Resumen

This study analyses the image repair strategies used by Barcelona after the dramatic exit of its top player, Lionel Messi. Barcelona's image repair efforts included President Laporta's press conference, in which he attempted to repair the club's image by justifying and explaining the situation. The study also evaluated the fans' responses to Barcelona's strategies to determine how fans reacted to such discourse. Therefore, first, it uses Benoit's image repair theory to analyse Barcelona's rhetoric. Second, it conducts a thematic analysis of 2613 comments from active YouTube users. The results show Barcelona's failure to repair its image following Messi's departure. The club employed the denial strategy by shifting the blame. It also used reducing offensiveness through transcendence, differentiation and bolstering. Finally, it deployed evading responsibility through defeasibility. The thematic analysis of fans’ responses to Laporta’s speech shows that Laporta failed to convince fans of his arguments. Over and above, he infuriated them with his speech. Therefore, it is right to say that his image repair strategies were ineffective and unimpressive. The findings suggest that when the audience is eager to see corrective action, it is difficult to accept other strategies that do not align with their desires. The results of this study have several important implications for future practice. First, organisations should consider audience orientations through audience analysis before employing image repair strategies. Second, sports organisations should use media framing before major decisions to avoid shocking fans. Keywords: Thematic analysis, Barcelona, Leo Messi, Joan Laporta, image repair.

Resumen

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term function of the LaPorta design great toe implant. Eight cases were evaluated preoperatively and on a short-term (mean = 3.6 months) and a long-term basis (mean = 20.5 months) postoperatively. Findings of clinical importance included decreased hallux dorsiflexion and radiographic evidence of hyperostosis formation at the implant hinge. However, all of the patients studied were satisfied with their results.

Resumen

Historically, Barcelona Football Club (BFC) has represented one of the pillars of Catalan identity, which earned it the slogan “more than a club.” In recent times, especially under the presidency of Joan Laporta, management has radicalized the club’s political positions by using BFC as a platform to openly promote the independence from Spain of the Catalan region. Despite the fact that most Barcelona fans in Catalonia, as well as in the rest of Spain, have much more moderate political positions, the radicalization of BFC does not appear to have eroded the relationship-building process with Barcelona fandom. This article argues that BFC as an institution still maintains a good relationship with its fans because the social, as well as individual, identity provided by allegiance to a soccer club such as BFC is ultimately more important to members and fans than the club’s political positions.

Resumen

Long-tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis) can be found in Sibolangit Nature Reserves North Sumatera. This research was conducted to determine its group distribution and abundance of the population using concentration count and its habitat was observed by rapid assessment in 7 location. 2 group of long-tailed macaque was found, first group found in the southern part of a nature reserve with a group size of 18-25 individuals. Second group was found in the northern part of nature reserve with a group size of 15-20 individuals. The group distribution was affected by the location of sources of water, food resources, human and other animals. Food plant species consist of rambung merah (Ficus sumatrana), terap (Artocarpus elasticus), kayu ageng (Antidesma montanum), nanglit (Nauclea cyrtopoda), lateng gajah (Laporta sinuata), beringin (Ficus benjamina), jelatang (Toxicodendron radicans), aren (Arenga pinnata), riman (Caryota sp), senduduk (Melastoma affine). Esto trabajo busca presentar las reflexiones sobre el concepto de los derechos fundamentales sociales como aquellos que requieren acción positiva de los Poderes públicos para garantizar condiciones de vida digna a todos los hombres. En la introducción, serán presentadas las clasificaciones de Donnely, Laporta y Noriega, para, después, tratar de la posición constitucional del tema en España para se construir el concepto de libertad solidaria señalando-se como el punto de partida para criticar posiciones de extrema derecha e izquierda donde se propone que es necesario reconocer la libertad solidaria como el mecanismo de comprensión de los derechos fundamentales, aunque parezca un concepto contradictorio. Puesto el concepto de libertad solidaria, pasa-se a criticar la tesis de que los derechos fundamentales sociales sean apenas principios de política económica y social o metas políticas. Los derechos sociales fundamentales se afirman como derechos fundamentales individuales y así deben ser reconocidos. O sea, los derechos fundamentales individuales u sociales son inescindibles. En fin se tratará de la delimitación del concepto de derechos sociales fundamentales a partir del estudio de los conceptos jurídicos de los derechos generales, derechos fundamentales y posiciones iusfundamentales.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to investigate the influence of broad cultural dimensions, as well as those of religion and legal origin, on countries’ economic freedom, i.e., trade freedom, investment freedom, business freedom, labor freedom, monetary freedom, as well as a composite measure of economic freedom. Design/methodology/approach Linear regression of publicly available data regarding economic freedom (Miller et al., 2018) on cultural dimensions (Hofstede, 2009), legal origin and religion (LaPorta et al., 1999) for 52 countries was performed to determine the impact of these factors on economic freedom. Findings Results indicated femininity was the cultural dimension associated with the most measures of economic freedom. Short-term-oriented cultures were predictive of greater business freedom, while more restrained cultures were associated with greater business and monetary freedoms. Higher individualism was predictive of greater monetary freedom. Catholicism positively predicted investment freedom and negatively predicted business freedom. French civil law negatively predicted labor freedom, while socialist legal origins positively predicted trade freedom, but negatively predicted business freedom. Originality/value This is the first study to examine the impacts of culture, law and religion on economic freedom. One practical implication of this research is that countries would be wise to emphasize more feminine aspects in their cultures, as these are associated with greater economic freedom. Even minor adjustments that move in the direction of cooperation and fair processes might help increase economic freedoms and the many benefits that stem from such freedoms.

