Resumen

Nilai tukar nelayan dapat berubah pada setiap periodenya, perubahan nilai tukar nelayan dapat berdampak terhadap kesejahteraan nelayan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik alat tangkap dan nelayan jaring rampus di wilayah Pangkalan Pendaratan Ikan (PPI) Cituis, menghitung nilai tukar nelayan jaring rampus di wilayah PPI Ikan Cituis, dan merumuskan strategi perbaikan tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan jaring rampus di wilayah PPI Cituis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus dengan cara accidental sampling terhadap 3 kelompok responden utama, yakni: nelayan pemilik, juru mudi, serta nelayan buruh dari unit penangkapan jaring rampus. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, analisis nilai tukar nelayan, dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapal jaring rampus yang beroperasi di PPI Cituis memiliki ukuran 3-6 GT. Nelayan jaring rampus di PPI Cituis memiliki nilai tukar nelayan yang bernilai lebih dari satu. Angka NTN tertinggi diperoleh kelompok nelayan pemilik. Strategi yang mendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan nelayan jaring rampus di PPI Cituis yang didapat dari analisis SWOT adalah strategi SO yang terdiri, pengembangan pengetahuan & keterampilan penangkapan ikan nelayan, pemanfaatan peluang pemasaran, menggunakan kelebihan pendapatan sebagai sarana peningkat nilai tambah hasil tangkapan. Resumen

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keragaan usaha jaring rampus permukaan, pendapatan dan kesejahteraan nelayan, serta pengaruh usaha jaring rampus permukaan dalam menopang kesejahteraan nelayan di Eretan Wetan Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, pendekatan kategori kesejateraan menurut BKKBN, dan model regresi linear. Usaha jaring rampus permukaan di Eretan Wetan Indramayu memiliki fishing ground dengan jarak 3-5 mil, dioperasikan oleh 3-4 orang, dan hasil tangkapan dominan berupa ikan kembung (Rastrelliger spp). Pendapatan bersih setiap tripnya berkisar Rp172.938-402.063. Sekitar 40% nelayan jaring rampus di Eretan Wetan masuk kategori Keluarga Sejahtera II (KS II), dan 60% masuk kategori Keluarga Sejahtera III (KS III). Pengaruh usaha jaring rampus permukaan yang dihitung sebagai pendapatan (X) dalam menopang kesejahteraan (Y) dirumuskan dengan model Y = 8,721X+12,321. Pengaruh tersebut signifikan yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai p= 0,045. Kata kunci: jaring rampus permukaan, kesejahteraan, model regresi linear, nelayan, pendapatan

Resumen

Perairan Kabupaten Tangerang memiliki potensi perikanan laut yang melimpah, terdapat banyak alat tangkap yang seperti cantrang, arad, payang, pancing ulur, bubu dan gill net. Jaring rampus merupakan alat tangkap jaring insang hanyut yang biasa digunakan nelayan untuk menangkap ikan-ikan pelagis kecil seperti ikan Kembung (Rastrelliger spp) dan ikan Layur (Trichiurus lepturus). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui teknis penangkapan jaring rampus dan mengkaji kelayakan usaha penangkapan jaring rampus di PPI Cituis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2018 - Januari 2019. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif survei. Metode aspek teknis yang digunakan yaitu hanging ratio, shortening, tinggi jaring dan luas jaring dari alat tangkap jaring rampus. Metode analisis finansial usaha yang digunakan yaitu NPV, IRR, R/C ratio, ROI, BEP, PP dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kapal jaring rampus berukuran 5-6 GT dan memiliki mesin penggerak berkekuatan 16-30 PK. Hasil dari analisis teknis alat tangkap jaring rampus yang diperoleh nilai hanging ratio sebesar 0,6; shortening sebesar 0,4; tinggi jaring sebesar 3,672 m dan luas jaring sebesar 144,7 m² dalam satu pis. Hasil analisis kelayakan usaha yang diperoleh nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,17; BEP harga sebesar Rp.68.208,-; BEP produksi sebesar 2.266 kg; ROI sebesar 17%; NPV sebesar Rp.196.664.224,-; IRR sebesar 64,93%; PP sebesar 3,625 tahun dan Analisis sensitifitas < 1. Kesilmpulan yang dapat diperoleh menunjukan bahwa usaha penangkapan Jaring rampus di PPI Cituis, Kabupaten Tangerang layak untuk diusahakan atau dilanjutkan.

