Resumen
Abstract In this article, we analyse maximal sets of k-spaces, in PG(n, q) and AG(n, q) with n ≥ 2k + t + 3, that pairwise meet in at least a t-space. It is known that for both PG(n, q) and AG(n, q), the largest example is a t-pencil, i.e. the set of all k-spaces containing a fixed t-space. In this paper, we analyse the structure of the second largest maximal example in both PG(n, q) and AG(n, q).

Resumen
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to find the solution for special cases of regular-long wave equations with fractional order using q-homotopy analysis transform method (q-HATM). Design/methodology/approach The proposed technique (q-HATM) is the graceful amalgamations of Laplace transform technique with q-homotopy analysis scheme and fractional derivative defined with Atangana-Baleanu (AB) operator. Findings The fixed point hypothesis considered to demonstrate the existence and uniqueness of the obtained solution for the proposed fractional-order model. To illustrate and validate the efficiency of the future technique, the authors analysed the projected nonlinear equations in terms of fractional order. Moreover, the physical behaviour of the obtained solution has been captured in terms of plots for diverse fractional order. Originality/value To illustrate and validate the efficiency of the future technique, we analysed the projected nonlinear equations in terms of fractional order. Moreover, the physical behaviour of the obtained solution has been captured in terms of plots for diverse fractional order. The obtained results elucidate that, the proposed algorithm is easy to implement, highly methodical, as well as accurate and very effective to analyse the behaviour of nonlinear differential equations of fractional order arisen in the connected areas of science and engineering.

Resumen
The study analyses the phonological interference of phoneme pronunciation [q] by Sundanese and Javanese speakers compared with Arabic speakers. The researchers used a descriptive comparative qualitative method. The researchers listened, took notes, and documented the voice recordings of male students from the Sundanese and Javanese ethnic groups when reading the Qur'an to collect research data and analyse it using Praat software version 6.2.13. From the results of the recordings, Sundanese-speaking students and Javanese speakers would then be compared with reference speakers, namely Syekh Sa'ad Al-ghamidi, who has the capability of reciting verses from the Qur'an. The research results indicated phonological interference in the phoneme [q] when Sundanese and Javanese male students read the Qur'an. The factor contributing to the occurrence of pronunciation errors in the phoneme [q] was the transfer of SL and JL elements when using AL. Errors occurred due to deviations from the proper language rules. The research is expected to have positive implications, minimizing interference and increasing fluency in reading the Qur'an.

Resumen
This study used the Q methodology to analyse the perceptions of the meaning of work among Generation MZ employees working for South Korean nongovernmental organisations (NGOs). Forty Q samples about the meaning of work were extracted through a literature review and in-depth interviews, and 24 Generation MZ employees working for NGOs were selected as P samples to carry out Q sorting. The results were analysed using the KenQ program, and the perceptions of the meaning of work among Generation MZ employees working for NGOs were classified into four types. For Type 1, work was perceived as a means of self-realization corresponding to their values and an opportunity for new challenges. Type 2 employees expect people to recognise them as people of value through their work and pursue the satisfaction of contributing to people and society through their employment. Type 3 employees expected work to be a happy and interesting experience that coincided with their values beyond simple money-making. Finally, Type 4 considered work and personal life more separate and prioritised solidarity with colleagues.

Resumen
In his “Time and Modality”, based on his own philosophical motivations, Arthur Norman Prior proposed the modal logic Q as a correct modal logic in 1957. Prior developed Q in order to offer a logic for contingent beings, in which one could rationally state that some beings are contingent and some are necessary. One may say that Q is an actualist modal logic with a natural semantics. This review article is a developed description/discussion of/on “The System Q” that is the fifth chapter of “Time and Modality”. I have attempted to analyse the logical structure of system Q in order to provide a more understandable description as well as logical analysis for today’s logicians, philosophers, and information-computer scientists. In the paper, the Polish notations are translated into modern notations in order to be more comprehensible and to support the developed formal descriptions and semantic analysis.

Resumen
We investigate the complexity of learning query inseparable εℒℋ ontologies in a variant of Angluin's exact learning model. Given a fixed data instance A* and a query language 𝒬, we are interested in computing an ontology ℋ that entails the same queries as a target ontology 𝒯 on A*, that is, ℋ and 𝒯 are inseparable w.r.t. A* and 𝒬. The learner is allowed to pose two kinds of questions. The first is ‘Does (𝒯,A)⊨ q?’, with A an arbitrary data instance and q and query in 𝒬. An oracle replies this question with ‘yes’ or ‘no’. In the second, the learner asks ‘Are ℋ and 𝒯 inseparable w.r.t. A* and 𝒬?’. If so, the learning process finishes, otherwise, the learner receives (A*,q) with q ∈ 𝒬, (𝒯,A*) |= q and (ℋ,A*) ⊭ q (or vice-versa). Then, we analyse conditions in which query inseparability is preserved if A* changes. Finally, we consider the PAC learning model and a setting where the algorithms learn from a batch of classified data, limiting interactions with the oracles.

AbstractWe analyse the structure of a regular extension ℳ ⋊ γ, υQ of a von Neumann algebra ℳ by an action (modulo inner automorphisms) γ of a discrete group Q, and a nonabelian 2-cycle υ for γ, under the assumption that the “action” γ of Q is cocycle conjugate to an “action”, α which leaves globally invariant a cartan subalgebra of ℳ. we show that ℳ ⋊ γ, υQ is isomorphic with the algebra of the left regular projective representation of a certain discrete, non-principal groupoid ℜ V Q determined by the action of Q on the given cartan subalgebrs, where ℜ is the Takesaki relation associated to the pair (ℳ, ) we apply this description to give a decomposition of the regular representation of a group G into irreducibles, where G is a split extension of a type I group K by an abelian group Q, and work out the details of the author's earlier abstract plancherel theorem in the case when K is abelian.