Depredation, i.e. the damage or removal, of Patagonian toothfish (Dissostichus eleginoides) from longlines by sperm whales (Physeter macrocephalus) can cause considerable economic loss for Spanish fishing vessels in the Southwest Atlantic. The fishery also suffers high bycatch rates of seabirds. The main goal of the study was to assess the extent of depredation and seabird bycatch and to test the potential of the so-called “umbrella” system, coupled with attached stones for faster sinking, for minimizing both. Moreover, we investigated the relationships between sightings of sperm whales, depredation, catches, and environmental variables using generalized additive modelling. Data were collected during 297 hauls on a longliner in 2007/2008 in international waters of the Southwest Atlantic. Sperm whales were sighted during 35% of the hauls, always during gear retrieval, and their presence was positively related to fish damage. The overall depredation rate (0.44% of the total catch) was low, but is assumed to be underestimated because sperm whales were suspected of also taking fish without leaving visual evidence. The “umbrella-and-stones” system was highly effective in preventing bycatch and appeared to restrict depredation, but significantly reduced the catches. The results demonstrate that there is still some way to go to solve the problem of depredation.

Resumen

This paper develops the theme of youth education and training by following at least three fields of analysis, which are mutually interrelated. The training process, the role of educational agencies, and pedagogy will be investigated in light of a new interpretation of the image of young people and of the one of youth that is free from rhetoric and clichés. A close look will be taken to the characteristics of current anthropology trends, focusing on the impact that such categories as "fear" and "risk" exert on training processes. The ultimate aim of this investigation will be to outline the main traits of youth crisis from a pedagogical perspective in terms of a crisis of personal development and human fulfilment, which is even more important than professional fulfilment, and of the transformations affecting rational and non-rational dimensions of the person. By referring to the social condition and to the range of interpretive paradigms inherent in current epistemologies, the paper is aimedto findthe source of the demand that young people directly and indirectly express today also through non-verbal languages, alternative "signs" and "images" that do not fall within the traditional pedagogical canon. The function of pedagogy will therefore be redefined both in theory and in practice on the basis of the need to understand the real human reality, thus interpreting its needs. At the same time, the educational operariwill be re-thought, so as to ensure that in today's reflective democracies the purpose regarded by Raffaele Laporta as the "educational absolute" is achieved. This coincides with authentic freedom, with the most accomplished form of humanization and with the highest level of personal existence, identified as essential conditions for the freedom of learning that corresponds to the freedom of life.

