Resumen
Xixia and Khitan maintained friendly relations between the two countries through their marriage to Li Ji Qian and princess Yi Cheng. And secondly, Li Yuan-hao and princess Xing Ping could be married. Although Li Yuan-hao was an outstanding monarch who founded the country, he also had a side to the immoral tyrant.Li Yuan-hao married Khitan princess Xing Ping. But She died of illness seven years after her marriage, and Khitan did not visit her when she died. Later, when Khitan's envoy asked the cause of the princess's death, he gave no answer, which angered the Khitan emperor. Xixia had strong dissatisfaction with Khitan's coercive attitude and financial problems. Khitan was angered by Li Yuan-hao's arrogant attitude, the death of Princess, and the attribution of the Dang Xiang tribe, which eventually led to war. It began in 1044 when Xing-zong of Liao Dynasty advanced in three directions with 176,000 soldiers. In the early days of the war, Khitan prevailed, but as Li Yuan-hao retreated, he gained victory by using tactics to eliminate the horse's prey and fatigue the soldiers. When Li Yuan-hao died in 1049 and Yizong, who was only one year old, ascended to the throne, Xingzong of Liao Dynasty started another war. Although Xixia surrendered and Khitan won, the relationship between the two countries was not as good as it used to be, and Khitan refused when Xixia proposed marriage again. From this point of view, it can be seen that the marriage of Li Yuan-hao and Princess Xing Ping eventually had a negative impact on the relationship between the two countries.

Resumen
Abstract Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is recognized as an autoimmune disorder characterized by immune dysregulation, obliterative vasculopathy, excessive accumulation of extracellular matrix, and fibrosis of the skin and other organs. It also ranks on the highest position of disease-related mortality and morbidity with an impaired quality of life among the rheumatologic illnesses. However, the immunological mechanism related to SSc remains to be elucidated systemically, which may lay for the novel therapeutic methodology. In the present study, we combined the MSD methodology and flow cytometry to landscape the chemokine or cytokine network, immunology response and signaling axis in mice on Blomycin induced SSc model. Our results provide the reference and path for the future direction of novel therapeutic reagents discovery. Citation Format: Yanping Yuan, Cheng Qian, Chuanzhi Yangmeng, Li Fang, Ruiqing Yan. Resumen
</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Following the debates on female talent during the late Ming and early Qing eras, women&rsquo;s literary production entered a new stage. Women poets who were active during the Qian-Jia reigns had a stronger sense of establishing their literary fame through making use of the cultural power held by the leading poets of their time. They became the female disciples of these leading figures, and expanded their networks by communicating and exchanging poetic works with larger communities of eminent literati. Luo Qilan, in particular, succeeded in achieving fame through her important connections, including Yuan Mei, Wang Wenzhi, and Wang Chang. She broadly solicited inscriptions for her paintings and collections of poetry, and published The Collection of Inscriptions for the Autumn Pavilion and The Anthology of Poetic Works by Friends of the Autumn Pavilion. Gui Maoyi, another well-connected woman poet, built a literary community that included both male and female poets. She obtained help from the male literati to publish her poetry collection, thereby realizing her ambition of establishing an undying literary reputation. At the same time, she turned her poetic talent into a means of providing for her family, travelling all over Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces to teach in elite families. Other well-known examples included Wang Duan and Wu Zao. Wang revealed her ambition of authoring history in a broad array of works, including An Informal History of the Yuan and the Ming, Selected Works by Thirty Ming Poets, and numerous poetic works on historical events. Wu was best known for her variety play, A Shadow in Disguise, as well as for her painting, &ldquo;Drinking Wine and Reading the Sorrow of Departure.&rdquo; In these works Wu lamented her unfulfilled ambitions and the limitations of gender roles. In general, women poets of this time made all kinds of efforts to venture beyond the inner quarters and can be viewed as the pioneer of the modern transformation of women&rsquo;s writing culture during the late Qing and early Republican era.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Resumen
With the publication of Madman of Chu: A Myth of Loyalty and Dissent in 1980, Laurence Schneider established the view that the controversy over Qu Yuan between various erudites during the Han dynasty was a dispute between adherents and opponents about the question of what the Chu minister and poet stood for. The present study challenges this view by demonstrating that, aside from the so-called biographies by Sima Qian and Liu Xiang, all other contributions to the debate represent readings of the Li sao. Once this is understood, each contribution to the debate can not only be seen in its own light but it can also be examined in its relation to the section and sentence commentary by Wang Yi written in the second century C.E. The understanding of the controversy as a discourse of rather varied interpretations of the Li sao enables us to regard the Chuci zhangju by Wang Yi as a commentary that stood at the end of this controversy that lasted more than three centuries. It also enables us to see that the controversy rested on a particular set of premises, especially the question of the literary status of the Li sao and its author. The final thesis resulting from the present study is that the main reason for the lasting influence of Wang Yi's commentary together with the fact that it remained unchallenged until the twelfth century is that it was built on a sound and varied exegetical foundation, namely the controversy on the Li sao during the Han.The first part of this article examines the contributions to the controversy by Jia Yi (201–165), Liu An (?178–122), Sima Qian (145–?86), Liu Xiang (79–8), Yang Xiong (53 B.C.E-18 C.E.), Liang Song (?–83 C.E.) and Ban Gu (32–92) in chronological order. The second part juxtaposes their works with the commentary of Wang Yi in order to understand how the Eastern Han commentator employed the contributions of his predecessors and how he reacted to them.

