Les plateformes interactives d’entraide entre consommateurs (ou tchats communautaires) se multiplient sur les sites web des marques. Sur ces plateformes, des consommateurs se substituent aux marques, pour répondre à des questions posées à propos des marques par d’autres consommateurs. L’objectif de cet article est de comprendre les mécanismes de co-création et les trajectoires des individus (appelés coachs) qui s’investissent dans la durée sur ces plateformes. Nous mobilisons le cadre théorique de la plateforme comme assemblage et lieu de création interactionnelle (Ramaswany et Ozcan, 2018). L’analyse d’entretiens individuels avec des membres de la plateforme de tchat communautaire TokyWoky permet d’identifier quatre assemblages agenciels : « consommateurscoachs », « coachs-coachs », « coachs-TokyWoky », « coachs-marques ». Nous clarifions les modalités d’interactions entre assemblages qui expliquent les trajectoires de coachs en quatre étapes. Le rôle de la gamification dans la dynamique d’assemblage « coachs-coachs » est également analysé. Enfin, les enjeux propres à l’assemblage « coachs-marques » sont mis en avant pour que les marques optimisent le nouveau canal de communication qu’offre la plateforme. Resumen
Previous studies in Trypanosoma cruzi, the etiologic agent of Chagas disease, have resulted in the cloning and sequencing of a pair of tandemly linked genes (TcHA1 and TcHA2) that encode P (phospho-intermediate form)-type H+-ATPases with homology to fungal and plant proton-pumping ATPases. In the present study, we demonstrate that these pumps are present in the plasma membrane and intracellular compartments of three different stages of T. cruzi. The main intracellular compartment containing these ATPases in epimastigotes was identified as the reservosome. This identification was achieved by immunofluorescence assays and immunoelectron microscopy showing their co-localization with cruzipain, and by subcellular fractionation and detection of their activity. ATP-dependent proton transport by isolated reservosomes was sensitive to vanadate and insensitive to bafilomycin A1, which is in agreement with the localization of P-type H+-ATPases in these organelles. Analysis by confocal immunofluorescence microscopy revealed that epitope–tagged TcHA1-Ty1 and TcHA2-Ty1 gene products are localized in the reservosomes, whereas the TcHA1-Ty1 gene product is additionally present in the plasma membrane. Immunogold electron microscopy showed the presence of the H+-ATPases in other compartments of the endocytic pathway such as the cytostome and endosomal vesicles, suggesting that in contrast with most cells investigated until now, the endocytic pathway of T. cruzi is acidified by a P-type H+-ATPase.

This article attempts to reconstruct the image of the model reader postulated in the writing of Togolese novelist Sami Tchak. To do this, he relies on the poetic of novel and sociology of reading in order to examine the aesthetic of creation in the novelist and to establish the appropriate conditions for reception of this works. The analysis of the romantic plots shows a tight focus around a nightmarish universe dominates by decay and voluptuousness, without totems or taboos, where the characters are neither angels nor beasts, but simply ready to corrupts themselves in order to be happy. It highlights the power of the authors view of the world, that is to say his assumed subjectivity, which he honed from his childhood in his fathers forge, then in middle age at during his incessant travels to the four corners of the world. Thus, the model reader of Sami Tchak must above all allow himself to never shy away from taboos of any kind. He must be ready to wander the cities, to meet myriads of endearing and, very often, eccentric characters wandering sometimes in the upscale neighborhoods, sometimes in the disreputable slums of the suburbs of the world. Because, ultimately, Sami Tchaks texts are strongly colored by didacticism, freedom of thought and spirit. They demonstrate a real intention to share knowledge of an encyclopedic nature to make readers more competent than they are.

Objective. The aim of this overview was to evaluate and summarize Cochrane reviews of traditional Chinese herbal products (TCHPs) as the treatment for coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods. We searched the Cochrane Database that was concerned with the effectiveness of TCHPs for CHD. We also searched the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. Reviews and primary studies of TCHP as the treatment of any type of CHD were included. Data were extracted according to predefined inclusion criteria by two independent reviewers.Results. Six Cochrane reviews were included. They related to a wide range of TCHPs for different types of CHD. Four reviews were concerned with angina pectoris (unstable or stable), one review was concerned with heart failure, and for acute myocardial infarction. No reviews concluded that TCHPs were definitely effective for CHD because of the weak evidence. Eight primary studies were TCHPs from CHD. These studies also maybe result in bias, but better than before.Conclusion. Several Cochrane reviews of TCHPs for the treatment of different types of CHD have recently been published. None of these reviews got definite conclusion favoring the effectiveness of TCHPs due to the weak evidence. With the improved quality of the new registered RCTs. The potential role of TCHPs in treating CHD is anticipated to be detected.

