Worldwide, changes in the family have become more evident. Many of the traditional roles that families used to play are now performed by other institutions, such as schools, churches, a variety of welfare agencies and non-governmental organizations. Families in South Africa are no exception, as many South African families are faced with challenges that have a negative impact on their ability to sustain themselves and their members. The previous Minister of Social Development, Doctor Zola Skweyiya, rightly acknowledged that, in order to address the needs of vulnerable groups in our communities effectively, we need a particular focus on the role of the family, both as a developmental and as a supporting institution. In responding to these challenges, the Department of Social Development developed a new Manual on Family Preservation Services (Department of Social Development, 2008b), with the aim of training social service professionals to deliver family preservation services. In order for the programme envisaged by the developers of the Manual to be implemented efficiently, the Norms and Standards Policy on Developmental Social Welfare Services (Department of Social Development, 2007a:52-57) mandates the roll-out of the training and education by all provinces. Thus all social service professionals are mandated to implement family preservation services as stipulated by the Norms and Standards Policy on Developmental Social Welfare Services (Department of Social Development, 2007a) and the Draft National Family Policy (Department of Social Development, 2008a). In her role as one of the trainers on family preservation services who was also responsible for monitoring and evaluating these services in the provinces, the researcher observed the inadequacy and inconsistency of the concept of family preservation services in reporting among social service professionals despite the training and capacity-building carried out by the Department of Social Development. The researcher therefore investigated, first, whether the formulation of the Manual on Family Preservation Services lacks clarity relating to the theoretical framework and operational definition of key concepts which are supposed to assist social service professionals in rendering effective family preservation services. Second, she interviewed 20 social workers regarding their experiences on the formulation and implementation of the Manual. This is a small sample in terms of representing social workers in the country. In total, 37 social workers were originally interviewed, but, because it transpired that they had never attended any training on the Manual for Family Preservation Services, their data were excluded from the empirical study, even though they are implementing these services. The researcher was therefore interested in analysing the formulation of the Manual on Family Preservation Services and also analysed the experiences of social workers regarding the formulation and implementation of the Manual, with the aim of identifying gaps and improving service delivery to families. The researcher reviewed prior literature on systems theory, which is fundamental in addressing family dynamics, the family life cycle and its stages. She also considered literature on family preservation services on four levels of service delivery, the stages of the policy cycle and the overview of the Draft National Family Policy, as well as the Manual of Family Preservation Services. In this study, the researcher adopted an explanatory design, which is a form of mixed methods research. The overall purpose of an explanatory design is to gather qualitative data that help to explain or build upon initial quantitative results from the first phase of the study. In order to collect quantitative data, the researcher used a checklist for a content analysis of the formulation of the Manual on Family Preservation Services. She then conducted semi-structured interviews to collect qualitative data about social workers’ experiences regarding the formulation and implementation of the Manual on Family Preservation Services in eight provinces. The researcher did a pilot test of the semi-structured interview schedule, which helped her to refine two questions that were understood differently by the two social workers who participated in the pilot test. After latent coding, the quantitative data were analysed manually, while the qualitative data were coded according to Creswell’s model for qualitative data analysis. The quantitative empirical results revealed some limitations in the formulation of the Manual on Family Preservation Services. Such limitations include an unclear definition of the concept of family preservation services, the omission of objectives from the Manual, confusion with regard to the theoretical frameworks applied, a lack of clarity on the role of volunteers, the process of providing training and capacity-building to social service professionals, monitoring and evaluation plan. These findings were confirmed by the social workers who were interviewed. They exposed the confusion that exists on the definition of family preservation services, the objectives, the theoretical frameworks, the role of volunteers, high case-loads, which they linked to a shortage of social workers and the fact that resources, training and capacity-building on family preservation services are not prioritized. It was therefore recommended that the issues highlighted above be addressed and be included in a revised Manual, and that relevant material also be provided to social service professionals who need to implement family preservation services.

att majoriteten av brukare i de tre olika länen är tillfredställda med sitt hjälpmedel och service.

Det högsta medelvärdet visar att brukare i Örebro län var mest tillfredställda med variabeln

effektivitet och varaktighet, brukare i Västmanland var även de mest tillfredställda med

varaktighet. I Södermanland visade sig att brukare var mest tillfredsställda med variabeln

användbarhet.

The modern day tourists do not want to deal with the hassle of using a large number of travel guides and paper maps while travelling. They would prefer to be able to access required information via their mobile phones or Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs). We realise that the delivered information may be originally available in numerous information formats. To support the administrator of the tourist guides the programme is required to help sorting information from these different sources and to help inserting them into a system. Our goal with this project is to develop a software support for processing information import via a graphical user interface, to support the administrator in identifying and extracting the appropriate sight information from various resources. The interface also helps in transferring and storing the structured and unstructured data into the TIP database.

El presente documento se basa en la aplicación de una nueva metodología, justificada dentro del marco teórico de Service Analytics y ARC. Esta metodología, consta de tres etapas: En primer lugar, un proceso de Anotación Manual, para analizar feedback escrito no estructurado de clientes. En segundo lugar un mapeo del proceso de servicios visto de la perspectiva de los clientes. Y finalmente, la construcción de un artefacto de Text Mining basado en los dos procesos anteriormente concretados, buscando automatizar el análisis de grandes masas de texto, proveniente de altas cantidades de comentarios de retroalimentación recibida de los clientes. En este documento, se trabaja esta metodología, aplicándola por primera vez en el idioma español, y en un dominio de servicios diferente a su predecesora original. Los objetivos de este trabajo, por tanto se pueden dividir en Impacto Académico e Impacto Organizacional, donde los primeros corresponden a realizar los ajustes pertinentes a las herramientas y definiciones actualmente existentes. Demostrando su capacidad de adaptación libre de dominio e idioma, entregando robustez y validación a la metodología. Los segundos corresponden a las aplicaciones prácticas de la metodología en base a la información provista por la organización involucrada. Generando un método eficiente y adaptado a sus operaciones de análisis de feedback de clientes, un boceto del servicio visto desde la perspectiva de sus clientes y finalmente un prototipo de artefacto de minería de texto. Todo esto, con la capacidad de construir sobre los mismos, herramientas y outputs de mayor complejidad y elaboración a futuro, lo cual sumado a los pocos casos de estudios existentes hasta el momento y la novedad de la metodología (iniciada el 2013 y con publicaciones recientes en 2014), les puede entregar una ventaja competitiva en la gestión del feedback de sus clientes respecto a otras organizaciones de la industria y mundo empresarial en general. La metodología utilizada para la investigación corresponde al Caso de Estudio, que en esta oportunidad contó con información provista por el Grupo LATAM Airlines, y su área de Contact Center; Junto al procedimiento de 5 Fases Iterativas de Takeda (Takeda, Veerkamp, & Yoshikawa, 1990). Los resultados logrados, considerando las limitaciones del estudio, se dividen por tanto en las tres fases del trabajo. En primer lugar, la conclusión clave de que es posible adaptar la metodología a otro idioma y dominio de servicios. Junto a esto, la entrega de un instructivo de anotación manual en español, una planilla propuesta para realizar en forma eficiente el procedimiento, y un set de observaciones relevantes para la metodología, como por ejemplo, la forma de tratar casos de Elementos Genéricos. En segundo lugar, el output del mapeo de servicios de la organización, con sus 4 grandes procesos de servicios y todos sus elementos pertenecientes al marco ARC. Por último, el primer prototipo del artefacto de Text Mining, lo cual puede ser el principio de una construcción avanzada por parte de la empresa.

