“Dale un pez a un hombre hambriento y lo alimentarás durante un día, enséñale a pescar y lo alimentarás para toda su vida” (proverbio chino). Esta frase encaja perfectamente en uno de los modelos de aprendizaje más utilizados en los distintos niveles de la formación médica: el autoaprendizaje. Es principalmente en los estudios de posgrado donde se convierte en la principal estrategia didáctica para lograr los objetivos de aprendizaje. Se ha mencionado que no resolver una interrogante de nuestros estudiantes es invitarlos a la revisión y a la reflexión; y, por consecuencia, al aprendizaje. Pues parece que lo que realmente hacemos es lanzar a nuestros estudiantes hambrientos al mar a ver si pescan algo, y, además del riesgo de no pescar nada, existe el riesgo de que se ahoguen en el intento. Entonces, ¿qué hacer? Es una interrogante que trataremos de responder en este artículo.

Rashi is well recognized for his exegetical innovation of the peshat approach. He appears to claim to focus on peshat, but his reliance on the midrash is undeniable. In an attempt to better understand this problem, rather than focus simply on his definition of peshat, I suggest directing attention to the readerly involvement in constructing what is plain. Among the elements that are commonly thought to construct plain sense, I stress the variables inherent in the notion of context. To set the scope of a text constitutes a basis for what feels plain. If so, the disparity between Rashi’s peshat and the modern plain sense may be put in terms of the divergent scope of text set in action. I also suggest the gradual development of peshat can be situated in the broader cultural movement in 11th- and 12th-century Europe in which literate culture began to emerge.

In the course of the ninth century ce Jewish intellectuals in the Babylonian cultural sphere began to interpret the Bible literally, on the basis of language, syntax, and context. This hermeneutic method, called peshat exegesis spread from the East to the West and reached its apex in the twelfth century in northern France. However, the peshat method of interpretation flourished for a short time only and then declined, first in lands under the rule of Islam and afterwards also in Christian Europe. The question of the causes that led to the development of this hermeneutical method, its waxing and its waning, is one of the most basic questions in the study of medieval biblical exegesis. Nonetheless, no study devoted to a comprehensive explanation of the factors leading to the rise and fall of the peshat method has been undertaken, and most academic attention to the subject has focused on particular aspects, specifically the question of the factors that led to the flourishing of the peshat method in northern France. In this study, I fill this gap. As will be made clear, my results differ in various points from the views presented in previous research.

In the study of medieval biblical interpretation, the tension between commentators' fidelity to rabbinic midrash and their independent quest for peshat continues to command serious attention. The place of the important Provençal exegete R. David Kimhִi (Radak, ca. 1160–ca. 1235) in the history of peshat commentary is of particular interest, influenced as he was by an especially wide range of traditions. On one hand, Radak's family, which was of Spanish origin, produced grammatical works and commentaries that exemplify the strict text-based approach of the Andalusian exegetes. Indeed, R. Abraham Ibn Ezra, the most prominent representative of this school, influenced Radak considerably. Furthermore, Radak's dedication to Maimonidean rationalism, which has been amply demonstrated by scholars, would only have sharpened his resistance to fanciful midrashic speculation.

Abstract Wax, a hydrophobic structure that provides an effective waterproof barrier to the leaves, is an important drought adaptation trait for preventing water loss. However, limited knowledge exists regarding the molecular mechanisms underlying wax biosynthesis in trees. Here, PeSHN1, an AP2/ethylene response factor transcription factor, was isolated from a fast-growing poplar Populus × euramericana cv. ‘Neva’ clone. To study the potential biological functions of PeSHN1, transgenic 84K poplar (Populus alba × Populus glandulosa) plants overexpressing PeSHN1 were generated. PeSHN1 overexpression resulted in decreased transpiration, increased water-use efficiency (WUE) and increased drought tolerance. The transgenic poplar plants exhibited increased wax accumulation and altered wax composition, mainly because of a substantial increase in long-chain (>C30) fatty acids, aldehydes and alkanes. Gene expression analyses revealed that many genes involved in wax biosynthesis were induced in the PeSHN1 overexpression plants. In addition, chromatin immunoprecipitation-PCR assays and dual luciferase assays revealed that at least one of those genes, LACS2, is likely targeted by PeSHN1. Moreover, the PeSHN1 overexpression plants maintained higher photosynthetic activity and accumulated more biomass under drought stress conditions. Taken together, these results suggest that PeSHN1 regulates both WUE and drought tolerance in poplar by modulating wax biosynthesis and that altered PeSHN1 expression could represent a novel approach (altering the wax trait on leaf surfaces to increase WUE) for breeding drought-tolerant plants.

