Resumen
Background and study aim. Prerequisites and purpose of the study. Today, philosophical anthropology (in the context of physical culture) occupies an intermediate place between the biological sciences and existential philosophy, elements of which it uses to explain the problems of physical existence. In the deep spheres of the physical state of a man (in the continuum of his/her spiritual-moral, physical, subconscious-rational, irrational and anthrobiological subjectivity) one can find the true foundations of personal physical culture and give them an immanent-subjective expression of human strength (as a creator of culture globalized world). The purpose of the study is to characterize the physical culture of the individual in the context of philosophical anthropology. Material and methods. Sources of information were the authoritative database Web of Science Core Collection, Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. Extraction of data from documents was carried out by means of a search query. In total, data on 102 documents containing such keywords as philosophy, anthropology, physical culture, sport were removed from the Web of Science Core Collection. Accordingly, 18 documents were found in the catalogues of the Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine. Further analysis was performed with these 120 documents. The results of the search query were recorded in the form of tables and a special text file, which was processed in VOSviewer. The requirements of dialectical logic, comparative method, method of phenomenological reduction, hermeneutic methods are chosen by research methods. Results. The most significant and popular thematic categories, journals, authors, articles, keywords are identified. The connection between the elements of bibliographic description of articles and individual groups of publications has been established. It is established that from the second quarter of the XX century among philosophers there is opposition to the understanding of human nature on the basis of the acceptance of some one of its essence (spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional and volitional, etc.), which determines the existence of any person. This was a denial of the approach to a man, which was called essential (from the Latin essentia – essence). The result of this transformation was to establish an existential understanding of a man (from the Latin existentia - existence). However, a self-contained existential approach is capable of producing a worldview distortion of personal physical culture, especially in conditions of restriction of freedom (for example, during a pandemic, war). Therefore, in modern philosophical anthropology it is necessary to adhere to a balanced combination of essential and existential understanding of a man in general and his/her physical culture in particular. In this way, philosophical anthropology is able to actualize various structures of worldview, including the values of physical culture. Conclusions. From the point of view of modern philosophical anthropology, athletes, in the broadest sense of the term (all those who purposefully engage in physical and sports exercises), are carriers of a set of socio-cultural values (moral and volitional qualities, morpho-functional properties, psychophysical abilities, etc.). These values, in the context of the globalization of civilizational development and the main axiological concepts (quality and standard of living, social order, well-being), should be considered as a means of activating planetary socio-cultural development.

Abstract. After an analysis of published studies, we find a theoretical evolution of the concepts of motor and psychomotor skills towards a new term such as neuromotricity. This innovative approach to motor action includes the brain functions involved in movement, especially cognitive and executive functions. Neuromotricity as a discipline with its own body and evolved from psychomotricity, proposes a series of novel exercises in which the dual task is one of its characteristics. The BAPNE method (with more than forty publications indexed in the Web of Science), proposes resources completely different from psychomotor skills, in which language and dual tasks are always present within its physical literacy program. The methodology based on the approach of coordination challenges for our body and problem solving for our brain can be applied in an interdisciplinary way mixing subjects such as physical activity sciences and sports, music and learning a new language, etc. All this through stimulating movement activities of increasing complexity for our brain. For this reason, the aim of this article is to propose practical interdisciplinary activities to be applied in the classroom. Keywords: Neuromotricity, psychomotricity, motor skills, BAPNE, executive functions, motor learning.

Resumen
This paper assumes that the literary work of art is a "stratified system of norms", and that the description of each stratum may require a different kind of logic. One of the main problems is the meaningful integration of these descriptions. A speech sound may be described on an acoustic, a phonetic and a phonemic level; normally, its acoustic description is irrelevant to its linguistic or poetic significance. However, in certain circumstances, the acoustic description may account for the emotional quality of the speech sound, may yield insight into the rhythmic structure of a poem (or just of a performance thereof), etc. Furthermore, pieces of poetry may be used to illustrate psychological theories about the aesthetic event; or psychological theories may be used to yield insight into the aesthetic nature of pieces of poetry. The paper focuses on the methodological issues involved in foregrounding the possible aesthetic significance of the transitions from one level of description to another. In doing this, it attempts to carefully navigate between two theoretical extremes: a reductionist view of literary theory according to which all the "special sciences " can be reduced to "more basic sciences" and, eventually, to physics; and the one formulated by Wellek and Warren (1956:135) as follows: "The psychology of the reader, however interesting in itself and useful for pedagogical purposes, will always remain outside the object of literary study [...] it must be unrelated either to the structure or the quality of a poem ". The middle course here proposed relies on "the principle of marginal control", that is, "the control exercised by the organizational principle of a higher level on the particulars forming its lower level" (Polânyi, 1967: 40). Paraphrasing Polânyi, the principles of literature may be said to govern the boundary conditions of a cognitive system—a set of conditions that is explicitly left undetermined by the laws of lower processes — physical, cognitive, and linguistic. If one knows more about these "lower" processes, one may get a better understanding of the principles of literature that govern those boundary conditions. It is claimed that in this way Cognitive Poetics is capable of discerning and explaining significant literary phenomena which present insurmountable difficulties to other approaches.

