Then the further development trend of precision MIG/MAG welding was pointed out, providing a theory guide for using in equipped maintenance.

Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma pesquisa sobre a padronização da soldagem: deposição do metal de adição, qualidade no processo e produtividade e automatização na fabricação de 10 boilers de chopeira, sendo 05 em processo manual e 05 em processo robótico (automatizado). Por meio de um estudo de caso e de uma pesquisa experimental, o procedimento foi feito usando cronometragem, pesagem e inspeção visual da soldagem, realizados com dados observados em situações reais de serviços, nos processos semiautomático e automático, utilizando robô de solda. O problema de pesquisa foi verificar se o investimento na automação do processo de fabricação de boilers na empresa Indústria e Comércio de Chopeiras Ribeirão Preto Ltda garante o retorno no aumento na produção, na qualidade e na padronização do processo. Assim, a pesquisa teve como objetivo comparar a produtividade de um processo manual com a de um robô e analisar se o investimento na automação proporciona garantias do retorno. Concluiu-se que a soldagem robótica possui um ganho em relação a soldagem manual, nos quesitos qualidade, tempo de soldagem e padronização do processo. No entanto, o investimento vale apena para uma empresa desde que seja uma produção em alta escala e com produto repetitivo.

A functional transformer with fuzzy logic is synthesized, which allows to get the estimations of weld beads height and width at the arbitrary values of entry parameters: wire feed speed and torch transverse oscillations amplitude. The influence of these input parameters on the base metal penetration and beads geometric parameters, welded using MIG/MAG process, were studied. Surfacing was performed by a robotic system with an arc power supply "Fronius TPS- 320i", which operated in the mode of arc process synergetic control. The formation of both individual beads and surfacing layers at different overlap coefficients has been studied. The arc surfacing process was realized in a mixture of protective gases (Ar+18%CO2) using a welding wire Св-08Г2С with a 1.0 mm diameter. Surfacing speed – 4 mm/s, frequency of welding torch oscillations – 1 Hz. The obtained experimental dependences of beads width and height, as well as the length of the welding pool can be used in both: creating of multi-pass MIG/MAG surfacing program for robotic restoration of critical purposes parts surfaces, and in preparing of FEM model of MIG/MAG surfacing.

O processo MIG/MAG CA tem um potencial muito grande de aplicação, por permitir unir as características da soldagem MIG/MAG convencional (corrente contínua, com o eletrodo no positivo) com as de se usar corrente negativa na soldagem MIG/MAG. Entretanto, o formato de onda de corrente (alternada, pulsada no positivo e constante no negativo) demanda uma seleção criteriosa de seus inúmeros parâmetros de regulagem, o que vem limitando o estudo e aplicação desta versão de processo MIG/MAG. O objetivo deste trabalho foi propor e avaliar uma metodologia capaz de estimar os parâmetros de regulagem do processo MIG/MAG CA, de tal forma a se obter soldas com estabilidade de comprimento de arco e cordões com geometria adequada. É feita uma descrição passo a passo da definição dos parâmetros de entrada e da forma de se obter experimentalmente alguns valores de parâmetros necessários para estimação de outros valores de regulagem. As equações de estimação são apresentadas e discutidas. É feita uma demonstração da aplicação da metodologia, com a validação dos resultados pela comparação entre valores estimados e reais.

Uma das versões do processo Plasma-MIG consiste basicamente da combinação de um arco Plasma com um arco MIG/MAG em uma única tocha. Com essa associação, se procura unir vantagens individuais de cada arco. A principal característica consiste na independência entre o aporte de energia imposto pelo processo e o material adicionado, resultando em uma maior facilidade em atuar sobre a geometria do cordão de solda. Na literatura corrente existem poucas informações relacionadas com o processo, além de que a maioria remota principalmente das décadas de 70 e 80, quando a tecnologia disponível não era capaz de viabilizar o processo para a indústria da época. No entanto, nos últimos anos, a difusão das novas fontes eletrônicas utilizadas em soldagem contribuiu na retomada do interesse pelo processo Plasma-MIG. Neste contexto, este trabalho objetivou ampliar os estudos relacionados à influência do balanço das correntes Plasma e MIG/MAG sobre a geometria do cordão de solda e taxa de fusão do arame. Soldagens de simples deposição sobre chapa forma realizadas com uma combinação de corrente de Plasma e de MIG/MAG em 3 níveis cada, mantendo-se, pela correção da velocidade de soldagem, o mesmo volume de cordão. Foi observado que a introdução da corrente Plasma sobre a corrente MIG/MAG reduz a penetração e a diluição e proporciona cordões menos convexos. Por outro lado, o uso da corrente Plasma faz aumentar a taxa de fusão do arame MIG/MAG. Entretanto, parece que a intensidade da corrente Plasma não é o fator governante nestas alterações.

