Resumen
The atheistic Hiddenness Argument contains a controversial premise that a perfectly loving God would love every single person. J. L. Schellenberg, the author of the Argument, claims that this premise is necessarily true. However, many ancient theologians would disagree with the truth of this premise. In this paper, I provide evidence of the variety of alternative theological views from antiquity concerning the proper object of perfect divine love. The list of alternatives includes 1) the whole humanity as a collective subject, 2) humanity as a universal, 3) divine image reflected in human beings, 4) the community of the faithful, 5) a chosen people. Based on the disagreement between Schellenberg and the ancient theologians concerning the proper object of perfect divine love, I argue that the aforementioned premise of the hiddenness argument, even if true, is not necessarily true. Therefore, the key premise of the hiddenness argument turns out to be without support, and the Argument turns out to be unsound.

Resumen
In this paper, I will develop a new theory of the nature of happiness, or “perfect happiness.” I will examine what perfect happiness is and what it is not and I will try to answer some fundamental questions about this property. According to the theory, which I shall call “the fulfillment theory,” perfect happiness is perfect fulfillment. The analysis of happiness in this paper is a development of the old idea that happiness is getting what you want and can be classified as a kind of desire-satisfaction theory. According to the fulfillment theory of happiness, it is necessarily the case that an individual x is perfectly happy if and only if all x’s wants are fulfilled. The interpretation of this basic definition is important, since the consequences of the particular version defended in this essay are radically different from the consequences of many other popular theories of happiness. The fulfillment theory is also quite different from most other desire-satisfaction theories of happiness. We will see that it has many interesting consequences and that it can be defended against some potentially serious counterarguments. The upshot is that the analysis of (perfect) happiness developed in the present paper is quite attractive.

Resumen
Given the unwittingness of negligence, personal responsibility for negligent conduct is puzzling. After all, how is it that one is responsible for what one did not intend to do or was unaware that one was doing? How, therefore, is one’s agency involved with one’s negligence so as to ground one’s responsibility for it? Negligence is an unwitting failure in agency to meet a standard requiring conduct that falls within one’s competency. Accordingly, negligent conduct involves agency in that negligence is a manifestation of agency failure. Now, nobody’s perfect. Human agency is innately fallible, and a measure of agency failure is, therefore, unavoidable. The more one’s negligence manifests failure in one’s agency as an individual, the more one is responsible for it. In contrast, the more one’s negligence involves the shortcomings innate to all human agency the less responsible one becomes, because one’s agency as an individual is less and less involved in one’s failure. Determinative of the measure of individual and of human failings mixed into an instance of negligentphi-ing is the background quality of one’s agency at meeting one’s competency atphi-ing. That is, how able one is at delivering on what one is able to competently do. The more able, the less one’s occasional instances of negligence involve manifestations of failures of one’s agency as an individual—nobody’s perfect—and are more manifestations of one’s agency’s innate human fallibility, making one less and less responsible for one’s negligence.

Resumen
In an age where news information is created by millions and consumed by billions over social media ( SM ) every day, issues of information biases, fake news, and echo-chambers have dominated the corridors of technology firms, news corporations, policy makers, and society. While multiple disciplines have tried to tackle the issue using their disciplinary lenses, there has, hitherto, been no integrative model that surface the intricate, albeit “dark” explainable AI confluence of both technology and psychology. Investigating information bias anchoring as the overarching phenomenon, this research proposes a theoretical framework that brings together traditionally fragmented domains of AI technology, and human psychology. The proposed Information Bias Anchoring Model reveals how SM news information creates an information deluge leading to uncertainty, and how technological rationality and individual biases intersect to mitigate the uncertainty, often leading to news information biases. The research ends with a discussion of contributions and offering to reduce information bias anchoring.

