Resumen
Industrial companies are in a situation that requires them to reconsider their social sustainability agenda in order to attract new employees. Building upon interviews with CEOs and HR managers in 20 small medium enterprises (SMEs), this study aims to analyze how high-tech companies and industrial engineering companies define and implement social sustainability into business strategies and operations. Data was collected from 20 interviews and secondary information coded for categorical data analysis in SPSS Statistics 22 software. The findings show that although the companies have adopted several kinds of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards, social sustainability is still absent from their operational activities and is considered of lower importance than environmental sustainability. Thus, the implementation of social sustainability can be considered symbolic rather substantive. The study also shows differences between the two groups of companies. The high-tech company group pays little attention to social sustainability aspects, instead focusing on product innovation development. While the industrial engineering group has some interest in social sustainability, their focus is primarily on issues linked to health and safety in order to meet increasing demands from supply chain compliance. Neglecting social aspects of sustainability, such as addressing gender equality and diversity, may cause difficulties in attracting a new workforce.

Resumen
The subject of this research is the documentation of party organization of the Moscow Automobile Factory named after I. A. Likhachev (known fully as the Public Joint-Stock Company – Likhachov Plant ZIL, Moscow Automobile Society AMO ZIL) as a source on history of the enterprise. The goal of this research consists  in determination of information capacity and possibilities of using documentary materials accumulated as a result of work of the primary party organizations of industrial enterprises of the Soviet period, namely with regards to the least studied aspects: social conditions, socio-psychological, and socio-cultural. The analysis of sources demonstrates that the materials of factory party organizations, particularly Moscow Automobile Factory named after I. A. Likhachev, represent one of the most valuable groups of sources in studying the history of a single company and industrial enterprise. They feature high information capacity on the key aspects of the company, including social. It is underlined that the party documentation was used by the Soviet researchers fragmentary and at times not objectively for multiple reasons; therefore, one of the tasks for the historians lies in comprehensive reconstruction of reliable scientific history of enterprises overall, and their party organizations in particular.

At present, the issues related to overcoming technical backwardness, economic growth rate, increase in labor productivity, modernization of the industrial complex, formation of digital economy are coming to the fore in Russia at the present time. Under the circumstances, a crucial role is played by the industrial sector as a driver of scientific progress and social development. However, the current situation is not conducive to the development of industrial sectors and new technological modes. Moreover, it can lead to a de-industrialization. Technological upgrading and the transition to sustainable development in current situation depend on the speed of manufacturing production and the transition to a more efficient production models with a greater added-value and knowledge content. Modernization of conventional industries and the development of technological sectors will be a crucial factor for economic growth. Resumen
Emaús Bilbao Cooperative Company is a social economy and solidarity organization for socio-labour insertion. It is dedicated to the comprehensive management of solid urban waste. It has its headquarters in Bilbao and carries out its work in Vizcaya. From 1970, the year in which Emaús established itself in Vizcaya, to the present day, the organization has experienced an evolution which has led it to change its management direction. Gone are the days when they were only known as "the rag and bone men of Emaus" with all the connotations that were associated with that name. At present we find a company which has adopted new management formulas without losing the characteristics of its social and solidarity project. This has enabled it to face up to the prevailing conditions in today economic climate. In this way it has been able to guarantee its survival. The comprehensive management of solid urban waste is made up of four diverse parts: The location of the urban solid waste through the receiving of telephone calls, its collection and selection, and the final elimination of those things that can not be incorporated again into the consumer chain. Through this case, the problems that arise for the organization with reference to the management of Human Resources are analysed. These are related above all to the motivational and decision making aspects due to the diverse characteristics as much in their own workers as in the organization.

Resumen
The relevance of the issues included in the title of the article is due to a complex of interrelated circumstances: on the one hand, the ambiguity of interpretations of the definition of “social policy of an organization” (SPO) and, in fact, the lack of methodological tools designed to diagnose its key parameters, and, on the other hand, the increasing importance of the SPO in creating social attractiveness and increasing the competitiveness of business entities. The noted circumstances determined the main working hypothesis of the study: the lack of methodological tools for diagnosing the social policy of an organization is due to the apparent diversification of interpretations of the SPO. The purpose of the study is to develop methodological tools for diagnosing the social policy of an organization that is adequate to the refined conceptual apparatus. As the main method of study, an essential-content analysis was used, with the help of which two complementary approaches (essentially-specific and situational-aspectual) to the interpretation of the social policy of the organization were identified, and its definition was proposed, corresponding to the dynamically changing priorities of the social-economic sphere. As a result of the study, a methodological toolkit for diagnosing the parameters of an organization’s social policy was developed (presented and comprehensively described in this article), consisting of 3 effective methods - diagnosing the type of SPO (including the development of the SPO Questionnaire and the SPO ID); assessment of the level of development of the organization’s social policy and rating assessment of the SPO success, allowing de facto confirmation of the status of “socially oriented organization”.

