang Repukblik Indonesia No. 22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. One of the problems that are always faced in big cities is traffic problems. This is evident from the indications that the number of traffic accidents is increasing day by day. The law is made in order to guarantee a legal certainty so that it must be enforced by the application of a sanction that can make violators a deterrent and will not repeat their Actions again. Likewise, traffic accidents that cause other people to die as a result of traffic violations so that they can be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with Article 359 of the Criminal Code and Article 310 paragraph (4) of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2009 concerning Traffic and road transport.This study aims to determine the judge's legal considerations in imposing a crime against the perpetrator, and to determine the application of criminal law to the criminal Act of negligence that resulted in the death of another person in the decision no. 295 /Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Sgm. This research was conducted at the Sungguminasa District Court, using data collection techniques by means of library research and field research. Based on the analysis, the authors conclude several things, including: 1.) The criminal responsibility of the perpetrator of the crime of negligence that resulted in the death of another person is that the defendant violated Article 310 paragraph (4), Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. 2.) Based on the evidence revealed at the trial in the form of statements of witnesses that are in agreement with each other and the statements of the defendant, letters and instructions obtained legal fActs 3.) Based on this, the judge imposes criminal sanctions on negligence resulting in the death of another person in the Decision No.295/Pid.Sus/2015/PN.Sgm based on Article 310 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.

ABSTACTEquality before the law is an important principle in modern law, which is one of the joints of Rule of Law doctrine in a developing country like Indonesia, so this principle is used as the basis for every human being in enforcing the law. Increased traffic activity triggers an increase in traffic-related issues, one of which is a traffic accident. The problem is that it is difficult to provide law enforcement that can lead to a deterrent effect resulting in traffic awareness. The purpose of this study is to review criminal law enforcement in terms of legislation and review accountability in cases of criminal acts of traffic accidents that result in the loss of life of people in the traffic accident crime in Semarang City. Types of normative juridical research. The nature of the research using descriptive qualitative. Techniques of collecting data using secondary data (verdict number 599 / Pid.Sus / 2017 / PN.Smg and number 625 / Pid.B / 2017 / PN.Smg.). The results indicate that criminal law enforcement of traffic accidents resulting in the loss of life of persons still has some weaknesses and for accountability the crime has fulfilled the element of criminal liability in general. Tujuan dalam studi ini adalah untuk meninjau penegakan hukum pidana yang ditinjau dari perundang-undangan dan meninjau pertanggungjawaban pada kasus tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas yang menyebabkan hilangnya nyawa orang pada tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas di Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Sifat penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data sekunder (putusan nomor 599/Pid.Sus/2017/PN.Smg dan nomor 625/Pid.B/2017/PN.Smg.). Hasil menujukkkan bahwa penegakan hukum pidana kecelakaan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan hilangnya nyawa orang masih memeiliki beberapa kelemahan dan untuk pertanggungjawaban pidanya telah memnuhi unsur pertanggungjawaban pidana secara umum.Kata kunci: penegakan hukum, tindak pidana, kecelakaan, lalu lintas

