L’attenzione alla sicurezza, connessa anche ai recenti sinistri relativi agli eventi del caso “Boeing 737 max”, il recente protocollo d’intesa raggiunto tra l’ENAC e la Scuola Superiore della Magistratura, finalizzato ad una maggiore consapevolezza reciproca per portare l’amministrazione della giustizia più vicina possibile alla realtà aviation in cui la stessa si troverà ad operare, e infine il crack Alitalia, hanno imposto un’ulteriore riflessione sulla natura dei problemi afferenti la safety degli aeromobili sia sotto il profilo tecnico (di progettazione, realizzazione o impiego), sia sotto il profilo normativo-giuridico. Questo ha condotto le società operanti nel settore a domandarsi se i loro modelli di raccolta delle segnalazioni e di comunicazione con l’ENAC dovessero essere ripensati, specie in considerazione dell’astratta configurabilità dell’art. 2638 c.c. e del conseguente illecito connesso con l’art. 25ter D.lgs. n. 231/2001. &nbsp; Parole chiave: comunicazioni obbligatorie, enti di vigilanza, ENAC, art. 2638 c.c., safety, modello 231 &nbsp; The recent attention about the safety related to the aviation incident, expecially the "Boeing 737 max" case, the new memorandum of understanding reached between Ente Nazionale Aviazione Civile (“ENAC”) and the Italian Scuola Superiore della Magistratura aimed at greater mutual awareness to bring the justice’s administration as close as possible to the aviation reality, and eventually the Alitalia’s crack, require further reflection on the aircraft safety from a technical standpoint (design, construction or use) and legal point of view. Resumen
As for the background of the research on the results of direct observations at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu, the learning outcomes of cell material biology were disappointing. The research aims to see the effect of the Problem Based Learning Model on the Improvement of Biology Learning Outcomes for class XI students. The research was conducted at MAN 1 Labuhanbatu. The study population was 35 class XI students. They were using classroom action research methods, referring to Kemmis and Taggart design models. In the initial test, the mean score was 28.57%. In the first test, it increased 62.86%. The second stage increased, the mean of the second result was found to increase to 85.71%, an increase of 22.85% from the first stage test. The improvement of student learning outcomes in class XI MAN 1 Labuhanbatu in Biology Lessons with cell material ≥ 75% was successfully achieved. So that it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can make the learning outcomes of students in class XI MAN 1 Labuhanbatu in Biology Lessons with cell material increase significantly.

The research aims to determine the level of difficulty and differentiation of the exam on the middle semester of the subjects of the Physics class XI MIA 3 in MAN 2 Langsa. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that for the difficulty level was obtained 13 questions (43.33%) Easy, 17 questions (56.66%) Medium and 0 problem (0%) Difficult. The results of the analysis of the differentiator power about 10 questions (33.33%) Received, 16 questions (53.33%) Discarded and 4 questions (13.33%) Fixed. Overall about the middle semester exam of physics subjects in class XI MIA 3 in MAN 2 Langsa year 2018/2019 is categorized as a good question, because it has the largest percentage of difficulty level in the category of moderate problems, namely as many as 17 questions (56.66%) And the largest percentage of the differentiator's power in the category of questions received 10 questions (33.33%).

Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on Belief in One Almighty God. Young or early age marriage is a marriage that is carried out when they are not yet 20 years old, both male and female. So that this age becomes one of the obstacles for himself, his family and society to achieve a good life stability. Based on the provisions of Law Number 16 of 2019 it states that marriage is only permitted if a man and a woman have reached the age of 19, whereas in the previous Law No. 1 of 1974 the minimum age for marriage for women was 16 years and for men 19 years old. From underage marriages there are several social problems faced, including promiscuity due to lack of control and effective communication from parents, economic factors, low education factors, cultural and traditional factors, and mass media factors. The fact is that the implementation of marriage at an early age has a negative impact on children, both physically and mentally. Based on the Study Report on Child Marriage in Indonesia, high rates of early marriage can increase the risk of death for mothers and children. Some examples of impacts that can result from early marriage include health problems, the risk of babies born with stunting, hampered education, and inharmonious marriages. Early marriage will certainly lead to underage work because like it or not, early age couples have to make a living for their next life. Because they are underage, of course finding a job will be difficult, this will result in economic difficulties and in the long term, child neglect. In other words, underage marriage can be contrary to the objectives of Islamic law and therefore the Jombang Religious Court prevents underage child marriages in Jombang Regency.

