Resumen
La presente investigación realizada tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente de la Financiera Qapaq S.A – Huancayo, 2017. La investigación se basa en el método científico, por su finalidad es pura, con un diseño no experimental - transaccional, de naturaleza cualitativa y nivel descriptivo correlacional, con una técnica de investigación que se restringe a la utilización de la encuesta, de un cuestionario basado en el método SERVQUAL, a una muestra que está conformada por 384 clientes de la Financiera Qapaq S.A – Agencia Huancayo. Para la obtención de resultados se aplicó un cuestionario con escala de Likert el cual está compuesto por 16 preguntas, estas fueron elaboradas de acuerdo con las variables en estudio. De estas, se concluyó que tanto a calidad de servicio y la satisfacción del cliente tienen una correlación directa.

A vantagem competitiva organizacional depende grandemente da capacidade de utilizar os recursos humanos. Como resultado, deve ser dada a devida importância às competências, qualificações e comportamentos desses recursos. O sucesso organizacional depende desse alinhamento, e de uma estratégia que envolva o mundo operacional e o mundo individual. Como foco principal, este relatório visa a criação de um projeto-piloto de Avaliação de Desempenho para o Departamento Logístico do Grupo Efcis, através da análise dos dados recolhidos do instrumento de Análise e Descrição de Funções, criado para esse efeito. No entanto, por via do mesmo instrumento, foi possível a obtenção de dados relevantes acerca de outros departamentos. Com base numa amostra de 33 participantes, conseguiram-se obter resultados consideráveis sobre as percepções das competências e da importância do trabalho para os colaboradores analisados, dando uma ideia do panorama geral dos departamentos.
Organizational competitive advantage depends largely on the ability to activate and use their human resources. As a result, it is of great importance to consider the competences, qualifications and behaviors of those resources. Organizational success depends on that alignment and on a strategy, which involves both worlds, operational and individual. As a major focus, this report aims the construction of a Pilot Project of Performance Appraisal oriented to the Logistics’ Department of Grupo Efcis. This was possible through the analysis of the data collected from the Job Analysis’ questionnaire created for that purpose. However, that same questionnaire allowed the collection of relevant data from other departments. Based on a sample of 33 participants, it was possible to obtain some relevant results in what concerns to the perceptions of the competences and the importance given to work by the analyzed workers, which gives us a general idea of the departments.

Aquesta investigació pretén analitzar i comprendre, dins el context de l’auge del neoliberalisme i de la modernitat líquida, la configuració d’una nova visió de l’individu en què la noció de propietat privada coexisteix amb l’auge de diverses formes d’accés a béns i serveis en plataformes col·laboratives. Amb el rerefons històric de l’estret lligam entre possessió ―de terres i béns, però també del propi cos― i legitimació del capitalisme, es pretén copsar el significat i l’abast que en l’actualitat hom atorga a l’accés, la compartició o la propietat i quin és el seu paper en la en la configuració del jo. Aquesta recerca combina les aportacions teòriques i conceptuals de diverses disciplines amb l’anàlisi de textos representatius de la literatura popular i professional d’autoajuda, management i màrqueting.
This research aims the analysing and understanding, within the current context of a rising neoliberalism and the so called Liquid modernity, the configuration of a different view of the individual itself in which the notion of private property coexists with the rising of new different ways to have access to goods and services located on collaborative platforms. With the historical background of the close link between possession ―of land and property, but also of the very body itself― and legitimization of capitalism, it is intended to fully understand the currently given meanings and scope to the concepts of access, sharing or ownership as well as their role in the shaping of every own’s one-self. This research combines theoretical and conceptual contributions from several disciplines with the analysing of popular and professional literature on self-help, business management and marketing.

