Resumen
One of the significant reserves for further increasing the yield of berry crops is to protect them from pests and diseases. Among the latter, viral ones are especially dangerous. Therefore, methods of virus diagnostics and especially electron microscopy are of great importance, which makes it possible to see viral particles, determine their shape, size, localization in tissues, and identify anomalies in affected plant cells. Objective. To conduct a comparative study of healthy and diseased blackcurrant leaves in order to determine the degree of influence of the two viruses on the anatomical structure of organelles and inclusions, which can be used in the diagnosis and identifi cation of viruses affecting plants. Methods. The material was blackcurrant plants with symptoms of reversion and green speckles, which are detected visually when examining the plantings of this crop. The morphology of viral particles, the anatomical structure of organelles, and inclusions were studied using the method of electron microscopy of ultrathin sections. Detected ultrastructural changes in cells can be used as diagnostic signs when identifying viruses. Also, viruses were identified by external signs and biological testing. Results. The study of ultrathin sections of leaf tissue and abnormal petals of the blackcurrant flower with symptoms of reversion revealed a bacillus-visible virus (Blackcurrant reversion virus) from the Rabdoviridae family, which is easy to identify due to its large size and appearance, in which it differs from similar features in ordinary cellular components. Typical locations of virus particles are the cytoplasm, nucleus, and perinuclear zone. The size of viral particles on ultrathin sections was 271±7.19 nm long and 78±2.31 nm in diameter. According to electron microscopic methods of studying artificially infected plants of Chenopodium quinoa, an inoculum of affected blackcurrant leaves, virions of Cucumis virus 1 Smith were observed in cells, which were freely located in the cytoplasm of the cell interspersed with ribosomes. Individual areas of the cytoplasm with a high virus concentration were also found in the affected parenchymal cells. Zones surrounded by a double membrane differ in the size and degree of virus saturation. When studying the pathogen morphology in the native preparations, the viral particles had a spherical shape with smparticles showed that they had an average size of 29.6±0.59 nm. During the study of the ultrastructure of blackcurrant plant cells affected by Cucumis virus 1. Smith, myelin-like bodies were found not only in the cytoplasm of affected cells but also in the extra-plasma space. Analysis of the morphology of chloroplasts of blackcurrant plants affected by green speckles and reversion shows that chloroplasts with outgrowths and cup-shaped formations are present in many cells. Under various viral infections, there is a wide variety of mitochondria’s shapes: they are elongated, cup- or club-like, etc. At the same time, their internal structure changes as well. We found that at the stage of the neurotization of a Nicotiana tabacum leaf infected with Cucumis virus 1. Smith, the peroxisome matrix is intensively filled with crystalline inclusions that have an electron-dense surface or are a system of rods with different configurations in the form of rectangles and trapezoids. They completely fill the entire matrix. During the development of viral pathology in the cells of diseased plants, destructive processes also cover the nucleus. As a rule, it takes on a lobed or radially elongated shape. Among the viruses we studied, the Blackcurrant reverse virus causes this trait the most. This may be due to the fact that this virus, accumulated in large quantities, exerts mechanical pressure on the nuclei and thereby accelerates the process of their deformation. A peculiar sign of changes in the nucleus ultrastructure is the content of viral particles. Of the viruses we studied, blackcurrant reversal virus particles were the most common in the nucleus nucleoplasm and perinuclear zone. Conclusions. The intracellular development of viruses and their use of energy systems and components of plant cells for their reproduction lead to signifi cant morphological and structural changes in the latter. In particular, electron microscopic studies of ultrathin tissue sections of diseased blackcurrant plants in comparison with healthy ones revealed the forms of the nucleus, mitochondria, and plastids modified under the infl uence of viral infection, namely Blackcurrant reverse and Cucumber mosaic viruses. Chloroplasts noticeably swelled without the existing content of starch grains, and clumping or the absence of gran thylakoids was observed. Plastids with a highly reduced membrane system were found. The results of studies have shown that the species affiliation of the virus does not cause specific changes in the morphology and structure of mitochondria. Their structural transformations under the influence of the viruses under study were the same: changes in shape and swelling, expansion of crists and a decrease in their number, a decrease in the electron density of their matrix, and so on. It was found that in the nuclei of cells infected with the Blackcurrant reverse virus, chromatin forms small, interconnected granular lumps located in different zones of the matrix. When studying ultrathin sections of Nicotiana tabacum leaf infected with Cucumis virus 1. Smith, rather specific crystal inclusions that fill the entire matrix were detected by the peroxisome. If external anomalies are detected in the form of mosaics, spots that can be caused by many pathogens in the absence of mechanical transmission of the pathogen, it is advisable to use the method of electron microscopy of ultrathin sections.