The complexity of the educational problems experienced by our nation by our cannot be solved using one approach, but requires a transdisciplinary approach to solving problems. Transdiciplinarity is a collective approach that utilizes human knowledge and analytical skills to understand larger and more complex systems. The important meaning that marks transdiciplinarity is the process of integration of multidisciplines used to discuss issues or deal with problems. The implementation of transdisciplinary implies the existence of cooperative work or synergy between the people and the sectors involved in it. Transdisciplinary application is used to achieve something beyond the quantitative dimension. The existence of synergy in the transdisciplinary concept is intended to achieve a higher level of harmony than the integration of knowledge which is called a symphony. To find out how management transidisciplinary perspective decision making at MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan the author uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The instruments used in this study were observation. Interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of madrasah, WKM, represents the teacher and the staff that the MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan has carried out decision-making, namely; 1. Decisions in a state of certainty, that is if all the information needed to make a decision is complete, then the decision is said to be in a state of certainty. In other words, when there is certainty, we can predict accurately the results of the action so that the decisions taken by the principal are right on target. 2. Decisions in the a state of risk, namely risk occors when the results of making a decision, even though it cannot be known with certainty, but the value of the possibility can be known. Asked for the views of the oldest, KTU and the Madrasah Head. 3. Decisions in a state of uncertainty is a situation where we cannot make a decision because it has never happened before (the first time), in this situation the head of MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, if in making a decision on a problem that has never happened before, still conduct deliberation first with KTU and the madrasah head. 4. Decisions in a state of conflict sometimes decision making is not always smooth.

Kemampuan Problem Solving adalah kemampuan dasar yang dibutuhkan guru dalam menghadapi permasalahan di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan problem solving berdasarkan gender atau jenis kelamin dan perspektif neuroscience pada guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kecamatan Lima Puluh Sumatera Utara.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data uji independent T-Test. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 70 guru di MAN Kecamatan Lima Puluh Sumatera Utara dengan menyebarkan skala problem solving, menggunakan googleform. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil Uji F 0.040 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.842 ≥ 0.05. Artinya tidak ada perbedaan signifikan kemampuan problem solving berdasarkan gender atau jenis kelamin dan perspektif neuroscience pada guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Kecamatan Lima Puluh Sumatera Utara

The purpose of this article is to find out the learning problems faced by students at MAN 1 Banjarmasin, how the teacher's efforts are being taken in overcoming these problems. The method used is qualitative-descriptive, the research found; (1), students experience difficulties in solving assignments and material problems provided by the teacher. The problem factors that occur come from the students themselves. (2) Efforts made by teachers in schools that experience learning problems, namely maximizing their sense of hearing by listening to the teacher when explaining learning material, being guided when children do not understand the learning material and the latter is directed when children do not pay attention to the teacher explaining material in the learning process. Third, the teacher's stages in overcoming student learning problems starting from determining.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas XI Mia I di MAN I Medan dengan model problem based learning tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan din aekolah MAN I Medan. Subjek penelitianini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI Mia I di MAN I Medan tahun Pmbelajaran 2019-2020 yang berjumlah 35 orang terdiri dari 1 kelas. Objek penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas XI Mia I di MAN I Medan dengan model problem based learning tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada bentuk desain bercorak Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (classroom action research). Penelitian PTK dilaksanakan dengan prosedur ; tahap perencanaan,,tahap observasi,,tahap pelaksanaan, dan ,tahap refleksi. Adapun besar peningkatan aktifitas menulis teks prosedu siswa adalah sebesar 2.33% dan peningkatan nilai secara klasikal dari hasil tes hasil belajar I ke tes hasil belajar II adalah sebesar 27,33 % atau terjadi peningkatan nilai rata – rata hasil belajar sebesar 5,59.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, Kemampuan Menulis Teks Prosedur