Ungdommen er en livsfase, der er præget af mange overgange. Et eksempel på en sådan overgang er, når unge flytter hjemmefra. Med udgangspunkt i begrebet “belonging” (at høre til/ tilhørsforhold) undersøger denne artikel, hvilke forhold der har betydning for, at unge etablerer en oplevelse af at høre til – eller ikke at høre til – det sted, hvor han/hun flytter hen efter flytning fra barndomshjemmet. Udgangspunktet for artiklen er, at oplevelsen af at høre til et sted, eller i livet som sådan, ikke er givet, men derimod er “performativt” (Bell, 1999; Cuervo & Wyn, 2017).Det empiriske udgangspunkt for artiklen er et longitudinelt interviewstudie med 36 danske unge mellem 17 og 25 år, som forfatterne har fulgt igennem 12 måneder under deres overgang fra hjemme- til udeboende. I interviewene fortæller de om den periode, hvor de flytter fra deres barndomshjem, og om de følelser og tanker, de gør sig i den forbindelse. Artiklen undersøger de unges affektive og flertydige relationer til steder, materialiter og mennesker, der får betydning for de unges oplevelse af at høre til – eller ikke at høre til – det sted, de flytter hen. I artiklen sætter vi særligt fokus på den betydning, som unges forhold til barndomshjemmet har for de måder, de unge aktivt forsøger at skabe et tilhørsforhold til et nyt sted. Artiklen nuancerer i forlængelse af dette begrebet om “belonging” ved at pege på, at unges måder at skabe tilknytning til et nyt sted er performativt og i høj grad skabes med afsæt i de oplevelser af tilknytning, eller mangel på tilknytning, til barndomshjemmet, som de bærer med sig ind i voksenlivet.

Nas indústrias de petróleo e gás e de construção naval, a união entre componentes metálicos, caracterizada por grandes espessuras e soldagem multipasse, é, em sua maioria, executada de forma manual por soldadores previamente qualificados. Desta forma, a qualidade da solda está intimamente ligada à habilidade do soldador em adequar as condições do arco voltaico e da transferência metálica à junta que está sendo soldada. A obtenção de soldas com mínima formação de defeitos é principalmente agravada na soldagem do passe de raiz. Nesta situação é necessário um meticuloso controle da poça de fusão a fim de obter a penetração desejada, sem promover o escorrimento da poça, fenômeno conhecido como burn-through. Outro agravante está na preparação da junta a ser soldada, que nem sempre oferece dimensões repetitivas, apresentando irregularidades como gaps e ângulos variáveis, high-low, entre outras variações nas dimensões da junta. A influência destes defeitos sobre o passe de raiz é minimizada ao se garantir um maior controle da energia aportada à peça, proposição das tecnologias de controle da transferência por curto-circuito. Contudo, atualmente, a maioria do suprimento desta tecnologia advém de empresas de fontes de soldagem situadas no exterior. Além da escassez de informações sobre as várias soluções disponibilizadas por diferentes fabricantes, ainda, se está restrito a soluções para aplicações pré-definidas de fábrica. Dentro deste cenário é que se insere o presente trabalho. Ele aprimora uma tecnologia nacional, denominada de CCC (Curto-Circuito Controlado), com início de desenvolvimento em 1999. O objetivo é a criação de uma base sólida para o desenvolvimento e consolidação deste tipo de tecnologia em território nacional. Isto assegura melhor feedback com efetiva adaptação contínua. Por intermédio de implementações de software e hardware na fonte de soldagem, foi atingido um controle de alta dinâmica na forma de onda de corrente, na faixa dos microssegundos, além de melhorias nas rotinas de realimentação e controle das variáveis elétricas do processo. Cada fase da transferência metálica por curto-circuito foi avaliada em ensaios práticos de soldagem, resultando em maior precisão no controle da transferência das gotas e na dinâmica da poça de fusão. Foram desenvolvidos programas sinérgicos para os arames ER70S-6 de 1,0 e 1,2 mm de diâmetro, utilizando como gás de proteção uma composição de 75% de argônio e 25% de CO2. Procurando aumentar a facilidade de utilização do processo por parte do soldador, definiram-se apenas duas variáveis de regulagem para o processo CCC, a velocidade de alimentação de arame, entre 2 e 6 m/min, e o parâmetro ?a?, responsável por regulagens finas na potência. Os testes foram monitorados com auxílio de câmera de alta velocidade e sistemas de aquisições de dados. Com a utilização destas ferramentas de avaliação foi possível obter explicações concisas sobre a influência de cada fase da forma de onda de corrente na dinâmica da transferência metálica e da poça de fusão. Como resultado dos desenvolvimentos realizados neste trabalho, atualmente o processo de soldagem CCC apresenta alta regularidade na transferência metálica, baixa formação de respingos e adequado controle da poça de fusão, além de oferecer programas sinérgicos.

