The purpose of this paper is to highlight the need for greater ethical, professional, and leadership-based education for undergraduate business students, and to offer helpful pathways for this professional preparation. This paper recommends the use of panel discussions centered around ethical and professional behavior, leadership, and related skill sets in business as one main route towards exposing students to these managerial values. A panel discussion with business leaders who value these traits can help students be exposed to impactful wisdom, advice, and personal experiences that can help
