Resumen: Estudiamos y editamos las siguientes poesías devotas: 1) Digas, hortelano; 2) A vos, Virgen pía, estrella que guía; 3) Yo conozco, digo y cuento; 4) Oíd, reina que al cielo. La edición más antigua conocida que las reúne todas, aunque sine notis, se publicó en Valencia hacia 1561-1563, con una rúbrica que atribuía la primera a Joan Timoneda, la tercera a Francisco de Argüello y la última a Ángel González. Otros testimonios posteriores, y también algunos índices expurgatorios, consideran que las cuatro obras fueron compuestas por Timoneda, a quien Pere Salvà i Mallén asignó de manera más particular la segunda, es decir la Pavana de Nuestra Señora, aunque esta fue impresa en un pliego poético datable hacia 1533-1535 y, por tanto, parece anterior al período de actividad literaria del mencionado poeta. Si durante los siglos XVI-XVII estos poemas se difundieron conjuntamente en forma de pliego suelto, se nota la ausencia de testimonios impresos en el Setecientos, justo cuando entraron en los índices de libros prohibidos. Aparte de describir las fuentes antiguas localizadas, establecemos algunas conexiones entre estas cuatro obras y otras muestras poéticas circunscritas al contexto valenciano de mediados del siglo XVI.Palabras clave: Siglo XVI, poesía castellana, transmisión textual, edición, Valencia, Joan Timoneda, contrafactumAbstract: We study and edit four Spanish poems with the following opening lines: 1) Digas, hortelano; 2) A vos, Virgen pía, estrella que guía; 3) Yo conozco, digo y cuento; 4) Oíd, reina que al cielo. The earliest known edition that includes all of them was published sine notis (but probably in Valencia from 1561 to 1563) with a rubric that attributed the first work to Joan Timoneda, the third one to Francisco de Argüello and the last one to Ángel González. Some later literary sources and indexes of forbidden books consider that the four pieces were composed by Joan Timoneda, at whom Pere Salvà i Mallén assigned more specifically the second poem, titled Pavana de Nuestra Señora, although it was printed in a chapbook datable circa 1533-1535 and therefore it seems written prior to Timoneda’s output. These four pieces were published together in chapbook form during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, but there is no evidence of its printed transmission during the eighteenth century, just when they were expurgated. We describe some known printed books and manuscripts transmitting these poems, and we relate them to another poetic works emerged in mid-sixteenth century Valencia.Keywords: Sixteenth century; Spanish poetry; textual transmission; edition; Valencia; Joan Timoneda; contrafactum

Let P r denote an almost-prime with at most r prime factors, counted according to multiplicity. In this paper, it is proved that, for α ∈ ℝ / ℚ , β ∈ ℝ , and 0 < θ < 10 / 1561 , there exist infinitely many primes p , such that α p 2 + β < p − θ and p + 2 = P 4 , which constitutes an improvement upon the previous result.

Resumen
The article is devoted to the study of topical issues of legislative regulation of criminal offenses against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of the person, provided for Articles 152–1561 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In the process of research the author identified a number of shortcomings and gaps in their legislative regulation, namely: 1) contradictions in terms of «the child» (the Criminal Code does not specify which age group is included in this concept), «the minor» (a person aged 14 to 18 under Article 32 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and «the person under 16 years of age». These contradictions arise between the content of the dispositions and the titles of Articles 156 «Corruption of minors» and 1561 «Solicitation of children for sexual purposes» of the Criminal Code of Ukraine; 2) it lack of legislative concretization of the concept of «indecent assault» in Art. 156 «Corruption of minors»; 3) dualism and competition of legal norms in the application of Part 4 of Art. 152 «Rape» and Art. 155 «Committing acts of a sexual nature with a person under the age of sixteen», associated with the presence in both articles of the possibility of «voluntary consent» of «the person under 14 years of age» to commit sexual intercourse; 4) clarification of the possibility of practical application of Art. 1561 «Sexual harassment of a child». The author proposed the following changes and additions to the provisions of the Criminal Code of Ukraine to eliminate these shortcomings: 1) to formulate the name of Art. 156 as «Corruption of a person under the age of sixteen» and Art. 1561 as «Solicitation for sexual purposes of a person under the age of sixteen»; 2) to define the concept of «lecherous acts» in Art. 156 «Corruption of minors», for example, as «acts related to the physical and/or intellectual depravity of the victim in the sexual sphere», including those related to «exposure or touching the genitals, incitement to natural and unnatural sexual intercourse, conducting cynical conversations on sexual topics»; 3) to exclude from the text of the disposition part 4 of Art. 152 the concept of «voluntary consent» and supplement Art. 155 by the part 3, that provides the next: «The acts provided in part one of this article, committed against a person under the age of fourteen, – will be punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to fifteen years». It is the presence of legible, consistent and justified criminal law norms in criminal offenses against sexual freedom and integrity of the person will ensure reliable legal protection of moral values of the child and society in Ukraine and proper implementation of criminal law policy of the Ukrainian state.