By means of Tao, Sheng and Lin's generized molecular field theory, the temperature dependence of the order parameter dQ/dT|Tchas been calculated. All the parameters in the calculation are fixed by experiments like the previous paper. There is no adjustable parameter. Our calculated value of dQ/dT|Tc~ 1%K-1agree well with experiments. The new puzzle of small value of dQ/dT|Tcdoes not existence.

Les dialogues ont une place importante dans la société et celle-ci s’accroît au fur et à mesure que la technologie progresse. Il existe de plus en plus d'outils pour dialoguer à distance permettant la collecte d'une masse importante de données, utilisables pour réaliser différentes analyses et divers systèmes automatiques.L'analyse du discours conversationnel est une réponse partielle pour comprendre certains aspects de la production du langage dans les dialogues. Une telle analyse permet de caractériser les interactions entre les messages d'un dialogue et ainsi faire ressortir les différents enjeux ou d'identifier les échanges nécessaires pour faire progresser le dialogue.Produire ces analyses est une tâche complexe. Le nombre important de théories d'analyse du discours illustre bien la complexité pour un humain à définir des structures discursives modélisant l'ensemble des interactions. Ceci rend la production d'un grand corpus annoté très coûteuse et le peu de données annotées rend difficile l'utilisation d'algorithmes d'apprentissage supervisés.Dans cette thèse, je propose de produire des représentations du discours conversationnel en s'appuyant sur peu de données annotées discursivement. La thèse s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'ANR DATCHA me donnant accès à un grand corpus de tchats provenant de l'entreprise Orange. Ce corpus me permet d'explorer plusieurs stratégies pour produire des représentations du discours: s'appuyer sur un modèle bout-en-bout prédisant la satisfaction des clients; se fonder sur des annotations en actes de dialogue pour produire des plongements de phrases; utiliser des algorithmes supervisés sur un corpus enrichi automatiquement
Dialogues are a central part of human society, and technological improvements only strengthen their use in more and more situations. Additional tools used to communicate from a distance allow the collection of large amounts of data, which can be used to produce various analyses and automatic systems.Conversational discourse analysis is a partial response to understand some aspects of language production in dialogues. It is used to characterize the different interactions between the messages of a dialogue, and thus highlight the different issues or identify the exchanges that are needed to solve the dialogue's main objectives.Discourse parsing is a challenging task. The high number of existing theories of discourse analysis shows that humans have a hard time defining discursive structures that model all possible interactions. This difficulty makes the production of annotated corpora expensive and the low amount of discursively annotated data makes the use of supervised learning algorithms impractical.In this thesis, I propose to produce representations of conversational discourse based on data that is partially annotated with discourse structures. The thesis is part of the DATCHA project which allowed me access to a large corpus of dialogues owned by the Orange company. This corpus allows us to explore different strategies in order to produce discourse representations: rely on an end-to-end model that predicts customer satisfaction; rely on dialogue acts to produce sentence embeddings; using supervised algorithms on an automatically enriched corpus