Abstract : In the oil and gas and shipbuilding industries, the welds between metal components are characterized by large thicknesses and multipass welding. This job is mostly performed manually by previously trained welders. Thus, the weld quality is closely linked to the ability of the welder to adjust the conditions of the arc and the metal transfer mode to the joint. Achieving healthy welds is particularly aggravated in the root pass welding. In this situation is necessary a meticulous control of weld pool in order to obtain the desired penetration without causing burn-through. Another problem is in the joint preparation, it does not always provide exact dimensions, presenting irregularities such as inconstant gaps and angles, high-low and other dimensions variations. The technologies that propose the controlled short circuit technology minimize the influence of these defects on the root pass with greater control of heat input. However, currently, most of the supply of this technology is in the international power sources, and the high-tech products stay in these regions and local industry just uses this technology. To create a solid foundation and develop this technology in Brazil, providing greater feedback with effective continuous adaptation, evolution and a potential success in the application of the process to the local industry, was planned out the main objective of this work, that is the improvement of the welding process CCC (Controlled short circuit), seeking to optimize its current waveform and the formulation of a synergistic program. Through software and hardware implementations and improvements in routines and feedback control of electrical process variables, the welding source is working in a high dynamic control of the current waveform, at a microsecond range. In experimental welding tests each phase of short circuit transfer was evaluated, resulting in greater precision in controlling the transfer of droplets and weld pool dynamics. Based on these results, were developed synergistic programs to mild steel consumables 1.0 to 1.2 mm in diameter, using protective gas as a composition of 75% argon and 25% CO 2. Seeking facilitate the use of the process by the welder, were set up just two variables for adjusting the CCC process, the wire feed speed, between 2 and 6 m / min, and the  a parameter responsible for fine adjustments in output power. The tests were monitored with high-speed camera and data acquisition systems. The use of these assessment tools enabled to obtain concise explanations of the influence of each phase of the current waveform and of metal transfer and weld pool dynamics. As a result this work, currently, the CCC welding process has high regularity of metal transfer, low spatter and good weld pool control, and provides synergistic programs.