Resumen
Tremendous change in environment during the Corona virus pandemic has put organizational agility as one of the most important discussion topics among scholars in the world. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) with limited resources, need to have strong agility to thrive in today's increasingly competitive market. It is, therefore, crucial to study the factors that may affect organizational agility. This study aims to examine the effects of entrepreneurial leadership on organizational agility through organizational learning in the perspective of organizational behavior. There was a scarcity of evidence on which entrepreneurial leadership could significantly influence organizational agility through organizational learning. The respondents are 200 employees who work at SMEs within the Small Industrial Village which is called Perkampungan Industri Kecil (PIK) in East Jakarta, Indonesia. Data were obtained through the survey method and quantitatively analyzed using SEM – LISREL 8.8. The results indicated that each entrepreneurial leadership and organizational learning has significantly affected organizational agility, and entrepreneurial leadership has significantly affected organizational learning. This study also found that organizational learning partially mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial leadership and organizational agility. These results provide recommendations for SMEs entrepreneurs to promote organizational learning in order to enhance the effect of entrepreneurial leadership to increase organizational agility.

Resumen
The global business world is infected by a virus that induces a permanent need for organizational change, which is fed by the management consultancy industry. The nature of the organizational change hype changes colour frequently, through the emergence of new universal management fashions. An urge to change is understandable from the perspectives of the consultant and the manager, but often organizational changes are ineffective or counter-productive when implemented. In this context, this article’s purpose is threefold. First, on the basis of an interpretation of different literatures, we .esh out an argument about the nonsense of organizational change that is driven by sick consultancy metaphors. Second, we argue that the application of healthy organization theories offers ample guidelines for organizational change initiatives that make more sense than prominent management consultancy rhetoric. Third, pulling both strings together, we plead for the development of an evidence-based (change) consultancy practice.

The COVID-19 crisis poses challenges to healthcare systems and requires micro- and macro-organizational adaptations. This study examined the organizational atmosphere in Israeli hospitals by evaluating workers’ perceptions and concerns about the COVID-19 crisis and its management. At the end of the pandemic’s first wave in Israel, 547 healthcare workers responded to an online survey, which inquired about COVID-19 concerns at the individual and family level, perceptions at the national and organizational level, perceptions of the way the crisis was managed, self-assessment of coping with the crisis and burnout, and demographics. Findings showed that healthcare workers expressed deep concerns for family members and apprehension at a national level. Respondents noted that they were coping well with the crisis while expressing negative perceptions of how the crisis was managed. A regression model showed that the low self-assessment of medical staff of coping with the crisis, deep concerns at the organizational level, negative perceptions of crisis management, and providing care for COVID-19 patients were predictors of burnout. The findings emphasize the importance of developing a supportive organizational culture for hospital workers. Awareness of their concerns and perceptions is essential to improve organizational culture and healthcare systems’ ability to continue fighting the virus and confront future health crises.

The COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to online learning exacerbated the mental health needs of children and adolescents, especially among minoritized students who were disproportionately impacted by the virus. Although the pandemic has increased the demand for counseling, research finds that school counselors are often hindered by organizational constraints. Using organizational role theory, this study examined school counselors’ perceptions of their role delivering mental health supports during the pandemic. Findings indicate that school counselors reported an increased need for counseling, but faced multiple barriers to supporting students, leaving those who most needed the support particularly vulnerable.

Resumen
Well-being has always been a topic of interest for individuals, organizations, and policy-makers. COVID-19 pandemic made it tremendously relevant as employees were forced to work from home due to the successive lockdowns that governments have implemented to curb the spread of the virus. This crisis has raised concerns about employees’ well-being due to the implementation of these tight measures. In the present study, we examined the direct and indirect effects of employees’ adaptability, work-family conflict, and organizational response on employees’ well-being through the mediating role of perceived stress. Data have been collected from 184 employees working in various organizations in Malaysia and analyzed using Smart-PLS Structural Equation Modeling with the bootstrapping procedure. The results indicated that organizational response, work-family conflict, and adaptability directly affect perceived stress and well-being, except for organizational response, which has no direct effect on well-being. Furthermore, it was found that perceived stress mediates the relationship of organizational response and work-family conflict with well-being but not adaptability.