Le but de cette these est d'etudier les mutations socio-economiques et la situation des femmes au tchad pendant la guerre civile. La premiere partie du travail est centree sur le systeme economique precolonial. Cette analyse permet de mettre l'accent sur le role de la famille unite de base de production, de montrer la complementarite entre l'homme et la femme et surtout de montrer l'importance, le role et le statut de la femme dans cette societe. La prise en compte dans la deuxieme partie de la these du contexte historique, economique et politique ont permis de montrer l'inadaptation de l'administration et de l'economie qui ont genere les jacqueries. La manipulation de ces mecontentements par les hommes politiques ont debouche sur la guerre civile. La fin de la deuxieme partie est centree sur la description de la situation des femmes apres l'independance, leur statut social general : dot, mariage, polygamie, divorce, veuvage et leur resistance dans un environnement en pleine mutation. Enfin la troisieme partie du travail aborde les bouleversements intervenus pendant la guerre civile, et notamment les crimes et les sanglantes repressions sous le regime de hissene habre. Ce travail est consacré à l'étude de la formation sociale préislamique du Tchad et à l'examen critique des systèmes de la "philosophie africaine". Pour ce faire, le parti a été pris de nous ranger au point de vue de Marx selon lequel le mode de production de la vie matérielle domine en général le procès de la vie sociale politique et intellectuelle. Il a été nécessaire de procéder d'abord à la mise au point d'ensemble des idées établies sur les sociétés et les "mentalités" des noirs d’Afrique. Il a été démontré que les idées fausses sur les africains et sur leur mode d'existence et de pensée provenaient en général de l'ignorance et de l'ethnocentrisme européen du 19e siècle. Débarrassé des idées établies, il a été enfin possible d'aborder l'étude de la formation sociale du Tchad préislamique. L’idée de l'existence de deux formations sociales au Tchad ancien a été réfutée. Par contre, il n'existait qu'une seule et même formation sociale comportant dans le Sahel des structures plus centralisées et dans les régions du désert et de la savane des structures plutôt décentralisées. Cette thèse est confirmée par l'analyse de la structure économique de l'ancien Tchad. Enfin, des formes de pensée ont été examinées. L’objectif final étant non le passé lointain du Tchad mais sa connaissance précise afin d'aider à la maitrise concrète du présent pour le transformer
This work is dedicated to the study of the social pre-Islamic making of Tchad and to the critical examination of the systems prevailing on the African philosophy. For so doing, we have decided to fall in with Marx’s analysis according to which the productive process of material life usually rules that of social political and intellectual life. It was necessary to have a comprehensive view of all the ideas spread on the societies and the blacks' mentalities in Africa. It was proved that all the erroneous ideas on the African way of life and forms of thought came from ignorance and an European ethnocentrism dating from the 19th century. Once we have got rid of these deep-rooted ideas, we may at last start with the study of the social pre-Islamic making of Tchad. The idea of the existence of two social formations in ancient tchad has been refuted. On the contrary, it is believed that there is one sole and unique social formation composed of centralized structures in the Sahel region and rather decentralized structures in the regions of the desert and savannah. The analysis of the economic structure of ancient tchad which presented the same characteristics as to-day. Finally we have examined the forms of thought in Tchad

Tous les gouvernements africains font des déclarations ou édictent des textes (législatifs ou réglementaires) ayant trait aux réformes politiques, administratives, économiques, sociales, etc. Pour améliorer la situation de leur pays. Cependant, ces réformes dont chacun se réclame sont généralement freinées par des contraintes culturelles, autrement dit, des considérations ethniques, régionales, religieuses. . . Quand le chef de l'état et son ethnie prennent en otage l'Etat et en font leur propre affaire, les réformes, si louables soient-elles n'ont pas de chance d'aboutir. Le Tchad comme la plupart des Etats africains, est miné par ces facteurs qui, au lieu d'être occultes, doivent etre pris en compte dans le choix de la forme de l'état. Le chef de l'état, son ethnie et sa clientèle, en voulant s'imposer aux autres groupes ethniques a travers l'appareil d'Etat, développent une réaction de rejet de l'Etat par les groupes marginalisés ou persécutés par le pouvoir. L’instabilité politique, voire la guerre civile en sont souvent la conséquence. Il s'avère que la forme unitaire centralisée et décentralisée n'est pas à même de régler le problème de partage du pouvoir, des ressources du pays entre les différentes nationalités, et la cohabitation pacifique de celles-ci. C’est pourquoi nous préconisons pour le Tchad, une démocratie pluriethnique dans un système fédéral. À tous les niveaux, de la base au sommet, il faut une participation active de toutes les composantes, notamment a travers leurs représentants, à la gestion des affaires du pays. À cette condition seulement naîtra un véritable sentiment national susceptible de mettre le pays en mouvement contre le défi du sous-développement.