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk UMKM yaitu Depot Air Isi Ulang Clean Water yang belom menyusun laporan keuangan.Tujuan dari penulis adalah untuk membantu dan memberikan informasi pada Depot Air Isi Ulang Clean Water untuk dapat menyusun Laporan Keuangan secara sederhana yang dapat membantu dan memudahkan pemilik UMKM dalam membuat lapora keuagan. Metode yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah merode deskriptif.Metode deskriptif adalah salah satu cara untuk membuktikan, mengungkapkan, dan mengumpulkan permasalahan yang menjadi suatu jawaban dengan aturan-aturan yang telah diterapkan secara sistematis dan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diambil dari Depot Air Clean Water.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi UMKM dalam menyusun laporan keuangan pada Depot Air Isi Ulang Clean Water yang bertempat dijalan Bangun Rejo Dusun VI Tanjung Morawa, yang dimana air saring dibutuhkan sehari-hari. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat Depot Air Isi Ulang Clean Water menunjukan bahwa mengalami kendala dalam menyusun laporan keuanga dan masih menggunakan cara pencatatan keuangan yang sederhana dengan alasan pemilik usaha masih beranggapan bahwa pencatatan laporan keuangan secara sederhana saja. Karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pengalam Depot Air dalam bidang akuntansi.Hasil penyusunan lapora keuangan yang berupa Neraca, Laporan Laba Rugi, dan Laporan Arus Kas.

Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat (LAPOR!) merupakan salah satu program yang dicanangkan pemerintah guna menghimpun informasi seluasluasnya yang berupa kritik maupun saran dari masyarakat. Laporan masyarakat di bidang kesehatan yang berupa data teks yang tidak terstruktur (unstructured data) diklasifikasikan menjadi tiga kelas yaitu Aspirasi, Keluhan, dan Pertanyaan menggunakan metode machine learning yaitu Naïve Bayes. Pada periode Januari 2013 sampai dengan Desember 2015, jumlah laporan masyarakat yang masuk ke dalam sistem LAPOR! sebanyak 87492 laporan, terdapat 32047 atau sekitar 37% laporan yang belum ditanggapi, 8072 atau sekitar 9% laporan yang sedang proses ditanggapi, dan sisanya sebanyak 47373 atau 54% laporan sudah ditanggapi dan dinyatakan selesai. jumlah laporan yang paling banyak terdapat pada provinsi DKI Jakarta dan pulau Jawa secara keseluruhan. Provinsi yang menjadi pusat area yang menyumbangkan laporan terbanyak adalah DKI Jakarta sebanyak 25129 laporan, disusul Jawa Barat 15445 laporan, Jawa Timur 6106 laporan, Jawa Tengah 5818 laporan, dan seterusnya. Sedangkan provinsi yang paling sedikit melakukan lapor adalah provinsi Papua, Maluku, Maluku Utara, Sulawesi Barat, Irian Jaya Barat, dan Gorontalo dengan jumlah laporan dari provinsi tersebut dibawah 100 laporan. Selanjutnya hasil klasifikasi akan dianalisis dengan metode Text Mining, konsep utamanya adalah dengan melakukakan ekplorasi seluas-seluasnya dan ekstraksi dengan data yang sangat banyak dan terus bertambah, sehingga ditemukan sebuah fakta dan informasi yang dianggap penting dan dapat berguna untuk berbagai bidang keperluan. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 96.67%.

Southeast Asia's mosaics of agricultural and tropical forest landscapes have been significantly shaped by the advance of industrial plantations from colonial times to the present. Controversies over deforestation and oil palm sustainability have emerged in this context. Significant land use changes have been made by industrial plantation companies, which have diversified their activities to sectors ranging from automobiles to banking and telecoms to become corporate giants. The solutions proposed today to curb deforestation for oil palm plantations consist of sectoral market tools such as trade bans, regulations or certification schemes that are supposed to influence the economic decisions of private companies. However, oil palm corporations are so diversified and deeply embedded in national economies that many other factors could influence their corporate decision-making. Studies since Porter and Laporta suggest that the structure of the financial network of company shareholders may have more influence on corporate decisions than the market itself, in other words that the nature of company ownership (government versus private sector) is the essential driver in corporate decision-making. This thesis explores how these structural drivers play out in major oil palm corporations. Using network analysis, we quantified and analysed shareholdings in the main oil palm corporations in Malaysia. We gathered data on 4,331 shareholdings at ten different levels. The study describes the financial topologies and compares them with the nature of company ownership and with measurable decision-making processes, such as structural control and decision loads. We found that decision-making was not influenced by the nature of ownership but was very much influenced by the financial structure of the corporations. We also found that decision loads and structural control seem to predict a structural flexibility which is intrinsic to these corporations. The implications of these findings could help to rethink the political governance of deforestation and open up a new field of research concerned with describing and analysing the deep financial structures that govern the behaviour of corporations. Firstly, understanding the financial forces that shape plantation companies is critical to oil palm and forest sustainability. Secondly, we can now identify and prioritize the most resilient corporations with a view to developing sustainable practices for the long term.