Resumen
Abstract The global health crisis caused by the sars-CoV-2 virus has impacted higher education systems worldwide. Emergency remote teaching strategies have been common organizational responses, which came with challenges, particularly in systems that lacked the capacity for digital provision. Building on strategic and crisis management theory and literature, this study investigates student attitudes towards organizational responses to the crisis in public higher education institutions in Poland. Drawing on findings of an online survey completed by 359 students from 61 institutions, this research has revealed that more than half of the respondents were satisfied with organizational responses to the crisis. Instructors’ self-motivation was identified as a key enabler of a successful implementation of distance learning, while their lack of familiarity with e-learning and technology were found as dominant barriers. The findings of this research can support institutions in other contexts to strengthen their commitment to educational improvement in a period of crisis and digital transformation.

Resumen
The COVID-19 outbreak has led worldwide governments to take preventive measures to contain the spread of the virus and its extraordinary demands upon healthcare workers. Consequently, healthcare workers have been under high pressures, putting them at risk of developing adverse outcomes. The present study aims to investigate the psychological and organizational factors that contributed to physicians’ well-being during the pandemic. A total of 78 Italian physicians participated in the study. They completed a self-report questionnaire measuring efficacy beliefs, orientation towards patient engagement, job satisfaction, non-technical skills, organizational support, sense of belonging to the hospital, job satisfaction, and mental well-being. Physicians’ sense of belonging to their hospital, efficacy beliefs about their organizations and communication with patients, as well as non-technical skills related to communication and risk awareness were positively associated with job satisfaction. In addition, the latter and sense of belonging to own hospital were positively associated with mental well-being. These findings may guide policymakers and healthcare organizations managers to consider the potential psychosocial factors related to physicians’ well-being and the required preventive measures that can help in enhancing their human and organizational resources to cope with stressful situations such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Resumen
The Covid-19 pandemic impacted many social spheres and demanded immediate transformations in society. Organizations needed to reinvent themselves quickly in several aspects, such as their internal practices, as well as in the way of relating to their various publics. This evidenced the interdependence between business organizations and society, requiring them to act for collective interests. In view of this, it is observed that these organizations are assuming a public character, being important to think about how they get involved with society and what are the impacts for social, political, cultural and economic realities. For this, organizational communication has an important role because it is able to act in the public sphere with regard to the promotion of debates that can impact collective attitudes, considering that organizations occupy a strategic position to direct issues that influence social behavior. As a communicative phenomenon, they disseminate ideas, values, and information that influences society, mainly because of their centrality in the daily lives of individuals. So, facing the pandemic scenario, there are numerous corporate actions that aim to serve the public interest, such as the initiative “Todos pela Saúde” (All for Health), an alliance between several organizations. This initiative was chosen as the object of study for contributing to the objective of this paper: analyzes the public role of organizational communication by assuming that communication strategies can generate an impact on public interests in face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The movement aims to mitigate the effects caused by the virus by supporting public health actions promoted by SUS (“Sistema Único de Saúde”- Health Unic System), contributing with solutions and financial support to the public authorities. The “Todos pela Saúde” is coordinated by a group of specialists from the health area that guide the decisions to be made to face the virus with scientific basis. Therefore, as a methodological procedure was adopted three ways: a bibliographic research aiming to investigate about the role of the communications from private organizations in the pandemic context; a documentary research of the “All for Health” medias; and the media discourse analysis (Charaudeau, 2005; 2006) and the dialogic aspects (Bakhtin, 2002; 2003) from the material released by the Initiative. As part of the results, it is observed that the strategies used, at least from the point of view of organizational communication, were innovative in producing something new in their narratives, because the organizations adopted a unison speech in favor of fighting the virus without political or commercial interest. Another highlight is the language strategies used, which seek to value the public in the enunciative act. The consequence is an unusual gender in organizational communication, the educative one. Undoubtedly, it is not possible to ignore the marketing objectives from this Initiative. However, it is important to understand organizational communication as a phenomenon of collective construction and reconstruction that influences the individuals, as well as guide the formation of society. This study provides significant reflections about the public impact of organizational communication for the collective interest, especially regarding the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Resumen
The last poliomyelitis case associated with a wild poliovirus in Turkey occurred in November 1998. This was the last known case of paralytic poliomyelitis caused by indigenous wild poliovirus in the World Health Organization's European Region. This study investigated the genetic relationships of wild-type 1 polioviruses at the latest period of transmission. A phylogenetic tree was constructed on the basis of the VP1/2A sequence from 14 wild-type 1 polioviruses isolated from Turkey in 1994–1998, along with those from other areas of the world. The Turkey isolates in the latest period of transmission were closely related to each other, forming a cluster distinct from other strains. The results showed that these viruses had been spreading indigenously in the eastern and south-eastern parts of Turkey, and ceased transmission there during 1998. This finding serves as a reference for future poliovirus surveillance both in Turkey and worldwide.

