This article tries to analyze the tafsir of surah al-Ikhlāṣ based on tartīb nuzūlī in Muhammad Abid al-Jabiri’s work, Fahm al-Qur’a>n al-H{aki>m: al-Tafsi>r al-Wa>d}ih} H{asb Tarti>b al-Nuzu>l. Systematically, surah al-Ikhlas was put by al-Jabiri in the 19th order which entered into the theme of prophetic and deism. This surah is an affirmation of the Essence of God as well as the starting point for the transition of God’s terms: from ar-Rabb to Allah. This surah was also positioned as a response to the deism of Arab society who knew and believed in Allah, but they allied Him. Methodologically, al-Jabiri’s work can be categorized as a tafsir with historical perspective (al-lawn at-tārikhī). In term of interpretation sources, al-Jabiri doesn’t limit himself to contemporary works, he also accomodates classical works. So that he is classified as an postmodernist commentator (mufassir). Through his work, al-Jabiri invites readers to think historically until they have a complete, holistic and comprehensive understanding of the verses of the Koran.

Historians differ in their opinion regarding the time of Nuzūl al-Qur’ān i.e the 17th, 19th, 21st and 24th Ramadhan -12 H. The author is interested in verifying the time of Nuzūl al-Qur’ān by tracing the events that can be read easily the time and date i.e annular solar eclipse 27th January 632 AD when the death of Ibraham's son Muhammad. The author uses new moon data of Accurate Times 5.6 month data with crescent visibility criteria of Odeh and new MABIMS and by adding the 13th month (nasī') every 3 years to find out the date of the Nuzūl al-Qur’ān event. The purposes of this research are to know the date of Nuzūl al-Qur’ān by tracing annular solar eclipse 27th January 632 AD and to know the factors of the different date of Nuzūl al-Qur’ān among historians. This research uses historical research methods with steps: Heuristics (Source Collection), Source Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography (Presentation of results). The results of this research are Nuzūl al-Qur’ān occurred on Monday, 17 Ramadhan -12 H which coincided with 19 January 610 M

Fokus kajian ini akan membahas asbāb al-nuzūl yang dilihat dari perspektif teologi Asy’ariyah, khususnya akan menelisik pemikiran al-Ghazāli tentang eksistensi asbāb al-nuzūl dalam epistemologi penafsiran Al-Qur’an. Al-Ghazāli sebagai seorang filosof sekaligus teolog, kiranya menarik untuk dikaji. Satu sisi ia pernah mengkritik keniscayaan kausalitas, di sisi lain al-Ghazāli juga menganggap Al-Qur’an bersifat eternal (qadīm). Dua tema ini akan penulis gunakan sebagai kerangka analisis dalam melihat relasi pemikiran al-Ghazāli dan konsep asbāb al-nuzūl. Dari hasil kajian ditemukan bahwa al-Ghazāli dalam memandang hubungan sebab-akibat yang ada dalam peristiwa asbāb al-nuzūl dan ayat-ayat yang turun menghendaki hubungan yang bersifat iqtirāniyah (asosiatif), bukan ta’śīriyah (implikatif). Artinya al-Ghazāli menganggap hubungan antara keduanya bukanlah suatu keniscayaan atau belum tentu saling mempengaruhi. Konsepsi asbāb al-nuzūl dalam teologi al-Ghazāli menghendaki peristiwa yang menyebabkan turunnya suatu ayat, harus dipahami sebagai entitas yang sudah dikehendaki oleh Allah secara eternal. Dari konsepsi inilah kemudian dalam epistemologi penafsirannya, al-Ghazāli menganggap manfaat kajian asbāb al-nuzūl hanya bersifat informatif. Ia lebih menekankan pada keumuman lafaznya dari pada kekhususan sebab. Hal ini nampak begitu jelas ketika al-Ghazāli lebih memilih konsep ta’wīl dari pada harus menjadikan asbāb al-nuzūl sebagai salah satu pendekatan dalam epistemologi tafsīr yang ia bangun.

