Resumen
A emendatio libelli e a mutatio libelli são instrumentos do processo penal para o respeito ao princípio da congruência entre a acusação e a sentença, relacionando-se, portanto, com os direitos fundamentais do acusado, como os princípios da ampla defesa, do contraditório e do devido processo legal, bem como do princípio acusatório e da inércia da jurisdição. O processo penal militar, em texto de 1969, traz regras diversas do processo comum quanto à emendatio libelli, merecendo o destaque de dispor de forma mais compatível com a Constituição de 1988 que o próprio processo penal comum, reformado em 2008. Quanto à mutatio libelli, há o reconhecimento de omissão, apta a fundamentar a analogia para aplicação das regras do processo penal comum. Importante o aprofundamento de tema tão caro ao sistema acusatório e à posição institucional do Ministério Público após a Constituição de 1988.

Resumen
Psicología (Psychology), an important book written by two Peruvian authors, Honorio Delgado and Mariano Iberico, is reviewed in this paper. Psicología was a "best-seller'', with nine ediúons between 1933 and 1969 (a record for Peruvian standards in psychologicalliterature) and hada great influence on the development of psychology in the Andean country. The ideas of French and German psychologists and philosophers (specially Henri Bergson and Max Scheler) were influenúal on the authors of this book. A European atmosphere is evident with sorne neglect for the American contributions to psychology.
En este artículo se revisa "Psicología", un libro muy importante escrito por dos autores peruanos, Honorio Delgado y Mariano Iberico. "Psicología" fue un "best-seller" con nueve ediciones entre 1933 y 1969 (un récord para los estándares peruanos en literatura psicológica) teniendo gran influencia en el país. Se aprecia la influencia de las ideas de psicólogos y filósofos franceses y alemanes (especialmente Henri Bergson y Max Scheler) en los autores de este libro. Una atmósfera europea es evidente, dejándose de lado las contribuciones norteamericanas a la psicología.

Design of the building respect Land Use Plan of the town on side, and existing build-up area on the street on the other side. Building has one underground floor and three above ground stories. The Ground Floor is partly roofed by flat roof. The third floor has terrace and it´s roofed by saddleback roof.

Resumen
This diploma thesis deal with phase of construction, which is foundation and upper construction of apartment building Komenského in Liberec. Building is situated in built-up and green area. Foundation circumstances is half difficult because of lower water included in soil. In this phase, we use formowork for columns, walls and roof. Used formwork is from Peri company, Quatro, Trio and Multiflex. There is suteren in the house, and because of lower water and high index of radon, we have to protect structure by compact waterproof isolation. This project contains formwork schematics and the time calculation needed to protect concrete until accomplishment. Other task is thermal review of constructions.

La struttura di gruppo è una delle strutture algebriche più semplici e fondamentali della matematica. Un gruppo si può descrivere in vari modi. Noi abbiamo illustrato la presentazione tramite generatori e relazioni, che consiste sostanzialmente nell'elencare le "regole di calcolo" che valgono nel gruppo considerato, oltre a quelle che derivano dagli assiomi di gruppo. L'idea principale di questa tesi è quella di mostrare come un argomento così tecnico e specifico possa essere reso "elementare" e anche divertente. Siamo partiti dalla costruzione di un gioco, inventando regole da aggiungere di volta in volta. Abbiamo poi tentato di spiegare il medesimo concetto da un punto di vista teorico, tramite la teoria dei gruppi liberi. Si tratta di gruppi che hanno un insieme di generatori soddisfacenti unicamente alle relazioni che sono conseguenza degli assiomi di gruppo.Ogni gruppo è un quoziente di un gruppo libero su un appropriato insieme di generatori per un sottogruppo normale, generato dalle relazioni. Infine si è illustrato il problema della parola formulato da Max Dhen nel 1911, e si è visto come tale problema è risolubile per i gruppi liberi.