There is currently a digital revolution in the real estate industry. Property technology, or PropTech is seeing new startups emerge in a rapid rate. The management of real estate assets is an area that PropTech is currently digitalizing, and part of it is facilitating tenant communication and property maintenance. This includes the digitalization of the existing process of issue reporting for tenants and the subsequent delegation of property caretakers to issues. A part of successfully digitalizing the issue reporting process is decreasing the amount of phone calls and email to the service reception, and instead diverting traffic to the web-based issue reporting service. A startup providing such services has identified that a considerable amount of communication to the service reception is concerning ongoing issue reports. This was recognized even with issues that were reported digitally, tenants make follow- up correspondence about an issue they have reported. An exploratory research study was therefore conducted to discover why and when tenants inquire about an ongoing issue, and to determine in what ways a confirmation process of a web- based issue reporting service can be developed, such that it appeases tenants’ concerns about their ongoing issue report. The results of the study show that tenants make a follow-up inquiry about their issues when the following factors are not met: expectation, transparency in communication, and assurance. These same factors should be considered in designing a confirmation process. A web-based issue reporting service should have a confirmation process that meets the tenant’s expectations on how their issues should be addressed, allow property managers to be transparent to their tenants in order to frame said expectations, and provide adequate assurance to the tenants that their issue report has been received by a service representative.

Förvaltningen av fastighetstillgångar är ett område som PropTech för närvarande digitaliserar, och en del av det underlättar hyresgästkommunikation och fastighetsunderhåll. En undersökande forskningsstudie genomfördes därför för att upptäcka varför och när hyresgäster frågar om en pågående fråga, och för att avgöra på vilket sätt en bekräftelseprocess för en webbaserad problemrapporteringstjänst kan utvecklas, så att den lugnar hyresgästens oro över deras pågående utgivningsrapport. Resultaten av studien visar att hyresgäster gör en uppföljningsfråga om sina felanmälan när följande faktorer inte är uppfyllda: förväntningar, öppenhet i kommunikation och försäkran. Samma faktorer bör beaktas vid utformningen av en bekräftelseprocess. En webbaserad problemrapporteringstjänst bör ha en bekräftelseprocess som uppfyller hyresgästens förväntningar på hur deras frågor ska hanteras, tillåta fastighetsförvaltare att vara transparenta för sina hyresgäster för att inrama förväntningarna och försäkra hyresgästerna att deras fråga rapporten har tagits emot av en servicerepresentant.

Em serviços na área da saúde, é fundamental atingir segurança e obter produtos e serviços com qualidade, o que requer padronização de processos e estabelecimento de normas e condutas. Serviços de hemoterapia necessitam garantir que seus procedimentos ocorram sob condições controladas, para assegurar a qualidade dos produtos e serviços prestados aos doadores e pacientes. Diante da reconhecida importância da Gestão da Qualidade (GQ) na prática hemoterápica, este trabalho visou promover e descrever as mudanças advindas da implantação da Gestão da Qualidade, na Agência Transfusional do Hospital Universitário Júlio Müller (ATHUJM), de Cuiabá-MT. Trata-se de uma pesquisa aplicada, do tipo pesquisa-ação de natureza quali-quantitativa, com abordagem intervencionista. Foram analisados os documentos elaborados, as ações implementadas e os benefícios alcançados. O trabalho foi realizado através de um benchmarking entre o Hemocentro de Ribeirão Preto (Hemocentro-RP) e o HUJM, visando à implantação da GQ na AT-HUJM. Benchmarking pode ser definido como um processo contínuo e sistemático de avaliação de produtos, serviços e metodologias de organização do trabalho que, pela comparação de desempenhos, visa identificar oportunidades de melhoria. Ações internas são comparadas e modificadas em face de padrões externos, sendo esta uma forma eficaz de se definir metas e motivar as equipes de trabalho. Os resultados demonstraram que a implantação da GQ na AT-HUJM, gerou resultados positivos, como a revisão e a criação de documentos da qualidade e a implantação de ações que contribuíram para a padronização dos processos. Isto melhorou a imagem da AT perante a direção do HUJM, tornando-a um exemplo para os demais setores. Também como produto deste estudo, foi elaborado um manual de boas práticas que sugere requisitos para o funcionamento operacional de uma AT. Por considerar as características do serviço e a legislação vigente, o manual poderá ser uma ferramenta importante tanto na organização como na gestão das agências transfusionais no Brasil.
In health services, it is fundamental to achieve safety and obtain products and services with quality, which requires standardization of processes and establishment of standards and conduct. Hemotherapy services need to ensure that procedures take place under controlled conditions to ensure the quality of products and services provided to donors and patients. In view of the acknowledged importance of Quality Management (QM) in hemotherapy practice, this work aimed to promote and describe the changes arising from the implementation of Quality Management in the Transfusion Agency of the University Hospital Júlio Müller (TA-HUJM) from Cuiabá- MT. It is an applied research, of type research-action of quali-quantitative nature, with interventionist approach. We analyzed the documents elaborated, the actions implemented and the benefits achieved. The work was carried out through a benchmarking between the Hemocenter of Ribeirão Preto and the HUJM, aiming at the implementation of QM at TA-HUJM. Benchmarking can be defined as a continuous and systematic process of evaluation of products, services and methodologies of work organization that, by comparing performance, aims to identify opportunities for improvement. internal actions are compared and modified in the face of external standards, which is an effective way to set goals and motivate work teams. The results demonstrated that the implantation of the GQ in the AT-HUJM, generated positive results, such as the revision and creation of quality documents and the implementation of actions that contributed to the standardization of processes. This improved the image of the TA before the direction of the HUJM, making it an example for the other sectors. Also as a product of this study, a manual was developed that suggests requirements for the operational functioning of a TA. Considering the characteristics of the service and the current legislation, the manual can be an important tool both in the organization and in the management of transfusion agencies in Brazil.

