Resumen
In this paper it is argued that economic nationalism in Indonesia, in its variousmanifestations, has been an important factor in determining particular economicpolicies since Indonesias independence up to the present. These economic policiesparticularly related to the ownership of productive assets owned by foreigners orby residents considered to be foreign, particularly Dutch business interests before1957 and the ethnic Chinese, including Sino-Indonesians, and to the economicfunctions performed by foreigners or by foreign residents. Focusing on one factoralone to understand Indonesia, specifcally Indonesias economic policies over time,is necessarily arbitrary and subjective. However, looking at Indonesias moderneconomic history since independence through the prism of economic nationalismdoes to an important degree explain or highlight the major considerations underlyingparticular economic policies of the Indonesian government because they re?ectedIndonesias national aspirations or national interests.

The video game industry can be said to be one of the more modern undying industries that are ever growing and evolving. In Indonesia, there are several game development companies, however, there is currently no game that utilizes Indonesian cuisine as the main theme. It is also noted that there have been no recent cooking games that are unique nor a sequel. Currently, there is a gap in which consumers are not playing cooking games although they enjoy them. As a result, the author attempts to develop a game that can reach users’ expectations for a modern Android cooking game. Users were tested in two phases. Before the development, users were asked to rate their expectations of a cooking game and the current competition. After the development of the game, users were given the beta to test and rate their evaluation of the application. Resumen
The Indonesia-Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (IJEPA) faces many obstacles to its full realisation, especially in manpower and capacity building cooperation. Japan's tariff reduction under the IJEPA does not necessarily lead to Indonesia's automatic market penetration as the real challenge is not on tariff, but non-tariff barriers. The investment sector on the other hand has shown relative good progress, especially on Japanese increasing interests as well as its actual investment in various sectors in Indonesia.

There are more than 15 Indonesian companies operating in Nigeria and Nigeria was Indonesia's largest trade partner in Africa with a total volume of trade at USD 1.5 billion in 2019. In the oil sector, Indonesia has a trade deficit with Nigeria but not in the non-oil sector, Nigeria became the entry point for Indonesian products to other African regions. This research is qualitative research using a political cooperation concept as an analytical tool by looking at the dynamics of the Indonesia-Nigeria relationship in the framework of strategic cooperation. The data is gained from a focused review of relevant theories, literature, and previous research findings of the discussed topic. Besides, the data were taken from books, journals, reports, and websites.

Resumen
Nickel ore export ban has been imposed by Indonesia as the leading actor on the global nickel supply chain which created a disruption and has not been perceived well by other countries, especially the European Union (EU) countries. This paper will analyze the implications caused by the export ban to EU countries and the actions following it, including the enactment of the palm oil ban. Starting with the World Trade Organization (WTO) panel, the EU’s strategy of forcing Indonesia to lift the export ban has not yet succeeded. With the tit-for-tat strategy, this paper identifies the EU’s palm oil ban as a form of retaliation for the Indonesian nickel ore export ban. Although the tit-for-tat strategy often is used in a positive-sum game, the conflict between Indonesia and the EU is a negative-sum game with both parties putting their economies at risk. Language is the key to civilization, through language also communication will run well. The importance of language has become a necessity, as well as Indonesian language. In this fast-paced era, where technology is rapidly expanding and rapidly Indonesia is urgently needed to show its existence on the world scene. To do this, there are many methods that can be taken. For example through language and culture. The government has also issued a regulation on this matter. This regulation is contained in Law No. 24 of 2009 on Flags, Languages, and Emblems of State and National Anthem. That the government is committed to internationalizing Indonesian. The current real step in the effort is through BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia Bagi Penutur Asing). Where learners not only learn Indonesian language but also Indonesian culture. With the existence of BIPA is expected the language and culture of Indonesia will become more known by the world, and can parallel with other countries that have been recognized internationally.

This paper explores how coffee can contribute to the development of Indonesian gastro-diplomacy. Specifically, it investigates whether 5 incorporating Geographical Indication (GI) and the "Kopi Indonesia" (Indonesian Coffee) logo can strengthen Indonesia's nation brand (Bhinneka Tunggal Ika or "Unity in Diversity"). One of the goals of gastro-diplomacy is using food commodities as symbols of a specific identity. Thus far, Indonesian coffee branding has emphasised local identity over national identity. This paper argues that the coffee GI represents the uniqueness of coffee from regions within Indonesia and reflects the country's diversity. At the same time, the "Kopi Indonesia" brand places all of these regional variants under the same umbrella to make coffee products from Indonesia more recognisable on the global market. Unlike previous studies, which view GI and the Kopi Indonesia brand as solely related to marketing and protection of intellectual property rights, this research shows that the unification of GIs and "Kopi Indonesia" has broader implications. Indonesia has utilised coffee as a tool of gastro-diplomacy, and the policies that the government has implemented around the coffee trade are tied to how the country wants to be perceived on the global stage.

Resumen
AbstractProtecting the Indonesian Fisheries Crews (ABK) is an urgent matter considering that the government has not been optimal in providing protection so far. This situation can be momentum to clarify the rights of the Indonesian Fisheries Crews (ABK). This study aimed to determine the extent of the government’s efforts in protecting Indonesian Fisheries Crews (ABK). The research method used in this study was normative juridical with the types of statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. The results of the study indicated that the Law on Protection and Placement of Indonesian Workers, the Law on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers, and Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 35/PERMEN-KP/2015 have not explicitly regulated the special protection for Indonesian Fisheries Crews. On the other hand, the weak supervision of the manning agency as a recruitment agency that initiated the occurrence of human rights violations in Indonesian Fisheries Crews has made Indonesian Fisheries Crews feel that their rights have not been optimally protected. Thus, the phenomenon of the high number of cases of modern slavery practices has become the task of the government to repair several existing mechanisms and instruments of legislation.