Training and education in physical education lessons is a complex, multifaceted process, the effectiveness of which depends not only on what the teacher himself knows and can do, but also on how he transfers knowledge and skills to students. Pedagogical activity is a continuous solution of pedagogical problems. A special feature of the working conditions of a physical education teacher is the need to demonstrate physical exercises and insure students when they perform physical exercises, as well as to move with students during outdoor exercises, on hikes, etc. The effectiveness of a coach depends on many factors: economic, social, scientific, organizational, etc. The indicator of a coach’s effectiveness is the successful achievement of a goal with the most rational use of forces and means, which presupposes that the structure and functioning of the coach’s psyche corresponds to the structure and dynamics of his activities.

Resumen
The purpose of the study was to consider the main methods of increasing the physical activity of people with disabilities (in wheelchairs) in emergency situations, military conflicts, natural disasters, etc. Materials and methods. The study of physical rehabilitation of people with disabilities (in wheelchairs) was conducted by the author during many years working as a trainer of the Kyiv Regional Center for Physical Culture and Sports for the Disabled “Invasport” and continued during the military actions in the country in 2022–2023 with an emphasis on the problems of rehabilitation of patients in military and emergency conditions. In order to increase the physical activity of people with disabilities (in wheelchairs) in conditions limited by military operations, it is recommended to pay special attention to exercises for the muscles of the neck, joints, and muscles of upper limbs; exercises for the lower limbs and pelvic organs; exercises for back and trunk muscles; balance exercises, breathing exercises, etc. Massage and self-massage procedures will also be useful in such situations. Results and discussion. The effectiveness of rehabilitation and, as a result, the successful outcome of maintaining the physical activity of people with spinal injuries and disabilities largely depends on the early start and correct selection of rehabilitation programs. In addition, the choice of methods and means of physical rehabilitation and physical activity for people with disabilities in the limited military and emergency conditions depends on their general physical and mental condition, the presence of accompanying diseases and complications, as well as on the surrounding circumstances. However, regardless of the difficulties and surrounding circumstances, people with disabilities (in a wheelchair) or with an injury and spine diseases must be engaged in physical therapy and do physical exercises in order not to lose the physical capacity for action, even limited, to be able to adapt to the circumstances and mobilize functional reserves of their bodies. Conclusion. Comprehensive rehabilitation is an integral part of therapy for patients with spinal injuries, people with disabilities (in wheelchairs), etc. Physical exercises not only affect the development of the motor activity of people with disabilities but also increase the body's resistance to adverse environmental factors, activating vegetative systems, stimulating and normalizing functions of body systems. The gradual adaptation of the body to physical exertion leads to adaptation, mobilization and use of the body's functional reserves. Physical training itself is an adaptation process that activates the body's hidden reserves

Resumen
Abstract:Health problems in children are quite varied. Obesity, hygiene and dental health, snack foods, washing hands with soap etc is evidence that health promotion in childhood is needed. Health promotion programs aims to implement individual health behavior and persuade people to abandon unhealthy habits, and it often takes an effort to modify ones health belief. Some methods in health promotion include 1) fear arousing, 2) the provision of information and 3) behavioral methods. Although the primary responsibility of schools is to educate children in the academic field, but school participation in promoting healthy life skills in children, such as physical activity and eating behaviors is known to be quite effective. The implementation of health promotion for children is conducted through PHBS (Clean and Healthy Behavior). The indicators PHBS in school are: 1) Washing hands with soap, 2) Eating healthy snacks, 3) Using clean toilets, 4) Exercise regularly and measured, 5) reducing mosquito larvae, 6) not smoking in school, 7) Considering the weight and height measured every month and 8) Disposing of waste in place. Some PHBS indicators above are health problems in children and can be addressed through health promotion activities. For effective health promotion program activities, implemented strategy such as the selection of media as a tool for health promotion activities as well as the delivery of content strategy in health promotion activities is needed.Key words : Childhood Health Promotion, health promotion methodes, PHBS, PHBS indicatorsAbstrak:Masalah kesehatan pada anak cukup bervariasi.
This paper presents data from the literature and own results on the study of blood fluidity (or rheological properties) when performing physical exercises. It is shown that the rheology of blood depends on the functional state of the haemostasis system. It has been established that in the physiological state of the organism, physical exertion of any strength can lead to changes in the reactions of primary and plasma haemostasis and, accordingly, the rheological properties of blood. The review describes the study of factors related to blood flow in humans and animals before and after physical exercise (running, swimming, etc.) in the normal physiological state of the organism, with overstrain and with certain types of pathology (cardiovascular and metabolic diseases). Data on blood flow in conditions of physical activity restriction are presented. Special attention is paid to the corrective role of physical exercises on the rheology (fluidity) of blood in violation of homeostasis of the organism. Possible mechanisms of action of physical exertion on blood flow are considered.