This thesis fills a missing piece in research on multimodal performance measures for traffic on streets and highways. The Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) published by the Transportation Research Board (TRB) provides Level of Service (LOS) methodologies which enable engineers and planners to evaluate the overall performance of roadways and highways based on the physical characteristics of facilities. This allows for the evaluation of those facilities and offers a means for recognizing issues and planning, designing, implementing, and ultimately assessing improvements. Originally, level of service was developed for automotive traffic only, but with recent developments as part of the complete streets movement, the performance of infrastructure for alternative transportation modes have also started being assessed in this fashion. There are methodologies in HCM 2010 for bicycle traffic at signalized intersections, all-way stop-controlled intersections, roadway and highway segments, but as of yet, no bicycle level of service methodology exists for two-way stop-controlled intersections. This work attempts to fill this gap. The methodology utilized for this report includes video collection of sample two-way stop-controlled intersections throughout California, collection of survey responses from viewers of video, and linear regression of collected survey responses with physical attributes of each sample intersection as the explanatory variables. Data was analyzed from both combined and individual street movements to determine the final equation set. The final methodology involves two separate procedures for major and minor streets at TWSC intersections. Final factors deemed significant in bicycle level of service analysis include sight distances, speed limits, presence of bus stops, presence and type of bicycle infrastructure, street widths and types of lanes present, pavement quality, and traffic flows.

The present study was undertaken to investigate the concerns of secondary school teacher-librarians, that the subject headings set down by the Australian Schools Catalogue Information Service (ASCIS) do not cover topics in senior sourses of study. NSW HSC Economics was chosen to test this perception. Terms were extracted from three textual sources (syllabus, textbook and examination papers) and checked against the subject headings in the ASCIS Subject Headings List. A comparison was made between terms which matched exactly, those which were only partially matched and those which had no match. The linguistic complexity of the term (single-word or multi-word) and the number of textual sources using the term were also taken into account. The results showed a varying degree of match between textual terms and subject headings. Single-word terms found in more than one textual source were much more likely to be found in the subject headings than those from only one textual source. Multi-word terms were found less frequently than single-word terms, but were also more likely to be found when they came from more than one textual source. There was a large number of partial matches in this group, and these were found to be more general in concept than the textual terms. Most of the terms were found, but the general nature of the partial matches and the lack of adequate cross references may cause problems in subject analysis and retrieval.

Dès le traité de Rome, le droit primaire organise une dérogation aux règles du Traité pour les entreprises gestionnaires d’un SIEG fondée sur l’actuel article106 § 2 du TFUE sans toutefois en préciser les conditions de mise en oeuvre. Une jurisprudence hétérogène s’est alors développée. La Commission est intervenue au travers des paquets Monti-Kroes et Almunia pour expliciter la mise en oeuvre de cette dérogation. La notion de mandat est alors introduite pour la première fois dans le droit dérivé. Cette notion a été reprise par la suite à l’article 2 point 2 point j de la Directive services 2006/123/CE du 12 décembre 2006 comme condition d’octroi d’une dérogation au principe de libre prestation de services aux SIEG revêtant un caractère social. Si l’essence du mandat semble aisément identifiable, à savoir octroyer une dérogation aux règles de la concurrence à un gestionnaire de SIEG, sa nature est plus complexe à déterminer. Le mandat se caractérise par la réunion de critères matériels et organiques, à savoir l’existence d’un SIEG, la nécessité d’octroyer une dérogation aux règles de concurrence, l’existence d’un acte détaillant les obligations de service public et les modalités de compensation de ces dernières. Le mandat se présente alors comme une forme d’acte condition. S’il semble a priori permettre une lecture renouvelée du principe de subsidiarité, les institutions de l’UE contrôlent au travers de l’erreur manifeste d’appréciation les interventions des personnes publiques et véhiculent ainsi leur propre conception de l’intérêt général. Le mandat est encore peu utilisé en droit interne et les critères fixés par le droit dérivé sont appliqués de manière lacunaire
Ever since the treaty of Rome, the European law has organized a derogation of the competition law for undertakings entrusted with the operation of services of general economic interest founded on the current article 106 § 2 of TFEU, without specifying the conditions of its implementation. Then, diverse case law has been developped. The Commission intervened through Monti-Kroes and Almunia packages to clarify the imlpementation of this derogation. The notion of entrustment is then introduced in the European law for the first time.This notion has been taken back in the article 2 point 2 point j of the EU’s services directive as a derogation of free provision of services for undertakings entrusted with the operation of social services. If the essence of entrustment seems easily recognizable, granting a derogation to the rules of competition law to undertakings entrusted with the operation of services of general economic interest, its nature is more complex to determine. The entrustment is characterized by the meeting of material and organic criteria : the existence of a SEIG, the necessity of granting a derogation in the rules of competition law and the existence of an act detailing the public service obligations and the compensation mechanism. The entrustment is a sort of « act-condition ». If it seems to allow a nex renewed of the subsidiarity principle, the European institutions control through the manifest error of appreciation. The entrustment is little used in French law and the criteria fixed by the European law are applied in an incorrect way

The aim of the thesis is to design, create and evaluate a user interface for control of service robot. I will focus on controlling of robotic arm, to be able to accomplish pick and place tasks. Specifically I will work with robotic platform PR2. The thesis describes different devices for sensing and perception of a user and usage of information from these devices to control robotic arm. Moreover, different methods for controlling of robotic arm are described there. Application design and implementation is presented further in this thesis together with description of the experiments used for evaluation of application.

Ottenuta la licenza per l'utilizzo della piattaforma Marko.tips, ho realizzato tutti i contenuti necessari alla creazione di un manuale completo. I video rendering di cui il manuale è dotato, che riportano le informazioni necessarie ad eseguire lo smontaggio ed il montaggio di tutti gli elementi soggetti ad usura, sono stati sviluppati attraverso Solid Edge e KeyShot. Il manuale in realtà aumentata è ottimizzato per l'utilizzo attraverso tablet (ma può essere utilizzato anche per i wearable device).

Within the banking industry many tasks, that previousrelied upon by manual labour is continuously being exchangedfor automated solutions. With the update in themethod of performing services through advanced software,benefits such as decrease in cost, increase in handling capacityor decrease in management delay come into focus.In the sector of Clearing Services the automation of simulatingrisk and clearing trades is being less of a questionand more of a requirement, since an increase in demand forderivatives clearing is expected. With this as a focus pointthis research project studied the potential effects that achange from manual to automation might present. To alsograsp a better understanding of the future market and competitivepotential the current situation on the market wasalso researched, where regulation proved itself as one ofthe motivating factors behind an increased activity. Thestudy concluded not only a decrease in cost, handling delayand increase in clearing capacity, but also future requirementfor implementation if any sustainable positionamongst market competition is to be expected. In additionthe resources that are relieved from the performing simulationsand take-ups would be able to focus on projects thatwould increase product value for the customer.
Inom bankindustrin overgår i dagsläget en stor andelprocesser från manuell hantering till att bli automatiserade.Genom uppdateringen till avancerad mjukvara, i relationtill hur tjänster hanteras och genomfors, så framkommerfordelar såsom exempelvis reduktioner i kostnader, processfordrojning,samt okad hanteringskapacitet. Automatiseringi sektorn Clearing Services är mer eller mindre ettkrav, då okad efterfråga utav clearing av derivat är forväntad.Med detta som fokus har denna studie undersoktpotentiella effekter som kan framkomma i en overgång frånmanuellt arbete till automatisering. For att bättre forståden framtida marknaden och den potentiella konkurrenskraften,undersokdes även den nuvarande marknaden. Meddetta identifierades även den motiverande faktorn bakomregulering och hur den påverkar det okande intresset gällandeclearing av derivat. Studien nådde fram till slutsatsenatt implementation skulle leda till reduktioner av kostnader,processfordrojning och okad hanteringskapacitet. Foratt behålla en kompetitiv position på marknaden for derivatclearing så kommer automatisering att krävas. Vidareskulle frilagda resurser från automatisering även kunna användasfor att utveckla produkter vilka okar kundvärdet.