Baltijos jūros pakrantėje gyvenantys baltai jau nuo I a. palaikė mainų ir prekybos ryšius su kitais kraštais. Krašto geografinė padėtis skatino laivybos plėtotę, todėl jau XII-XIII a. Baltijos jūroje suklestėjo jūrininkystė. Jūrų transportas apima keleivių ir krovinių vežimą. Lietuvoje jūrų transportu pervežama daugiau kaip 30% krovinių. Šis transportas reikalauja didžiausių krovos ir mažiausių gabenimo išlaidų. Klaipėdos uostas tarp rytinės Baltijos jūros uostų yra 3 vietoje (pagal 2008 m. krovą). Lietuvos mokyklose per mažai nagrinėjami uostai bei problemos, su kuriomis jie susiduria. Uostų svarba šalies ekonomikai yra labai didelė, tačiau atlikus tyrimą mokykloje buvo padarytos išvados, jog mokiniai neturi bendro suvokimo apie šiuos ekonomiškai svarbius punktus. Lietuvos visuomenė per daug atitrūkus nuo jūros, o galbūt niekada ir nebuvo tokia artima jūrai kaip mūsų kaimyninės šalys. Todėl šis darbas buvo skirtas atlikti Rytų Baltijos jūros uostų analizei (pagal krovą ir keleivių srautus) bei pabandyti ją pritaikyti edukologijoje. Atlikus tyrimą paaiškėjo, jog mokiniai labai mažai žino apie kaimyninių šalių uostus, taip pat negali pasakyti kuo Klaipėda išsiskiria iš kitų Baltijos jūros uostų. Teoriškai šį darbą galima suskirstyti į dvi stambias dalis. Darbo tema pirmoje dalyje analizuojama iš gamtinės - ekonominės pusės, o antra dalis – iš edukologinės. Smulkiau skirstant darbą sudaro 11 dalių. 8 – 10 dalyse išanalizuoti atskirų Rytų Baltijos jūros šalių uostai, tokie... [toliau žr. visą tekstą]
The Baltic tribes inhabiting the shores of the Baltic Sea had trade and business relations with other countries since the first century. The countries geographical position encouraged the navigation development that is why the prosperity of the Baltic seamanship was inevitable in XII-XIII centuries. The sea transportation involves both people and cargo transportation. In Lithuania more than 30% of cargo is transported by sea. This means of transportation requires the biggest amount of loading capability but the cheapest expenses. Klaipeda seaport is in the third place according 2008 loading among Baltic Seaports. In Lithuania’s schools there is too little attention to studies of the seaports’ problems. The importance of the seaports to country’s economy is high, though after the research at schools the conclusion was drawn that pupils are not aware of these important economical issues. The Lithuanian society has little knowledge about the sea, or they have never been so close to the sea as people in other neighboring countries. The purpose of this work is to analyze the Eastern Baltic seaports according loading capability and the number of travelers, and also try to apply the work in education. The research cleared out that pupils know little about the neighboring country sea ports, also they can not say what is the difference among Klaipeda seaport and other Baltic seaports. Resumen
A scheduler, as a central components of a computing site, aggregates computing resources and is responsible to distribute the incoming load (jobs) between the resources. Under such an environment, the optimum performance of the system against the service level agreement (SLA) based workloads, can be achieved by calculating the priority of SLA bound jobs using integrated heuristic. The SLA defines the service obligations and expectations to use the computational resources. The integrated heuristic is the combination of different SLA terms. It combines the SLA terms with a specific weight for each term. Theweights are computed by applying parameter sweep technique in order to obtain the best schedule for the optimum performance of the system under the workload. The sweepingof parameters on the integrated heuristic observed to be computationally expensive. The integrated heuristic becomes more expensive if no value of the computed weights result in improvement in performance with the resulting schedule. Hence, instead of obtaining optimum performance it incurs computation cost in such situations. Therefore, there is a need of detection of situations where the integrated heuristic can be exploited beneficially. For that reason, in this thesis we propose a metric based on the concept of utilization, to evaluate the SLA based parallel workloads of independent jobs to detect any impact of integrated heuristic on the workload.

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo auditar as fichas de descrição de funções da Carmona, S.A. e, desta forma, criar condições para o desenvolvimento de um sistema de avaliação de desempenho que permita medir o contributo de cada colaborador no âmbito das suas tarefas diárias: obter classificações objetivas, com o menor erro possível, assente em critérios claros e rigorosos, de forma a reconhecer e premiar o desempenho de cada colaborador e, ao mesmo tempo, ajudá-lo no seu alinhamento com os seus objetivos concretos. Em termos metodológicos, o projeto, assente numa revisão bibliográfica pertinente, procurou encontrar o modelo mais adequado à realidade da Carmona, S.A.. Foi feito um estudo documental no que respeita à análise e descrição de funções, para se perceber o que se podia adequar a este projeto e quais as necessidades de melhoria para que este fosse desenvolvido da forma mais adequada à realidade desta empresa e do mercado em que se insere.
This study aimed to audit Carmona, S.A.’s function description records, and create the necessary conditions to develop a performance evaluation system. This system shall measure each collaborator’s contribution, in the scope of their daily tasks. It shall focus on gathering objetive ratings, with the lowest possible error, based on clear and rigorous criteria, in order to recognize and reward each collaborator’s performance, while helping in getting him/her aligned with his/her own specific goals. Supported by a relevant literature review, the study applied a methodology that looked for the model best suited to Carmona, S.A.’s reality. A documentary analysis was made, in the scope of the functions description records structure, in order to understand which model would be a better fit for the study goals, as well as what would be appropriate improvements to otimize it to this particular company needs and market in which it operates.

