Resumen

L’usine UP2-400, première usine du site Orano la Hague, a réalisé le traitement des combustibles des réacteurs Uranium naturel graphite gaz (UNGG) de type UMo (alliage molybdène) et MoSnAI (alliage molybdène, étain et aluminium), de 1966 à 1985, ainsi que le traitement des combustibles usés des réacteurs de la filière eau légère (UOx). Du fait de ces caractéristiques chimiques, Orano a mis au point la vitrification des produits de fission en creuset froid. Le point sur cette haute technologie.

Resumen

Orano Mining has relied on Nuclear Measurement Laboratories for several years to estimate calibration factors for borehole radiometric probes. The total gamma count rate recorded with a NaI(Tl) scintillation detector (NGRS probe) is converted into equivalent uranium grade using a calibration coefficient in s-1.ppmU-1 units, estimated thanks to different calibration blocks ranging from 0 to 10,000 ppm of uranium, at Orano CIME calibration facility in Bessines, France. Recently, Orano Mining embarked on an update of its measurement means by associating gamma spectrometry directly in the wellbore. Therefore, Orano Mining has recently tested a CeBr3 probe designed and developed by ALT (Advanced Logic Technology) to qualify a patented borehole spectroscopic method based on energy bands recently developed by CEA and Orano. In this context, we have implemented a fine Monte Carlo modelling of this new probe in order to correct the calibration coefficients as a function of different parameters such as the drilling diameter, the presence of a casing, the density of the mineralization, the distance of the probe with respect to the well or casing walls, etc. In the present work, we have simulated the CeBr3 probe in the concrete calibration blocks of Orano CIME. The MCNP model of the probe has been validated through a comparison with experimental data. The calibration coefficient determined by simulation is 11.6 s-1.ppm -1 > 10 % in total gamma counting, which is in good agreement with the one measured in Bessines, i.e. 10.6 s-1.ppm -1. The calculation vs. experiment agreement is also satisfactory (i.e. within 10 %) for spectroscopic energy bands used to characterize the uranium grade in case of disequilibrium in the uranium chain, when total count rate does not apply. This method recently developed for samples and boreholes will be tested in future work with this new CeBr3 probe.

Orano, en tant qu’expert industriel mondial du cycle du combustible, est idéalement positionné pour soutenir et renforcer la souveraineté énergétique française, de même que pour accompagner le développement du nucléaire dans le monde. Le groupe n’a jamais cessé d’investir, que ce soit dans les mines, la conversion ou encore l’enrichissement avec notamment le renouvellement des usines au cours de la dernière décennie. Afin d’accompagner cette relance en France d’abord, en Europe et dans le monde ensuite, Orano pourrait doubler voire tripler ses investissements dans le cycle. Alors que le projet d’extension de l’usine Georges Besse II, qui a été validé par le conseil d’administration du groupe en octobre dernier sera majoritairement autofinancé, les financements devront être trouvés afin qu’Orano soit en mesure de déployer des projets majeurs tels que le renouvellement des capacités minières ou des installations de l’aval du cycle, pour lequel des décisions devront être prises dans le courant de l’année 2024.

Le cycle du combustible repose aujourd’hui sur le mono-recyclage des matières valorisables issues du traitement des combustibles usés. Pour répondre aux orientations de la Programmation pluriannuelle de l’énergie (PPE), les industriels, dans le cadre du contrat stratégique de la filière, ont défini trois enjeux avec des objectifs complémentaires à des horizons de court, moyen et long terme. Ces derniers devraient permettre de progresser par étapes successives dans la mise en oeuvre de l’économie circulaire pour atteindre in fine la fermeture de tout le cycle du combustible. Nous faisons le point sur ces trois enjeux, à partir d’une table ronde animée par Cécile Evans, directrice marketing et développement stratégique dans les activités aval chez Orano, lors de la Convention 2020 de la SFEN.

