MetodoIogi yang dilakukan peneIitian ini ada beberapa tahapan pengujian karakteristik agregat kasar, agregat haIus dan filIer. setelah itu dilakukan perancang proporsi campuran Stone Matrix AsphaIt seIanjutnya dilakukan uji marshaIl untuk menghasilkan karakteristik campuran yang sesuai dan melakukan pengujian MarshalI lmmersion untuk mendapatkan stabilitas marshall sisa / durabiIitas berkadar aspaI optimum. Dari peneIitian yang diIakukan di laboratorium, menunjukan hasil karakteristik agregat dari batu Sungai Sibangke Kabupaten Toraja Utara, sudah memenuhi spesifikasi sebagai bahan Iapisan perkerasan jaIan. maka selanjutnya dilakukan uji Marshall konvensionaI dengan rancangan campuran Stone Matrix AsphaIt menggunakan kadar aspaI 6,00 %, 6,25 %, 6,50 %, 6,75 % dan 7,00 %. Dari hasiI pengujian MarshaIl lmmersion campuran Stone Matrix AsphaIt dengan kadar aspaI optimaI 7,00 % diperoIeh stabilitas marshaIl sisa / durabiIitas sebesar 96,81% memenuhi syarat tersebut adaIah minimaI 90 %, memenuhi Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018.

Resumen
To discuss basalt fiber adding quantity to the influence of Marshall test results of asphalt mixture. Through the Marshall test, the changing regulation of marshal indexes of various grading asphalt mixture with different basalt fiber adding quantity were studied respectively, and comparative analysis of Marshall index with xylogen fiber polyester and fiber asphalt mixture were done. The results show that the improvement effects for Marshall index are remarkable by addition of fiber, and compared with polyester fiber and xylogen fiber, the improvement effects of basalt fiber is better.

The aim of the article is to present the biographies of the first five marshals of Polish parliaments in 1989–2011. The Marshals of the Sejm presented in short biographical sketches are figures who played an important role in Polish politics. Among them were politicians from various political groups. Two activists associated with the Polish people’s movement (Mikołaj Kozakiewicz and Józef Zych), one socialist from the former post-communist camp (Józef Oleksy) and two with a beautiful card in the anti-communist opposition and strongly associated with the Catholic Church (Wiesław Chrzanowksi and Maciej Płażyński). The Marshal of the Sejm is the speaker of the Sejm, the lower house of the Polish parliament. The office traces its origins to the 15th century. In modern Poland, the full title is Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. Today the Marshal of the Sejm is the chairman of the Presidium of the Sejm and the Convention of Seniors. The Marshal oversees the work of the Sejm, supervises procedural sessions of the Sejm, and convenes and chairs the proceedings of the Convention of Seniors and the Presidium of the Sejm. Since 1989 substitutes for the President of Poland in the event of that office’s vacancy.

Tujuan peneIitian ini untuk menguji karakteristik Campuran Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) Kasar dengan memanfaatkan Sungai Sa’dan Kelurahan Pangli Kecamatan Sesean Kabupaten Toraja Utara dari hasil penelitian laboratorium.Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini ialah membuat beberapa uji karakteristik yang berwujud material aggregat kasar, halus, filer serta aspal yang kemudiam membuat rancangan komposisi lalu benda uji dibuat dalam bentuk campuran beraspal panas Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) Kasar dan kemudian melakukan Marshall test untuk mendapatkan Stabilitas Marshal sisa (SMS) menggunakan K.A.O. Adapun penelitian ini dilaksanakan di laboratorium Jalan dan Aspal Fakultas Teknik Sipil Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus Makassar, yang memberikan hasil Karakteristik material perkerasan berupa Batu Sungai Sa’dan Kelurahan Pangli Kec.Sesean Kab. Toraja Utara telah memenuhi Spesifikasi standar Bina Marga 2018 yang dapat digunakan dalam campuran beraspal panas. Melalui uji Marshall didapatkan karakteristik Stone Matrix Asphalt (SMA) Kasar dengan kadar aspal 6,00, hingga 7,00% dengan kenaikan 0,25%. 7,00% adalah K.A.O yang digunakan pada Marshall Immersion campuran SMA dan diperoleh Stabilitas Marshal Sisa (SMS) sebesar 97,53% dimana nilai ini sesuai dengan Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018 yaitu minimal 90%.

Resumen
The article discusses the role and place of the marshal of nobility in the system of county administration and self-government in the post-reform period. The object of the study is the institute of county marshals of nobility in the Belarusian provinces in the second half of the 19th – early 20th century. The study deterncines the changes in the government policy of the Russian autocracy related to the noble elections in Belarus after the 1863–1864 uprising. The main functions of County leaders in the sphere of class self-government are revealed. The main directions of activity of local heads of nobility in management of administrative district institutions are shown. The characteristics of the functioning of the institute of county marshals of nobility on the territory of Belarus are given. As a result of analysis of the laws the conclusion is made that the marshal of the nobility took the place of a full head of county, and during the period under review, the trend of expanding the powers of the marshals of nobility, testified to their transformation from in-class bodies in administrative, public bodies.

The proceedings of the High Tribunal of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania were presided over by a Marshal, also known as director of the Tribunal in the 17th century. He was elected from among all the deputies on the inauguration day of a new tribunal. The position was commonly fi lled by Lithuanian offi cials of various ranks and it was not uncommon for senators to serve as Marshals. For various reasons, a Marshal was not always able to take part in all the activities of the Tribunal – on such occasions assistant Marshals were elected. In 1633, 1634, 1635, 1636, 1638, 1639, 1642, 1646 and 1648, the High Tribunal was presided over by at least three directors. The most High Tribunals Marshals presided over (there were as many as fi ve) were in 1638 and 1642. In total, in 16 Lithuanian High Tribunals, which convened during the reign of Władysław IV, the position was fi lled by 37 persons, 45 times in all. Because of the political and property interests of Lithuanian political elites and opportunities to infl uence judgments, the position of the High Tribunal director was attractive. Out of 37 High Tribunal Marshals 17, or 46 per cent, were senators or were to become senators later. In terms of denominational affi liation, the High Tribunal was presided over by 33 Catholics, 3 Calvinists and a single Orthodox. High Tribunal Marshals were – in principle – elected deputies at the dietines of Lithuanian ‘upper voivodeships’, chiefl y though from the Vilnius Voivodeship. Out of 45 High Tribunal Marshals, 20 came from these dietines, which accounts for 44 per cent of all Tribunal directors in 1633-1648.

