Resumen
The strategy of price liberalization and privatization had been implemented in Sudan over the last decade, and has had a positive result on government deficit. The investment law approved recently has good statements and rules on the above strategy in particular to pharmacy regulations. Under the pressure of the new privatization policy, the government introduced radical changes in the pharmacy regulations. To improve the effectiveness of the public pharmacy, resources should be switched towards areas of need, reducing inequalities and promoting better health conditions. Medicines are financed either through cost sharing or full private. The role of the private services is significant. A review of reform of financing medicines in Sudan is given in this study. Also, it highlights the current drug supply system in the public sector, which is currently responsibility of the Central Medical Supplies Public Corporation (CMS). In Sudan, the researchers did not identify any rigorous evaluations or quantitative studies about the impact of drug regulations on the quality of medicines and how to protect public health against counterfeit or low quality medicines, although it is practically possible. However, the regulations must be continually evaluated to ensure the public health is protected against by marketing high quality medicines rather than commercial interests, and the drug companies are held accountable for their conduct.

An entrepreneur is a person who seeks to benefit from any given opportunity, rather than working all day long as an employee, with a fixed routine. He or she works according to a plan of their own. Entrepreneurs are a very important donator in any economy. These are the people who have the initiative and skills necessary to anticipate recent and future needs and bring great new ideas to market. But with every positive aspect there comes some negative aspects too, which should not be overlooked. So we need to understand every highs and lows of beingan entrepreneur.

The information, which is the concrete basis for solving geodetic and topographic problems, comes from measurement observations made on quantities that are mainly angles and distances. The quality of the observations has an important role in achieving the objectives for which they are executed, in conditions of efficiency and safety. As topographically, underground works are conducted using polygonal paths, the methods used for processing measurements are of great interest.

Resumen
The corona virus COVID-19 pandemic is causing a global health crisis so the effective protection method is wearing a face mask and maintaining social distance in public areas according to the World Health Organization (WHO). The COVID-19 pandemic forced governments across the world to impose lockdowns to prevent virus transmissions. Reports Indicate that wearing facemasks and maintaining social distance while at work clearly reduces the risk of transmission. An efficient and economic approach of using AI to create a safe environment in a manufacturing setup. So we are doing a Project on detecting whether a person wears a mask or not, also giving an alert message to the person to wear a mask, and maintain social distance or not. A hybrid model using deep and classical machine learning for face mask detection will be presented for face mask detection, a face recognition model is used to identify faces and an object detection algorithm is used to identify persons and also calculate social distance between each other. We collected face mask detection dataset consisting of mask and without mask images, and person photos to identify the person. We are going to use OpenCV to do real-time face detection from a live stream via our webcam. We will use the dataset to build a COVID-19 face mask detector with computer vision using Python, OpenCV, and TensorFlow and Keras, use a face recognition module to identify faces and a YOLO algorithm to detect objects and calculate social distance. Our goal is to identify whether the person on a video stream is wearing a face mask or not, if not give an alert message to wear a mask and check for social distance between each other with the help of computer vision and deep learning.

Based on the engineering that shield machine’s passing through a vertical shaft in urban rail transit construction, two methods are proposed according to the engineering geology and construction organization and finite element model is established to simulate the real situation. After the technical analysis and safety analysis of the two methods, the recommended method is given, also given are the corresponding safety measures and construction procedure. The success of this engineering proves that this analysis is reasonable and the safety measures are worth of referring to.

Resumen
The large proportions of pedestrian fatalities led researchers to make the improvements of pedestrian safety at intersections. Thus, this paper proposes a methodology to evaluate crosswalk safety at signalized intersections using Surrogate Safety Measures (SSM) under mixed traffic conditions. The required pedestrian, traffic, and geometric data were extracted based on the videographic survey conducted at signalized intersections in Mumbai (India). Post Encroachment Time (PET) for each pedestrian were segregated into three categories for estimating pedestrian–vehicle interactions and Cumulative Frequency Distribution (CDF) was plotted to calculate the threshold values for each interaction severity level. The Cumulative Logistic Regression (CLR) model was developed to predict the pedestrian mean PET values in the cross-walk at signalized intersections. The proposed model was validated with a new signalized intersection and the results were shown that the proposed PET ranges and model appropriate for Indian mixed traffic conditions. To assess the suitability of model framework, model transferability was carried out with data collected at signalized intersection in Kolkata (India). Finally, this study can be helpful to rank the severity level of pedestrian safety in the crosswalk and improve the existing facilities at signalized intersections.

In order to avoid dig-hole pile excavation blasting effect the building structure safety and the life of residents around the project, take several controlled blasting technique measures in construction. Through taking reasonable arrangement of holes, delay time, specific charge, initiation ways and safety protection measures, and blasting vibration was measured and analized to guide blasting operations, finally the purpose of excavation blasting was achieved safely. The results show that several controlled blasting techniques used in the project are effective measures, not only ensure the good blasting effect but also control the influence of blasting vibration to surroundings, and provide valuable references to similar projects.

Resumen
Mechanical Safety is very important in safety production. Not only China, but all over the world, the machinery safety issues are still in study. Safety becomes more and more important nowadays. So, to ensure the mechanical safety is not ones responsibility but all society. Measures must be taken jointly by the government, social organizations, enterprises and technical institutes to maintain the machinery safe. Government should develop the safety standards, the same as certification for social organizations. For enterprises, they must ensure that mechanical products meet the safety requirements. Strengthen the safety management in production process is the responsible of technical institutes. Together through a series of measures to make the mechanical safety situation has a good development in China.