Resumen
One year into the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. had lost over a half million lives to the virus. Organizations had to shift the way they operated, requiring effective communication to help employees transition. This study examines two important time periods during the pandemic: early May, just after stay-at-home orders began to be lifted, and late November, as infection rates soared. This study quantitatively examines the role of perceived severity, organizational trust, reputation, and credibility on participants employed during the pandemic expectations of leadership at the organizational, state, and federal levels. Then, participants were interviewed to understand perceptions of leadership. Results illustrate the relationship between perceived severity of the threat and trust in leadership and uncertainty about mitigation measures from state and federal levels.

Resumen
Centrifugal projections in the olfactory system are critical to both olfactory processing and behavior. The olfactory bulb (OB), the first relay station in odor processing, receives a substantial number of centrifugal inputs from the central brain regions. However, the anatomical organization of these centrifugal connections has not been fully elucidated, especially for the excitatory projection neurons of the OB, the mitral/tufted cells (M/TCs). Using rabies virus-mediated retrograde monosynaptic tracing in Thy1-Cre mice, we identified that the three most prominent inputs of the M/TCs came from the anterior olfactory nucleus (AON), the piriform cortex (PC), and the basal forebrain (BF), similar to the granule cells (GCs), the most abundant population of inhibitory interneurons in the OB. However, M/TCs received proportionally less input from the primary olfactory cortical areas, including the AON and PC, but more input from the BF and contralateral brain regions than GCs. Unlike organizationally distinct inputs from the primary olfactory cortical areas to these two types of OB neurons, inputs from the BF were organized similarly. Furthermore, individual BF cholinergic neurons innervated multiple layers of the OB, forming synapses on both M/TCs and GCs. Taken together, our results indicate that the centrifugal projections to different types of OB neurons may provide complementary and coordinated strategies in olfactory processing and behavior.

Resumen
The World Health Organization (WHO) notifies the global community about disease outbreaks through the Disease Outbreak News (DON). These online reports tell important stories about both outbreaks themselves and the high-level decision making that governs information sharing during public health emergencies. However, they have been used only minimally in global health scholarship to date. Here, we collate all 2,789 of these reports from their first use through the start of the Covid-19 pandemic (January 1996 to December 2019), and develop an annotated database of the subjective and often inconsistent information they contain. We find that these reports are dominated by a mix of persistent worldwide threats (particularly influenza and cholera) and persistent epidemics (like Ebola virus disease in Africa or MERS-CoV in the Middle East), but also document important periods in history like the anthrax bioterrorist attacks at the turn of the century, the spread of chikungunya and Zika virus to the Americas, or even recent lapses in progress towards polio elimination. We present three simple vignettes that show how researchers can use these data to answer both qualitative and quantitative questions about global outbreak dynamics and public health response. However, we also find that the retrospective value of these reports is visibly limited by inconsistent reporting (e.g., of disease names, case totals, mortality, and actions taken to curtail spread). We conclude that sharing a transparent rubric for which outbreaks are considered reportable, and adopting more standardized formats for sharing epidemiological metadata, might help make the DON more useful to researchers and policymakers.

Resumen
In this article, we analyze the National Cancer Institute’s Virus Cancer Programs (1964–1978). The NCI’s organizational mandate established program goals that iteratively braided together both scientific research and public health outcomes. The distinctive environment of the NCI as a federal research institute made scientific programs accountable to evaluations of both experimental and administrative appropriateness. To this end, NCI scientist-administrators adopted management techniques drawn from the Cold War defense industry to direct open-ended exploratory research on virally induced cancers, aimed at developing a vaccine as a public health solution to cancer. Facing the limitations of the state of viral cancer research as simultaneously an administrative and experimental problem, the Programs launched a monumental effort to develop infrastructure for cancer virus studies through long-term planning initiatives utilizing defense-style networks of contracted academic laboratories throughout the US. The organizational mandate guiding the Programs contributed to conceptual and experimental changes that directly led to the subversion of its fundamental presupposition of viral causation in favor of the cellular oncogene theory. We thus propose a reinterpretation of the historiography of the oncogene hypothesis as a radical break from viral explanations of cancer etiology, a reinterpretation that re-centers the direct contributions this federal vaccine program made to current molecular biological explanations of cancer causation.