Today and in past years, specific improvements in manual handling safety have been attributed to micro-level ergonomic interventions and mechanical factors. Yet, manual handling work injury and related musculoskeletal disorders [MSDs] continue to increase. This highlights the need for systems (International Ergonomics Association [IEA], 2014) to consider both macro-level and micro-level organisational factors as precursors to safe manual handling outcomes. This study reports on the actions that a trial special school took to achieve higher levels of safety in the manual handling of students with disabilities. The study explored the impact of macro-level organisational climate and micro-level manual handling safety climate on people in these workplaces and on incidences of work injury and MSDs, in order to understand and inform current processes surrounding the minimisation of work injury risks associated with the manual handling by staff of students with disabilities in Queensland special schools. The conceptual framework for the study was underpinned by Giddens’ (1984) Structuration Theory and Rogers’ (1995) Diffusion of Innovations Theory, utilising theoretical research framework categories derived from the organisational theories of Mortenson, Smith and Cavanagh (1989), English (2002), Harris (2004), Fullan (2004), Goleman (2000); and theoretical research framework categories constructed from state and national government policy and legislation and relevant manual handling safety climate protocols and regulations (National Safety Council of Australia [NSCA], 2003). The aim was to investigate the relationships existing among organisational climate, manual handling safety climate and work injury and MSDs. The Trial School and fifteen like Sample Schools provided qualitative data from principals [n=15] and staff [n=236] together with quantitative survey and injury data.

Con la finalidad de investigar el impacto que tiene la pandemia del covid-19 en la experiencia del consumidor en los restaurantes ubicados en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Toluca, Estado de México se llevó a cabo esta investigación de corte tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo para llegar a una propuesta de manual que sirva para mejorar la experiencia del comensal tras las nuevas normativas que se tienen que aplicar en el sector restaurantero tras la “nueva normalidad”. Este trabajo se divide en trece apartados en donde se explica la información obtenida del tema a través de la investigación. Cada uno de éstos tiene la finalidad generar un conocimiento relacionado al impacto que tiene el covid-19 en la experiencia del comensal. Concluyendo que, es fundamental rediseñar la experiencia del comensal en los restaurantes del centro histórico de Toluca, esto como medio para mejorar el servicio, la percepción de seguridad y la cuestión salud ante la contingencia sanitaria generada por el Covid-19.

The quality management in services has been becoming one of the most relevant areas of research in Production Engineering. Given this, the services sector has been assuming an important role for the development of the economy, since it is inserted in a highly competitive business environment. This is due to the sharp increase in the sector, taking the leading position in the generation of formal jobs in the country, surpassing the industries, thus generating employment and income. It is believed that it is necessary to seek improvement in all its processes, since in the production of services there is the inseparability of the productive process of the final product. Service management becomes a relevant differential and always requires evaluating the satisfaction of those involved. In this way, satisfaction can be regular, but quality is particularized as a long-term parameter, since it needs tools that allow measurement and monitoring constantly. The present study dealt with the evaluation of the services provided by a popular gallery in Manaus and had as a problem to analyze the impacts generated by the process of transfer of street vendors from the streets to the Espirito Santo gallery. In this context, we tried to answer the following question: How to evaluate and measure the quality of services perceived by the permission holders allowing their continuous improvement? In view of the foregoing, this dissertation had as general objective to analyze how the licensees evaluate the quality of the services, based on the Likert scale, to measure the perceived quality, that helps to its continuous improvement. In order to do so, the following specific objectives were established: to demonstrate the dimensions of quality, to analyze the socioeconomic impacts generated by the licensees installed in the Espírito Santo Gallery, to map the obstacles that hamper the quality of the gallery services and to evaluate the results found in the study of cases, proposing actions for improvements based on the gap identified by the SERVQUAL model. The methodology used to carry out the case study consisted of field research in which the application of structured questionnaires composed of 18 questions for the 200 gallery licensees applied in the months of February and March of 2015 were also carried out. Documentary analyzes provided by the research organization. The results of this field survey provided an overview of the quality of the services and the obstacles that hamper the provision of the services offered
A gestão da qualidade em serviços vem se tornando a cada dia uma das áreas mais relevantes nas pesquisas em Engenharia de Produção. Diante disso, o setor de serviços vem assumindo importante papel para o desenvolvimento da economia, uma vez que está inserido em um ambiente de negócios altamente competitivo. Isto se deve ao nítido aumento do setor, passando a ocupar a principal posição na geração de empregos formais no país, superando as indústrias, gerando assim, ocupação e renda. Acredita-se que seja necessário buscar a melhoria em todos os seus processos, uma vez que na produção de serviços há a inseparabilidade do processo produtivo do produto final. A gestão de serviços passa a ser um relevante diferencial e requer sempre avaliar a satisfação dos envolvidos. Dessa forma, a satisfação pode ser regular, mas a qualidade se particulariza como um parâmetro de longo prazo, uma vez que, ela necessita de ferramentas que possibilitem mensurar e acompanhar constantemente. O presente estudo abordou o tema avaliação dos serviços prestados por uma galeria popular de Manaus e teve como problemática analisar os impactos gerados pelo processo de transferência dos camelôs das ruas para a galeria Espírito Santo. Nesse contexto, buscou-se responder a seguinte questão: Como avaliar e medir a qualidade dos serviços percebido pelos permissionários permitindo a sua melhoria contínua? Frente ao exposto, esta dissertação teve por objetivo geral analisar como os permissionários avaliam a qualidade dos serviços, baseado na escala Likert, para mensurar a qualidade percebida, que auxilie a sua melhoria contínua. Para tanto, estabeleceu-se como objetivos específicos: demonstrar as dimensões da qualidade, analisar os impactos socioeconômicos gerados para os permissionários instalados na galeria Espírito Santo, mapear os obstáculos que prejudicam a qualidade na prestação de serviços da galeria e avaliar os resultados encontrados no estudo de caso, propondo ações de melhorias com base na lacuna identificada pelo modelo SERVQUAL. A metodologia utilizada para a realização do estudo de caso consistiu em pesquisa de campo em que foi realizada a aplicação de questionários estruturados compostos de 18 perguntas destinadas à 200 permissionários da galeria, aplicados nos meses de fevereiro e março de 2015. Também foram realizadas análises documentais fornecidas pela organização pesquisada. Os resultados desta pesquisa de campo proporcionaram um panorama da qualidade dos serviços e os obstáculos que prejudicam a prestação dos serviços ofertados.