The subjugation of Northern Estonia to Swedish rule in 1561 is described in all general presentations of history, yet by and large, the course of events has not been traced in newer research. This period of history is very remarkable in three aspects. First of all, it was important for Sweden’s political history because over the course of the subsequent hundred years, Sweden became a major power in the Baltic Sea region, in reference to which the expression dominium maris Baltici is used. Secondly, the events of 1561–62 were of local importance because they led to the demise of the State of the Livonian Order in Livonia, which also meant the end of the Middle Ages in that region. The third viewpoint concerning the effect of these events to constitutional law is perhaps even more important. They started the transformation of previously unitary Sweden into a European conglomerate state where in addition to the motherland, there were other distinctive parts with different rights, so called provinces. Only a part of this chain of events will be examined in this study, namely the visit of the Swedish envoys Klas Kristersson Horn, Hans Larsson Björnram and Herman Bruser to Tallinn from March to June of 1561 and the events following this visit after the coronation of the king in Stockholm towards the end of the summer. There is abundant source material related to the deliberations (correspondence, presentations, documents verifying privileges, descriptions of oral conversations) and part of it has been published, but there are many loose ends in this material, first and foremost in regard to questions related to constitutional issues. A completely new picture of the history of the birth of Sweden as a great power emerges as a result of the careful reading of the sources. Unlike later developments, to a great extent the initiative came from Tallinners themselves. Their vision was affected both by the fear of Russia and by the wish to use the opportunities offered by trade with the east. Complete concord prevailed in these matters between the Tallinners and Sweden’s young king Erik XIV. The Harju-Viru knighthood and the nobility of Järvamaa followed the example of Tallinn’s senior magistrates and town council. The vote with acclamation that took place in Tallinn, where the participants chose “with hand and mouth” the king of Sweden as their ruler, was of central importance. This was followed by detailed consultations, where Horn, Björnram and Bruser in accordance with their authorisation agreed to the existing privileges of the corporations. Two separate “acts of recognition” (Huldigung) took place in Tallinn on 4 and 6 June 1951, the content of which was typical in the case of the declaration of the sovereign as ruler. The central elements of these ceremonies were the oath of allegiance and the affirmation of the ruler, ecclesiastical ceremonies and various kinds of expressions of joy. After this, a delegation from the knighthood and the city travelled to Sweden, but they were late (perhaps for diplomatic reasons) for the king’s coronation celebrations held in Uppsala in June of 1561. In this way they did not have to take the oath of allegiance the same way as the Swedes. The final phase of the events took place in audiences with Erik XIV in Stockholm as well as its surrounding area. The promises and the written oaths taken in Tallinn were reviewed on the basis of Sweden’s legal expertise and even though the Swedes were not always satisfied with them, the king affirmed them all the same. He was emphatically benevolent and even approved the privileges presented by the delegations without reading them, asking only whether there was not anything in them contrary to natural law. Thus the privileges of both the knighthood and the city were approved in Norrköping on 2 August 1561. The Riksradet (Council of the Realm) did not participate in making the final decisions and the king also did not request any recommendation from the Riksdag (Sweden’s parliament). Instead, he relied on the permit that Riksdag had already granted to Gustav Vasa in the summer of 1560 “to set foot in Livonia”. The reason as seen from Sweden for incorporating Tallinn and its surrounding region was undoubtedly primarily mercantile. Several features of the policy of Erik XIV, and the selection of envoys (Horn and Björnram) from among persons who knew Russian trade the best, are indicative of this. Yet other reasons also had their effect, for instance state security and the ruler’s ambition and vanity. On the whole, Sweden’s path to becoming a great power can be explained on the basis of the complexity theory and especially the path dependence featured in this theory, where decision-making is limited to the path that has previously been selected. The distinctive feature of the events that took place in Tallinn was the fact that they had the strong support of the city’s inhabitants and that very little military force was used, while on the other hand money was spent liberally to pay for both bribes and awards.