Resumen
In the so-called historical periods of artisanal and industrial development, craft, social, and cultural practices have gained a new position in history and thus in the modern scale of values, their own time and place in the new framework of the «green economy». The formal contradiction between crafts and modernization can be removed if we consider the historical experience of crafts. With their genetic link to trade masters and their workshops, small- and medium-sized enterprises can be drivers of innovation through conservational, ecological, and socially neutral productive processes. The article attempts to outline the theoretical and methodological basis of a social topology of crafts as a new sphere in the philosophy of history and trades. Drawing on ancient, western European and Russian philosophy, the authors show that the social topology of trades can be seen as an alternative theoretical and methodological basis when researching the history of crafts, the development of their form and their deployment in space and time. The timeliness and relevance of this theoretical discussion is defined by the need to answer the conceptual challenges of the space-time of post-industrial development, to open a new historical retrospective on crafts and to realize the current and future sustainable development of trades. A topological research agenda, where the historical personality is seen as a socio-bodily being with a place in the space-time it itself produces, is founded on the key concepts of corporeality and location and interconnectedness within the socio-ontological context. In the framework of social phenomenology and ontology, the schema of flexible networks of small manufacturers takes the following form: «trade fraternities — workshops — practices — the self-organization and self-administration of fraternities». The craft topologeme suggests cooperation within the framework of a global trade fraternity of ecological manufacturing networks.

Resumen
In recent years, the rapid development of the institutions of self-organization of citizens emerging and existing in various forms actualizes the issues related to their emergence and role in the implementation of social policy. This type of organization whose task was to provide social assistance and support to social risk groups has become the subject of scientific discussions and research in recent years. Scientists focus on various aspects and directions of development of the welfare state, forms of implementation, models of social policy, factors that determine its evolution, which includes the formation, flourishing and entry into an era of crisis. The purpose of the study is to consider the evolution of the welfare state as the basis for the emergence of institutions of self-organization of citizens. The methodological basis of the study is formed by the concepts of post-industrial society, which made it possible to consider the emergence and evolution of institutions of self-organization of citizens as a reflection of the processes taking place in society, to determine their place and role in the state of general welfare. A historical approach was also used, which made it possible to analyze the stages of the emergence of socially-oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPOs), the forms of their involvement in the social policy of the state; a method for identifying cause-and-effect relationships, which made it possible to identify factors that influence the interaction of SO NPOs and the state. This article describes the activities of various forms of the welfare state in the field of social protection of the population. We highlighted the positions on the problem of the emergence of institutions of self-organization of citizens in scientific thought and analyzed the reasons for the emergence of SO NPOs. The conclusion was drawn that it was the evolution of the welfare state that became the basis for the emergence of institutions of self-organization of citizens. Keywords: social structure, types of welfare state, institution of citizens’ self-organization, confrontation, rivalry, social policy, socially oriented non-profit organizations – SO NPOs

Resumen
The economic activity of an organization includes many aspects of innovative management, which largely determines the success of its functioning. Based on the accumulated research base and analysis of the activities and structure of enterprises, the authors propose several types of classification of enterprise functioning models. According to the criterion of the behavioral model, the authors divide organizations into organizations that act according to the conjunctural algorithm, focus on marketing principles and the so-called organizations of technological breakthrough, describe the main properties of these models and the differences in the behavior of enterprises of different groups from each other. The formation of managerial innovation processes is associated not only with their behavioral model, but also with the degree of influence of external factors on the company's activities. According to this principle, organizations belong to either an open or closed model. Closed models, in turn, are divided into those that function on the basis of theoretical postulates of scientific management and focus on the aspect of internal social interaction. Open models include enterprises that organize their economic activities based on the results of analysis according to the concept of systems theory and enterprises that resemble public institutions in their form and activity.

