Resumen
Background:The study proposes a psychodynamic analysis of the traumatic role of mental images, that can be expressed by many conditions; in phenomenology, the psychic relationship is meant as the relationship between subject and object. The analysis is aimed at understanding how representations are relevant. Objective:Representations are distinguished as the possibility of intrinsic trauma and as inherently deferred in the conflict between sexual-biological identity and gender-psychological identity; our work aims to highlight how internal images affect adaptation processes.Method:The analysis involves the study of 10 Rorschach protocols of Gender Dysphoria subjects in Male to Female transition; the protocols are analyzed through the studies of N. Raush de Traubenberg, with reference to the Self and Body; a psycho-traumatological and phenomenological analysis of imaginal experiences will be proposed. Results:From the analysis emerges the presence of Self and Body representations affected by a partial and fragmentary prevalence of contents, the presence of psychotraumatic phenomena associated to the processes of introjection and identification of mental representations. Conclusion:The knowledge of the presence of affected representations and psycho-traumatological outcomes would be useful for a psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic purpose, intended for the implementation of the adaptation process.

Resumen
Although most victims of disasters recover on their own, a minority of survivors, uniformed services, and relatives develop long-term disaster related psychic disorders such as Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Especially this subgroup should receive timely and appropriate psychosocial help. In many EU countries is offered post-disaster psychosocial care by a variety of caregivers (i.e. professionals and volunteers, NGOs, church or commercial organizations). Therefore, European standardization of providing post-disaster psychosocial support is currently required. The presentation describes the project supported by the European Commission and named European Guideline for Target Group Oriented Psychosocial Aftercare – Implementation (EUTOPA-IP), supported by the European Commission. EUTOPA-IP has integrated two materials: German “Target Group Intervention Programme” and Dutch “Multidisciplinary guideline”, also with the experiences of experts in the area of psychosocial support from the EU countries. Main target is to develop a guideline for the uniformed services on the basis of the Multidisciplinary guideline for early psychosocial interventions, the adaptation of the Target group Oriented Intervention Program (TGIP) to the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) and preparation and implementation of training program for various professional groups. The project aims at standardization of psychosocial aftercare in case of disasters as well as at the development of European network based on current findings in psychotraumatology. Early screening, supportive context, early preventive and curative psychosocial interventions, management of interventions, implications for the clinical field and future research are topics discussed in the project. Project consortium: – City of Cologne (Germany)– Centre of Psychotraumatology (Germany)– Impact (The Netherlands)– Spanish Society for Psychotraumatology and Traumatic Stress (Spain)– Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic)– Capital City of Dusseldorf, Department of Public Health (Germany).

Resumen
The death by suicide of a family member causes adverse disruption to the surviving family. However, a positive transformation following the loss of a loved one by suicide is possible. The present study seeks to describe and elaborate on the essence of a parent’s experience in its attempt to overcome grieving and other adverse effects of a loss. Using a descriptive phenomenology design, the researchers conducted face-to-face and virtual semi-structured interviews with nine participants from the province of Bataan, Philippines. The participants are grieving parents who lost their child by suicide from the years 2018 to 2020. The findings revealed 7R of posttraumatic growth (PTG) or themes, namely: relationship with a higher being, reconstruction of parenting style, refined family relations, regard for others, redefined orientation of life, rediscovery of the self, and processing the loss of a child. Furthermore, each theme generated subthemes that elaborated and described a parent’s firsthand grieving experience on PTG more in-depth, which can be a basis in making intervention programs and organizing support groups. It can also assist clinicians in knowing the factors that foster and elevate posttraumatic growth in grieving parents by suicide. This study will add to the knowledge of psychotraumatology, thanatology, and suicidology in the Philippines. Finally, further research into the themes of parenting style reconstruction and reprocessing child loss is highly recommended.

Resumen
The paper presents the results of a comprehensive study of aggressive and hostile tendencies among pupils of socio-protective institutions. In adolescents living in families, but found themselves in a difficult life situation, the prevalence of physical, verbal and indirect aggressiveness, significantly more frequently encountered irritability was revealed. In adolescents, orphans (true and social), on the contrary, the prevalence of negativism and the significantly more frequent suspicion are determined. The conducted research allows us to speak about two different reaction profiles in a collision with a new stressful situation in pupils of social protection institutions, depending on their belonging to the group. In one case, we are talking about the prevalence of the "aggressiveness index" (adolescents from families), in the case of orphanhood, the prevalence of hostile tendencies attracts attention. The data obtained are consistent with the results of the evaluation of traumatic experiences on the PIVIPSD questionnaire and the results of the determination of coping strategies of behavior, which is reflected in the article. It was concluded that there is a need for a differentiated approach in studying the issues of psychotraumatology in pupils of socio-protective institutions, one of the aspects of which should be a detailed study of aggressive and hostile tendencies at the affective, cognitive and behavioral levels. This approach explains the need to develop an appropriate algorithm for clinical, psychological and social assistance, depending on who belongs to the group.

Resumen
Existing evidence suggests that adverse effects are numerous after a traumatic event. This research aims to validate that by revealing the lived experiences of trauma survivors over the span of two years. A descriptive phenomenological approach was used to accomplish this goal. For data collection, face-to-face and virtual semi-structured interviews were used. The researchers interviewed thirteen parents who had tragically lost a child due to homicide, murder, suicide, or a traffic accident. Four themes appear to emerge, with 17 subthemes. The five subthemes of hurting are behavioral dysfunction, affective destruction, biological pain, cognitive disruption, and interpersonal conflict. Meanwhile, coping has five subthemes: emotion-focused, social interaction-focused, digital-focused, behavior-focused, and cognitive-focused. The growing theme is composed of five subthemes: interpersonal enhancement, life appreciation, spiritual growth, parenting actualization, and insight imparting. The remembering theme is divided into two themes, the presence, and absence of the deceased child. Though limited, this study can nonetheless serve as the country's first to focus on grief by traumatic loss. It will serve as additional knowledge in the fields of psychotraumatology, thanatology, positive psychology, and suicidology in the Philippines. Clinicians and other mental health care providers would benefit from the information based on their own experiences as grieving parents. Additionally, research ideas are provided. Indeed, this paper proves that a survivor can not just experience the negative impacts but also grow personally from one of the most traumatic events in human experience.

Resumen
This work presents trends and comparisons that show a change in the consumption and production of video games in times of confinement due to the health emergency. The video game industry has modified its philosophy and adapted its products to the new requirements and trends of consumers who see in this activity a way to appease the psychological and social impact due to quarantine and isolation. There is evidence of a 65% increase in the use of online video games, which has broken a world record. Products that have new aspects and considerations never before proposed by this great industry have been developed and offered, such as thematic games related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