La région métropolitaine de Manille connait, depuis la fin du XXème siècle, un «changement urbain». Par cette expression, on désigne un ensemble de phénomènes liés entre eux, qui comprend la consolidation de classes moyennes, l’implantation d’entreprises de services et le développement d’une économie orientée vers la consommation – cette dernière étant illustrée de manière frappante par la multiplication des centres commerciaux, des objets urbains structurants dans la région capitale philippine. Ces éléments se traduisent par une transformation de la morphologie urbaine, mais également par une internationalisation de l’économie et par l’émergence de nouveaux modes de vie. La thèse propose d’appréhender ce changement urbain dans le Grand Manille au regard du service électrique. Les phénomènes décrits ont en effet des implications majeures sur la question énergétique : accroissement substantiel de la demande d’électricité, exigences plus hautes quant à la fiabilité du service, nouvelles pratiques de planification et de déploiement de l’infrastructure. Mais la relation entre changement urbain et secteur électrique est à double sens, et l’on peut observer des tensions par rapport aux tarifs ou à la qualité du réseau, dans la mesure où ces éléments viennent contraindre les transformations économiques et sociales que connaît la capitale philippine. En mobilisant plusieurs courants de littérature — sur les classes moyennes, sur l’économie politique de la production urbaine, et sur les grands réseaux techniques —, la thèse permet d’interroger les évolutions socio-techniques du service électrique dans le Grand Manille. Pour ce faire, elle mobilise la notion de « modernité », qui permet d’appréhender les normes et représentations émergentes pour la fourniture du service. Partant, la thèse identifie les écarts entre les idéaux de modernité et les pratiques existantes. Ce faisant, elle analyse les tensions générées par ces dés-ajustements, et discute les enjeux d’universalisation du réseau, d’homogénéité de sa desserte, d’évolution de sa forme (grand réseau centralisé ou structure « post-réticulaire ») et d’adaptation aux contraintes environnementales
Metro Manila has been experiencing dramatic urban change since the end of the XXth cen- tury. By ‘urban change’, I designate a number of connected phenomena: the consolidation of middle classes, the rise of a service-led economy and a significant increase in domestic consumption – the latter being exemplified by the frenzied construction of gigantic shop- ping malls, which are structuring objects for the urban fabric. These phenomena have converging effects, which include the transformation of the city’s appearance, but also the internationalisation of its economy and the diffusion of new urban lifestyles.This dissertation suggests that studying the electricity service in Metro Manila is an instructive way to decipher urban change. Indeed, the transformations that the Philippine National Capital Region (NCR) is going through have major implications for the energy question: they lead to a dramatic increase in electricity demand, to higher expectations from end-users with regard to the quality of service, and to new practices of planning and laying down infrastructure. However, the relationship between urban change and the electricity service goes both ways. The electricity network is also putting a constraint on social and economic changes, as evidenced by the social tensions that can arise from such things as tariff hikes or network failures.By drawing upon different bodies of literature (i.e., on urban middle classes, on the political economy of urban production, and on large technical networks), the present dissertation examines the socio-technical evolutions that the electricity service is going through in Metro Manila. It uses the notion of ‘modernity’ in order to grasp the emerging norms and representations pertaining to electricity provision. From there, I identify discrepancies between the ideals of modernity and actually existing practices. In doing so, I analyse the tensions generated by such mismatches and discuss the issues of network universalisation, homogeneity of servicing, evolution of the network’s form (large, centralised system or "post-reticular" structure) and adaptation to environmental constraints

Para tanto, cabe ao Diretor Fiscal - designado pela ANS - examinar, in loco, as contas da operadora sob Regime especial, mediante a aplicação de técnicas de auditoria, que analisem as demonstrações contábeis e o fluxo financeiro visando, com isso, verificar se houve ou não a correta aplicação dos recursos resultantes do ciclo operacional da empresa. O Manual de Procedimentos do Diretor Fiscal disciplina, de forma abrangente e completa, todos os passos a serem seguidos pelo Diretor Fiscal e seus Assistentes nesses procedimentos. Composto de sete capítulos, o Manual, dentre outros aspectos, aborda a forma como se darão a escolha e a posse do diretor fiscal e seus assistentes; indica que tipo de informações deve ser levantado e a que exame deve-se proceder; ensina a gerar todos os tipos de relatório que orientarão com efetividade as decisões a serem tomadas; indica toda a legislação aplicável ao Regime Especial e orienta o Diretor Fiscal quanto às condições que levem ao encerramento do Regime de Direção Fiscal ou a outros procedimentos aplicáveis. A observância rígida às ações, aos procedimentos e às orientações contidos no Manual resultará em maior objetividade, rapidez e eficácia nas ações executadas pelo Diretor Fiscal na implementação do Regime Especial e maior transparência e publicidade na conclusão de seus trabalhos.

Il s'agit d'observer et d'expliquer comment une administration de type colonial d'une part, et un phénomène tel que celui des bandes armées d'autre part, entrent en résonance jusqu'à constituer une trame remarquable de 1 'histoire mandataire dans sa première phase. Il s'agit en l'espèce d'appréhender les modalités par lesquelles, dans une situation coloniale, un pouvoir de type étatique s'impose à une société locale et neutralise son potentiel de résistance. Dans le Levant des années 1920, cette mission relève plus particulièrement d'une administration militaire spécialement constituée, le Service des Renseignements. Le premier objectif de ce travail est donc d'offrir une " histoire totale " de ce service, qui soit à la fois une histoire institutionnelle et fonctionnelle, mais aussi une histoire sociale des officiers qui le composent, et finalement une histoire politique, c'est-à-dire jaugeant son importance relative par rapport à l'ensemble du dispositif mandataire. On ne pouvait pour autant faire totale abstraction des vecteurs d'insécurité, dans la mesure où ceux-ci commandent à l'organisation du S. R. Lui-même, voire pèsent sur l'architecture globale de l'édifice mandataire. On a dès lors choisi d'intégrer à l'analyse l'action des bandes armées agissant sur les frontières nord et sud de la Syrie mandataire, parce que dans les années 1920, elles représentent le vecteur d'insécurité qui interfère de façon la plus nette avec la double structuration du pouvoir mandataire d'une part, et des États sous mandat d'autre part, à travers notamment la question de la stabilisation des frontières.