Research was conducted from March to May 2020 at Bandengan Village, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency, West Java. Bandengan Village is a village located on the outskirts of the panatai with the majority of the population being fishermen. The fishing gear used by the fishermen of Bandengan Village includes rampus nets (Bottom Gill Net). Based on the results of the financial analysis including business income analysis, revenue and cost balance analysis, business feasibility analysis, net present value, internal rate of return (IRR) and payback period, the analysis of business income was obtained Rp. 22,346,000, - income and cost balance analysis 1.79, business feasibility analysis with Net Benefit 2.92, with a discount rate of 13%, the value of the catch in years 1 to 10 is Rp. 50,736. 000, -, at the end of the fifth year the remaining machine value is Rp. 1,000,000, -, and at the end of the project value of Rp. 9.500.000, -, consisting of boats Rp. Rp. 2,500,000, -, rampus fishing gear of Rp. 500,000, -, and a machine of Rp. 1,000,000, -, in order to obtain a Net Present Value of Rp. 125,798,041, -, Internal Rate Of Return (IRR) 47.46% and pay back period of 2.86 years. Thus, the use of rampus net fishing gear in Bandengan Village, Mundu District, Cirebon Regency is feasible to be developed, in addition to the higher quality catch, it is also included in environmentally friendly fishing gear.

Resumen

Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan yaitu bulan April sampai Juni 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh waktu hauling terhadap hasil tangkapan jaring rampus di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai (PPP) Bondet. Perendaman alat tangkap jaring rampus dilakukan selama 30 menit, jarak tempuh fishing base ke fishing ground memerlukan waktu 1-2 jam dan setting dilakukan pada jam 05.30 kemudian pengangkatan jaring dilakukan pada pukul 06.00. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah experimental fishing, yaitu dengan melakukan kegiatan operasi penangkapan ikan di laut dengan menggunakan jaring rampus. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu dari hasil tangkapan selama 5 kali trip menghasilkan trip ke 1 sejumlah 13,84 kg dalam waktu 120 menit, trip ke 2 sejumlah 5,97 kg dalam waktu 75 menit, trip ke 3 sejumlah 10,45 kg dalam waktu 110 menit, trip ke 4 sejumlah 10,85 kg dalam waktu 115 menit, trip ke 5 sejumlah 13,55 kg dalam waktu 120 menit. Dari hasil tersebut di atas dan berdasarkan Analisis Regresi Linier sederhana diperoleh bahwa F hitung sebesar 24,31 dan F tabel 7,71 yang berarti F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel. Dari output tersebut dapat diketahui nilai F hitung = 24,31 dengan nilai signifikan F hitung > F tabel, maka H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh yang nyata (signifikan) variabel waktu (X) terhadap variabel hasil tangkapan (Y). Adapun persamaan regresi adalah Y = -5,326 + 0,147 (X), dimana Y adalah hasil tangkapan X waktu (hauling). Dengan demikian setiap kenaikan 1 (satu) menit X (waktu) akan menaikkan variabel Y (hasil tangkapan).