Cette recherche propose une description des formes et des pratiques du français observable sur internet, dans le cadre des tchats de type IRC (Internet Relay Chat). Cette description est élaborée à partir de différents corpus : 30 extraits de tchats, issus de 6 canaux francophones (#belgique, #france, #québec, #suisse, #ados, #40ans&+) 2 enquêtes sur questionnaires semi-ouverts, réalisées au total auprès de 300 jeunes environ, et qui portent l'une sur la catégorisation de 40 phénomènes observés dans des tchats, l'autre sur les représentations linguistiques sur le français tchaté ; quelques entretiens semi-directifs, réalisés auprès de tchateurs (jeunes). Au plan graphique, sont proposées une typologie des phénomènes observables, à partir des catégorisations effectuées, et deux études de deux phénomènes précis, les smileys et le graphème "k" (vs "qu"). La typologie insiste sur les continuités entre phénomènes et les études témoignent de l'existence de régulations. Au plan syntaxique, sont proposées une typologie des alinéas observables,fondée sur des critères d'analyse partiellement spécifiques aux tchats, et deux études de deux ressources remarquables, les smileys et les pseudonymes, qui structurent en partie l'énoncé tchaté. Se trouvent ainsi esquissées les grandes lignes d'une syntaxe de l'écrit spontané ici étudié, qui s'inspirent de quelques principaux travaux sur l'oral spontané. Les analyses sociolinguistiques par ailleurs réalisées sous-tendent les deux précédents plans d'analyse. Cette recherche témoigne ainsi de l'intérêt d'un décloisonnement disciplinaire. Au final, la thèse défendue fait du français tchaté le résultat d'une vernacularisation, impliquant le développement d'une compétence sociolinguistique ad hoc. Ce vernaculaire est analysable en termes d'un écrit, spontané, lié par ailleursà une ludogenèse, qui en fait un objet dynamique.

Resumen
The reduction of water consumption and use is emerging as a top priority for all types of thermoelectric power plants. In the United States, thermoelectric power production accounts for approximately 41% of freshwater withdrawals [1] and 3% of overall fresh water consumption. [2] On the basis of responses to a 2011 Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) Request for Information [3], the feasibility study [4,5,6,7] of a Thermosyphon Cooler Hybrid System (TCHS) [8], proposed by Johnson Controls, was funded under EPRI’s Technology Innovation (TI) Water-Conservation Program. The objective of this project was to further develop the TCHS design concept for larger scale power plant applications and then perform a thorough technical and economic feasibility evaluation of the TSC Hybrid System and compare it to a variety of other competitive heat rejection systems. The Thermosyphon Cooler Hybrid System reduces power plant cooling tower evaporative water loss by pre-cooling the condenser loop water through a dry cooling process employing an energy efficient, naturally recirculating refrigerant loop. This paper details the results of a detailed feasibility study that was conducted to compare the cost and performance of the TCHS to a number of other potential wet, dry, and hybrid thermoelectric power plant heat rejection systems operating under varying degrees of water constraint. Installed system cost estimates were developed for the base all wet cooling tower systems, TCHS’s of varying sizes, air-cooled condenser (ACC) hybrid systems of varying sizes, and all dry ACC systems. Optimized all wet cooling tower and all dry ACC system configurations were developed for five different climatic locations. A comprehensive power plant simulation program that evaluated the fuel and water requirements of the power plants equipped with the different heat rejection systems across the weather conditions associated with all 8,760 hours of a typical meteorological year was developed and then an extensive array of simulations were run each location. The summary data were organized in a separate interactive dynamic system comparison summary program to allow users to gain further insight into the relationships between the various heat rejection systems and the sensitivity of the results to changes in key input assumptions. This paper details the data presented in the interactive dynamic system comparison summary program. This program displays the key metrics of the Annual Net Cost of Power Production, the Annual Net Power Plant Profit, the Annual Operating Profit, and the Internal Rate of Return as a function of the Percent Annual Water Savings Required for the various heat rejection systems at each of the five studied climatic locations studied. Key results and conclusions are presented.

As noted in a Summer 2007 EPRI Journal article entitled Running Dry At The Power Plant, “Securing sufficient supplies of fresh water for societal, industrial, and agricultural uses while protecting the natural environment is becoming increasingly difficult in many parts of the United States. Climate variability and change may exacerbate the situation through hotter weather and disrupted precipitation patterns that promote regional drought.” Currently, in the United States, thermoelectric power production accounts for approximately 39% of freshwater withdrawals and 3% of overall fresh water consumption. The Electric Power Research Institute, EPRI, as part of its Technology Innovation (TI) program, is collaborating with Johnson Controls to conduct a feasibility study comparing the performance of a water saving Thermosyphon Cooler Hybrid System (TCHS) with other heat rejection systems for power plant applications. The TCHS employs a sensible heat rejection device, a thermosyphon cooler (TSC) in conjunction with an evaporative heat rejection device, an open cooling tower, to satisfy the annual cooling requirements of a given power plant. By reducing the evaporative heat load, the TCHS can significantly reduce the annual water consumed for cooling while still maintaining peak power plant output on the hottest summer days. Operational details of the Thermosyphon Cooler Hybrid System are presented. Additionally an overview of the cooling system simulation program, based on an 8,760 hourly analysis, used in the feasibility study is discussed. Results comparing the water use and additional fan power requirements between power plants employing a traditional all evaporative system and the TCHS are discussed for two different climatic locations. The concept of incorporating the cost of water, cost of power, the current plant operating conditions, and the current ambient dry bulb temperature into the TSC fan control strategy are also explored. The simulation program performance model is currently being validated with testing of a 1MW prototype TCHS at the Water Research Center near Cartersville, GA. Finally, a conceptual design for a power plant scale TCHS is presented.