AbstractSince 1927, the Oriental Institute of the University of Chicago has kept a large collection of written objects excavated at Nuzi. While many complete tablets have been published over the years, many fragments still await study, and they are of prime interest for possible joins and for the reconstruction of fragmentary tablets. That is the case of this study, which offers the edition of a composite text. The joined fragments were initially catalogued as part of the same original tablet and later considered to belong to different texts; they finally turned out to belong together. The text adds new data to two extensively debated but not yet fully known topics: the organisation of the Arrapḫean army and the last period of existence of Nuzi. Almost a century after their recovery, the Chicago Nuzi texts keep yielding new information.

Abstract: As a thinker, Abu Zayd developed a hermeneutic theory which held that the Qur’an was a human text. According to him, the Qur’an uses cultural language and is formed in a particular cultural context, so that the Qur’an is a cultural product. In the perspective of 'Ulum al-Qura>n, Abu Zayd's thinking has come out from the footing of the scholars, starting from his erroneous historical analysis, his misunderstanding of the wisdom of the decline of the Qur’an, his misunderstanding of several concepts of the scholars in the problem of asba>b al-nuzu>l, and his rejection of history as a data source. Based on this problem, the following article will critically examine Abu Zayd's thoughts. The research method used in this study is library research, where the study is explained descriptively and critically. Then, the type of data used is literature literary data with two data sources, namely the primary source in the form of Abu Zayd's original work and secondary sources in the form of other works that are directly or indirectly related to research studies. The theoretical framework used in this study is a general religious discourse. The results of this study indicate that the concept of asba>b al-nuzu>l initiated by Abu Zayd focused on the problem of the relationship between text and reality. To elaborate on this conception, Abu Zayd detailed it in four basic problems, namely the reasons for the gradual decline of the Qur’an, the gradual model of decline, the concept of dalâlah in understanding a verse and its relation to asba>b al-nuzu>l and finally on how to determine asba>b al-nuzu>l.

Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang kandungan ayat al-Qur’an, bagi seorang mufasir mewajibkan memahami dengan baik serta mendalami ilmu-ilmu atau alat bantu yang berkaitan dengan dunia tafsir. Salah satu alat bantu dan ilmu yang harus dikuasai adalah ilmu asbab al-nuzul. Asbab al-nuzul merupakan piranti yang tidak boleh ditinggalkan dalam menafsirkan dan menakwilkan Qur’an. Dalam pandangan Abd al-Qadir Mansur, saat menafsirkan sebuah ayat, seorang mufasir harus benar-benar memperhatikan dengan seksama asbab al-nuzul dari sebuah ayat. Sebab dengan mengetahui asbab al-nuzul seorang mufasir dapat mengejawentahkan makna yang terkandung dari sebuah ayat dengan dalam serta mendekatkan penafsiran pada kebenaran. Oleh karenanya tak salah bila Sahiron Syamsuddin dalam tesisnya yang berjudul An Examination of Bint al-Shati’’s Methode of Interpreting the Qur’an mengatakan bahwa tiada perselisihan paham dalam urgensi ilmu asba>b al-nuzu>l bagi seorang mufasir saat melakukan interpretasi ayat Qur’an. Hal itu berguna ketika ada pertanyaan tentang bagaimana aplikasi sebuah ayat saat ditemukan ketidakpahaman pada tekstualitas ayat.
 Pada taraf yang lebih jauh, jika kita menelaah isi al-Qur’an maka akan ditemukan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an yang turun tanpa adanya asba>b nuzu>l-nya. Umumnya diketahui bahwa ayat yang turun tanpa asba>b al-nuzu>l adalah ayat-ayat yang berkaitan dengan keimanan pada Allah, hari akhir, problematika tauhid, sifat surga dan neraka, cerita-cerita umat terdahulu, serta yang tak ketinggalan cerita sepak terjang para nabi-nabinya. Adapun asba>b al-nuzu>l menemukan perannya yang disignifikan pada tashri’ hukum halal-haram, perundang-undangan serta legal-formal aturan-aturan yang berkaitan dengan interaksi dalam beragama. Biasanya asba>b al-nuzu>l muncul oleh sebuah kejadian ataupun pertanyaan yang datang dari para sahabat Nabi.