Resumen
Due to Rinderpest disease (cattle plague) in Poland, over 40,000 cattle died within the three months of the first half of 1920. Stopping the epizooty of rinderpest (pestis bovum; cattle plague; Typhus bovum contagiosus) spreading from Russia should be considered one of the greatest scientific, organizational and economic achievements of the reviving Polish statehood. Rinderpest is a highly contagious, viral disease caused by the Rinderpest virus, which leads to the death of over 90% of infected animals. Rinderpest virus damages lymphoid cells and the epithelial cell layer of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract, genital tract and external- -secretory glands (lacrimal glands, mucous glands, salivary glands). Within a few days after infection, animals begin presenting symptoms of sepsis and dehydration caused by necrotic and hemorrhagic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract. In order to stop the epizooty of bovine disease, the Ministry of Agriculture and State Goods ordered Dr. Feliks Jaroszyński to organize a rinderpest field station. The station was established in the forester’s lodge, in Michałówka near Puławy. The station produced anti-rinderpest serum and a rinderpest vaccine. In the peak period of operation, 2000 L of vaccine was produced each month. Vaccination of cattle carried out in the area endangered by rinderpest prevented the epidemic in 1922 and protected Poland and Europe from enormous losses. Knowledge about this unprecedented scientific, organizational and economic enterprise is not widely known, which neglects Poland’s pioneering contribution to preventing the epidemic of rinderpest. The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) announced in 2010 that the world is free of the disease caused by the Rinderpest virus belonging to the family Paramyxoviridae, genus Morbillivirus.

Resumen
In the past 10 years, various sudden public outbreaks of diseases worldwide have posed great threats to the economic and social development of countries. However, there is a lack of case studies and empirical studies on the fight against major outbreaks in foreign public health institutions. Based on a review of classical materials and narrative research methods, this study combs the institutional profile, function allocation, and funding input of the American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and focuses on the CDC’s important measures and experiences in preventing and controlling the Ebola virus in West Africa during 2014–2015. According to the research, the main characteristics of CDC’s epidemic prevention and control in the United States are effective organizational structure and system, as well as the abilities of emergency management of rapid response. Furthermore, these two advantages and characteristics have penetrated the construction of the incident management system, adoption of specialized technical means and tools, and wide cooperation network and organizational coordination. Accordingly, the enlightenment of public health institutions regarding “epidemic prevention” and “anti-epidemic” is proposed from two aspects: system construction and ability enhancement.

Resumen
ArgumentScientific uncertainty is fundamental to the management of contemporary global risks. In 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the start of the H1N1 Influenza Pandemic. This declaration signified the risk posed by the spread of the H1N1 virus, and in turn precipitated a range of actions by global public health actors. This article analyzes the WHO's public representation of risk and examines the centrality of scientific uncertainty in the case of H1N1. It argues that the WHO's risk narrative reflected the context of scientific uncertainty in which it was working. The WHO argued that it was attempting to remain faithful to the scientific evidence, and the uncertain nature of the threat. However, as a result, the WHO's public risk narrative was neither consistent nor socially robust, leading to the eventual contestation of the WHO's position by other global public health actors, most notably the Council of Europe. This illustrates both the significance of scientific uncertainty in the investigation of risk, and the difficulty for risk managing institutions in effectively acting in the face of this uncertainty.