Pengembangan Teknologi dan Inovasi di Era Revolusi 4.0 sangat dibutuhkan utamanya pada inovasi pemanfaatan material lokal. Material Sungai Seriti di Kecamatan Lamasi Timur Kabupaten Luwu sangat berpotensi jika dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dalam perkerasan jalan, tetapi hingga saat ini material-material tersebut dimanfaatkan hanya untuk membangun rumah hunian masyarakat setempat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji karakteristik material, menganalisa campuran AC-BC yang menggunakan material dari sungai Seriti Kabupaten Luwu dengan variasi kadar aspal 5,00% 5,50% 6,00% 6,50% dan 7,00% serta mengiji ketahanan campuran terhadap suhu dan perendaman air dengan pengujian Stabilitas Marshall Sisa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik agregat yang berasaI dari Sungai Seriti Kabupaten Luwu memenuhi standar Spesifikasi sebagai bahan AC_BC. Rancangan komposisi campuran AC-BC diperoIeh proporsi agregat kasar 42,82%, agregat haIus 45,73%, filler 5,45% dengan kadar aspaI optimum 6,00%. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan agregat Sungai Seriti Kabupaten Luwu dalam Campuran AC-BC sehingga terlebih dahulu harus diketahui karakteristik agregatnya. Karakteristik agregat kasar, agregat halus, aspal dan filler harus memenuhi persyaratan yang terdapat dalam Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga 2018, maka dari itu dilakukan serangkaian pengujian Karakteristik sebelum dilakukan perancangan komposisi campuran AC-BC untuk pembuatan benda uji campuran AC-BC. Benda uji kemudian akan diuji Marshall untuk mengetahui karakteristik dari campuran AC-BC tersebut. MeIaIui pengujian MarshaIl Immertion diperoIeh hasiI StabiIitas MarshalI Sisa sebesar 96,61% dengan kadar aspaI 6,00%.

Untuk menunjang pembangunan jalan dan meningkatkan kualitas campuran aspal, pembangunan jalan memerlukan pengaspalan beton yang baik dan perawatan yang rutin, salah satunya dengan memasukkan zat aditif ke dalam aspal. Limbah pipa yang terbuat dari plastik PVC menjadi bahan yang digunakan. Limbah plastik PVC ini dimanfaatkan dengan cara menambahkan plastik PVC ke dalam campuran aspal menggunakan cara kering. Tujuan penelitian pengujian karakteristik campuran AC-WC yang menggunakan limbah plastic PVC sebagai bahan tambah. Metode pengujian dengan Marshall konvensional serta Marshall Immersion. Hasil pengujian Marshall Konvensional menunjukkan dengan menggunakan kadar limbah plastik 0%, 1%, 2%, 3% dan 4%, karakteristik campuran AC-WC seperti Stabilitas, Flow, VIM, VFB, dan VMA memenuhi spesifikasi Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga 2018 dan hasil pengujian Marshal Immersion menunjukkan Stabilitas Marshall Sisa menunjukkan nilai memenuhi persyaratan.

Marshal 200SC chứa carbosulfan 200g/L được sử dụng trong canh tác lúa ở Đồng bằng sông Cửu Long. Carbosulfan có cơ chế gây hại cho sinh vật qua ức chế cholinesterase (ChE). Cá mè vinh (Barbonymus gonionotus) sống ở nhiều thủy vực và được nuôi xen canh trong mô hình lúa - cá nên có nhiều nguy cơ tiếp xúc và bị ảnh hưởng do sử dụng thuốc này. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định ảnh hưởng ở nồng độ dưới ngưỡng gây chết của Marshal 200SC đến ChE và tăng trưởng của loài cá này. Ba nồng độ Marshall 200SC (1, 10 và 20%LC50-96 giờ) được triển khai trong điều kiện phòng thí nghiệm để đánh giá ảnh hưởng của thuốc đến ChE trong 96 giờ và đến tăng trưởng cá trong 60 ngày. Kết quả cho thấy Marshal 200SC chứa carbosulfan 200g/L có độ độc cấp tính cao đối với cá mè vinh cỡ giống, giá trị LC50-96 giờ của thuốc đối với loài cá này là 1,375 ppm (# 0,275 mg/L carbosulfan). Thông số ChE trong não cá mè vinh nhạy cảm với Marshal 200SC hơn các thông số tăng trưởng. Ở nồng độ 1%LC50-96 giờ, thuốc đã làm ức chế 18,4% hoạt tính ChE; trong khi ở nồng độ 20%LC50-96 giờ, thuốc làm FCR và FI tăng lần lượt bằng 129,6% và 116,7% đối chứng nhưng SGR giảm còn 74,5% đối chứng. Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của Marshal 200SC đến cá ở điều kiện ruộng lúa là cần được triển khai.

The jurisdiction and tasks of the marshals (speakers) of the Old-Polish Sejm Chamber of Deputies were shaped in practice and thus were not regulated by law for many decades. The literature on the subject has always stressed that the ‘director’ of the Chamber of Deputies had to reckon with the will of his colleagues, that he did not have too many prerogatives, and the role he played during parliamentary debates resulted primarily from his personal qualities and social position. This article, however, deals with customary powers and prerogatives of the Sejm marshal, and those which in the eighteenth century began to be described in parliamentary constitutions. It is also an attempt to synthetically summarise the research conducted thus far into the ways of electing the marshal of the Sejm and the role he played in the Sejm from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century. It involved not only presiding over the sessions of the Chamber of Deputies and did not end with the closing of the Sejm session, but also included important activities after the session had finished, related to the drafting of the constitutions, and managing the election of the next marshal, which was no less important at the beginning of the next Sejm.

The amount and nature of filler in asphaltic concrete mixes significantly affect its design and performance. The use of Palm oil fuel ash (POFA) as filler in asphaltic concrete has been studied with varying degree of success, this study therefore, evaluates the effect of POFA on the indirect tensile strength of asphaltic concrete AC 14. POFA was grained and passed through 75 μm sieve; a number of trial mixes were prepared using the Marshal Mix design procedure with 5% POFA to arrive at asphalt concrete mixtures that fulfill the Marshal criteria. The effects of POFA on stability, flow, stiffness and indirect tensile strength of asphaltic concrete (AC14) mixtures at their respective optimum binder content were evaluated. The results show that Marshall stability, flow, stiffness and indirect tensile strength values generally improved in the POFA modified mix compared with the control. POFA modified sample shows 16% improvement on the indirect tensile strength compared to the control.

Asphalt concrete is a combination of continuous aggregate gradation with hard asphalt binder (DPUPR, 2014). Asphalt concrete is a combination of aggregate, and asphalt, with or without additives. Latex and coconut shell charcoal ash was chosen as additives because they are abundantly available and easy to obtain. This study used a latex percentage of 1%; 2%; and 3%, as well as filler from coconut shell charcoal of 1%; 1.5%, and 2%. The aim of the study was to obtain the effect of the substitution of latex (rubber sap) and filler from coconut shell charcoal on the performance characteristics of asphalt concrete (laston). Material testing methods and marshall testing are guided by Bina Marga 2018. To get the optimum asphalt content (KAO) it is tested with three variations of the percentage of asphalt content and is obtained at 5%. This value is then used for Marshall stability testing with additives. The test results show that the substitution of latex and coconut shell charcoal filler can increase the value of marshal stability and flexibility of the mixture at 3% latex and charcoal ash content. These results are in accordance with the characteristics of the lastton in the 2018 Bina Marga Specifications. ABSTRAK Aspal beton merupakan gabungan gradasi agregat menerus dengan bahan pengikat aspal keras (DPUPR, 2014). Aspal beton merupakan gabungan dari agregat, aspal, dengan atau tanpa bahan tambahan. Lateks dan abu arang tempurung kelapa dipilih sebagai bahan aditif karena melimpah ketersediaan dan mudah didapat. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosentase lateks sebesar 1%; 2%; dan 3%, serta filler dari arang tempurung kelapa sebesar 1%; 1,5%, dan 2%. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mendapatkan pengaruh substitusi lateks (getah karet) dan filler dari arang tempurung kelapa terhadap kinerja karakteristik aspal beton (laston). Metode pengujian material dan pengujian marshall berpedoman pada Bina Marga 2018. Untuk mendapatkan kadar aspal optimum (KAO) diujikan dengan tiga variasi prosentase kadar aspal dan di dapatkan sebesar 5%. Nilai ini selanjutnya digunakan pengujian stabilitas marshall dengan bahan aditif. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi lateks dan filler arang tempurung kelapa dapat menambah nilai stabilitas marshal dan fleksibilitas campuran pada kadar lateks dan abu arang 3%. Hasil tersebut sesuai dengan karakteristik laston dalam Spesifikasi Bina Marga 2018.