Resumen
The role of state administration and its public institutions in certain circumstances represents one of the most significant issues in the last twenty years following the serious security crisis caused by terrorist attacks in New York on 11 September 2001. The accent of public administration reforms was on efficiency and effectiveness of public institutions. Reforms were divided into deregulation and liberalization of public services, territorial decentralization, and regionalization with the strengthening of local government institutions and reform of central government administration. After the security crisis in 2001, financial crisis in 2008 and health crisis in 2020, the role of state institutions and public authorities in governing the state was redefined. The leading motives of general liberalization of public services, deregulation, and various forms of decentralization of public institutions abounded due to the new doctrinal approach of governmental organization. New strengthening of public authorities and public institutions became the new mainstream in the organization and functioning of the state. This paper analyzes how the role of the state can be modified due to the dynamics of social, political, and economic changes in society. New governmental reforms are contrary to earlier political and administrative measures, which include the strengthening of public institutions and concentration of public authorities. The government takes on a regulatory function in many aspects of social, political, and economic life. This situation leads to a new organization of the state, where public authorities take on a significant part of the responsibility to regulate various aspects of economic and social activities. At the focus of this paper will be how the dynamics of specific circumstances in society can affect the developing processes of the state and their public institutions. Those processes have economic, social, and political dimensions. The economic dimension includes regulatory measures on the market which contributes to development of the framework for economic development. The social dimension includes measures of social policy focused on improving the social position of citizens according to the economic development of society. The political dimension includes various aspects of security policy, with various protective measures in the community, which depends on the type of treatment for security of citizens.

Resumen
What are the social implications of the new geo-information systems and location based services (LBS) that are becoming more and more widely used in modern society, and how are these aspects incorporated into the current development process of these products? Based on his experience as an industrial design engineer closely involved in the development of several LBS in the area of safety and security, and care and sports, the author describes the development of two LBS in which the Dutch research organization TNO has been involved. He analyzes the positive social implications of the systems, designed to improve the safety and independence of their users, as well as the potentially less positive rebound effects that they could bring about. The author finds that developers focus primarily on the positive effects to be gained from their new LBS, but don't pay conscious attention to the potential negative rebound effects of their inventions. Although many stakeholders are involved in the development and implementation of the LBS, none of these actors seems to be responsible for the deliberate monitoring of the social effects the new products will have. This leaves space for one of the present parties involved, or for a new organization not yet involved at this stage, to claim this responsibility for monitoring the social consequences of new LBS to be introduced on the market.

Resumen
Purpose Temporary agency work (TAW) has increased enormously in recent decades. Most temporary agency workers are pushed involuntarily into this work arrangement and prefer permanent work arrangements. Therefore, the motive to find a permanent job through TAW is predominant for the majority of temporary agency workers. However, little is known about what helps in obtaining a permanent job in a client organization. The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of social skills by simultaneously considering the human capital aspects and motivational background of the individuals for transition success. Design/methodology/approach The paper is based on a questionnaire study of 151 temporary agency workers with two measurement points. The questionnaires were first administered at the very beginning of their work as a temp and again five months later. Findings The findings show that the social skills of temporary agency workers in contrast to various aspects of human capital and motives for temping had a significant impact on becoming a permanent worker in a client organization. Research limitations/implications The generalizability of the finding that social skills help temporary agency workers to find a permanent job in a client organization may be restricted due to the particularities of the work setting in the clerical sector. The incidences as well as the determinants of transition success may depend on the industry sector because of the respective assignment characteristics as well as the clients’ reasons of using temporary agency workers. Future research should investigate more thoroughly the role of assignment characteristics for the experiences of the workers. Practical implications Social skills seem to play a crucial role for transition success in TAW. Qualification measures should therefore include the training of interpersonal behavior. It would be desirable when the involved organizations would assume responsibility in this respect. Furthermore, policy makers should provide adequate training formats since they promote TAW as a stepping stone opportunity for unemployed people. Originality/value This paper suggests that career mobility in the context of flexible work arrangements may be driven by more informal processes of social integration into the existing permanent team. While TAW is seen as a temporary solution in Germany, this study focuses on the individual determinants of transition success of temporary agency workers that is still rare in studies on the topic.