Background: Latar belakang dilakukan kegiatan PKM adalah rendahnya pemahaman pembuatan laporaan keuangan yang baik dan benar serta pengelolaan laporan keuangan yang belum optimal. Tujuan kegiatan yaitu agar pelaku wirausaha dapat menyusun laporan keuangan yang baik dan benar yang dapat menjadikan usahanya lebih berkembang dan lebih maju sehingga pendapatannya meningkat. Metode: Pada pengabdian tersebut, tim telah melaksanakan pembelajaran pembukuan bagi mitra Wirausaha Student Mall Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 10 orang dengan metode pelaksanaan yaitu pelatihan, dan pendampingan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Hasil: Hasil kegiatan yaitu meningkatnya pengetahuan serta keterampilan wirausaha dalam membuat pembukuan sederhana yang baik dan benar. Kesimpulan: Dengan melalui pembelajaran pembukuan maka pengetahuan pelaku wirausaha meningkat dalam hal pembuatan laporan keuangan sehingga motivasinya meningkat dalam bekerja untuk memperoleh pendapatan yang maksimal.

Kegiatan PKM ini membahas mengenai permasalahan, solusi dan dampak terhadap situasi yang dirasakan UMKM program Scaleup binaan Rumah Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (RPM) Tangerang Selatan yaitu Rumah produksi cokelat Heichoco ibu Hesti Widyo Asih. Sulitnya memahami laporan keuangan yang berdasarkan pada pedoman atau standar yang berlaku, menjadikan pelaku UMKM Heichoco, melakukan pencatatan hanya sebatas pada data keungan tidak sampai kepda laporan keuangan, sementara aporan keuangan yang sesuai SAK-EMKM harus dimiliki guna pengambilan keputusan pada bisnisnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk mensosialisasikan SAK-EMKM dan mengaplikasikan standar tersebut pada laporan keuangan pelaku UKM dengan cara yang mudah dipahami, yaitu menggunakan aplikasi SI APIK rakitan Bank Indonesia. UKM ScaleUp yang mengikuti ini sejumlah 1 peserta dengan waktu pengajaran selama 3 bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Penyuluhan, Bimbingan secara bertahap, Diskusi, Pendampingan. Standart Akuntansi Keuangan Entitas Mikro Kecil dan Menengah merupakan salah satu standar Keuangan yang ditetapkan untuk mempermudah UMKM menyusun dan menyajikan laporan keuangan yang lebih sederhana dan mudah dipahami bagi investor dan kreditor untuk memberikan bantuan pembiayaan bagi para pengusaha UMKM. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah pemahaman pelaku umkm berpengaruh terhadap pencatatan laporan keuangan perusahaan dan untuk mengetahui apakah pemilik perusahaan sudah menerapkan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standart akuntansi untuk UMKM. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan mendeskripsikan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam bentuk primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik seperti wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV Karya perdana belum sepenuhnya menerapkan laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan SAK EMKM karena keterbatasan pengetahuan pemilik dan tidak adanya sosialisasi dari pihak terkait. Spasmofilia merupakan keadaan patologis dimana terjadi hiperiritabilitas saraf dan otot (neuromuskular) akibat adanya gangguan keseimbangan elektrolit, terutama ion kalsium (Ca++) dan ion magnesium (Mg++) yang ditandai dengan munculnya kedutan otot, kesemutan dan spasme karpopedal. Hipoparatiroidisme ditandai dengan hipokalsemia dan hiperfosfatemia yang dapat menyebabkan hiperiritabilitas neuromuskular dan menimbulkan gejala spasmofilia. Kami laporkan sebuah laporan kasus seorang wanita usia 47 tahun yang didiagnosis dengan spasmofilia akibat hipoparatiroidisme didapat. Dari laporan kasus ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa diagnosis spasmofilia pada pasien ini ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, laboratorium dan pemeriksaan Elektromiografi (EMG) yang merupakan gold standard pada spasmofilia. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyebab munculnya spasmofilia pada pasien ini adalah hipoparatiroidisme post tiroidektomi.