Resumen
Chemical composition is a critical factor for determining the efficacy of any traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and can be used as an indicator of commercial quality. To develop a new strategy for discovering potential quality markers (Q-markers) of TCM by integrating ultra-performance liquid chromatography-Q-extractive orbitrap/mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-Extractive Orbitrap/MS), chemometric analysis, and network pharmacology, using Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. (S. chinensis) as an example. The chemical profiling of S. chinensis was performed using UPLC-Q-Extractive Orbitrap/MS, followed by identification of hepatoprotective Q-markers through a comprehensive understanding of chemometric analysis and virtual target prediction of network pharmacology. Six compounds were considered potent candidates for Q-markers, which were identified as schisandrol A (6), angeloylgomisin H (10), schisantherin A (17), schisantherin B (18), schisandrin A (23), and schisandrin C (26). All Q-markers exhibited significant hepatoprotective activity, as evidenced by in vitro experiments. Subsequently, a method for simultaneous quantification was established and employed to analyse seven batches of S. chinensis. Therefore, the integrated approach of UPLC-Q-Extractive Orbitrap/MS, chemometrics, and network pharmacology proved to be an effective strategy for the discovery of Q-markers that can assist in assessing the overall chemical consistency of samples and provide a basis for quality evaluation of the material basis of S. chinensis.

Resumen
This study aimed to analyse the types and characteristics of rehabilitation specialists’ experience in administering virtual reality (VR) programs using Q methodology as well as provide basic data regarding the introduction of VR programs in rehabilitation therapy. Thirty-three statements were derived based on a literature review and an in-depth interview with rehabilitation specialists. Q-sorting was performed by a Q-sample of 22 rehabilitation specialists with experience administering VR programs. Data were analysed using the QUANL Program. Rehabilitation specialists’ experience with administering VR programs were classified into three types: type 1 was labelled ‘the need to develop VR programs customised for disability level and type’, type 2 was labelled ‘emphasis on experts’ role of paying attention continuously and their experience’, and type 3 was labelled ‘the need to develop safety equipment by disability type’. The study’s findings demonstrate that there are a variety of rehabilitation specialists’ perceptions on their experience administering VR programs. This study is of significance because it suggests ways to improve VR programs for disabled people, with the consultation of rehabilitation specialists. In addition, rehabilitation specialists’ perceptions on VR programs have not been explored before.

Resumen
AbstractWe measured the correlation spectrum ${\hat {Q} }_{p} (\mathbi{k})$ of pressure fluctuations in a driving mixing layer with a Taylor-scale Reynolds number ${R}_{\lambda } $ up to ${\simeq }700$ by a newly developed pressure probe with spatial and temporal resolutions that are sufficient to analyse inertial-subrange statistics. The influence of the mean velocity gradient tensor ${S}_{ij} $ in the mixing layer, which is almost constant near its centreline, is studied using an idea similar to that underlying the linear response theory developed in statistical mechanics for systems at or near thermal equilibrium. If we write the spectrum ${\hat {Q} }_{p} (\mathbi{k})$ as ${\hat {Q} }_{p} (\mathbi{k})= { \hat {Q} }_{p}^{(0)} (\mathbi{k})+ \mrm{\Delta} {\hat {Q} }_{p} (\mathbi{k})$, where ${ \hat {Q} }_{p}^{(0)} (\mathbi{k})$ is the isotropic Kolmogorov spectrum in the absence of mean shear, then for small ${S}_{ij} $ the deviation $ \mrm{\Delta} {\hat {Q} }_{p} (\mathbi{k})$ due to the shear is approximately linear and is determined by a few non-dimensional universal constants in addition to ${S}_{ij} $, $k$ and the mean energy dissipation rate. We also measured the pressure–velocity and velocity–velocity correlation spectra. Deviations from isotropy due to shear are shown to be approximately proportional to ${S}_{ij} $ at large ${R}_{\lambda } $.

Resumen
How many quantum queries are required to determine the coefficients of a degree- d polynomial in n variables? We present and analyse quantum algorithms for this multivariate polynomial interpolation problem over the fields F q , R and C . We show that k C and 2 k C queries suffice to achieve probability 1 for C and R , respectively, where k C = ⌈ ( 1 / ( n + 1 ) ) ( n + d d ) ⌉ except for d =2 and four other special cases. For F q , we show that ⌈( d /( n + d ))( n + d d ) ⌉ queries suffice to achieve probability approaching 1 for large field order q . The classical query complexity of this problem is ( n + d d ) , so our result provides a speed-up by a factor of n +1, ( n +1)/2 and ( n + d )/ d for C , R and F q , respectively. Thus, we find a much larger gap between classical and quantum algorithms than the univariate case, where the speedup is by a factor of 2. For the case of F q , we conjecture that 2 k C queries also suffice to achieve probability approaching 1 for large field order q , although we leave this as an open problem.