Modern linguistics studies the combination of particles with notional words as a periphrastic construction which has a constant structure and semantics and is also regularly used in Russian spoken speech. The paper presents the analysis of the meaning of the analytical syntactic structure with a particle tchut’ ne (‘almost’) which implements subjective modality in the proposal and has a high emotionality and expression. Studying the features of the meaning, structure and grammar of the periphrastic construction tchut’ ne + V in the context of a sentence is the purpose of the article. In this paper the context is perceived in a narrow sense as a linguistic environment in which any given linguistic unit is used. With little emphasis having been put on the context, the existing works have mainly been focused on the meaning of the action which is close to completion, yet not fulfilled due to uncontrollability, surprise and suddenness of the situation. Test material analysis revealed that constructions with a particle almost do not only have a proximative meaning but also a contextually determined one, i. e., the maximum exaggeration of physical states and emotions of the subject (almost died of laughter etc.) and the controlled choice (almost said). Desemantization of verbs and the inclusion in the periphrastic construction of causatives provide a new meaning to it. Such type constructions as almost died from laughter, almost said become idiomatic. The article concludes that the contextual environment and communication goals affect the semantics of the periphrastic construction almost + V. Refs 22.

Oxfam s’est engagé depuis 2016, en partenariat avec des organisations internationales et nationales du Tchad, du Burkina Faso, du Niger, de la Mauritanie et du Mali, dans la mise en oeuvre des projets de renforcement de la résilience dans des zones fragilisées du Sahel financés dans le cadre du Fonds Fiduciaire d’Urgence de l’Union Européenne pour l’Afrique (FFUE). À travers notre expérience et celle des organisations avec lesquelles nous travaillons dans le cadre des projets FFUE, nous avons constaté que les différentes dynamiques de mobilité humaine présentes dans les zones d’intervention avaient des impacts sur les communautés et les projets. C’est ainsi que nous avons entamé un processus d’apprentissage croisé entre les projets FFUE où Oxfam participe afin de mieux comprendre les enjeux entre résilience et mobilité humaine dans le contexte des zones d’intervention dans ces cinq pays du Sahel.

Resumen
Tandis que la dynamique sociopolitique des conflits et de l’insécurité continue à évoluer en Afrique du Nord et au Sahel, les efforts visant à mettre la priorité sur l’exploration des tendances actuelles et émergentes de l’extrémisme violent restent importants. Depuis des décennies, les conflits violents, la mauvaise gestion des ressources, les changements environnementaux et la faiblesse des gouvernements (par manque de capacité institutionnelle ou en résultante d’une approche élitiste prédatrice) ont contribué à des cycles d’instabilité et de fragilité de l’État. Les organisations extrémistes violentes comme Boko Haram, al-Qaeda et l’État islamique autoproclamé et ses affiliés ont profité de cette instabilité. Tandis que les groupes, les tactiques et les contextes continuent d’évoluer, il est indispensable d’accorder une plus grande attention aux menaces actuelles et émergentes pour la paix et la stabilité dans la région. En 2018, le RESOLVE Network a réuni plus de 30 chercheurs, praticiens et responsables politiques internationaux, régionaux et locaux possédant diverses compétences en matière de gouvernance locale, de développement, de prévention et de lutte contre l’extrémisme violent (P/CVE) dans le bassin du lac Tchad et la région proche. Les sujets identifiés ici résultent de l’évaluation collective par les participants de la dynamique actuelle, de l’expertise, de la compréhension approfondie et de la détermination à poursuivre l’analyse des tendances et dynamiques de l’extrémisme violent (EV) dans la région.