Resumen
Groundwater availability in small islands with limestone is generally low. In order determine the availability and quality of groundwater, geoelectrical measurements were carried out with the Schlumberger electrode configuration on two tracks of Dulah Laut 1 and Dulah Laut 2. The results showed that the rock resistivity in Dulah Laut Village ranged from 27.4 – 1561 Ωm. Groundwater at the Dulah Laut 1 and Dulah Laut 2 were found at a depth of 5.21 m and 7.93 m below ground surface, respectively. The groundwater potential zone with resistivity of less than 150 Ωm was found at a depth of 4 m below the surface. Groundwater quality was classified as moderately polluted with high salinity.

AbstractIn the Musée des Beaux-Arts at Lille there are two shutters from a North-Netherlandish commemorative painting (fig. 2/3) which on comparison with two others in the museums at Valenciennes (fig. i) and La Fère may be attributed to the painter Aertgen van Leyden. The coats of arms painted on the outsides of the shutters (fig-4/5) identify the sitters as Claes Alewijn Claeszz., burgomaster of Leiden (d. 1561), and his wife Anna Cornelisdr. van der Hooch (d.1558) with their children. The whereabouts of the central panel are unknown, but the work must have been painted for the Pieterskerk in Leiden, where the same couple's tombstone, made by the Frisian carver Pieter Dircksz., still is (fig. 6).

For the development of new and potent antimalarial drugs, we designed the virtual library with three points of randomization of novel [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridines bearing a sulfonamide fragment. The library of 1561 compounds has been investigated by both virtual screening and molecular docking methods using falcipain-2 as a target enzyme. 25 chosen hits were synthesized and evaluated for their antimalarial activity in vitro against Plasmodium falciparum. 3-Ethyl-N-(3-fluorobenzyl)-N-(4-methoxyphenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridine-6-sulfonamide and 2-(3-chlorobenzyl)-8-(piperidin-1-ylsulfonyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyridin-3(2H)-one showed in vitro good antimalarial activity with inhibitory concentration IC50 = 2.24 and 4.98 μM, respectively. This new series of compounds may serve as a starting point for future antimalarial drug discovery programs.

Mortality of brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis), brown trout (Salmo trutta), and steelhead trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) from eyed embryo to 82 mm fork length, exposed to Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis (B.t.i.) in the laboratory increased when dosages exceeded recommended rates by 12 000× or more. There was generally no toxicity difference between denatured (autoclaved) and nondenatured B.t.i. for all three trout species at all B.t.i. concentrations tested, indicating that mortality was due to formulation components and not B.t.i. toxin. The 48-h LC50values for brown and brook trout alevins ranged from 1561 to 2321 ppm for both denatured and nondenatured B.t.i. Scanning electron micrographs showed particle and mucus accumulation on gill surfaces from fish exposed to 2000 ppm B.t.i. for 4 h. Oxygen and carbon dioxide levels in blood from exposed (4000 ppm B.t.i. for 4 h) and unexposed fish were similar. Brown trout of 43 mm fork length fed excess B.t.i.-killed or live black flies (Cnephia dacotensis) ate similar quantities of each larval type, and both groups experienced similar mortalities and growth rates at 30-d postexposure.

Abstract. The 3H activity, 18O/16O and 2H/1H ratio and concentration of 33 metals and metalloids have been analysed on ice core samples from the perennial subterranean cave ice deposit of Vukušić Ice Cave, Velebit Mt. The tritium data suggested that the ice deposition at 2–2.4 m depth is build from precipitation fallen ~45 years before sampling and the uppermost ice layer could be estimated between early 1970s and early 1980s or between ~1954 and 1960. Both the fluctuation range of stable water isotopes and the derived isotopic waterline of the ice agree reasonably well with the corresponding data of the local precipitation. This fact predicts that the potential of Vukušić Ice Cave's ice deposit is superior for paleoclimatological studies to the nearby Ledena Pit. Principal component analysis helped to select three groups of elements. The Ca-Mg governed group (PC1) encompasses the bedrock related components; hence the fluctuation of these elements might reflect the past intensities of the dissolution process of the adjacent epikarst. The Zn governed group (PC2) preserves probably an atmospheric deposition signal and related to the emission of regional non-ferrous metallurgy. PC3 is governed by Al and Fe. This probably carries the distal, non-karstic crustal signal hence might be related to the past atmospheric circulation (i.e. wind direction and speed).