Resumen
The purpose of this thesis is to examine the social and political thought of John Horne Tooke (1736 — 1812). It is a study of the effect of personalities on politics during a period of violent social and political upheaval. This thesis is important for several reasons. First it will show Horne Tooke at the centre of the ‘Wilkes and Liberty’ campaign of the 1760s, the gadfly Wilkes only a figurehead. From this slanderous, libellous world of political intrigue came Junius who, it will be argued, was the brainchild of Horne Tooke, contrived in conjunction with his patron the Earl of Shelburne. Second, this thesis will show how the power of the press was used by Horne Tooke to move people for political ends, and how he used his libellous pen to sensationalise a number of otherwise lost causes. While in prison for libel, Horne Tooke wrote the outline for his major work on the politics of language, publishing the first part in 1786 while soured by gaol, and the second in 1805 while embittered by the Pitt administration, which he detested. It will be argued that Horne Tooke was offering a complete critique of the ruling classes in both cases, but instead found limited fame as an etymologist, such being the nature of the politics of language. Third, this thesis is significant because it shows the impact which the French Revolution had on the evolutionary process of inclusive politics in England. Through the agency of Horne Tooke, it will be argued that Pitt did not extinguish radical politics in 1794 following the Treason Trials and the introduction of the ‘Gagging Act’, as argued by some historians. Rather, political opposition to the entrenched power elite actually increased during this period as Horne Tooke went about the task of sowing the seeds for democratic elections at Westminster, resulting in the Burdett phenomenon. Finally, this thesis is important because it shows the revolutionary nature of English politics throughout this period. It will be argued that if an English Revolution did not occur between 1793 and 1804 it was not the fault of Horne Tooke, who remained throughout his life a serious revolutionary with the ability to markedly influence the flow of events. He remains perhaps the greatest libeller of his time. Horne Tooke died at home with friends, well satisfied that although he had escaped martyrdom, he had still managed to have set the ‘century a roar’, as was his custom to ‘set the table a roar’ at his notorious Wimbledon Sunday dinner parties. Horne Tooke destroyed all his personal papers shortly before he died, thus assuring that no comprehensive biography of his life is likely ever to be written. Fortunately, however, sufficient personal memoirs and manuscripts in various research collections remain, which have been used as the basis of this thesis. I confirm that this thesis is the product of my own research and writing.

Resumen
This diploma thesis deals with mapping of history of the ballet ensemble of F. X. Šalda Theatre since the end of the Second World War till present. Considerable attention is paid to the most significant artistic directors, choreographers, and ballet performances, most importantly to the life and works of Jarmila Jarošová, a principal dancer with that ensemble. Firstly, the origin of Czech theater in Liberec is put into its broader historical and political context. Also, the Czech-German coexistence issue is mentioned as well as the brief development of German theatre in that region. A list of both artistic directors and ballet performances since the first Czech theatrical season in Liberec till present is an inseparateble part of the thesis.

Resumen
Rad polazi od toga da je u teritorijalnim aspiracijama srpskog nacionalizma u 19. i 20. veku Bosna i Hercegovina bila u središtu ekspanzije. Nasuprot dominantnim tendencijama nacionalističke matrice, manjinska liberalna alternativa u Srbiji, iako i sama deo tzv. velikog (nacionalnog) narativa, pokazivala je znatno više senzibiliteta za različitosti BiH, iskazujući potrebu da se ona utemelji kao zasebna jedinica u jugoslovenskom federalizmu. Ipak, kada je socijalistička vlast u Titovoj Jugoslaviji omogućila državnost i suštinsku ravnopravnost Bosne i Hercegovine, većina liberalnih intelektualaca je iskazivala nezadovoljstvo takvom konstelacijom. Bosanskohercegovačka državnost je, kao i njene granice, doživljavana kao privremena i provizorna. Jedina politička struktura u Srbiji koja je pokazivala puno razumevanje za suštinsku državnost BiH i koja je načinila potpuni diskontinuitet sa stavovima srpskih elita prema Bosni i Hercegovini bili su komunistički liberali, reformsko rukovodstvo Marka Nikezića u Srbiji krajem 1960-ih i početkom 1970-ih godina.

MOOC Camps have been used as a successful blended alternative to more traditional MOOCs (totally online). A “camp” here means “an informal gathering of learners working together to discuss new ideas and concepts” (Sowell, 2019). MOOC Camps combine the positive aspects of MOOCs, such as high-quality of professional development and low cost for participants with the advantages of using the “camps”, such as adaptation to the local context and a simpler way of promoting interaction among participants, who consequently feel highly motivated to complete the online course (Cardoso, 2020). The aim of this presentation is to consider the effects of the physical distance imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic in the MOOC Camps been offered by an extension and research project developed at a public university in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (CEALD/UERJ) in partnership with the American Government (RELO-Brazil) since 2019. The main objectives of these MOOC camps are: (a) to promote language and methodology development; and (b) to build stronger communities of teachers and teachers-to-be, by giving them the opportunity of sharing their experiences. However, in 2020, due to the pandemic, the camp had to be adapted to a remote mode, using a web-conference platform. Therefore, this action-research study compares and contrasts the MOOC Camp participants’ feedback given before the pandemic with their responses to the activities developed during the pandemic. In this way, the idea is to understand how the adaptations we were forced to make have influenced the development of the camps and possibly affected participants’ interest. The discussion considers some of the advantages and drawbacks of adopting the remote mode for the camps, and a better understanding of some theoretical concepts, such as: blended learning (Gruba et al., 2016); blended MOOCs (Albó et al., 2015; Orsini-Jones, 2018, 2019), online interaction (Silva, 2014), and education in the pandemic context (Liberali, 2020).

