[For the English abstract and full text of the article please see the attached PDF-File (English version follows Russian version)].ABSTRACT The article introduces a technical solution for modernization of a fan of cooling system of locomotive diesels. The new patented design eliminates imbalance of the fan wheel and increases its reliability during operation. The authors set out operation principle of the device and method to determine a number of rolling elements that perform a function of imbalance loads. Resumen
Auf dem Areal des ehemaligen Ausbesserungswerks der Deutschen Bahn in München-Freimann entstand nach zwölf Jahren Projektentwicklungs- und Bauzeit die Motorworld München auf einem Gelände mit mehr als 75.000 m². Die unter Denkmalschutz stehende dreischiffige Lokhalle gigantischen Ausmaßes wurde in den Jahren 1939 bis 1941 erbaut und weist Grundrissabmessungen von 190 m Länge, 90 m Breite und bis zu 18 m Höhe auf. Sie ist damit eine der größten freitragenden historischen Stahltragwerkshallen Europas. In ihr wurden einst Lokomotiven repariert und gewartet. Mächtige Stützen und Kranbahnen mit bis zu 60 t Tragfähigkeit, die früher dem Versetzen der Lokomotiven dienten, prägen den Bestand. Die Halle sowie die anderen zum Ensemble gehörenden Gebäude wurden in den letzten Jahren aufwendig saniert und um neue Gebäudeelemente nach dem "House-in-House"-Prinzip ergänzt. The article presents the dependencies obtained when researching the load on the locomotive axles, depending on the traction force and the speed of movement of the locomotive. The traction characteristic of the locomotive is the relationship between the traction force achieved by the traction motors and the speed of movement, and it is different under different driving conditions. Different modes of operation of locomotive axles are considered. A simulation of the axles' behaviour has been developed. The strength and deformation characteristics of the locomotive axles under different loading modes are calculated. A comparative analysis of the strength characteristics of locomotives with different classes of transmission mechanisms has been made

The study of the energy characteristics of the active traction converter with pulse-width modulation as part of the traction electric drive of an AC electric locomotive was held during the research. Active traction converter provides pulse-width control of the collector DC traction motors voltage and belongs to the basic AC / DC circuit. The transient process when switching transistor switches is accompanied by significant voltage surge, due to the scattering inductance reaction of the traction transformer. Studies have shown that the diode discharge buffer circuits do not provide discharge of the electromagnetic energy accumulated in the winding of the transformer. An active traction converter control algorithm has been developed, which implies the use of pulse-width and phase regulation of rectified voltage. Switching of transistor switches occurs in the presence of a parallel current circuit. This creates the conditions for the discharge of electromagnetic energy accumulated in the secondary winding circuit of the traction transformer. The developed mathematical model allows to investigate the electromagnetic processes that occur during the switching of transistor switches and to evaluate the energy efficiency of the electric locomotive with active traction converter. In the simulation process, the influence of active traction converter parameters and control algorithms on the power rate of the converter, the total THD distortion rate of current and voltage and the relative values of the rectified voltage were investigated. Measures to increase the power rate and to reduce the emission level of higher current harmonics into the traction network were proposed.

Ovaj članak analizira onomatopeju, zahtjevnu stilsku figuru u izvornom tekstu, pjesmi Lokomotiva Juliana Tuwima i u hrvatskom prijevodu. Onomatopeje oponašaju zvukove izvanjezičke stvarnosti koristeći u tu svrhu specifičnost fonične razine određenog jezika, pa su one kulturološki uvjetovane. U analiziranom izvornom tekstu fonična razina uvelike nadopunjuje semantičku, međutim u prijevodu je taj odnos ograničen. Prijevodne tehnike, uključujući brojne kompenzacije, u prevedenoj pjesmi ne odražavaju u potpunosti akustične dojmove izvornog teksta.