This Dissertation examines outsourcing in Bank of Brazil SA, the state of Paraiba. The central research question is to what extent this flexibility of labor relations incorporates items claimed by ?recent? Decent Work Agenda of the International Labour Organization (OIT) or, on the contrary, the ?epidemic? of outsourcing makes it even more challenging the world of work in the third millennium. The research hypothesis is that the Bank of Brazil has a growing subcontracting / outsourcing of labor (companies and individuals) and that not only contributes to the deterioration of working conditions, but also opposes the Work Agenda decent. Aiming to prove or disprove the hypothesis, the study includes a survey and secondary field. The literature review focuses on the trend towards casualization of labor in capitalism, and yet, in an effort to systematize data and analysis on ?outsourcing? from the viewpoint of different actors. This theoretical framework is anchored in important classical sources and present that address the topic in the world and in Brazil. The field research was conducted with the actors related to the theme of ?outsourcing? the Bank of Brazil - Paraiba, precisely branch managers, permanent employees of the bank, union representatives (bank workers), union bank and outsourced. The results confirm, in part, the study hypothesis, by demonstrating that there are several meanings and forms of precariousness that the contractors surveyed are submitted, highlighting the issue of salaries, the work environment, union representation and health worker. All these themes, each for himself, are contemplated by the Decent Work Agenda of the ILO and show, according to field research, rather fragile
Esta Disserta??o analisa a terceiriza??o em ag?ncias do Banco do Brasil S.A., no Estado da Para?ba. A quest?o central da pesquisa ? saber em que medida esta flexibiliza??o das rela??es de trabalho incorpora itens reivindicados pela recente Agenda do Trabalho Decente da Organiza??o Internacional do Trabalho (OIT) ou se, ao contr?rio, a epidemia de terceiriza??o torna ainda mais desafiante o mundo do trabalho no terceiro mil?nio. A hip?tese da pesquisa ? que o Banco do Brasil apresenta uma crescente subcontrata??o/terceiriza??o de m?o-de-obra (de empresas e de indiv?duos) e isto n?o apenas contribui para a precariza??o das condi??es de trabalho, mas tamb?m se contrap?e ? Agenda do Trabalho Decente. Visando comprovar ou n?o a hip?tese, o estudo contempla uma pesquisa secund?ria e de campo. A revis?o bibliogr?fica centra-se na tend?ncia ? precariza??o do trabalho no capitalismo, e ainda, num esfor?o de sistematiza??o de dados e an?lises sobre o tema terceiriza??o a partir da vis?o de diferentes autores. Esta fundamenta??o te?rica est? ancorada em importantes fontes cl?ssicas e em atuais que tratam o tema no mundo e no Brasil. A pesquisa de campo foi realizada junto a atores relacionados ao tema terceiriza??o no Banco do Brasil - Para?ba, precisamente os gerentes das ag?ncias, funcion?rios efetivos do banco, representantes sindicais (dos trabalhadores banc?rios), sindicato dos banc?rios e os terceirizados. Os resultados confirmam, parcialmente, a hip?tese do estudo, ao demonstrar que s?o diversos os sentidos e as formas de precariza??o a que os terceirizados pesquisados est?o submetidos, com destaque para a quest?o salarial, o ambiente de trabalho, a representa??o sindical e a sa?de do trabalhador. This synoptic analysis of verses from Job chapters 37-39 in 11Q10, the Peshitta version (PJob) and the rabbinic targum (RJob) aims to identify the translators’ methods for handling the Hebrew text (HT) and to assess the apparent skills and knowledge brought by them to their task. Additionally, the study engages with recent discussion which challenges the nature of 11Q10 as targum. To this end, PJob and RJob provide accepted models of ‘translation’ and ‘targum’ alongside which to assess 11Q10. The following translation methods are identified, described, compared and contrasted in the three versions: selection,extension, alternative translation, expansion, substitution, adjustment of the consonantal HT, adjustment of the Hebrew word order or division, omission, and conjecture. PJob is confirmed as an attempt to transpose the difficult Hebrew of Job into Syriac. RJob is confirmed as a conservative translation with clear underpinnings in allusion to scripture and to rabbinic traditions attested elsewhere. Significant observations are made regarding an interpretative quality in 11Q10, and new light is cast on its richness and subtlety as an allusive translation. It is proposed that the translation displays deep knowledge of scripture and skill in applying this knowledge. It is further proposed that careful comparison with methods which have been identified in Onqelos is warranted. 11Q10 is identified as an important early witness to scripturally-based motifs which are also found in other intertestamental and rabbinic sources. It is argued that 11Q10’s nature suggests that its purpose was not simply to translate but to understand and subtly explicate the HT, and that it was intended for use alongside it, not as a replacement. The study refutes the categorization of 11Q10 as ‘translation’ rather than ‘targum’, and agrees with its orginal editors that its value lies in its unique witness to the early nature of targum.