Resumen
Background. The crisis caused by the novel coronavirus in 2019 has caused challenges and problems in most organizations and created difficulties for employees who are the most important organizational resource. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to identify the components of human resources (HR) during the new coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, based on previous researches in this field. Material. This is a Meta-Synthesis study. Using the 4 keywords of human resources, human resource management, coronavirus, COVID-19, the researchers explored literature databases of Proquest, The Scientific Information Database (SID), Web of Science, Emerald journals as well as Google Scholar, the specialized search engine, in 2019-2021. The number of sources initially found was 1,029, of which 921 articles were rejected because of the title. The total number of screened abstracts was 108, 16 of which we rejected on the basis of the abstracts and 27 of which we rejected in view of content, leaving us with 65 final articles to be reviewed. Three universal themes, three constructive themes, 11 basic themes and 117 codes were extracted. Results. Based on the findings of this study social opportunities and threats are the biggest challenges for human resources. The HR unit should also focus on issues such as virtualization of work and work environment, the degree of external environment support for the organization's employees, how to restructure jobs, health, and psychological challenges, as well as economic and internal challenges. Conclusion. In dealing with the coronavirus, human resource managers should pay special attention to components such as virtualization of work and work environment, support of the external environment for employees of the organization, restructuring of jobs, health and psychological requirements and challenges, whether they be social, economic, or intra-organizational. Extended Abstract Background One of the challenges that the field of management is currently facing, and can cause a crisis in the field of human resource management, if ignored, is the new Corona virus (covid-19). The observations of researchers and human resource managers indicate that since the announcement of the virus worldwide, the overall structure of work has undergone major changes and, consequently, the lifestyle of humans has been affected. The crisis caused by the new coronavirus has caused challenges and problems in most organizations and has caused problems for employees, who are the most important assets and resources of most organizations. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to identify the components of human resources during the new coronavirus crisis (covid-19), based on previous research in this field, and to extract the relevant components. These components can help managers, especially human resources managers, in advancing goals. Material Topics in this field have recently entered the literature of management and leadership and comprehensive models and theories in the field of research have not been appeared yet. Accordingly, the research method of this article is a qualitative study that has been done by researchers of published articles on human resource management in the new covid-19 crisis, using the meta-synthesis method. The goal is to create a new, integrated interpretation of the findings. This method is for clarifying the concepts, patterns, and results in refining the existing states of knowledge and the emergence of operational models and accepted theories. The use of the meta-synthesis method to identify key factors related to human resource management in the new covid-19 crisis serves to integrate several studies to create comprehensive and interpretive findings. Does the main research question emphasize what the dimensions and components of human resource management are in the new covid-19 crisis according to previous research? To set the research question, Four main parameters have been used, namely: Using the 4 keywords of human resources, human resource management, coronavirus, COVID-19, the researchers explored literature databases of Proquest, The Scientific Information Database (SID), Web of Science, Emerald journals as well as Google Scholar, the specialized search engine, in 2019-2021. The number of 1,029 sources was found, of which 921 articles were rejected because of the title. The total number of screened abstracts was 108, 16 of which we rejected on the basis of the abstracts and 27 of which we rejected in view of content, leaving us with 65 final articles to be reviewed. Three universal themes, three constructive themes, 11 basic themes and 117 codes were extracted. Results COVID-19 pandemic is destroying the global economy, but it also brings different opportunities for organizations. It is time for HR managers to think about how to take advantage of this opportunity. In certain situations, and during a covid-19 crisis, organizational managers need to communicate openly and honestly with employees so that they can perform more effectively, because employee participation has a significant and positive effect on organizational performance. In addition, knowledge sharing in this situation is more important than ever and has a significant and positive effect on the performance of the organization. Therefore, to maintain the high performance of the organization at this time, employee participation and knowledge sharing can be the best way to meet the current human resource challenges. During the outbreak of the covid-19 disease, employee participation is a key element of employee and organizational success, and employee satisfaction leads to better performance, increased creativity, and organizational commitment, which is becoming increasingly important in hospitals and health care organizations. This study indicate that opportunities and social threats are the biggest challenges facing human resources. The HR unit should also focus on issues such as virtualization of work and work environment, the degree of external environment support for the organization's employees, how to restructure jobs, health, and psychological challenges, as well as economic and internal challenges. Human resources managers can observe the characteristics, requirements, and challenges arising from this disease on a component-by-component basis. For example, hospital managers consider issues such as the prevalence of mental disorders such as depression, insomnia and generalized anxiety, fear of not knowing, health crisis, stress in the medical system, negative impact on the physical and mental health of employees, and risk of isolation or loneliness in work environments. Distance, mental health, the loneliness of single and childless employees are the main challenges of the health system employees and identifying these challenges can solve many problems arising at this point. The existence of social norms, on the other hand, can be even more important. Such norms may include the implementation of policies such as social distancing and closure of gathering and interaction centers, combating the phenomenon of social stigma, raising awareness of how the virus might be transmited, care and prevention of pollution through national and social media, highlighting the importance of social responsibility. Among other important norms identified in this study are health care, public governance, education, employment, and socio-economic factors, support for managers to balance life and work, leaving employees to prepare meals, play with children and do housework, staff participation and knowledge sharing, providing a clean and safe work environment, providing personal protective equipment and financial assistance for them and their family members, employees' adaptation to the remote work environment, separation of work and private life. Conclusion Finally, after reading this article, managers and researchers in this field and other related fields can look at human resource issues through a new lens. In dealing with the covid-19, human resource managers should pay special attention to components such as virtualization of work and work environment, support of the external environment for employees of the organization, restructuring of jobs, health and psychological requirements and challenges, social, economic, and intra-organizational factors. One of the limitations of this research is the novelty of the subject and the lack of previous research, especially in Iranian sources. Also, quantitative research addresses aspects that may not be possible to monitor in qualitative research. It is therefore recommended that future research focus on quantitative-qualitative hybrid methods. It is also suggested that future research investigate the impact of human resource processes during covid-19 outbreaks. Practical Implications of Research It is best for HR managers to review the structure and processes of HR and organizational resources and to coordinate the organization to adapt to the changes resulting from COVID-19. Ethical Considerations The researchers have adhered to all ethical principles in the use, presentation, and publication of scientific materials and all the rights of researchers have been observed. Conflict of Interest The authors of this article hereby declare that they have no conflict of interest. Aknowledgment Not applicable.