This paper is the result of research that aims to re-examine the understanding of the concept of asb?b al-nuz?l contained in various ‘ul?m al-Qur`an literature. This research is a library research by examining a number of written documents such as journals, books, articles, and other writings related to asb?b al-nuz?l. After that, descriptive-analytic techniques were used to analyze the data sources. The results of this study found that classical and contemporary scholars have different understanding of the text of the Qur'an which has implications for differences in formulating the method of ‘ul?m al-Qur`an, one of which is asb?b al-nuz?l. For classical scholars, asb?b al-nuz?l is only understood as an explanation of the verses that were revealed or even only used to interpret certain verses. Meanwhile, contemporary scholars understand asb?b al-nuz?l not only to assist commentator in interpreting verses, but also as a method for finding the deepest meaning of the verses revealed so that they remain relevant at all times in any situation and condition

Resumen
The flow and heat transfer behavior of newly designed V-corrugated tubes with various numbers of starts ( N = 2, 3, 4, and 5), depth ratios ( DR = 0.02–0.14), and pitch ratios ( PR = 1.0–2.0) were studied in the turbulent flow region (5000 ≤ Re ≤ 20,000). The friction factor ( f), friction factor ratio ( f/ f0), Nusselt number ( Nu), Nusselt number ratio ( Nu/ Nu0), and thermal enhancement factor ( TEF) values are reported. The computational results indicate that the conventional spirally-corrugated tube create swirl flows while V-corrugated tubes generate a counter-rotating vortex flow that impinges upon the lower zone of the tubes and enhances fluid transfer between tube core and near-wall regions. The results also show that the f, Nu, f/ f0, Nu/ Nu0 monotonically increase with decreasing PR, increasing DR and N, while the TEF is dependent on a tradeoff between f/ f0 and Nu/ Nu0. Over the studied range, the f/ f0, Nu/ Nu0, and TEF were in the ranges of 1.36–43.82, 1.00–5.35, and 0.80–2.11, respectively. The maximum TEF, 2.11, was achieved with a V-corrugated tube with an N of 4, DR of 0.06, and PR of 2.0 at Re = 5000.

Aim at finding the relation between flow structure and heat enhancement, this paper change the dimple depth to print diameter from 0.06 to 0.3, with an interval of 0.02, and keep the print diameter constant. Through vortex structure analysis and Nu number integration, find out that: Vortex structure varies with dimple depth. Shallow depth dimple induces horseshoe vortex; middle depth dimple induces symmetric tornado-like vortex; deep depth dimple induces tornado-like vortex. Heat enhancement is closely related to vortex structure. Where spiral separation focus point exists, there the lowest Nu/Nu0 exists. Flow impingement at the windward side of dimple and new viscous layer generation at immediate plane after the dimple enhance heat transfer. The highest Nu/Nu0 exists in the sharp rearward dimple edge. From Fig 6, the deeper the dimple is, the higher the average Nu/Nu0 is, so does the pressure drop. But from 0.06 to 0.2 dimple, heat enhancement increased because of vortex structure changed. From 0.2 to 0.3 heat enhancement increased because of the increased area.