Resumen
Background Low energy availability (LEA) causes pathophysiology of the female athlete’s body affecting the bone and reproductive health and was observed to have a high prevalence in recreational female athletes previously. The aim of this study was to analyse the relationship between low energy availability in females questionnaire (LEAF-Q), bone mineral density (BMD), and postural stability in recreational athletes. Methods Recreational female athletes (n = 24, age: 23.71 ± 2.94, Tier I) completed LEAF-Q, postural stability measurement during quiet stance (Zebris platform FDM; GmbH) and their BMD was measured using DXA (Hologic QDR Horizon A). Non-parametric statistical tests were used to analyse the relationships between LEAF-Q, BMD, and postural stability and to compare differences between participants divided by the LEAF-Q score and its subscales. Results Risk of LEA was observed in 50% of recreational athletes participating in this study. Up to 46% of participants perceived menstrual bleeding changes related to training and 37.50% experienced menstrual dysfunction. Body composition and body weight fluctuations were observed to affect postural stability and BMD. With the risk score for LEA, the BMD and postural stability were not negatively affected in recreational athletes. However, the high number of recreational athletes in the risk score for LEA and menstrual dysfunctions highlights the need for public health programs aimed to increase awareness of LEA and its health consequences and for open communication about the menstrual cycle. Future longitudinal studies observing LEA, BMD, menstrual function, postural stability, and their interrelationship in female athletes are needed to increase the knowledge of this topic.

Resumen
Objectives: The objective of the study was to validate the Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS) based on a quick quantitative C-reactive protein (qCRP) assay (ASDAS-Q) in a multicentre, prospective, cross-sectional study in patients with axial spondyloarthritis (axial SpA). Methods: Disease activity assessment was performed in prospectively recruited patients with axial SpA. Routine laboratory CRP was determined in the central laboratory of each study centre, while quick qCRP and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) were measured locally. Consequently, ASDAS-CRP, ASDAS-Q using the qCRP and ASDAS-ESR were calculated. The absolute agreement on the disease activity category ascertainment was analysed with cross-tabulations and weighted Cohen’s kappa. Bland–Altman plots and intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs) were used to analyse the criterion validity. Results: Overall, 251 axial SpA patients were included in the analysis. The mean qCRP value (6.34 ± 11.13 mg/l) was higher than that of routine laboratory CRP (5.26 ± 9.35 mg/l). The ICC for routine laboratory CRP versus qCRP was 0.985 [95% confidence interval (CI): 0.972–0.991]. Comparing ASDAS-Q with ASDAS-CRP, 242 of 251 (96.4%) patients were assigned to the same disease activity categories with a weighted Cohen’s kappa of 0.966 (95% CI: 0.943–0.988) and ICC of 0.997 (95% CI: 0.994–0.999). Conclusions: ASDAS-Q showed an almost perfect agreement with ASDAS-CRP in the assignment to specific disease activity categories. Consequently, ASDAS-Q using the qCRP value can be applied as an accurate and quickly available alternative to ASDAS-CRP, thus facilitating the implementation of the treat-to-target concept in clinical trials and clinical routine.

AbstractWe analyse Hecke pairs (G,H) and the associated Hecke algebra $\mathcal{H}$ when G is a semi-direct product N ⋊ Q and H = M ⋊ R for subgroups M ⊂ N and R ⊂ Q with M normal in N. Our main result shows that, when (G,H) coincides with its Schlichting completion and R is normal in Q, the closure of $\mathcal{H}$ in C*(G) is Morita–Rieffel equivalent to a crossed product I⋊βQ/R, where I is a certain ideal in the fixed-point algebra C*(N)R. Several concrete examples are given illustrating and applying our techniques, including some involving subgroups of GL(2,K) acting on K2, where K = ℚ or K = ℤ[p−1]. In particular we look at the ax + b group of a quadratic extension of K.

Abstract In this work we report on investigations into the topological and chemical short-range order of binary Ti72.3Fe27.7 alloy melts. In order to analyse the structure, the melts were investigated by means of neutron scattering and energy dispersive diffraction of synchrotron radiation. The combination of both diffraction techniques allowed the determination of the partial Bhatia Thornton structure factors S NN(Q) and S CC(Q). The experimental results provide evidence of an icosahedral topological short-range order prevailing in the liquid that is accompanied by a pronounced chemical short-range order such that Ti –Fe nearest neighbours are preferentially formed.

This paper describes how a threshold policy, or TP = [(0, Q), 1]-based inventory management, economically offers customers a single product with a discrete time geometric queue attached to a Geo/Geo/1 service base. The order for Q units starts when inventory I(t) at time ’t’ drops to the level ’0’, and the length of the queueing process X(t) is at least one. We focus on the process Z(t) = (X(t), I(t)), t [0, ?). We then analyse the steady state probabilities and then provides a numerical study for graphing the economic order quantity.

Resumen
Batchelor's vortex has been commonly used in the past as a model for aircraft trailing vortices. Using a temporal stability analysis, new viscous unstable modes have been found for the high swirl numbers of interest in actual large-aircraft vortices. We look here for these unstable viscous modes occurring at large swirl numbers (q > 1.5), and large Reynolds numbers (Re >103), using a spatial stability analysis, thus characterizing the frequencies at which these modes become convectively unstable for different values of q, Re, and for different intensities of the uniform axial flow. We consider both jet-like and wake-like Batchelor's vortices, and are able to analyse the stability for Re as high as 108. We also characterize the frequencies and the swirl numbers for the onset of absolute instabilities of these unstable viscous modes for large q.