Resumo: Neste projeto técnico tem-se como objetivo a elaboração de uma proposta que subsidie o projeto básico de Pagamento por Serviços Ambientais do Programa Produtor de Água na bacia hidrográfica do manancial do alto curso do Rio Santo Anastácio. Esta bacia hidrográfica está localizada no extremo oeste do Estado de São Paulo, na Unidade de Gerenciamento de Recursos Hídricos do Pontal do Paranapanema - UGRHI 22 e possui uma área de, aproximadamente, 198 km², englobando partes dos municípios de Álvares Machado, Anhumas, Pirapozinho, Presidente Prudente e Regente Feijó. A proposta foi realizada com base no Manual Operativo do Programa Produtor de Água – 2ª Edição, que compõe as orientações às pessoas e instituições que pretendam participar deste programa. O conteúdo principal dessa pesquisa consiste na elaboração do Roteiro Mínimo de Apresentação do Projeto, a qual contou com a participação de diversas entidades, definidas como instituições parceiras, cada qual com suas especialidades. Foi elaborada a caracterização da bacia hidrográfica, com base em estudos já realizados; as metodologias que serão utilizadas como estratégias de PSA, de educação ambiental, estratégias para as ações de restauração ecológica, conservação de água e solo, bem como para o monitoramento da bacia hidrográfica do manancial do alto curso do Rio Santo Anastácio. Abstract: In this technical project the objective is the preparation of a proposal that subsidizes the basic project of Payment for Environmental Services of the Water Producer Program in the watershed of the wellspring of the high current of Santo Anastácio River. This watershed is located in the extreme west of the State of São Paulo, in the Water Resources Management Unit of Pontal do Paranapanema - UGRHI 22 and has an area of approximately 198 km², encompassing parts of the cities of Álvares Machado, Anhumas, Pirapozinho, Presidente Prudente and Regente Feijó. The proposal was based on the Operational Manual of the Water Producer Program – 2nd Edition, which makes up the guidelines persons and institutions wishing to participate in this program. The main content of this research is the elaboration of the Minimal Presentation of the Project, which was attended by several entities, defined as partner institutions each with its own specialties. It was elaborated the characterization of watershed based on studies already made; the methodologies that will be used as PSA strategies, environmental education, strategies for ecological restoration actions, water and soil conservation, as well as for the monitoring of watershed of the wellspring of the high current of Santo Anastácio River. El Servicio de Información de Medicamentos (SIM) es una entidad cuyo objetivo es proporcionar información respecto a medicamentos a los usuarios del servicio. El SIM cuenta con amplio y variado material para la entrega de la información solicitada, pero éste es en su mayoria de tipo humano, por lo que el objetivo principal de este trabajo es entregar un material de apoyo al SIM de farmacias Cruz Verde, a través de la elaboración de un manual que contenga información esencial sobre síntomas, patologías y medicamentos de tipo veterinario. Para llevar a cabo esta labor, se analizaron las consultas realizadas al SIM durante el año 2012 y se clasificaron según categorías. Con la información que este proceso entregó, se recopiló el material necesario para la elaboración de un manual fármaco veterinario de consulta rápida, que contiene información solicitada regularmente por los usuarios del SIM. La práctica prolongada realizada en el Servicio de Información de Medicamentos (SIM) tuvo un tiempo de duración de 6 meses, desde el mes de abril hasta el mes de octubre del 2013. En este periodo de práctica se realizaron las distintas labores que debe desempeñar un asistente en el servicio. Una de las labores fundamentales consiste en responder las inquietudes de pacientes-clientes externos sobre sus terapias farmacológicas y patologías que padecen. Además el SIM, cuenta con un servicio de atención a clientes internos (Químicos Farmacéuticos de locales), los cuales pueden plantear sus inquietudes por vía telefónica y vía web por correo electrónico interno. Otras labores desempeñadas por los asistentes SIM son: detección y seguimiento de reacciones adversas, participación en reuniones periódicas y desarrollo de información activa de índole farmacéutica y del área de la salud que involucra directamente al servicio; tales como boletines farmacéuticos, noticias SIM, actualización de material interno, etc. Por otra parte con el fin de elaborar material informativo para los Químicos Farmacéuticos del servicio y asistentes SIM se diseñó un manual de accesorios médicos con productos comercializados en Farmacias Cruz Verde. En el manual podemos encontrar información de las características y modo de uso de los accesorios médicos y de enfermería vigentes en Farmacias Cruz Verde, además se incorporan preguntas frecuentes de los clientes y una reseña de las patologías relacionadas al uso de los accesorios

Desde la aparición de los primeros museos, que en realidad su construcción no tenía ese fin, existían edificaciones o construcciones que tenían como objetivo principal el “coleccionismo” de objetos que tuvieran una importancia o un valor individual otorgándole a los propietarios un estatus dentro de un grupo cultural, estos objetos podían ser armas, trofeos, obras de arte y alguno que otro objeto sustraído de la naturaleza (animales, piedras, plantas). El coleccionismo se vuelve parte importante de las civilizaciones teniendo un auge dominante, así como el tener un espacio donde exhibirlos, mostrando sólo a unos cuantos su peculiaridad tanto física como contextual. En los años siguientes el arte y la cultural eran conceptos que sólo gozaban unos cuantos, pero en estas colecciones el sentido científico resurge, la conservación también impera y se cree que al transcurrir el tiempo ayudarían a fomentar el desarrollo cultural y de educación en cada región o país volviendo públicas las entradas a estos recintos permitiendo que la difusión de los objetos se generalice.