Na produção de soldas subaquáticas são empregadas várias técnicas que podem ser classificadas em dois grandes grupos: Técnicas de soldagem em câmaras secas e Técnicas molhadas. Ambos os grupos apresentam inconvenientes: os primeiros são capazes de produzir soldas de alta qualidade, no entanto, estas soldas são de custo muito elevado. As técnicas de soldagem molhada são de custos mais reduzidos e mais versáteis. Porém, a qualidade é muito baixa e seu emprego, normalmente, se restringe à reparos. Uma solução para estes problemas é o processo MIG/MAG com cavidade local seca. Com este processo pode-se produzir soldas de qualidade superior com baixos custos. O objetivo deste trabalho foi projetar e construir um dispositivo (bocal) que permitisse a criação de uma região seca em torno do arco e poça de fusão. Com este dispositivo passou-se à investigar os parâmetros de soldagem que permitissem a obtenÇão de cordões de solda na água. Análises do aspecto, geometria e dureza destes cordões foram realizadas e comparadas com outros feitos na superficie. Juntas de topo na posição plana com chanfro em "V" simples de 60° foram realizadas à uma profundidade de 300mm em chapas de aço BS4360 e arame AWS ER70S-6.
To make underwater welds, many kinds of techniques have been proposed and used, which may be classified in two large groups: Dry Chamber Techniques and Wet Techniques. Both groups show inconveniences: Dry Chamber Techniques are able to produce high quality welds, but they are costly. Wet Welding Techniques are less expensive and more versatile; however, the welds are rather poor and their uses are generally limited to repairs. So, perhaps wet underwater GMAW with local cavity is a solution for this problem. With this process, it is possible to produce welds with high quality and low cost. Therefore, the main aim o f this work was to develop a nozzle, that allows the formation of a stable and durable dry cavity around the are and molten weld pool. Also, it was investigated the welding parameters, in a way to have sound underwater bead-on-plate and flat position groove ·welds. Analysis of geometry, hardness and mechanical properties of those welds were made, and compared with another made on land. Flat position welds.were made at a depth of 300mm on BS 4360 steel plates, single-V, 60° angle, with filler wire AWS ER70S-6.

I denna studie undersöks hur man genom produktdesign kan ändra relationen till kläder genom att främja vikten av fysisk funktion. Syftet har varit att belysa vår relation till kläder för att på sikt minska klädkonsumtionen för en ekologisk hållbar utveckling. Genomförandet av studien har inneburit insamling av empiriskt material genom framförallt prober och kvalitativa intervjuer. Studien grundar sig på innehållet i det teoretiska ramverket som innefattar teorier inom kritisk design, funktion och ekologisk hållbar utveckling. Slutsatsen visar att bristen av en viss typ av funktioner får oss att sätta högre värde på den. Den visar även att om man vill visa värdet av fysisk funktion genom att i viss mån utesluta den, är det viktigt att i viss mån inkludera icke-fysisk funktion för att användaren ska kunna relatera till produkten. Den produkt som studien resulterat i är endast ett exempel på hur man kan manipulera funktioner för att starta debatt.
In this study research is conducted on how, through product design, our relation to clothes can be changed by promoting physical function. The aim has been to cast light upon our relation to clothes in order to reduce the consumption of clothes, for an ecologically sustainable development. The execution of the study has consisted of the gathering of empirical data, mainly by use of probes and qualitative interviews. The study is based on a theoretical framework comprised of theories in critical design, function and ecologically sustainable development. The conclusion shows that the lack of a certain type of function makes us assign higher value to it. It also shows that if one desires to demonstrate the value of physical functions by excluding some of them entirely, it is important to include some degree of non-physical function, for the user to be able to relate to the product. The product in which the study resulted, is but one example of how functions may be manipulated in order to spark debate.