BACKGROUND Glasgow coma scale (GCS) and Marshall computed tomography classification of traumatic brain injury can predict the severity of the brain injury in patients following trauma. This study aims to analyse the association between two, in patients who required ICU admission or neurosurgical intervention following trauma. METHODOLOGY Retrospective study of 64 patients who underwent ICU admission or neurosurgical intervention following traumatic brain injury from September 2017 to December 2020 in Nepal Mediciti Hospital. Majority of the mild head injury where CT scan was not performed, discharged from the emergency or did not need ICU admission or admitted in ward for observation, severe polytrauma were excluded from the study. Glasgow coma Scale was categorized into mild (13-15), moderate (9-12) and severe (<8). The Marshall CT scan Grade was dichotomized into (1-3) and (4-6). RESULTS Out 64 patients, majority were male 48 (84.4%), mean age 42.33 (SD±16.16). In admitted patients, 48.4 %( GCS< 8), 39.1% (GCS 9-12), 12.5% (GCS 13-15).The higher marshal grade (4-6) was present in 93.54 %( <8), 48% (9-12), 25% (13-15). There was significant association of the GCS with the Marshall CT scan grade (p=0.00). CONCLUSION There is significant association between the presenting GCS and Marshall CT Scan grade following TBI. The more severe patients with decreasing GCS have higher Marshall CT Scan grade in CT scan of the brain.

In this paper, we introduced and studied the statistical properties of a new distribution called the Marshall-Olkin extended quasi Lindley distribution. Specifically, we derived the crude moment, moment generating function, quantile function, and distributions of order statisticsbased on the distribution. The maximum likelihood point estimation method was used to estimate the parameters of the newly introduced model. Some AR minfication processes were discussed. Ketersediaan batu yang ada pada Sungai Batupapan dan apabila diteliti memenuhi Standar Bina Marga untuk dijadikan bahan campuran perkerasan untuk pengaspalan sehingga bagi masyarakat disekitaran Kecamatan Telluwanua Kabupaten Luwu dan Kota Palopo dapat memanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat serta menunjang ketersediaan material bagi pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan Batu Sungai Batupapan Kecamatan Telluwanua Kabupaten Luwu sebagai bahan campuran Laston Lapis Pondasi (AC-BC) dengan menguji karakteristik material yang digunakan dan menguji ketahanan terhadap perendaman air dengan menganalisis Stabilitas Marshall Sisa. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental yang dilakukan pada Laboratorium Jalan dan Aspal Program studi Teknik Sipil Universitas Kristen Indonesia Paulus. Hasil pengujian karakteristik campuran Laston Lapis pondasi dan karakteristik campuran aspal semuanya sudah sesuai dengan spesifikasi atau standar yang digunakan.Untuk pengujian Marshall konvensional karakteristik, stabilitas, fluiditas, VIM, Baik VMA maupun VFB memenuhi semua spesifikasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Dirjen. Hasil uji perendaman Marshall Bina Marga pada spesifikasi umum Bina Marga Bina Marga 2018 Divisi 6 dan sisa Marshal Stability Value (SMS) yang digunakan di bawah kadar aspal optimum (KAO) 5,00% adalah 98,04%, sehingga dapat dikatakan Spesifikasi umum pada Bina Marga 2018, karena nilainya tidak kurang dari 90%.

The article presents data on the study of the reproductive qualities of purebred pigs of a large white breed of the pig breeding complex in the Lower Volga region (PZK named after Lenin Surovikinsky district of the Volgograd region (54 thousand pigs). 59 heads of pigs of the Taiga family were selected for scientific and economic experiment, which were inseminated with boars-producers of different lines. 3 groups were formed: 25 heads were inseminated with the seed of boars-producers of the Leopard line; 18 heads – the SWAT line and 16 heads-The F. Marshal line. It was found that in The leopard line at 120 days of age, the live weight is higher by 2.75 kg than in the SWAT line and 2.27 kg than in The F. Marshall line. Analyzing the data obtained in the course of research of young animals, we can conclude that in percentage terms, the largest number of boars in the F. Marshall line is 54.35%, which is higher in comparison with analogues from The leopard and SWAT lines by 13.06 and 11.56%, respectively. The highest indicators were obtained for animals of The F. Marshall line.

Lapis aspal beton (Laston) sebagai bahan untuk konstruksi jalan sudah lama. Jenis perkerasan ini merupakan campuran merata antara agregat dan aspal sebagai bahan pengikat jenis perkerasan ini mampu memikul beban lalu-lintas berat di bandingkan Lataston. Batu kapur adalah batuan yang banyak ditemukan didaerah maybrat, pada umumnya batu kapur memiliki kualitas yang kurang baik untuk dipakai sebagai bahan pembuat jalan contohnya seperti nilai abrasi yang rendah memiliki struktur yang berpori dan beratnya cenderung lebih ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai uji marshall bila menggunakan batu kapur dan membandingkannya dengan material PT. Pro Intrtech Indonesia yang berada di sorong (saoka). Untuk mengetahui perbandingan nilai uji marshall, maka perlu dilakukan penelitan dengan cara menguji kedua jenis material tersebut dengan menggunakan variasi 4,5%, 5%, 5,5%, 6%, 6,5%. Material yang diuji pada penelitian ini adalah material PT. Pro Intertech Indonesia yang berada di saoka dan material batu kapur yang berada di quary ayawasi di daerah maybrat. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh Perbandingan atau selisih dari pengujian marshall AC-WC di atas adalah sebagai : Kadar Aspal Optimum sebesar 0,05 %, Stabilitas sebesar 136 kg, Flow sebesar 0,6 mm, VIM sebesar 0,1 %, VFA sebesar 0,5 %, Marshal Quotient sebesar 170 Kg/mm, VMA sebesar 0,2 %, Density sebesar 0,025. Adapun nilai uji marshall kedua material tersebut masih memenuhi spesifikasi yang disyaratkan pada Spesifikasi Umum Bina Marga Tahun 2010 Revisi 3.

