碩士<br>國立中興大學<br>植物學系<br>84<br>fXv是Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesitoria線狀噬菌體,其基因體可 以穿插入寄主細胞染色體上。此外,此噬菌體顆粒和fLf線狀噬菌體顆粒 之抗血清具有交互反應之現象。為探討fXv和fLf線狀噬菌體在演化親緣上 的相關性,本研究乃繼續從事fXv基因體核甘酸序列之分析,並和fLf之核 甘酸序列加以比對。實驗結果顯示,fXv基因體由6479個核甘酸所組成, 比含6008個核甘酸之fLf基因體為大,但是兩者DNA序列間之相似性高達74 %。綜合本研究DNA序列分析資料、及先前同一噬菌體基因體之部份DNA序 列分析結果,整體上來說,fXv噬菌體含有九個可能的開放式解譯區,及 一個基因間區;這些區域以基因II/X- V- VII- IX- VIII- III- VI- I之 順序於噬菌體環狀基因體上排列,這種排列方式正如發現於fLf線狀噬菌 體上者。進一步有關fXv和fLf相對應解譯區蛋白之胺基酸序列排列分