Resumen
Abstract The use of mitochondrial inhibitors to target oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) in cancer treatment presents a challenge due to dose-limiting toxicities. Moreover, while glycolysis-deficient cancers are vulnerable to OXPHOS inhibition in preclinical models, the full extent of phenotypical and mechanistic consequences of inhibiting OXPHOS in cancers capable of glycolysis is not yet well understood. Our results presented here offer promising insights into potential therapeutic gains from combining p53 restoration strategies with OXPHOS inhibitors, even when applied to glycolysis-competent CRC cells. Treatment with mitochondrial complex I inhibitors did not cause energy stress in CRC cells capable of glycolysis. It does, however, induce DNA replication stress, apparent through an observed cell cycle arrest at the S phase, enrichment of the G2/M DNA-damage checkpoint regulation pathway, and replication fork slowdown. Intriguingly, CRC cells harboring wildtype p53 exhibited more severe replication stress than those carrying mutant p53. Furthermore, siRNA knockdown of p53 attenuates replication stress and reduces cell cycle arrest, underlining the important role of p53 in CRC cell responses to OXPHOS inhibition. Our targeted metabolomics analysis reveals that OXPHOS inhibition results in reductions in the purine nucleotides, adenine monophosphate (AMP) and guanine monophosphate (GMP), as well as the pyrimidine nucleotide, uridine monophosphate (UMP), in CRC cells, regardless of their p53 mutational status. By supplementing cell culture mediums with the purine nucleobases adenine and guanine, and the pyrimidine nucleoside uridine, we observed a partial reversal of the replication fork slowdown and reductions in cell viability. This suggests nucleotide deficiencies are involved in the induction of DNA replication stress caused by OXPHOS inhibition. The nucleotide deficiencies were associated with a decrease in the nucleobase precursor aspartate. By adding aspartate at a supraphysiological concentration, to overcome the low expression of the excitatory amino acid transporter 1 required for cellular import of aspartate, we were able to restore the levels of nucleotides. Collectively, our findings suggest broader potential cancer treatment paradigms via OXPHOS targeting, extending beyond glycolysis-deficient cancers. Our data uncovers that CRC cells, which commonly exhibit the glycolytic phenotype, are susceptible to OXPHOS inhibition, with those carrying wildtype p53 showing heightened sensitivity. Therefore, p53 status could serve as a biomarker for predicting CRC responses to OXPHOS inhibitors. Moreover, our findings suggest that combined strategies of restoring p53 function, using small molecules such as APR-246, might enable reduced dosage of OXPHOS inhibitors in CRC treatment, thereby mitigating their dose-limiting toxicities. Resumen
Zhi Qian (支謙, fl. ca. 220–257 CE), a prolific Yuezhi-Chinese translator of Indian Buddhist scriptures into Chinese, is widely known for his broad range of styles and terminology. For several decades, his translation activities and his legacy in the history of Chinese Buddhist literature have been a rich field of research, particularly within the context of the transmission of Buddhism from India to China. In the present article, as a follow-up study to “Buddhism for Chinese readers: Zhi Qian’s Literary Refinements in the Foshuo pusa benye jing,” recently published by the authors in this journal, we offer additional reflections on distinctive features of Zhi Qian’s language. We focus on four unusual and interesting renderings in the Foshuo pusa benye jing (佛說菩薩本業經, T. 281), namely (1) santu 三塗; (2) shezui 捨罪; (3) kong 空, wu xiang 無想 and bu yuan 不願; and (4) sishi buhu 四時不護. Through an analysis of these words and phrases, we discuss Zhi Qian’s translation techniques and lexical idiosyncrasies, highlighting their significance in our understanding of the dynamics of language contact and change in the early period of the Chinese Buddhist tradition. Thus, the paper investigates some key Buddhist terms as coined by the early translators on the basis of the classical Chinese and illustrates the semantic changes of the Chinese language taking place in the period as well as influence of Buddhist regimes of knowledge.