Resumen
The modern lifestyle contributes to the reduction of motor activity and muscle energy consumption in combination with neuropsychological overload. Based on this, the main purpose of the study was to identify the features of the modern students' internal motivation to engage in physical exercises. To achieve this purpose, the survey methods were used among 75 students of the Yancheng Institute of Technology, as well as the method of analysing the information received. The study identified the reasons for the lack of interest in sports on personal initiative, among which it is possible to highlight the lack of a clear example of parents, health problems, the programme of the training course, etc. It was determined that half of the surveyed students have a passive attitude to physical exercise and sports in general, since they attend physical education classes from time to time. Also, the work identified the indicators of motivation (depending on the year of studies). It was established that for the first-year students, the environment is of great importance (52% of respondents), and for the thirdyear students – a healthy lifestyle (54% of respondents). Using the hierarchy analysis method, seven most significant motivational criteria were selected, which allowed determining that communication motives are the most important. This is due to the fact that adaptation in the team is of primary importance for junior students. The results of the experiment indicate that there is an indissoluble connection between internal and external factors of motivation in physical exercise. Only an integrated approach contributes to the inner interest of the younger generation. The results of the paper are of primary importance for university teachers during the preparation of curricula, which will contribute to the interest of students in the lesson

Resumen
Purpose: to study the influence of recreational aerobics classes using exercises from various types of martial arts on the level of physical fitness of female students. Material and methods. The following methods were used to achieve the aim of the study: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodological literature, pedagogical experiment, method of control exercises (testing), pedagogical observation, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 1st and 2nd year female students (n=42) attending health aerobics classes. The students were divided into experimental (n=21) and control groups (n=21). Results: the comparison of physical qualities at the beginning of the experiment shows the lack of reliability of differences between them (p>0,05). In the course of the experiment the peculiarities of the methodology of conducting classes in health- improving aerobics were studied. The content of classes for female students was developed with the inclusion of exercises from different types of martial arts. The content included special imitation exercises (hook, jab, uppercut, etc.) and additional equipment from different types of martial arts (boxing, Thai boxing, kickboxing). Classes were held three times a week and lasted 60 minutes. At each lesson, a combination of 64 exercises was learned. The introduction of imitation exercises from different types of martial arts into the health aerobics classes had a positive effect on the results of the repeated testing of female students of the experimental group. At the end of the experiment in exercises of flexion and extension of arms in a lying down support, torso tilt forward from a sitting position and torso raising in a sit for 1 min. the results changed statistically significantly (p<0,001). This can be explained by the fact that martial arts exercises contribute to the development of strength abilities to the greatest extent, and exercises in health aerobics have a significant impact on the development of flexibility. The results in shuttle run 4×9 m, 100 m run and long jump from a place did not undergo significant changes (p>0,05), though there is a small tendency to positive changes. Conclusions. It is established that the use of imitation exercises from different types of martial arts in classes on health-improving aerobics, directed not only on the development of aerobic abilities, but also on mastering and improvement of techniques of movements from boxing, kickboxing and Thai boxing, positively influences the development of physical qualities of female students. It was found that as a result of attending classes, female students had a significant improvement in flexibility and strength of the arms and abdominal press (p<0,001). Indicators of coordination, speed, power and speed abilities also increased, but these changes are not significant (p>0,05). Keywords: health-improving aerobics, martial arts, physical fitness, exercises, complex, imitation, motor abilities.

A number of different mechanisms and devices may involve sliding-friction surfaces. The issues of service life and its prediction for the details of such surfaces have always been of particular importance. The article determines the most suitable wear calculation model that allows considering the set of parameters necessary for calculating slide-friction pair. The offered model is based on the application of the theories of several branches of sciences. Since the wear process is variable and many-sided, it is influenced by numerous different parameters, for example, surface geometry (roughness, waviness, form deviation, etc.), physical and mechanical conditions of the upper layer, material components, wear regime, wear temperature, etc.

