Resumen
The coronavirus spreads at a horrendous speed and has influenced people’s lives. Based on Fairclough’s threedimensional model, this paper, with quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, chooses thirty texts from The New York Times and then dissects them by means of the corpus AntConc 3.5.8 and manual collection from three angles including text, discursive practice and social practice. It is found that in the dimension of text, high-frequency words demonstrate the severe status quo of the epidemic, while words with emotional meanings show reporters’ critical views. In the dimension of discursive practice, Indirect speech as a preponderant reporting mode shows that subjective moods exist in news reports. In the dimension of social practice, five mainstream values deeply rooted in American people’s minds influence their attitudes towards the epidemic. This paper reveals the relationship between language and society in news reports on the Covid-19 epidemic, promoting the process of researches on critical discourse analysis of news reports on public health events.

Resumen
This paper starts with the study of realistic three-dimensional models, from the two aspects of ink art style simulation model and three-dimensional display technology, explores the three-dimensional display model of three-dimensional model ink style, and conducts experiments through the software development platform and auxiliary software. The feasibility of the model is verified. Aiming at the problem of real-time rendering of large-scale 3D scenes in the model, efficient visibility rejection method and a multiresolution fast rendering method were designed to realize the rapid construction and rendering of ink art 3D virtual reality scenes in a big data environment. A two-dimensional cellular automaton is used to simulate a brushstroke model with ink and wash style, and outlines are drawn along the path of the brushstroke to obtain an effect close to the artistic style of ink and wash painting. Set the surface of the model with ink style brushstroke texture patterns, refer to the depth map, normal map, and curvature map information of the model, and simulate the drawing effect of the method by procedural texture mapping. Example verification shows that the rapid visualization analysis model of ink art big data designed in this paper is in line with the prediction requirements of ink art big data three-dimensional display indicators. The fast visibility removal method is used to deal with large-scale three-dimensional ink art in a big data environment. High efficiency is achieved in virtual reality scenes, and the multiresolution fast rendering method better maintains the appearance of the prediction model without major deformation.

Resumen
This paper provides a scheme to construct three dimensional (3D) model fast using laser scanning data. In the approach, firstly, laser point cloud are scanned from different scan positions and the point cloud coming from neighbor scan stations are spliced automatically to combine a uniform point cloud model, and then feature lines are extracted through the point cloud, and the framework of the building are extracted to generate 3D models. At last, a conclusion can be drawn that 3D visualization model can be generated quickly using 3D laser scanning technology. The experiment result shows that it will bring the application model and technical advantage which traditional mapping way can not have.

Resumen
Watermark information is embedded in three-dimensional mesh model through three-dimensional watermarking algorithm for effective copyright protection. The widely use of three-dimensional grid model attracts more attention on the copyright protection. The digital watermark algorithm with the NURBS model based on the wavelet transform aims to get the virtual grayscale images using the control point coordinate. Then we can embed the watermark into the virtual gray image watermark. It can change the three-dimensional models into two-dimensional images. And this algorithm can enhance the operability and simplicity of the watermark embedding. Experiments show that the proposed algorithm is easy to implement, simple in principle, and the extracted watermark is clearly visible, moreover, the model does not need to be directly modified, so it has good robustness. Watermarked model does not change in the visual, it has good invisibility.

This accountability is accomplished through access control mechanisms & services that require Confidentiality, Integrity, Authentication, Access control, Non repudiation, Availability & Privacy through operating system control and audit function. One has to develop the computer algebraic system over a relation, function, operation & services for multiple business, resources and location for risk optimization on complex real time large scale operating system. This paper contributes to the development of an optimization mechanism that objective to determine the optimal cost to be invested into security mechanisms on the measure component of the system security. Furthermore, the model optimize the cost, time & resources is supposed to optimize the system risks and maximize the business throughput and high security system. One has to develop one solution (ACM) for multiple issue which is satisfying to the pervasive and ubiquitous computing based on distributed object oriented system.

Resumen
Three-dimensional surface merging plays an important role in rapid prototyping manufacture, physically based modeling and finite element analysis. In this paper, a rapid merging method is proposed to build three-dimensional water-proof surface model from polygonal models. To rapidly determine merging boundaries, collision detection techniques are used to obtain the intersection triangle pairs between the two input models, and then the intersection line loops are accurately computed. Furthermore, triangle tessellation and edge searching method is used to generate new triangles and classify each triangle in models into different triangle sets. Finally, an inclusion test determines the position of each triangle set and stitches the labeled triangle sets into the merged model. The experimental results demonstrate the robustness and adaptability of the presented method.

Resumen
We investigate the stability and dynamics of three-dimensional limit-cycle states in flow past a circular cylinder using low-dimensional modelling. High-resolution direct numerical simulations are employed to obtain flow snapshots from which the most energetic modes are extracted using proper orthogonal decomposition. We show that the limit cycle is reproduced very accurately with only twenty three-dimensional modes. The addition of two-dimensional modes to the Karhunen–Loeve expansion basis improves the ability of the model to capture the three-dimensional bifurcation, including the discontinuity in the Strouhal number discovered experimentally.

Resumen
Sarcoidosis is a multi-system disorder of granulomatous inflammation which most commonly affects the lungs. Its etiology and pathogenesis are not well defined in part due to the lack of reliable modeling. Here, we present the development of an in vitro three-dimensional lung-on-chip biochip designed to mimic granuloma formation. A lung on chip fluidic macrodevice was developed and added to our previously developed a lung-on-membrane model (LOMM). Granulomas were cultured from blood samples of patients with sarcoidosis and then inserted in the air-lung-interface of the microchip to create a three-dimensional biochip pulmonary sarcoidosis model (3D BSGM). Cytokines were measured after 48 hours. ELISA testing was performed to measure cytokine response difference between LOMM with 3D BSGM. There were statistically significant differences in IL-1ß (P = 0.001953), IL-6 (P = 0.001953), GM-CSF (P = 0.001953), and INF-γ expressions (P = 0.09375) between two groups. The current model represents the first 3D biochip sarcoidosis model created by adding a microfluidics system to a dual-chambered lung on membrane model and introducing developed sarcoid-granuloma to its air-lung-interface.

Resumen
Three-dimensional (3D) geometric model shapes blending method can create various in-between models from two inputs of models shapes. Though, many blended shapes are implausible due to different inputs of model type, inappropriate matching-parts, improper parts-segmentation, and non-tally number of segmentation parts. are crucial and should be taken into account. The objective of this paper is to study the strengths and weaknesses of some prominent shapes blending methods and the 3D reconstruction methods. An interpolated shape blending program using the Laplacian-based contraction and Slinky-based segmentation method is developed to illustrate the critical problems arise in the shape blending process. Output results are to be compared with some prominent existing methods and one will observe the potential research direction in the blending research work