The acquisition of maritime skills in the Viking AgeThe acquisition of maritime skills in the Viking Age can be examined through application of the social constructivist theory with respect to communities of practice. A community of practice is maintained via skill transfer. The process begins already in childhood and leads to the gradual inclusion of these marginal participants as fully valid members. By way of their role play and rule games, based in part on observations of adult practice, children acquire basic skills and develop a knowledge of the community’s sensus communis.The aim of this article is not to describe the players in the community of practice, i.e. the children and adults of the Viking Age, but to examine the relationship between them in a practice structure. The child and the adult are perceived as mutual preconditions. They are, seen in relation to a common practice, parts of the same community. It is the learning process, from marginal participant via legitimate peripheral participant to fully valid member, which defines and maintains this community of practice.Model ships which can be dated to the Viking Age have been found in several locations across Northern Europe (fig. 1). These are employed in this article to examine the skill-transfer processes inherent in Viking Age communities of practice. Some of the model ships can be interpreted as children’s toys and are very detailed in their execution, with holes for a mast, a side rudder and oars (fig. 2). Other miniature artefacts, such as anchors and weather vanes, can similarly be argued to have comprised part of the fittings of these toy ships.In order to gain a more detailed insight into the process of skill acquisition in maritime communities of practice, a selection of sailors’ memories from their childhood in the Danish maritime town of Marstal in the late 19th and early 20th century are drawn upon (fig. 3). This is exclusively to demonstrate how children learn through play.The model ships and their equipment, if these are interpreted as children’s toys, give access to an aspect of Viking Age society which is very difficult to study in other ways. The toy ships are a material expression of the play which – then as now – has equipped children for their passage into the community of practice. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Menurunnya nilai stabilitas, disebabkan dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah mastik dan turunnya nilai viskositas akibat bertambahnya ukuran butiran agregat kasar, yang pada awalnya turut membantu menaikkan stabilitas, tetapi karena mastiknya terus bertambah dan mulai berlebih, hal ini akan mengakibatkan ikatan antar butiran menjadi lemah,akhirnya menurunkan nilai stabilitas. Sehingga kemampuan agregat untuk menahan beban deformasi yang diberikan berkurang Nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada komposisi V dengan nilai 1764,548 Kg dan batas spesifikasi untuk beton aspal sebesar minimal 800 kg. Marshal Quintent terhadap variasi komposisi agregat kasar nilai Marshall Quotient bertambah akibat adanya penambahan jumlah agregat kasar yaitu pada komposisi I, II, III dan V hal ini mengindikasikan aspal yang melekat dan terabsorsi kedalam agregat mampu memperkuat campuran sehingga tahan terhadap beban deformasi. Pada komposisi agregat kasar IV dan VI nilai Marshall Quotient turun ini disebabkan oleh aspal tidak dapat lagi melekat dipermukaan agregat secara maksimal sehingga kemampuan untuk melawan beban deformasi semakin berkurang. Spesifikasi Density untuk aspal beton 1.8 – 5 Kg/mm.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the Marshall Quotient (MQ) value of hot mix asphalt (HMA), which uses natural aggregates from the Opak river. In addition to the MQ value in this study also examines the value of stability and flow in concrete asphalt mixtures with asphalt content of 6.5%. The research method used was an experimental method in the JPTSP FT UNY road construction laboratory. The testing standard used refers to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI). In addition to testing Marshall values, preliminary testing is also carried out to determine the quality of the material used. Material testing includes aggregate quality testing and asphalt quality testing. Based on the test results, the stability, flow and MQ values were 1177.01 kg, 3.20 mm and 384.05 kg/mm respectively. When compared with the requirements in the RSNI 03-1737-1989, only the flow values do not meet the requirements.Keywords: hot mix asphalt (HMA), stability, flow, marshall quotient ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai Marshall/Marshall Quotient (MQ)dari campuran aspal panas/hot mix asphalt (HMA), yang menggunakan agregat alami dari kali Opak. Selain nilai MQ pada penelitian ini juga mengkaji nilai stabilitas dan kelelehan (flow) pada campuran aspal beton dengan kadar aspal 6,5%. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimental di laboratorium konstruksi jalan JPTSP FT UNY. Standar pengujian yang digunakan mengacu Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Selain pengujian nilai Marshall juga dilakukan pengujian pendahuluan untuk mengetahui mutu material yang digunakan. Pengujian material yang dilakukan meliputi pengujian mutu agregat dan pengujian mutu aspal yang digunakan untuk campuran aspal beton. Bersarkan hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai stabilitas, kelelehan, dan nilai Marshall berturut-turut sebesar 1171,01 kg, 3,20 mm, dan 384,05 kg/mm. Jika dibandingkan dengan persyaratan nilai stabilitas, kelelehan, dan nilai marshal yang tercantum pada RSNI 03-1737-1989, hanya nilai kelehan saja yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan. Commercial polymers have been used in pavement modification for decades; however, a major drawback of these polymers is their high cost. Waste plastic polymers could be used as a sustainable and cost-effective additive for improving asphalt properties, attaining combined environmental–economic benefits. Since 2019, in Australia, trial segments of roads have been built using waste materials, including plastic, requiring that laboratory evaluations first be carried out. This study aims to examine and evaluate the effect of using a domestic waste plastic, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), in modifying C320 bitumen. The assessment of several contents of PET-modified bitumen is carried out in two phases: modified bitumen binders and modified asphalt mixtures. Dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and rolling thin film oven tests (RTFOT) were utilised to investigate the engineering properties and visco-elastic behaviour of plastic-modified bitumen binders. For evaluating the engineering properties of the plastic-modified asphalt mixtures, the Marshall stability, Marshall flow, Marshall quotient and rutting tests were conducted. The results demonstrated that 6–8% is the ideal percentage of waste plastic proposed to amend and enhance the stiffness and elasticity behaviour of asphalt binders. Furthermore, the 8% waste PET-modified asphalt mixture showed the most improvement in stability and rutting resistance, as indicated by increased Marshal stability, increased Marshall quotient and decreased rut depth. Future fatigue and modulus stiffness tests on waste plastic-modified asphalt mixtures are suggested to further investigate the mechanical properties.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Pemeriksaan Bahan Jalan dan Jembatan Bina Marga Dinas Prasarana Wilayah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan Km. 16 Baddoka dengan pembuatan briket / benda uji untuk 2 titik pengambilan sampel pasir sungai yang kemudian di uji Marshall dengan alat Marshall.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai karakteristik pasir Sungai Balusu, Kab. Barru memenuhi persyaratan dari Bina Marga untuk agregat halus (2) nilai KAO yang didapatkan pada pasir 1 dan 2 sama yaitu 6.6%. Nilai karakteristik Marshall pada KAO adalah nilai stabilitas pada pasir 1 dan 2 yaitu 1725 kg dan 1550 kg memenuhi persyaratan minimal 800 kg. VIM Void In Mix pasir 1 dan 2 yaitu 4.4% dan 4.3% memenuhi persyaratan 3% – 6%. VMA Void In Mineral Aggregate pasir 1 dan 2 yaitu 16.4% dan 16.3% memenuhi spesifikasi minimal 16%. VFB Void Filled Bitumen pasir 1 dan 2 yaitu 73% dan 73.5% memenuhi spesifikasi minimal 68%. Flow pasir 1 dan 2 yaitu 3.85 mm dan 3.7 mm memenuhi spesifikasi minimal 3 mm. Nilai Marshall Quotient pasir 1 dan 2 yaitu 445 kg/mm dan 415 kg/mm memenuhi persyaratan minimal 250 kg/mm. Maka dapat disimpulkan pasir Sungai Balusu Kab. Barru memenuhi persyaratan karakteristik Marshal dan dapat digunakan pada lapisan perkerasan

