Resumen
We present a Geographical Information System (GIS)-based framework implementing a Mamdani fuzzy rule-based system to partition in an unsupervised mode an urban system in urban green areas. The proposed framework is characterized by high usability and flexibility. The study area is partitioned into homogeneous regions regarding the characteristics of public green areas and relations with the residents and buildings. The urban system is initially partitioned into microzones, given the smallest areas in which a census of the urban system is taken in terms of resident population, type and number of buildings and properties, and industrial and service activities. During a pre-processing phase, the values of specific indicators defined by a domain expert, which characterize the type of urban green area and the relationship with the residents and buildings, are calculated for each microzone. Subsequently, the fuzzy rule-based system component is executed to classify each microzone based on the fuzzy rule set constructed by the domain expert. Spatially adjoining microzones belonging to the same class are dissolved to form homogeneous areas called urban green contexts. The membership degrees of the microzones to the fuzzy set of their class are used to evaluate the reliability of the classification of the urban green context. We test our framework on the municipality of Pozzuoli, Italy, comparing the results with the ones obtained in a supervised manner by the expert appropriately partitioning and classifying the urban study area based on his knowledge of it.

Among the studies on the land use – travel relationship, few investigated it regarding weekend travel and destination choice. This study accordingly evaluates how the land use - destination choice relationship differs between weekdays and weekends using two multinomial logistic regression models in which the destination is classified into three types: microzone inside, microzone outside - macrozone inside, and macrozone outside. Major findings are that the choice of automobile alternatives for travel and their ownership are associated with the choice of the microzone inside while employment and income contribute to external trips. Among land use variables, nighttime population density turns out to be the only land use variable that consistently increases internal trips in all cases, regardless of the zone size and weekday - weekend difference, whereas daytime population density does not become significant in any case. Also, land use entropy and street connectivity are found to discourage a trip that moves from the microzone to the macrozone and transit system variables to facilitate a trip that goes beyond the microzone. Particularly, between two types of transit system variables, the choice of the microzone is likely to be associated with low bus stop density on weekdays and low metro station density on weekends.

The current state of the use of agricultural land resources in the Russian Federation is reflected. The assessment of the state of turnover of land shares in agricultural production of the Volga Federal District was carried out. The analysis of land turnover in the Russian Federation, the Volga Federal District and the Saratov region is carried out. In the reproduction process of agriculture in the region, land plays an important role, since they are the main means of production, in this regard, there is a need for this study. The article evaluates changes in agricultural land areas in the country and region. According to available data, the areas of agricultural land in the Russian Federation and the Volga Federal District have not changed from 2016 to 2019. In the Saratov region, there is an increase in the land area of legal entities by 27.5 percent in 2019, compared with 2016. According to the table compiled on the basis of the microzonal territorial division of the Saratov region, there has been a decrease in the total area of agricultural land over the past five years in the Western microzone by 24 510.1 hectares, in the Central right-bank microzone by 32 627.5 hectares, in the Northern right-bank microzone by 8889.1 hectares, while in the rest there is an increase, most of all in the Northern rightbank microzone (by 105334.6 hectares). The dynamics of own, leased, unformulated agricultural land not used by agricultural organizations of the Saratov region shows that from 2016 to 2019 there was a reduction in the area of agricultural land by 55.6%, land owned by 86.1%, leased land by 55.6%, unformulated land by 76.8%. The conducted analysis shows that the size of the share of unformed and abandoned agri- of the organization and management of land relacultural lands in the Saratov region is gradually tions and the use of land resources is necessary. decreasing, in this regard, further improvement of the organization and management of land relations and the use of land resources is necessary.

Resumen
The cerebellum is endowed with the capacity for compensation and restoration after pathological injury, a property known as cerebellar reserve. Such capacity is attributed to two unique morphological and physiological features of the cerebellum. First, mossy fibers that convey peripheral and central information run mediolaterally over a wide area of the cerebellum, resulting in the innervation of multiple microzones, commonly known as cerebellar functional units. Thus, a single microzone receives redundant information that can be used in pathological conditions. Secondly, the circuitry is characterized by a co-operative interplay among various forms of synaptic plasticity. Recent progress in understanding the mechanisms of redundant information and synaptic plasticity has allowed outlining therapeutic strategies potentiating these neural substrates to enhance the cerebellar reserve, taking advantage of the unique physiological properties of the cerebellum which appears as a modular and potentially reconfiguring brain structure.