Zbirka javnog gradskog prijevoza u Tehničkom muzeju u Brnu osnovana je 1970. godine. Temelj kolekcije čini više od sto vozila – muzejskih izložaka – tramvaja (motornih kola i prikolica), trolejbusa, autobusa te autobusnih prikolica. U manjoj mjeri su zastupljene i parne i električne lokomotive, željeznička kola te specijalna radna kola. Navedeni predmeti zahtjevaju sasvim drugačiji pristup, koji se umnogome razlikuje od prakse ostalih muzejskih područja. S obzirom na velike dimenzije zahtijevaju i posebne uvjete čuvanja. Ne treba zanemariti ni njihovu veliku težinu, što ima posebnu važnost pri manipulaciji ako se vozila ne mogu kretati na vlastitim osovinama. Zbog toga su postupci konzervatorsko-restauratorskih radova na tim muzejskim predmetima vrlo specifični, što se najbolje očituje na odabranom primjeru – autobusu Karosa ŠL 11.1305.

The authors present a synopsis of research on the remarkable early Neolithic cemetery near Lake Baikal known as “The Lokomotiv” which was first discovered by the constructors of the Trans-Siberian Railway in the 1880s. A current campaign of research is beginning to understand the great variety of the burial rites and their contexts. The rites include communal burials, burial in pairs head to toe and decapitation before burial, the position of the skull being sometimes taken by a carved object. Among the earliest graves was one containing a Tundra wolf.

Purpose of the research: to develop and implement a comprehensive methodology for improving the special physical fitness of young athletes in synchronized swimming. Participants: 14 athletes (14-15 years old) who are engaged in synchronized swimming at the base of the Lokomotiv pool in Kharkov. Research methods: analysis of literature data, testing of physical fitness, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: during the sequential experiment, the indicators of testing for special endurance and coordination abilities significantly (p <0.05) increased. Conclusion: the positive influence of the application of the developed complex methodology on the special physical fitness of 14-15 years old synchronized swimmers is shown.

Artiklen diskuterer hovedpunkterne i EF´s TV-politik samt en kort præsentation af Europarådets arbejde henimod en konven- tion for programindholdet, som måske kan vedtages i løbet af 1988/89. EF ønsker at fjerne de såkaldte "tekniske handelshindringer" for reklamefinansieret satellit-TV, dvs. at man skal have fæl- les regler for TV-reklame i alle medlemslandene. Herudover ønsker man at binde landene til at dække mindst 30, senere 60% af programfladen med TV produceret i Europa. Der er endelig planer om at forstærke det europæiske marked for TV- produktioner og reetablere den fælles europæiske TV-kanal: Europa-TV. Sidste punkt i programmet er udviklingsprogrammet RACE, hvis mål er et fælles europæisk bredbåndsnet, hvor TV-seernes betaling for flere programmer i de nye glasfiberkabelnet skal være det økonomiske lokomotiv, der kan trække bredbånds- nettet igennem. In der österreichisch-ungarischen Monarchie herrschte ein geschärftes Bewußtsein für die ethnische Vielfalt, vor allem in Bezug auf jene Gebiete, wo mehrere ethnische Gemeinschaften nebeneinander existierten bzw. miteinander lebten (etwa im Banat, in Galizien, in der Bukowina). Zur Dokumentierung dieser Verschiedenartigkeit bediente man sich auch des neuen technischen Mittels der Fotografie. Kaiser Franz Josef hatte einen Auftrag erteilt, SÄMTLICHE TRACHTEN der Monarchie zu fotografieren. Dieser Aspekt fand auch bei der Industriefotografie Beachtung, was anderswo, beispielsweise bei der deutschen Firma Krupp um 1860, überhaupt nicht der Fall war. – Bei der fotografischen Wahrnehmung der Völker der Monarchie spielte ein gewisser „Exotismus“ eine Rolle: die Trachten des Salzkammergutes wurden fotografisch anders rezipiert als etwa jene der Bauern im Banat. Die Zigeuner bildeten wiederum eine besondere Gruppe. Dies lag daran, dass die Fotografen fast stets aus Wien bzw. anderen Zentren der Monarchie kamen und nicht „vor Ort“ wohnten, wo dieser „Exotismus“-Bonus nicht zum Tragen gekommen wäre. – Für den „Exotismus“ gab es einen Markt. Der Fotograf Andreas Groll hat 1865 einen Katalog zur besseren Vermarktung seiner Bilder herausgegeben. Unter den 800 Bildern sind ausschließlich Architekturaufnahmen, Reproduktionen von Kunstwerken und Produktaufnahmen (etwa Lokomotiven für die Staatliche Eisenbahngesellschaft, in deren Auftrag er ab 1855 im Banat unterwegs gewesen war, um ihre dortigen Industrieanlagen zu fotografieren). Nur sechs Fotografien zeigen Menschen: Die Trachten und Zigeuner im Banat. . . In diesem Beitrag wird anhand von anlässlich der Banatreise aufgenommenen Fotos gezeigt, wie dieser „Exotismus“ von ihm in Szene gesetzt wurde.