Le processus d'industrialisation de la musique en Jamaïque s'articule autour du contexte historique et anthropologique d'un phénomène socio-musical où est mis en œuvre un véritable « esprit d'entreprise ». Suivant un plan narratif qui éclaire les fondements de cette industrie, l'analyse s'inscrit dans deux durées différentes : l'une longue, autour de la naissance et du développement de l'industrie de la musique (du XVIIIème siècle jusqu'à la décennie 1970) et l'autre plus ramassée, centrée sur le parcours du groupe de Bob Marley et les Wailers (1945 à 1980). Ce n'est alors pas le cheminement vers la gloire qui intéresse l'étude mais davantage l'éclairage de la « lutte » du groupe pour exister dans la société jamaïcaine
The industrialization of music in Jamaica is articulated around the historical and anthropological context of a socio-musical phenomenon which has implemented a real "entrepreneurship". In a narrative level that illuminates the foundations of this industry, the analysis register in two different periods: one long, around the birth and development of the music industry (eighteenth century to the 1970s) and the other more compact, centered on the route of the group of Bob Marley and the Wailers (1945-1980). Then it is not the path to fame that interests our study but more the lightening of the group's « struggle »to exist in the Jamaican society

In finance, volatility plays a key role in several sub-fields. Whether the construct of portfolio is optimal or not, partly depends on the control of volatility. GARCH family models have been used in the forecast of volatilities, and have performed well in many empirical studies. Recently, Chou (2005) proposed the CARR (Conditional Auto-Regressive Range) model. The main concept of the CARR model is to use a simple dynamic structure for range to characterize the volatility process. In Chou (2005), comparing the CARR model and traditional GARCH model, the former is better in the volatility forecasting based on the data of the S&P 500 index. We use both CARR and GARCH models to test JPY and SGD exchange rate. But we find that different data uses different models. In order to obtain the most accurate projection of volatility and improve the decision-making efficiency, it’s better to apply specific volatility forecast models to different products.

Kaohsiung Port enjoys a pivotal location within the region and the local government is determined to capitalize on its geographic advantages. Kaohsiung is already a major container transshipment hub. With frequent links to ports all over the world, Kaohsiung is also set to become one of the world’s leading production and distribution centers. The most important resource of organization is “human resource”, so how to make people work for organization hardly is important for organization. Every shipping company aims to offer the most efficient service with highest quality to enable its customers. So how to reinforce the quality of manpower, improve job performance and service quality are the most important targets for shipping company. Therefore, this study used individual variables of sea-land transfer personal reshuffle as independent variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment as dependent variables to probe into the relation among the individual variables, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This thesis did the analysis through issuing questionnaires. Effective questionnaires sent back are 110. By using statistical method, the results of this research indicate that: 1.The different education to extrinsic satisfaction and continuance commitment comes out remarkable discrepancy. 2.The different age to continuance commitment comes out remarkable discrepancy. 3.The different land experienced year to normative commitment and continuance commitment comes out remarkable discrepancy. 4.Three factors of job satisfaction have positive relation to three factors of organizational commitment. 5.Three factors of job satisfaction have impact on three factors of organizational commitment According to the results of research, the organization needs to strengthen internal management system, fortify employees’ loyalty, to enhance job satisfaction of employee to increase the employees’ commitment. Therefore, the organization can promote the job performance and reinforce its competition.