Resumen
AbstractAn electrospun polymer jet issued from a Taylor cone follows a straight-line motion before experiencing electrical bending instability resulting in curling and spiralling of the jet in three-dimensional space. Experiments are performed to characterize the fluid dynamics of an electrospun polymer jet. Appropriate image processing is performed to systematically analyse flow regimes of the electrospun jet. These regimes include Taylor cone formation/jet initiation and the straight section of the jet. Dimensional analysis was performed to identify the salient dimensionless parameters, which govern the electrospun jet characteristics. Three new correlation formulae were obtained to characterize the dimensionless jet diameter at the apex of the Taylor cone $(\tilde {d} = 1. 03{\tilde {Q} }^{0. 44} )$, the dimensionless jet diameter at different locations along the jet’s straight section $(\tilde {d} {\tilde {z} }^{1/ 4} = 1. 09{\tilde {Q} }^{1/ 2} )$, as well as the length of the straight section of the jet $({\tilde {Z} }_{in} = 86{\tilde {Q} }^{0. 42} )$. These correlation formulae are valid for the analysed range of dimensionless flow rates $(2. 6{{\times 10}}^{- 4} \lt \tilde {Q} \lt 3. 6{{\times 10}}^{7} )$ and dimensionless electric fields $(7. 4{{\times 10}}^{- 4} \lt \tilde {E} \lt 1. 4{{\times 10}}^{- 1} )$. In addition, the correlation formulae are valid for the analysed range of Deborah numbers De and Reynolds numbers Re based on nozzle radius, $3. 3\times {10}^{- 7} \lt {\mathit{De}}_{{r}_{o} } \lt 3. 8\times {10}^{- 2} $ and $5. 8\times {10}^{- 4} \lt {\mathit{Re}}_{{r}_{o} } \lt 7. 0\times {10}^{- 1} $. The proposed new correlation formulae are instrumental in the design as well as controlled manipulation/optimization of the electrospinning phenomenon.

The aim of the research is to analyse the effect of profitability, liquidity, and company’s size to company’s value and examines whetherDERis a mediating variable. Secondary data is taken from annual report of the companies. Analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (least square). The finding of the research showed thatDER mediated the relationship between CR andTobin’s Q. However DER is not a mediating variable for the relationship betweenRNOAand TOBINas well as between SIZE and Tobin’s Q. Mediating test is conducted by Sobel Test. The other finding is that RNOA positively affects to DER. CR negatively affects to DER. SIZE positively affects to DER and then DER negatively affects to Tobin’s Q. Recommendation for future research is to widen the samples, not just 42 companies, to add observed periods to give clearer description in long term. The next research can also use other dependent variables affecting capital structure and company’s value.

Abstract. Non-structural carbohydrates (NSC) play a central role in the construction and maintenance of a tree's vascular system, but feedbacks between the NSC status of trees and wood formation are not fully understood. We aimed to evaluate multiple dependencies among wood anatomy, winter NSC, and phenology for coexisting temperate (Quercus robur) and sub-Mediterranean (Q. pyrenaica) oaks along a water-availability gradient in the NW Iberian Peninsula. Sapwood NSC concentrations were quantified at three sites in December 2012 (N = 240). Leaf phenology and wood anatomy were surveyed in 2013. Structural equation modelling was used to analyse the interplay among hydraulic diameter (Dh), winter NSC, budburst date, and earlywood vessel production (EVP), while the effect of Dh and EVP on latewood width was assessed by using a mixed-effects model. NSC and wood production increased under drier conditions for both species. Q. robur showed a narrower Dh and lower soluble sugar (SS) concentration (3.88–5.08 % dry matter) than Q. pyrenaica (4.06–5.57 % dry matter), but Q. robur exhibited larger EVP and wider latewood (1403 µm) than Q. pyrenaica (667 µm). Stem diameter and Dh had a positive effect on SS concentrations, which were related to an earlier leaf flushing in both species. Sapwood sugar content appeared to limit EVP exclusively in Q. pyrenaica. In turn, Dh and EVP were found to be key predictors of latewood growth. Our results confirm that sapwood SS concentrations are involved in modulating growth resumption and xylem production in spring. Q. pyrenaica exhibited a tighter control of carbohydrate allocation to wood formation than Q. robur, which would play a role in protecting against environmental stress in the sub-Mediterranean area.

Resumen
The objective of this study to analyse the performance of banks before and after conducting Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) using a risk approach and how it affects the value of banking companies. Banking performance was analysed from three years before and three years after conducting mergers and acquisitions. To analyse the impact of banking mergers and acquisitions on company value, paired sample t-test and the fixed effect model (FEM) and Random Effect Model (REM) are utilised to test the research hypothesis. The results show that the banking performance after conducting M&A is decreased. This is demonstrated by the improvement in banking value and performance by using variables PBV, Tobin’s q, LDR and COMIN, which increase relatively after mergers and acquisitions, but the ability to generate profits, as measured by ROA is decreased. This is an implication of the combination of large assets that have not been used optimally to generate profits.

Resumen
In this paper, we examine the weak deflection angle and greybody bound for a magnetized regular black hole. For this purpose, we apply the Gauss–Bonnet theorem on the black hole and obtain the deflection angle in plasma and non-plasma mediums. Moreover, we investigate graphically the effect of impact parameter on the deflection angle for regular black hole in both mediums. We examine that the deflection angle goes to infinity when the impact parameter approaches zero. We also observe that the deflection angle shows negative behaviour at q=0.6 and q=2.09, but at 0.6<q<2.09, the angle shows positive behaviour. Furthermore, we study the rigorous bound phenomenon of the greybody factor in the background for a magnetized regular black hole. Later, we analyse the graphical behaviour of greybody bound with respect to different values of ω and observe that, at small values of ω, the bound increases, but for large values, the bound decreases. After that, we examine that, when we put G=1, l=0 and q=0, all results for the magnetized regular black hole solution reduce into results of the Schwarzschild black hole solution.