Resumen
Physiotherapists, Dieticians, and Exercise professionals have much better scope to become trailblazers in the forthcoming years to revamp the public health system and set spectacular trends in interdisciplinary health care for the people. Meanwhile, they must scrupulously engage in research pursuits and the dissemination of advanced knowledge in health and disease. A macrocosm of research literature in all the medical super-specializations are currently available but they would go futile if they are not unified and channelized for holistic and equitable health care. Human health is attained or maintained by acquiring homeostasis to coordinate and control a wide range of physiologic parameters within Narrow Homeostatic Range (NHR) that encompasses body temperature, pH, blood glucose level, blood cholesterol level, blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, etc., Homeostasis tightly regulates NHR of all the physiologic parameters to develop homeostatic competence. Homeostatic competence is quite impossible without all the physiologic parameters harmoniously integrating with each other and working in their respective NHR. Physiologic parameters in NHR can be called as homeostatic factors. Deviation of even one physiologic parameter from its NHR could lead to temporary or permanent health disturbance due to disrupted homeostasis. But diseases tend to arise as a result of disturbance in all the physiologic parameters at the same time, though some or many of them could go unnoticed in the contemporary diagnostic procedures or due to lack of appropriate diagnosis. The homeostatic competence (or perfect homeostasis) of individuals that resists non-communicable diseases could also help resisting infectious diseases or vice versa. If only the data of physiologic parameters responsible for preventing non-communicable diseases are available, the health care professionals should be able to get a standpoint about the immunologic fitness of an individual (immunocompetent or immunocompromised) or if only the data of physiologic parameters responsible for immunologic fitness are available, the health care professionals should be able to get a standpoint about an individual’s ability to resist non-communicable diseases. These postulates on homeostatic competence can be made irrefutable by carefully reviewing the literature to establish associations between various homeostatic factors and the versatile roles played by each homeostatic factor in (i) preventing infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases (ii) maintaining pH and (iii) ensuring perfect homeostasis. Advancing Estimation and Gradation of Immunologic Status (AEGIS) can also be constructed putting together all homeostatic factors. Under the beneficial ecological conditions and lifestyle, human body as a biochemical machine would strive to adapt and converge all the versatile efforts of homeostatic factors to create perfect homeostasis for itself in association with a NHR for pH. Undoubtedly, at any age, Homeostatic Excellence Actuates Life Through Health (HEALTH) is naturally possible. Resumen
The author believes that, to avoid disintegration, social advances toward more inclusive political structures must be accompanied by a moral advance toward more universal values. This article discusses the three stages of humanity’s global political unification, as these are described in the Bahá’í writings: confederation, federation, and commonwealth. Since in the author’s view forms of government are outer expressions of inner levels of collective unified consciousness, each of these forms of government also marks a stage of humanity’s deepening inner unification. Of particular note is the discussion of the changing concept of competition. Competition has been the dynamic power behind humanity’s advance to this point. Competition will remain the driving power of advance, but, based on statements from the Bahá’í writings, the author argues that if human beings are to create a united world they must stop competing selfishly to obtain individual, national, or regional goals and, instead, compete selflessly to forge cooperative structures that will benefit all humanity.

Resumen
Objective: To examine agreement between administrative and self-reported data on the number of and constituent chronic conditions (CCs) used to measure multimorbidity. Study Design and Setting: Cross-sectional self-reported survey data from four Canadian Community Health Survey waves were linked to administrative data for residents of Ontario, Canada. Agreement for each of 12 CCs was assessed using kappa ( κ) statistics. For the overall number of CCs, perfect agreement was defined as agreement on both the number and constituent CCs. Jackknife methods were used to assess the impact of individual CCs on perfect agreement. Results: The level of chance-adjusted agreement between self-report and administrative data for individual CCs varied widely, from κ = 5.5% (inflammatory bowel disease) to κ = 77.5% (diabetes), and there was no clear pattern on whether using administrative data or self-reported data led to higher prevalence estimates. Only 26.9% of participants had perfect agreement on the number and constituent CCs; 10.6% agreed on the number but not constituent CCs. The impact of each CC on perfect agreement depended on both the level of agreement and the prevalence of the individual CC. Conclusion: Our results show that measuring agreement on multimorbidity is more complex than for individual CCs and that even small levels of individual condition disagreement can have a large impact on the agreement on the number of CCs.

Resumen
Coalitional power in multistage processes is modeled using effectivity frames, which link an effectivity function to every possible state of the world. Effectivity frames are general enough to capture, e.g., what groups of agents can bring about in extensive games of perfect and almost perfect information. Coalition Logic is used to describe effectivity frames, and the question of generating an extensive game satisfying a given specification is formulated as a satisfiability problem in Coalition Logic. Using this logical reformulation, we show that the complexity of this implementation problem depends on two parameters: For coalitional specifications, the problem is shown to be PSPACE-complete. For individual specifications on the other hand, i.e., for specifications which only refer to the powers of individual agents, generating an implementation with perfect information is PSPACE-complete, whereas generating an implementation with almost perfect information is NP-complete.