The article is devoted to the research of complex stress states of anisotropic materials under long-term loads. The article considers the design of criteria for short-term and long-term strengths proposed by G.A. Geniev in connection with the calculation of large-span structures of domes of laminated and solid wood, where the enclosure elements are included in the joint work with the power set in the form of meridional and circular ribs. In this case, the elements of an enclosure-plate are at a complex stress state and they work under compression with a shift. Joint work of such systems was studied by experiments on large-scale models and experimental construction. Large reserves of strength resistance are revealed. In particular, in 1985, the indoor skating rink at the stadium “Lokomotiv” was built as an experimental facility which implemented these conditions and it has been successfully operated for many years. However, there are some unsolved issues with the refinement of the actual operation of the structures and the development of the calculation algorithm. Some generalizations of the studied approaches are given.

Objective: To obtain analytical responses of linear and angular movements of horizontal jet thrust and axial reduction unit, appearing in the process of their production and group tractive drive assembly, occurring as a result of vertical wheelset and engine’s undercarriage frame shifts during engine movement. The given responses are the basis for identifying its velocity, acceleration, and dynamic loads on drive components, as well as searching for methods to boost drive components reliability, taking into account its constructive specificities and running conditions. Methods: Analytical responses were identified on the basis of higher mathematics, the laws of theoretical mechanics as well as trigonometry knowledge application. Results: Analytical responses of kinematic spatial movements of horizontal jet thrust and an axial reduction unit with instrument accuracy of a group tractive drive were obtained from vertical engine’s undercarriage frame shifts and locomotives wheelset. Boundary conditions of jet thrust slopes were detected, as well as center lines of axial reduction units. The analysis of established relations was performed. Possible scheme variants of spatial movements of horizontal jet thrust and a wheel set axial reduction unit in engine’s undercarriage frame were presented with possible discrepancies of linear dimensions from production tolerance. Characteristic curves of vertical shifts of actual towline constructions from vertical shifts of undercarriage frame during locomotive’s movement were graphed. Practical importance: On the basis of obtained relations the analysis of linear displacement, angular velocities and accelerations of jet thrusts and wheel set axial reduction units is possible, as well as the generation of rational and robust wheel set cardan tractive gear constructions for locomotives with minimal dynamic load on its elements. The results of analytical research might be applied in the designing of new engines with high dynamic parameters.

Shrnutí Vyzkum vyznamnějši rozšiřeni použiti obnovitelnych zdrojů (bio-paliv) ve spalovacich motorech trva již vice než dvacet let. Jednim z vysledků je i směrnice EU, ktera nařizuje, že v cilovem roce 2020 by mělo byt přidavano až 20 % biopaliv do ropnych paliv. Ve středni Evropě, s ohledem na plodiny rostouci v teto klimaticke zoně, je touto přiměsi zejmena řepkovy olej a jeho metyl estery. Proto se vyzkum tyka těchto paliv. Zkušebnim motorem byl vidlicovy osmivalec s objemem jednoho valce 10,2 dm3, typove značeni 8C22, největši vykon je 530 kW při jmenovitych otačkach 1000 1/min. Tento motor je mimo jine použivan v posunovacich lokomotivach SM42. Po předchozich diagnostickych průzkumech bylo použita čtyři paliva: standardni nafta (B0), to same palivo se 40 % přiměsi (B40) a 50 % RME - metyl ester řepkoveho oleje (B50). Nasledně bylo zkoušeno palivo B50+ se specialnimi aditivy. Vyzkum energetickych parametrů a toxicity vyfukovych plynů byl provaděn na motoru zabudovanem do lokomotivy SM42. Zkoušky byly provaděny podle metodiky 2004/26/WE a UIC 624 Chart. Bylo zjištěno, že narůst podilu RME (metylesteru řepkoveho oleje) až do hodnoty 50 % v naftě, zvyšuje hodnotu hodinove spotřeby až o 10 % při volnoběhu a až o 15 % při plnem zatiženi motoru oproti motorove naftě. Dale bylo zjištěno, že koncentrace CO ve vyfukovych plynech s rostouci koncentraci esteru v palivu při volnoběhu, při středni zatěži se neměni a naopak při plne zatěži motoru koncentrace CO klesaji. Pro malou a středni zatěž byl vypozorovan pokles HC. Při volnoběhu bylo zjištěno sniženi emisi NOx při narůstu koncentrace RME. To je pro posunovaci lokomitivy vyznamne, protože často pracuji při volnoběhu. Pro zkoušena paliva, byla stanoveny odolnost vůči karbonizaci vstřikovačů a některe tribologicke charakteristiky. Paliva obsahujici do 40 % RME vyhovuji kriteriu vzniku karbonizace.