Resumen
The current paper is motivated by the need to understand the factors in generating the fusion microzone in sliding systems. The objectives are to analyze the different elements' varied influence on the engineering surface's temperature rise. The current paper developed the prediction model based on the thermal conduct theory. A solution based on the Green's function method is combined with the grid method for calculating the temperature rise and distribution. The research indicates that: frictional heat is closely related to the sliding velocity, its value is in proportion to the sliding velocity; the thermal properties of the material are one of the key points to decide the temperature rise; the load is another main factor in increasing the temperature rise; comparing with other elements, the roughness may be the least effective to the temperature rise.

Resumen
La ciudad de Portoviejo cuenta desde el 2017 con espectros de diseño específicos resultados del estudio de microzonificación sísmica del cantón. Esta investigación se origina por el escaso uso que se da a los espectros de diseño indicados en el estudio de microzonificación por parte de calculistas estructurales, quienes continúan usando los espectros que se indican en la Norma Ecuatoriana de la Construcción del 2015 para analizar y diseñar las estructuras, tanto de hormigón armado como de acero estructural. El objetivo de esta investigación es medir las variaciones de desplazamientos laterales y esfuerzos globales en estructuras aporticadas de hormigón armado mediante un análisis sísmico, empleando tanto los espectros de la norma ecuatoriana como los espectros de la microzonificación sísmica de Portoviejo. Se analizaron seis estructuras, tres de ellas regulares en planta y en elevación, las cuales eran de tres, cinco y ocho niveles de altura y otras tres estructuras irregulares de tres y dos niveles. Las estructuras fueron modeladas en Etabs, y se usó el análisis sísmico modal espectral en que se variaba el espectro de diseño. En cuanto a los espectros de la microzonificación se usaron los indicados para las microzonas M4 y M5 mientras que los espectros de la norma considerados corresponden a la zona sísmica VI en suelos tipo D y E consistentes con los tipos de suelo de las microzonas M4 y M5. Adicionalmente se evaluó la variación del área de aceros de refuerzo en elementos principales. De este esta investigación se puede concluir que: i) en las estructuras de dos, tres y cinco niveles, los desplazamientos se amplificaron al emplear los espectros de la microzonificación sísmica, la microzona 4 entrega el mayor valor. En la estructura de ocho niveles los espectros de la norma dan los mayores desplazamientos. ii) en la estructura de ocho niveles los mayores esfuerzos de corte y momento se presentaron al emplear los espectros de la norma ecuatoriana de la construcción. iii) al diseñar las estructuras los resultados no presentaron una variación significativa, se obtuvo una mínima diferencia en cuanto a los aceros de refuerzos longitudinales. iv) en la ciudad de Portoviejo, las estructuras construidas con frecuencia no superan los tres niveles y al ser diseñadas con los espectros de la norma se estaría subestimando la aceleración sísmica de diseño. Se recomienda el uso de los espectros de la microzonificación, que son resultado de un trabajo específico para las condiciones de la ciudad. Abstract— The Portoviejo city has since 2017 with specific design spectrum results of the study of seismic microzoning in the canton. This research originates from the limited use given to the design spectrum indicated in the microzonation study by structural engineers, who continue to use the spectrum indicated in the 2015 Ecuadorian Construction Standard to analyze and design the structures, both reinforced concrete and structural steel. The objective of this investigation is to measure the variations of lateral displacements and global efforts in structures provided with reinforced concrete to be analyzed seismically using both the spectrum of the ecuadorian norms and the spectrum of the seismic microzoning of Portoviejo. Six structures were analyzed, three of them regular in plan and elevation, which were three, five and eight levels high and three other irregular structures of three and two levels. The structures were modeled in Etabs, and the spectral modal seismic analysis was used, varying the design spectrum. Regarding the microzonation spectrum, those indicated for microzones M4 and M5 were used, while the spectrum of the standard considered correspond to seismic zone VI in soils type D and E consistent with the soil types of microzones M4 and M5. Additionally, the variation of the area of reinforcement steels in main elements was evaluated. From this research it can be concluded that: i) in the structures of two, three and five levels, the displacements were amplified by using the spectrum of the seismic microzonation, the microzone 4 generated the highest value. In the eight-level structure the spectrum of the norm give the greatest displacements. ii) in the eight-level structure the greatest cutting and momentum efforts were presented when using the spectrum of the Ecuadorian construction standard. iii) when designing the structures, the results did not show a significant variation, a minimum difference was obtained regarding the longitudinal reinforcement steels. iv) in the city of Portoviejo, the structures built frequently do not exceed three levels and being designed with the spectrum of the standard would be underestimating the seismic acceleration of design. The use of microzonation spectra is recommended, which are the result of specific work for city conditions. Keywords: Seismic microzonation, Design spectrum, Seismic Analysis, Seismic Design.

