Larrousse, Pierre. "Relations entre cadre et processus dans les psychothérapies d'inspiration psychanalytique". Sorbonne Paris Cité, 2016. http://www.theses.fr/2016USPCC033.
Texto completoThe thesis deals with a corpus of practices known as psychoanalytic psychotherapies or of psychoanalytic inspiration in order to better understand their links to psychoanalysis. I define the form of these psychotherapies of psychoanalytic inspiration, the psychoanalytical framework, psychoanalysis, and the analytical process. The first part is an attempt to understand in what ways theses psychotherapies are psychoanalytic », through a questionning of what psychoanalysis is and the elements on which it is based. A second part places the questions posed by the research in the current world requirements : understanding the reasons of such a research, what is at stake, and the difficulties involved. I establish the elements of our psychoanalytically inspired methodology which will also be based on the grounded theory. Finally, I will combine the observations from our practice as a clinicat psychologist and theory. The last part focuses on sequences in which the framework is involved in order to observe the processes around it
Gazire, Patricia. "Construction d'objet dans la cure psychanalytique des états limites". Sorbonne Paris Cité, 2015. http://www.theses.fr/2015USPCC013.
Texto completoStarting from the challenges that psychoanalysis of borderline patients represents for psychoanalysts, the present dissertation addresses the relevance of a psychoanalytical approach for the treatment of borderline patients ; it questions as well the changes in psychoanalytical method required to face situations in which the ego seems deeply wounded, and the appropriate way to interact with others seems not to have been found. How can we avoid falling into a corrective practice, an educative one, or even into social support, something much more relevant to psychotherapy ? In this respect, the author explores the characteristics of the Freudian concept of object, its dimensions of lack and loss, through the narrative of a psychoanalytical treatment of a female borderline patient. The. Patient first repeated something which was the repetition of "no-thing"; the aspects of this repetition manifest an object relation marked by a fusion with the primary object. As the treatment proceeded, what the author caps an "object construction" seemed to take place. The author discusses two clinical sequence in order to introduce "the object construction" from the experience of loss: inside and outside the psychoanalyst's office. The inscription of subject in the contemporary culture is closed related with the subject's possibilities of writing the city, of living in it and of settling down on its rests. Eventually, the author seeks to point out tacks in the directions of psychoanalysis of borderline patients

Texto completoOur research consists of thoughts about torture throughout the problems with the mastury and its links to the feeling of almightyness. This covers three aspects : an historical approach of torture by looking at the example of Argentina during the period 1976-1983 ; the anthropological and psycho-analytical aspects of the way of torture and finally the clinical one related to the victims of political torture and the victims if the perverse torture. The seizure of power by the militaries reveals a systematic torture in connection to the mysticism. The church had an essential role in enforcing the repression by providing an ideological support to the militaires. The second part demonstrates the imaginary nature that underlies the repression as well as the myth around which the militaries gathered. Concerning the clinical part, the traumatic character of the torture has its origin in the threat of the ego faced against the impulsive danger of an internal drive that is overtaken by the external danger. The deteroration of the victims bodies find its anchorage in several phenomena : the guilt, the pain as the narcissistic self-defense but also the necessity to expose the body as an historical sanctuary confronting the revisionism and the lies. We have noticed that the victims of political torture show different signs of symptoms than the victims of perverse torture such as somatic symptoms where the victims subject to perverse torture adopt self destructive attitudes. However, the self-defense is synonym of self destruction which brings us further to the sacrifice. The subject will be confronted with the following alternative : either to stay a victim and keep the social recognition or to take the necessary step to start an individual survival action with the risk of being disclaimed