Al-Quran merupakan kitab petunjuk (hudā) bagi kaum muslimin. Mekanisme penyampaian dari Malaikat Jibril kepada Nabi Muhammad saw dan dari Nabi saw kepada kaum muslimin, hingga proses pengkodifikasiannya merupakan bagian dari pewahyuan al-Qur’an yang terus-menerus diperbincangkan. Proses pewahyuan al-Quran, merupakan salah satu topik penting yang telah lama menjadi bahan perbincangan di kalangan para intelektual muslim, kontemporer dan barat. Para Intelektual Muslim klasik cenderung memfokuskan pembahasannya terhadap status prerogatif yang melatarbelakangi munculnya tartīb al-nuzūl, apakah ia bersifat tauqīfī atau ijtihādī. Sementara para intelektual Muslim kontemporer, memiliki pandangan yang berbeda. Mereka mengatakan bahwa teori tartīb al- nuzūl tidaklah hanya sebatas pada persoalan status prerogatif semata. Selain itu, Para intelektual Barat juga menaruh perhatian besar untuk melakukan kajian terhadap wacana kronologi pewahyuan al-Qur’an dengan mengeksplorasi berbagai bahan tradisional Islam seperti riwayat-riwayat sejarah dan tafsir. Dengan adanya pengetahuan terhadap penanggalan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an, maka runtutan kronologi pewahyuan serta perjalanan Syari’at Islam juga akan terbaca.

Resumen
Fully developed turbulence single phase convection heat transfer of water in pipes filled with sintered porous metal inner rings or solid inner rings was investigated numerically respectively. Numerical calculations were conducted with the Fluent 6.3 code, using the SST k-ω turbulence model. Comparing to solid-ring turbulator pipes, porous-ring turbulator pipes have better comprehensive heat transfer effect. The maximum PEC for porous-ring turbulator pipes is 4.4 and the PEC of solid-ring turbulator pipes is less than 1. It was also analyzed effect of geometric structures on porous-ring turbulator pipe performance. f/f0 for porous-ring turbulator pipes increases with the increasing of Re while Nu/Nu0 decreases with the increasing of Re ,and PEC decreases with the increasing of Re. With the same Re, if the width of the porous ring is equal to the width of groove, f/f0, Nu/Nu0 increases and PEC decreases with the increasing height of porous ring. When the height of porous ring is constant, the f/f0, Nu/Nu0 and PEC decreases with the increasing height of porous ring under the same Re.

Abstract: Qur'an has a multi-dimensional, ranging from rational empirical dimension to mystical dimension of spiritual-emotional. One empirical dimension of Qur'an is a form of text that can be seen, read, studied and understood. While mystical and spiritual emotional dimensions are irrational. Empirical studies of Qur’an are often faced with its historical problem self. Because that rational is irrelevance with historical facts. To rationalize the discrepancy between empirical and historical facts, al-muna>sabah are conducted. Furthermore, Qur'an also has a historical fact, such historically strategic position in declining Qur’an continuously. In fact, history facts of Qur’an are more strength than empirical ones (manuscripts orderly). According to the fact above, this study focuses on the application of muna>sabah towards tartîb al-mus}h}af and tartîb al-nuzu>l in interpreting surah and those results. This study conducted inductive-deductive approach and method.It can be summed up that 1). Interpreting surah in tafsir mushaî by using muna>sabah can be done detail and musfassir concerns on munasabah of the whole elements in Qur’an. While, in tafsir nuzu>li>, muna>sabah could be done though recording the continuum of surah. the aim is to show the whole content of Qur’an in order not to be understood partially. Munāsabah in tafsir mushafî is structural-emotional, while munāsabah in tafsir nuzûlî has ratinal-cultural pattern 2). Interpreting surah by using munāsabah approach in tafsir mushafî produces rational relation among the elements in Qur’an. While in the tafsir nuzûlî, it emphases on the strengthen of history and the records.Even they differ; both perform similar steps such other commentators done. ABSTRACT Delta winglets are an effective means for enhancing heat exchange and thus the performance of renewable energy technologies, including solar energy. A pair of 0.1 mm thick, 15 mm high (h) and 30 mm long aluminum winglets separated with transversal spacing, s, of 2h, h and 0 were scrutinized in a closed-loop wind tunnel at a Reynolds number based on h of 6300. The turbulent flow was characterized using a 3D hotwire probe, and the heat convection augmentation was quantified in terms of the normalized Nusselt number (Nu/Nu0), indicating the heat transfer improvement compared to the reference case without the winglets. The interaction of the organized counter-rotational vortices intensifies and they become indiscernible at s = 0. The peak strain rate at 10h downstream increased from 390 s–1, to 478 s–1, to 514 s–1, when the spacing decreased from 2h to h to 0, respectively. The zero-spaced winglet pair provided the largest Nu/Nu0, of around 1.21, at X/h = 10 and Y/h = 0, approximately 21% higher than that of 2h-spaced winglet pair, due to the strongest strain rate and the absence of upwash flow. On the other hand, the 2h-spaced winglet pair provided the largest span-averaged Nu/Nu0, which is of practical significance.