Resumen
Public relations essentially include communication between people and its human component is what scientists have always found interesting. Moreover, in the modern virtual world, they are gaining in importance and developing a completely new dimension. This comes as a consequence of the increasing usage of modern technology and social networking sites, with both individuals and organizations becoming more and more visible in the digital environment. Public relations represent an authentic and modern type of interpersonal communication, promotion and growth of the organization, together with its goods and services. By creating an adequate public relations strategy and its efficient implementation, companies build up their image and gain good reputation by establishing long-term relationship with their target groups. The aim of this paper is to cover three aspects: Firstly, to present the public relations genesis, beginning with the first authors dealing in this area, all the way to the contemporary comprehension of this concept. Secondly, to show that it is of great importance for organizations to represent themselves properly on the Internet, primarily through digital media and social networking sites. And finally, to exhibit the most significant public relations strategies and instruments, including the internal communication between the organization and its employees.

Resumen
Self-organization is a property of social systems, and its recognition can give a remarkable contribution to the theory of entrepreneurship and to the analysis of inter-organizational networks. While literature on the classification of inter-firm networks and on their (dis)advantages is relatively abundant, there is much less on the processes of their formation and development. Since the convenience of building inter-firm networks is often uncertain and ambiguous, it involves social-psychological aspects and is based on personal relationships. This is particularly true in the case of small business networks, where the small firm size makes firm networks coincide with entrepreneurial networks. This characteristic can be extended to industrial districts, which are systems emerging from the interplay between small business networks. Industrial districts are weakly hierarchical organizations, which present the typical dual nature of social systems: the systemic nature, which is manifested more at the unity level, considering the district as a whole, and the subjective behavior of its members, which can play a crucial role either in triggering the district or in its evolutionary patterns. Such a double nature becomes a powerful engine of knowledge creation/transfer when organizations are recursive and self-organizing, and when the emerging values promote cooperation and trust. These co-evolutionary, recursive and self-organizing aspects have been synthesized in Nonaka's concept of ‘ba’. The cases discussed here deal with recursive processes in the formation of entrepreneurial networks in the biomedical district and in the formation of the district itself, which are seen as partially self-organizing processes. In the perspective considering knowledge as embodied in human beings and created by their social interactions, this paper concerns self-organizing and knowledge-creating processes at district and network levels.

Resumen
Much of contemporary scientific discussion regarding factors that influence software development productivity is undertaken in various domains where there is an insufficient empirical basis for exploring socio-technical factors of productivity that are specific to a software development organization. The purpose of the study is to characterize the multidimensional nature of software development productivity and its social aspects as a set of latent constructs (i.e. variables that are not directly observed) for a medium-sized software company. To this end, we designed an exploratory in-depth field study based on the hypothesized productivity constructs, which were modeled by a set of factors identified from literature reviews, and later refined by industrial focus groups. In order to demonstrate the applicability of our approach, we conducted confirmatory factor analysis with the data attained from a questionnaire with 216 participants. To investigate factors of influence further, we analyzed the impact of selected team-based variables over the latent constructs of productivity. Taken together, our findings confirm that such an approach can be used to explore the quantifiable influence of socio-technical factors that would affect productivity of a particular software development organization. Ultimately, the resulting model provides guidance to explore the comparative importance of a set of firm-specific factors that may help to improve the productivity of the organization.

The WibQuS project investigates distributed computer and communication support for Total Quality Management in industrial organizations. An interdisciplinary study of this task reveals three aspects of intelligent cooperation required from such a system which we call conceptual, technical, and social integration. We use the repository standard IRDS to characterize these aspects. A solution concept derived from this characterization employs advanced conceptual modeling techniques to derive interoperability among technical subsystems and coordination technology for the human subsystem semi-automatically while taking important social factors into account.

Resumen
The present article introduces a new system of indicators for assessing the sustainable competitiveness of innovative industrial clusters. The authors reviewed foreign and domestic approaches to monitoring and evaluating industrial clusters and classified them according to assessment type, research level, costs, and effects. Sustainable competitiveness proved to be the most complex characteristic of any cluster. It could be divided into two groups of parameters, i.e. 1) long-term competitiveness and 2) stability as a socio-ecological and economic system. Each group was given a list of indicators for quantitative and qualitative assessment, which included indicators of potential development, organization and management, socio-ecological and economic stability, etc. The research revealed some gaps in the Russian statistics of cluster development, which hinder the information support for monitoring and evaluating the sustainable competitiveness of clusters. As a result, the current databases on the social, economic, and environmental aspects of Russian clusters are fragmented and chronologically incompatible.