Artikel ini menjelaskan fenomena bekerja di kapal pesiar di kalangan kaum muda di Indonesia, khususnya Bali. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 orang yang terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok yaitu: calon pekerja, pekerja, dan pensiunan pekerja kapal pesiar untuk men dapat gambaran yang lengkap tentang motivasi, pengalaman dan harapan generasi muda Bali bekerja di kapal pesiar. Data menunjukkan bahwa calon pekerja memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk bekerja di kapal pesiar untuk memperbaiki ekonomi keluarga dan menggapai masa depan yang cerah. Kelompok pekerja menggambarkan beratnya bekerja di kapal pesiar yang tidak sejalan dengan apa yang dibayangkan oleh calon pekerja. Sementara pensiunan yang telah memiliki modal usaha dari bekerja selama 10-12 tahun di kapal pesiar mempunyai harapan untuk memulai sebuah usaha yang memiliki prospek yang bagus. Namun dengan kurangnya pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan ketrampilan mengelola usaha, mereka memiliki keragu-raguan dan bahkan harus mengalami kegagalan. Pe nelitian ini bisa dijadikan acuan bagi instansi terkait di Indonesia untuk mendesain bentuk pelatihan kewirausahaan yang bisa membangun investasi modal manusia dan dapat menjadi terobosan pemerataan ekonomi di kabupaten-kabupaten yang memiliki tingkat kesejahtraan kurang.Kata kunci: pekerja kapal pesiar, pelatihan kewirausahaan, pemerataan ekonomi

Wisata kapal pesiar merupakan wisata yang sangat segmented dan telah berkembang menjadi usaha wisata yang lengkap, kompleks sekaligus mampu memberikan kontribusi yang cukup signifikan dan menjanjikan dalam industry pariwisata global. Penelitian ini berusaha mengkaji kesiapan pelabuhan Belawan dalam memberikan dukungan layanan kepada wisata kapal pesiar yang kompleks tersebut. Sebagai alat analisa, digunakan pendekatan dari Manzano (2014). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Belawan telah memiliki cukup kesiapan dalam mendukung wisata kapal pesiar, namun juga menghadapi tantangan besar agar layanan yang diberikan dapat berjalan secara berkesinambungan.Kata kunci : wisata kapal pesiar, manajemen pelabuhan, lalulintas pelayaran, cruise Indonesia

Abstract This study reveals a mosaic of artful rearrangement, rewriting, and creative interpretation of prophetic texts within the Admonitions of the Damascus Document. Many explicit quotations from scriptures and implicit allusions are interwoven and interpreted in the Admonitions through various methods, including pesher interpretation. The textual backdrop of the Admonitions helps us to determine the borders of the different discourses and to define the structure of the composition, which is divided into ten discourses built in a symmetrical chiastic structure. Each discourse comprises layers of quotations and allusions arranged around a central explicit pesher. Therefore, the explicit pesher in each discourse should not be viewed as an isolated pesher, as some have claimed, but rather as part of a larger thematic pesher. Each discourse/thematic pesher presents a different aspect of the work’s central theme: a polemic introduction to the rules of interpreting the Torah.

This article argues that 1QpHab 2:5–10 and 1QpHab 9:3–7 are later additions to Pesher Habakkuk. As these are the only passages in Pesher Habakkuk which explicitly refer to “the latter days,” I propose that these additions constitute an explicitly eschatological literary layer, which was presumably added to Pesher Habakkuk in the Herodian era. This literary development of Pesher Habakkuk demonstrates that the Pesharim are no static entities, but partake in a living and fluid interpretative tradition.