In the framework of the MICADO project, funded by Euratom H2020 program, a system of gamma ray and neutron counters was developed. These counters are meant to be deployed as a monitoring grid around radwaste drums in low and/or intermediate waste storage sites, even though they could be usefully employed also for high level waste. A prototype of the MICADO gamma and neutron monitoring grid was installed and tested around real radwaste drums in two storage sites on the ORANO and NUCLECO premises, at La Hague and Casaccia respectively. A modular support structure, was assembled in four units in order to accommodate four radwaste drums. Each support unit hosted four gamma ray counters and four neutron counters. In both cases the units were installed around four radwaste drums also containing small or tiny quantities of actinides, and data were acquired. The results are quite promising as the system behaved as expected from previous tests and from the nominal radiological info about the drums.

Resumen

After the accident at the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Station, a large amount of contaminated water was treated using several decontamination systems with different natures of adsorbents and chemicals. The resulting wastes, called Fukushima Effluent Treatment Wastes (FETW), were stored at the Fukushima Dai-ichi site. Vitrification could be the most promising treatment method to package these wastes. The consortium gathering CEA, Orano, ECM Technologies and ANDRA, implemented an in situ, robust, simple and versatile In-Can vitrification process, the DEM&MELT technology. Since 2018, the applicability of this technology for FETW treatment and conditioning has been evaluated. In 2021–2022, studies focused on one particular waste, coming from the ALPS system (Advanced Liquid Processing System-Multi Radionuclides Removal) generating around 70%vol. of FETW. This waste is composed of two co-precipitation slurries: one mainly composed of iron hydroxide, and one of calcium carbonate and magnesium hydroxide. The purpose of this article is to highlight the feasibility of ALPS slurries vitrification with DEM&MELT, relying on tests performed from laboratory-scale to full-scale. Macroscopically homogeneous glasses were produced using the DEM&MELT demonstrator, with a waste loading of 60 wt.% (expressed as waste dry mass) and microstructural analyses were performed. It gives promising results for FETW conditioning with the DEM&MELT process.

Rapid development of China’s internal nuclear market, together with its rise on the international arena and the declared transition to green economy, gave a crucial impetus to its aspirations to enter the international atomic market as a global exporter of nuclear technology. The aim of this article is to define the political and ideological foundations underpinning such an ambitious endeavor, as well as predict the related development in the short and mid-term perspective. The author utilizes both general scientific methods as well as statistical and comparative analysis to single out the directions of China’s nuclear market outreach, both regionally and globally. Pakistan, widely presented as a flagship example of China’s exporting its know-how in nuclear engineering, remains the only partner of a kind in the broader Asia-Pacific. This article demonstrates that Belt and Road Initiative (specifically, the Green Silk Road), out of all multiple formats, was arguably chosen by the Chinese government as the most suitable framework for expanding its influence in the nuclear domain and filling a certain gap which formed after Westinghouse and Areva (now Orano) got reorganised after encountering financial problems. At the same time, China’s bid for leadership in the sphere of nuclear technology is obstructed by some impediments. Among them are Russia’s dominance in breakthrough areas of nuclear engineering and Rosatom’s large market share, as well as lack of political will in some countries’ elites to build ties with China in this strategic realm, opting for competition instead.

Born into a pieds-noir family in Algeria in the first part of the 20th century, Pierre Claverie (1938–1996) realizes that he lived in a colonial bubble, completely ignoring the Algerian and Muslim realities. This “prise de conscience” will constitute the beginning of a deep mystical experience, a true process of “spiritual enlightenment” through which Claverie will try to re-establish himself in the lost meeting of his youth when he used to live in his “Western and Catholic bubble”. His theological path will also be an institutional one: he will become a Dominican monk and Catholic bishop of Orano. Inevitably, his desire to spiritually encounter the Algerian reality in its Muslim identity will make Pierre Claverie reflect on the tension present in the paradox of the concept of religious truth (absolutely unique and/or multiple?). His reflection on the uniqueness/pluralism of religious truth represents a model of post-conciliar theological understanding that is worth examining and that supports a very current approach in today’s religious and social world: understanding/accepting the truth of the other without the impression of betraying one’s own truth. This study aims to deepen the mystical theological reflection of Bishop Pierre Claverie, considered a martyr in the Catholic Church, with regards to the concept of religious truth. It also to tries to understand how this reflection fits into the Catholic theological line inaugurated by the Second Vatican Council (1962–1965).