Does Q. 2:178 legislate retaliation for murder? Was Abraham commanded to chop up some birds according to Q. 2:260? This paper examines two cases in which a dominant view in Muslim exegesis has existed alongside an alternative that is minimised or criticised, while arguably being a closer fit to the text and context of the verse. The first, a ‘historicist’ reading of the qiṣāṣ verse (Q. 2:178), was picked up and advocated by the influential Ibn Taymiyya (d. 728/1328), yet it has even less of a footprint in exegetical works subsequent to him. The second, a ‘naturalist’ reading of the birds verse (Q. 2:260) advanced by Abū Muslim al-Iṣfahānī (d. 322/934), has been adopted by some modern exegetes and translators, but largely dismissed as strained and contrary to consensus. As well as charting the reception of these competing views, I analyse them comparatively, phrase by phrase, and argue that these alternatives are more plausible, and indeed fruitful, than the commonly accepted interpretations. The juxtaposition of these cases invites closer examination of key hermeneutical concepts in the tafsīr tradition.

Resumen
Abstract During the last years, the European and the Nordic quasi-geoid models and existing national q-geoid models covered the territory of Latvia. There are many ways for comparison and tests of results achieved. Scientists and professionals can compare models directly at some special geodetic co-location stations or use GNSS/levelling sites. The results of this research can be used by scientists and specialists in the fundamental geodetic observations for independent monitoring of existing q-geoid models and evaluation of accuracy. The research aims at evaluating the transition to the best updated regional q-geoid model. The research objectives are the following: 1) to investigate and analyse the development of q-geoid model LV14; 2) to conduct precision research; 3) to assess the challenges of the European Vertical Reference System; 4) to draw conclusions that allow for further research in this area for development and improvement. Within the framework of the research, the authors have used a variety of research methods. Historical and logical approaches, comparative analysis and synthesis methods, as well as inductive – deductive data analysis methods have been selected for the research. A conclusion for such kind of studies is to implement the most appropriate q-geoid solution and to develop new astrogeodetic methods for unification, monitoring and for reliability of a geodetic reference network.

Resumen
ObjectivesThis study aimed to evaluate the Disease Activity index for PSoriatic Arthritis (DAPSA) based on a quick quantitative C reactive protein (qCRP) assay (Q-DAPSA) in a multicentre, prospective, cross-sectional study in patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA).MethodsThe assessment of prospectively recruited study patients included joint examination and patient reported outcome (PRO) measures (patient global assessment, patient pain assessment). Following, the DAPSA based on a routine laboratory CRP measurement, Q-DAPSA and clinical DAPSA (cDAPSA) were calculated. Cross-tabulations and weighted Cohen’s kappa were performed to analyse the agreement of disease activity categories. Bland-Altman plots and intraclass correlation coefficients were used to determine the agreement of numerical values regarding CRP and qCRP as well as different disease activity scores.ResultsAltogether, 104 patients with PsA could be included in the statistical analysis. With Q-DAPSA, 102 of 104 (98.1%) patients achieved identical disease activity categories in comparison to DAPSA with a weighted Cohen’s kappa of 0.980 (95% CI: 0.952 to 1.000). The agreement between DAPSA and cDAPSA was slightly lower with identical disease activity categories seen in 97 of 104 (93.3%) of patients and with a weighted Cohen’s kappa of 0.932 (95% CI 0.885 to 0.980).ConclusionsThe Q-DAPSA showed an almost perfect agreement with the conventional DAPSA regarding identical disease activity categories. Thus, the Q-DAPSA can be used as a timely available disease activity score in patients with PsA with the additional benefit of CRP involvement. Consequently, the Q-DAPSA could facilitate the implementation of the treat-to-target concept in clinical routine and clinical trials.

Resumen
We continue to disagree with Asendorpf (2006) on the best way to analyse Q‐sort data and on our priorities for personality research. We believe on statistical grounds that the large first factor found in inverse factor analyses of raw CAQ items tells us much about response norms, but little or nothing about individual differences. These emerge more clearly in analyses of standardised items, which show the familiar dimensions of the Five‐Factor Model. Based on our research on types and the mixed results reported by other researchers, we do not believe that replicable empirical types are likely to be found, and suggest that a more profitable line of research would focus on the heuristics of types and the configural interpretation of traits. Resumen
This paper presents a circuit for realising a fuse-programmable capacitor on-chip. The trimming mechanism is implemented using integrated circuit fuses which can be blown in order to lower the resulting equivalent capacitance. However, for integrated circuits, the non-zero fuse resistance for active fuses and finite fuse resistance for blown fuses limit the Q factor of the resulting capacitor. In this work, we present a method on how to arrange the fuses in order to achieve maximal worst-case Q factor for the given circuit topology given the process parameters and requirements on capacitance. We also analyse and discuss the accuracy and limitations of the topology with regard to fuse resistance and parasitic elements such as bond pads.