LDK Al-Izzah UINSU adalah organisasi intra kampus UINSU yang memiliki kegiatan mentoring. Kegiatan ini membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi untuk melakukan pelaporan amalan ibadah harian secara online dan realtime berbasis Android. Penelitian ini akan membangun aplikasi pelaporan amalan ibadah harian antara mentor dan binaan secara online. Aplikasi laporan ibadah harian dilengkapi notifikasi bagi mentor dan binaan dari fitur reminder. Setelah binaan melapor ibadah harian, waktu laporan akan tercatat secara otomatis dan ketika mentor validasi laporan antrian binaan maka waktu laporan binaan satu persatu akan dianggap selesai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall yang dimana semua proses harus direncanakan terlebih dahulu. Adapun tahapan dalam metode pengembangan ini yaitu menganalisis kebutuhan sistem, pembuatan desain model, implementasi, Pengujian, dan Perawatan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu kegiatan lapor amalan menjadi lebih efektif dan efesien sehingga data laporan ibadah harian binaan dapat terus berjalan setiap pekannya secara online.

Merancang sistem penjualan pulsa yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah pegawai dalam melakukan pencatatan penjualan pulsa dan pembuatan laporan yang akan di laporkan kepada pemilik, sehingga pekerjaan akan lebih efisien dan data yang ada pun menjadi lebih pasti. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode SDLC yaitu : perencanaan aplikasi yaitu merencanakan pembuatan aplikasi, analisa yaitu mengumpulkan kebutuhan dan informasi dalam pembuatan sistem, desain sistem yaitu merancang arsitektur perangkat lunak dan representasi interface, perancangan yaitu merancang struktur dan tampilan aplikasi, serta uji coba aplikasi yang dilakukan komputer dengan operating system windows 7. Semoga aplikasi ini dapat membantu para penggunanya dalam melakukan transaksi penjualan.

Kegiatan bimbingan teknis (bimtek) proposal kredit dan laporan keuangan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan di bidang kewirausahaan para pelaku usaha terutama UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Adapun kegiatan ini merujuk pada kegiatan lanjutan atas pembentukan UMKM Beken (Bekasi Keren/ Bekasi Kabupaten). Kegiatan bimtek merupakan salah satu cara meningkatkan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM untuk meningkatkan potensi yang dimiliki dan dapat menjadi UMKM unggul, tidak hanya dari produk yang dihasilkan, namun dari literasi/pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Kegiatan ini terlaksana atas kerjasama Dinas Koperasi UMKM dan Universitas Pelita Bangsa. Waktu pelaksanaan pada tanggal 11 – 14 Oktober 2021 di Java Palace Hotel Jababeka. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 200 (dua ratus) pelaku UMKM. Materi yang disampaikan berupa proposal permohonan kredit dan penyusunan laporna keuangan. Luaran bimbingan teknis berupa penilaian pada post test yang dilakukan setelah pelatihan diselenggarakan. Untuk materi proposal permohonan kredit dan laporan keuangan terdapat 106 responden yang mengisi link post test dengan nilai 60 – 100 sebanyak 91% atau 91 peserta, sedangkan 9% mendapat nilai 0 – 50, atau sebanyak 9 orang. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman atas materi sangat baik diterima oleh peserta bimtek.