Abstract The structural controls on unconformity-related uranium deposits of the Athabasca basin, Saskatchewan, Canada, are a matter of debate regarding the role of inherited fault systems and their reactivation. This can be related to the lack of outcrops allowing for direct observations, the strong clay alteration halos wrapping deposits that often obliterate structures, and the poor core recovery related to drilling strongly altered and mineralized intervals, which limits observation of structures and reliable oriented measurements. Borehole imaging technology is an invaluable alternative for obtaining oriented data through challenging drilling intervals. The use of borehole Acoustic Televiewer (ATV) has been integrated in recent exploratory campaigns in the Athabasca basin by Orano Canada. Here, we present the inputs and benefits of the use of the ATV in the exploration of unconformity-related uranium deposits and the structural analysis of oriented data from seven inclined diamond drill holes completed in 2016 during the McClean project (Sue deposits). The main objectives were to precisely identify the structural controls of the basement-hosted mineralization, and to test the tool in a well-known site. This work shows the applicability and added value of using televiewer probes to provide reliable oriented data in zones where there is much less information available. The ATV data structural interpretation supports the concept of mineralization of dilational jogs opening during preexisting shear-related foliation under right-lateral reverse fault reactivation. The ATV provides robust oriented data, allowing for a better understanding of the meaning of flat-lying mineralized structures along the Sue trend.

Resumen

Cohorts of nuclear workers are particularly relevant to study the health effects of protracted exposures to low doses at low dose-rates of ionizing radiation (IR). In France, a cohort of nuclear workers badge-monitored for external IR exposure has been followed-up for several decades. Its size and follow-up period have recently been extended. The present paper focuses on mortality from both cancer and non-cancer diseases in this cohort. The SELTINE cohort of nuclear workers employed by CEA, Orano, and EDF companies was followed-up for mortality from 1968 to 2014. Mortality in the cohort was compared to that in the French general population. Poisson regression methods were used to estimate excess relative rates of mortality per unit of cumulative dose of IR, adjusted for calendar year, age, company, duration of employment, and socioeconomic status. The cohort included 80,348 workers. At the end of the follow-up, the mean attained age was 63 years, and 15,695 deaths were observed. A strong healthy worker effect was observed overall. A significant excess of pleural cancer mortality was observed but not associated with IR dose. Death from solid cancers was positively but non-significantly associated with radiation. Death from leukaemia (excluding chronic lymphocytic leukaemia), dementia, and Alzheimer’s disease were positively and significantly associated with IR dose. Estimated dose–risk relationships were consistent with those from other nuclear worker studies for all solid cancers and leukaemia but remained associated with large uncertainty. The association between IR dose and dementia mortality risk should be interpreted with caution and requires further investigation by other studies.

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 01.01.2019 tarihinden itibaren uygulanmak üzere yürürlüğe giren Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standardı 16 Kiralamalar standardının ortaya çıkardığı değişimin, Borsa İstanbul A.Ş.’de kayıtlı imalat sektöründeki işletmelerin finansal durum tablolarına etki düzeylerini belirlemektir. Bu amaçla, bu işletmelerin 2019, 2020 ve 2021 yılları çeyrek periyot dönemlerine ait finansal durum tablolarından ve dipnotlarından elde edilen kullanım hakkı varlıkları ve kiralama yükümlülükleri tutarlarının, işletmelerin likidite ve finansal yapı oranları ile etkisi panel veri analiz yöntemleri ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulguları değerlendirildiğinde; kullanım hakkı varlıklarında ortaya çıkan artışın, nakit oran ve stok bağımlılık oran değerleri üzerinde artışa neden olduğu cari oran, asit – test oranı, kaldıraç oranı, duran varlıklar / yabancı kaynaklar oranı, duran varlıklar / özkaynaklar oranı, özkaynaklar / aktif toplamı oranı ve finansman oranı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı, kira yükümlülüklerinde ortaya çıkan artışın, nakit oran ve stok bağımlılık oranı üzerinde artışa, duran varlıklar / yabancı kaynaklar oranı üzerinde azalışa neden olduğu cari oran, asit – test oranı, kaldıraç oranı, duran varlıklar / özkaynaklar oranı, özkaynaklar / aktif toplamı oranı ve finansman oranı üzerinde anlamlı bir etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.