Resumen
The aim of this study was to determine the effects of football participation levels on genu varum ratings by using Q angle and intercondylar distance. Twenty male football players for each elite and amateur football teams and 20 sedentary young male volunteers participated in this study. The anthropometric variables (body height, body weight, body fat percentage, body mass index) and genu varum levels by evaluating the lower extremity alignment using intercondylar distance, and Q angles for both legs were measured. The intercondylar distance measurements were done by using caliper with the sensitivity of 0.01 mm and Q angle measurements were carried out by the examination of the photographs of participants. One Way ANOVA and post-hoc Tukey test were used to assess statistically intra-group differences. Cohen's Kappa coefficient were used to determine agreement among observers. SPSS v.25 program was used to analyse the data. Intercondylar distance values were found significantly higher in elite group than in amateur and sedentary groups (45.65 ± 13.54; 28.84 ± 14.61; 3.70 ± 5.19 mm, respectively, p<0.001). As a result of this study, it was determined that the participation level of football trainings lead an increase in intercondylar distance significantly. The highest Q-angle values were observed in amateur football players.

Resumen
Measuring the structure factor, S(q), of a dispersion of particles by small-angle X-ray scattering provides a unique method to investigate the spatial arrangement of colloidal particles. However, it is impossible to find the exact location of the particles from S(q) because some information is inherently lacking in the measured signal. The two standard ways to analyse an experimental S(q) are then to compare it either with structure factors computed from simulated systems or with analytical ones calculated from approximated systems. However, such approaches may prove inadequate for dispersions of variously polydisperse particles. While Vrij, Bloom and Stell established a mean-field approach that could yield fairly accurate approximations for experimental S(q), this solution has remained underused because of its mathematical complexity. In the present work, the complete Percus–Yevick solution for general polydisperse hard-sphere systems is derived in a concise form that is straightforward to use. The form of the solution has been simplified enough to provide experimentalists with ready solutions of several commonly encountered particle-radius distributions in real systems (Schulz, truncated normal and inverse Gaussian). The approach is also illustrated with a case study of the exponential radius distribution. Finally, the application of the proposed solution to the power-law radius distribution is discussed in detail by comparing the calculations with experimentally measured S(q) for an Apollonian packing of spherical droplets recently reported in high-internal-phase-ratio emulsions.

Resumen
This study uses the Q methodology to investigate consumer perspectives on district heating, combining qualitative and quantitative methods across five research phases: foundation development, statement compilation (the Q-set), participant selection (the P-set), Q sorting and data analysis. The foundation was built using diverse sources yielding 39 statements. Experts from various disciplines were involved in the selection of statements using a two-round Delphi-like method to ensure objectivity. Subsequent steps included recruiting participants with varied perspectives, conducting Q sorting and analyzing data to reveal thought patterns. This research aims to shed light on consumer viewpoints regarding district heating, sustainability and general attitudes, assisting policymakers in promoting environmentally friendly energy practices. This research employs the Q methodology to collect and analyze subjective viewpoints concerning district heating, enhancing our understanding of consumer perspectives and their implications for sustainable energy systems. The results indicate a positive attitude towards district heating with strong support for further research and investment. Additionally, it aims to clarify the paper's results by highlighting the diverse consumer attitudes towards pricing mechanisms. The findings suggest transparent pricing mechanisms influenced by user behavior are more likely to gain acceptance. Four groups were found by using K-means clustering to analyse the data. These clusters showed preferences for longer, steady operating hours with low demand followed by shorter hours with low demand and resistance towards low operating hours with high demand. Future research could explore specific consumer profiles, private data or leverage waste heat from sources.

Resumen
In a teacher-student framework, a more experienced agent (teacher) helps accelerate the learning of another agent (student) by suggesting actions to take in certain states. In cooperative multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL), where agents must cooperate with one another, a student could fail to cooperate effectively with others even by following a teacher’s suggested actions, as the policies of all agents can change before convergence. When the number of times that agents communicate with one another is limited (i.e., there are budget constraints), an advising strategy that uses actions as advice could be less effective. We propose a partaker-sharer advising framework (PSAF) for cooperative MARL agents learning with budget constraints. In PSAF, each Q-learner can decide when to ask for and share its Q-values. We perform experiments in three typical multi-agent learning problems. The evaluation results indicate that the proposed PSAF approach outperforms existing advising methods under both constrained and unconstrained budgets. Moreover, we analyse the influence of advising actions and sharing Q-values on agent learning.

Resumen
The population dynamics of microbes was investigated in a bioreactor system for the treatment of chromate wastewater supplemented with chromate reducing bacteria Enterobacter cloacae strain HO-1. In this study, respiratory quinone profile and PCR techniques were used to analyse the microbial population. The change in microbial community structure and density was observed on the basis of the respiratory quinone profile since the predominant quinone of HO-1 is ubiquinone-8 (Q-8) and the amount of quinone is proportional to the cell mass. the quantity of microbes and the Q-8 fraction of the total quinones were increased after cultivation with aeration, while long-term operation brought about a decrease in the fraction of Q-8. In addition, the amount of HO-1 was determined by the PCR amplification rate under conditions where the amplification was exponential to the reaction cycles. The cell density of HO-1 and total microbes determined from these procedures compared well with the numbers of HO-1 cells counted selectively using agar plates containing chromate.

AbstractTheory and practice are based on different logics; this means that no theory can be fully implemented in practice. For this reason, it is interesting to investigate newly qualified teachers’ perceptions of their expertise and competence. In order to study this phenomena, the following research question was formulated: How do newly qualified teachers perceive their competence in the field of reading education in general and reading difficulties in particular? This pilot study is based on Q-methodology, which involves asking respondents to place subjective statements that are printed on individual cards on a matrix. The pilot study population includes 10 newly qualified teachers, therefore we chose to analyse the results of the Q-rankings using a qualitative method. The results show that the respondents thought that they lacked both knowledge and competence regarding reading education and reading difficulties. They made little use of mapping tools when adapting their teaching methods in reading education. While the respondents stressed the importance of an inclusive class milieu and solidarity, they felt that they lacked information about pupils who have reading difficulties and about available support material. The results indicate that mentoring is important for newly educated teachers, as well as that there is a need for meeting places that further professional development, academic exchange and reflexive discussion. Keywords: Newly educated teachers; experienced expertise and competence; reading education, reading difficulties, Q- methodology, learning in practice.