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini : (1) mengidentifikasi keterjangkauan masing- masing rumah sakit umum di Kota Yogyakarta, (2) menganalisis rute optimal yang di lalui masyarakat untuk menuju rumah sakit umum. Metode yang digunakan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan network analysis pada Sistem Informasi Geografis. Wawancara pada key person dilakukan untuk mengetahui persebaran dari keterjangkauan rumah sakit. Variabel penelitian ini adalah : karakteristik hambatan lalu lintas seperti kepadatan lalu lintas, traffic light, jalan satu arah dan dua arah, perlintasan rel kereta api; jarak tempuh; waktu tempuh. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah masing-masing rumah sakit umum memiliki keterjangkauan berbeda-beda dalam pelayanannya. Hal ini dikarenakan keterjangkauan pada teori fasilitas pelayanan hanya menjangkau pada jumlah penduduk. Rumah sakit yang memiliki jangkauan terluasa dalah Rumah Sakit Ludira Husada Tama, meliputi Kecamatan Jetis, Kecamatan Tegalrejo, Kecamatan Gedongtengen, dan Kecamatan Wirobrajan. Rute optimal yang didapatkan dari hasil network analysis memilih lokasi rumah sakit yang berada di dekatnya dengan jangkauan lima hingga sepuluh menit tergantung pada jumlah hambatan, panjang jalan, dan kepadatan lalu lintas yang dilalui. Rute tercepat dapat dilakukan melalui Kecamatan Danurejan menuju Rumah Sakit Bethesda Lempuyangwangi dengan waktu tempuh kurang dari satu menit. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujun untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penerimaan diri remaja tunadaksa karena kecelakaan lalu lintas dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pada dua orang partisipan, didapati bahwa kedua partisipan merasa malu ketika berinteraksi dengan orang lain dan hal itu membuat kedua partisipan sering mempunyai keinginan untuk kembali dengan tubuhnya yang normal. Tahapan penerimaan diri kedua partisipan berbeda, partisipan 1 berada pada tahap ketiga yang ditandai dengan keinginannya untuk menghilangkan perasaan dan pikiran mengenai kecelakaan dan keinginan untuk kembali sempurna. Sedangkan partisipan 2 sudah mencapai tahap keempat di mana dia memilih untuk tidak terlalu memikirkan mengenai pikiran dan perasaan akan ketidaksempurnaannya. Kata Kunci: penerimaan diri, remaja tunadaksa, kecelakaan lalu lintas THE DESCRIPTION OF SELF ACCEPTANCE PROCESS ON ADOLESCENT WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES DUE TO TRAFFIC ACCIDENT ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe the self­ acceptance process on adolescent with physical disabilities due to traffic accident by using qualitative approach. Based on an interview’s results with two participants, we found that both participants feel a shame when interacted with other persons and it makes both participants have a desire to back with their normal body. Both participants have a different stage of self acceptance process, participant 1 is on the third stage which marked with her willingness to remove the feeling and a thought about the accident and desire to back with her perfect body. Whereas, participant 2 has reached the fourth stage which she choose not to think too much about her thought and feeling of her imperfection. Resumen
People who were seeking housing in relatively good environment in the fringe area of metropolitant have found themselves experiencing the negative impact of continuing suburban sprawl and housing growth, especially when basic infrastructures and urban services are insufficient. Together with the increasingenvironmental pressure caused by traffic jam and pollution, all of these condition have absolutely been lowering their amenities, then in turn their quality of life. The problems are whether is there any lack of specific steps in formulating the policy and if not, is there any gap beetween knowledge and action in implementingthe policy? This research tries to reveal what exactly the needed processes andntype of strategic planning are to produce to make a Sustainable SettlementnManagement System Modelling possible. The research intended to establish policy model through soft system methodology (SSM), which is considered the most suitable approach to this area, that is characterized by the interwoven ofunstructured problems involving multisectors, multiactors, and multidisciplines. The findings of the research are the need of a better processes in public policy formulation upon the fringe areas of metropolitan, by involving knowledgable persons. Using this mechanism, the research come to the conclusion that astrong policy on developing infrastructure and transportation as well as the provision of social-public facilities within walking distance in an integrated way with the development of housing and settlement in order to maintain the level of amenities are needed. In addition to these findings, community-based organization,such as home-owner asssociation, has to be established in order to allow a bigger room for community participation in implementing the public policy.

Abstract: Head injury is a mechanical trauma to the head that occurs either directly or indirectly, which then can lead to disorders of neurological function, physical function, cognitive, and psychosocial, temporary or permanent. This study aimed to describe patients with head injuries admitted at the Emergency Surgery Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado in the period of January 2013 to Desember 2013. This was a retrospective descriptive study. Subjects were patients at the Emergency Surgery Installattion Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital period January 2013-December 2013 and were diagnosed with head injuries. Gender, age, occupation, causes of head injuroes, and diagnosis obtained from medical records. The results showed that there were 420 patients with head injuries, most of them were males 302 people (71.9%) compared to 118 females (28.1%). The climax of incidence was in the age group 15-19 (17.1%) with the highest profession as student were 138 persons (32.9%) and the fewest was Army/Police and priest, each of them was 1 patient (0.2%). Most of the head injury cases (298 people, 71.0%) were caused by traffic accidents and 178 males were diagnosed with comotio cerebral which was the most common diagnosis (40.8%). Conclusion: In this study, most of the head injury cases were males in the age group 15-19 years. Students were the most frequent background with traffic accidents as the major cause and commotio cerebral was the most common diagnosis.Keywords: head injury, causes of head injury.Abstrak: Cedera kepala adalah trauma mekanik pada kepala yang terjadi baik secara langsung atau tidak langsung yang kemudian dapat berakibat gangguan fungsi neurologis, fungsi fisik, kognitif, psikososial, dapat bersifat temporer atau permanen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penderita cedera kepala yang masuk ke Instalasi Rawat Darurat Bedah (IRDB) RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado dalam periode Januari 2013 – Desember 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif. Subjek penelitian ialah pasien yang masuk ke IRDB RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado periode Januari 2013 – Desember 2013 yang didiagnosis cedera kepala. Jenis kelamin, usia, pekerjaan, penyebab cedera kepala dan diagnosis dicatat dari rekam medik pasien. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan 420 kasus cedera kepala, sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 302 orang (71,9%) sedangkan jenis kelamin perempuan 118 orang (28,1%). Puncak kejadian pada kelompok umur 15-19tahun (17,1%) dengan profesi terbanyak sebagai pelajar/mahasiswa sejumlah 138 orang (32,9%) dan profesi yang paling sedikit TNI/POLRI dan pendeta masing – masing 1 pasien (0,2%). Dari rekam medik didapatkan penyebab cedera kepala tersering ialah kecelakaan lalu lintas yang dialami oleh 298 orang (71,0%) dan 178 orang didiagnosis komosio serebri yang merupakan diagnosis tersering sebanyak 40,8%. Simpulan: Pada penelitian ini cedera kepala terbanyak terjadi pada laki-laki dengan kelompok usia15-19 tahun. Pelajar/mahasiswa merupakan profesi terbanyak, kecelakaan lalu lintas merupakan penyebab utama, dan komosio serebri sebagai diagnosis tersering.Kata kunci: cedera kepala, morfologi cedera kepala