The gas turbine blades are scoured by high temperature gas sustainedly and long-term in harsh environment. It is of great significance to explore effective cooling methods to lower the turbine blade temperature so as to ensure safe and stable operation of the gas turbine. However, there are few studies on the cooling channel considering the turning vane, variable cross-section characteristics, and rotation effect. In this paper, five kinds of serpentine cooling channel models with variable cross-section properties and different thickness guide vanes are constructed. The effects of different thickness guide vanes on the overall performance of the channel under stationary and rotating conditions are discussed and compared by numerical method. The result shows that when stationary (Re = 10,000-50,000), the turning vane with suitable thickness can increase the Nu/Nu0 by 56.5%. The f/f0 is decreased by 14.2%, and the comprehensive thermal performance is increased by 4.5%. When rotating (Re = 10,000, Ro = 0-0.5), the turning vane with suitable thickness can increase the Nuup/Nu0 and Nuall/Nu0 by 33.0% and 4.0%, respectively. The comprehensive performance of the variable cross-section serpentine channel can be greatly improved by arranging the turning vane structure with appropriate thickness.

The aim of the present study was to understand the biology of unintegrated HIV-1 DNA and reveal the mechanisms involved in its transcriptional silencing. We found that histones are loaded on HIV-1 DNA after its nuclear import and before its integration in the host genome. Nucleosome positioning analysis along the unintegrated and integrated viral genomes revealed major differences in nucleosome density and position. Indeed, in addition to the well-known nucleosomes Nuc0, Nuc1, and Nuc2 loaded on integrated HIV-1 DNA, we also found NucDHS, a nucleosome that covers the DNase hypersensitive site, in unintegrated viral DNA. In addition, unintegrated viral DNA-associated Nuc0 and Nuc2 were positioned slightly more to the 5′ end relative to their position in integrated DNA. The presence of NucDHS in the proximal region of the long terminal repeat (LTR) promoter was associated with the absence of RNAPII and of the active histone marks H3K4me3 and H3ac at the LTR. Conversely, analysis of integrated HIV-1 DNA showed a loss of NucDHS, loading of RNAPII, and enrichment in active histone marks within the LTR. We propose that unintegrated HIV-1 DNA adopts a repressive chromatin structure that competes with the transcription machinery, leading to its silencing.

Experiments were conducted to study the effects of lateral flow ejection on the overall heat transfer and pressure drops for turbulent flow through pin fin channels. The two test sections of the investigation were rectangular channels with staggered arrays of six and eight streamwise rows of pins, respectively. The pin length-to-diameter ratio was one and both the streamwise and spanwise pin spacings were 2.5 times the pin diameter. Heat transfer and friction data were obtained for various ejection exit geometries, for ejection ratios between 0 and 1, and for Reynolds numbers between 6000 and 60,000. The results of the study show that, for any given ejection ratio, the overall Nusselt number increases with increasing Reynolds number. However, the overall Nusselt number is reduced by as much as 25 percent as the ejection ratio is increased from 0 to 1 over the range of Reynolds number studied. The Nu–Re–ε relationship, which is insensitive to varying the ejection exit geometry, can be correlated by the equation (Nu/Nu0) = (Nu1/Nu0)ε, where Nu0 = c0Rem and Nu1 = c1Ren are the overall Nusselt numbers in the 0 and 100 percent lateral flow ejection cases, respectively. The results also show that the overall friction factor is independent of the flow Reynolds number over the range of Reynolds number studied. However, the friction factor is strongly dependent on the ejection ratio as well as the geometries of the straight flow exit and lateral ejection flow exit.