Resumen
In modern society, thanks to the influence of social networks, the opinion is formed that sports should be a mandatory part of every person's life. Despite such propaganda, a fairly small percentage of people actually engage in sports on a regular basis. The problem of motivation to engage in physical culture and sports is an urgent issue in modern society. The purpose of the research is to identify problematic issues that affect people's motivations to engage in sports. The article provides an analysis of a survey of 216 respondents aged 17 to 45, including: athletes, students and cadets of higher educational institutions, sports bloggers, their subscribers, etc. Among the surveyed respondents, 8.3% do not do sports at all, 29.2% attend 1-2 training sessions a week, 37.5% have 3-4 training sessions, 25% of the study participants exercise 5 times or more. It was determined that 6% of the respondents train to prepare for competitions in the chosen sport; 42% do physical exercises "for themselves", that is, without a specific goal and without tasks to strive for; 36% for self-affirmation (to gain confidence in communicating with other people due to the feeling of improving one's physical development); and 16% do sports to prevent problems with their own health. Based on the results of the conducted research, a list of psychological problems that reduce motivation to go in for sports has also been determined: lack of free time, fear of looking like a newbie in the gym, lack of material resources and low level of health. The question of the factors affecting the desire of a modern person to do sports will be relevant for a long period of time, because the above problems are a reflection of today's social problems.

Resumen
A theoretical analysis of the problem of implementing health systems in the physical education of preschool children with the aim of improving their health was carried out. Scientists have noticed that it is advisable to use modern physical culture and health technologies for a productive solution to the health-improving tasks of physical education of preschool children. The use of modern technologies for improving the health of children becomes effective under certain conditions, namely: mastering by teachers of such technologies that have motor actions that include various proprioceptors and activate in a complex all the organs and systems of the children's body, their analyzers and contribute to the formation of basic program motor skills and skills, i.e. physical education; creation of a health-preserving environment in physical education classes. Well-known healthcare systems can be conditionally divided into modern and traditional. The content of wellness systems, as a rule, can consist of blocks of physical exercises, breathing exercises, music therapy, dance exercises, hardening exercises, etc. the successful implementation of the health-improving orientation of physical education lessons in a modern school will be facilitated by the use of health-improving systems. The purpose of all health technologies is to teach children to use the acquired knowledge in everyday life and to form in them all the necessary skills, abilities and knowledge about a healthy lifestyle. Health systems contribute to improving the quality of the pedagogical process, its modification, tolerance and flexibility. As a result of the study, the problems related to children's health, the need to reorient the content of the teaching methods to the health-improving effect and the formation of valeological skills, as well as the expansion of the use of health- improving systems in the physical education of children in preschool education institutions are outlined. The effectiveness of the use of health-improving systems in various forms of physical education of preschool children has been established and experimentally confirmed. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, the functional indicators of the cardiovascular (according to heart rate, blood pressure, functional test of Martine-Kushelevsky, endurance coefficient, index of functional changes according to R.M. Baevsky) and respiratory system improved in both girls and boys (tests Stange-Henchi, vital capacity of the lungs, Skibinsky index). According to the state of physical health (methodology T.Yu. Krutsevich) at the end of the study, a positive redistribution of boys and girls from lower to higher levels was found.

Based on the conditions of the present, questions arise regarding the return of various categories of the population (military, victims, children) to the reproduction and preservation of professional abilities and skills, using physical exercises or applied sports, depending on the degree of injury to injuries (wounds). Thus, thanks to applied sports, it is possible to form a recreational component, which should be easily accessible and conducted in the form of a game or entertainment aimed at developing cognitive abilities and sensorimotor functions. Also perform physical activities in the bosom of nature and have several areas of work is: the usual Hiking or Hiking on difficult routes, cross-country running (highway, forest and forest parks), jumping, walking, lighting a fire, breaking tents, terrain orientation, etc.. The load is adjusted according to the instructions and recommendations of the exercise therapy instructor, adapting the patient to a full life. The author's team [2] proposed a model for the formation of recreational exercises of a sports and applied nature. They successfully combine physical and mental stress against the background of positive emotions in constantly changing external conditions. The development of a course of rehabilitation or recreation can be adapted to different groups of the population, according to the level of their damage, psychological problems or other abnormal everyday situations. Since recreation is the restoration or reproduction of physical and spiritual forces spent by a person in the process of life, which includes a variety of activities in his spare time, aimed at restoring strength and satisfying a wide range of personal and social needs and needs. Therefore, we have expanded the concept of recreational components, which, according to the authors, have a wider range of goals that, according to the specifics, reveal the concepts of both active and passive leisure. Each type of recreation can be applied to a different category of people. What can be regulated by the load mode, applied value, therapeutic orientation, etc. Each type of recreation reveals a wide aspect of the meaning of the direction of activity.