Resumen
In this paper, we will discuss an analytical solution and numerical simulation of fractional order mathematical model on COVID-19 under Caputo and conformable sense with the help of fractional differential transform method for different values of q, where q ∈ (0, 1). The underlying mathematical model on COVID-19 consists of four compartments, like, the susceptible class, the healthy class, the infected class and the quarantine class. We show the reliability and simplicity of the methods by comparing the solution of given model obtained by FDTM with the solution obtained by CFDTM graphically and numerically. Further, we analyse the stability of model using Lyapunov direct method under Caputo sense. We conclude that the use of fractional epidemic model provides better understanding and biologically deeper insights about the disease dynamics.

Resumen
Top-down sequencing in proteomics has come of age owing to continuous progress in LC-MS. With their high resolution and broad mass range, Quadrupole Time-of-Flight (Q-ToF) hybrid mass spectrometers equipped with electrospray ionisation source and tandem MS capability by collision-induced dissociation (CID) can be employed to analyse intact proteins and retrieve primary sequence information. To our knowledge, top-down proteomics methods with Q-ToF have only been evaluated using samples of relatively low complexity. Furthermore, the in-source CID (IS-CID) capability of Q-ToF instruments has been under-utilised. This study aimed at optimising top-down sequencing of intact milk proteins to achieve the greatest sequence coverage possible from samples of increasing complexity, assessed using nine known proteins. Eleven MS/MS methods varying in their IS-CID and conventional CID parameters were tested on individual and mixed protein standards as well as raw milk samples. Top-down sequencing results from the nine most abundant proteoforms of caseins, alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglubulins were compared. Nine MS/MS methods achieved more than 70% sequence coverage overall to distinguish between allelic proteoforms, varying only by one or two amino acids. The optimal methods utilised IS-CID at low energy. This experiment demonstrates the utility of Q-ToF systems for top-down proteomics and that IS-CID could be more frequently employed.

Resumen
The paper is focused on the evaluation of the price development of raw cow milk in the Slovak Republic. The aim of the paper is to analyse the development of average prices of the raw Q class cow´s milk in 2006 – 2018 and to forecast the trend of these prices by June 2019. Monthly data from the Market Report of Milk and Dairy Products issued by the Agricultural Information Department – ATIS, as part of the Agricultural Paying Agency, were the base of our information resource. These data were analyzed by using the statistical software called SAS. Box-Jenkins methodology was used to model the future trend of average purchase prices of the raw Q class cow´s milk, designed for modeling stationary and non-stationary time series and time series with seasonal components. During the period of 2006 – 2018 the Slovak dairy market showed significant changes in the prices of raw Q class cow´s milk. Three crisis periods of the dairy sector have been identified, during which the milk price has fallen below 0.30 € per kilogram. Long-term low prices of raw cow milk led to the liquidation of primary milk producers. In the next forecast period, by February 2019 a moderate increase in the average purchase price of raw Q class cow´s milk is expected, followed by a decrease by June 2019.

Resumen
Purpose – The use of social media and in particular community Question Answering (Q & A) websites by learners has increased significantly in recent years. The vast amounts of data posted on these sites provide an opportunity to investigate the topics under discussion and those receiving most attention. The purpose of this paper is to automatically analyse the content of a popular computer programming Q & A website, StackOverflow (SO), determine the exact topics of posted Q & As, and narrow down their categories to help determine subject difficulties of learners. By doing so, the authors have been able to rank identified topics and categories according to their frequencies, and therefore, mark the most asked about subjects and, hence, identify the most difficult and challenging topics commonly faced by learners of computer programming and software development. Design/methodology/approach – In this work the authors have adopted a heuristic research approach combined with a text mining approach to investigate the topics and categories of Q & A posts on the SO website. Almost 186,000 Q & A posts were analysed and their categories refined using Wikipedia as a crowd-sourced classification system. After identifying and counting the occurrence frequency of all the topics and categories, their semantic relationships were established. This data were then presented as a rich graph which could be visualized using graph visualization software such as Gephi. Findings – Reported results and corresponding discussion has given an indication that the insight gained from the process can be further refined and potentially used by instructors, teachers, and educators to pay more attention to and focus on the commonly occurring topics/subjects when designing their course material, delivery, and teaching methods. Research limitations/implications – The proposed approach limits the scope of the analysis to a subset of Q & As which contain one or more links to Wikipedia. Therefore, developing more sophisticated text mining methods capable of analysing a larger portion of available data would improve the accuracy and generalizability of the results. Originality/value – The application of text mining and data analytics technologies in education has created a new interdisciplinary field of research between the education and information sciences, called Educational Data Mining (EDM). The work presented in this paper falls under this field of research; and it is an early attempt at investigating the practical applications of text mining technologies in the area of computer science (CS) education.