The stability of combined plane Poiseuille and Couette flow of an electricallyconducting fluid under a transverse magnetic field is investigated using linear stability theory.In deriving the equations governing the stability, the so-called magnetic Stokes approximationis made using the fact that the magnetic Prandtl number Prm for most electrically conductingfluids is extremely small. The Chebyshev collocation method is adopted to obtain theeigenvalue equation, which is then solved numerically. In this study, Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and multi-objective genetic algorithm were used to obtain optimum parameters of the channels with frustum of a cone with better flow and heat transfer performance. Central composite face-centered design (CCF) was applied to the experimental design of the channel parameters, and on this basis, the response surface models were constructed. The sensitivity of the channel parameters was analyzed by Sobol’s method. The multi-objective optimization of the channel parameters was carried out with the goal of achieving maximum Nusselt number ratio (Nu/Nu0) and minimum friction coefficient ratio (f/f0). The results show that the root mean square errors (RSME) of the fitted response surface models are less than 0.25 and the determination coefficients (R2) are greater than 0.93; the models have high accuracy. Sobol’s method can quantitatively analyze the influence of the channel parameters on flow and heat transfer performance of the channels. When the response is Nu/Nu0, from high to low, the total sensitivity indexes of the channel parameters are frustum of a cone angle (α), Reynolds number (Re), spanwise spacing ratio (Z2/D), and streamwise spacing ratio (Z1/D). When the response is f/f0, the total sensitivity indexes of the channel parameters from high to low are Re, Z1/D, α and Z2/D. Four optimization channels are selected from the Pareto solution set obtained by multi-objective optimization. Compared with the reference channel, the Nu/Nu0 of the optimized channels is increased by 21.36% on average, and the f/f0 is reduced by 9.16% on average.

Recent excavations in Warren County, Ohio, within the shadow of monumental Fort Ancient have brought to light a large prehistoric alignment of limestone flagstones forming an effigy of a serpent. Radiocarbon dates indicate that this effigy was constructed in 1200 A.D. presumably by local peoples archaeologically designated as being of the Anderson focus (or phase) of the Fort Ancient aspect. Strong evidence indicates that this large “artifact” may have seen use as an astronomical ground marker for determining the summer solstice and important dates related thereto. A set of general and site specific hypotheses is presented to support this contention and to briefly discuss its cultural setting.

The text presumably was written during the fourth generation of Teḫip-Tilla's family. It is an antichretic contract in which a young girl is lent, and therefore some comments on children in the documentary evidence from the Kingdom of Arrapḫe are in order.

Abstract This study aims to investigate whether a short training, during which a group of native Italian university students used the scale for Functional Adequacy (FA) developed by Kuiken and Vedder (2017) to assess texts written by their peers and their own texts, lead them to improve their L1 writing skills. The participants were assigned to an experimental (N = 15) and a control group (N = 15). A pre-test / treatment / post-test design was adopted. Results showed that the participants in the experimental condition benefited from the instructional treatment, but the gains they had in comparison to the control group were not statistically significant.