The most important phytonutrients of sea buckthorn ( Hippophae rhamnoides L.) berry are carotenoids, flavonoids, anthocyanins, sugars, organic and amino acids, water and fat-soluble vitamins, tannins and pectin substances, phospholipids, macro- and microelements. In the Chelyabinsk region it is almost impossible to find well-groomed industrial plantings of sea buckthorn, since its main areas (600 hectares) are concentrated in amateur and home gardens. To form a healthy diet, it is important not only to ensure the safety of horticultural products, but also to raise the priority of signs that determine consumer demand, namely the quality and chemical composition of fruits, their saturation with the necessary micronutrients. While studying food and biologically active substances of sea buckthorn berries of the "Velikan" variety growing in different garden agrocenoses of the Chelyabinsk region it has been determined that sea buckthorn berries cultivated in the garden "Lokomotiv-1" (Chelyabinsk) contain more flavonoids (by 21.4 %), proteins (by 17.4 %), mineral elements - Al (in 5.3 times), V (3.4 times), Cu (3 times), Ti (2.4 times), Ca and Fe (1.9 times), Mn (1.5 times), in berries obtained in the garden "Dizelist-1" (Chelyabinsk region, Troitsk) contains more sugars (by 15.1 %), as well as Mo and Sr (2-2.3 times), Se (1.4 times), Cr (by 76.2 %), etc. In terms of Se content, the studied fruits exceed the clarke values by 4-6 times; in terms of Pb content, they turned out to be as close as possible to the upper limit of MPC according to the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. The study of the mineral composition of sea buckthorn is especially important in the context of the ecological disadvantage of the Chelyabinsk region due to the pollution of the environment with heavy metals.

The fairyfly genus Ooctonus Haliday (Hymenoptera: Mymaridae) from the Palaearctic region is revised. Twelve speces are recognized, including the newly described O. lokomotiv Triapitsyn sp. n. (Far East of Russia), O. saturn Triapitsyn sp. n. (Far East of Russia, and Japan), O. spartak Triapitsyn sp. n. (Kyrgyzstan), O. tretiakovi Triapitsyn sp. n. (Far East of Russia), and O. us Triapitsyn sp. n. (Japan, and Republic of Korea). All the species are redescribed, illustrated, and diagnosed, as is the Oriental species O. himalayus Subba Rao, based mainly on non-type specimens from Nepal (its male is newly described). Taxonomic notes are provided on the other three previously described Oriental species of Ooctonus and one new Oriental species, O. lapen Triapitsyn sp. n., is described from Nepal. Extralimital records are included for the species with Holarctic distribution. At the same time, the duration of all semi-trips - arrival of the locomotive behind the part of the train, its extension to the turnout track, sorting and reverse pulling of the remaining cars - were calculated according to the formula ts/t = a + bm, which is now replaced by a new method for adjusting the shunting operations. The article presents the results of a study that made it possible to derive a formula for calculating the duration of the sorting of a train on the turnout track based on a different calculation of the duration of semi-trips. Es werden in erster Linie die nationalen Bahnen aus Deutschland und Frankreich betrachtet, die als wirtschaftlich bedeutende Gründungsmitglieder der Europäischen Wirtschaftsgemeinschaft und grosse „Eisenbahnländer“ in einem interessanten und gleichermassen durch Partnerschaft und Rivalität gekennzeichneten Verhältnis stehen. Daneben wird unter einzelnen Aspekten auch auf die Rolle von Bahnen aus der Schweiz eingegangen, die als bedeutendes Transitland, aber auch durch ihre grenzüberschreitend tätigen Bahngesellschaften gut in den europäischen Eisenbahnverkehrsmarkt integriert ist.Zunächst werden die Bestimmungsfaktoren für Konkurrenz und grenzüberschreitende Zusammenarbeit im Eisenbahnwesen von seinen Anfängen bis vor dem Beginn der Liberalisierung untersucht. Anschliessend wird die Entwicklung der rechtlichen Grundlagen für die grenzüberschreitende Öffnung der Schienennetze dargestellt. Es folgt ein Versuch, ausgewählte Tendenzen der neueren Entwicklung bis in die Gegenwart zu identifizieren und Ansätze für ihre ökonomische Einordnung zu liefern.