There is an international consensus that physical activity and sport can be used as strategies for social inclusion, as well as that people with disabilities have the capacity to participate in these activities. However, interventions based on physical activity and sport and their processes that can influence inclusive outcomes are yet to be continuously and comprehensively investigated. The aim of this paper is to point out the problems and perspectives of the development of inclusive physical education and sport by providing an overview of scientific production sources from international scientific conferences, scientific journals in the field of sports and social sciences, as well as reference literature. Data were collected by reviewing available print sources and electronic databases suh asERIC, JSTOR, and Google Scholar etc., using relevant keywords. The results indicate that there are several factors which influence physical education and its teaching methods in an inclusive educational context (attitudes of students and teachers, teachers' competencies, approachability, etc.), and that inclusion in sport is dependent on both personal (nature of the disability, health, motivation, etc.) and social environment factors (accessibility, creating and implementing planned physical activities adapted for students with disabilities, etc.).

Resumen
The relevance of the study is due to the unsatisfactory state of health of the younger generation of Russians, as well as the problems of teaching physical culture in our country. One of the reasons for this state of affairs is the potential of various types of running and exercises based on it, which is clearly underused in modern Russian education. Famous Russian teachers of the second half of the XIX – early XX century P. V. Tikhanovich, A. G. Berglind, P. F. Lesgaft, E. A. Pokrovsky, A.D. Butovsky, V. E. Ignatiev and V. G. Ukhov offer a theoretical justification and give vivid examples of practical solutions to the most important educational tasks based on the active use of running locomotion in the educational process. The subject of this study is their understanding of the educational potential of running as the most accessible and attractive type of activity for children, providing comprehensive personal development. As a means of training and education, running exercises allow you to achieve the most important educational goals, which are expressed in the basic principles of pedagogy. This is provided by the natural ("instinctive") nature of running, which explains its health benefits, accessibility and recreativeness; a playful form of running activities; the connection of bodily and intellectual development in the implementation of complex running exercises, habituation to working capacity based on the skill of prolonged volitional tension and "firmness of mind", the achievement of graceful movements, etc. The author comes to the conclusion that outstanding Russian researchers of physical culture P. V. Tikhanovich, A. G. Berglind, P. F. Lesgaft, E. A. Pokrovsky, A.D. Butovsky, V. E. Ignatiev and V. G. Ukhov have revealed the huge educational potential of running, significant for modern pedagogical practices.

Resumen
ABSTRACT Introduction: The main reason for the decline in college students’ physical fitness and health is the lack of physical exercise, the emphasis on study and the neglect of physical exercise, and the lowering of the physical fitness requirements of college students. Objective: The paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of college students’ physical fitness and proposes that the school party committee issues policy-based health intervention measures, encourages school physical education teachers to participate in students’ after-school physical exercises, and extensively develops school mass sports activities. Methods: The paper uses a literature method, questionnaire survey, comprehensive evaluation method, etc., to analyze the internal and external factors of college students’ physical decline. Results: Through the practice density test of students in physical education teaching, it is learned that physical education in the first grade can fully develop students’ physical fitness, and the practice density of each class reaches 60%. The practice density of the second-grade optional courses is about 20%, and it cannot achieve the purpose of effective physical exercise. Conclusions: The current teaching content and teaching methods of physical education classes cannot effectively complete physical education tasks. It is necessary to adjust the teaching content further and improve the teaching methods. Level of evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation of treatment results.

Resumen
The article analyzed the research of the existing state of respiratory function of children with speech disorders. It was found that they have various problems with breathing: general functional underdevelopment of the chest, limited vital capacity of the lungs, reduced volume of air inhaled by the child, shortened breath retention time, prolonged exhalation length, violation of the function of breathing control, etc. An analysis of existing methods of improving speech breathing of children was made. It was found that the main problem in most cases is the factitious exercises for the breathing formation, which is not connected with the physiological need to increase the respiratory capabilities of the body. M. Yefimenko's concept of a natural (and not factitious) approach to the formation of the breathing function, the peculiarities of which function is an appropriate adaptive response to the predominant here and now basic motor mode of the child, was adopted as the leading one. That is, by modeling one or another basic movement mode (crawling, walking, running, etc.), it is possible to create conditions for a child with speech disorders to realize various types of breathing (from upper chest surface to complex and deep). Physical education classes for children with speech disorders require corresponding restructuring. The existing traditional program does not meet the above conceptual framework. The partial program "Fairy physical education" should be taken as the basis for the physical development of children with speech disorders, which is based on the evolutionary method of physical education. This approach will ensure adequate formation of breathing of children and will contribute to the improvement of speech due to the improvement of variable functional capabilities of speech breathing.