Resumen

Teak (Tectona grandis L.f.) is one of the important timbers of the world and is honoured as the ‘King’ of Indian timbers. It is grown in large scale by people in farm forestry and agroforestry programme and also by various agencies. To understand the characteristics of seeds and the quality of seedlings raised from seeds of selected teak clones, an investigation was carried out. Fruits were collected from 25 clones of teak grown at Silviculture Research Station, Koshala, Angul, Odisha (India) and tested at College of Forestry, Odisha University of Agriculture & Technology, Bhubaneswar (India). Experiments were carried out under Completely Randomized Design with 3 replications. Significant variation in fruit characteristics such as fruit length, fruit width, 100 fruit weight, number of seeds per fruit, fruit viability and germination percent was observed. Fruit length varied from 1.08 to 1.57cm and ORANP-4 produced longest fruit while MHALA-7 had minimum value. Fruit width differed from 1.20 to 2.58cm and the highest width was recorded in ORAN-1 (1.58 cm) and lowest in MHALA- 7. Weight of 100 fruits ranged from 34.28 to 56.64g and ORAN-1 recorded maximum fruit weight which was at par with MHALP-9 (54.23 g) while ORPUB -13 registered the minimum value which statistically similar to MHALA-7. Number of seeds per fruit varied from 3.10 to 4.00. Fruit viability varied from 47.56 to 70.38% and ORAN-4 excelled in viability and remained statistically at par with ORPUB-23, MHALA-9 and ORANR-6. Germination percent of fruit varied from 30.5 to 49.50% and ORANP-4 recorded maximum germination percent, but it was statistically similar to MHALA-9 and ORANR-6. The growth and quality of seedlings raised from the open pollinated seeds of clones also exhibited significant difference. MHALA-9 excelled over others with regard to collar diameter, height, number of leaves, shoot weight, root weight and quality of seedling in 15 month of assessment in nursery. It recorded seedling quality index of 16.41 at the age of 15 month.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perdebatan klise setiap tahunnya antara umat muslim dan nasrani, yaitu hari raya Natal. Perdebatan tentang mengucapkan selamat Natal yang terus-menerus mengalir menjadikan nya semakin merembet menuju celah-celah permasalahan lain, hingga pada puncaknya, bermuara pada surga dan neraka. Narasi “yang penting baik sama orang lain, surga dan neraka itu urusan Tuhan” menjadi senjata utama yang membentengi narasi “Humanity Above Religion” yang gaung disuarakan dewasa ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penafsiran para mufassir terkait ayat-ayat tematik yang selaras dengan ayat terkait pahala bagi Yahudi dan Nasrani. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian kualitatif. Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sudut pandang Islam sebagai sebuah agama melalui Alquranterkait narasi kemanusian diatas agama. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengkaji penelitian ini adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumenter dengan menela’ah literatur-literatur yang berkaitan dengan judul.

Resumen

The Semelai are a proto-Malay Orang Asli tribe settled around Negeri Sembilan and Pahang, Malaysia. Their settlements in Negeri Sembilan are in Sungai Lui Orang Asli Village and Sungai Sampo Orang Asli Village in Jempol. A few of their number also settled in some areas in Bera, Pahang. A majority of this community still adhere to ancestral faiths, although some have converted to Islam since the 1990s. This paper will discuss the leadership system practiced in Semelai society as well as the role and function of leader (called as Tok Batin) in this society. This study uses the qualitative approach through data collection via interviews with key informants in Sungai Lui Orang Asli Village, Jempol. The data are later analysed through a descriptive interpretive method. The research found that the leadership system in this community is a combination of traditional and modern style because it has been inherited from their ancestors and at the same time is also tied to the modern system introduced by the Department of Development of Orang Asli. In this regard, Tok Batin has a great role including being the representative of the Department of Development of Orang Asli in the village administration as well as being a reference and problem solver in matters of community customs and social matters.