Abstract NAC (NAM, AFAT and CUC) proteins play necessary roles in plant response to environmental stresses. However, the functional roles of NAC genes in moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis), an essential economic perennial woody bamboo species, are not well documented. In this study, we retrieved 152 PeNAC genes from the moso bamboo V2 genome, and PeSNAC-1 was isolated and functionally characterized. PeSNAC-1 was localized in the nucleus and had no transactivation activity in yeast. PeSNAC-1 extremely expressed in rhizome and young roots (0.1 and 0.5 cm) and was significantly induced by drought and salt treatments but repressed by abscisic acid (ABA), methyl jasmonate and high temperature (42 °C) in moso bamboo. Under water shortage and salinity conditions, survival ratios, Fv/Fm values, physiological indexes such as activities of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase and contents of malondialdehyde, H2O2 and proline were significantly higher in transgenic rice than the wild type, which suggests enhanced tolerance to drought and salt stress in PeSANC-1 overexpressed plants. Transcript levels of Na+/H+ antiporter and Na+ transporter genes (OsSOS1, OsNHX1 and OsHKT1;5), ABA signaling and biosynthesis genes (OsABI2, OsRAB16, OsPP2C68, OsLEA3-1, OsLEA3, OsNCED3, OsNCED4 and OsNCED5) and ABA-independent genes (OsDREB1A, OsDREB1B and OsDREB2A) were substantially higher in transgenic as compared with the wild type. Moreover, protein interaction analysis revealed that PeSNAC-1 could interact with stress responsive PeSNAC-2/4 and PeNAP-1/4/5 in both yeast and plant cells, which indicates a synergistic effect of those proteins in regulating the moso bamboo stress response. Our data demonstrate that PeSNAC-1 likely improved salt and drought stress tolerance via modulating gene regulation in both ABA-dependent and independent signaling pathways in transgenic rice. In addition, PeSNAC-1 functions as an important positive stress regulator in moso bamboo, participating in PeSNAC-1 and PeSNAC-2/4 or PeSNAC-1 and PeNAP-1/4/5 interaction networks.

This study explores the pesher interpretation, a method of biblical exegesis used by the Qumran community, and whether early Christians like the author of Matthew's Gospel employed similar techniques. Since the 1950s, scholars have analysed the so-called “formula quotations” in Matthew, finding parallels with the pesharim commentaries found among the Dead Sea Scrolls. Krister Stendahl argued Matthew comes from a “school” using pesher to radically reinterpret Old Testament passages as fulfilled in Jesus. Others like Richard Longenecker also find Matthew employing this Second Temple Jewish method, especially in texts with “fulfilment formulae”. However, objections have been raised. Joseph Fitzmyer notes the differences between Qumran pesharim and Matthew's use of scripture. Norman Hillyer wonders if the fulfilment formula indicates a distinct hermeneutic, not pesher. Ulrich Luz stresses Matthew proclaims fulfilment, not hidden meanings like pesharim. In conclusion, applying the ideas of pesher from Qumran to the New Testament raises problems. Similarities between pesher and Patristic exegesis are noted, but determining dependence requires examining the original historical meaning versus the contemporary application of prophecies. More analysis of whether early Christian use of scripture mirrors Qumran pesher or develops its fulfilment hermeneutic is needed. This article compares 4Q163/Pesher Isaiah C and Greek papyrus commentaries on the Iliad (hypomnemata). These Greek commentaries reflect the methods and assumptions of Alexandrian literary-critical scholarship. This comparison will demonstrate that the scribe or exegete responsible for 4Q163/Pesher Isaiah C was acquainted with Alexandrian textual scholarship. It is further argued that the familiarity of the Pesher commentator with Alexandrian scholarship is the result of ongoing exchanges of knowledge between Jewish intellectuals in Hellenistic- Roman Egypt and Palestine. Thus, this contribution proposes that Alexandrian commentary writing is one of the roots of the Pesher genre.

AbstractQumran pesher is characterized as contemporizing exegesis of poetic/prophetic biblical texts. Previous research has focused upon pesher exegesis of works which later canonical tradition designates as "Latter Prophets" and of the book of Psalms, the dominant base-texts in pesharim. The current study surveys the use of the Pentateuch in Qumran pesher, examining instances of explicit citation, overt Pentateuchal typology, and implicit interpretive traditions. The most noteworthy attributes that emerge are the prominence of Deuteronomy and a strong reliance upon pre-existing exegetical traditions.