The Dependence among the Financial Markets has been widespread studied and the focus of economical analysis was on the degree of dependence;but not the structure of dependence,another significant point of view but neglected generally。 This research targets the Currency Exchange Markets in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Australia, based on the report of daily exchange rate, to analyze the frequency from 2000 to 2007; however, the actual data extracted from the report don’t match the normal allocation。 Accordingly, this research applies quantitative method such as Unit root test、Arch test。 Further, this research studies structure of dependence of rate of foreign exchange between these four countries through GARCH(1,1) model、the method of copula、genetic algorithms、Goodness of Fit Test。 This research found the following results: 1. Exchange Markets exhibit Frank Copula U Model & Gumbel Copula J Mode。2. From the most of investors’ point of view, all markets will drop when Exchange Rate is under Bear Market; however, they will be conservative and take prospective response to the Bull Market; meanwhile,the appreciation range is rather slight because investors will regard it as a temporary bullish phenomenon。

Since the financial tsunami, the scale of capital flows to Asian emerging economies has reached a record high, not only driving the rapid appreciation of Asian currencies, but also complicating the policy management of the national macro-economy. As these countries are small open economies countries, the opening of capital markets and the liberalization of financial transactions will help the economic development of these countries; however, large capital inflows make these countries exposed to the risk of a sudden stop of capital inflows or even a reverse of capital flow. The relations in economy, trade and investment have always been very close between Taiwan and neighboring Asian countries. Since 2007, seven of the top ten trading partners of Taiwan locate in East and Southeast Asia. The total trade volume of these seven countries has surpassed that of the U.S., making the group of seven countries the third largest trading partner of Taiwan. In view of the highly inter-related international financial markets, an exchange rate of one country cannot be isolated from exchange rates of other countries. Therefore, this study focused on the correlation of currency exchange rates among such Asian countries that have close geographic and economic links with Taiwan. The currencies under study are Yen, RMB, HK, Korean won, Singapore dollar and New Taiwan dollar. The research data comprises 19-year exchange rates of this six currencies against the US dollar. The empirical results are as follows: First, the currency prices of NT dollar and each of other 5 Asian currencies do not have the long-run equilibrium of the co-integration relationship. Second, the Granger causality test results showed that: 1. Completely non-causality: RMB does not have any causal relationship with other 5 currencies. 2. One-way lead-lag relationship: One-way lead-lag relationship was identified in the currency pairs of yen / HK dollar, korean won / HK dollar, Singapore dollar / HK dollar, NT dollar / Hong Kong dollar, Yen / Singapore Dollar, and Japanese Yen / NT dollar. 3. Two-way feedback relationship: Both cause and effect relationship was found in the currency pairs of the Japanese yen / Korean won, Singapore dollar / Korean won, Taiwan dollar / Korean won, and Taiwan dollar / Singapore Dollar., The movement of one currency has affected the movement of the other, demonstrating a two-way feedback relationship. Third, The results of the impulse response analysis for New Taiwan Dollar and other Asian currencies: All currencies have valid results in the impulse response analysis. Spontaneous changes in the currency variables have the greatest short-term impact on themselves. As for the impact to other currency variables, Korean won has the greatest exchange rate reaction, followed by Japanese yen and New Taiwan dollars. Among all currencies Hong Kong dollar has the least reaction to the spontaneous impulse and to the impact of increasing one unit of standard deviation of the exchange rate against other currencies. Fourth, the forecast error variance decomposition: Except Singapore Dollar which is relatively more vulnerable to the exchange rate fluctuations than other currencies, the rest of the currencies have high degree of self-interpretation ability. The RMB has up to 99.78% level, followed by 97% level in Japanese yen and HK dollar and 90% level in NT dollar and Korean won, indicating that these 5 currencies are not easy to be affected by external factors and explanations.