Les plasmas de type MIG-MAG n'étaient pas, jusqu'à présent, examinés en détail et exploités en laboratoire. En raison des applications techniques de ce type d'arc électrique, la plupart des expériences et des calculs théoriques se limitaient à l'étude des processus provenant des régions des électrodes. Des l'année 1948, au cours de laquelle les premiers brevets ont été déposés pour des arcs sous argon, les procédés de soudage MIG-MAG ont été exploités avec succès comme une des plus populaires méthodes d'assemblage de métaux. Et pourtant, malgré plus de cinquante ans d'histoire et de développement de cette méthode, la plupart des phénomènes fondamentaux qui y prennent naissance, n'ont pas trouvé d'explications. En 1953 Lubawski et Nowosilow ont présenté, pour la première fois, un arc avec une électrode fusible fonctionnant sous protection de dioxyde de carbone. On peut admettre, que à partir de ce moment, on a cherché à savoir de quelle manière le type du gaz appliqué influait sur le transfert du métal dans l'arc. En particulier, il s'agissait de déterminer comment des différences de propriétés physiques du plasma pouvaient intervenir sur les procédés intervenants dans la région de l'électrode supérieure, et pourquoi dans les mélanges gazeux riches en dioxyde de carbone on ne pouvait pas obtenir un régime de fonctionnement d'arc de type pulvérisation axiale ? Malheureusement, toutes les tentatives pour répondre à ces questions, par exemple un postulat selon lequel une modification de la distribution du courant dans l'extrémité d'électrode provoquerait une constriction de l'arc et une inversion de la force de Lorentz [83], restent toujours et uniquement seulement des hypothèses. Les travaux présentés dans cette thèse avaient pour but de comprendre l'influence du gaz utilisé sur le transfert du métal dans l'arc, et plus spécifiquement pourquoi une augmentation de la proportion de dioxyde de carbone dans le mélange gazeux provoquait un changement de son régime de fonctionnement. Les mesures réalisées ont toutes été financées par Air Liquide Welding, dans le but d'améliorer le procédé. Un motif supplémentaire de mener des recherches sur l'arc MIG-MAG, est la quasi-absence de données expérimentales concernant les distributions de température et de densité électronique dans ce type de plasma. Les données disponibles dans la littérature sont généralement le fruit de simulation numériques sans réelle validation expérimentale. Ainsi, par exemple, les valeurs de température présentées par Haidar semblent trop élevées pour un plasma dominé par les vapeurs métalliques. Le caractère particulier de l'arc de soudage, dont le spectre d'émission consiste en de nombreuses raies spectrales fortement élargies par effet Stark, a également permis de mesurer, parfois pour la première fois, les paramètres Stark des raies d'éléments métalliques. Resumen
This diploma thesis deals with design of welding power supply for MIG / MAG and MMA technique with continuous output current 120 A. The first, theoretical part is devoted to welding process technology, physical characteristics of electric arc and description of individual welding methods. The thesis also deals with the concept of power converter. The design of the switched-mode power supply is based on a full bridge topology. In order to implement advanced controls of welding power supply, the ARM Cortex M4 microprocessor was selected. Due to the large power consumption of the stepper motor for drive the welding wire, an auxiliary switched-mode power supply was also implemented. The documentation describing the realization of the welding power supply and the results of the measurements are in the last part of the thesis. The welding power supply was successfully revived and reached nominal parameters. Inert gas welding has not been tested yet, due to lack of time caused by extensive work in order to complete mechanical realization.

Bakgrund: Depression är en psykisk sjukdom som påverkar stämningsläget. Den allvarligaste konsekvensen av depression är suicid. I Sverige förekommer suicid främst bland äldre (65+). Äldre faller i riskgrupp då de bär på flertal riskfaktorer som förlust av levnadspartner, polyfarmaci, ensamhet, dödsångest samt pension. Då äldre i världen ökar och depression hos äldre beräknas att bli den näst ledande orsaken till funktionsnedsättning , är det viktigt att sjuksköterskan utökar sin kompetens i syfte att främja hälsa och välbefinnande hos deprimerade äldre.   Syfte: Syftet är att beskriva de omvårdnadsåtgärder sjuksköterskan kan använda sig av vid vård av äldre med depression.   Metod: En litteraturstudie med deskriptiv design baserad på 15 vetenskapliga artiklar som sammanställts. En litteratursökning genomfördes på databaserna PubMed och PsycINFO.    Huvudresultat: Resultatet utgjordes av underkategorierna sjuksköterskepatient relationen, sjuksköterske-ledd terapi, reminiscens (väcka minnen), stimulering till aktivitet samt samarbete med andra instanser.   Slutsats: De omvårdnadsåtgärder sjuksköterskan kan använda sig av vid vård av äldre med depression är skapandet av en god sjuksköterskepatient relation, utforma terapeutiska möten i syfte att främja hälsa och välbefinnande, väcka minnen i syfte att finna en möjlig orsak till depressionen, stimulera den äldre till egenvård samt en god samverkan mellan andra inblandade instanser.