Resumen
The training and competition activity determines the requirements for the mental adaptation in the specific type of sport related to the person’s ability for dynamic self-regulation. The purpose of this survey is to explore and compare the ego-orientation and the collective orientation of basketball players and its main task is to outline the differences in orientation among participants in 3 x 3 Basketball tournaments and professional basketball players. The object of the study is the basketball game. The subject of the study is the signs characterizing ego-orientation and collective orientation in basketball players. Contingent of the study are 45 participants in 3 x 3 Basketball tournaments and 46 competitors from professional basketball clubs from Yambol BC – Yambol, Shoumen – Shoumen and Beroe – St. Zagora, BC Lokomotiv – St. Zagora Based on this study are defined the profiles of the basketball players 3x3 and the professional players 5x5, as well as defining their characteristics.

Resumen
Complex development of the motive qualities set up the issue of evaluation and control of the specific functional preparedness of the competitors. For the purpose, many researchers develop specific volleyball tests and indicators. The purpose of the study is the optimization of the training process of highly qualified volleyball players from „Lokomotiv”, Novosibirsk, volleyball team by analyzing their physical development and specific preparedness. The present study was processed during the period of July until September 2017. Subject of the study are the physical development and the specific workability of professional volleyball players. Tested were 13 volleyball players subjected to 24 indicators For realizing the purpose and the aims are applied the following methods of research: review study, anthropometry, expert evaluation and sport-pedagogical testing. The results of the study have been subjected to mathematical and statistical procession by: variation analysis and index method. The results show that both groups under research are homogeneous as a whole and relatively homogeneous in relation of all physical development and specific workability signs under study but negative percentage of relative homogeneity is recorded for the realization skills of the players.