The hippocampus is an important part of the limbic system in the human brain that has essential roles in spatial navigation and cognitive functions. It is still unknown how gene expression changes in single-cell in different spatial locations of the hippocampus of Parkinson’s disease. The purpose of this study was to analyze the gene expression features of single cells in different spatial locations of mouse hippocampus, and to explore the effects of gene expression regulation on learning and memory mechanisms. Here, we obtained 74 single-cell samples from different spatial locations in a mouse hippocampus through microdissection technology, and used single-cell RNA-sequencing and spatial transcriptome sequencing to visualize and quantify the single-cell transcriptome features of tissue sections. The results of differential expression analysis showed that the expression of Sv2b, Neurod6, Grp and Stk32b genes in a hippocampus single cell at different locations was significantly different, and the marker genes of CA1, CA3 and DG subregions were identified. The results of gene function enrichment analysis showed that the up-regulated differentially expressed genes Tubb2a, Eno1, Atp2b1, Plk2, Map4, Pex5l, Fibcd1 and Pdzd2 were mainly involved in neuron to neuron synapse, vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, calcium signaling pathway and neurodegenerative disease pathways, thus affecting learning and memory function. It revealed the transcriptome profile and heterogeneity of spatially located cells in the hippocampus of PD for the first time, and demonstrated that the impaired learning and memory ability of PD was affected by the synergistic effect of CA1 and CA3 subregions neuron genes. These results are crucial for understanding the pathological mechanism of the Parkinson’s disease and making precise treatment plans.

For the production of tiller crops sown using wide-row technology, strip-till or Strip-till technology is becoming more common. When developing tillage working bodies for this technology, it is necessary to specify the size parameters of the root system of the main crops: sunflower, corn and soy, cultivated in the arid conditions of the steppe zone of the South-East of Russia. Ground motions recorded in several earthquakes by the Hutt Valley strong-motion accelerograph array are analyzed to demonstrate and quantify microzone effects. Spectral amplifications in low to moderate ground shaking are calculated at sites with different soil conditions with respect to a reference site located on rock adjacent to the edge of the valley. It is shown that the response characteristics of various sites correlate well with the soil conditions underlying the sites. A shallow site located on 20 m of sediment adjacent to the edge of the valley produces short-period amplification, with the average amplification curve for the 5% damped acceleration response, spectrum peaking at 0.35 s with a value of 4. Deeper sites with up to 300 m of stiff sediments yield broad-band amplifications up to 2 s period, with typical maximum amplifications of 5-10. The greatest amplifications, exceeding 10, are obtained at two sites which are located on shallow very soft deposits.

The microstructure and characteristic of fracture between TC4 titanium alloy and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel bonding joints were analyzed concretely in this paper. For direct SP/DB of TC4/1Cr18Ni9Ti, the diffusion layer joint was composed of some new phases such as β-Ti, TiFe2, TiFe, σ-FeCr and α-Fe, and the shear strength could be ensured when the thickness of TiFe/TiFe2 brittle phases was controlled within 3~5μm. In SP/DB of TC4/1Cr18Ni9Ti, the joint status of microzone in interface was asymmetric and exhibited different fractograph. The bonding area of fracture could be divided into three zones: similar original interface zone, metallurgical bonding zone and quasi-metallurgical bonding zone. The interface deficiencies were constitutive of mechanical bonding area, cavity and impurity.

The Beidaud Archaeological Microzone, located west of the commune of Beidaud (Tulcea County), groups a series of archaeological sites dating from various periods: a Neolithic site, a fortified settlement dated from the First and Second Iron Age/Archaic period until the Late Roman period, a Roman rural settlement, and an Early Roman tumular necropolis. In this paper we will present the results of the surface survey carried out during the 2020 campaign, focusing on the area of the Roman settlement, where a significant quantity of archaeological materials, exclusively pottery, was discovered. After presenting the main ceramic categories, we will discuss these finds’ major importance in determining more clearly the settlement’s habitation period. Moreover, this material represents good evidence for a first picture of the everyday life of the inhabitants.