Dalam menyelami Yohanes 9, potret orang-orang Farisi merupakan suatu topik yang sering diabaikan karena para ahli kerap kali menjadikan orang buta sejak lahir sebagai fokus utama. Artikel ini merupakan sebuah tinjauan biblis yang berusaha mengkaji potret orang-orang Farisi yang ditampilkan dalam Yohanes 9. Penulis berpendapat bahwa potret orang-orang Farisi dalam Yohanes 9 dapat dikategorikan sebagai sekelompok orang yang memiliki narsisisme beragama. Gagasan tersebut diperoleh oleh penulis dengan melakukan kajian konteks sosio-historis Injil Yohanes, potret orang-orang Farisi dalam keseluruhan Injil Yohanes, konflik keagamaan antara orang-orang Farisi dengan orang buta sejak lahir yang menghasilkan pengusiran terhadap orang buta tersebut, dan kecaman Yesus terhadap orang-orang Farisi yang merasa melihat, namun sebetulnya buta. Pada bagian akhir dari tulisan ini, penulis menyimpulkan artikel ini dengan membuat suatu penilaian terhadap hasil kajian biblis ini berdasarkan perspektif psikologis mengenai narsisisme yang menunjukkan bahwa potret orang-orang Farisi dalam Yohanes 9 sangat cocok dengan ciri-ciri narsisisme, khususnya dalam konteks beragama.

Çalışma sermayesi yönetiminin her işletme açısından önemli olmakla birlikte ayrı özellikler barındırmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışma sermayesinin karlılığa etkisini ölçülmektir. Veriler, Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu dijital sayfalarından alınmıştır. BIST XKOBI endeksinde verilerine ulaşılabilen 14 işletmenin 2019-2021 yılsonu değerleri ile 2022 yılının dokuz aya ait dönem sonu değerleri kullanılmıştır. Kullanılan yöntem, panel veri regresyon analizidir. Bağımsız değişkenler olarak, alacakların tahsil süresi, cari oran, finansal kaldıraç oranı, çalışma sermayesi finansman politikası oranı ve çalışma sermayesi yatırım politikası oranı kullanılmıştır. Net kâr marjı oranı ise, kontrol değişken olarak kullanılmıştır. Bağımlı değişkenler ise, aktif kârlılık oranı ve öz sermaye kârlılık oranlarıdır. Sonuç olarak, sadece FKO, WCFP bağımsız değişkenlerinin aktif kârlılığı üzerinde negatif etkisinin olduğu belirlemiştir. Diğer ATS, CO ve WCIP bağımsız değişkenlerin aktif kârlılığı üzerinde etkisini görülmemiştir. Hiçbir bağımsız değişkenin öz kaynak kârlılığına etkisinin olmadığı gözlemlenmiştir. NKM kontrol değişkeninin ise aktif kârlılığı ve öz kaynak kârlılığı üzerinde az da olsa pozitif etkisinin olduğu söylenebilir. Çalışmayla ulaşılan sonuçların literatürdeki birçok çalışmayla örtüştüğü söylenebilir. Aktif kârlılığı ölçmede finansal kaldıraç oranı ve çalışma sermayesi yatırım politikası oranı kullanılabilir. Kullanılan oran ve işletmelerle sınırlı olan bu çalışma daha başka oran ve işletmeler üzerinde uygulanabilir.

The limit of ability in hearing and speaking in some people is not an obstacle to understanding the concept of God. This research aims at the discovering the range of understanding of the deaf community (Koloks) in Bengkala on the concept of God. Data sources are spoken texts, which were selected by using ‘Go Fishing’ technique, on which data have been collected randomly and without specific planning. The selected data were analysed by using the ethnographic method; their purpose is to collect several data that explain issues which are focusing on the conducted research. The result data are spoken texts; those are interviews with seven deaf people and three important persons in Bengkala village, namely Made Arpana (Former Head of the Village), Mangku Deni (temple priest), and Ketut Kanta, who is the Kelihan or the Chief of Bengkala Deaf Community. The result of this research comes to the conclusion that generally Bengkala deaf people know and understand the concept of God. Their spiritual life is vivid as they are following all the values and worship procedures according to Balinese-Hindu religion, which comprises daily worships, life-circle rituals, and religious ceremonies.