Bondet Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) is located in Cirebon Regency, which is adjacent to Grogol Village, Gunung Jati District, Cirebon Regency, where Grogol Village is one of the villages as a center for fishing fishermen with fishing gear mostly rampus nets. The rampus net (bottom gill net) is one of the fishing gear that can generate a source of income for fishermen in Grogol Village, Gunungjati District, Cirebon Regency which can be operated and produce fish almost every month. The purpose of this study is to explain the welfare of fishermen which can be analyzed in terms of income and expenditure. Bottom gill net fishermen. The method used in this research is descriptive method. This study uses a survey technique, which is a way of collecting data from a number of units or individuals at the same time. The data obtained were analyzed through financial analysis of the fishing business using rampus nets at the Coastal Fishery Port (PPP) Bondet, Cirebon Regency. The results showed that there was income inequality among Bottom Gill Net fishermen in Grogol village with a Gini coefficient value (inequality) of 0.24. Based on welfare indicators, according to BPS and the results of the summation of scores, it is known that bottom gill net fishermen in Grogol village have a high level of welfare (scores 20-24) with a total score of 23, and based on statistical analysis using NTN, the NTN value for bottom gill net fishermen in Grogol village is equal to 9,6 %, where NTN > 1, it can be stated that all Bottom Gill Net fishermen respondents are prosperous. There is no difference in the final result of the level of welfare according to BPS and NTN.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi tangkapan ikan menggunakan alat tangkap jaring. Faktor produksi meliputi ABK (X1), Setting(penurunan jaring) (X2), jumlah bahan bakar (X3), waktu perendaman (X4), dan total panjang rampus (X5) dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juli 2019, lokasi pengumpulan data lapangan dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Bondet (PPP) Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda (RLB) menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis RLB dihasilkan persamaan Y = -17,622 (C) + 2,422 (X1) + 11,628 (X2) + -911 (X3) + 103 (X4) + 049 (X5). Hasil data uji SPSS RLB menunjukkan jika kenaikan (X1) ABK nilai sebesar 1 (orang)maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 2,422, (X2) Settingnilai sebesar 1(penurunan jaring) maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 11,628, (X3) Jumlah Bahan Bakar nilai sebesar 1(liter) maka akan mengurangi produksi sebesar -911, (X4) Lama Perendaman nilai sebesar 1 maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 103, dan (X5) Total Panjang Jaring Rampus nilai sebesar 1 (meter)maka akan menambah produksi sebesar 049.

Resumen

Abstract Chapter 4 explores the agency and creativity of Rampuri subjects and their engagement with locality, history, and emotions. This is done by looking at Urdu literature and writings produced by Rampuris. This includes local histories of Rampur, biographical compendia of Rampuris as well as life narratives written by them about Rampur under the Nawabs. This exploration is done to highlight the diverse understanding of locality, identity, and public culture within Rampur. I do so by exploring another space—literary space as produced by inhabitants of Rampur. It concerns itself particularly with the issue of space and subjectivity by exploring the place identity of inhabitants of Rampur (Rampuri) and sense of belonging (Rampuriyat) that also conveys emotional attachment of self and space. This allows us to understand the role of literary articulations in place-making and imparting meaning to Rampur as a distinct locality.

Abstract Chapter 5 explores the History of Emotions and examines affective archives of nostalgia, melancholia in the remembrance, and forgetting of Rampuris in post-colonial India and Pakistan. Combining both literary sources and oral history accounts, it shows the connection of the past with the present and the traffic in memories and emotions across national and religious boundaries in contemporary Rampur as it negotiates the demand of post-colonial national affiliation. The sense of the local mediates and yet is reworked with the Nation without fully defined by it. The chapter explores the post-colonial reconstitution of locality, public culture, and belonging in the lives and writing of Rampuris in India and Pakistan.

Resumen

Abstract Chapter 3 looks at engagements with modernization and political change under Nawab Raza Ali Khan. The state-driven policy of selected modernization was resisted by the declining elites. However, more interesting and crucial was the local political activism that marked local public culture highlighted in vernacular print and associational culture and political activities. These transformative changes are located as effects of not just the “reform from above,” but “pressure from below” built by Rampuris for change. This was an important change from a court-(darbar) based polity to assembly-(majlis) based public culture and authority. The chapter therefore maps these shifting trajectories of Rampur from a “progressive princely polity” to its merger into the Indian Union as a “Muslim Princely State” at the time of partition.