The article gives an analysis of the term "production concentration", explains the interdependence of concentration and specialization in the field of agricultural production, justifies the application of "production profitability" indicator to assess the scale positive effect in the industry through the analyses of the changes over the thirteen-year period 2002-2015.To achieve the research objectives it has been decided not to use value levels to avoid time incompatibility. The article is devoted to the research of absolute production concentration changes in the agricultural field of the Kursk region in the context of microzones, industries brunches and sub-brunches. The author has used the grouping method, correlation-regression analysis and time series analysis. Moreover variability indicators have also been applied. . Regional agricultural enterprises were grouped according to the micro-zones: south-western, north-western, eastern and suburban. The study was conducted taking into account the largest agricultural sub-brunches which are of greatest importance for the regional economy: grain production, sugar beet production, oil production (sunflower, soybean, rape), dairy and beef cattle, pork, sheep and poultry production. The most significant results of the study are represented in graphic form. These are the graphs that enable to track the indicator changes in three angles (coor-dinates): the number of enterprises, enterprise scale (by industry), time. Thus, the graph simultaneously shows how the number of enterprises has changed with the passing time and how the average scale of the industry changes over time. Then, the comparisons of the values achieved in the microzone section and inter-branch comparisons are made. It was concluded that in most agricultural branches of the Kursk region, the increase in production scale was accompanied by the increase in production profitability and, consequently, there is a positive effect of production scale. Support at federal, regional and local levels is required to create enabling environment for further business scale growth in the leading agricultural sub-branches.

Research on the diabetes mellitus (DM) treatment has recently been carried out, especially on discovering antidiabetic agents derived from plants. This study aims to determine the fabrication of microzone plastic-based biosensors, determine the optimal sensor conditions, analysis characteristics, and compare the biosensor with the UV-Vis spectrophotometric method. The results showed that the response time was 15 minutes, the linear range was 500-40000 µg / mL (R = 0.9989). The limit of detection (LOD) was 1109.6 µg / mL, and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 3698.8 µg / mL. Biosensor filled up the precision parameters with an RSD value of less than 3.7% and an accuracy with recovery in the range of 95-105%. The biosensor is stable in storage at 25 ° C for 270 minutes and at chiller temperature for three days. The antidiabetic activity of the biosensor was compared with the UV-Vis spectrophotometer using the Independent Sample T-test and showed insignificant differences between the two methods.

AbstractIn 1982 Vilanova et al. quantitatively described the neovessel area in glioblastoma and suggested zonal differences in vessel surface area. In this study we investigated specific cell proliferation and angiogenic patterns in the vessel compartment of cortical glioblastoma. We used Ki67, CD34 and SMA double immunohistochemical staining to quantitate vascular patterns and cell specific proliferation and presented glioblastoma with several parameters of angiogenesis. Endothelial cell proliferation was higher in complex and bizzare neovessels than in the simple and sprouting glioblastoma neovessels. There was a higher frequency of sprouting simple vessels in close proximity to the palisade and a higher frequency of bizzare vessels in the microzone distant to the palisade. Quantitatively presented for the first time, the neovessel proliferation patterns support cortical glioblastoma compartmentalization. The data obtained are relevant to medical doctors using neoangiogenesis in diagnosis, prognosis and therapy of neoplasia. The results obtained in 15 patients call for further investigation of endothelial cell/pericyte relationships and glioblastoma compartmentalization.

Single-crystalline silicon nitride nanowires with high purity, controlled dimensionality have been prepared via nitriding the nanocrystalline silicon powders at 1300°C~1400°C. The nanocrystalline silicon powders with average particle size of 20-80nm were obtained by cryomilling with the liquid nitrogen as the medium. Scanning electron microscopy, high resolution transmitted electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and UV-lamp microzone Raman spectrometer were used to characterize the as-synthesized nanowires. The effects of nitridation process (reaction temperature and holding time) and the particle size of nanocrystalline silicon powders on the phase and microstructure of the silicon nitride nanowires were analyzed. The obtained results show that the diameter of the nanowires can be controlled in the range of 40~100nm, and the length of 10~80 μm. The formation of the nanowires can be explained by the vapor-solid growth mechanism. The room temperature photoluminescence spectra show that the silicon nitride nanowires exhibit a broad visible emission band which ranges from 370 nm to 700 nm.