Resumen
Since 2019, the world has been experiencing a pandemic period due to the COVID-19 virus, which has brought the need for organizations in general, healthcare organizations and their professionals in particular, to focus on innovation as a way to fight an utterly unknown virus. Thus, this study aims to understand how nurses and their personal factors (stress, anxiety, work engagement, organizational support) impact their innovative behaviour and innovation outputs, contributing to innovation in the current pandemic period through changes in thoughts, values, behaviours and relationships among healthcare professionals and their organizations. For this purpose, the Job Demands-Resources model was used as a reference, and the measurement instrument was applied to 738 nurses working in healthcare units in Portugal. Therefore, it was found that the nurses’ personal factors have a positive effect on the nurses’ innovative behaviour and innovation outputs, with the innovative behaviour having the most significant impact on innovation outputs, which will benefit healthcare organizations and the healthcare provided to patients during the pandemic, through innovative behaviours and products. It is also possible to understand how the available resources and the demands imposed on nurses interfere with their innovative behaviour (Job Demands-Resources model).

Resumen
Purpose The diffusion of management accounting innovations (MAIs) is the focus of much debate in the management accounting research community. Extant contributions have drawn on a large of number of theories, including innovation diffusion theory and various sociologically inspired theories such as management fashion. The purpose of this paper is to examine and develop Røvik’s virus theory in the context of how MAIs diffuse. The paper further evaluates and elaborates on the potential usefulness of the virus perspective to empirical research on MAIs. Design/methodology/approach The paper uses a conceptual and explorative research approach. The paper introduces the virus perspective and compares this perspective with several other theoretical perspectives often used in studies of the diffusion of MAIs. This enables the identification of characteristics specific to the virus perspective. The paper also re-examines a number of prior studies of MAIs and identifies different virus characteristics implicit in these studies. Findings The findings of the paper imply that the virus perspective is a useful basis for empirical research on MAIs. The virus perspective differs from other theoretical perspectives in several respects and is particularly suited for longitudinal studies of both MAIs and organizational change. However, the perspective could be used at other levels of analysis as well. The extant studies reviewed in this paper provide support for the viral characteristics of MAIs. The paper also identifies and discusses avenues for future research using the virus perspective as a theoretical lens. Originality/value The virus perspective has been given little attention in research on MAIs, as well as more generally within accounting research. This research paper demonstrates that the virus perspective offers a rich and valuable conceptual framework for studying how demand-side organizations are affected by MAIs over extensive periods of time. The paper also discusses the implications of the virus perspective with respect to the research method.

The principle of affine symmetry is applied here to the nested fullerene cages (carbon onions) that arise in the context of carbon chemistry. Previous work on affine extensions of the icosahedral group has revealed a new organizational principle in virus structure and assembly. This group-theoretic framework is adapted here to the physical requirements dictated by carbon chemistry, and it is shown that mathematical models for carbon onions can be derived within this affine symmetry approach. This suggests the applicability of affine symmetry in a wider context in nature, as well as offering a novel perspective on the geometric principles underpinning carbon chemistry.

Resumen
The Coronavirus pandemic is a severe problem throughout 2020 for the whole world, including Indonesia. The Coronavirus pandemic question is not only about the virus, which makes the health of an individual decrease, but in several countries, including Indonesia, the existence of the coronavirus pandemic has put the health ministry's performance in the spotlight because the coronavirus pandemic is related to health. Many have speculated that the increasing coronavirus pandemic in Indonesia is due to the Ministry of Health's slow performance in preventing the Coronavirus pandemic. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive analysis approach. The questionnaire uses a closed questionnaire presented in a question or statement equipped with alternative responses/answers. This research's analysis method is the quantitative analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM). This study shows that training is proven to have a positive and real effect on the Ministry of Health's organizational culture, meaning that the Ministry of Health's increasing practice will improve the Ministry of Health employees' corporate culture. This influence is determined by the training held by BBPK Jakarta for employees of the Ministry of Health to form employees with an excellent organizational culture.

Resumen
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected care workers all over the globe, as older and more vulnerable people face a high risk of developing severe symptoms and dying from the virus infection. The aim of this study was to compare staff experiences of stress and anxiety as well as internal and external organizational support in Sweden, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom (UK) in order to determine how care staff were affected by the pandemic. A 29-item online questionnaire was used to collect data from care staff respondents: management (n = 136), nurses (n = 132), nursing assistants (n = 195), and other healthcare staff working in these organizations (n = 132). Stress and anxiety levels were highest in the UK and Germany, with Swedish staff showing the least stress. Internal and external support only partially explain the outcomes. Striking discrepancies between different staff groups’ assessment of organizational support as well as a lack of staff voice in the UK and Germany could be key factors in understanding staff’s stress levels during the pandemic. Structural, political, cultural, and economic factors play a significant role, not only factors within the care organization or in the immediate context.