Resumo: Embora o avanço tecnológico tenha viabilizado o uso dos sistemas digitais para a aquisição de imagens radiográficas, ainda hoje, no Brasil, os filmes radiográficos convencionais continuam sendo os tipos de receptores mais utilizados nos consultórios odontológicos. Deste modo, após a exposição aos raios X, os filmes radiográficos devem ser processados em soluções químicas a fim de que a imagem latente seja convertida em imagem real, passível de análise para diagnóstico. Sabe-se que, tanto o revelador quanto o fixador radiográfico contém em sua composição substâncias químicas altamente tóxicas, podendo apresentar risco à saúde de profissionais, que podem desenvolver lesões cutâneas e dermatites em decorrência do manuseio e manipulação destas soluções de processamento, além de apresentarem risco à saúde pública, caso ocorra a ingestão de produtos oriundos do meio ambiente previamente contaminado e ainda, sérios prejuízos ao meio ambiente, contaminação da fauna e flora, em virtude do descarte indevido destas soluções após seu uso. Tendo isto em vista, os objetivos deste trabalho foram: 1) Avaliar a eficácia de um novo modelo de recipiente para processamento radiográfico manual em câmara-escura portátil, para uso em consultórios odontológicos; 2) Avaliar qualitativamente e quantitativamente as imagens radiográficas obtidas por meio do processamento radiográfico nos diferentes recipientes; 3) Comparar os resultados obtidos em ambas as análises; sob a hipótese de que, devido às suas configurações geométricas, este novo modelo de recipiente propiciaria a economia de soluções químicas para que a execução do processamento radiográfico manual, reduziria os custos aos profissionais da área odontológica e, além disto, promoveria a redução do impacto ambiental devido à minimização da quantidade de químicos usados nestes recipientes. Para atender aos objetivos e conhecer sobre a aplicabilidade deste trabalho, realizou-se um outro estudo no qual se fez uma investigação sobre o descarte dos Resíduos de Serviço de Saúde produzidos em consultórios odontológicos localizados no Estado do Tocantins, Brasil. O estudo abordou aspectos relacionados ao conhecimento e atitudes dos cirurgiões dentistas frente aos resíduos gerados em seu ambiente de trabalho, e sua percepção sobre os resíduos gerados nos demais consultórios odontológicos. Um questionário foi aplicado a 239 cirurgiões-dentistas. Destes, 78,2% trabalhavam em clínica particular e 68,6% já haviam cursado alguma pós-graduação. Do total dos entrevistados, 87,9% afirmaram realizar exames radiográficos em seu consultório e estes foram unânimes em afirmar que o processamento das imagens era realizado manualmente em câmara-escura portátil e a maioria dos entrevistados (88,1%) afirmou que, em média, a cada 5 dias, descartava no esgoto as soluções químicas de processamento utilizadas. Ademais, 30,1% dos participantes acreditavam que os resíduos de amálgama eram descartados, por outros profissionais, em lixo comum e outros 8,8% supunham que o descarte era feito na pia dos consultórios; 61,9% acreditavam que o lixo contaminado (infectante) era disposto juntamente com o lixo comum e, em relação os resíduos perfurocortantes, 14,2% acreditavam que eram descartados em recipientes plásticos e 9,2% em lixo comum. Por meio deste trabalho, concluiu-se, que, em geral, os cirurgiões-dentistas entrevistados desconheciam sobre o correto descarte dos resíduos de serviço de saúde, uma vez que foi observada negligência desta prática por muitos deles, além da percepção de que outros profissionais também realizavam o descarte incorreto dos resíduos gerados em seu ambiente de trabalho. De posse destas informações, testou-se um novo modelo de recipiente para processamento radiográfico manual. Foram obtidas imagens radiográficas dos dentes posteriores de um phantom de mandíbula humana macerada e em seguida, estas imagens foram processadas em quatro câmaras-escuras portáteis. Em uma delas foram colocados dois recipientes convencionais (R1) abastecidos com 200ml das soluções de processamento e, em cada uma das demais câmaras-escuras, para este mesmo propósito, foi disposto um par de cada um dos três tipos de recipientes desenvolvidos pelos autores, R2, R3 e R4, abastecidos com 12, 19,2 e 24ml das soluções reveladora e fixadora respectivamente. Foram processadas 184 películas em R1, 40 em R2, 48 em R3 e 56 em R4. As películas radiográficas foram digitalizadas e posteriormente submetidas à análise objetiva no programa MaZda; em seguida, foram dispostas de maneira ordenadas, obedecendo a sequência do processamento, em papel cartão preto, para que pudessem ser submetidas à análise subjetiva. Os resultados da análise subjetiva mostraram que houve concordância dentre os cinco examinadores em relação às imagens consideradas aceitáveis para diagnóstico para os quatro recipientes estudados, e os resultados da análise objetiva mostraram que as imagens foram consideradas satisfatórias para diagnóstico até o 15º dia de pesquisa para R1, até o 4º dia para R2 e R3, e 5º dia para R4. A análise subjetiva mostrou-se menos sensível que a objetiva na avaliação da qualidade das imagens radiográficas processadas nos recipientes convencionais (R1), porém, mostrou grande correlação com a objetiva na avaliação da qualidade das imagens processadas nos demais recipientes (R2, R3 e R4). Deste modo, concluiu-se que o novo modelo de recipiente viabilizou o processamento de películas radiográficas em câmara-escura portátil, utilizando menor quantidade de soluções químicas para o processamento radiográfico manual, sendo que estas se apresentaram com qualidade satisfatória para diagnóstico.
Abstract: Even though the technological advances have allowed the utilization of digital systems for acquisition of radiographic images, conventional radiographic films are still the most used in dental offices in Brazil. Thus, after X-ray exposure, the radiographic films must be processed in chemical solutions to change the latent stored images into visible images for diagnostic purposes. Both the developer and fixer contain highly toxic chemical substances that may endanger the health of professionals, who may present skin lesions and dermatitis due to handling of these solutions. These chemicals may also constitute a public health problem if contaminated products of the environment are ingested, besides posing serious risks to the environment by contamination of the fauna and flora if these chemical solutions are improperly discarded after utilization. Therefore, this study aimed to: 1) evaluate the efficacy of a new container for manual radiographic processing in portable darkrooms for utilization in dental offices; 2) qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the radiographic images obtained by radiographic processing in the different containers; 3) compare the results obtained in both analyses, considering that the design of the new container would allow dental professionals to save the chemical solutions used for manual radiographic processing, reducing the costs and also the environmental impact, considering the minimization of the quantity of chemical solutions used in these containers. To meet these objectives and know the applicability of this study, a previous study was conducted in which we investigated the discard of Health Service Wastes produced in dental offices of the state of Tocantins, Brazil. The study discussed the aspects related to the knowledge, perception and attitudes of dentists towards the waste generated in their work environment. We interviewed 239 dentists using a structured questionnaire, of whom 78.2% worked at private offices and 68.6% had post-graduate degree. From the total of respondents, 87.9% stated that they did perform intraoral radiographic exams in their offices, and these professionals unanimously used portable dark rooms from commercial brands for radiographic processing. Most dentists (88.1%) that perform radiographic exams in their offices declared that the mean period for changing the radiographic processing chemicals was 5 days. Conversely, 30.1% of participants believed that amalgam wastes were discarded in common garbage, and 8.8% believed that amalgam wastes were discarded in the offices' sink; 61.9% of them believed that the infectious waste were discarded together with the common garbage. Regarding the sharp objects, 14.2% believed that these were discard in plastic recipients, and 9.2% believed that the majority of dentists discarded sharp objects in the common garbage. The data obtained in this study revealed that, in general, the dentists interviewed were unaware of the correct procedures for the discard of health service waste, since there was both negligence in these practices by many of them and the perception that other professionals also performed incorrect discard of waste generated in their work environment. After achievement of these data, a new model of container for manual radiographic processing was tested. Radiographic images were obtained from the posterior teeth of a phantom dry human mandible and processed in four portable darkrooms. One darkroom had two conventional containers (R1) filled with 200ml of processing solutions. For the same purpose, each of the other darkrooms had one pair of the three types of containers designed by the authors, namely R2, R3 and R4, filled with 12, 19.2 and 24ml of developing and fixer solutions. A total of 184 films were processed in R1, 40 in R2, 48 in R3 and 56 in R4. The films were digitized and objectively analyzed using the software MaZda; following, they were arranged according to the sequence of processing in black cardboards for subjective analysis. The results of the subjective analysis revealed good agreement between the five examiners concerning the images considered acceptable for diagnosis for all four containers investigated. The results of the objective analysis demonstrated that the images were considered satisfactory for diagnosis until the 15th day of investigation for R1, fourth day for R2 and R3, and fifth day for R4. The subjective analysis was less sensitive than the objective analysis to evaluate the quality of radiographic images processed in the conventional containers (R1), yet presented high correlation with the objective analysis for evaluation of the quality of images processed in the other containers (R2, R3 and R4). Thus, it was concluded that the new model of container allowed processing of radiographic films in portable darkrooms using a smaller quantity of chemical solutions for manual radiographic processing and presenting satisfactory quality for diagnosis.