Som pedagog är det viktigt att kunna inlärningsstilar och undervisningsmetoder för att öka möjligheten för eleverna att ta till sig kunskap i skolan. Genom denna studie ämnar jag att få inblick i hur några verksamma pedagoger planerar sin undervisning utifrån deras elevers lärostilar samt vilken medvetenhet pedagogerna har om inlärningsstilar. Studien kan även bidra till att öka medvetandet hos andra pedagoger om deras sätt att undervisa. Min undersökning riktar sig främst till pedagoger och i andra hand till personer som är intresserade av olika undervisningsmetoder och inlärningsstilar. Mina frågeställningar lyder:Vilka undervisningsmetoder använder de tillfrågade pedagogerna?På vilket sätt framgår det om pedagogerna har en medvetenhet kring inlärningsstilar?I min teoridel tar jag upp några författares tankar kring vikten av pedagogernas medvetenhet kring deras elevers olika sätt att lära. Jag utgår ifrån Dunn & Dunns inlärningsmodell där de betonar fem element (miljön, emotionella, sociala, fysiologiska och psykologiska) som styr inlärningsprocessen. Några undervisningsmetoder som nämns i teoridelen är: samtal och dialog, grupp, par och enskilt arbete samt tekniska verktyg. Jag har använt mig utav en kvalitativintervjumetod där jag intervjuade sex pedagoger som undervisar elever i årskurs 1-6. Min analys och diskussion pekar på att alla informanterna hade en medvetenhet kring att deras elever lärs sig på olika sätt men det var bara en informant som återgav detta i sin praktiska undervisning.

In the automotive industry a commonly used material is thin steel sheets coated with a thin layer of zinc for corrosion resistance purposes. Welding of this material, with the high temperatures involved, causes problems with zinc burn-off leading to reduced corrosion resistance. The zinc evaporation also causes arc disturbances leading to spatter formation, pores and difficulties achieving good visual weld quality. The joints are in many cases visible or semi-visible (e.g. visible after opening a door) and “A-grade” quality is demanded, meaning no visible discontinuities are allowed. It also implies a smooth and generally appealing appearance of the joint.An alternative to welding is brazing, and laser brazing meets the requirements but the process is associated with high costs. In the national project “LEX-B”, funded by Vinnova, the possibilities of using arc brazing, in particular one MIG/MAG brazing and two TIG brazing processes, for some automotive applications are investigated. This master thesis is connected to the first part of the project and aims at compiling data for making a selection of the most promising process to investigate and optimise further. LEX-B is conducted in cooperation between Swerea KIMAB, Volvo Trucks, Scania CV and University West. The joint of interest is a lap joint between bottom and upper sheets of 1.2 mm and 0.8 mm respectively that represents a joint on the side of a truck cabin. The requirements are visual A-grade quality and tensile shear strength of 300 MPa.In the project the MIG/MAG process Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) was compared to the TIG processes forceTIG and Plasmatron. CMT was experimentally investigated while the results for the other two processes were obtained partly from a previous study and partly from Volvo Trucks where tests were performed simultaneously. A system for measuring data for the process was developed, test specimens were brazed and examined visually and mechanical destructive testing was performed to ensure the tensile shear strength. Parameter studies were done for further process optimisation.
Inom fordonsindustrin är ett ofta använt material stål i tunna ark belagda med zink p.g.a. zinkets korrossionsskyddande egenskaper. Vid svetsning av detta material uppstår problem med zink som förångas vilket leder till minskad korrosionsbeständighet. Förångningen av zink orsakar också störningar av ljusbågen vilket leder till sprut, porer och svårighet att uppnå god visuell svetskvalitet. Fogarna är i många fall synliga eller delvis synliga (t.ex. synlig efter att ha öppnat en dörr) och "A-kvalitet" efterfrågas, vilket innebär att inga synliga diskontinuiteter tillåts. Fogen ska upplevas jämn och tilltalande.Lödning är ett alternativ till svetsning, och laserlödning är en process som uppfyller kraven men är förknippad med höga kostnader. I det nationella projektet "LEX-B", som finansieras av Vinnova, undersöks möjligheterna att använda båglödning, specifikt en MIG/MAG-process och två TIG-processer, för dessa applikationer. Detta examensarbete är anslutet till den första delen av projektet och syftar till ta fram underlag för att välja den mest lovande av dessa processer för vidare utredning och optimering. LEX-B sker i samarbete mellan Swerea KIMAB, Volvo Lastvagnar, Scania CV och Högskolan Väst. Den undersökta fogen är en överlappsfog mellan en undre plåt med 1,2 mm tjocklek och en övre plåt med 0,8 mm tjocklek. Detta representerar en fog på sidan av en lastbilshytt. Kraven är visuell A-kvalitet och en drag-skjuvhållfasthet av 300 MPa.I projektet jämfördes MIG/MAG-processen Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) med TIG-processerna forceTIG och Plasmatron. CMT testades experimentellt medan resultaten för de övriga två processerna erhölls dels från tidigare tester och dels från Volvo Lastvagnar där tester utfördes parallellt. SAMMANFATTNING Bakgrund Maktförhållandet inom vården är många gånger ojämlikt i mötet mellan vårdpersonalen och patienten. Detta kan vara särskilt märkbart på en akutmottagning där det ofta är ett högt tempo och patienterna är mer eller mindre akut sjuka. För patienten kan det innebära en rädsla och osäkerhet när de inte vet vad som ska hända härnäst. Sjuksköterskan i sin tur kan påverka patienters upplevelse av sitt besök på en akutmottagning genom ett gott bemötande och god kommunikation och information. Syfte Att beskriva patienters upplevelse av vårdpersonalens bemötande och agerande på akutmottagningen. Metod En litteraturöversikt valdes som metod för arbetet. Databassökningar genomfördes i PubMed och CINAHL, vilket resulterade i 18 artiklar som granskades och inkluderades i resultatet. Resultat Resultatet visade att bra kommunikation och information från vårdpersonalen var starka komponenter när patienter skulle känna tillfredställelse med det bemötande de fick på akutmottagningen. Lite förvånande visade det sig i resultatet att flertalet av patienterna var nöjda med det bemötande och den vård de erhållit, dock underströks i flertalet studier att enligt patienter kunde förbättringar göras inom vissa områden. Slutsats Att visa respekt, lyssna på patienten och framföra tydlig och adekvat information är de faktorer som framställts som viktigast när det gäller bemötandet på akutmottagningen, detta i sig kostar inte sjukvården något utan medför endast positiva effekter. Gott bemötande kan öka tillfredsställelsen och följsamheten med den givna vården.