Resumen
The article reveals the problems of training athletes- weightlifters. Regarding the mastering of the competitive jerk exercise. Exercises in kettlebell sports are divided into competitive exercises performed according to the specified requirements of the competition rules. Training exercises, which are divided into special preparatory and general preparatory. Since the jerk exercise is performed for 10 minutes (the exception is the Guard jerk or kettlebell marathon exercises). During the jerk exercise, the kettlebell changes several projections of body positions, moreover, these actions are constantly under the influence of weight (if during competitions it is 8 kg., 16 kg., 24 kg., or 32 kg.), and during training it is any - what weight according to the stage of training, sports qualification, article, etc. During the study, attention was paid to the four phases of jerk execution, namely: swing, lifting the weight to the squat, fixing and lowering the weight to the high position. All other phases, in our opinion, are auxiliary or complement the structure of the competitive exercise. According to the technical components, the movement abilities of the kettlebell are evaluated according to the following characteristics, namely spatio-temporal, dynamic and rhythmic, to the athlete's ability to maintain stability of orientation in space and voluntary muscle relaxation. The above-listed characteristics of the performed exercise can be attributed to the manifestation of the athlete's coordination abilities during the performance of a training or competitive exercise. With the correct setting of the technique in the performance of the exercise, it affects the effectiveness of the technical component of the exercise, which changes and complements the personal technique of the weightlifter and the economy of the athlete's energy expenditure. .In order to improve their own methodology in the training of weightlifting athletes, barbell and kettlebell exercises were included in the educational and training process. According to the form and structure, barbell exercises were divided into general/special preparatory exercises (65% + 35%), and kettlebell exercises (30% + 70%). The load of these exercises was calculated for each participant separately. Their personal indicators were taken into account: physical health, gender, physical development, which was reflected in the athlete's individual sports diary. The experimental study was conducted during the pre-diploma practice from September 5 to November 11, 2022 on the basis of the educational laboratory "Physical rehabilitation, occupational therapy and sports" of the Faculty of Social and Humanitarian Technologies and Management and the educational and sports complex of the State Tax University. 16 men aged 15-17 took part in the study, of which 4 were girls and 12 were boys. The participants of the experiment were divided into weight categories: men up to 65 kg, 70 kg, 75 kg, 80 kg. and over 80 kg. Girls have the following weight categories up to 60 kg, 65 kg. and over 65 kg. The work uses methods of analysis and generalization of scientific literature and a comparative analysis of the control exercise of jerks during one mesacycle, 4 planned control starts were carried out (09.07.2022 / 09.25.2022 / 10.20.2022 / 11.9.2022). And to control the strength of the shoulder girdle and arms, we offer the "Lifting a kettlebell" test, that is, a jerk weighing 24 kg for men and 8 kg for girls.

Resumen
The scientific article considers the problems and new approaches to the modernization of the modern school education system. As a means of forming the stability of children's motivation to engage in physical culture and sports, a personality-oriented approach in the choice of motor activity of students is proposed. In order to successfully implement a personality-oriented approach during physical culture and sports, it is necessary to attract additional capacity, such as new equipment, capital investments, etc. Today, one of the most important tasks of the modern education system is to find new approaches that will help increase the physical activity of students, which is a key component of their healthy lifestyle and comprehensive harmonious development. After all, one of the main reasons for the low efficiency of physical culture and health activities, in our opinion, is the imperfection of the system of implementation of various areas of physical activity of students, which in turn leads to low motivation to exercise and sports. It is substantiated that judo is one of the sports that helps to increase children's physical fitness and efficiency, promotes the formation of positive motivation for physical culture and sports. Because judo is very popular among schoolchildren, and the rational use of judo techniques and special exercises available to children help to improve their physical fitness, which in turn leads to improved health.

Resumen
The social structure of Soviet society is one of the most urgent problems from the sphere of social sciences. Intellectuals attract considerable attention: the features of their social appearance, the nature of their professional detachments, the peculiarities of their replenishment, etc. The development of the Soviet medical intelligentsia at the present stage remains one of the least studied problems. Doctors, pharmacists, paramedics, nurses, laboratory staff, sanitary services, physical education instructors, i.e., about 1200 thousand doctors of almost 200 specialties, 3159 thousand middle medical personnel, etc., should be referred to this social-professional group acting as a sub-element of the social structure.

Resumen
The article highlights the problematic issue that the number of operational level officers with limited functional capabilities increases every year in higher military educational institutions of Ukraine. Much better conditions are being done that are necessary for the functioning of students with special needs in Ukrainian higher education institutions, but today there are still a number of problems that complicate the process of integration and adaptation of students with special needs. This category of officers who received injuries or contusions during combat missions and lost all functional abilities for a long period of time, or because of sustained injuries or illnesses received during the performance of official duties, due to their health status, cannot attend regular physical training classes and common physical fitness tests. It is evident that after the end of the war, there will be significantly more people with disabilities in Ukraine. Therefore, it is necessary to think about creating state programs in order to involve this category in all spheres of human life in Ukrainian society, about creating conditions for the appropriate accessibility of health care facilities for them, sanatorium treatment, employment, cultural institutions, about the availability of legal support and information, etc. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyse alternative exercises and tests for assessing of physical fitness level of operational level officers with limited functional capabilities according to physical condition indicators. Conclusions. The focus of officers’ physical training is to recover as quickly as possible from an injury or trauma, or to be physically fit while maintaining as much as possible functionality of the injured or wounded body part.

