Texto completoA psychoanalytical oriented practice strenghtens the differential between clinic and theory and shows the clinical relevance of the subject concept missing in the freudian theory. A minimal psychological model of the subject and his otherness relationship is suggested for the study's aim. The virtually exhaustive analysis of the freudian text identifies the implied structure of metapsychology and its relation to the subject. .
Christaki, Angélique. "L'autre et la temporalité subjective dans la psychose". Paris 7, 2001. http://www.theses.fr/2001PA070032.
Texto completoThe object of this study is the research of modalities like the subjective temporality and the specular condition in the field of psychoses. Assuming that the hallucination model is at the base of subjective structure we then examine the function of hallucination in the field of psychoses. We conduct our research in three stages: At the first stage we examine various psychotic formations (hallucination, delirium etc. ) as speech phenomena. Also, we examine the way the subject is recorded, as speech product, at the crossroads of the temporal subjectivity and the specular condition modalities. At the second stage we examine through the clinical picture of the syndromes of Cotard and Capgras, the pathological implications when the temporal structures and the specular condition are distorded. The symbolic function of the name, the subjective continuity, in time and space, and the specular relation are themes that are analysed. In the third stage we examine the peculiarities of the transferential relation in field of psychoses. We take the clinical picture of erotomania (passional psychosis) as an example, based on Clerambault's postulate, and we examine the transferential relation, in the field of psychoses

Texto completoThe fibromyalgia is a disorder which interests the somatic medicine, of which the main sign raiseschronic and diffuse pains which add up or move in the whole of the body and of its organs. The absence of possibility of medical imaging in the basis of this disorder returns the word of the patient necessity for the establishment of its diagnosis. We are interested in the ambiguity of this word, in particular with the principle of the subjective assertion. In this context, the psychosomatic theorization will be criticized in the reduction which it authorizes between the psychic and somatic spheres. We also question the transférentielle dynamics, through the distinction between the anxiety and the dismay. The word of the patient and the medical context of the fibromyalgia invite to question the Lacanian theorization of four speeches. There is there only two: that of the doctor on the university mode - He(it) created master as an artificial shadow - and that of the patient on the hysteric mode - which the analyst echoes. We also divert the dimensions Réel-Symbolique-Imaginaire by restoring their sequencing I. S. R. in the course of the story of the patient

Texto completoThis thesis covers study and elaboration of a general problematic common to "heavy" psychopathologic clinic (psychosis and autism, dementia, intensive care), concerned by subjective, identity, reconstitution (or constitution) in domains reputed to be deserted by subjectivity, unapproachable and irreversible (except on intensive care). The study has clinical, theoritical bases and objectives and psychotherapeutic application. It shows them in different domains and on a double option : subjectivity existence (or its potentiality) in all states and clinical appearences and its possible (re) constitution. It implies conceptual ways to think this psychopathology : corporal anchorage, defensive process, psychoanalytic models (psyche origins, etc. ). Psychosis model shows pertinent on all levels, although not assimilated to other clinical problematics

Texto completoIs psychoanalysis epistemologically deadlocked? Aren’t the "Japanese" (Lacan) or the Arabs "psychoanalysable"? These are two discomforts that simultaneously motivated this research. It found out the "link psychoanalysis" in which it supposes a potential to resolve the double crisis of psychoanalysis: the intrinsic one related to its longevity and that of the encounter between the latter and the operational hosting fields. Analysing the link rather than subjects in link revolutionized classical metapsychology by offsetting the pure intrapsychic thus soothing its panindividualism and promising an « equitable encounter » between psychoanalysis and its host ground, the Tunisian one in this case. The practice of this « paradigm » with tunisian couples and families in contexts of research and consultation, alternating, on need, individual, couple and family interviews, commented genosociograms, FAT or TAT allowed to detect recurrent and characteristic link configurations, in which Cultural Instance (Kaës, 1998) colours neatly the link space. Thus, could be identified and defined the Relic objects, Co-motherhood and Oedipus-in-law as context emergents informing respectively about genealogical, parental-filial and couple links. That is how a couple and family link psychoanalysis paves the way to a joint reading of three spaces: intra, inter and transsubjective where the subjectivation work occurs. At the same time, it raises questions about link-knitting and failures dealing with the cultural context