AbstrakTema lokalitas yang dikemas dengan sangat apik mengantarkan Felix K. Nesi menyabet pemenang sayembara tahunan DKJ 2018. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dinamika lokalitas masyarakat NTT yang dinarasikan pengarang dalam novelnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Orang-Orang Oetimukarya Felix K. Nesi. Data penelitian berupa kata, frasa, atau kalimat yang menunjukkan unsur-unsur lokalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama terdapat enam unsur lokalitas yang dinarasikan dalam novel. Enam unsur tersebut diantaranya ialah lokalitas bahasa, lokalitas religi, lokalitas sistem pengetahuan, lokalitas sistem perekonomian, lokalitas kesenian, serta lokalitas sistem teknologi. Kedua, sebagian besar unsur lokalitas tersebut mengalami perkembangan. Perkembangan ini bagaikan dua sisi mata pisau, dimana satu sisi memberikan pengaruh positif dan sisi yang lain memberikan pengaruh yang negatif. Ketiga, adanya perkembangan kebudayaan ini tidak terlepas dari munculnya arus globalisasi yang terbangun atas 4 dimensi kebudayaan global yakni ideoscape, ethnoscape, mediascape, dan technoscape. The purpose of this study was to examine the dynamics of locality of the NTT. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a sociological approach to literature. The data source of this research is the novel Orang-Orang Oetimu by Felix K. Nesi. Research data form of words, phrases, or sentences that indicate of locality. The results of this study are first there are six elements of locality narrated in the novel. These six elements include language locality, religious locality, knowledge system locality, economic system locality, artistic locality, and technological system locality. Second,) most of these elements locality is developing. Development are two sides of the blade, where one side impact positive and the other negative impact. Firmaların finansal performans değerlendirmesi çok kriterli karar verme problemlerinden biridir. Bu çalışmada Türk sigorta sektörünün oldukça önemli bir parçasını oluşturan hayat dışı sigorta şirketlerinin 2009-2017 dönemine ilişkin genel performansının analiz edilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Analiz kapsamında sektöre özgü 10 adet finansal oran (prim/özsermaye, özsermaye/varlık toplamı, özsermaye/teknik karşılıklar, prim alacakları/özsermaye, sermaye yeterlilik oranı, teknik karşılık oranı, cari oran, likidite oranı, özsermaye karlılığı ve aktif karlılığı) kullanılmıştır. Çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden TOPSIS (MULTIMOORA) yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilen analiz neticesinde Türkiye’de hayat dışı sigorta branşlarının en başarılı olduğu yılın 2017 (2009) olduğu, bununla beraber en başarısız olduğu yılın ise 2012 olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

Artikel ini menjelaskan orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak bisa meredam konflik pribadi sehingga tidak meluas menjadi konflik kelompok, faktor-faktor harmonisasi di Nagari Pauah. Pemilihan informan dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 15 orang di antaranya, Wali Nagari, orang Minangkabau, serta orang Batak. Pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Nagari Pauah Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping, Kabupaten Pasaman. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak dapat meredam konflik pribadi sehingga tidak meluas menjadi konflik kelompok, karena adanya kesadaran orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak bahwa berkonflik itu tidak baik. Orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak memiliki rasa malu jika bertengkar dan selalu mengutamakan kekeluargaan untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Harmonisasi yang terjadi antar orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak karena interaksi sosial yang dibangun berjalan dengan baik, adanya sikap saling menghargai antar orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak, dan solidaritas sosial antar orang Minangkabau dan orang Batak.

Resumen

Perdagangan orang dan penyelundupan orang merupakan bentuk kejahatan terhadap hak asasi manusia. Meskipun kedua tindak pidana tersebut berbeda baik dalam tujuannya ataupun pengaturannya secara definisi dan undang-undang yang mengatur, tetapi terdapat banyak persamaan yang bersinggungan antara tindak pidana perdagangan orang dan tindak pidana penyelundupan orang. Persamaan tersebut seringkali membuat bias aparat penegak hukum dalam penerapan penegakan hukumnya. Untuk itu penelitian ini menguraikan karateristik dari tindak pidana perdagangan orang dan penyelundupan orang serta beberapa titik singgung dari kedua tindak pidana tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian normatif yaitu metode penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan meneliti bahan pustaka dengan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan
