Resumen
A massive of global trends that affect many sectors including food trends has threatened traditional food existence. In order to inherit a spirit of local wisdom preservation among the young generation, the writers initiated a social experiment at Kampung Cikarag in creating a holistic tourist attraction highlighting the local food and its immersive innovation to urban society. This gastronomy tourism development is carried out in Cikarag Village, Garut Regency in collaboration with the business manager of Villa Sarema and some members of a cooperative. The research method uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. The analysis used is divided into two parts, there are internal factor analysis and external factor analysis which is then assisted by instruments in the form of a SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) and QSPM (Qualitative Planning Srategic Matrix). This program resulted in a recommendation for a gastronomic tourism program, that is "Hayu Mulih ka Desa" as an effort to reintroduce Indonesian food through a trip to Garut.

Era saat ini dinamika dan pengaruh trend makanan barat terus bermunculan di Indonesia, dimana terus menyasar Generasi Millenial dan Z. Hal tersebut dikhawatirkan akan berpengaruh pada eksistensi makanan tradisional khas Indonesia di masa mendatang. Oleh karena keresahan tersebut, peneliti membuat sebuah inovasi baru yang bekerjasama dengan sembilan pemangku kepentingan (nona helix) dalam memperkenalkan kembali kekayaan makanan nusantara melalui pengembangan program Wisata Gastronomi. Pengembangan Wisata Gastronomi ini dilakukan di salah satu pengelola Villa di Kampung Cikarag, Kabupaten Garut. Adapun metode penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu analisis faktor internal dan analisis faktor eksternal yang kemudian dibantu dengan analisis SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) dan QSPM (Qualitative Planning Srategic Matrix). Program pengabdian ini menghasilkan sebuah rekomendasi program wisata gastronomi “Hayu Mulih ka Desa” sebagai upaya dalam mengenalkan kembali makanan nusantara melalui trip di Garut. Cakupan wisata gastronomi ini memiliki alur seni kuliner yang menarik, sehingga tidak hanya melihat makanan dari segi pemenuhan kebutuhan fisiologis saja, tetapi memperlihatkan proses hulu ke hilir pengolahan suatu makanan sebagai komponen budaya dan cakupan aset daerah yang dimiliki. Sehingga pengembangan yang dilakukan secara konstruktif membentuk citra yang unik dan menarik bagi sebuah destinasi wisata di daerah.

Indonesia’s geograpycal is archipelago. As archipelago, Indonesia has been recognized world by internationally. Srategic conditions in Indonesia demand that the county is able to develop the potential of the maritime. One of the efforts in develelopment about maritime potential is one of them is manufacture model dry dock gate is stable. Dry Dock Shipyard Door Modeling is used to carry out the analyzes needed by the research and also wants to promote the use according to the needs of the field, both in terms of safety, comfort and budget in terms of operational safety. This research program aims to resolve the stability of Dry Dock doors with a length of 40.4 meters using Maxsurf and Hydromax software in analyzing estimates using intervals of 500 mm in length expected to produce detailed data leading to longitudinal and transverse data as asked by the process ship planning in general. The result of dry dock gate analysis with a length of 40.4 m meets IMO standards where ballast construction requires 54% and 68% and using ballast fix will be able to produce a GMt value of 1.693 m with a tide height of 10.393 m. GMt values indicate the gate dick can remain stable and sturdy standing at the bottom of the dock when dry. when the ballast is empty, it will produce GMt 1,007, which means the dock is stable, but it is still easily broken down. These conditions govern when maintaining dry dock doors

Failure to plan the utilization of Information Systems and Information Technology results in organizations/institutions facing a relatively high increase in financial expenses. Advances in information technology make Information Systems and Information Technology have an important role for the running of an organization today. Information system strategic planning is needed that is aligned with organizational goals that are in accordance with organizational needs and can provide benefits. Strategic planning must be in accordance with the needs of activities and organizational goals. This research was conducted using the Cobit 5 Framework with the Ward and Peppard method by applying several stages of analysis. It is known that the priority of the BSC Cobit 5 Dimension sequentially is financial, learning and growth, internal and costumer. While TI's goal of the cobit 5 process, number 7 gets the first priority where the processes that are the first order are EDM04, APO01 and APO07 and so on.

Abstract So far, in formulating strategies in an organization, especially reviewing from the aspect of human resource management, analytical tools that are often used to process the data obtained are SWOT Analysts, Internal Factor Analysis and External factors and Competitive Profile Matrix how to analyze the strength of weaknesses in opportunities and threats of a company (SWOT) and matrix Competitive profile analyzes the strategic position of the company compared to similar competitors, especially in terms of human resource management, namely employees, because employees are the spearhead of an organization. The purpose of software development in the form of this application is so that it can be used to formulate strategies in the organization and its specifics can be applied also to formulate strategies in the human resource management division Software tools developed in the form of analytical tools in the form of applications consisting of SWOT Analysis, Competitive Profile Matrix, External and Internal environment analysis per business in the form of data analysis tables and diagrams that can illustrate weights, ratings and interpret the company's position and formulate strategies that are suitable for the company to apply. The development method carried out is the development model of Borg & Gall (2001) using waterfall grooves at the development stage. The results of this software development are called macro excel-based strategic planning applications) which are tested by including fictitious data on human resource management, IFA and EFA analysis, SWOT analysis, and Competitive Profile Matrix, and the result is a quadrant of strategies that formulate what strategies can be applied to the organization's resource management division.

Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) is a teaching method that has been relatively underexplored in current research. PALS aims to enhance the academic performance of 10th-grade students at TJKT 2 Vocational School, Muhammadiyah 5 Jember, and to determine the impact of utilizing Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) on the mathematical learning outcomes of these students. This method is a form of cooperative learning with peer assistance serving as tutors. This study employs an action research approach to improve the teaching process. The research process involves several steps, including initial idea generation, pre-survey, diagnosis, planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Students are organized into several groups to carry out the Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) learning method. The subjects of this research are 24 students in the 10th-grade Computer Networking and Telecommunications program at SMK Muhammadiyah 5 Jember during the second semester of the 2022/2023 academic year. Data collection is conducted through mathematics test results. The research findings indicate that, prior to the intervention, only 38% of the students passed the assessment, while 62% did not. After implementing the Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) method, the mathematical learning outcomes significantly improved, with 75% of the students passing and 25% remaining below the passing threshold. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Peer-Assisted Learning Strategies (PALS) can enhance mathematics learning.

Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) merupakan suatu wadah yang memberikan kesempatan bagi kaum perempuan untuk ikut andil dalam memajukan sektor pertanian. KWT digunakan sebagai sarana guna kelancaran kegiatan pembinaan kepada petani Desa untuk peningkatan kualitas sumber daya petani wanita. Akan tetapi, mitra belum memiliki pembukuan atau catatan terkait pendapatan, pengeluaran, biaya produksi dan laba ruginya, belum memiliki sistem pemasaran seperti website ataupun sosial media dan pemasaran secara offline baru dikenal masyarakat ataupun desa setempat, belum memahami tata kelola perusahaan, belum memiliki label/brand dari produk yang ditawarkan. Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk masalah ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan membantu dalam pembuatan pembukuan dan laporan keuangan sederhana serta dibuatkan sistem sederhana, membuatkan website dan sosial media serta memasarkan ke masyarakat luar, memberikan pelatihan mengenai penerapan tata kelola perusahaan terutama berkaitan dengan penentuan strategi produksi maupun pemasaran, melakukan pembuatan branding dari produk yang ditawarkan. Khalayak sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah KWT Dwi Tunggal Putri Desa Taro. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan melakukan pendekatan individual, kemudian pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penerapan srategi pemasaran dan pembuatan pembukuan. KWT Dwi Tunggal Putri diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi perempuan di desa tersebut untuk menyalurkan kemampuannya dalam mengolah lahan pertanian dan melalui berbagai kegiatan yang diadakan oleh KWT dapat meningkatkan aktualisasi mereka di lingkungan sosialnya.

The aims of this study are to identify both internal and external factors of agribusiness in PT Lentera Panen Mandiri (PT LPM), map the company’s position, and determine its development strategy. Main data used in this study is primary data obtained from stakeholders of PT LPM by direct interview. Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) of soybean agribusiness in PT LPM were identified in this study and followed by determining the company’s position using SWOT diagram. Alternative srategies were derived from the SWOT matrix and prioritized using Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of this study identified 5 strengths, 7 weaknesses, 9 opportunities, and 6 threaths with the highest factors consisted as "company's commitment to supervise and foster farmers and suppliers", "is time-consuming sorting process and potency of mixed between rice and soybean", "opportunity to increase the productivity of soybean at farmer level ", and "uncommit suppliers to supply only from areas that have been approved by the company" respectively. Based on the SWOT diagram, soybean agribussiness in PT LPM positioned in Quadrant I, which mean that the company should apply Agressive Strategy or Strength – Opportunity (S-O) strategy. Based on the SWOT Matrix, 5 alternative of S-O strategies were derived. Based on the QSPM analysis, strategy for guarding and coaching farmers through patnership scheme is the first priority with Total Attarctive Score (TAS) is 12.9.