In den literarischen Werken des deutschen Schriftstellers Michael Ende (1929–1995) ergänzen sich die äussere Welt und die kunstvolle, geistige Welt durch Verschränkung und vervollständigen sich auf diese Weise zu einer Einheit. Losgelöst von Konventionen und Stereotypen werden starre Strukturen und Grenzen überwunden und lassen die Realität und die Phantasie als Wechselspiel erscheinen. Auf dieser Grundlage ist der im Jahre 1960 erschienene Roman Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer entstanden. Das zum Kinderbuchklassiker avancierte Werk handelt vom Jungen Jim und seinem erwachsenen Freund und Mentor Lukas, die ihre begrenzte, idyllische, dem kindlichen Spiel nachempfundene Lebenswelt auf der kleinen Insel Lummerland zusammen mit der Lokomotive Emma verlassen, um eine neue Heimat zu finden. Auf der abenteuerlichen, phantastischen Reise ins Unbekannte und Ungewisse lernen die beiden Protagonisten eine neue Welt ausserhalb der vertrauten, geregelten Ordnung und der reibungslos funktionierenden Ereignisabläufe kennen. Ende schildert die wundersamen, spannenden Begebenheiten in einer kindlichen Märchen- und Phantasiewelt mit spielerisch-humorvollem Einfallsreichtum und Wortwitz. Die temporeiche, tiefsinnige und stellenweise auch sozialkritische Geschichte lässt für die Entwicklung persönlicher schöpferischer Kräfte viel Spielraum zu. Die kulturelle Fremderfahrung aus der Erlebnisperspektive und Weltsicht sowohl eines Kindes als auch eines Erwachsenen ist in der Handlung von zentraler Bedeutung. Aus diesem Grunde wird der Fokus auf die Fragestellung gelegt, wie Jim und Lukas das Andere, Fremde rezipieren. Mit welcher Einstellung und Haltung gehen die beiden Reisenden mit den für sie ungewohnten Sitten und Gepflogenheiten einer ihnen fremden fernöstlichen Kultur um und wie reagieren sie auf die Begegnung mit fremdartigen sozialen Aussenseiterfiguren? Es zeigt sich, dass im Laufe eines Lern- und Entwicklungsprozesses Annäherungen an eine fremde Kultur und an verstossene Kreaturen durchaus möglich sind. Dabei gelingt es insbesondere dem Kind, seine vorurteilsreiche, konfrontative Sichtweise zu ändern und sich eine individualisierte Sichtweise anzueignen. Damit sensibilisiert die Geschichte für ein friedliches Zusammenleben der Menschen verschiedener Kulturzugehörigkeit, das auf interkultureller Kommunikation und gegenseitiger Wertschätzung basiert. Jim Knopf und Lukas der Lokomotivführer ist ein Beitrag zur damals so genannten Völkerverständigung im Sinne einer besseren Zukunft. Die Geschichte entspricht dem Wunsch der Kinderliteraturszene in der unmittelbaren Nachkriegszeit, durch Kinderbücher zur Erziehung zu Weltoffenheit und Toleranz beizutragen und dadurch ein hoffnungsvolles Weltbild zu vermitteln.

The present study concerns a rarely considered subject in the Romanian specialized literature, which is thedocumentation of prehistoric sites with confirmed canid burials; either individually or associated with humanones. The current state of research acknowledges multiple theories about the origin of the dog and the momentof its domestication. The most common and accepted opinion is that Canis familiaris Linnaeus (the domesticdog) is the descendent of Canis lupus Linnaeus (the wolf ). The canids are considered to be the first domesticatedanimals in Europe. Archaeological and zooarchaeological research from Iron Gates area, with Mesolithic sitessuch as Vlasac, Hajdučka Vodenica or Lepenski Vir, have produced valuable information on Canis familiaris(fig. 6). In Siberia, close to Lake Baikal (Russia), these have been found in the Shamanka necropolis (the graveof a Husky, Chow Chow or Samoyed (fig. 7) dog) and in the Lokomotiv necropolis (one of a tundra wolf (Canislupus albus) (fig. 8–10). In Alba Iulia-Lumea Nouă two dog skeletons from the Foeni group were found, one ofthem having a Spondylus shell pendant (fig. 3–5). In the Neolithic necropolis of Ripoli (Italy) a woman’s gravehad her feet placed on a dog skeleton (fig. 12), while in the Parma-via Guidorossi site a dog grave has been found(fig. 13). The Michelsberg culture, specific to Central and Western European Late Neolithic, presents intentionaldog burials at Bretteville-le-Rabet (fig. 11) and Heilbronn-Klingenberg “Schlossberg” (fig. 16). For the BritishNeolithic, a complete dog skeleton has been discovered in one of the ditches of the Windmill Hill settlement,while at Grime’s Graves an intentionally buried dog skeleton (fig. 17–18) has been identified. Research at theVan-Yoncatepe (Eastern Anatolia) Hallstattian necropolis led to identification of 14 dog skulls in one burialchamber (fig. 19-20), and of a female skeleton close to a pot (fig. 21) in another. The presence of dog boneremains in inhumation graves is often considered the result of a particular attitude of the human towards thedog. This special funerary context may represent the unique bond between prehistoric humans and their dogs,reflected in activities such as hunting, guarding, or companionship. The dog protects the domestic space, theflocks and, last but not least, the human that it hunts with. This relationship can explain the dog graves foundnearby the human ones, as the dog follows its master in death as in life.