Resumen
</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><p>Two key works on the aesthetics of Chinese guqin music have been preserved in the Guqin tablatures of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. One work is ‟Xishan Qin kwuan&rdquo;(24 Epithets on Guqin Music) collected in Dahuange Qinpu (Qin Handbook from the Chamber of Great Returning) written by Xu Hong. It is the pinnacle of Chinese Guqin musical aesthetics, discussing Guqin playing skills and aesthetic conception in twenty-four aspects. Although the details of the twenty-four aspects differ, the whole article is a harmonious amalgamation of Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism, which embodies the enlightenment spirit of Tao. The other work is ‟Diean Sixteen Rules for the Tones of Qin&rdquo; collected in Qinxue Xinsheng Xiepu (Qin Studies Heartfelt Sounds Harmonious Tablature), written by Zhuang Zhenfeng. Both of these works are based on the &ldquo;one-character review&rdquo; as the criterion for appraising the beauty of Guqin music. However, there is a lot of overlap in the content of these two works, which raises the question of which one was written first. This paper discusses the ‟Sixteen Rules for the Tones of Qin&rdquo; and its author, focusing on two key considerations: First, who is the real author of the ‟Sixteen Rules for the Tones of Qin&rdquo; -- Leng Qian in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasty, or Zhuang Zhenfeng in the early Qing dynasty? Second, the research compares and contrasts ‟Sixteen Rules for the Tones of Qin&rdquo; with ‟Xishan Qin kwuan&rdquo; and reveals how the guqin aesthetics of the former were inherited and changed after the publication of the latter. Following on from this, the author discusses the true authorship of ‟Sixteen Rules for the Tones of Qin&rdquo; and its inheritance and evolution from ‟Xishan Qin kwuan&rdquo; (24 Epithets on Guqin Music).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Resumen
Background:Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly affects the sacroiliac joints and the spine, resulting in decline in quality of life[1,2]. Poor QoL is significantly related to high disease activity[3]. However, there is no systematic report on which prognosis indicators are affected by disease activity in AS patients. Objectives:This study aimed to evaluate the patient-reported outcome measures and health-related quality of life (HR-QoL) in AS patients defined on the basis of the Bath Spondylitis Ankylosing Disease Activity Index (BASDAI).Methods:204 AS patients were involved in this study. A serious of questionnaires were used to overall assess AS patients, which include: Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Index (BASDAI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Metrology Index (BASMI), Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Functional Index (BASFI), the 10 cm Visual Analog Scale (VAS), the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Health Assessment Questionnaire-Disability Index (HAQ-DI), the Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS) and the Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36). Independent samples t-test, Mann–Whitney U-test, Chi-square analysis and Pearson /Spearman correlation were used to analyze the data. Results:The results demonstrated 31.4% AS patients were in active disease activity stage. Active AS patients were older, unemployed, and had less exercise therapy than stable AS patients. Besides, AS patients with active disease activity presented more severe pain(P<0.001), poor physical function(P<0.001) and spinal mobility(P<0.001). They were more anxious(P<0.001), depressed(P<0.001) and had more sleep disturbance(P=0.001). Compared with active AS patients, stable AS patients had more leukocytes(P=0.040), lymphocytes(P=0.002), erythrocytes(P=0.001) and hemoglobin(P<0.001). Active disease activity had a significant impact on all dimensions of quality of life in AS patients(P<0.001).Conclusion:These findings suggested that medical personnel should pay more attention to active AS patients and make effective interventions to improve quality of life.References:[1]Exarchou S, Lindstrom U, Askling J, Eriksson JK, Forsblad-d’Elia H, Neovius M, Turesson C, Kristensen LE, Jacobsson LT (2015) The prevalence of clinically diagnosed ankylosing spondylitis and its clinical manifestations: a nationwide register study. Resumen
Abstract Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are effective anti-tumor therapies with high specificity, with little toxicity and side effects. Xenograft tumor models based on immunodeficient mice have been used for evaluating the human anti-tumor efficacy of ADCs. However, the antibody-mediated immune response of ADCs is not well evaluated in immunodeficient mice. To this end, we have developed BALB/c-hPD1 humanized mouse model to evaluate the efficacy of ADCs in combination with immunotherapy. Trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd, DS-8201a) is a HER2-targeting ADC. In vitro efficacy studies showed that T-DXd effectively bound to the HER2-positive cell line SK-BR-3, resulting in strong endocytosis and induction of apoptosis. It has also been shown to kill HER2-negative MDA-MB-468 cells through a bystander effect both in vitro and in vivo. In vivo efficacy studies have demonstrated that ADCs can effectively inhibit human tumor cell growth in immunodeficient mice. In addition to human tumor cell lines, the efficacy of ADCs was also studied in BALB/c-hPD1mice engrafted with murine colon cancer cells model, and the results showed that T-DXd and Keytruda could significantly inhibit CT26-hHER2 tumor growth, with the tumor growth inhibition rates being 57% and 66%, respectively, Tumor growth inhibition rate of the combined treatment group was about 91%, which was superior compared to the efficacy of single drug treatment. The evaluation of Fc segment-mediated effect (such as ADCC, CDC and ADCP) of ADCs antibodies was carried out in humanized immune system mouse models, such as NCG-hIL15 and NCG-hSGM3. In summary, we have established a drug evaluation platform using various humanized mouse models to study the synergistic anti-tumor effects of ADCs combined with immune checkpoint blockade antibodies. Resumen
Abstract Background: Dual HER2 targeted therapy with pyrotinib (a tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting HER1, HER2, and HER4) and trastuzumab plus chemotherapy has been approved as neoadjuvant therapy for patients with HER2-positive breast cancer in China based on the results from phase 3 PHEDRA study. However, the optimal chemotherapy partner still needs exploration. This multicenter phase 2 trial (ChiCTR1900022293) aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of epirubicin, cyclophosphamide and pyrotinib followed by docetaxel, trastuzumab and pyrotinib (ECP-THP) as neoadjuvant therapy for patients with stage II-III HER2-positive breast cancer. Methods: Patients received intravenous epirubicin (90 mg/m2) and cyclophosphamide (600 mg/m2) on day 1 of each cycle for four 21-day cycles, followed by intravenous docetaxel (75 mg/m2) and trastuzumab (8 mg/kg loading dose, followed by 6 mg/kg) on day 1 for 4 cycles. Pyrotinib 400 mg was given orally once daily throughout the neoadjuvant therapy period. Surgery was performed within 16-20 days after the last neoadjuvant therapy. The primary endpoint was total pathological complete response (tpCR, ypT0/is ypN0) rate. Results: Between May 2020 and May 2022, a total of 175 patients enrolled. As of May 31, 2022, 144 patients had undergone surgery; the median age was 51 years (range, 26-67). Sixty-seven (46.5%) of 144 patients had hormone receptor (HR)-negative disease, and 77 (53.5%) had HR-positive disease. The tpCR rate was 67.4% (97/144; 95%CI, 59.3%-74.5%). Patients with HR-negative disease had numerically higher tpCR rate than those with HR-positive disease (73.1% [95%CI, 61.5%-82.3%] vs. 62.3% [95%CI, 51.2%-72.3%]), but without statistical significance (P=0.230). Miller-Payne grade 4 and 5 pathological responses were found in 22 (15.3%) and 97 (67.4%) of 144 patients, respectively. Regarding clinical response to neoadjuvant therapy before surgery, 31 (21.5%) of 144 patients achieved complete response and 99 (68.8%) achieved partial response, with an objective response rate of 90.3% (95%CI, 84.3%-94.1%). Of 161 patients with available safety data, the most common grade ≥3 adverse events included diarrhea (57.1%), white blood cell count decreased (8.7%), and neutrophil count decreased (5.6%). No treatment-related deaths occurred. Conclusions: Patients with stage II-III HER2-positive breast cancer show favorable clinical and pathological response to this ECP-THP neoadjuvant regimen, with an acceptable safety profile. Resumen