Semua agregat memiliki pori, porositas agregat akan berbeda antara satu daerah dengan daerah lainnya. Perbedaan ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penyerapan agregat terhadap air. Agregat yang banyak digunakan untuk campuran AC-WC pada proyek pekerjaan jalan skala kecil yang ada di Riau adalah agregat dari quarry Koto Kampar, Ujung Batu, dan Pasir Pengaraian. Porositas agregat yang berbeda akan menghasilkan parameter Marshall yang berbeda pula. Salah satu parameter Marshall adalah rongga dalam campuran atau Void In Mix (VIM). Nilai VIM dalam campuran perkerasan menggambarkan kinerja dari perkerasan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh porositas agregat terhadap rongga dalam campuran beraspal panas. Metode yang dilakukan adalah pengujian kadar pori agregat kasar dan halus, serta pengujian marshal. Nilai penyerapan air agregat Pasir Pangaraian adalah 0,635%, Ujung Batu 1,080%, dan Kota Kampar 1,125%. Dari pengujian Marshall didapat nilai VIM untuk agregat Pasir Pangaraian 4,16%, Ujung Batu 4,36%, dan Koto Kampar 4,80%. Kesimpulannya semakin kecil nilai penyerapan air agregat maka nilai VIM nya juga akan semakin kecil. This difference can be seen from the results of aggregate absorption of water. Aggregates are widely used for mixed AC-WC on a small-scale road works project in Riau is an aggregate of quarry Koto Kampar, Ujung Batu, and Pasir Pengaraian. Different aggregate porosity will produce different Marshall parameters. One of the Marshall parameters is Void In Mix (VIM). VIM value in pavement mix describes the performance of the pavement. The purpose of this research to determine the effect of aggregate porosity on void in mix. The method used is the testing of pore aggregate coarse and fine, and marshall test. The value of water absorption of Pasir Pangaraian aggregate is 0,635%, Ujung batu 1,080%, ada Koto kampar 1,125%. From Marshall test the value VIM Pasir Pangaraian aggregate 4,16%, Ujung Batu 4,36%, and Koto kampar 4,80%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh campuran aspal BGA terhadap perendaman air laut, air payau dan air tawar terhadap konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang di nilai karakteristik Marshall. Metode dalam penelitin ini yaitu dengan melalukan perendaman aspal selama 24 jam dengan mengguanakan air laut, air payau dan air tawar. Dengan bahan-bahan yang digunakan untuk campuran aspal panas seperti agregat kasar, agregat halus, filler, modifier dan aspal sebagai bahan pengikat harus sesuai dengan spesifikasi dan beragam pengujian yang telah dilakukan. Hasil pengujian Marshall test pada 3 jenis perendaman air laut, air payau dan air tawar dapat di ketahui bahwa nilai stabilitas yang tertinggi yaitu pada perendaman air payau dengan nilai 3259 kg, dan pada Marshal Quostion (MQ) air payau juga mendapat nilai tertinggi yaitu 821,30 kg. Dapat di simpukan dari hasil interpolasi kadar garam yang di guanakan pada air payau sebesar 0,32 % menyebabkan nilai stabilitas yang tinggi jika di atas 0,32% maka nilai stabilitasya akan terus menurun. Sedangkan nilai flow, VIM (Voids in the mix) dan VFA (Voids filled with asphalt) tidak memenuhi Spesifikasi.

Abstract: Traumatic brain injury (COT) is the main cause of brain damage in the young and productive age generations. Although there is no accurate biological markers for detecting brain damages so far, many studies about fibronectin have been reported as a promising biological marker. This study aimed to obtain the relationship between serum fibronectin and level of consciousness based on CT-Marshal in patients with moderate and severe COT. This was an observational and analytical study with a cross-sectional design. Samples that met the study criteria were taken sequentially from the study hospital without differentiating exposure status (serum fibronectin levels) or outcome (CT-Marshall category). The regression test on the main variable serum fibronectin levels with awareness using the CT-Marshall category was carried out and showed significant relationship between serum fibronectin level and the patient's CT-Marshall category. The higher the serum fibronectin level, the higher the patient's CT-Marshall category which meant that a patient had a degree of severity and poor consciousness. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between serum fibronectin level and level of consciousness based on the CT-Marshall category in traumatic brain injury patients. Keywords: traumatic brain injury; biological markers; fibronectin; level of consciousnes Abstrak: Cedera otak akibat trauma (COT) merupakan penyebab utama kerusakan otak pada generasi muda dan usia produktif. Saat ini, belum terdapat penanda biologis yang akurat untuk mendeteksi kerusakan otak traumatik ataupun menilai prognosis terkait kerusakan otak traumatik namun perhatian terhadap penanda biologis telah meningkat akhir-akhir ini yaitu antara lain fibronektin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fibronektin serum dengan tingkat kesadaran menurut klasifikasi CT-Marshall pada pasien COT sedang dan berat. Jenis penelitian ialah analitik observasional dengan desain potong lintang. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian diambil berurutan dari rumah sakit tempat penelitian tanpa membedakan status paparan (kadar fibronektin serum) ataupun luaran (kategori CT-Marshall). Pengambilan data dilakukan hanya sekali untuk keseluruhan variabel selama masa pengumpulan data. Hasil uji regresi terhadap kadar fibronektin serum dengan kesadaran menggunakan kategori CT-Marshall mendapatkan adanya hubungan bermakna yaitu semakin tinggi kadar fibronektin serum, semakin tinggi pula kategori CT-Marshall pasien yang berarti pasien memiliki derajat keparahan dan kondisi kesadaran yang buruk. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kadar fibronektin serum terhadap kesadaran menggunakan kategori CT-Marshall pada pasien cedera otak traumatik. Penggunaan karet ban bekas (Crumb Rubber) sebagai bahan tambah merupakan salah satu alternative untuk mengurangi penggunaan bahan aspal disamping mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan. Hadiwiyono (2012), meneliti pengaruh penambahan parutan ban karet terhadap marshall. Prosentase kadar aspal yang digunakan 7% sampai 9% aspal yang dicampur dengan 20%, 21% dan 22% serbuk karet ban bekas. Dari hasil uji stabilitas marshal didapatkan nilai optimun penetrasi dan daktilitas pada kadar aspal 7% dengan serbuk ban 22%, hasil uji penetrasi menunjukan angka rata-rata 65 memenuhi persyaratan SNI 06-2456-1991) dan nilai daktilitas rata-rata 68,1, nilai ini tidak memenuhi persyaratan SNI 2432-2011 (≥100 cm). Berdasarkan hal diatas didapatkan hasil bahwa penambahan CR mempunyai pengaruh yang dapat meningkatkan nilai Volumetrik dan Marshall . Hasi penelitian ini ini dilanjutkan dengan kadar CR yang berbeda, dan didapatkan hasil terbesar dari test volumetrik didapatkan nilai MQ 497,3 kg/mm pada varian nomor 11 dengan kadar aspal 5,8% dan CR 4%, nilai VIM 3,13% pada varian nomor 11 dengan kadar aspal 5,8% dan CR 4% dan nilai VMA 19,42% pada varian nomor 8 dengan kadar aspal 5,8% dan CR 3%. Dan untuk nilai terbesar test marshall didapatkan nilai stabilitas 1180,80 kg pada varian nomor 8 dengan kadar aspal 5,8% dan CR 3%, nilai flow 2,69 mm .Varian tersebut telah memenuhi spesifikasi SNI Bina Marga 2010 Rev 3 untuk lalu lintas sedang.