Texto completoIn psychoanalysis clinical practice, the sexual always is confronted to gender's issues ; gender as social sex butalso as a discursive category producing sexed body and questionning a particular time's subjectivity. We haveinvestigated those questions from the perspective of norms, taking into account its incorporation and attachment inthe identification process. This will involve thinking about the concept of “sexual difference” theorical and politicalshortcomings, in order to propose a clinical approach that takes into account social changes related to sexuality and toinvent new ways to « do politics ». The fetichization of sexual difference, it seems to me, is a obstacle to theoreticaland clinical work's advancement. My daily clinical practice as a clinical psychologist in the hospital urologydepartment, where I see people suffering in their sexuality, opened upfor me the benefits of a multidisciplinaryapproach, particulary in gender and feminist studies. These ones appeared to me allowing psychoanalysis to remain acritical perspective of the norms, seen as a “grammar of subjectivation” ; allow also to investigate the link betweenmodes of submission, desire of norms and sexual suffering, and lastly to be able to hear the complaint, the symptom,as a singularity, a resistance to social norms. The approach of the sexual difference seen from the gender perspectiveopen up for psychoanalysis new configurations of desire, symbolic, power and sexuation, allowing a differentarticulation of the individual and collective, of the social actor and the unconscious. We may attain a psychoanalyticalapproach that doesn't see as pathology, gender, sex and sexuality's configurations which contest the binary conceptionof sexual difference and its assignations, withing the central question, the political treatment of “ difference”
Nioche, Claire. "Des folies singulières : universel, singulier, collectif dans la clinique psychanalytique et son rapport à la théorie". Paris 7, 2010. http://www.theses.fr/2010PA070064.
Texto completoThis work is based on the concepts of « singularity », « universal », « collective » as much as it is a subversion of them. Introducing the dimension of the subject of the unconscious, we question the very foundation of clinical approach: "what do we mean by talking"? "What do we mean by « clinical approach » ? After having set up a certain number of invariants in the nature of language: the network of signifiers, the place of the Other, the Name of the Father and object "a", so many items that are revealed in their pure form in the clinic of psychosis, we try to show how a singularity can emerge in a writing workshop and in psychoanalytic treatment. We isolate a number of structural entities in our practice, just as we emphasize the clinical validity of hallucinations
Proença, Nuno Miguel. "Conditions et procédures d'objectivation en situation psychanalytique : sept lectures d'écrits techniques de S. Freud". Paris, EHESS, 2007. http://www.theses.fr/2007EHES0023.
Texto completoThis work intends to pay attention to the ways through which the psychoanalytical situation shapes objects from psychic materials that the main rule allows to gather through the operators that it defines. Therefore it tries to deduce from seven readings of Freud's technical texts the conditions that give its specificity to such a situation as a field both therapeutic and cognitive. The conditions for objectivation are those that make it possible for a subject to appear and to appear to himself where symptoms are formed as responsible for an history recognised as his own. This history is made of mnemonic contents worked in common with the analyst. These conditions are required by the set of cognitive procedures and the ones that have gathered together the partners of the psychoanalytical work. The fact that cognitive and therapeutic aspects are tied up makes it possible for us to question the specificity of operators that we can infer from the fundamental rule

Texto completoSocial science studies of psychiatry have been mainly interested in the social mandate of the psychiatric institution. The polarisation of psychiatry between psychodynamic approaches and biological approaches in the etiology of mental disorders has given rise to public debates but also within the social science to question of the scientific and therapeutic functions of this medical speciality. This thesis proposes to jointly investigate the transformations of contemporary psychiatry, the professional organisation of the psychiatric hospital, the therapeutic function allocated in Prance to the psychiatric hospital and psychiatric practices by comparing the practices of care in two psychiatric wards: one of psychoanalytic orientation, the other referring to psychopharmacology. The thesis plan is organised around a central hypothesis in that the studied wards form some worlds of care which order and organise entities involved in the definition of care according to the primary aim of treatment pursued by each of them. The first part of the thesis focuses on the medical activity with the study of overall medical organisation and the forms of doctor-patient relationships. The second part of the thesis recounts the genealogy of nursing practice in psychiatry. The third part of the thesis analyses worlds of care in action from three boundary objects of psychiatry that are the "framework", the nurses* interviews and the buildings of the psychiatric services