Resumen
The article focuses on sensorimotor and perceptual processes in primary school children with multiple developmental disorders. The study involved 40 children aged 9–11 with multiple developmental issues. All the participants studied at the Secondary School of Psychological and Pedagogical Support No. 101 (Kemerovo, Russia). The experiment relied on the method developed by N. I. Ozeretskiy and M. O. Gurevich as the main diagnostic tool. The method combines a set of diagnostic tasks aimed at measuring the level of motor and perceptual development in children. The experimental study also included elements of the neuropsychological approach. The authors designed and conducted a series of practice sessions on the development of sensorimotor and perceptual processes. The neuropsychological exercises developed purposeful voluntary actions with objects and materials, improved available sensory experience, increased visual-motor coordination, sharpened the ability to navigate in various physical environments, and improved body control. They facilitated the compensation of residual reflexes, as well as the development of speech and general motor rhythmization. The exercises involved orthopedic mats, massage balls, tasks on visual-motor perception and integration, Balametrics cerebellar stimulation, etc. Statistic results showed a positive trend in the sensorimotor and perceptual processes, except for complex forms of space and time perception.

Resumen
This article discusses the organization of training sessions on applied shooting. Attention is paid to the effect of physical and mental stress on the body of athletes in applied shooting. The practical experience of servicemen and athletes who have skills in handling and use of firearms of different tactical and technical characteristics is analyzed and generalized. Depending on the level of training, the athlete must be able to improve the imagination and technically correct execution of the entire movement from manufacture to shot, the consolidation of this imagination in the complex is ready. When an athlete clearly imagines his actions on the firing line during training, it is easier for him to control his actions in a stressful situation at competitions. To achieve this goal, the athlete must be able to concentrate on their own (team) actions, self-knowledge in the process of training and competition, the ability to control their actions on the firing line despite the actions of the opponent. So active training takes place a month before the event. Training sessions are organized and conducted in specially designated places: shooting range, shooting ranges, military training grounds, etc. Before training, you need to choose equipment for yourself in accordance with the rules of the competition. Everyone chooses his own equipment and adapts it to certain exercises that will be performed. The shooter must understand that during the performance of a particular exercise, the target situation may change. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the physical abilities and time of the reaction to the decision of various problems arising during exercise. Conditionally, training can be divided into subgroups: 1 week - studying the provisions of the competition and practice shooting for accuracy without regard to time; Week 2 - practice of shooting exercises with the addition of physical activity and taking into account the time for their implementation; Week 3 - improvement of skills when shooting from a place and in movement taking into account time; Week 4 - summarizing the work done for the entire period and working out control exercises. The work uses methods of analysis and generalization of scientific, educational and methodological literature, pedagogical observation.

Resumen
The main reason for the inefficiency of the system of valeological training of specialists in higher education institutions is that a set of its components isn‟t defined today (structure, content, form, term of study, blocks of disciplines, etc.), mutual relations aren‟t built between them, which ensure integrity, consistency and development. One of the greatest achievements of humanities and natural sciences of the end of the ХХ century and the beginning of the ХХІ century is the adoption of a humanitarian paradigm that includes a multidimensional definition of health as physical, social, economic and creative well-being. At the same time, a key role in its creation is assigned, firstly, to the person himself, secondly, near medical fields: professional activity, recreation, education, etc. Teachers should recognize: although educational activity is the main one in childhood and early youth, nevertheless other areas of life should be under the control of parents, teachers and, most importantly, young people themselves, not forcibly, but consciously and naturally.