Desa Jenggalu yang terletak di Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu. Desa Jenggalu terdiri dari 325 KK dan mempunyai jumlah penduduk 1134 jiwa yang terdiri dari laki-laki sebanyak 612 jiwa dan perempuan sebanyak 598 jiwa yang terbagi dalam tiga wilayah dusun. Tanaman singkong (Manihot uttilissima) merupakan sejenis umbi-umbian yang banyak diolah oleh ibu-ibu yang tergabung dalam Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) menjadi produk–produk yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi. KWT ini sudah mulai terbentuk sejak tahun 2022 dan bulan Januari 2022 telah menjadi sebuah UMKM yang bernama UMKM Tanjung Aur. Pembentukan UMKM Tanjung Aur bertujuan memberdayakan kelompok KWT Tanjung Aur melalui pemberian bantuan dana usaha berjumlah Rp. 20.000.000. Kegiatan produksi usaha keripik ubi kayu dijalankan oleh 17 anggota KWT, mulai dari kegiatan pengadaan bahan baku, produksi, hingga pemasaran. Pencatatan keuangan, semenjak bulan Januari tahun 2022 telah dilakukan oleh UMKM Tanjung Aur, namun pencatatannya masih sederhana, belum ada sistem pembukuan yang tertata rapi sehingga tidak ada laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan setiap bulannya yang dapat dijadikan evaluasi dan pengawasan usaha. Permasalah pembukuan atau pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM Tanjung Aur ini tidak berbeda jauh dengan UMKM-UMKM pada umumnya. Mengingat pentingnya pencatatan keuangan dan lapora keuangan perlu ada pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk membantu pelaku UMKM Tanjung Aur dalam memperbaiki pengelolaan usaha dengan memperkenalkan teknik pencatatan atau pembukuan usaha yang tepat kepada para pelaku usaha UMKM dengan berpedoman pada Standar Akuntansi Keuangan yang telah ditetapkan IAI. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah 1) Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya pencatatan transaksi keuangan usaha, 2) Peningkatan pengetahuan tentang bentuk-bentuk alat-alat pencatatan keuangan seperti jurnal harian, buku besar, neraca saldo, buku besar, dan laporan keuangan (Laporan rugi-laba, Laporan Perubahan Modal, dan Neraca Akhir). Manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pencatatan keuangan usaha dan penyusunan laporan keuangan

This study intends to analyze problems regarding the management of the National Public Service Complaint Management System for Online Complaints Aspiration Services (SP4N LAPOR!) In Bekasi Regency using management theory proposed by George R Terry in Zaidan Nawawi (2013). The background to the importance of this research is because during the implementation of SP4N in Bekasi Regency no one has researched its management, so that this research is expected to be an evaluation material for the Bekasi Regency Government in managing SP4N LAPOR!. The research method used in this research is qualitative with a descriptive research design. The data collection techniques are carried out through literature study and field studies through observation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique is done by using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study explain that the application of SP4N LAPOR! Bekasi District has not been managed optimally if it is seen from the results of the analysis of 4 (four) management functions. The management has not been optimal because the socialization has not been carried out evenly, there are still reports that have not been followed up, there are still agencies that have not operated SP4N LAPOR !, lack of human resources in managing SP4N LAPOR! strict sanctions against agencies that do not follow up on reports and have not operated SP4N LAPOR!. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis permasalahan-permasalahan mengenai pengelolaan Sistem Pengelolaan Pengaduan Pelayanan Publik Nasional Layanan Aspirasi Pengaduan Online Rakyat (SP4N LAPOR!) di Kabupaten Bekasi dengan menggunakan teori manajemen yang dikemukakan George R Terry dalam Zaidan Nawawi (2013). Yang melatarbelakangi pentingnya penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu karena selama penerapan SP4N di Kabupaten Bekasi belum ada yang meneliti mengenai manajemen pengelolaannya, Sehingga harapan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini yaitu dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Bekasi dalam mengelola SP4N LAPOR!. Peneliti mengkaji permasalahan mengenai manajemen SP4N LAPOR! melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif. Studi pustaka dan studi lapangan melalui observasi dan wawancara merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis datanya dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa penerapan SP4N LAPOR! di Kabupaten Bekasi belum dikelola secara optimal jika dilihat dari hasil analisis 4 (empat) fungsi manajemen. Belum optimalnya pengelolaan tersebut dikarenakan sosialisasi belum dilakukan secara merata, masih terdapat laporan yang belum ditindaklanjuti, masih terdapat instansi yang belum mengoperasikan SP4N LAPOR!, kekurangan sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola SP4N LAPOR!, kurangnya pemahaman para implementor terhadap pengoperasian SP4N LAPOR!, belum adanya sanksi tegas terhadap instansi-instansi yang tidak menindaklanjuti laporan dan belum mengoperasikan SP4N LAPOR!.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan transparansi penggunaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) di SMA Negeri 11 Pinrang dan Untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan akuntabilitas penggunaan dana bantuan operasional sekolah (BOS) di SMA Negeri 11 Pinrang.. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, paparan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan prinsip transparansi penggunaan dana BOS di SMA Negeri 11 Pinrang. Pada penggunaan dana BOS dilakukan dengan terbuka hal ini dapat diketahui bahwa pada proses penggunaannya di laporkan pada Dinas Pendidikan secara offline maupun online. Pelaporan penggunaan dana BOS dilakukan dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara triwulan. Adapun publikasi laporan dilakukan melalui rapat-rapat dan juga dapat diakses melalui online melalui laman resmi E-Bos. Penerapan prinsip akuntabilitas penggunaan dana BOS oleh SMA Negeri 11 Pinrang, pada penggunaan dana BOS sudah sesuai dengan Permendikbud No 3 Tahun 2019 tentang petunjuk teknis dana BOS yang menjadi kebijakan pemerintah, dalam pertanggungjawabannya sekolah melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban. Dengan adanya pertanggung jawaban tersebut menjadi cerminan sekolah telah menerapkan prinsip akuntabilitas sehinga menumbuhkan kepercayaan oleh masyarakat terhadap sekolah.