Resumen
Sustainability has evolved into one of the key topics for organizations and organizational researchers alike. To meet changing societal demands, organizations have to adapt their long-term strategies and incorporate environmental and social aspects into their product offerings and decision-making. However, at the same time companies must satisfy short-term profitability interests and demands from shareholders. An organization’s sustainability commitment, strategy, or view is impacted by several influential factors, e.g., by the top management commitment or stakeholder integration. These factors have largely been studied individually without linking them. As such, the following study aims at creating a holistic view and framework for organizational influences and on sustainability. The framework is validated by a comparison to industrial practice in interviews with sustainability managers from the chemical and automobile industry, which are both highly relevant in the context of sustainability. Interview results suggest that the identified influential factors attributed to the four framework layers organization, top management, project team and project are relevant for industrial representatives. The view on and impact of specific influential factors can vary between companies and industries. The study further gives insights into the actual status and future direction of the management of corporate sustainability (CS) in practice.

A measure is proposed to estimate the degree of digital transformation of a social system that could be applied to different units of analysis: the organization, the industrial sector or society. The measure contemplates the existence of classic (non-digital) social systems, a transition stage and the transformation towards the digital social system. An estimate of the percentage of people who have made purchases over the Internet has been used to estimate the degree of digital transformation of different territories, regions and countries included in the INE and Eurostat statistics. The initially proposed function can serve as a basis to include panels of indicators or multiple parameters that diagnose other relevant aspects of society and the economy. In general, the measure could be useful to assess the transition and evolution of different types of systems.

Resumen
AbstractIt is estimated that about half of all innovations, such as innovations in mechatronic product-service systems (PSS), fail to deliver the expected benefits to the adopting organization. Different studies point out that one of the main reasons for this is an ineffective implementation process. In this paper, we argue that, apart from several organizational challenges, insufficient integration of technical and social aspects is one of the reasons for ineffective innovation implementation in the environment of mechatronic PSS.In order to remedy this weakness, this paper builds on the work of interdisciplinary research collaboration. Experts from technical, socio-technical, and management fields integrate their work within a conceptual innovation implementation management system (IIMS). This IIMS is capable of capturing various methods and models that foster the socio-technical integration in mechatronic PSS. The approach is assessed in a lab-scale demonstration case that is representative of industrial environments. The presented approach supports an effective innovation implementation process, while the IIMS facilitates individual alignments for future practitioners.

Resumen
Purpose: analysis of the methodological, methodological and organizational aspects of research and development (R&D)) in a modern organization. Methods: scientific literature analysis, reflection of research experience. Research base: four large industrial enterprises of the Perm Territory (increasing production in the last 3-5 years). The meta-problem of this work - the methodology and methods of field research (as a special class of research work) - is discussed using the example of observation and study of the behavior and activities of subjects in different social situations. It is shown that different social groups of workers have different attitudes towards surveys (from loyalty to open sabotage). It is summarized: conducting complex research is extremely difficult (in organizational, methodological, methodological aspects). Modules - operational “units” (including empirical data of various kinds, staged “slices”, monitoring for 5-10 years) can become a solution option; the objects of research are integral systems: State ⇆ Region ⇆ Enterprise ⇆ Subdivisions ⇆ Working groups ⇆ Subjects ⇆ Personality.

Resumen
Provisions of the labor legislation were updated by the right of the employer for creation of works councils. The research of structures of non-trade union workers’ representation has special importance for Russian labour law scholarship. This is mostly so because of low efficiency of trade union representation in Russia that is still structurally influenced by centrally-planned economy’ traditions. System of works councils is a fairly complicated institution of labor law, as their activities are closely linked not only to the organization of labor, but also to the economy as well as the sociological aspects of human resource management. The multidimensional inwardness of works councils attached to this institution of labor law special significance, as consequence of their functioning must become strengthening of social dialogue at the level of the organizations and the separated structural divisions, while setting a consensus not only between the parties opposing interests in relation to a particular issue, but also creating a foundation for continuing cooperation in a spirit of cooperation. Creation of works councils is seeking to reinforce social solidarity, more equitable distribution of income between different social classes and sections of the population, increase employees’ interest in the affairs of the company. As part of the dynamic development of social and labor relations non-trade union workers’ representation becomes a key element in the development processes of industrial democracy, having a basis of workers’ participation in administrative decisions in the enterprise, directly affecting their interests, which allows the use of flexible forms of management of the organization, by providing workers the right to information and consultation.