Oxide semiconductors have opened a new era for large-area, flexible and transparent applications. Despite the progresses, a bottleneck issue of oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) is the instability either under bias stress or when used as a current source. Furthermore, the carrier mobility and current driving capability need to be improved for high-spec displays. It is still hugely challenging to overcome both issues using the conventional device structure and oxide semiconductor materials. Here, we review our recent work on novel oxide TFTs that show a few desirable properties. Rather than using an ohmic metal contact as the source electrode, a high work-function Schottky source contact enables depletion around the TFT source region, which results in intrinsic immunity to the negative bias illumination stress, no obvious short channel effect, and superb current saturation over a wide range of drain voltage1. The flat saturation current gives rise to an extremely high voltage gain reaching 23,000, which is, to the best of our knowledge, the highest gain ever achieved by a solid-state transistor to date. The threshold voltage is also found to remain stable under different drain voltages, in contrast to standard TFTs, which may be useful in larger-area displays where the drain voltages of the drive TFTs can differ2. Furthermore, the depletion provided by the Schottky source electrode allows utilizing semi-metal ITO to replace IGZO as the TFT channel layer, which significantly enhances the carrier mobility and current driving capability. Other related work may also be discussed in the talk including oxide Schottky diodes operating beyond 10 GHz3, oxide TFTs operating beyond 1 GHz4, significantly enhanced carrier mobility by self-assembled monolayer treatment5,6, and CMOS-like oxide-based logic circuits7,8. Resumen
Abstract Introduction: Programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1) is the ligand of programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), a member of the immunoglobulin gene superfamily that plays a role in programmed cell death. Accumulating evidence of anti-PD-1 therapy has showed improved survival benefit for esophageal cancer (EC) patients. PD-L1 has emerged as a crucial predictor for efficacy of immunotherapy. However, the understanding of PD-L1 as a biomarker is complicated by various immunohistochemistry platforms, PD-L1 antibodies, scoring systems, and cut-offs for immunotherapy. Although PD-L1 expression has been widely investigated, the real-world PD-L1 expression status in Chinese patients with advanced EC nationwide with unified testing platform, antibody, scoring system and cut-off is largely unrevealed. Methods: The present study was a nationwide multi-center retrospective analysis of data from six centers in China from August 9, 2021, to February 28, 2022. Patients with histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnoses of advanced EC were included. The primary outcome was the prevalence of high PD-L1 expression in patients with advanced EC. Immunohistochemical analysis of PD-L1 expression was performed by using the PD-L1 IHC 22C3 pharmDx assay in EC specimens. PD-L1 protein expression was assessed by using a combined positive score (CPS). The CPS≥ 10 was defined as a high PD-L1 high expression. The Chi-square test, Fisher’s exact test, or Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare the PD-L1 prevalence across demographic, clinicopathologic parameters, treatment status and other biomarkers. Results: Out of 488 enrolled patients with advanced EC, 482 patients were included in the final analysis. For all testing EC patients, 207 patients (42.9% [95% CI 38.48-47.50]) were PD-L1 high expression (CPS≥10). Between the PD-L1 high (CPS≥10) group and PD-L1 low (CPS&lt;10) group, there were statistically significant differences in gender (P=0.046), alcohol consumption (P = 0.011), distant metastatic lesion number of patients with stage IV (P = 0.032), surgery (P = 0.012), systemic therapy (P = 0.004), and chemotherapy (P=0.004). Conclusion: In summary, the prevalence of high PD-L1 expression (CPS≥10) in Chinese patients with advanced EC in real-world setting using 22C3 assay is consistent with previous data in global clinical trials. Our findings of the related clinicopathological and treatment features to the PD-L1 expression can provide supplementary information for decision-making of immunotherapy and facilitate the better understanding of mechanism underlying PD-L1 and anti-tumor immunity. Resumen
Abstract Background: MET gene amplification is associated with poor prognosis in gastric cancer (GC) and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas (GEJ). Savolitinib is a potent and highly selective oral MET tyrosine-kinase inhibitor. Here we reported the preliminary efficacy and safety from a phase 2 trial of savolitinib monotherapy in patients (pts) with MET-amplified advanced or metastatic GC/GEJ. (NCT04923932). Methods: Eligible pts had 2L+ GEJ or GC, with MET amplification and measurable lesions. Pts received savolitinib at 600 mg QD for body weight (BW) ≥50 kg, while 400 mg QD for BW &lt;50 kg in 21-day cycles until disease progression or meeting other criteria for end of treatment. Savolitinib BID regimen has also been additionally explored. The primary endpoint was objective overall response rate (ORR) evaluated by Independent Review Committee (IRC). One interim analysis (IA) was pre-defined at the first 20 QD pts who had at least 2 tumor assessments. Results: As of IA, 20 pts were enrolled for QD regimen. Demographics and clinical outcomes are shown in table 1. The mean relative dose intensity of 93.07%. Median duration of exposure was 2.09 months. Confirmed ORR by IRC was 45%, and reached 50% in 16 patients with MET GCN (high) while only 1 PR was observed in 4 patients with MET GCN (low). Duration of response rate at 4-month was 85.7% with median follow up time of 5.5 months. The most common Gr≥3 TRAE (≥5%) were platelet count decreased, hypersensitivity, anemia, neutropenia and hepatic function abnormal. In all pts, only 1 patient discontinued treatment due to grade 4 liver function abnormal (TRAE) and no patient died due to TRAE. Conclusion: Savolitinib monotherapy had manageable safety and showed promising efficacy in pts with MET-amplified GEJ or GC, particularly in pts with MET high GCN. BID regimen is being investigated to further evaluate the efficacy and safety of savolitinib in pts with MET high GCN. Table 1. Resumen
Abstract Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) ranks as the fifth most common cancer and the second leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. The overall prognosis of HCC patients is very poor because it is susceptible to recurrence and metastasis. According to the cancer stem cell (CSC) model, there is a small subset of cancer cells within the tumor bulk that is responsible for tumor relapse and metastasis. CSCs represent cells that can self-renew, initiate tumors, and keep resistant to anti-cancer treatment. However, the fate and signatures of CSCs in HCC remain elusive. Our previous in vitro hepatocyte differentiation model successfully mimicked the liver developmental process from the stage of embryonic stem cells, endoderm, liver progenitor cells, and premature hepatocytes, together with one pair of nontumor and tumor tissue from an HCC patient. We found that the expression of keratin 17 (KRT17) reached its peak at the liver progenitor stage and was down-regulated along with liver development, which shared the same expression pattern with keratin 19 (CK19), a well-known HCC stemness-associated gene. Single-cell RNA sequencing in 9 HCC clinical samples from the GEO dataset revealed that KRT17 was expressed in less than 1% of tumor cells. Moreover, KRT17 shared similar expression patterns among hepatocytes, non-stem like HCC and stem like HCC subpopulations with a panel of hepatic stem cell markers and showed reverse trends with a list of hepatic markers. Clinically, KRT17 was highly expressed in cancer tissues compared to normal counterparts and positively correlated with poor overall survival. Functional assays indicated that KRT17 could considerably facilitate the self-renewal, growth, and metastasis properties of HCC both in vitro and in vivo. Also, KRT17 endowed HCC cells with enhanced resistance to sorafenib treatment. Moreover, the expressions of the CSC marker (CD133) and oncofetal drivers (NANOG and KLF4) were significantly upregulated upon KRT17 overexpression. Bioinformatic analysis using gene expression profiles of patients from the TCGA database revealed that development- and differentiation-related biological processes were dramatically enriched in KRT17-high patients. The underlying molecular mechanism of how KRT17 augments HCC stemness still needs further study. Overall, our study uncovered a new connection between KRT17 and HCC stemness and progression. KRT17 might be a novel marker of CSC and a prognostic biomarker for the treatment of HCC patients. Resumen
Abstract In the late thirteenth century, the poet-painter Qian Xuan 錢選 (style [zi (字)] Shunju 舜举, sobriquets [hao 號] Zhaxi weng 霅溪翁, Yutan 玉潭; ca. 1235–ca. 1307) created a horizontal, multi-colored landscape painting known today as Wang Xizhi Watching Geese and owned by the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York; a copy of the painting exists in the collection of the National Palace Museum in Taipei. The work depicts a waterside pavilion in which a figure stands with his right hand seemingly resting on the balustrade. This article offers a new interpretation of the painting's scene, and it will argue that the figure's hand on the balustrade is the key to an additional perspective of the painting's artistic statement. It begins by analyzing the painting composition, which includes the artist's inscription, before proceeding to a discussion of balustrade in Song ci-poetry and its significance in Qian Xuan's painting. A closer look at the architecture of the pavilion further reveals that the subject and theme of this painting is that of a dejected Song scholar-poet who laments his country's fate.