AbstractThis research is about design and implementation of information systems in PT XYZ Outlet. The goal is to design and implement an information system that can manage data and inventory management in an integrated and centralized manner. In designing the information system, the Waterfall model is used which has the advantages that have been considered, one of which is conformity to the characteristics of the problems found. Inventory management problems in this study solved using the Min-Max Stock method. The application of the Min-Max Stock method is effective and can reduce inventory costs at PT XYZ. For Chicken Boneless Marinated, Beef Santori Tenderloin, and Coffee Bean items each reduce 5% or IDR 1,610,000, 7% or IDR 1,598,031,648, and 11% or IDR 2,150,000. The results of the design and implementation of this information system can assist in recording and managing inventory that is integrated and centralized.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas mengenai proses perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi pada Outlet PT XYZ. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh rancangan dan mengimplementasikan suatu sistem informasi yang mengintegrasikan dan memusatkan pengelolaan pencatatan serta pengelolaan persediaan. Model Waterfall digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi dalam penelitian ini karena memiliki kelebihan-kelebihan yang telah dipertimbangkan, salah satunya adalah kesesuaian dengan karakterisik permasalahan yang ditemukan. Sedangkan metode pengelolaan persediaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Min-Max Stock. Penerapan Min-Max Stock sebagai metode pengelolaan persediaan efektif untuk diterapkan dan dapat memangkas biaya persediaan di PT XYZ. Untuk barang Chicken Boneless Marinasi, Beef Santori Tenderloin, dan Coffee Bean masing-masing menghasilkan penghematan sebesar 5% atau Rp 1.610.000, 7% atau Rp 1.598.031,648, dan 11% atau Rp 2.150.000. Hasil dari perancangan dan implementasi sistem informasi ini dapat membantu PT XYZ dalam melakukan proses pencatatan dan pengelolaan persediaan yang terintegrasi dan terpusat.

Careers are the "new world" that individuals will face after studying, professionalism and education. Indeed, a career becomes a vehicle for individuals to develop themselves both aspects of knowledge, attitudes and skills. For students, career counseling becomes important as a provision to face the world of work. This paper reviews the career counseling program at MAN 1 Medan. The formulation of this study is focused on how the orientation, implementation, and indicators of the success of career counseling programs at MAN 1 Medan. To obtain data, in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation study were carried out. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Finally, the validity of the data is obtained through triangulation techniques (both sources and methods) and perseverance of observation. The results of this study indicate that (1) orientation of career counseling is aimed at attention to the needs and problems of students in developing the careers of students, (2) the implementation of career counseling MAN 1 Medan is given according to student needs, by involving various parties in communicating and coordinating to help students in increasing their students 'potential, and (3) the success of MAN 1 Medan's career counseling program, one of which is shown by the students' interest to go to college quite enthusiastically, even so many students are accepted in various public and private universities, both in Sumatra , Java, also abroad.

In 1994, an article appeared in the Italian journal Archeologia Medievale, written by Chris Wickham and Riccardo Francovich, entitled ‘Uno scavo archeologico ed il problema dello sviluppo della signoria territoriale: Rocca San Silvestro e i rapporti di produzione minerari’. It marked a breakthrough in the study of the exploitation of mineral resources (especially silver) in relation to forms of power, and the associated economic structure, and control of production between the twelfth and thirteenth centuries. On the basis of the data available to archeological research at the time, the article ended with a series of open questions, especially relating to the early medieval period. The new campaign of field research, focused on the mining landscape of the Colline Metallifere in southern Tuscany, has made it possible to gather more information. While the data that has now been gathered are not yet sufficient to give definite and complete answers to those questions, they nevertheless allow us to now formulate some hypotheses which may serve as the foundations for broader considerations as regards the relationship between the exploitation of a fundamental resource for the economy of the time, and the main players and agents in that system of exploitation, within a landscape that was undergoing transformation in the period between the early medieval period and the middle centuries of the Middle Ages.