Abstract Pesher Habakkuk tells an enigmatic story about the Wicked Priest who caused the Righteous Teacher and his followers to stumble one Day of Atonement. Shortly after the pesher was discovered, Shemaryahu Talmon offered an interpretation of this story that most scholars have accepted. According to Talmon, the Wicked Priest’s opposition to unsanctioned calendars prompted him to prevent the Righteous Teacher and his followers from observing the Day of Atonement on its rightful day in their dissident calendar. Though widely accepted, I maintain that this calendrical interpretation finds little support in the pesher and, therefore, its broad appeal is puzzling. Furthermore, I propose that Talmon’s calendrical interpretation and its popularity are highly indebted to a famous rabbinic story of a calendrical dispute. In the hopes of illuminating the pesher’s cryptic account, modern scholars retrojected a rabbinic plot into the pesher’s narrative, thereby remaking the pesher in the image of the rabbis.

AbstractThis study re-examines the use of the term Pesher, and the related root , in Qumran compositions, and their significance with respect to conceptions of determinism and periodization in the corpus. It discusses how the treatment of the book of Genesis in 4Q180, 4Q252, and the Admonitions sections of the Damascus Document reflect a worldview and hermeneutic that are generally associated with the continuous and thematic pesharim at Qumran. Pesher compositions reveal how scripture is fulfilled in current events. These related works demonstrate the fulfillment of the divine grand plan in scripture and past events. It is suggested that these texts share a “performative” aspect: in all of these compositions, the act of transmitting divinely-revealed knowledge is as much an actualization and fulfillment of eschatological expectations as the unfolding social and political history that is tied to the texts.

PittaYuktaVayuenters the Mamsaand then divides it into Peshi. Peshiare component of body mainly composed of MamsaDhatu.Most of treatises provide the brief knowledge regarding the Peshi, but Acharya Sushrutamentioned more in details about the types, location, distribution, number and function of Peshi. The total number of Peshisenumerated is 500. Amongst these, 400 are located in Shakha, 66 in Koshthaand 34 in Greevapratyurdhwa. 100 Peshis of each upper limb divided under 8 regions and categorised under 12 Swaroopas. However, there is no specific identification of different Peshis based on Swaroopa, provided in the Samhita. Objective of this study is to study the literature on PeshiShareeraw.s.r. to UrdhavashakhagataPeshiin the light of modern science by cadaveric study and to categorise the Peshis of upper limbs into 12 Swaroopas. As per literary and cadaveric study, a total of 53 Peshis are found in the upper limb. 9 of 12 Swaroopaare found to be relevant for categorising the UrdhavashakhaPeshis. The reason for the difference in the number of Peshis could be inclusion of tendons or aponeurosis, or single muscle observed in two or more regions or 2 heads of origin of a single muscle as two.

AbstractMany scholars have noticed similarities between the Fourth Gospel and the Qumran pesharim in their approaches to Scripture. However, comparisons between the two corpora are usually made in passing, often do not offer careful definition of what constitutes the pesher genre, and tend to isolate certain features for comparison. This essay begins from the conviction that it is important to carefully define the pesher genre before comparing it with the Fourth Gospel. After developing a definition based primarily on form and content, a broad-based comparison with the Fourth Gospel is carried out, giving attention to some previously overlooked similarities. In particular, it is demonstrated that John 6:31-58 is perhaps more pesher-like than any other passage in the Fourth Gospel. However, it is concluded that, while there are impressive similarities between the Fourth Gospel's exegesis and that of the pesharim, the differences are sufficient that it is not justifiable to speak of the former as pesher exegesis.

Pune, described as the Queen of the Deccan, [1] is located in the state of Maharashtra, India. It is a historic city associated with the Maratha Empire and seat of the Peshwa power. During the Colonial Period it was a British cantonment. Contemporary Pune city is considered as the cultural capital of Maharashtra and is also referred to as the Oxford of the East due to the presence of several well-known educational institutions. The old city of Pune is constituted by the seventeen Peths or localities. The wadas are a characteristic built-form that evolved during the Maratha Period. They were the residences not only of the Peshwas but also those connected with the administrative system of the times and are the manifestations of the culture of the period. They vary considerably in size and form. They have a characteristic spatial organization harmonizing form and space with distinct architectural features. They were once the seat of power, intrigue and grandeur. Now, they are the surviving witnesses of battle plans and palace intrigues at the height of glory of the Maratha Empire. After more than three hundred and fifty years the wadas themselves are waging a final battle for survival considering the apathy towards their woes and issues from both the civic body as well as their private owners. The objective of the paper is to explore the possibility of developing selected wadas as nodes in developing Pune city’s culture infrastructure as well as heritage showcase. It seeks site specific solutions of ‘Energizing the Future with the Memories of the Past’ in Pune city.