The positive effects of nucleotide (NU) supplementation in milk replacer have been elucidated in infants and in dairy calves; however, NU addition to whole milk has not been evaluated previously. This study aimed to assess NU supplementation in the whole milk on calf growth and health. Thirty Holstein calves (body weight: 39.1 ± 1.0 kg; 3 d after birth) were randomly assigned to the following treatments: whole milk without any supplementation (NU0), whole milk + 0.5 g/d added a NU-containing supplement to whole milk (NUCS0.5), and whole milk + 1 g/d added a NU-containing supplement to whole milk (NUCS1). Calves were weaned at d 55 and stayed on study until d 75. Calves had free access to feed and water throughout the study. Dry matter intakes (DMI) were similar among treatments (p > 0.05) during the pre-weaning period; however, increasing NU resulted in a linear (p < 0.05) increase in DMI during the post weaning period (2158, 2432, and 2518 g/d for NU0, NUCS0.5, and NUCS1, respectively). Treatments did not affect body weight (BW) at the first and second month of study, but final BW linearly increased as NU was added (87.1, 90.6, and 95.4 kg for NU0, NUCS0.5, and NUCS1, respectively). Neither pre-weaning average daily gain nor post-weaning average daily gain was affected by treatments; accordingly, feed efficiency was similar among treatment groups. Days with loose fecal score were linearly decreased as NU was added to whole milk during the first month of life, while the fecal score did not differ among treatments until the end of the study. No difference was observed in the skeletal growth of calves in the current study. Therefore, it can be concluded that NU supplementation in the whole milk has some beneficial effects on calf performance in terms of final BW, post-weaning DMI, and less days with loose feces.

The theory of humours (akhlat) is one of the fundamental pillars of the Unani System of Medicine (USM). The concept of health and disease depends on the quality (kaifiyat) and quantity (kammiyat) of humour (khilt). Health (sehat) lasts when humours remain in equilibrium and the main determinant of health is the balance in six essential factors (asbab-e-sittah zarooriya). These factors are highly modifiable and deviation in any of them leads to disequilibrium in humours either qualitatively or quantitatively which ultimately manifests in the form of the disease. Elimination (istifragh) of these morbid humours from the body becomes mandatory to treat the diseases or to restore health. One of the effective methods of elimination is purgation (ishal). It is a method by which morbid humours from the body are eliminated through the anal route. Before the elimination of any pathological humour especially in chronic diseases, it is mandatory to make the humour easily eliminable. This process of making the pathological humour eliminable is known as concoction (nuzj). The process of concoction is a regular and continuous process of the tabiyat (mediatrix naturae) of the body. In case of a minor deviation in humour, tabiyat itself eliminates it from the body after concoction. When the causative pathological humours are in abundance or grossly deviated from normalcy, tabiyat needs help from outside the body. This help of tabiyat can be done with some humour specific drugs which are known as concoctive medicines (munzij advia). Once, the humours become eliminable, the process of evacuation can be started. Classical Unani literature and published papers were explored to find the rationale of purgation therapy. Purgation is found to be advisable in the treatment of many chronic diseases. Tabiyat is the ultimate healer in the body and purgation helps it to overcome the diseases.

The investigated micro-structured surfaces were obtained by a resource-saving (waste-free) method of deforming cutting with various constructive shapes and sizes. A description of the experimental setup, methods for conducting and processing experimental data are presented. The maximum increase in heat transfer coefficients in comparison with a smooth surface reaches Nu/Nu0 = 16.2.

A method for preheating steel scraps using waste heat in a continuous casting process was proposed. Experiment and numerical analysis were carried out to examine the ability of scrap preheating and to determine the factors affecting the rise in scrap temperature. Coupled natural convection-radiation heat transfer was solved by three-dimensional FEM. The distance and the constant were found to influence the sample's temperature rise greatly. Based on the socio-historical approach, by using thematic interpretation, by first collecting some of the Quranics sentences related to the de-islamophobia then interpreted in accordance with asbb al-nuzl and its socio-historical setting followed by the Mufassirs understanding which is contextualized with todays context. Since the holy Quran has emphasized that Islam is not like what has been believed by the followers of the islamophobia. Islam highly upholds tolerance and peace.