Nel 2010, la base sottomarina di Saint-Nazaire è stata dichiarata «Patrimonio del XX secolo» dal Ministère de la Culture et de la Communnication francese ed è divenuta il simbolo di un nuovo approccio patrimoniale che riconosce il patrimonio materiale e immateriale in tutte le sue forme, non limitandosi soltando al manufatto certificato come monumento. La memoria, i beni materiali o i luoghi poco conosciuti hanno così contribuito a definire una nuova dimensione urbana proiettata verso il futuro. Riferirsi esplicitamente al tema del rapporto tra waterfront e patrimonio militare, attraverso l’esempio di Saint-Nazaire, ci porta a riflettere sul ruolo del progetto urbano nella trasformazione della città contemporanea. Gli stessi principi collegano tale caso di studio a molte altre operazioni di rigenerazione della città europea e, in particolare, delle città portuali francesi. A partire dagli anni ‘80, per far fronte alla crisi del settore industriale, alcune città portuali, tra cui Marsiglia, Le Havre, Saint-Nazaire e Dunkerque, hanno elaborato numerosi studi e progetti sulle loro aree industriali obsolete o abbandonate, al fine di potenziare le attività portuali e di destinare gli spazi resi liberi a nuove attività. Il riconoscimento del valore di risorsa urbana e patrimoniale a tali aree portuali ha consentito di riattivare dinamiche economiche, sociali e spaziali spesso interrotte o in disuso. In 2010 the submarine base in Saint-Nazaire was declared ‘Heritage of the XX century’ by the French Ministère de la Culture et de la Communnication. Thereafter it became the symbol of a new approach related to heritage that recognises the tangible and intangible heritage in all its forms, not only restricted to the artifact acknowledged as a ‘monument’. Remembrance, the material assets or the little known places have thus contributed to defining a new urban dimension projected toward the future. The case of Saint-Nazare, relating clearly to the relationship between waterfront and military heritage, encourages us to meditate on the role of urban design in the transformation of the contemporary city. The same principles connect this case study to several other redevelopment operations in the European city and, in particular, the French port cities. Starting from the '80s, in order to face the crisis in the industrial sector, several port cities, including Marseille, Le Havre, Dunkirk and Saint-Nazaire, produced diverse studies and projects regarding their obsolete or abandoned industrial areas, in order to boost port activities and to allocate the vacant places to new activities. Acknowledgment of the value of these port areas as urban resources (as well as cultural heritage) has consented the regeneration of (often previously interrupted or abandoned) economic, social and spatial activity.

Lo studio qui proposto ha preso l’avvio da due eventi fondamentali per lo sviluppo urbanistico della città di Viterbo, nessuno dei quali possiamo dire costituisca la conseguenza di una politica urbana di indirizzo. Il primo ha decretato, a partire dagli anni Ottanta del secolo scorso, lo spopolamento e il progressivo degrado del centro storico a seguito del vero e proprio esodo verso i nuovi insediamenti di edilizia economica e popolare e soprattutto verso le innumerevoli ville, costruite facendole passare per fabbricati rurali, nelle zone agricole a ridosso della città; il secondo, tuttora in atto, registra una tendenza opposta in virtù dei mutamenti profondi occorsi nel tessuto sociale e della mutata situazione economica. Le scarse disponibilità economiche hanno reso infatti nuovamente appetibili, da parte di nuovi fruitori con scarse possibilità economiche, i numerosi immobili del centro rimasti liberi e in cattive condizioni di manutenzione, dapprima senza operare alcuna alterazione nel tessuto edilizio esistente; quindi è iniziata un’operazione sistematica di portata ben diversa, mirata alla trasformazione in unità abitative minime dei locali situati al livello stradale adibiti un tempo a magazzini e cantine. Esigenze differenti di persone differenti hanno indotto una nuova territorializzazione della città storica. Resta da capire in che misura questo processo sia stato previsto o valutato, e se la costituzione di un tessuto sociale così omogeneo nella struttura possa considerarsi positivamente ai fini del riequilibrio socio-economico complessivo, di cui il problema edilizioabitativo rappresenta solo uno degli aspetti The aim of this paper is to reflect on two major trends concerning the urban development of the city of Viterbo, neither of which appears to stem from a precise urban policy. The first one was the depopulation and progressive decline of the ancient city centre caused by the relocation of the inhabitants towards the new council housing settlements and especially towards the countless new villas, originally intended as farm houses on agricultural land adjacent to the city. The second one, still ongoing, is an opposite trend, the result of profound changes in the social fabric of the society and of the present economic stagnation. Many unoccupied and neglected houses and flats in the city centre are appealing to people with limited financial means, in spite of the lack of upgrading. In addition, basements and cellars are being converted into actual housing units. The needs of the abovementioned people have triggered a new territorialisation of the historic centre. It is yet to be determined to what extent this phenomenon has been contemplated and understood, and whether the rise of such a uniform social fabric should be construed as positive for the general socioeconomic balance, of which the housing issue is only one of the factors.