Pendidikan merupakan sarana untuk memajukan sumber daya manusia. Dalam mewujudkan kemajuan pendidikan, diperlukan suatu alat untuk mengelola data seperti data siswa, data kelas, data pendidik dan kependidikan, serta rekapitulasi laporan data sekolah untuk jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini. Sistem Informasi Monitoring Anak Usia Dini ini dibangun untuk proses pemantauan laporan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) untuk mengontrol kegiatan siswa disekolah dan mempermudah memberikan informasi perkembangan kegiatan anak yang di laporkan dalam kegiatan siswa, tanpa harus menggunakan sistem yang lama dengan cara mencatat semua perkembangan siswa secara manual dikarenakan kurang efisien dalam penggunaannya dan memudahkan guru dalam memonitoring siswa. Adapun pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Waterfall (Air Terjun) sebagai pengembangan perangkat lunak dan rancangan aplikasi menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). Dalam pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa script dan XAMPP sebagai database tempat penyimpanan data Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dengan menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut guru menjadi lebih mudah untuk penginputan data monitoring serta hasil nilai sehingga pengguna guru dapat memantau perkembangan siswanya dengan mudah.

Sebuah sistem layanan untuk menyampaikan aspirasi dan keluhan masyarakat terhadap layanan pemerintah Indonesia, bernama Lapor! Pemerintah sudah lama memanfaatkan sistem tersebut untuk menjawab permasalahan masyarakat Indonesia terkait permasalahan birokrasi. Namun, peningkatan volume laporan dan pemilahan laporan yang dilakukan oleh operator dengan membaca setiap keluhan yang masuk melalui sistem menyebabkan sering terjadi kesalahan dimana operator meneruskan laporan tersebut ke instansi yang salah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu solusi yang dapat menentukan konteks laporan secara otomatis dengan menggunakan teknik Natural Language Processing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun klasifikasi laporan secara otomatis berdasarkan topik laporan yang ditujukan kepada instansi yang berwenang dengan menggabungkan metode Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) dan Support Vector Machine (SVM). Proses pemodelan topik untuk setiap laporan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode LDA. Metode ini mengekstrak laporan untuk menemukan pola tertentu dalam dokumen yang akan menghasilkan keluaran dalam nilai distribusi topik. Selanjutnya, proses klasifikasi untuk menentukan laporan agensi tujuan dilakukan dengan menggunakan SVM berdasarkan nilai topik yang diekstraksi dengan metode LDA. Performa model LDA-SVM diukur dengan menggunakan confusion matrix dengan menghitung nilai akurasi, presisi, recall, dan F1 Score. Hasil pengujian menggunakan teknik split train-test dengan skor 70:30 menunjukkan bahwa model menghasilkan kinerja yang baik dengan akurasi 79,85%, presisi 79,98%, recall 72,37%, dan Skor F1 74,67%. AbstractA service system to convey aspirations and complaints from the public against Indonesia's government services, named Lapor! The Government has used the Government for a long time to answer the problems of the Indonesian people related to bureaucratic problems. However, the increasing volume of reports and the sorting of reports carried out by operators by reading every complaint that comes through the system cause frequent errors where operators forward the reports to the wrong agencies. Therefore, we need a solution that can automatically determine the report's context using Natural Language Processing techniques. This study aims to build automatic report classifications based on report topics addressed to authorized agencies by combining Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). The topic-modeling process for each report was carried out using the LDA method. This method extracts reports to find specific patterns in documents that will produce output in topic distribution values. Furthermore, the classification process to determine the report's destination agency carried out using the SVM based on the value of the topics extracted by the LDA method. The LDA-SVM model's performance is measured using a confusion matrix by calculating the value of accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 Score. The test results using the train-test split technique with a 70:30 show that the model produces good performance with 79.85% accuracy, 79.98% precision, 72.37% recall, and 74.67% F1 Score