Resumen
Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has not only affected individuals, but also disease specific not-for-profits and charities. Brain tumor not-for-profit and charitable organizations around the world exist in all shapes and sizes, and address unmet needs of the patients and caregivers they serve. The International Brain Tumor Alliance(IBTA) carried out an international survey to identify organization changes brought about by the virus and the approaches adopted to address operational challenges created by COVID-19. A 37-question survey was sent across the world. In total, 77 organizations from 22 countries responded. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were used to present RESULTS: Responses fell into three categories: 1) organizational characteristics, 2) the impact of COVID-19 on services, and 3) how COVID-19 has affected the financial and human resources in these organizations. Although organizational characteristics vary widely, common concerns reported across organizations were primarily: a) the disruption of activities which impacted organizations’ abilities to offer their usual services and b) challenges to sustaining funding. Although brain tumor organizations have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, organizations quickly adjusted to this unprecedented global healthcare crisis.

Certain basic research findings in the life sciences have the potential for misuse by states or sophisticated terrorist organizations seeking to develop more lethal or effective biological weapons. The recognition of this problem has led to proposals for new systems of governance, including the international review and oversight of “dual-use” research. The case of the World Health Organization's Advisory Committee on Variola Virus Research (VAC), which oversees all research with the live smallpox virus, offers some useful lessons for assess- ing these proposals. This article examines how the VAC has dealt with conten- tious policy issues, describes the strengths and weaknesses of the oversight process, and discusses the implications for the international governance of dual-use research.

Resumen
Although the first coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) wave has peaked with the second wave underway, the world is still struggling to manage potential systemic risks and unpredictability of the pandemic. A particular challenge is the “superspreading” of the virus, which starts abruptly, is difficult to predict, and can quickly escalate into medical and socio-economic emergencies that contribute to long-lasting crises challenging our current ways of life. In these uncertain times, organizations and societies worldwide are faced with the need to develop appropriate strategies and intervention portfolios that require fast understanding of the complex interdependencies in our world and rapid, flexible action to contain the spread of the virus as quickly as possible, thus preventing further disastrous consequences of the pandemic. We integrate perspectives from systems sciences, epidemiology, biology, social networks, and organizational research in the context of the superspreading phenomenon to understand the complex system of COVID-19 pandemic and develop suggestions for interventions aimed at rapid responses.

Resumen
The circumstances of the Coronavirus disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19) pandemic have had a significant impact on global and national developments, affecting the existence of society in all its expressions, as well as the lives of people themselves. In the context of the pandemic, increased attention has been focused on acute measures, but the ending of the pandemic is expected as a resolution of the related healthcare problems. However, there are several indicators that the COVID-19 pandemic might induce long-term consequences for individual and public health. Some of the consequences are inferred and predictable, but there are also areas of medicine that have been indirectly affected by the pandemic, and these consequences have not yet been sufficiently explored. This study is focused on drawing attention to some of the COVID-19 pandemic consistencies and the pandemic-revealed inconsistencies in healthcare. Content analysis and statistical analysis were applied to achieve the aim of the study. The main findings of the study address chronic disease burden (particularly, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS)), healthcare governance and organizational issues, and the synergy between health policy perspectives and innovative solutions in practice. The study provides insight into the particular healthcare issues affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as the increase in mortality in some diagnoses besides COVID-19 and the possible emergence of a new type of resistance—vaccine-resistance—contemporaneously supporting the identification of the tendencies and currently unnoticed indirect consistencies and inconsistencies revealed by the pandemic.

Resumen
In a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business environment (VUCA environment) organizations often face changes, being forced to update their strategy in order to maintain or increase their competitive advantage. In the context of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, all organizations regardless of their area of activity had to devise a fast-track action plan so that they could continue their work even in a new world - an uncertain world with many changes, from one hour to another. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to reveal the connection between the VUCA business environment and the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic context, respectively the way in which organizational change analyzed through the VUCA world could influence the activity of organizations in the pandemic context. In order to achieve these objectives, a systematic review was conducted. Starting from the present studies and researches, this paper aims to present the main components of the VUCA world and how they influence organizational change, the implications that the pandemic context had on the activity organizations, changes in the style of coordination and leadership of organizations caused by SARS-CoV-2, as well as the new skills and competencies that employees of organizations must acquire in order to cope with an insecure and complex business environment. The results showed that taking into account the aspects characteristic of the VUCA world can play a decisive role when a crisis situation arises, such as that created by SARS - CoV-2.