Resumen
Systematic health-improving exercises and rational physical activity promote the activation and improvement of work of all body’s organs and physiological systems of middle-aged women, increase their adaptation to loads, stressful situations, prolong their youth and lay the foundation for active longevity in the future. Purpose. To study the influence of health-improving exercises with different types and intensity on the psychophysical state of middle aged women with different rates of involutional processes. Materials and methods. The study involved 26 women of 35-45 years old, engaged in health-improving gymnastics for 60-90 minutes, 2-3 times a week, randomized into three groups according to their involutional processes rate. The level of physical condition was calculated according to E.A. Pirogova and R.M. Baevsky adaptation potential and estimated the psychoemotional state using the «Well-being-Activity-Mood» questionnaire. A training program for 4 months has been developed with alternating type and intensity of loads in a weekly microcycle. During the sessions, the heart rate was continuously measured using smart bracelets Mi Band 4. Also, before and after the session, the psychoemotional state was evaluated according to the Luscher testing. Statistical processing of results was carried out using the mathematical statistics methods. The differences significance of data between groups was assessed using the Student’s coefficient, the Mann-Whitney test, and single-factor analysis of variances. The significance level was assessed using special tables. The correlation Pearson and Spearman coefficients were calculated too. Results. The work demonstrates that constant monitoring of heart rate and psychoemotional state during training process makes it possible to assess the effect of loads on the women organism, the adaptation mechanisms to loads of various types and intensities, avoid overwork and overtraining, select an individually suitable training regimen (loads dosage, options for performing exercises, etc.) in order to achieve the maximum health-improving and optimal developmental (or training) effect. Conclusion. Thus, an adequate loads alternation in microcycles, the creation of complex programs based on various fitness areas, taking into account the individual characteristics and interests of 35-45 aged women, allows them to increase their physical fitness, enhance the body functional reserves, adaptation to loads and improve well-being and mood.

Resumen
The flat foot can be defined as a syndrome with multiple etiopathogenesis, characterized by an altered structure of the longitudinal arch of the plantar vault with its reduction in height. The plantar arch collapse can be counteracted by strengthening the muscles involved; for many years, specific physical exercises have been proposed for this purpose in physical and rehabilitation medicine. Our work aimed to improve the plantar arch muscles’ tone using high focal vibration therapy (300 Hz). Methods: 49 children with a 3rd degree flat foot (age: 8,7,6) underwent 10 sessions, 2 days/wk, of 30 min of focused high vibratory therapy at a frequency of 300 Hz (Vissman, Italy). Before and after treatment stabilometry (StT), static and dynamic baropodometry tests were performed. Results: Evaluation of StT showed an improvement in stability and a decrease in the sway area and ellipse area. Baropodometry tests showed a decrease in foot surface. Also, dynamic tests showed a decrease in both foot surfaces. Discussion: The results lead us to consider this method as a method of the first choice for a conservative approach in the rehabilitation of flat foot syndrome and also for 3rd grade children [1,2].

Resumen
The purpose of the work is to characterize the biomedical component in the training of specialists in the field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy in specialties 014 Secondary education (physical culture), 014 Secondary education (human health), 017 Physical culture and sports. Research methods. To obtain the most significant research results and their interpretation, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization of information presented in scientific sources of information. Medical and biological support of physical culture is most justified, connected with the influence of physical exercises on the human body, the subject of which is the problems of human physical development, the activity of the main functional systems of the body, biochemical processes in the implementation of motor activity. This is due to the study of human health, the health-improving effect of motor exercises, adaptation to physical activity, determination of the influence of intense muscular activity on the body systems, adaptive changes in the life support system and regulation of human motor activity. Human motor activity associated with physical activity is one of the main factors that ensures normal vital activity, the basis for mental and physical development in ontogenesis. At the same time, mainly in the biomedical sciences, the physical qualities of a person are considered as natural (biological) properties without taking into account the integral individuality. Medical and biological education in physical culture of a person has recently been due to the active study of integrative approaches to the physical condition of a person. A future teacher of physical culture in the learning process should form a universal competence based on the sports and physical culture of the individual, reflecting its integrative nature. An integrated factor in physical culture and sports is movement, the direction of which is determined by operational, current and long-term goals of physical activity.

Resumen
The article raises one of today problems, which needs to be solved in the conditions of the modern changing development of the Ukrainian society. The basis of this topic is high-quality professional training of future social workers who will be able to effectively interact with the family or its individual members. The authors emphasize that the use of art techniques in social work with the family is a new direction in the social professionals activities, for example, to prevent, diagnose and correct the clients’ perception; their awareness of the importance of the functions of their family and the formation of a valued attitude to the achievements of their kind, etc. The article also notes that through the use of a variety of pictorial, plastic, musical, metaphorical and other means, social professionals have the opportunity to creatively obtain material for research and assistance in solving family problems. The main idea of the training developed by the authors is to reveal the essence of art techniques in the activities of a social worker while working with the family. The presented training material is aimed at solving such tasks as to characterize the type of art techniques for the activities of social workers and social educators; to promote the awareness of future social workers of the value of the family and family relationships; to study the influence of gender on the life of all family members. Among the developed exercises are such art techniques as collage, meditation, work with plastic and paper materials, etc. The presented article emphasizes that art activity in cases of work with families will help to clarify the peculiarities of clients' perception of their own "family portraits", will allow to see the features of "joint activities" of family members and reveal the "world of parent-child relations". The authors take into account that both children and their parents are not often ready to interact with social professionals, feeling ashamed, afraid or just uncomfortable though the process of immersion in the world of creativity and artistic expression is able to implement important for family life therapeutic action and finding ways to solve complex problems.