In this paper, 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and 30CrMnSiA steel are bonded by inertia radial friction welding (IRFW). The formation mechanism of the aluminum/steel friction welded joints and the effect of the welding parameters on the mechanical properties are investigated through the microstructure, microzone composition, and mechanical property analysis. The results show that no visible intermetallic compound layers (IMCs) are detected on the aluminum/steel welding interface, which may be due to Si element aggregating in the welding interface and then forming a Al−Fe−Si phase, preventing the formation and growth of an Al−Fe IMCs. Eventually, a micron ultrathin interface reaction layer composed of Al0.7Fe3Si0.3, FeAl, and Fe3Al phases is formed at the aluminum/steel welding interface. The maximum average shear strength of the joint is 176 MPa. The shear fracture is a typical ductile fracture. Properly reducing the friction speed and increasing the upsetting pressure can improve the bonding strength of aluminum/steel joints.

The interface microzone characteristics determine the thermophysical properties of diamond/Cu composites, while the mechanisms of interface formation and heat transport still need to be revealed. Here, diamond/Cu-B composites with different boron content were prepared by vacuum pressure infiltration. Diamond/Cu-B composites up to 694 W/(mK) were obtained. The interfacial carbides formation process and the enhancement mechanisms of interfacial heat conduction in diamond/Cu-B composites were studied by HRTEM and first-principles calculations. It is demonstrated that boron can diffuse toward the interface region with an energy barrier of 0.87 eV, and these elements are energetically favorable to form the B4C phase. The calculation of the phonon spectrum proves that the B4C phonon spectrum is distributed in the range of the copper and diamond phonon spectrum. The overlapping of phonon spectra and the dentate structure together enhance the interface phononic transport efficiency, thereby improving the interface thermal conductance.

The article discusses Georgian microzonal vini-viticulture potential. We have described Georgian wine denomination of origin production and trends. Also, we have analyzed the current situation and perspectives of micro zone agriculture. The appellation wines are different from table wines and has the international economic value. We have provided evidence with the example of local and international experience, that the development of the wine appellations is one of the best ways to develop wine economics. We have made conclusion about the advantages of this kind of wines. In the end we provided the recommendations about studying, developing and forming wine microzones. Both based on the experience of Georgian and international countries we have analyzed all the opportunities that microzonal agriculture, especially appellation wines have. We have discussed the theoretical and practical aspects of the Georgian winemaking and possibilities to develop Georgian viticulture with the help of Micro zones. In the article we have analyzed how the development of the current wine microzones and establishment of new appellations can develop both social and economic situation of Georgian winemaking. How both of the cases affect the region. The purpose of the development of micro regional winemaking is to increase the quality of wine production, also to create better quality control mechanisms and of course to make Georgian wine more popular on domestic and international markets. The development of micro zonal winemaking can be established with the help of international and local wine professionals and with the help of international experience. In the end of the article we have summarized all the possibilities that we have discussed in the main part of the article and we have made recommendations for Georgian wine industry. All these possibilities can give us the possibilities to increase the economic profit and to develop the social situation of wine regions. We held informal and semi-structured interviews with fifteen masters and artists from Caruaru, linked to eleven different popular culture segments, and performed non-participant observation in workshops, meetings, and forums. Our discussion reflects on the ancestries, affections between family members, masters and apprentices, explicit rules, conflicts, and distinctions constituting the popular know-how that underlies organizational practices. We highlight as the main contributions of this study to Organizational Studies: the production of authentic knowledge about organizing practiced in peripheral contexts; and the questioning of the distinction between ‘knowing’ and ‘doing’ and instrumental rationality as the basis for organizational practices. Finally, we point out how practice theory initiates a wider discussion about popular cultures in a peripheral context like the Agreste of Pernambuco, which includes the contribution of other perspectives and leads to concrete actions in practice.

This study investigated the interfacial characteristics of tungsten-particle-reinforced Zr-based bulk-metallic-glass composites (Wp/Zr-BMGs) with varying tungsten-particle sizes. To this end, Wp/Zr-BMGs with three different Wp sizes were fabricated using spark plasma sintering. Subsequently, the microstructures and interfacial structures of the Wp/Zr-BMGs were extensively examined, and the mechanical properties of the microzone at the Wp/Zr-BMG interface were evaluated using a nanoindentation method. The results revealed that the interfaces of Wp/Zr-BMGs, irrespective of the Wp size, exhibited dissolution-diffusion characteristics. Moreover, the thickness of the interface diffusion layer was positively correlated to the size of Wp. The addition of Wp enhanced the elastic modulus and hardness of Zr-BMGs at the interface, as these effects are inversely related to the Wp size. Furthermore, this study established a relationship between the interfacial mechanical properties and the interfacial characteristics of particle-reinforced bulk-metallic-glass composites. Thus, this study can serve as a guide for future research in the field of Wp/Zr-BMGs and similar particle-reinforced composites.