AbstractThis paper deals with the history of the disputes regarding the Ksatriya status of the local ruler Shivaji and the Cāndrasenīya Kāyastha Prabhu (CKP) community of Maharashtra. The origin of these disputes lies in the wider dispute concerning whether there are any true Ksatriyas in the Kali age. The CKPs of Maharashtra claimed to be Ksatriyas and thus entitled for the rite of Upanayana, while the dominant regional Brahmin opinion was that they were Śūdras and not entitled for the Upanayana. The dispute broke out a few years before Shivaji's coronation, and to the discomfort of the local Brahmins, Gāgābhatta of Banaras settled it in favor of the Kāyasthas in his work, the Kāyasthadharmadīpa. In decades after Shivaji's death, the dispute broke out again, and within Maharashtra, gradually the Dharmaśāstric opinion shifted against the views of Gāgābhatta, and toward the end of the rule of the last Peshwa, this dispute was raised again by Nīlakantha Śāstri Thatte in Pune against the Kāyasthas. I have traced the lineage of Nīlakantha Thatte, through his teacher Vaidyanātha Pāyagunde, to his teacher, the great Nāgeśabhatta of Banaras. Nāgeśsabhatta produced his Vrātyatāprāyaścittanirnaya at a śāastrasabhā in Jaipur, where he argued that there were no pure Ksatriyas surviving in the Kali age, and that the impure ones do not have the eligibility for Upanayana through some expiation. So the Kāyasthas could not claim to be genuine Ksatriyas either. It was this opinion of Nāgesabhatta, counter to the opinion of Gāgābhatta, that steadily gained popularity among the Pune Brahmins during the rule of the Peshwas, finally reflected in the activities of Nīlakantha Thatte.

Banyak isu seputar kehidupan kapal pesiar yang mempengruhi pasangan pernikahan jarak jauh. Kepercayaan, komitmen pernikahan, dan kepuasan hubungan seksual menjadi hal penting untuk mempertahankan pernikahan jarak jauh ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bagaimana gambaran kepercayaan, komitmen pernikahan dan kepuasan hubungan seksual pada istri dengan suami yang bekerja di kapal pesiar.Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif fenomenologi yang mewawancarai tiga subjek ibu rumah tangga yang bersuami pekerja di kapal pesiar, usia pernikahan minimal tiga tahun, dan minimal telah menjalani pernikahan jarak jauh minimal satu tahun. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kepercayaan dipengaruhi oleh dua hal besar hal yang pertama adalah memercayai, dipercayai dan karakteristik tujuan orang lain dimana jaminan kepercayaan, pengingkaran janji dan prasangka dan pandangan positif istri menjadi fakor yang memengaruhi. Hal kedua adalah hubungan kekuasaan dan komunikasi yang dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi itu sendiri dan pengambilan keputusan. Komitmen pernikahan di pengaruhi oleh dua faktor besar yaitu level kepuasan dan investasi serta kualitas alternatif. Kepuasan hubungan seksual sendiri dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi dan keseimbangan kedudukan serta afeksi. Dari ketiga hal tersebut komunikasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting dan berpengaruh dalam kelangsungan kehidupan pernikahan jarak jauh khususnya suami yang bekerja di kapal pesiar. Becak wisata Kota Probolinggo telah menunjukan peran strategisnya dalam pelayanan wisatawan kapal pesiar. Kualitas pelayanan becak wisata menjadi bagian penting peningkatan promosi dan pengembangan pariwisata di Kota Probolinggo. Beberapa permasalahan yang muncul, yaitu rendahnya kualitas pelayanan pengemudi becak wisata yang masih belum menjadi sebuah produk wisata menarik, dan ketidakkonsistenan fungsi kelembagaan asosiasi sebagai fasilitator peningkatan kualitas pelayanan wisatawan kepada para anggotanya. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan becak wisata sebagai moda transportasi unggulan serta merevitalisasi fungsi kelembagaan Asosiasi Becak Bestari dalam peningkatan kualitas pelayanan wisatawan. Metode yang dipergunakan yaitu menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Menghasilkan beberapa aspek, yaitu rumusan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) khusus pelayanan becak wisata untuk wisatawan kapal pesiar, serta menyusun fungsi sistem kelembagaan Becak Bestari Kota Probolinggo. Kesimpulan bahwa SOP khusus pelayanan wisatawan kapal pesiar menjadi panduan pelayanan dasar kepada wisatawan, serta system kelembagaan baru mampu mengadopsi perkembangan kebutuhan terhadap pelayanan kepada wisatawan.