Resumen
Electric and magnetic energy densities as well as energy flux (Poynting vector) for radial variant vector beam focusing through a dielectric interface is analyzed numerically based on vector diffraction theory. The electric and magnetic energy densities are tailored by properly manipulating the radial as well as initial phases to generates novel focal patterns in the focal area. These peculiar properties may find applications in fields such as optical trapping, optical recording, magnetic recording, and magnetic resonance microscopy and semiconductor inspection. Resumen
Recent remarkable developments on non-fullerene solar cells have reached photoelectric conversion efficiency (PCE) of 18% by tuning the band energy levels in small molecular acceptors. In this respect, development of the small donor molecule is essential. Although several methods have been applied to elucidate the elementary processes of charge carriers in BHJ-OSCs, mechanistic details of non-radiative voltage loss are poorly understood originating from interfacial heterogeneous electron-hole pairs.A recent time-resolved electron paramagnetic resonance (TREPR) study suggested an impact of the recombination process generating the triplet excitons in non-fullerene acceptor solar cells,[1] while geometries and motions of charge-separated (CS) states were elucidated in details by electron spin polarization (ESP).[2-4] Furthermore, although effects of low-frequency nuclear motions (phonon) on the photocarrier generations have been discussed in several literatures,[2,5,6] microscopic origin of the phonon playing a role on the OPV performance is unclear including impact of the phonon assist on primary recombination processes. Here we systematically investigated mechanisms of solar cell performance with diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP)–tetrabenzoporphyrin (BP) conjugates of C4-DPP–H2BP and C4-DPP–ZnBP where C4 represents butyl group substituted at the DPP unit as small p-type molecules in non-polymer organic solar cells (OSC) with an acceptor of [6,6]-phenyl-C61-buthylic acid methyl ester. We clarified microscopic origins of the photocarrier caused by phonon-assisted 1D electron-hole dissociations at donor:acceptor interface. Using a time-resolved electron paramagnetic resonance, we have characterized controlled charge-recombination by manipulating disorders in π-π donor stacking, ensuring carrier transport through face-on molecular conformations to suppress non-radiative voltage loss via capturing specific interfacial radical pairs separated by 1.8 nm in bulk-heterojunction solar cells. While disordered lattice motions from the π-π stackings via zinc ligation are essential to enhance the entropy for charge-dissociations at the interface, too much ordered crystallinity causes backscattering phonon to reduce OSC performances. Resumen
Abstract Background: IBI351 (GFH925) is an irreversibly covalent inhibitor of KRASG12C. Data from prior data cutoffs (primary: Feb, 2022; initial update: July, 2022) showed that IBI351 (GFH925) was well-tolerated and demonstrated promising efficacy in patients (pts) with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS p.G12C mutation. Here, we update results of this phase I study evaluating IBI351 (GFH925) in pts with advanced solid tumors again. Methods: Pts with locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic solid tumors with KRASG12C mutation for whom standard therapy had failed were enrolled. Phase I dose escalation had an accelerated titration design for dose level 250mg once daily (QD) and a Bayesian optimal interval (BOIN) design with 450-900mg QD and 450-750mg twice daily (BID). The primary endpoints were safety and tolerability. The secondary endpoints were pharmacokinetics (PK), anti-tumor activity of IBI351 (GFH925) monotherapy per RECIST v1.1, and overall survival. Results: As of November 30th, 2022, 74 pts (1 at 250mg QD, 3 at 450mg QD, 9 at 700mg QD, 5 at 900mg QD, 21 at 450mg BID, 31 at 600mg BID and 4 at 750mg BID; 62 men, 12 women; median age: 64 yrs, range: 42-76 yrs) were enrolled, among whom 67 pts had non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Among 67 NSCLC pts, 44.8% pts received ≥2 prior lines of treatment (tx), 38.8% pts had brain metastases; adenocarcinoma was the most common histology (n=66, 98.5%). All 74 pts were included for safety analysis. No dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) were observed in any dose cohorts. The overall safety profile was consistent with the latest previous report, with no new safety signals identified. As of December 15th, 2022, among 67 response-evaluable NSCLC pts across all dose levels, the ORR (by investigator assessment) was 58.2% (95% CI, 45.5-70.2), and the confirmed ORR was 44.8% (95% CI, 32.6-57.4); the disease control rate (DCR) was 92.5% (95% CI, 83.4-97.5). At the 600mg BID dose level (RP2D), the ORR was 63.3% (95% CI, 43.9-80.1), and the confirmed ORR was 50.0% (95% CI, 31.3-68.7), the DCR was 96.7% (95% CI, 82.8-99.9). With a median progression-free survival (PFS) follow-up of 5.5 months (95% CI, 5.3-6.8) for NSCLC pts at the 600mg BID dose level, 21 (70%) pts were continuing treatments, and the median duration of response (DoR) and PFS were not reached. Thirteen out of 15 confirmed responders were still in response. Conclusion: IBI351 (GFH925) was well-tolerated across all doses explored in patients with advanced solid tumors harboring KRAS p.G12C mutation. The data also demonstrated promising efficacy and durable response of IBI351 (GFH925) in previously treated advanced NSCLC. Clinical trial information: NCT05005234. Resumen
Most studies of either Daoist influences and features or love and romance in Yuan drama concentrate on the male-dominated theme of deliverance (dutuo) or center on the “scholar-beauty” or “scholar-courtesan” romantic relationship, with little attention given to Daoist women involved in love affairs or marriage arrangements. This article aims to bring to light life and love in the Daoist nunnery as featured in Yuan drama, by focusing on transgressive Daoist nuns longing for secular life and sensual love and on lay women whose marriages are arranged by Daoist nuns. Four zaju plays have been selected for textual and thematic analysis, namely, Yuanyang bei (The Mandarin-Duck Quilt), Wangjiang ting (The River-viewing Pavilion), Nüzhen guan (The Cloister of Female Daoists), and Zhuwu ting qin (Listening to the Zither from a Bamboo-Thicketed Cottage).