The essay deals with the category of work in Lukács. Lukács has been interested in work since his earliest works. The work where he directly addresses the problem of work is History and Class Consciousness. In this work he analyzes and describes the phenomenon of reification. Work is transformed into a thing and thus can be fragmented and manipulated to increase production. After reading Marx's economic-philosophical manuscripts, Lukács discovers the ontological character of the work. He defines an ontological conception of work, that expressed in the Ontology of Social Being. Work is the moment that distinguishes man from animal. Work is the model of every form of human practice, through the position of the purpose, the investigation of the natural means to achieve it and its realization.

The paper is devoted to the problem of imitation of maps in the late Renaissance Polish poetry (between 1580 and 1630). The author first discusses the special interest in cartography that existed among the Polish elite and poets of the period. The main thesis of the paper is that poets widely used map-based techniques in constructing their poems. Imitation (imitatio) played a crucial role in this process. To illustrate this concept, the author analyses the work of five poets: S.F. Klonowic, K. Miaskowski, S. Petrycy, M.K. Sarbiewski and Sz. Szymonowic. Looking at the shared topoi used in poems and maps and investigating how the late Renaissance poets described the territory of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, allows the author to draw a similarity between controlling space in poetry and maps. This suggests the idea of ruling over space might be related to the 16th-century idea of a God-like poet.

Resumen
Este proyecto desea generar un cambio en la metodología de enseñanza en el aula, pasando de modelos metodológicos tradicionales a otros más evolucionados. Con la finalidad de generar este cambio, se ha realizado un estudio de contenidos y se han definido las cuestiones claves que el alumno debe aprender en el aula. Pos- teriormente, se ha diseñado el modelo lógico posible a seguir, poniendo al alumno en el centro de la enseñanza y se le ha planteado un problema general interesante. Tras esto, se ha estructurado una secuencia de sub-problemas encadenados para conseguir avanzar desde el modelo mental de partida de los estudiantes hasta el que se desea alcanzar, resolviéndose los mismos mediante los conocimientos ad- quiridos de la propia experiencia vital. La evolución de los modelos mentales de los estudiantes se ha evaluado mediante un cuestionario al inicio y al final del ciclo de mejora en el aula, por lo que ha sido posible conocer el cambio conseguido. Poste- riormente se han evaluado los resultados y se han definido las cuestiones a man- tener y a cambiar en futuros ciclos de mejora, se han determinado las experiencias que se pretenden incorporar a toda la práctica docente habitual y los principios di- dácticos que han guiado la experiencia que deben permanecer en el futuro. En los siguientes ciclos de mejoras se mantendrá la propuesta de un problema inicial mo- tivador y los sub-problemas encadenados. En general, se puede afirmar que la me- todología seguida en este CIMA ha sido adecuada. Abstract Haydn's keyboard music spans the period from the 1750s, when it is assumed he wrote his first solo keyboard works, to 1797, when he produced the keyboard version of the slow movement from the ‘Emperor’ String Quartet. Quite apart from changes in compositional style, this period saw many changes in the music profession, among which we may count the gradual acceptance, by composers, performers, and the musical public, of the fortepiano as the main keyboard instrument and the gradual displacement of the harpsichord and clavichord. Although it is now accepted that Cristofori had invented the gravicembalo col piano e forte by c. 1700 (possibly a few years before the advent of the eighteenth century) and had solved most of the mechanical problems of construction, the rise in popularity of the new instrument and the consequent, gradual decline in the use of the harpsichord occurred principally in the years 1760 to 1790. The transfer in allegiance from one instrument to another occurred at a different pace in various countries and even within a specific geographical region composers embraced the ‘new’ instrument at remarkably divergent dates. In Italy, notwithstanding the early example of Giustini's Sonate da cimbalo di piano, e forte detto volgarmente di martelletti, published in Florence in 1732, the fortepiano seems, paradoxically, to have become dominant at a relatively late date: for example, Galuppi's Passatempo al cembalo of 1785 is still perfectly compatible with performance on a harpsichord.