The inspiratory muscles can be fatigued by repetitive contractions characterized by high force (inspiratory resistive loads) or high velocities of shortening (hyperpnea). The effects of fatigue induced by inspiratory resistive loaded breathing (pressure tasks) or by eucapnic hyperpnea (flow tasks) on maximal inspiratory pressure-flow capacity and rib cage and diaphragm strength were examined in five healthy adult subjects. Tasks consisted of sustaining an assigned breathing frequency, duty cycle, and either a “pressure-time product” of esophageal pressure (for the pressure tasks) or peak inspiratory flow rate (for the flow tasks). Esophageal pressure was measured during maximal inspiratory efforts against a closed glottis (Pesmax), maximal transdiaphragmatic pressure was measured during open-glottis expulsive maneuvers (Pdimax), and maximal inspiratory flow (VImax) was measured during maximal inspiratory efforts with no added external resistance before and after fatiguing pressure and flow tasks. The reduction in Pesmax) with pressure fatigue (-25 +/- 7%) was significantly greater than the change in Pesmax with flow fatigue (-8 +/- 8%, P less than 0.01). In contrast, the reductions in Pdimax (-11 +/- 8%) and VImax (-16 +/- 3%) with flow fatigue were greater than the changes in Pdimax (-0.6 +/- 4%, P less than 0.05) or VImax (-3 +/- 4%, P less than 0.05) with pressure fatigue. We conclude that respiratory muscle performance is dependent not only on the presence of fatigue but whether fatigue was induced by pressure tasks or flow tasks. The specific impairment of Pesmax and not of Pdimax or flow with pressure fatigue may reflect selective fatigue of the rib cage muscles.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)

The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and statistical t-test. The results showed that 1) Partially, the service quality variable has a significant effect on the decision to purchase PT. East West Tour And Travel with a significant degree of 95% (α = 0.05). 2) Partially, product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for PT. Abstrak: Penelitian ini menguji hubungan antara pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian jasa penyewaan kapal pesiar PT. East West Tour and Travel. Abstract This note suggests a new reading and reconstruction of the oft-cited 11QMelchizedek 2:6–8. This passage is a part of the “pesher for the last days” expounding on Lev 25:13 and Deut 15:2. Its vision of future liberation from spiritual captivity to Belial relies on the language and conceptual framework of the Jubilee Year. Moreover, the pesher refers to a temporal scheme of ten Jubilees. The new reading helps clarify the precise timing of the eschatological redemption, “the beginning of the first Jubilee after [the] te[n] Jubilees,” and its implication for the scroll’s scriptural exegesis.