Resumen
**Background**: ATX-101 (deoxycholic acid injection) causes irreversible adipocytolysis and has been studied in multiple clinical trials. It is a Therapeutic Goods and Administration (TGA) approved treatment for minimally invasive reduction of excess submental fat. We present a case series of four consecutive patients who underwent serial ATX-101 (treatment sessions). **Methods**: Each patient underwent between three and four injection sessions with ATX-101 according to manufacturer’s recommendations, spaced six weeks apart. High resolution 3D surface scans were performed pre- and post-ATX-101 treatment and a FACE-Q survey was also completed pre- and post-treatment. **Results**: The submental profiles for each patient were analysed pre- and post-treatment. These demonstrated a mean reduction of the maximum submental fat pad thickness of 4 mm. FACE-Q surveys showed improvement in patient satisfaction in their submental ap-pearance. Apart from pain associated with the injection of ATX-101, we did not encounter other adverse reactions in our patient group.**Conclusions**: This is the first study to analyse the outcome of ATX-101 using high resolution surface scans of the submental area. The reduction in thickness of the submental fat by 4 mm demonstrates clinical effectiveness of ATX-101 in treatment of excess submental fat six weeks after treatment.

Resumen
SUMMARYLarge outbreaks of Q fever in The Netherlands have provided a unique opportunity for studying longitudinal serum antibody responses in patients. Results are presented of a cohort of 344 patients with acute symptoms of Q fever with three or more serum samples per patient. In all these serum samples IgM and IgG against phase 1 and 2Coxiella burnetiiwere measured by an immunofluorescence assay. A mathematical model of the dynamic interaction of serum antibodies and pathogens was used in a mixed model framework to quantitatively analyse responses toC. burnetiiinfection. Responses show strong heterogeneity, with individual serum antibody responses widely different in magnitude and shape. Features of the response, peak titre and decay rate, are used to characterize the diversity of the observed responses. Binary mixture analysis of IgG peak levels (phases 1 and 2) reveals a class of patients with high IgG peak titres that decay slowly and may represent potential chronic cases. When combining the results of mixture analysis into an odds score, it is concluded that not only high IgG phase 1 may be predictive for chronic Q fever, but also that high IgG phase 2 may aid in detecting such putative chronic cases.

Resumen
In recent years, optical imaging and efficient computational approaches have improved the ability to analyse and understand biological phenomena. Immunofluorescence (IF) is a widely used immunochemical technique that provides information about protein localisation and expression levels. However, the manual analysis of IF images can present important limitations, such as operator workload and interpretative bias. Thus, the development of automated tools for IF signal computation is crucial. Several software programs have been proposed to address this challenge, but there is still a need for more accurate and reliable systems. In this work, we present Q-IF, a software for automatically measuring cellular IF signals with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. We describe the software and validate its results in different biological scenarios using SH-SY5Y neuroblastoma cells, human fibroblasts, and rat brain sections. The Q-IF system automatically carries out the entire process, from IF signal quantification to statistical analysis, thus evading operator biases and speeding up the analysis workflow. Our results demonstrate the accuracy and reliability of the Q-IF system, highlighting its potential as a valuable tool for IF analysis in biological research.

Resumen
IntroductionThe EDE-Q-7 Portuguese version presented good reliability and validity in Portuguese women fro the general population (Pereira et al. 2022).ObjectivesThe aim of our study was to analyse the psychometric properties of the EDE-Q-7 in a sample of Portuguese women during the perinatal period.MethodsParticipants were 346 women with a mean age of 31.68 of years old (± 4.061; range: 18-42). 160 were pregnant (second or third trimester) and 186 were in the post-partum (mean baby´s age=4.37 months (± 2.87; range: 1-12). They answered an online survey including the Portuguese version of the EDE-Q-7 and of the Screen for Disordered Eating/SDE.ResultsConfirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit, in pregnancy (χ2/df=; RMSEA=, p<.001; CFI=; TLI=; GFI=), postpartum (χ2/df=; RMSEA=, p<.001; CFI=; TLI=; GFI=) and considering both – perinatal period (χ2/df=2.7998; RMSEA=.0722, p<.001; CFI=.9709; TLI=.9444; GFI=.9761). The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients were >0.90 for the total and approximately .70 for the three factors - Dietary restraint, Shape/weight overvaluation and Body dissatisfaction. All the items contributed to the internal consistency and presented high internal consistency. Pearson correlations between factors and total scores were significant, positive and high, as well as between the EDE-Q-7 measures and SDE (>.60 with the total; >.40 with the factors), in pregnancy, postpartum and considering both periods.ConclusionsPresented sound psychometric properties across the perinatal period, the EDE-Q-7 and can be very useful to evaluate the presence and severity of eating disorders symptoms in women in pregnancy and post-partum.Disclosure of InterestNone Declared

Resumen
Supermarkets sell a large number of vegetable categories, and there is a promotion or inhibition relationship between the sales volume of each product. In order to explore the law of sales volume between different products, this paper first preprocesses the data, counts the total sales volume of single products and the total sales volume of each category, and draws a bar chart to reflect the distribution law of the sales volume of each single product through visual analysis, for the correlation between different single products and categories, the correlation between categories is examined first, and the correlation between categories is pre-adopted respectively by using the Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis, and the correlation between the categories and sales volume is examined by drawing a Q-Q chart, and it is found that the distribution law does not satisfy the normal distribution, and thus the Spearman correlation analysis is adopted. The Q-Q diagram was drawn for testing, and it was found that the distribution pattern did not satisfy the normal distribution, thus Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyse the correlation, and it was found that the correlation between the categories showed a strong correlation. For different single product, we carry out Kendall consistency test for all single products, and the test results show that there is a good consistency between the single products. In order to make the analysis more comprehensive, this paper concludes with some suggestions for data collection