Product marketing activities can be carried out using Integrated Marketing Communication. With marketing communication, the company can inform the product to be marketed to the target market more broadly. This study examines the role of symbolic interactions in the marketing planning of the Appeton brand in marketing its products. This research uses a qualitative approach through the case study method. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews, observations, and records of PT. Biomed. The conclusion of this research is marketing communication planning on Instagram @appetonindonesia can be translated into several stages, namely analyzing the situation, strategy, implementation, and evaluation. Situation analysis is that there are generalized others, where there are rules to make advertisements in accordance with Indonesian customs or culture. The implementation phase has a pygmalion effect. The strategic stage is the Pygmalion effect. Where social media specialists must meet the desires of business managers in making promotional advertisements. At the implementation stage there is the application of generalized others as rules agreed upon together in the publication. The rule is to upload promotional material as much as 10x in one week. Evaluation is done by using special symbols that are mutually understood, such as engagement rate, impression.Kegiatan memasarkan produk dapat dilakukan menggunakan Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu. Dengan komunikasi pemasaran, perusahaan dapat menginformasikan mengenai produk yang hendak dipasarkan kepada target pasar secara lebih luas. Penelitian ini meneliti peran interaksi simbolik dalam perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran merek Appeton dalam memasarkan produk-produknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan rekaman arsip PT. Biomed. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah perencanaan komunikasi pemasaran atas instagram @appetonindonesia dapat dijabarkan menjadi beberapa tahap, yaitu menganalisis situasi, strategi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Analisis situasi ada terdapat generalized others, dimana adanya aturan membuat iklan yang sesuai dengan kebiasaan atau budaya Indonesia. Tahap implementasi terdapat efek pygmalion. Tahap srategi terdapat efek Pygmalion. Dimana sosial media spesialis harus memenuhi keinginan business manager dalam pembuatan iklan promosi. Pada tahap implementasi ada penerapan wujud generalized others sebagai aturan yang telah disepakati bersama dalam publikasi. Aturannya adalah mengunggah materi promosi sebanyak 10x dalam satu minggu.Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan simbol khusus yang saling dimengerti, seperti engagement rate, impression.

L'approche de l'entreprise adaptative basée sur la demande (Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise DDAE), proposée par le Demand Driven Institute (DDI), a suscité un intérêt croissant parmi les universitaires et les professionnels ces dernières années. La présente recherche se penche sur le volet stratégique de ce modèle, spécifiquement sur le processus de planification adaptative des ventes et des opérations (Adaptive Sales and Operations Planning AS&OP). L'AS&OP est supposé procurer aux gestionnaires une visibilité permettant de maîtriser la variabilité, d'améliorer le retour sur investissement et de s'adapter aux fluctuations fréquentes du marché. Bien que ces avantages aient été revendiqués précédemment par d'autres méthodologies, bon nombre d'entre elles n'ont pas réussi à concrétiser ces promesses. En conséquence, l'AS&OP a capté l'attention de nombreux professionnels. Cependant, peu de recherches formelles ont encore validé son efficacité, et aucun outillage opérationnel n'a été établi. Cette thèse de doctorat évalue la pertinence et la portée du processus AS&OP. L'objectif a été de cerner les limitations des méthodes actuelles dans la littérature, et de mettre en avant les perspectives à approfondir, telles que le risque, le flux, la finance, la capacité, le marché, etc., ainsi que les variables décisionnelles, les mécanismes de coordination, les structures organisationnelles, et les indicateurs de performance. En pratique, cette recherche présente le développement d'un système d'aide à la décision AS&OP-DSS (Decision Support System) pour une simulation dynamique, incluant méthodologie et algorithmie associées. En premier lieu, un modèle agrégé de l'approche DDMRP (Demand Driven Requirement Planning) est élaboré et intégré au sein de ce système. Par la suite, une stratégie pour inclure les incertitudes, risques, et opportunités est proposée, tout en évaluant chaque scénario via des indicateurs de performance ad hoc. Ce système propose de faciliter la génération et l'évaluation de scénarios en utilisant une simulation dynamique basée sur la planification scénarisée (What-if). Enfin, la proposition intègre une approche capacitaire de la planification afin de mieux supporter les décisions stratégiques à prendre. Les résultats de cette recherche sont corroborés à chaque étape par des études de terrain, impliquant des entreprises adoptant l'approche DDAE. Ainsi, l'étude est structurée autour de deux axes principaux : une dimension théorique et une dimension pratique
The Demand Driven Adaptive Enterprise (DDAE) approach, proposed by the Demand Driven Institute (DDI), has attracted growing interest among academics and professionals in recent years. The present research focuses on the strategic side of this model, specifically on the Adaptive Sales & Operations Planning (AS&OP) process. AS&OP is supposed to provide managers with visibility to control variability, improve ROI and adapt to frequent market fluctuations. Although these benefits have been claimed previously by other methodologies, many have failed to deliver on these promises. As a result, AS&OP has captured the attention of many professionals. However, little formal research has yet validated its effectiveness, and no operational tools have been established. This doctoral thesis evaluates the relevance and scope of the AS&OP process. The aim has been to identify the limitations of current methods in the literature, and to highlight perspectives to be explored further, such as risk, flow, finance, capacity, market, etc., as well as decision variables, coordination mechanisms, organizational structures, and performance indicators. In practice, this research presents the development of an AS&OP-DSS decision support system for dynamic simulation, including associated methodology and algorithmics. First, an aggregated model of the DDMRP (Demand Driven Requirement Planning) approach is developed and integrated within this system. Subsequently, a strategy for including uncertainties, risks and opportunities is proposed, while evaluating each scenario via ad hoc performance indicators. This system proposes to facilitate scenario generation and evaluation using dynamic simulation based on what-if planning. Finally, the proposal integrates a capability-based approach to planning in order to better support the strategic decisions to be taken. The results of this research are corroborated at each stage by field studies involving companies adopting the DDAE approach. Thus, the study is structured around two main axes: a theoretical dimension and a practical dimension