Carbamate is a highly toxic pollutant for animal, even though this insecticide is biodegradable in nature and in the food chain. The purpose of this research was to find the LC50-96 of carbamate insecticide (Marshall 200 EC) on test organism. The test organism used common carps (Cyprinus carpio L.) with 6-8 cm of length and 5,5-9 g of weight. This study used an experimental method by divided into two steps i.e. preliminary test and acute toxicity (LC50-96) tests. Preliminary test was done without repetition and twice repetition for acute toxicity. Acute toxicity test data were analyzed by probit analysis. The result showed that LC50-96of carbamate insecticide (Marshal 200 EC) on Cyprinus carpio L. was 1,68 mgL-1.AbstrakPestisida golongan karbamat merupakan sumber pencemar yang sangat toksik bagi hewan, meskipun insektisida go-longan karbamat ini mudah terurai di alam baik pada media air maupun pada organisme dalam rantai makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengukur nilai LC50-96 insektisida karbamat (Marshal 200 EC) terhadap hewan uji. Hewan uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio L.) dengan panjang 6-8 cm dan bobot 5,5-9 g. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah metode eksperimental dengan dua tahapan penelitian, yaitu uji pendahuluan dan uji toksisitas akut (LC50-96). Uji pendahuluan dilakukan tanpa ulangan dan uji toksisitas akut dilakukan ulangan sebanyak dua kali. Data uji toksisitas akut dianalisis dengan analisis probit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai LC50-96 insektisida karbamat (Marshal 200 EC) terhadap ikan mas adalah 1,68 mgL-1.

<p><em>Air conditioning or asphalt concrete is formed from coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and asphalt. An aggregate is a collection of grains of crushed stone, gravel, sand, and other minerals in the form of both natural and artificial products. Coarse aggregate is sieve holder No. 8 (2.36 mm) retained aggregate while fine aggregate is sieve No. 8 (2.36 mm) passed aggregate. The problems that often occur in road pavement layers are poor durability and surfaces that are easy to wear out. This study aimed to find the maximum marshall value in the form of 60/70 penetration asphalt mixture stability. This study used an experimental method with a laston AC-BC test, the test was carried out with abrasion, gradation, specific gravity, and Marshal testing tests using marshal test equipment, following SNI 06-2489-1991, or AASHTO T245-90, or ASTM D1559-76. Using aggregates from the Kedak area, stability results of 3046, 4896, 3754 were obtained, which met the standards of the Bina Marga specifications standards. So that the aggregate from the Kedak area can be used as an alternative constituent material in road planning in the Kediri area because it is more efficient and has good durability.</em></p>

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk untuk mengetahui pengaruh parameter campuran Beton aspal terhadap komposisi gradasi agregat kasar yang bervariasi dan untuk mendapatkan komposisi campuran yang ideal dari variasi komposisi gradasi agregat kasar pada campuran Beton aspal. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Menurunnya nilai stabilitas, disebabkan dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah mastik dan turunnya nilai viskositas akibat bertambahnya ukuran butiran agregat kasar, yang pada awalnya turut membantu menaikkan stabilitas, tetapi karena mastiknya terus bertambah dan mulai berlebih, hal ini akan mengakibatkan ikatan antar butiran menjadi lemah, akhirnya menurunkan nilai stabilitas. Sehingga kemampuan agregat untuk menahan beban deformasi yang diberikan berkurang Nilai stabilitas tertinggi pada komposisi V dengan nilai 1764,548 Kg dan batas spesifikasi untuk beton aspal sebesar minimal 800 kg. Marshal Quintent terhadap variasi komposisi agregat kasar nilai Marshall Quotientbertambah akibat adanya penambahan jumlah agregat kasar yaitu pada komposisi I, II, III dan V hal ini mengindikasikan aspal yang melekat dan terabsorsi kedalam agregat mampu memperkuat campuran sehingga tahan terhadap beban deformasi. Pada komposisi agregat kasar IV dan VI nilai Marshall Quotient turun ini disebabkan oleh aspal tidak dapat lagi melekat dipermukaan agregat secara maksimal sehingga kemampuan untuk melawan beban deformasi semakin berkurang. Spesifikasi Density untuk aspal beton 1.8 – 5 Kg/mm.

Consumption of agricultural products generates large quantities of waste daily, and proper disposal mechanism is of great need. Introduction of waste pozzolanic material in asphaltic mixture creates a chemical reaction between bitumen and mineral filler as a result of its texture, geometry, chemical and mineralogical compositions. Mineral fillers play a significant role in the engineering properties of hot mix asphalt. The aim of the present study is to assess the effect of locust bean pod ash (LBPA) as mineral filler on the Marshall properties of hot mix asphalt. X-Ray fluorescence was used for characterization of LBPA, the results showed that LBPA oxide composition are comparable to that of granite dust which has been used as a conventional filler material. To accomplish this objective response surface methodology (RSM) was employed to examine the impact of LBPA on the conventional Marshall properties (Stability, Flow, VMA, Pa, VFB) of LBPA-modified asphalt mixture. By using Multi-objective process, a fifth regression model was considered with a p-value < 5% for all responses. ANOVA revealed that the LBPA had a significant effect on the Marshal properties investigated. After optimization the optimum values of LBPA and bitumen content are 40% and 50% and respectively. The predicated Marshall properties values for stability, flow, VMA, Pa and VFB are 7.639kN, 3.892mm, 18.311%, 3.63%, 78.549% respectively. The findings of this study showed that LBPA is suitable as a mineral filler in asphaltic mixture.

English nouns have been described as having the ability to “switch easily between common-noun and proper-name uses.” Such changes or transformations are sometimes misanalysed by researchers and are often hard for ELL and L2 ESL researchers to detect. In this article, the author will analyze and tag the use of the Lemma MASTER (Massa/Maussa/Marsta/Marster/Master) as both a proper-name and as a common noun in the John and Massa tales from three corpora as well as provide a procedure for doing mixed method research to adjudicate differences in analysis offered by various scholars. The author will also discuss the need to add a fourth condition to Kripke's definition for proper names and why undertaking pragmatic and contextual analysis is warranted.

This study was designed to compare the production performance of both Ross 308 and Marshall R Plus broiler breeder strain, whereas the ambient temperature ranged between 7.9ºC to 30.10ºC. A total of 36,000 25 wks- old hens of broiler breeders Marshall R Plus and Ross 308. The hen of each strain (18000 hens) was randomly distributed to five open houses as replicates (3,600 hens per house). Fed ad libitum on balanced ration and available water according to Management Guide recommendations for each strain. Production performance percentage, such as egg production of hen housed (HH) and hen day (HD), feed intake (FI), feed conversion ratios (FCR), mortality, selected and unselected eggs for hatching, broken and a double yolk, was recorded from 26 to 57 weeks of age. The whole production period divided into eight production periods for each strain by randomized complete block design as 2 × 8 factorial arrangement of treatments. The results showed significant differences in strain, production period and their interaction on HD, HH, FI and FCR. Ross 308 strain had higher HD and HH, lower FI and better FCR than Marshall Strain. Also, the strain and production period had a significant effect on the selected, unselected, broken and double yolk and mortality. Ross 308 strain had higher selected eggs for hatching, broken and mortality and lower unselected and double yolk eggs than Marshal strain during the completely experimental period. It can be concluded from this study that Ross had better performance in all studied traits except mortality and broken eggs percentages.