The retention of copper (Cu) in saline–alkali soil (SAS) during long-term application of biogas residue (BR) with a high concentration of Cu raises concerns. In this work, the fate of Cu was detected using adsorption isotherms, scanning electron microscope—energy dispersive spectrometer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, isothermal titration calorimetry, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and microzone X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The results showed that the main groups for Cu adsorption by SAS and BR were carboxyl, hydroxyl, amide and amine. The adsorption of Cu by the carboxyl group was entropy–enthalpy co-driven (|ΔH| < |TΔS|, ΔH < 0). The adsorption of Cu by the amine group was entropy-driven (|ΔH| > |TΔS|, ΔH > 0). The adsorption of Cu on the SAS and BR was achieved by organic matter rather than minerals. The degradation of BR in the SAS increases the content of Cu adsorption groups such as carboxyl and amine groups, and Cu was adsorbed on the surface or inside SAS through organic groups. This study provides further theoretical support for the application of BR in SAS.

Abstract The micromechanical behavior of an Al/Al2Cu/Cu multilayer with characteristic crystal orientation during uniaxial tensile deformation was investigated by molecular dynamics. The simulation results showed that under tensile loading, the dislocation nucleates at the Cu/Al2Cu heterogeneous interface and moves toward the Cu layer along the {111} crystal plane. The deformation mechanism is intralayer confinement slip. As the dislocations proliferated, interactions between them occurred; resulting in the formation of insertion stacking faults and deformation twins in the Cu and Al layers. However, no dislocation lines were generated in the Al2Cu layer during tensile deformation. As the load increased, the stress concentration at the Al2Cu/Al interface led to the fracture of the complex. In addition, the microplastic deformation mechanism and mechanical properties of Al/Al2Cu/Cu composites at different temperatures and strain rates were significantly different. These results revealed the microdeformation mechanism of laminated composites containing brittle phases.

In order to investigate the effect of nano polymer materials on the UV aged performance of asphalt binder, a nano PA modifying agent was selected to prepare modified asphalt. Under the effect of UV radiation, the modifying effect of nano PA on the rheological properties of asphalt was studied. With the extension of UV ageing time, the microstructure variation of PA modified asphalt was characterized by using a focused ion beam scanning electron microscope (FIB-SEM). The thermophysical properties of PA modified asphalt were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis (TG). Furthermore, the functional group compositions of PA modified asphalt were investigated by dynamic FTIR. The results showed that with the extension of UV ageing time, the PA modifier could mitigate the ageing effect of UV radiation on the asphalt binder. PA modifier could achieve an increasing effect on the viscoelasticity of asphalt during the UV ageing process. PA modifier suppressed the generation of microcracks in the surface microzone of UV aged asphalt samples. PA modifier could promote the thermal stability improvement of asphalt binder when subjected to UV radiation. The generation of carbonyl and sulfoxide groups in asphalt was inhibited during the UV ageing period, which indicated that the UV induced reaction of asphalt could be postponed by the PA modifying agent.

Solid farm manure and a liquid organic fertilizer of vegetable origin were used as basic fertilizers, while five different commercial fertilizers containing bacteria and mycorrhiza were used as complementary fertilizers. In addition, this study examined plant growth parameters, including root length, stem diameter, leaf area, yield per plant, fruit weight, pH in the fruit, SSC, acid, SSC-to-acid ratio, and plant nutrient content. The Biofarm+Botanica+Fontera microzone bacterial fertilizer (Azosprillium brasilense, Azotobacter vinelandii, Rhizobium trifollii, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus licheniformis, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, and Bacillus mucilaginosus) treatment provided the best results; namely, it produced the highest total yield (250.17 g plant−1), largest fruits (18.13 g), highest SSC-to-acid ratio (18.05), and best nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and magnesium contents in the leaves. Similarly, the same treatment produced the longest root, thickest stem, and maximum leaf area. As a result of this study, it is recommended to use biofertilizers together with organic fertilizers to ensure high-quality fruit production.