In the first-half of the seventeenth-century, the military policy of the Savoy Duchy, and, in particular, of Charles Emmanuel I and Victor Amadeus I, led to some major constructions aimed at consolidating its defence, in the mountains and plains, by building and strengthening “modern” and efficient fortresses. In the mid-thirties, a large square-shaped citadel with four huge pentagonal bastions without orillons was built in the city of Asti. It was not linked to the city walls and did not strengthen the older defensive structures; it was located in the plain to the south-east of the city, in the area between the southern walls and the course of the Tanaro river. The design immediately attracted attention both in defensive terms (demonstrated by the visit reports of Carlo di Castellamonte and the drawings of Carlo Morello) and on a celebratory level. In fact, the view of the city of Asti with its new citadel was rightly included in two of the most important decorative cycles frescoed in those very years, the room of architectural Magnificence at the Valentino Castle in Turin and the hall of Victor Amadeus I at Palazzo Taffini d’Acceglio in Savigliano.This instant critical success, reiterated in the table dedicated to Asti published in the Theatrum Sabaudiae (Amsterdam, 1682), was not, however, reflected in the actual success of the project, which was immediately subject to numerous criticisms. These included, above all, Carlo Morello who, in the Avvertimenti sopra le fortezze di S.R.A. (1656), illustrated the difficulties encountered in attacking the city in order to take it from the Spanish due to the incorrect position in which the citadel had been built, too distant and poorly connected. The various problems outlined above led to its early demolition just forty years after the project: when the Theatrum immortalised Asti among its engravings, the citadel had already been demolished.

Resumen
The objective of the project is to reach sustainable development in rural areas through Design Aapproaches. Sustainable means that matches the three dimensions, people, planet and profit. Sustainable development consists of goals and strategies that together provide alternative tracks to conventional development, offering improved livelihoods to the poor in ways that promote both their empowerment and the conservation or improvement of key natural resources so that the basis of productive activities can be maintained into the future (Lele 1991; Pretty 1998). The topic of rural development is relevant becouse of the quantity of people, poor or extremely poor, living in rural territories. More than 3 billion people live in rural areas. Design rarely deals with rural development and with the definition of a system that can facilitate the growth and the development of the territory. If it does, it usually focuses on products or services. The most important futures, which globally all rural areas share in common, are remoteness and isolation. Many rural sociologists argue that small structure and cooperation are important strengths that contribute to ethic and social identity. The central role that play territorial context and relationships in the Systemic Design Approach (SDA) makes it a very effective approach to support and encourage rural development in a sustainable way. Applying the SDA, it is possible to manage local resources and local products in a way that allows the economic strengthening of the farmers and communities that live in the territory. The Systemic Design team of the Deparment of Architecture and Design (DAD) of Politecnico di Torino has been engaged for years into the develop of the Systemic Design Approach, that can be summed up by five principles (Bistagnino, 2011): Output &gt; Input: the output (waste) of a system becomes the input (resource) for another one Relationships that generate the system, each one contributes to the system Auto-generation systems sustain themselves by reproducing automatically Act locally: context is fundamental because it values local resources (humans, cultures and materials) and it helps to modify local problems in new opportunities Man at the centre of the project: Man is connected to social, cultural and ethic environment It is essential to start from the current state of the art, that allows to define strengths and weaknesses, before to design the system, made of flows between actors.