Konservatisme merupakan variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yang diukur dengan net asset measure. Variabel independen yang diteliti antara lain kepemilikan manajerial dan debt covenant.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 - 2012. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Resumen

Seekor kucing lokal betina bernama Calico berumur 1,5 tahun dengan bobot 2,5 kg diperiksa di Laboratorium Ilmu Penyakit Dalam Veteriner, Fakultas Kedokteran Hewan, Universitas Udayana. Berdasarkan anamnesis, kucing menunjukan bersin-bersin dan mengeluarkan leleran hidung dari kedua lubang hidung sejak berumur tiga bulan. Pada pemeriksaan fisik menunjukkan terdapat bercak leleran hidung yang mengering pada kedua lubang hidung dan pemeriksaan sinar X menunjukkan adanya gambaran radiopaque pada rongga hidung. Pemeriksaan ulas leleran hidung berhasil diidentifikasi bakteri Klebsiella sp. dan Staphylococcus sp. Hasil pemeriksaan hematologi rutin menunjukkan kucing kasus mengalami leukositosis dan limfositosis. Kucing didiagnosis menderita rhinitis infeksi bakteri dengan prognosis fausta dari rangkaian pemeriksaan yang telah dilakukan. Terapi yang diberikan pada kucing kasus terdiri dari antibiotik cefixime (sediaan 100 mg, dosis 10 mg/kg bobot badan (BB), diberikan per oral (PO) dua kali sehari selama 10 hari) antiinflamasi meloxicam (sediaan 7,5 mg, dosis 0,1 mg/kg BB, diberikan PO satu kali sehari selama empat hari) dan imunomodulator Echinacea purpurea (sejumlah 2 mL, diberikan PO satu kali sehari selama 10 hari). Hasil pengobatan selama 10 hari menunjukkan terjadi perubahan leleran hidung yang tadinya berupa purulen menjadi serous serta frekuensi bersin berkurang yang menandakan kucing mulai membaik.

A Golden Retriever bitch, 10 years old, came to the Animal Hospital of Brawijaya University, Malang, Indonesia, her conditions was discharge from the vagina, stink smell, polyuria, polydipsia and swelling in the vaginal area that begin to appear one month ago. Physical examination results found her weight 30 kg, scored three for body condition score (scale 1-5), body temperature at 38ºC, pale mucous membrane, and Capillart Reill Time > 2 seconds. Hard mass was palpable in the vaginal area. Based on the anamnesis, physical examination and clinical symptoms, the bitch appeared have some different diagnosis such as pyometra, endometritis, vaginitis, and vaginal tumors. Hematology, radiograph, and histopathological laboratory tests were performed to confirm the diagnosis. Hematologic results showed the bitch suffered from leukocytosis of 41.7 x 103/?L, granulocytosis 36.5 x 103/?L, and hyperchromic microcytic anemia. The results of the radiograph examination showed a radiopaque solid mass in the vagina and uterus. The results of the histopathological examination found there were hyperchromasia nuclei and pleomorphism of fibroblast cell, and formation spindles cell of connective tissue. Based on the results of physical examination, hematological test, radiographic test, and histopathology, the dog was diagnosed with fibrosarcoma in the vagina. The treatment of this case was ovariohysterectomy and removal of the vaginal tumor. Early diagnosis and early treatment largely determine the patient’s prognosis, metastatic vaginal fibrosarcoma tumors showed poor prognosis.
