Resumen
Big data analytics is a modern approach to analyzing information that has significantly inflected critical societal practices. There have been sign incant inefficiencies in harmonizing information and data collected within different spectrums and hence a lack of effective decision making, especially when it comes to identifying key strategies to be implemented in improving performance. The sporting industry is one of the biggest affected industries by this inefficiency. Wheel, there are various platforms through which information can be collected within the industry to make key decisions. There has been an inefficient approach to analyzing the information hence creating effective and sustainable decisions. Data analytics can be effectively used to improve player performance through tracking of critical data that gauges and examines any shortcomings within the player’s abilities (Colbert et al., 2016). In the contemporary world, sports viewed as traditional and cultural hence classified as folk sports, have gained significant popularity due to the increased use of technology within the sports. Sports analytics has contributed to making these sports sustainable through creating efficiencies in the gradual improvement of performances within the specific sport. Big data analytics in sports is an efficient tool that, if implemented properly, streamlines processes within the sports and facilities development of sporting strategies aimed at improving the players' performance.

Resumen
With the rapid development of the economy, people’s various needs for daily life are also increasing. Because this sport combines sports and dance, which makes the sport have the effect of physical fitness, as well as the emotional edification and visual beauty that dance brings to dancers and audiences. With the increase in people’s needs, at the same time, corresponding to the relatively insufficient functional training of the project, this problem makes sports dance, the international standard ballroom dance, always at a low level of development, and at the same time, makes it lack of competitiveness. Also, the nature of dance is now more of a viewing experience. In view of the lack of functional training in international standard ballroom dancing, this article will study the role of functional training in this. By adopting the technology of human body feature recognition and functional action screening, it implements the steps of human action recognition detection technology, human action tracking technology, human body posture shape recognition method, and functional action screening. And the final experimental results show that functional training can screen out 57.3% of female dancers, with ligament damage, and 52.1% of male dancers. The screen outs were more than half of the total numbers, which shows that functional training effectively improves international standard ballroom dance that can provide good assistance for dancers’ training.

Resumen
The goal was to study the psycho-emotional sphere and substantiate the methodology of mental training for shooters. Material and methods: the study involved 12 rifle and pistol shooters of the Kherson Higher School of Physical Education. Among them are athletes with qualifications of the second, first categories, candidates for Master of Sports and Master of Sports of Ukraine. The study continued during 2018-2019. In the course of the research, the method of mental training of shooters was introduced. The results proved that the means of mental training had a positive effect on the state of the nervous system of shooters. Sensory motor responses were superior in less experienced athletes. So, for shooters of the CCM level and below, the results are better than those of the masters of sports: 1) according to the tapping test for 0.75 ms, 2) according to the reaction to a light stimulus for 12.5 ms, c) according to the reaction to a sound stimulus to 55 5 ms. The degree of training according to the Schulte table was high among all shooters, but slightly higher among the masters of sports (by 0.05). A rather high indicator of emotional excitability was found in shooters of masters of sports. Among the representatives of this group were persons with different types of temperament. Basically, the sanguine type prevailed, based on a strong, balanced, mobile type of the nervous system. For the representatives of the second group, which included candidates for masters of sports and first-class athletes, this indicator was at an average level. In our opinion, this is due to the fact that the representatives of this group had persons with a predominantly phlegmatic type of temperament. Conclusions: mental training had a positive effect on the level of mental processes and emotional sphere of shooters. On the basis of the data obtained on the mental sphere of shooters, it was established that these indicators were at high and sufficient levels.

Resumen
The principle of training can be reduced to a simple “dose-response” relationship. The “response” in this relationship can be measured as a change in performance or the adaptation of a physiological system. The “dose” of training, or physiological stress associated with the training load, is more difficult to measure as there is no absolute “gold standard” which can be used in the field, making it difficult to validate procedures. Attempts have been made to use heart rate as a marker of intensity during training, but the theoretical attractiveness of this method is not supported by the accuracy and the practicality of using this method during training or competition. The session RPE, based on the product of training duration and perceived intensity is more practical and can be used in a variety of sports. However, the score depends on a subjective assessment, and the intersubject comparisons may be inaccurate. The demands of different sports vary and therefore the methods of assessing training need to vary accordingly. The time has come to reach consensus on assessing training accurately in different sports. There is a precedent for this consensus approach with scientists having already done so for the assessment of physical activity, and for defining injuries in rugby, football and cricket. Standardizing these methods has resulted in the quality of research in these areas increasing exponentially.