Texto completoThe present clinical and bibliographical research is articulated on three points and constitutes the tripartite undertaking of this doctoral thesis. The first relates to the study closely the Freudian theory and the Lacanian teaching and the concept of phenomenon psychosomatic, in order to approach the auto-immune and idiopathic organic disease, the Multiple Sclerosis and the disease of Crohn, on two suffering subjects within an analytical cure. The second relates to the investigation of the objects of construction in their discourses and their caused positions, and the third the investigation of knowing if exists pause of symptom and failure of signifying induction, i. E. Failure of the subjective metaphor, as to know if the disease of the suffering subjects fills the criteria of the phenomenon psychosomatic and if is held assumption of subjective metaphor by the organism. The qualitative analysis of the enunciate and the enunciation of the subjects through the sessions is carried out with an analysis of discourses structural criticism and an analysis of their speech during one period of cure exceeding the four years, by making a comparison with former research. We conclude that the disease fills the criteria of the phenomenon psychosomatic and that the assumption of the subjective metaphor it is held by the organism, thus confirming our hypothesis. We also arrive at conclusions which are mainly in agreement with preliminary research. Finally, we note the improvement of the health of the subjects and the stabilization or the disappearance of the repetitions during their analysis, in parallel with their medical care, which that had not been observed before, and the appropriation of the points of the pain and the suffering of their history so that it does not lead to the way of pathological pulsing’s acts and the discharge by the organism
Tournefier, Virginie. "Considérations actuelles sur la perversion féminine : Recherches cliniques en milieu carcéral". Thesis, Sorbonne Paris Cité, 2018. http://www.theses.fr/2018USPCC146.
Texto completoFrom a clinical practice in a Regional Medical Psychological department in a prison, this thesis is questioning about female perversion. Even if we can notice many controversies about this subject, does it mean that women can escape perversion? Often considered as passive victims, these women have in the criminal scenario a role seen as secondary, in the service of someone else, for example of their partners. If in our imagination, perversion is linked to men, the part of destructiveness among women has been denied for a long time even if it is evident historically and clinically. By acting, these women would show an impasse concerning their subjective construction. That’s why, firstly, we will be interested in the issues ans impacts of the preoedipean period on their woman becoming. Their submission to an other will make people think about the notion of complicity as a real status, with the importance of the presence of an Other to provoke or distress. I’m going to talk about many different perversion female figures through the presentation of clinical situations. From the child murder to the sexual abuse committed by mothers, from love passion to perverses eduction, we will also be confronted with the barbarous violence of young female teenagers. The diversity of clinical cases underlines the complexity of the woman perversion. We will question about the importance of hatred, of sacrifice to an other and finally about ideals perversion, emphasizing as hypothesis the impossibility of constituting aformative matricide fantasy among these women who are really doing perverse actions

Texto completoThe research work proposed within the framework of this thesis focuses upon the unconscious psychic transmission, with a particular emphasis on the various forms of transits of psychological reality. Based on The forms, channels and the roles of the transits, the interaction between the various subjective scenes, be they the dream scene, the game scene, the body scene or the Other in the relationship, have been studied in a child clinic with children in a day hospital or in a medical psychological centre. The psychological scene in view of its growth, its development, is unthinkable without the object, that is why the model proposed on the psychoanalytical theory, but also investigating other epistemologies such as phenomenology, neurosciences, embryology, is an intersubjective model. Following the kleinian authors, but also the groupalists’ work, its purpose is to build a representation of the intermediary space, or space in between, located between the scenes and from which psychological transactions and transmissions organize themselves. It is possible to characterize this place of connection, to propose a metaphor for it, a topology, to show it is real, with specific processes. Considering the between-two and the alternating between the subjective scenes on which the psychological reality shows, also leads us to ask questions about the modes of representation of conflicts, to think in terms of scenality, inter-scenality, trans-scenality, also to investigate the intrapsychic occurrence which articulates its operation and staging. Because the self is a border being and it has a function of articulation, one could evoke, with a theatrical metaphor, a dramatist and scenographer self, and show how the interconnected subjective scenes then allow to get back to an associative link and a narrative continuity. When mental suffering is too acute and it cannot be psychologized, the remote scene (the phobic scene for instance) proves to be a powerful attraction of psychic reality, and it gives a shape to the conflict. Because of a coincidence, a sameness, or other, it is a relay, one should think about it as a place where tensions lay and discharge as in a transit area or sometimes a quarantine zone keeping the excess pain away and avoiding a contamination of the whole. Some identifiable mechanisms play a key role in the psychologicaltransfer, particularlythe projective identification which ensures pain is carried out and, especially, communicated to the therapist. Indeed, because the therapeutic scene attracts undeveloped toxic psychic contents which may be linked to a transgenerational transmission, it also operates like a distant scene in which a sharing of the affective and emotional experiences takes place. The coverage of the alternation games often involving several scenes interconnected together such as the therapeutic scenes, transferential as well as corporeal, oniric, fantasmal, which represent as many potential places of expression of psychological conflict, finally leads us, thus opening up to a future research work, to consider another method of associativity which we name inter-scenal associativity