Resumen
This paper is a study in the relatively neglected field of the Sociology of Accidents and is concerned with fatalities in the UK Offshore Oil Industry. The purpose of the paper is to demonstrate the social and organizational causes of these accidents. Common sense and expert opinion both present industrial accidents as products of extra organizational abnormality but evidence from this research locates the causes of accidents in work organization and dependence on bureaucratic rationality. In particular it is shown that the hazardous situations in which the accidents occurred were themselves largely the products of two aspects of the formal organization of work, the ‘speed-up’ and the practice of ‘sub-contracting’. It is demonstrated that the common sense equation of the ‘normal’ and the ‘routine’ inhibited recognition of the organization causes of these accidents. Finally it is argued that, since there is little support for the view that the accident were produced by unique working conditions in the offshore industry, it is therefore likely that the causes of accidents in this industry will be found to exist in other industries.

Resumen
Based on the work of domestic researchers and analysis of ESG reports of a number of Russian companies, the article reveals and systematizes the main directions and forms of influence of leading enterprises on the socio-economic development of industrial cities and their competitiveness. It highlights direct forms of their participation, which are carried out in the form of indirect injections (taxes of enterprises and their employees going to the city budget; social assistance to employees, development of their professional competencies), as well as in the form of material investments of companies directly in urban development (in the protection environment, construction and improvement of educational, cultural, sports, recreational facilities, organization of city events). Leading enterprises can participate in the management of urban processes, ranging from economic, infrastructural, social, image and ending with their environmental aspects. Analysis of corporations' reports and systematization of the types and forms of their activities allowed us to conclude that leading enterprises play a significant role in increasing the competitiveness of cities as a whole.

Resumen
The aim of the article is to highlight the state of organization of labor remuneration of employees and the existing problematic aspects of this process in Ukraine. To achieve this goal it is planned to solve, in particular, such tasks as: to consider the concept of "remuneration" as a legal and socio-economic category; to study the processes associated with the organization of employee compensation; to determine the influence of external environment factors on the organization of remuneration; to provide suggestions for improving the organization of employee compensation in the form of conclusions. The object of the study is the labor relations associated with the implementation of the right to wages. The subject of the study are processes in the field of remuneration of labor and their relationship with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation. In terms of legal assessment the concept of "remuneration" is wider than the concept of "wages", which is only a part of remuneration in the process of its organization. From the point of view of coverage of labor remuneration as a socio-economic category, it is necessary to refer to the characteristic of remuneration functions – its purpose, role, component of practical activity on coordination and realization of interests of the main subjects of relations in the process of entrepreneurial activity. Remuneration of labor, as compensation to employees for the cost of their labor force, is not an exclusive component of the employer's personnel costs. Therefore, the organization of remuneration of employees can be presented in the form of a certain complex of measures, which should be based on certain principles. The basis of effective organization of labor remuneration is an objective assessment of certain factors affecting both the labor activity of an employee and his labor behavior. Employers' approaches to remuneration depend on how an individual employee (or group) is perceived in terms of their participation in individual business processes and/or in the business as a whole (as individual elements of the business, as human resources or as human capital). Improvement of remuneration processes of employees consists in the transformation of existing industrial and social relations between the employer and employees from ensuring satisfaction of labor activity to their loyalty to the processes they perform and the organization in which they work in general, as well as the involvement of employees in the economic activity of both individual structural subdivisions of this organization and the organization as a whole. In order to achieve this goal, certain areas of remuneration organization activities and proposals for the order of development of employee remuneration systems are proposed. Among the problematic aspects of the organization of workers' compensation is a certain simplification of the approach and distancing of the "decision-making centers" both on personnel management in general and in the organization of workers' compensation, in particular, from the realities of business processes occurring against the background of depreciation (from a worldview perspective) of the executive labor process, especially in the areas of material production. Among the main directions of the external environment, the factors of which influence the state of organization of labor remuneration in Ukraine, certain problem aspects of both legislative and contractual regulation of labor remuneration, as well as improvement of the general state of the labor market of Ukraine and the level of its research on labor remuneration issues were singled out.