Abstract The present essay combines the theory of Cultural Memory with ideas about textual repertoires, composite text, and distributed authorship that in recent years have been advanced in studies of early and medieval Chinese literature. In its first part, the essay introduces in detail the historical development and key features of Cultural Memory theory. In its second part, it applies this theory to the study of Qu Yuan 屈原 and the Lisao 離騷, the greatest poem of early China. Through detailed philological analysis, the Lisao is described not as a single text by a single author but as a composite, authorless artifact that participates in a larger Qu Yuan discourse distributed across multiple texts in both prose and poetry. This distributed “Qu Yuan Epic” is an anthology of distinct characteristics attributed to the quasi-mythological Qu Yuan persona—a persona that itself emerges as a composite textual configuration into which are inscribed the nostalgic ideals and shifting aspirations of Han imperial literati. This Han social imaginaire recollects the noble exemplar of the old Chu aristocracy; the dual prophecy of the fall of Chu to Qin and of Qin's subsequent collapse; the religious, historical, mythological, and literary traditions of Chu; the embodied paradigm of the ruler-minister relationship; and the gradual formation of the ideal of authorship through the transformation of poetic hero into heroic poet.

Resumen
Abstract Background: SHR-A1811 is an ADC comprised of a humanized anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody (trastuzumab), a cleavable linker, and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. Here we assessed SHR-A1811 in HER2-expressing/mutated unresectable, advanced, or metastatic solid tumors. Methods: Pts were eligible if they had HER2 positive breast cancer (BC), HER2 positive gastric/GEJ carcinoma, HER2 low-expressing BC, HER2-expressing/mutated NSCLC, or other HER2-expressing/mutated solid tumors, and were refractory or intolerant to standard therapy. SHR-A1811 at doses of 1.0-8.0 mg/kg was given Q3W (IV). The primary endpoints were DLT, safety, and the RP2D. Results: From Sep 7, 2020 to Sep 28, 2022, 250 pts who had undergone a median of 3 prior treatment lines in the metastatic setting received at least one dose of SHR-A1811 in dose escalation, PK expansion, and indication expansion part. As of data cutoff on Sep 28, 2022, 1 pt experienced DLT. Treatment-related adverse events (TRAEs) were reported in 243 (97.2%) pts. Grade ≥3 TRAEs, serious TRAEs, and treatment-related deaths were reported in 131 (52.4%), 31 (12.4%), and 3 (1.2%) pts, respectively. Interstitial lung disease (AESI) was reported in 8 (3.2%) pts. Exposures of SHR-A1811, total antibody, and the payload were generally proportional to dose from 3.2 to 8.0 mg/kg. ORR was 61.6% (154/250, 95% CI 55.3-67.7) in all pts. Objective responses were observed in pts with HER2 positive BC (88/108, ORR 81.5%, 95% CI 72.9-88.3), HER2-low BC (43/77, ORR 55.8%, 95% CI 44.1-67.2), urothelial carcinoma (7/11), colorectal cancer (3/10), gastric/GEJ carcinoma (5/9), biliary tract cancer (5/8), NSCLC (1/3), endometrial cancer (1/2), and H&N cancer (1/1). Subgroup analyses of ORR are shown in Table 1. The 6-month PFS rate was 73.9% in all pts. Resumen
Abstract Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common soft-tissue sarcoma of childhood and is comprised of at least two major molecular subtypes. Despite sharing features with skeletal muscle, the conservation of underlying cellular hierarchy with human muscle development and the identification of molecularly-defined tumor-propagating cells have not been reported. Using single-cell RNA sequencing of patient-derived RMS, DNA-barcode cell fate mapping, antibody enrichment and functional stem cell assays, and mouse xenograft modeling, we have uncovered tumor cell hierarchies in Fusion-negative (FN-) RMS that are shared with normal human muscle development. We also identified common developmental stages at which tumor cells become arrested. FN-RMS resemble early muscle found in embryonic and larval development, while fusion-positive (FP-) RMS express a highly specific developmental gene program found in muscle cells transiting from embryonic to fetal development at 7-7.75 weeks of age. FP-RMS also have neural-pathway enriched cell states, suggesting less-rigid adherence to muscle development hierarchies in this disease. Finally, we identify a new molecularly-defined tumor-propagating cell in FN-RMS that shares remarkable similarity to the newly described bi-potent, muscle mesenchyme stem/progenitor cell that makes both muscle and osteogenic cells. Resumen
Ozone is a pollutant that is harmful to human health and the troposphere. As a coal base in China, the study of ozone in the Qin–Jin region provides a scientific basis for pollution control and early warning and is of great practical significance. This paper analyzes the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of tropospheric ozone in the Qin–Jin region from 2013 to 2022. It predicts the tropospheric ozone seasons in 2023 using a combination of ozone monitoring instruments (OMIs), ground stations, and machine learning. It also estimates the loss of health and economic benefits caused by ozone to humans, discusses the multiple factors affecting ozone changes, and identifies ozone-sensitive pollution control areas. The results showed that ozone in the Qin–Jin region spatially tends to increase from northwest to southeast, the Slope showed that ozone in the study area has a slightly increasing trend (0~0.079), the ozone concentration values are much larger than those in other months during the period of April–September, and there is no weekend effect. The predicted mean ozone values for 2023 are 36.57 DU in spring, 50.88 DU in summer, 34.29 DU in fall, and 30.10 DU in winter. The average values of all-cause mortality and economic losses are estimated to be 4591 and 4214 persons and 43.30 and 51.30 billion yuan in 2019 and 2021 in Shanxi Province, and 2498 and 1535 persons and 23.50 and 18.70 billion yuan in 2019 and 2021 in Shaanxi Province, respectively. Natural factors are positively correlated with ozone in the following order, temperature (TEM) > precipitable water (TPW) > vegetation cover (NDVI) > relative humidity (RH), uplift index (LI) is negatively correlated with ozone, and barometric pressure (PS) is mainly uncorrelated. During the period of high ozone pollution in the Qin–Jin region (April–September), emissions of VOCs accelerated ozone production, and emissions of NOx suppressed ozone production in most areas. The high-value pollution period in the Qin–Jin area is mainly a VOC control area, and the synergistic control of NOx and VOCs is secondary.