Texto completoTo what extent does psychoanalysis, when considered as a clinical and therapeutic practice, propose an art of observation? We will define art as know-how, a skill acquired from learning, from knowledge and experience. At first, psychoanalysis, when considered as clinical and based on listening, does not need an art of observation. Observation seems to be an instrument of medical Clinique which is willingly more tactile and visual. As Freud will refute this practice more and more, abandoning little by little physical inspection and manual therapies, we can wonder if this demarcation will lead to the rejection of observation as a clinical instrument, the banishment of the eye for the ear. We will see that it will not be the death of the eye; it will be given a new and paradoxical status. It will be needed for analytical Clinique, not to scrutinize our organism, but to ponder over two types of production. The first type calls upon sight, considered as a sense linked to know-how. It is about knowing how to see significant visible elements (display of the body, symptom as event of the displayed body, pictorial and written productions, photographs, tattoo, signs of mutilation,…) The second requires a capacity of watching that a blind person could acquire. It concerns imaged productions, such as dreamlike image, verbal image, obsessive representation, daytime dreaming, visual hallucination or apparition. The art of the psychoanalytical look will be how to work with these two types of materials. Neither omniscience nor omnivoyance will be the aim of this work. The clinician cannot pretend he/she controls these two powers because he/she knows - through his analysis and experience - that a lack of vision and knowledge, a blind spot exists. His/her patients will not be translucent: their enigma, their opacity will guarantee their intimacy. How can we find a path between the willingness to see and the acceptance of our lack of vision? We answered this question in a study on Jules Leclercq’s plastic art works and writings. Jules Leclercq (1894-1966) was a former patient in Armentières’s psychiatric hospital. This monograph will encourage us to associate clinical analytics with poetics, as a form of art that prospects a singular and suffering subjectivity

Texto completoFaced with new clinical, institutional and societal realities, family therapists are increasingly called upon to adjust their “settings”, introducing new configurations of Psychoanalytic Family Therapy which challenge the epistemological foundations of the reference model. The author proposes to approach this issue in an auto-meta twofold perspective, covering on one hand a reflection on the fundamental invariants of the psychoanalytic family action; on the other the development of some vertices from which to grasp in an integrative approach her contemporary patterns of clinical actualization. Based on the differential analysis of the processual logic at work in two “adjusted” PFT, this research proposes to identify axes for a transversal reading in connection with the specific terms of the family work of transitionality mobilized in situations where the classical therapeutic operators are not accessible, operative or usable by the families. Specifically set for thinking are the conditions for which various forms of concrete interactional experiences can then play the role of substitute for the family oniric sharing, through a co-constructive process, in a found/created mode within the neo-group, of the setting’s transitional resources. Suggesting to conceive the “family preconscious work” as a metapsychological reference transversal to the different PFT practices, the author sketches some modelling perspectives relating to the “outsight effect” that organizes its deployment in these conditions where the interfantasmatic dynamics support itself with a detour passing by the external reality of materialized shorings (institutional meta-setting, therapeutic mediums). This angle of approach invites to reconsider the “classical psychoanalytic family cure” precepts, built on the dream model, in the light of processual expression’s ways and forms taking more from the play model but belonging to the same profound essence
Chatard, Yves-Olivier. "Enseignants en souffrance et groupalité psychique : approche psychanalytique de groupes d'enseignants en souffrance professionnelle". Thesis, Lyon, 2016. http://www.theses.fr/2016LYSE2085.
Texto completoThis research is the outcome of a long experience of groups- in particular of student teachers- and the questioning emerged from this experience and this public in the transferential phenomena and counter transferential, observable in this groupal work. From an experiment of practical analysis, as part of teachers' continuous training, professionally suffering, this thesis work targets to show how the psychic motions taking part in these groupal situations, show both motions which belong to the group's implementation, and motions strengthened by the teaching situations, whose class, essential pattern of mission and basic place of the teaching function. The question is to explore how these motions first build up on an " existence of the group" close to the primary forms of symbolization, based on alliances of paranoide movements : threats which may appear from persecutive ideas, linked to hierarchical, institutional and social report, facing-off the social function of the school. This forms of unconscious pacts and alliances evolve in the group work towards a "collective permission", to the depressive motion, from which affects of shame emerge. The sharing of these affects and the setting of their language representation would allow first their groupal elaboration before being incorporated by the people themselves. These mecanisms are due to the installation of a transfer of groupal basis and of a counter transfer whose diffraction seems a necessary phenomenon for the linking of intra-psychic, inter-psychic and trans-psychic levels, which means the establishment of teamwork as a possible transitionality between the internal groups and the real group, and at last to make links with the institution and the social fabric. This groupal evolution, relatively stable through the groups presented here, permits the setting up of an evaluation centered on this psychic motions producted by the group and its effect on the "transformation" of an individual psychic groupality