The article deals with four types of 16th/17th-century Romance boat-terms: (1) Port. lanchara ‘a kind of small rowing boatʼ, known in South-East Asia since the early 16th century, from Malay lanǧaran (< lanǧar ‘to pass, proceed swiftly, quicklyʼ); (2) Port. lancha, a shortened variant of lanchara, which originated in Portuguese (1553) and then also passed into Italian (1561), Spanish (1577) and French (1621); (3) Port./Sp. lantea ‘a small galleyʼ, used in the 16th century in Chinese contexts, of uncertain origin (maybe it is derived by metonymy from Malay lantei/lantai ‘floorʼ, lantai perahu ‘bottom of the shipʼ, or from Chinese ling-t'ing ‘a small boatʼ), and (4) It. lentino and Port. lan chuem ‘a small Chinese boat used by people of rank or used to transport people of rankʼ, which go back to Chinese ling-t'ing (with its variant lang t'eng).

Resumen
Abstract This paper focuses on how Jean Pillot, author of the most popular French grammar of the sixteenth century in terms of editions, took efforts to contrast his native language with Greek. His Gallicæ linguæ institutio (1550/1561), although written in Latin, contains numerous passages where Pillot subtly confronted French with Greek, surveyed in Section 2, in order to give his audience of educated German speakers a clearer view of the idiosyncrasies of French. In Section 3, I analyze why he preferred Greek to the other languages he knew in quite a number of cases, arguing that this subtle contrastive endeavor bore an indirect pedagogical and ideological load. Section 4 discusses the terminological means Pillot used to confront Greek with French, and their origins. In Section 5, I frame Pillot’s appropriation of Greek grammar in the long history of contrastive language studies, with special reference to the pivotal role of sixteenth-century linguistic analysis.

Purpose: to identify the features of COVID-19 infection in children at different periods of the epidemiological rise in the incidence in the city of Moscow.Results. The article presents the observation of 1561 children hospitalized in the State Medical Institution «Children's City Clinical Hospital named after Z. A. Bash-lyaeva DZM» with a diagnosis of a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 during the periods of epidemiological rises in morbidity («2nd and 3rd waves of COVID-19»). An increase in the number of hospitalized children during the «3rd wave of COVID-19», early admission dates from the onset of the disease, due to the lack of treatment effect in outpatient settings, the predominance of school-age children and adolescents, the predominant course of infection with the development of viral pneumonia CT2-3, less often CT3-4, a 10-fold reduction in the number of children with MIS-syndrome, an elongation of the period of viral release in patients.

Aim. To identify the main problems of statin therapy in patients with high and very high cardiovascular (CV) risk in real clinical practice.Material and methods. The general information of the study was based on data from 2,457 patients who were included in the register before November 30, 2020: 1,250 men (50.9%) and 1,207 (49.1%) women. A more detailed analysis was performed for groups of patients with high and very high CV risk who had indications for statin treatment at the time of inclusion in the register: out of 2457 patients, 1166 people had very high CV risk, 395 was at high CV risk (a total of 1561 people, the average age of patients was 64.4±11.0 years).Results. Information on the parameters of the lipidogram – the level of total cholesterol (TC) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) was available in 1918 (78.1%) and 1546 (62.9%) patients, respectively. Of 1561 patients with high and very high CV risk, TC and LDL-C levels were analyzed in 1221 (78.2%) and 956 (61.2%) cases, statistically significantly more often in patients with high CV risk (p<0.05). Statins were recommended only to 823 (52.7%) patients with high and very high CV risk. Patients with very high CV risk received such appointments 4 times more often than patients with high CV risk: odds ratio (OR) 4.2; 95% confidence interval (CI) 3.2-5.3 (p<0.001). Doctors preferred atorvastatin in prescriptions (n=456, 55.4%), rosuvastatin (n=244, 29.7%) and simvastatin (n=121, 14.7%) were in second and third places. The target level of LDLC was 2 times more often achieved in patients with high CVR, compared with patients with very high CV risk: OR = 2.0, 95% CI 1.4-3.0 (p<0.001).Conclusion. The main problems of statin treatment in real clinical practice remain the non-assignment of these drugs to patients who have indications for such therapy and the failure to achieve the target levels of lipidogram indicators, which may probably be due to the clinical inertia of doctors regarding titration of statin doses, and in some cases caused by the choice of drugs that are not the most effective in reducing LDL cholesterol. Patients with very high CV risk are 4 times more likely to receive a recommendation to take statins compared to patients with high CV risk, but the target level of LDL cholesterol is reached in them 2 times less often.