Resumen
The article provides information about previously conducted studies of general educational organizations. Based on this experience, the article examines the positive effects of architectural principles of designing pre-school educational institutions on the development of rural settlements. Implementation of new projects aimed at improving the quality of the living environment of the younger generation. One of the most important qualities of architecture for children is its adaptability and the possibility of space transformation during the life cycle of a children's institution building. The principles of sustainable architecture in digital projects of preschool educational institutions are described, which are the basis for space-planning solutions that combine aspects of energy conservation, environmental safety, organization of a comfortable living environment and provide guarantees of high-quality realization of the needs of future generations. The article shows how seven components of industrial activity are implemented in urban development: territorial planning; urban zoning; territory planning; architectural and construction design; construction; capital repairs; reconstruction of capital construction facilities. Resumen
This article analyzes the environmental aspects of sustainable regional and macroeconomic development, as well as the impact of environmental factors and national environmental projects. The essence of the concept of sustainable development of economic entities in a broad sense is to ensure stable growth of indicators in the environmental, social and economic spheres in the long term. Based on the analysis of the list of indicators of sustainable development, the increasing role of the environmental component is shown. We have identified particularly acute environmental problems that hinder effective sustainable development both at the micro-level (of the organization) and at the macro-level in the whole country and the global community. Based on the calculation of the nature protection, socio-ecological and industrial-ecological indices, the consolidated environmental rating and the place of the Kirov region is determined in it. The analysis of the results of research and the opinions of the World Economic Forum experts on the problems of global threats showed the timeliness and relevance of the national project “Ecology” being implemented in Russia, as well as measures of environmental support and planned environmental projects in the Kirov region. The implementation of the planned measures will activate the catalysts of sustainable development and reduce the risks of negative impact on the environment.

Resumen
The objective of the research is to identify the role of Spiritual Leadership (SL) in reducing Bullying Behavior (BB) at the industrial companies in Egypt. The research community consists of all the employees at the industrial companies (the iron and steel sector, the construction sector, the food industry, the spinning and weaving sector and the chemical industries sector) in Sadat city in Egypt. Due to time and cost constraints, the researcher adopted a sampling method to collect data for the study. The appropriate statistical methods were used to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: (1) the scarcity of research that focused on the study and interpretation of the relation between the study variables (SL and BB) at the industrial companies in Sadat City; (2) SL is a state expressed in a set of organizational dimensions (vision, hope/faith, altruism, meaning/meaning of work, membership, organizational commitment, and productivity), which can be used to reduce the phenomenon of BB; (3) SL is an important tool used by successful managers in developing all employees and spreading social awareness among them; (4) the general average of SL fairly high. The vision as one of the dimensions of SL ranked first, followed by hope and faith, the membership, the organizational commitment, altruistic love, and finally the productivity; (5) the general average of BB is somewhat low. The verbal as one of the dimensions of BB ranked first, followed by physical, property, finally, social BB; (6) there is a statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of SL and BB at the industrial companies in Sadat City. The research concluded that (1) managers should be interested in the future vision of their units and departments; (2) managers have the element of hope and faith in the vision of the organization; (3) the altruism of leaders in the organization; (4) the conviction of all employees of the organization that the functions they do have significance and meaning both for them and for others; (5) deepening the membership of the organization in all its employees; (6) the attention of managers to raise the level of organizational commitment; (7) the attention of managers to increase productivity and continuous improvement; (8) The design of preventive extension programs in order to reduce BB as well as its negative effects on both the bully and the victim; (9) the need to pay attention to the provision of job security; (10) taking effective corrective measures to reduce BB in the workplace; (11) attention to reduce BB in the workplace by avoiding the increase of the functional burden on the staff of the organization, ensuring the safety of the employees, not restricting the freedom and independence of the personnel concerned, the interest in the positive interaction between the employees of the organization, the attention to good relations among individuals or between the employees and their leaders in the organization, and the development of all employees and spreading social awareness among themselves; (12) identifying the psychological aspects associated with the bullying person, taking care of specialized training courses in the field of BB, knowing its causes, how to prevent them, how to deal with it, and transforming it from aggressive behavior to constructive behavior that seeks to adapt and co-operate with others in the organization.