Abstrak: Lapisan yang terdapat pada perkerasan lentur salah satunya lapisan Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC) merupakan lapisan yang cepat mengalami kerusakan dibandingkan dengan lapisan lain, karena lapisan ini terletak paling atas serta berhubungan langsung dengan keadaan lingkungan dan roda kendaraan. Upaya dalam meningkatkan kekuatan pada struktur perkerasan jalan salah satu yang dapat dilakukan pada lapisan AC-WC dengan memanfaatkan material hasil sisa pembakaran batu bara sebagai pengganti bahan abu batu dengan Metode Marshall. Abu terbang (fly ash) berasal dari sisa hasil pembakaran batu bara pada pembangkit listrik. Abu terbang mempunyai titik lebur sekitar 1300°C dan mempunyai kerapatan massa (densitas), antara 2,0-2,5 g/cm3. Abu terbang adalah salah satu residu yang dihasilkan dalam pembakaran dan terdiri dari partikel-partikel halus. Pengambilan fly ash batu bara ini dari PT. Pelita Wira Sejahtera Talang Duku Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai KAO 5,75%, nilai MQ optimum 342,8 kg/mm, nilai flow 3,30 mm, stabilitas 1097 kg, VIM 4,39 % untuk campuran Fly ash 10 % pada campuran Fly ash 25% dan 50 % nilai VIM nya tidak memenuhi campuran Fly ash sebagai pengganti sebagian abu batu dapat meningkatkan nilai kuat tekan Marshal Test. With treatment using pavement recycling technologies (recycling) is an alternative to overcome this problem because it has several advantages such as pavement can restore and maintain strength and overcome the geometric dependence of new materials. The addition of new material and additional material or material scratch mark on the old pavement is an alternative to increase the carrying capacity of the material scratchmark. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of University of Muhammadiyah Malang Highway. The quality of asphalt concrete mixtures with the addition of recycled asphalt can only be known through the Marshall test results (stability, melting plastic, the results for the marshal, and the cavity in the mix). Used asphalt is asphalt with a penetration of 80/100 is a variation of temperature to be used is 130°C, 12°C, 110°C, 100°C, 90°C and 80°C. From the results of the research can be seen that the decrease in the solidification temperature will decrease stability, Marshall Quotient for the entire binder content. For Flow values at a temperature of 130 ° C compaction - 80 ° C showed an increase.Keywords : Temperature Compaction, Asphalt Concrete Recycling resultsAbstrakPeningkatan jalan dengan cara penambahan lapis tambahan yang terus menerus akan mengakibatkan tebal lapis perkerasan semakin tebal dan bahan yang diperlukan semakin menipis. Disamping itu dengan banyaknya campuran perkerasan dari hasil pengerukan jalan yang sudah tidak terpakai menambah tumpukan limbah dibeberapa tempat. Dengan penanganan yang menggunakan teknologi daur ulang perkerasan (recycling) merupakan suatu alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah ini karena memiliki beberapa keuntungan seperti dapat mengembalikan kekuatan perkerasan dan mempertahankan geometrik jalan serta mengatasi ketergantungan akan material baru. Penambahan bahan baru dan atau bahan tambahan pada material bekas garukan perkerasan lama merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan daya dukung dari material bekas garukan. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Jalan Raya Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Kualitas campuran aspal beton hasil daur ulang dengan penambahan aspal baru dapat diketahui melalui hasil uji Marshall (stabilitas, kelelehan plastis, hasil bagi marshall, serta rongga dalam campuran). Aspal yang digunakan adalah aspal dengan penetrasi 80/100 sedang variasi temperatur yang akan digunakan adalah 130 °C, 120 °C, 110 °C, 100 °C, 90 °C dan 80 °C . Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa penurunan temperatur pemadatan akan berakibat turunnya stabilitas, Marshal Quotient untuk seluruh kadar aspal. This study aims to examine the effect of asphalt mixture (AC-WC) with the addition of resin and steel slag aggregate on asphalt stability (AC-WC), Obtain Job Mix Design (JMD) for road conditions that are inundated by high tide and Assess the effect of immersion rob water against asphalt resistance (AC-WC) with the addition of resin and steel slag. In this research, it can be said that we play a role and participate in building prosperity in the advancement of transportation and the development of technological civilization, through continuous research that is adjusted to continuous research. We carry out research with the aim of developing science and technology and applying the reconstruction of science and technology to provide solutions to be able to solve environmental and societal problems, where local wisdom forms the basis of research. The research method used as a mix tester is the Marshall method, where from the Marshall test the results are obtained in the form of Marshall components, namely the volume weight of the test object, the value of stability, flow, voids in the mix (VIM), voids in mineral aggregate (VMA), void filled with asphalt (VFA), the thickness value of asphalt blanket or film and then can be calculated Marshall quotient. The last test was in the form of a Marshall immersion test. In the comparison of VIM, VMA and VFA above that for aggregate slag 25%, 50% and resin addition 5%, 7%, 10%, for resin content 5% and 10% did not meet specifications, however for 7% resin content meets the 2018 Revised Highways Technical Specifications. Based on the marshal test, there was only one that met the specifications of the binamarga, namely a test object with a resin composition of 7% by soaking for 7 days. The results of this study based on the Marshall test, the strength/stability value of the AC-WC asphalt mixture using a pen 60/70 asphalt mixture with steel slag and resin mining met the specifications. The stability value of asphalt AC-WC decreased with increasing variations in the resin content used in the mixture.

O presente trabalho analisa o lugar que as políticas sociais ocupam no Estado capitalista. Para isso, pretende-se responder a seguinte questão: qual o papel que as políticas sociais detêm no modo de produção capitalista? A partir de Nicos Poulantzas, será empreendido um esforço teórico para compreender o papel desempenhado pelo Estado capitalista como agente de organização das classes dominantes e de intermediação das relações de interesses entre as classes sociais no que confere aos direitos sociais. Para esta discussão será feita uma breve apreciação sobre o desenvolvimento da cidadania e dos direitos civis, políticos e sociais em Thomas Marshall, autor considerado um dos precursores dos estudos desta temática. A partir dessa apresentação será feita uma breve discussão apoiada em autores que divergem de Marshal em alguns aspectos referentes à implantação e ao desenvolvimento dos direitos supracitados.

This study focused on the recycling of asphalt pavement aggregates and waste plastic bottles (WPB) in addition to hot-mix asphalt (HMA) production. To achieve this objective, non-probable sampling methods were used to gather samples from the study locations. Crushed stone aggregate (CSA), bitumen, mineral filler, reclaimed asphalt pavement aggregate (RAPA), and WPB were the ingredients employed based on the requirements in the standard specification for asphalt concrete production. Initially, the Marshall Stability Test was then carried out using CSA with 6% and bitumen levels of 4.0, 4.5, 5.0, 5.5, and 6% by weight of the total mix to ascertain what the bitumen content should be with RAPA with replacement rates of 10, 20, and 30% and that of WPB with 2, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14%. In the Marshall Stability Test, which consisted of three trials of 195 samples and 60 mix designs, 45 were for the control mix and 150 for the replacement proportion. In the Marshall Stability Test, the ideal value for CSA was 5.1%; for RAPA, 5.1%; and for WPB, 7.7, 5.5, 5.4, 5.0, 5.5, and 5.4% optimum bituminous content (OBC). 20% RAPA and 10% WPB by weight of OBC in the stability-modified asphalt mix satisfies Ethiopian Road Authority (ERA) and American Society for Testing and Material (ASTM) specifications for all qualities tested. Finally, for improved asphalt mix performance, a combined 70% CSA, 20% RAPA, and 10% WPB should be used in asphalt mixes at 5.0% OBC. These experimental Marshal Stability Test findings satisfy the necessary specifications of ERA and ASTM for all tests used in HMA production. Thus, this proportion is strongly advised.