W artykule wskazano na pojawienie się w niektórych drukach szesnastowiecznych (i późniejsze długie i powszechniejsze stosowanie) stereotypowej formuły potwierdzającej, że ukazały się one z pozwoleniem odpowiednich władz, określanych, jako „starsi” bądź „przełożeni”. Wiązało się to z cenzurą prewencyjną, a zwłaszcza oddziaływaniem postanowień Soboru Trydenckiego dotyczących książek. 8 IV 1546 r. na sesji czwartej pierwszej fazy Soboru Trydenckiego nawiązując do postanowień wcześniejszego Soboru Laterańskiego (4 V 1515) określono zasady obowiązujące drukarzy. Nakazano umieszczanie autora i nazwy drukarni na karcie tytułowej. Pod karą anatemy i grzywny zabroniono druku i sprzedaży książek bez badania i zatwierdzenia przez biskupa, a w przypadku dzieł autorstwa zakonników, dodatkowo przez ich przełożonych. W drukach świadczących o zbadaniu dzieła i wskazujących, że nie zawierają one nic przeciwnego wierze, czasem także dobrym obyczajem pojawiły się też w Polsce skrócone formuły Cum licentia Superiorum, Facultate Superiorum, Superiorum Permissu czy „Z dozwoleniem” bądź „Pozwoleniem starszych”. Proces nawet formalnego przyjęcia ustaw soboru zakończonego w grudniu 1563 r. przebiegał powoli. Księgę ich ustaw przyjął król z rąk nuncjusza 7 VIII 1564 r. W latach 1564-1568 wdrożono postanowienia trydenckie w trzech diecezjach. Formuła Cum Facultate Superiorum pojawiła się w 1576 r. na książce (pierwszej!) autorstwa Piotra Skargi, a zarazem pierwszej z nowo uruchomionej drukarni w Wilnie. Wcześniej podobne słowa znalazły się na zagranicznych edycjach Polaków (np. w 1574 r. Stanisława Reszki). Liczne zastosowanie tej formuły stopniowo wzrastało, zwłaszcza na drukach jezuitów, choć brak jej na wielu ich książkach, w tym na większości dzieł Skargi. Są one natomiast na wielokrotnie wznawianych Żywotach i Kazaniach Piotra Skargi.

The genus Andrographis Wallich ex Nees von Esenbeck (1832: 116) is represented by 28 taxa in India (Karthikeyan et al. 2009), and distributed mainly in the southern region with 23 taxa endemic to the country (Gnanasekaran & Murthy 2012). During the present study on the systematics of Andrographis in India, a total of six names has already been lectotypified (Gnanasekaran & Murthy 2012, 2014, 2015, Gnanasekaran et al. 2014). In the present communication, the following four names, A. explicata (Clarke 1884: 504) Gamble (1924: 1049), A. lobelioides (Wallich ex Nees von Esenbeck 1832: 115) Wight (1850a: 191, t. 164-b [f. 11]), A. neesiana Wight (1850b: 8, t. 1561) and A. paniculata (Burman 1768: 9) Wallich ex Nees von Esenbeck (1832: 116) are lectotypified here to avoid any ambiguity in the application of these names. Lectotypes are selected after a thorough scrutiny of protologues, syntypes and in accordance with articles 9.2, and 9.14 and recommendation 9C.1 of ICN (McNeill et al. 2012). Digital images of designated specimens (Figs. 1–4) are provided.

Zgodnie z tytułem niniejszego artykułu jego przedmiotem są bardzo kosztowne pojazdy dla pań i panów, wielkich tego świata oraz mniej kosztowne dla kupców i wieśniaków w Polsce do XVI w. Były to lektyki, kolebki i karety, ale na drogach dominowały zwykłe wozy kupców i wieśniaków. Najtańsze kosztowały 32 grosze, czyli 2/3 grzywny, ale najczęściej 2–3 grzywny. Królewska asseda dicta colebca w 1394 r. kosztowała aż 8 grzywien. Cennik wojewody krakowskiego Piotra Kmity z 1538 r. zawiera 4 rodzaje najbardziej popularnych wozów: rydwan z dwukonnym zaprzęgiem za 2 floreny, drugi średni za 3,5 florena i trzeci wielki rydwan za 5 florenów. Podobne ceny podają cenniki z 1561 i 1565 r. Nadwozia pojazdów były konstruowane z desek lub wikliny, a koła kosztowały od 6 do 24 groszy. Pojazdy lub ich części były często nakrywane płóciennymi lub sukiennymi plandekami, jak poklat, tectura, pałuba, popona, coopertio. Takie pokryte wozy kosztowały do 10 grzywien.