Resumen
BackgroundBaricitinib, an orally selective inhibitor of JAK1 and JAK2, was approved for adult patients with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in China. The recommended dose is 2mg once daily and 4mg once daily in patients who have inadequately responded to baricitinib 2mg once daily (for 3 months) or TNF inhibitors. A single-arm, prospective, non-interventional post-marketing safety study (PMSS) was conducted in Chinese RA patients to describe the safety and effectiveness of baricitinib at 24 weeks.ObjectivesTo describe the safety and effectiveness of baricitinib in real-world setting of treating patients with moderate to severe active RA.MethodsThis PMSS (starting July 2020) included 667 patients with RA treated with baricitinib (2 mg or/and 4mg/day) and followed up for 24 weeks. Safety and effectiveness (disease activity) were assessed for 24 weeks. All statistical analyses are descriptive.ResultsSafety analyses included 667 patients (females=82.3%, mean age=53.3 years, mean RA duration 86.9 months). 106 (15.9%) were ≥65 and <75years and 19 (2.8%) were ≥75 years. 29 (4.3%) had previously received biologic therapy. Baricitinib dose regimen was as follows: 2 mg/day, n = 580 (87.0%); 4 mg/day, n = 53 (7.9%); 2/4 mg, n = 34 (5.1%). Concomitant use of MTX and leflunomide occurred in 54.3% and 35.5%, respectively. The overall exposure of baricitinib was 262.1 patient-years; 197 (29.5%) patients withdrew from the study, mostly for patient’s decision (n = 101). Adverse events (AEs) occurred in 250 (37.5%) patients [serious: 28 (4.2%)]. Two patients (0.3%) died: one of pneumonia and one with no cause reported. Chu Ci is a collection of poems created by Qu Yuan. It combines the folk songs of the ancestors of the Yangtze river valley with ancient myths and legends, and has a strong local color and unique artistic style. Through the description of costumes in Chu Ci, we can find the formation, development and connection between costume ideology in the pre-Qin period and the ancient Chinese conception of nature, which has a significant influence on the formation of ancient Chinese philosophy and traditional clothing culture.

Resumen
This article establishes that the discursive parts of the earliest known mathematical manuscripts in Chinese were composed of (at least) two types of elements, marked by two types of texts. The manuscripts alternate continuous text, and text for numerical tables (what I call table-relations). I show that in these manuscripts, the latter were written down as ‘textual tables,’ and that two basic types of style were used for these textual tables. By contrast, tabular layouts have been used for a Qin period object and a Dunhuang manuscript carrying numerical tables. I suggest that these artifacts should be interpreted as computing tools. I further argue that, at least from the eleventh century onwards, diagrammatic tables were introduced into mathematical writings. They were used to write down new types of numerical tables. Diagrammatic features of such texts, like horizontal, vertical and oblique lines, played a key part in the reading, interpretation and use of these table-relations. In this sense, they can be compared with the Qin computing tool. I conclude that the fact that in Song-Yuan times these diagrammatic tables are referred to as ‘diagram tu 圖’ curiously echoes with the history of visual tools attested to in relation to mathematical activity in China.

In the preface of the book “Kim Van Kieu Thanh Tam Tai Tu” – a Vietnamese translation of the novel “The Tale of Jin Yun Qiao” (金雲翹傳 Kim Van Kieu truyen) – published in 1971, the translator To Nam Nguyen Dinh Diem suggested that the novel “Kim Van Kieu truyen” was not created by a Chinese writer but could have been composed by a Vietnamese Confucian scholar based on Nguyen Du’s verse story “Doan truong tan thanh” (A New Cry from a Broken Heart – the official title of “The Tale of Kieu”). This suggestion seems to have been proved incorrect by many textual studies inside and outside Vietnam. However, the topic has been revived recently. This article presents a comprehensive literature review about “The Tale of Jin Yun Qiao”, adding more documents that we have recently collected in foreign countries, to give a firm conclusion about the origin of “The Tale of Kieu”.

Resumen
As a part of cultural landscapes, toponyms with abundant cultural connotations and a long history are valuable cultural heritage assets. Choronyms not only reflect natural and social phenomena but also help with relevant management and naming work. In order to explore the historical development sequence of choronymic cultural landscape evolution, we analyze the spatial–temporal pattern evolution, spatial–temporal variation, spatial association, and semantic evolution of choronymic cultural landscapes since the Qin dynasty. We adopt the sequent snapshot model and an event-based state amendment model to establish a spatio-temporal database. That can provide decision supports and theoretical reference for the sustainable development of toponymic landscapes. Results indicate the following: (1) Spatial distribution of toponym density has been different since the Qin dynasty. The cores of toponym density spread from the middle-lower reaches of the Yellow River to Yangtze Plain, Chengdu Plain, Pearl River Delta Plain. (2) Spatial distribution of choronyms is agglomerative since the Qin dynasty and uneven at national and provincial scales since the Yuan dynasty. Temporal distribution of toponyms at different levels is centralized. (3) Spatial agglomeration phenomena of toponyms are positively clustered in nine periods. The Ming dynasty presents the largest degree of spatial aggregation. (4) Words relevant to blessings, orientation, and hydrological features have high proportions in the top 20 words. (5) Spatial distribution of county-level choronyms named over the last 1000 years and “Millennium Ancient Counties” are unbalanced at national and provincial scales.

Resumen
AbstractsThe rule of surname exogamy, which has been an important feature of Chinese social organization down to recent times, seems to have originated with the Zhou dynasty. Its importance is symbolized in the myth of Jiang Yuan姜媚 or 姜原, the mother of Hou Ji后稷, Lord Millet, the ancestor of the Zhou kings, whose surname was Ji姬. Contrary to a view that has become popular, it is argued that Ji and Jiang could not have been the names of two originally separate peoples with different geographical origins that came together and formed an intermarrying alliance but were the names of the two leading, intermarrying, clans of a single people. After the Zhou conquest of Shang, marriage politics, which required the rulers of originally non-Chinese states to have clan names of the same kind, played an important part in gradually incorporating such states into the Zhou, Hua-Xia華夏, polity. The fact that the surnames Ji and Jiang were also found among peoples known as Rong 戎 who were not recognized as Hua-Xia but were probably also Sino-Tibetan in language seems to be consistent with traditional accounts of Zhou's northwestern origins. The words Ji and Jiang are probably etymologically related and although yang羊 “sheep” plays a phonetic role in the graphs of both the surname Jiang and the ethnic name Qiang 羌, Jiang and Qiang are two separate words and need not have anything to do with one another.

Resumen
Drama refers to a comprehensive art that realizes the purpose of narrative through language, movement, dance, music, puppets, and other forms. From the pre-Qin period⟶the Han and Wei periods⟶the Tang, Song, and Jin periods⟶the Yuan Dynasty⟶the late Yuan Ming and Qing periods⟶modern times, the art of opera has been welcomed and recognized by a vast audience since its birth, but it is difficult to inherit the art of Chinese opera. The fundamental reason is that there is no good platform for performance. It should be said that since the beginning of the performing arts, there has also been academic thinking on the practice of this artistic creation, so in the academic field of drama, there is actually drama performance science. Due to the changes of the times, Chinese drama art cannot keep up with the pace of the Internet. Therefore, this article proposed a technical research based on the interactive drama performance production and performance platform. This article mainly talks about face recognition technology and its algorithm, and applies it to theatrical performances and productions. In the following experiments, this technology is also used to create a network platform, and its user experience evaluation effect is good. The theatrical performances and productions of young people were also scored, and the final experimental results showed that: at the minimum required level, which is at least three (or more) dramatic materials in the class, scores are high at both levels. Among them, 94.4% of the classes in the first-level kindergarten and 86.1% of the classes in the second-level kindergarten meet this standard. Most of the two levels are qualified, that is to say, in the performance area, at least three people can perform at the same time, which is enough to show that theatrical performance has been passed down.

Resumen
From the beginning of Shang Dynasty to the end of Qing Dynasty the development of Chinese classical landscape gardens went through five periods: the formation period of Shang, Zhou, Qin and Han Dynasties, the transition period of Wei, Jin, Southern and Northern Dynasties, the heyday of Tang Dynasty, the maturity period of Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties, and the middle and end of Qing Dynasty. Five thousand years of glorious Chinese culture makes Chinese classical gardens different from Western gardens and Islamic gardens. The unique garden system and style give rise to the unique and profound Chinese classical garden system in world history. Based on the history of Chinese classical gardens, the paper focuses on the historical background of the development of the Song garden, the characteristics of typical gardens and literati gardens in the two Song dynasties, in order to understand the development process of the Song garden more deeply. Under the condition of learning and understanding, the method and concept characteristics of classical garden design in Song Dynasty are inherited and applied to modern garden planning and design.

Resumen
The article is an analysis of judicial activity of Chinggis Khan towards persons who entered his service under different circumstances. Analysis allows to state that Chinggis Khan not always used the same criteria taking his decision on the reward for loyalty and punishment for treachery. Authors attempt to explain the reasons of taking one or another decision by Chinggis Khan and clarify their correlation with political ideology formed by him during the establishing of the Mongol Empire. Besides, it seems that the analysis of specific cases could help trace the process of forming the system of khans court which foundation was laid by Chinggis Khan just during the period of the unification of Mongol tribes at the initial stage of creating of his empire. The source base for the research includes medieval historical works: Secret history of Mongols, Sheng-wu qin-cheng-lu, Compendium of chronicles by Rashid ad-Din, Yuan shih, Altan Tobchi by Lubsan Danzan and some others. Positions of different scholars on decisions of Chinggis Khan are also taken into account.

Resumen
Chinese mythology [shenhua 神話] does not exist independently as a cultural medium like mythology does in the West but, rather, comprises ideological and narrative forms that emerge according to historical and cultural trends. Not only have myths withstood humanity’s conquest of nature, but they have drawn and continue to draw on the mysteries of scientific development for new content. It is possible to identify three highpoints of creativity in the history of Chinese mythology, each corresponding to shifts in the function and nuance of myths. The first highpoint occurred very early on in China’s ancient history, in the period of the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors [wudi sanwang 五帝三王], when myths were a way to articulate history—that is, history as myth. The second highpoint occurred in the period from the Qin through Jin dynasties, when mythology mainly expounded on philosophy and theory—that is, philosophy as myth. The third highpoint occurred during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, when the narrative content of mythology turned toward the religious—that is, religion as myth.

Resumen
When discussing Kangxi’s policy of governance in Mongolia, people mostly select Qing Shi Lu,Qin Ding Da Qing Hui Dian, Li Fan Yuan Ze Li and other historical materials, and pay little attention to Kang Xi Qi Ju Zhu, but its historical value cannot be ignored.Especially in the implementation of the Qing Dynasty system, such as the reward of Mongolian princes and the handling of penalty cases in the Mongolian region, which is rarely mentioned in other historical materials, it has great significance for studying the Qing Dynasty’s border policies, Manchu Mongolian relations, and the Qing Dynasty’s Mongolian social system. This article starts with the historical materials of the Mongolian region in the Kangxi Qi Ju Zhu,and explores the ruling measures, containment policies, and management measures of the Kangxi period towards the Mongolian region. Emperor Kangxi’s grace and authority were implemented simultaneously, which not only consolidated the rule, promoted the development of agriculture, animal husbandry, and animal husbandry in the Mongolian region, but also strengthened exchanges with the Mongolian region, promoting ethnic integration.

Resumen
China's strange novels have gone through several stages from the strange stories of the Wei, Jin and the Southern and Northern Dynasties inherited from ancient myths, pre-Qin books, unofficial stories, folk stories, etc. to the prosperity and development of the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the legends of the Tang Dynasty, the vernacular books of the Song and Yuan Dynasties. And then Ming and Qing novels have made the strange stories reach their peak. The inheritance and development of China's novels in Wei, Jin and the Northern and the Southern Dynasties coincided with the new policy of promoting, developing and innovating the excellent traditional culture of China. In order to meet the needs of the times, Marxism should also keep pace with the times, continue to inherit, develop, innovate and change in combination with China's national conditions. From the inheritance and development of strange novels in the Wei, Jin and the Southern and the Northern Dynasties, this article explains the similarities with the thought of cultural inheritance and development in the new era.

Resumen
The great imperial seals, one of the most prominent jade articles in ancient China, were of great significence in those times. Two of its main components – a carved ornament on the top and a stamp, were not merely symbols of the feudal era, but also demonstrated the high level of technical proficiency of visual arts in ancient China. In the context of the history of the origin and development of jade seals, this article highlights the issues of evoluiton in content, form, and artistic features of the art of large imperial jade seals as it was developing during the long history of Chinese art. The article also highlights the relevance of formal and substantive features of jade seals in contemporary Chinese art, particularly in other types and genres of jade plastic arts. The form of imperial seals was developed during the early days of the Zhou dynasty. The nearly 3,000-year history of its development, spanning the Spring and Autumn period, the Warring States, Qin, Han, Sui and Tai, Song and Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, has contributed to the abundance of jade seals, their variety and the richness of their forms. During the first feudal dynasty of China - Qin, when the first highly centralized political system was established, the large imperial seal became a symbol of the emperor's power, and had administrative and social significance. The imperial jade seal had retained its status in long history of China until the end of Qing dynasty. During this period, its form and content were gradually enriched, and a unique and successive culture of the great imperial seal had been created.