Terumbu karang dan segala kehidupan yang terdapat didalamnya merupakan salah satu kekayaan alam yang bernilai tinggi. Berbagai kerusakan yang dilakukan manusia menyebabkan kerusakan ekosistem sehigga sumber daya laut berkurang. Kasus penabrakan yang dilakukan kapal pesiar M.V. Caledonian Sky di Raja Ampat membuat kerusakan terumbu karang sehingga perlunya perlindungan dan pertanggujawaban. Penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu Pertama, mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana perlindungan lingkungan laut terhadap terumbu karang atas kerusakan yang dilakukan Kapal Persiar M.V. Caledonian Sky berdasarkan hukum internasional dan hukum nasional. Kedua, mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana pertanggungjawaban hukum kapal persiar M.V. Caledonian Sky atas kerusakan terumbu karang berdasarkan UNCLOS 1982 dan hukum nasional. Maka metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis normatif yaitu mengkaji studi dokumen yang menggunakan berbagai data sekunder atau bahan pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pertama, Perlindungan lingkungan laut terhadap kerusakan terumbu karang yang dilakukan kapal pesiar M.V. Caledonian Sky menurut hukum internasional sesuai dengan UNCLOS 1982 pasal 194 ayat (1) dan (2) mengenai tindakan-tindakan untuk mencegah, mengurangi, dan mengendalikan pencemaran lingkungan laut. Menurut hukum nasional perlindungan lingkungan laut terhadap kerusakan terumbu karang yang dilakukan kapal pesiar M.V. Caledonian Sky diatur dalam perundang-undangan yang mengenai perlindungan lingkungan laut serta berlaku di Indonesia. Kedua, Pertanggungjawaban Hukum Kapal Pesiar M.V. Caledonian Sky atas Kerusakan Terumbu Karang menurut hukum internasional diatur dalam UNCLOS 1982 Pasal 193 mengenai Hak kedaulatan Negara untuk mengeksploitasikan kekayaan alamnya dan Pasal 235 mengenai tanggung jawab dan kewajiban ganti rugi. Menurut hukum nasional diatur dalam perundang-undangan yang mengenai pertanggungjawaban serta berlaku di Indonesia. Ketiga, Perusahaan Noble Calidonia yang berbasis di London telah mengakui bertanggung jawab atas kasus ini. Diharapkan pertama, Untuk mencegah terjadinya kejadian seperti yang dialami oleh kapal pesiar Caledonian sky, Indonesia harus menetapkan tanda bagi kawasan-kawasan tertentu untuk digunakan sebagai kegiatan pelayaran. Kedua, Dalam menegakkan hukum nasional dan hukum internasional dalam pengawasan perairan laut di Indonesia, pemerintah Republik Indonesia harus menegaskan dan mengaplikasikan undang-undang yang telah ada secara benar dan jelas agar menjadi efek jera bagi pihak operator kapal dan kapten kapal agar mencegah hal seperti ini terjadi lagi di perairan laut Indonesia. Ketiga, Dalam penyelesaian kasus kerusakan terumbu karang ini dapat digunakannya Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 Tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup Pasal 87 ayat (1) dan (2).

Salah satu potensi kegiatan perekonomian dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal adalah sektor pariwisata, karena sektor pariwisata sebagian menarik pendapatan dari luar atau dari wisatawan yang datang dari luar wilayah. Untuk menarik wisatawan dari luar wilayah tentunya perlu dikembangkan dan dikenalkan potensi wisata unggulan daerah dan dalam tingkat lanjut perlu dikembangkan daya dukung khususnya dari kemudahan aksesibilitas dan mobilitas untuk wisatawan luar daerah melalui sektor transportasi. Salah satu moda transportasi yang mendatangkan potensi kunjungan wisatawan dari luar daerah adalah melalui moda transportasi angkutan kapal pesiar, karena sudah dapat dipastikan bahwa wisatawan yang menggunakan kapal pesiar bukan merupakan wisatawan lokal, dan potensi pendapatan dari wisatawan jenis ini cukup besar. Indonesia sendiri telah menetapkan prioritas pelayanan bagi kunjungan kapal pesiar ini, namun Pelabuhan yang ditetapkan sebagai Pelabuhan singgah kapal pesiar belum cukup banyak, atau hanya 10 (sepuluh) Pelabuhan berdasarkan Permenhub 4/2022. Dengan potensi wisata yang cukup besar, dan Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan tentunya pengembangan penambahan Pelabuhan singgah ini penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan devisa dari sektor pariwisata. Oleh karena itu dilakukan kajian terkait dengan kemungkinan penambahan Pelabuhan singgah, yang dilakukan dengan metode analisis multikriteria dengan pembobotan, dimana kriteria yang digunakan adalah keterkaitan dengan penetapan destinasi pariwisata prioritas nasional, KSPN, ketersediaan Pelabuhan, dan potensi pariwisata di sekitar Pelabuhan yang dinilai berdasarkan jarak terdekat. Os resultados da meta-avaliação descortinaram que o processo avaliativo foi adequadamente conduzido, apresentando, no entanto, alguns pontos que necessitam de melhorias. Entre as sugestoes apresentadas para melhoria do processo avaliativo, encontra-se a necessidade de a avaliação ter a participação de todas as unidades do projeto, pois a nao participação de todos os stakeholders presentes no contexto da avaliação traz a possibilidade de omissao de importantes aspectos relacionados à mesma.Palavras chaves: Meta-avaliação. We have examined the relationship between respiratory effort sensation (modified Borg scale) and amplitude of the integrated surface electromyogram of the diaphragm (Edi, esophageal electrode), rib cage muscles (Erc), and sternomastoid muscle (Esm) during the development of diaphragm fatigue in five normal subjects. Three conditions were studied: run A: transdiaphragmatic pressure (Pdi), 65% Pdimax; esophageal pressure (Pes), 60% Pesmax; run B: Pdi, 50% Pdimax; Pes, 60% Pesmax; and run C: Pdi, 50% Pdimax; Pes, 20% Pesmax. During all runs there was a progressive rise in sensation, which was greater in runs A and B than in run C (P less than 0.05, analysis of variance). There was no difference between runs A and B. At the end of run C subjects did not report a maximal Borg score despite their inability to generate the target Pdi. The increase in sensory score with fatigue correlated highly with Esm/Esmmax and with Erc/Ercmax. There was no correlation between sensory score and Edi/Edimax. We conclude that the increase in respiratory effort sensation that accompanies diaphragm fatigue is not due to perception of increased diaphragmatic activation. It may reflect increased overall respiratory motor output not directed to the diaphragm.