The use of asphalt (Liquid asbuton) as a road pavement material can be an economical and efficient choice for road construction and maintenance because, in addition to being cheaper and having better work abilities compared to other types of buton asphalt, a new step is carried out by using Asbuton liquid in a hot mix. One of the materials used is high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic waste. The ideal plastic prohibition needs to be balanced with waste management and financial incentives to change the habits of consumers and industry players. This research was conducted to determine the effect of using HDPE type plastic as an addition to the Asphalt Layer mixture Concrete (Laston) in terms of Marshall characteristics by using liquid asbuton and the level of plastic addition used was 2%, 4%, and 6% The results achieved were the addition of plastic waste flakes into the asphalt concrete mixture AC-BC can save asphalt 6% to the weight of asphalt The characteristics of the AC-BC mixture can be explained that with the addition of plastic waste flakes, stability will rise, flow decreases, Marshal Quotien (MQ) increases, VIM decreases, VMA decreases, VFB increases with increasing levels of effective asphalt, remaining marshall stability can be reached above 90%, and the cavity in the cam Puran at the refusal density can be achieved in the range greater than 2%.

AbstractWhile much of the federal Department of Justice’s policing bureaucracy was in retrenchment from the 1880s and 1890s, the Indian Territories was the site of some of the most aggressive policing in the nation’s history. Specifically, a series of reforms in US-Indian relations permitted a high level of federal involvement in policing and the management of local order. Using original demographic data on US deputy marshals and criminal gangs active in the Indian Territories, as well as an analysis of media coverage of Oklahoma crime, this article shows that this explosion of state-building was due, in part, to the ways in which kinship rules in Oklahoma allowed racially ambiguous inhabitants to be castigated as “outlaws.” This, in turn, opened up space for the federal marshal apparatus—which was primarily white—to expand its role as the purveyors of local law and order in a manner that had never been possible in the South.

In January 1944, when the influential Toronto critic William Arthur Deacon lamented the absence of a Canadian “equivalent of ‘Uncle Tom’s Cabin’” because Canadians are “still pioneering, still afraid of ourselves intellectually and emotionally,”[1] little did he know that a significant candidate was on the horizon. Gwethalyn Graham’s second novel, Earth and High Heaven, which appeared later that year, launched an analysis of anti-Semitism that was quickly embraced by cultural arbiters and the general public in both Canada and the United States. This essay situates the production and reception history of Graham’s book in relation to other novels by English-Canadian women writers that advocated for social change, and offers cases studies of the three most widely disseminated works that used the power of fiction to marshal empathy: Marshall Saunders’s Beautiful Joe (1894), Graham’s Earth and High Heaven (1944) and Joy Kogawa’s Obasan (1981). Limbah beton adalah material sisa yang dihasilkan selama pembangunan, renovasi atau pembongkaran beton. Limbah tersebut berasal dari pemukiman warga yang digusur atau dilakukan pembongkaran agar lahan bandara menjadi steril. Efek negatif dari pembangunan tersebut, banyaknya limbah beton akibat pembongkaran dan belum adanya inovasi penanggulangan limbah beton tersebut. Oleh karena itu, memanfaatkan limbah beton sebagai bahan pengganti agregat kasar pada pembuatan sampel marshal untuk perencanaan jalan aspal. Sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan bahan dari pendaur ulangan rca beton sangat berarti buat memastikan tipe perkerasan mana yang hendak digunakan dalam riset tersebut. Maka dari itu untuk mengatasi permaslahan tersebut cara yang digunakan dalam riset ini merupakan SNI 06- 2489- 1991 Tata cara Pengujian Kombinasi Aspal Dengan Perlengkapan Marshall. Dengan menggunakan agregat kasar Limbah RCA pada bahan penyusun lapis beton AC-BC mendapatkan hasil stabilitas rata-rata sebesar 4843 kg. Diharapkan hasil tersebut layak digunakan untuk bahan material pengganti agregat kasar pada perkerasan jalan sesuai dengan ketentuan spesifikasi bina marga 2018.

Asbuton is a natural asphalt material that has greater resilience and elasticity compared to extraction asphalt. When exposed to the sun and rain, asbuton has a strong and solid nature, the texture is also elastic so it is less likely to crack. One of the wastes that continues to be used in the field of road pavement is the plastic waste used in this research, which is the type of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). A lot of plastic waste is generated every year but little can be used. This research was attempted to identify the effect of the use of Buton Rock Asphalt (BRA) and plastic waste as a combination of Asphalt Concrete Layer (Laston) in terms of Marshall characteristics by using liquid asbuton and alteration of plastic accumulation content of 0%, 4%, 6%, and 8%. . The result achieved is that the accumulation of BRA and plastic waste flakes into the AC-WC asphalt concrete combination can reduce the use of asphalt by 8% by weight of asphalt with an optimum asphalt content value of 6.5%. The results of the characteristics of the AC-WC mixture with the addition of plastic waste flakes show the value of VIM decreases, VMA decreases, VFB increases with increasing effective asphalt content, Flow decreases, Stability will increase, Marshal Quotien (MQ) increases. Residual marshall stability values can be achieved above 90%, and voids in the mixture at refusal densities can be achieved in the range of greater than 2%.

Kebutuhan aspal dan agregat untuk pembangunan dan pemeliharaan perkerasan beraspal pada setiap tahun selalu meningkat, padahal aspal selalu diimpor dan ketersediaan agregat juga semakin berkurang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka salah satu upaya untuk mengatasinya adalah dengan memanfaatkan produk limbah yang diperoleh dari aktivitas pemeliharaan perkerasan lentur, yaitu material daur ulang perkerasan beraspal Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP). Tujuan dari peneletian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh dua bahan peremaja yaitu: Residu anti Rayap dan Aspal pen 60/70 terhadap kinerja campuran beraspal panas yang menggunakan Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP). Metodologi yang digunakan adalah eksperimental di laboratorium, yaitu dengan membandingkan antara kinerja campuran beraspal yang menggunakan Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement ditambah peremaja dan yang tidak menggunakan peremaja, serta membandingkan pengaruh dua jenis peremaja terhadap kinerja setiap campuran beraspal panas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penggunaan Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) dalam campuran beraspal panas yang tanpa peremaja nilai stabilitas 2357,905 kg, hasil pengujian terhadap ketahanan deformasi dan kelelahan adalah 5,033 mm. Nilai Marshal Quotient adalah 555,742 kg/mm, untuk penambahan bahan peremaja aspal pen 60/70 sebesar 1,0% nilai stabilitas naik menjadi 2644,959 kg dan flow 6,067 mm, Marshall Quotient 442,411 kg/mm. Untuk penambahan bahan peremaja residu anti rayap + aspal 60/70 nilai terbaik diperoleh pada penambahan 1,0 + 1,0 dengan nilai stabilitas 1596,450 kg nilai flow 4,600 mm dan nilai Marshall Quotient 346,661 kg/mm terjadi penurunan nilai stabilitas namun masih memenuhi persyaratan spesifikasi Bina Marga tahun 2010.