This work has as objective to analyze the construction of the trajectory of the social assistants in the Nucleus of Conciliation of the Poles of Family of the Court of Justice of Amazon- NCVF/TJ/AM, being searched to identify its conditions of work, the form as they work and to verify the perception of this performance in the optics of excessively the technician (lawyers, psychologists), of the users, and the proper social assistants. One is about a bibliographical and empirical research, with emphasis in the qualitative boarding. The methodological procedures had occurred in three phases articulated between it, being carried through the bibliographical revision initially, after that the research that occurred in two complementary phases, consisting of the documentary research and of field, for what it was used the form with half-open questions and the comment. Finally, we proceed the systematization and interpretation from the collected data, to the light of the analytical-critical perspective. The research demonstrates that the social assistants count on compatible material conditions with the necessity of the work. As for the work technician carried through for the social assistants, this is seen by the lawyers and psychologists as of basic importance for the construction of the psychosocial evaluation, always with the objective to promote the Conciliation enters the families in litigation, in search of a decision that prime for justice. Already the social assistants consider that its work favors the approach of the users of the judiciary power of humanized form, as well as make possible the access to excessively the public politics through the institutional encaminhamentos. The users disclose satisfaction with the attendance carried through for the team, without distinguishing the work from the social assistant, mentioning itself always to the team of attendance, either domiciliary or institutional. This demonstrates that for the user the respect and the professionalism are basic, and this has been reached for the NCVF. Approach to interdisciplinary adopted for team in search of Conciliation enters families in litigation promotes reflection around conflict in itself and also of causes that had originated them, whose encaminhamentos are effected of form to contemplate the cases of integral form, without parochialisms. Of this form, the trajectory of the social assistants in the five years of existence of the NCVF occurs through a work to interdisciplinary with psychology and the right. The research disclosed as unanimous concern of the technician, the reduced personnel of the NCVF, as well as the differentiated functional situation. The result of this inquiry will be able to contribute for action in favor of the professional performance in the sociojuridico field, as well as for the debate in the seio of the professional category and in the academic community, giving visibility to the work to interdisciplinary carried through for social assistants, lawyers and psychologists, with objective to construct to subsidies for the joust resolution of on questions the Pole of the family.
Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a construção da trajetória dos assistentes sociais no Núcleo de Conciliação das Varas de Família do Tribunal de Justiça do Amazonas-NCVF/TJ/AM, buscando identificar suas condições de trabalho, a forma como trabalham e verificar a percepção dessa atuação na ótica dos demais técnicos (advogados, psicólogos), dos usuários, e dos próprios assistentes sociais. Trata-se de uma pesquisa bibliográfica e empírica, com ênfase na abordagem qualitativa. Os procedimentos metodológicos ocorreram em três fases articuladas entre si, sendo realizada inicialmente a revisão bibliográfica, em seguida a pesquisa que ocorreu em duas fases complementares, consistindo na pesquisa documental e de campo, para o que foi utilizado o formulário com perguntas semi-abertas e a observação. Por fim, procedemos à sistematização e interpretação dos dados coletados, à luz da perspectiva analítico-crítica. A pesquisa demonstra que os assistentes sociais contam com condições materiais compatíveis com a necessidade do trabalho. No que se refere ao trabalho técnico realizado pelos assistentes sociais, este é visto pelos advogados e psicólogos como de fundamental importância para a construção da avaliação psicossocial, sempre com o objetivo de promover a Conciliação entre as famílias em litígio, em busca de uma decisão que prime pela justiça. Já os assistentes sociais consideram que seu trabalho favorece a aproximação dos usuários do poder judiciário de forma humanizada, bem como possibilita o acesso às demais políticas públicas através dos encaminhamentos institucionais. Os usuários revelam satisfação com o atendimento realizado pela equipe, sem distinguir o trabalho da assistente social, referindo-se sempre à equipe de atendimento, seja domiciliar ou institucional. Isso demonstra que para o usuário o respeito e o profissionalismo são fundamentais, e isso tem sido alcançado pelo NCVF. O enfoque interdisciplinar adotado pela equipe em busca da Conciliação entre as famílias em litígio promove uma reflexão em torno do conflito em si e também das causas que os originaram, cujos encaminhamentos são efetuados de forma a contemplar os casos de forma integral, sem parcialismos. Dessa forma, a trajetória dos assistentes sociais nos cinco anos de existência do NCVF, ocorre através de um trabalho interdisciplinar com a psicologia e o direito. A pesquisa revelou como preocupação unânime dos técnicos, o reduzido quadro de pessoal do NCVF, bem como a situação funcional diferenciada. O resultado dessa investigação poderá contribuir para ações em prol da atuação profissional no campo sociojuridico, bem como para o debate no seio da categoria profissional e na comunidade acadêmica, dando visibilidade ao trabalho interdisciplinar realizado por assistentes sociais, advogados e psicólogos, com objetivo de construir subsídios para a justa resolução de questões ligadas a Vara da Família.

Resumen
O estágio insere-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Gestão e Valorização do Património Histórico e Cultural, e pretende acompanhar as atividades do Serviço Educativo do Museu Nacional Frei Manuel do Cenáculo (MNFMC), em Évora. Tem o intuito de perceber como é organizado o trabalho dentro do MNFMC especialmente no que respeita à dinamização da instituição, atendendo em especial ao serviço educativo e às exposições temporárias. O relatório do estágio em primeiro lugar irá ter uma fundamentação teórica, sendo que, para esse fim, foi necessário realizar uma pesquisa bibliográfica, onde se introduzirá a história do museu bem como uma breve nota biográfica do seu fundador, Frei Manuel do Cenáculo Vilas Boas. Numa segunda parte irá descrever todas as etapas dos projetos desenvolvidos recorrendo também a fotografias e tabelas; Abstract: National Museum Frei Manuel do Cenáculo (Évora): Temporary Exhibitions and Educational Service. Internship Report. The internship is part of the Master's degree in Management and Appreciation of Historical and Cultural Heritage, and intends to accompany the activities of the Educational Service of the National Museum Frei Manuel do Cenáculo (MNFMC) in Évora. It aims to understand how the work within the MNFMC is organized, especially with regard to the dynamisation of the institution, paying special attention to the educational service and the temporary exhibitions. The report in the first stage will have a theoretical foundation, and for this purpose, it was necessary to carry out a bibliographical research, which will introduce the history of the museum as well as a brief biographical note of its founder, Frei Manuel do Cenáculo Vilas Boas. In a second part will describe all the stages of the projects developed using also photographs and charts.