Resumen
Este trabalho objetiva discutir a importância dos instrumentos de hospitalidade, em especial da hospedagem, localizados em Unidades de Conservação (UCs) ambiental. Por meio de uma detalhada revisão bibliográfica e da aplicação de um questionário complementar à equipe gestora, empregaram-se o Parque Estadual da Serra de Caldas Novas (PESCaN), na cidade turística de Caldas Novas, Goiás, Brasil, e sua estrutura de hospedagem como objetos de pesquisa. Assim, foi possível verificar a importância de tais instrumentos para receber pesquisadores e as contribuições à comunidade acadêmica. À guisa de conclusão, são apresentados alguns problemas observados pela equipe gestora do PESCaN, em que se nota a falta de feedback e apoio aos investigadores que utilizaram as estruturas.

Resumen
Desa Komodo, bagian dari Taman Nasional Komodo, berada tidak jauh dari Dermaga Loh Liang yang menjadi destinasi bersandarnya kapal-kapal pesiar di Pulau Komodo. Keterbatasan Desa Komodo untuk menarik wisatawan turun dari kapal pesiar dan mengunjungi Desa Komodo menjadi permasalahan yang ditemukan di lapangan. Para wisatawan umumnya turun dari kapal pesiar hanya untuk melihat hewan Komodo di Taman Nasional Komodo. Maka, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan akan pengemasan atraksi wisata berbasis budaya lokal kepada masyarakat Desa Komodo. Atraksi wisata ini diharapkan dapat menjadi daya tarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung ke Desa Komodo. Kegiatan pendampingan ini menggunakan metode PAR (participatory action research), di mana masyarakat Desa Komodo diajak berpartisipasi aktif mulai dari menjadi peserta Focus Group Disucussion untuk menjaring masukan dalam Studi Potensi Desa, hingga pelaku pengemasan atraksi wisata untuk mengembangkan Desa Wisata Komodo. Kegiatan pendampingan masyarakat di Desa Komodo dilakukan dalam 4 tahap, yaitu: 1) sosialiasi kegiatan dan studi potensi wisata; 2) pengemasan atraksi wisata; 3) peningkatan kapasitas sumberdaya manusia; dan 4) pengembangan Desa Komodo sebagai desa wisata. Hasil dari pendampingan ini, masyarakat mampu mengemas atraksi wisata berbasis budaya lokal seperti Kolokamba, Tari Arugele, Musik Tembong, dan Tari Komodo yang diambil dari mitos setempat untuk mengembangkan Desa Komodo sebagai desa wisata

AbstractThis article considers how the wide range of compositions from the Second Temple period that represent or depend implicitly or explicitly on some form of authoritative Jewish scripture should be suitably described and categorized. Three broad sets of issues are addressed. The first concerns how the “authority” of texts or textual traditions within particular groups of texts should be articulated suitably, particularly in relation to the respective roles for form, content and function in such articulations. The second concerns the role that should be played by reflections on the hierarchy of genres, generic instability, and evolutionary models of genre construction in how it is appropriate to distinguish earlier from later, or authoritative from dependent, primary from secondary compositions. The third concerns what labels might suitably be imposed on this broad range of literature, a breadth of literary compositions that seldom makes plain how it understands itself. The questions are addressed by the open-ended definition of the corpus to be studied, by consideration of the problems surrounding the criteria for generic definition, by reviewing the perspectives derived from thinking about the evolution of genres, and by giving some place to the need for cross-cultural analogies. A concluding section asks diachronic and synchronic questions about anthologies of authoritative texts and their interpretations.