Dikarenakan pernikahan ibadah, maka Islam datang untuk mengaturnya. Apa yang boleh dan tidak boleh, apa yang harus dan apa yang tidak. Peulis mencoba meneliti ayat yang mengatur sebuah hubungan pernikahan dari ayat-ayat pernikahan yang menyelesaikan konflik dalam konteks pernikahan, sebagaimana pada ayat 3 dari surah al-Nur yang mengatur masalah pra-pernikahan dan 6-9 yang mengatur konflik pasca pernikahan. Penulis menemukan, bahwa keterkaitan antara tafsir ayat 3 surat al-Nur terletak pada identifikasi perempuan pezina yang dimaksud. Sedangkan keterkaitan antara penafsiran ayat 6-9 surat al-Nur dengan asba>b al-nuzu<l-nya adanya kesimpulan bahwa terlaksananya sumpah li’an merupakan solusi terakhir setelah pengakuan tidak didapat dan suami tidak bisa mendatangkan bukti.

Resumen
Berbagai macam bentuk al-Qur'an, mulai dari Nabi saw. sampai pada zaman kontemporer. Upaya dalam mengatasi ayat al-Qur'an adalah bagian dari strategi untuk membumikan isi kandunganya, karena dengan tafsiranlah para mukallaf mudah dalam mengaktualisasikan ajaran Islam yang bersumber dari asas-asas al-Qur'an sesuai dengan zamannya. Salah satu mufassir kontemporer yang terkenal banyak menguasai cabang ilmu adalah Wahbah al-Zuh}aili> dengan karya monumentalnya Tafsi>r al-Muni>r. Tafsir ini dikenal umat Islam secara luas dan banyak kalangan kalangan akademisi terutama para pengkaji al-Qur'an, karena tafsir ini memiliki kecenderungan dan pendekatan tersendiri yang mungkin jarang ditemukan pada tafsir-tafsir lain. Di dalamnya menyentuh aspek bahasa, bala>gah, i'rab, muna>sabah, sabab al-Nuzu> l dan aspek lainnya. Salah satu corak kecenderungannya adalah yuridis/fiqh, terlihat ketika menghadapi QS. al-Ma>idah/5 ayat 6 yang secara umum membahas masalah-masalah bersuci baik dari hadas\ kecil maupun hadas\ besar. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa perbedaan dalam masalah wudhu, misalnya: sebagian besar atau mengusap secara keseluruhan, itu terjadi karena berbeda dalam menilai lafaz}-lafaz} al-Qur'an.

<abstract><p>In this paper, we consider the symmetry properties of the positive solutions of a $ p $-Laplacian problem of the form</p> <p><disp-formula> <label/> <tex-math id="FE1"> \begin{document}$ \begin{eqnarray*} \begin{cases} -{{\Delta}}_p u = f(x,u),\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \mathrm{in}\ \ \ \ \ {{\Omega}},\\ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ u = g(x), \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \ \mathrm{on}\ \ \ \ \partial{{\Omega}}, \end{cases} \end{eqnarray*} $\end{document} </tex-math></disp-formula></p> <p>where $ {{\Omega}} $ is an open smooth bounded domain in $ R^N, N\geq2 $, and symmetric w.r.t. the hyperplane $ T_0^\nu (\nu $ is a direction vector in $ R^N, |\nu| = 1 $$) $, $ f $: $ {{\Omega}}\times R^+\rightarrow R^+ $ is a continuous function of class $ C^1 $ w.r.t. the second variable, $ g\geq 0 $ is continuous, and both $ f $ and $ g $ are symmetric w.r.t. $ T^\nu_0 $, respectively. Introducing some assumptions on nonlinearities, we get that the positive solutions of the problem above are symmetric w.r.t. the direction $ \nu $ by a new simple idea even if $ {{\Omega}} $ is not convex in the direction $ \nu $.</p></abstract>