A method is described here for the concentration and determination of geosmin and 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB) from the gaseous phase, with translation to field collection and quantification from soil disturbances in situ. The method is based on the use of solid-phase microextraction (SPME) fibers for adsorption of volatile chemicals from the vapor phase, followed by desorption into a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) for analysis. The use of a SPME fiber allows simple introduction to the GC-MS without further sample preparation. Several fiber sorbent types were studied and the 50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS was the best performer to maximize the detected peak areas of both analytes combined. Factors such as extraction temperature and time along with desorption temperature and time were explored with respect to analyte recovery. An extraction temperature of 30 ◦C for 10 min, with a desorption temperature of 230 ◦C for 4 min was best for the simultaneous analysis of both geosmin and 2-MIB without complete loss of either one. The developed method was used successfully to measure geosmin and 2-MIB emission from just above disturbed and undisturbed soils, indicating that this method detects both compounds readily from atmospheric samples. Both geosmin and 2-MIB were present as background concentrations in the open air, while disturbed soils emitted much higher concentrations of both compounds. Surprisingly, 2-MIB was always detected at higher concentrations than geosmin, indicating that a focus on its detection may be more useful for soil emission monitoring and more sensitive to low levels of soil disturbance.

Resumen
In der Region Rhein-Main steht mit dem Rhein-Main-Mobilitätspanel (RMP) seit dem Jahr 2008 ein Datensatz zur Verfügung, der im Vergleich zu früheren Datensätzen eine verbesserte Beschreibung der regionalen Mobilitätsentwicklung ermöglicht. In dieser Methodenstudie wird überprüft, inwieweit Anschlussmöglichkeiten dieses Datensatzes mit anderen regionalen Datensätzen bestehen. Das Ziel dieser Studie ist somit die Prüfung, inwiefern in der Region Rhein-Main vorliegende Mobilitäts- und andere (insbesondere raumbezogene) Daten mit dem RMP kombiniert werden können, um daraus neue Erkenntnisse und Handlungsoptionen für die Entscheidungsträger vor Ort zu entwickeln. Im Rahmen der Studie werden sowohl ein Vergleich der Stichprobenzusammensetzung und der Erhebungsmethodik als auch der erfassten Kennziffern durchgeführt und Möglichkeiten zur Kombination mit Raumstrukturdaten überprüft. Weiterhin werden zentrale Mobilitätskennziffern der betrachteten Erhebungen (MiD 2002, 2008; SrV 2008; Deutsches Mobilitätspanel 2002-2008) gegenübergestellt und die Anwendbarkeit des harmonisierten und kombinierten Datensatzes hinsichtlich einer inhaltlichen Fragestellung überprüft.