O presente trabalho, visa analisar o Clima Organizacional e a Satisfação dos Trabalhadores numa empresa de construções metálicas, engenharia, projetos e soluções industriais – RARI. O estudo realizado é de natureza quantitativa, transversal e exploratório. O instrumento de análise foi um questionário composto por duas escalas, respetivamente: Clima Organizacional e Satisfação Laboral. A escala referente ao Clima comporta 11 dimensões, designadamente: Comunicação Interna, Carga de Trabalho, Relacionamento Interpessoal, Decisões, Ambiente e Condições de Trabalho, Empenho, Crescimento Profissional, Recompensas, Equidade/Igualdade, Chefe imediato e Imagem da Empresa. Os valores de alfa de Cronbach são, na esmagadora maioria, das subescalas Muito bons ou Excelentes. No que se refere à Satisfação Laboral está dividida em duas subescalas: Satisfação com Recompensas e Incentivos e Satisfação com o Trabalho. Os indicadores dos coeficientes alfa de Cronbach são, igualmente, elevados. A amostra é constituída por 173 trabalhadores. Os resultados evidenciam que: − As dimensões do Clima Organizacional mais pontuadas, por ordem crescente, são: Recompensas, Carga de Trabalho, Comunicação Interna, Ambiente e condições de trabalho, Decisões, Empenho, Crescimento Profissional, Equidade/Igualdade, Relacionamento interpessoal, Imagem da Empresa, Chefe imediato. − Relativamente à Satisfação Laboral e também, por ordem crescente de pontuação, são: Satisfação com Remunerações e Incentivos e Satisfação com o Trabalho. − Através de uma análise de correlações entre as dimensões do Clima Organizacional e da Satisfação Laboral, observou-se que elas demonstram, dum modo geral, fortes correlações positivas e significativas. − Relativamente à Influência dos elementos Sociográficos nas dimensões das Variáveis em análise, recorreu-se ao teste Kruskal Wallis. Os dados obtidos evidenciam que só foram encontradas diferenças, estatisticamente significativas, na influência das variáveis: Categoria Profissional sobre a perceção da Carga de Trabalho e da Antiguidade na Empresa sobre a perceção da Comunicação Interna.
This paper aims to analyze the Organizational Climate and the Satisfaction of the Workers in a company of metallic constructions, engineering, projects and industrial solutions - RARI. The study is quantitative, cross-sectional and exploratory. The analysis instrument was a questionnaire composed of two scales, respectively: Organizational Climate and Labor Satisfaction. The Climate scale has 11 dimensions: Internal Communication, Workload, Interpersonal Relationship, Decisions, Environment and Working Conditions, Commitment, Professional Growth, Rewards, Equity / Equality, Immediate Boss and Company Image. Cronbach's alpha values are overwhelmingly Very Good or Excellent. Regarding Job Satisfaction, it is divided into two subscales: Satisfaction with Rewards and Incentives and Satisfaction with Work. Cronbach's alpha coefficient indicators are also high. The sample consists of 173 workers. The results show that: - The highest scoring Organizational Climate dimensions, in ascending order, are: Rewards, Workload, Internal Communication, Work Environment and Conditions, Decisions, Commitment, Professional Growth, Equity / Equality, Interpersonal Relationship, Company Image, Immediate Boss. - Regarding Job Satisfaction and also, in ascending order of score, are: Satisfaction with Compensation and Incentives and Satisfaction with Work. - Through an analysis of correlations between the Organizational Climate and Labor Satisfaction dimensions, it was observed that they generally show strong positive and significant correlations. - Regarding the influence of sociographic elements on the dimensions of the variables under analysis, was used the Kruskal Wallis test. The data show that only statistically significant differences were found in the influence of the variables: Professional Category on the perception of Workload and Seniority in the Company on the perception of Internal Communication.

The amount of foreign seafarers has gradually increased in recent years. They are hired either based on Employment Service ACT or employed by the vessel owner himself, which means the fishery industries become more globalized. This phenomenon shows a remarkable trend that the foreign seafarers are more important. The results of this study were conducted from questioned and interviewed the boat owners about seafarers’ performance who worked on squid and saury boats. The conclusions reveal that the owners regard salary, efforts and obedience as the hiring factors, they are willing to offer proper accommodation and bonus if these employees meet anticipations as well. The Philippine, Indonesian and Vietnamese seafarers’ work attitude have significant difference on employment willingness. Setting a work performance standard not only can compare effectiveness of seafarers but also be able to realize what are the major hiring elements to reduce conflicts and arguments among seafarers. It provides a more stable and safe work environment on the sea for foreign seafarers.