Resumen
Due to the important role of Calanus finmarchicus as key prey for the abundant pelagic fish stocks (Northeast Atlantic mackerel, Norwegian spring spawning herring, blue whiting) in the Norwegian Sea, an increase in the quota of C. finmarchicus has raised public concern. Here, 2 vessel types were implemented in an individual-based model within the NORWECOM.E2E ecosystem model, one ordinary vessel similar to the vessels used in the real fishery, the other with perfect knowledge of the C. finmarchicus distribution to account for possible future development of the fishery. The perfect vessels were free to move among all grid cells, whereas the other vessel type was restricted. Differences between the vessel types were large in terms of catch per unit effort and hotspots for catches. Operating with 10 perfect vessels, the catches were on average 54000 t yr-1, almost 3 times higher than for the ordinary vessels. Increasing to 60 perfect vessels, catches increased to 349000 t yr-1. The vessels with full knowledge of distribution and concentration located new hotspots distant from the traditional fishing grounds. Due to area restrictions in the current quota, allowing only 3000 t caught within the 1000 m depth contour, the perfect vessels shifted their activity offshore. In the simulated ecosystem, no ecosystem effects were found, neither on the C. finmarchicus biomass nor on the Norwegian spring spawning herring biomass. This finding indicates that the proposed quota of C. finmarchicus supports a sustainable fishery.

Resumen
Shepard (1964) found that the pitch height of a pair of octave-related complex tones is perceived in accordance with the principle of proximity around a pitch class circle. However, when these tones form a tritone interval, proximity cannot be used. In the tritone paradox, Deutsch (1986) found that listeners perceive these tones such that half of the pitch class circle is heard as higher in pitch, and the opposite half as lower, with individual differences in which half is heard as higher. In the present experiments, listeners judged the height of octave-related complexes forming tritones and forming intervals of perfect fifths (P5) and perfect fourths (P4). There was a strong relationship between the pitch classes heard higher in the tritone paradox and those heard higher when presented with P5/P4 intervals. Rather than using proximity to judge pitch height with P5/P4 intervals, listeners instead use the same mechanism involved in perception of the tritone paradox.

The Algonquian-speaking peoples create, used, and made images which are subdivided into three groups. These images were occurred on a variety of objects to communicate information, meanings. It is known that only the Midé, their ritual and medicinal specialists (shaman), used a specific group of these images, those on birch bark scrolls. Four birchbark scrolls were examined using the same techniques that were applied to the pictograph sites (rock art sites) of Lake of the Woods to establish whether images should be understood as groups or individual elements as they serve as an illustration to counterpoint the pictograph sites.

Resumen
Periphrastic perfect is a notoriously difficult form of Old Church Slavonic (OCS) verbs, because it remains consistently resistant to any coherent semantic description. While the majority of OCS texts are (very literal) translations, readily calquing both lexical and grammatical features of Hellenistic Greek, the OCS perfect is almost unique in deviating drastically from this common trend. The present paper attempts to tackle the semantic puzzle of OCS perfect by analyzing examples from the Psalterium Sinaiticum, Euchologium Sinaiticum, Codex Suprasliensis, and Codex Marianus. A preliminary look at the examples indicates that one can hardly speak of OCS perfect as a unified grammatical value with one and the same range of uses in all available texts. Іt would be more profitable to establish the patterns of perfect use for individual documents. Different factors predetermining the choice between competing perfect and aorist forms in different OCS texts are discussed in the paper and illustrated by various examples. Іt is argued that there is a strong tendency to use Aorist in resultative contexts to refer to individual situations with an exact temporal location, whereas Perfect is predominantly used (i) to convey the interpretation of a previously introduced situation (as in Mk 14:8 ‘She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying’); (ii) to characterize the subject of the predication; and (iii) in existential contexts (‘the situation took place at least once in the past’).

Resumen
Previous research on the fakeability of the Implicit Association Test (IAT) yielded inconsistent results. The present study simultaneously analyses several relevant factors: faking direction, type of instructions, and practice. Furthermore, it takes baseline individual differences into account. After a baseline assessment in a self-esteem IAT without faking instructions (t0), participants in the faking conditions then (t1) faked high or low scores without being provided with recommended strategies on how to do so (i.e., individual strategies). At t2 and t3, they were asked to fake the IAT after having received information on recommended faking strategies. At t4, faking direction was reversed. Without the recommended strategies, faking high scores was not possible, but faking low scores was. With the recommended strategies, participants needed additional practice to fake high scores. When faking directions were reversed, participants were successful without additional practice, suggesting a transfer in faking skills. In most of the faking attempts, faking success was moderated by individual differences in baseline implicit self-esteem. This suggests that the complex interplay of factors influencing faking success should be taken into account when considering the issue of fakeability of the IAT.

Resumen
Aim: As a preliminary stage in the development of an artificial intelligence (AI) algorithm for surgery, this work aimed to study the inter- and intra-individual variability of phase annotations in videos of minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis of distal radius fractures (MIPO). The main hypothesis was that the inter-individual variability was almost perfect if Cohen's kappa coefficient (k) was ≥ 81% overall; the secondary hypothesis was that the intra-individual variability was almost perfect if the F1-score (F1) was ≥ 81%. Methods: The material comprised 9 annotators and three annotated MIPO videos with 5 phases and 4 sub-phases. Each video was presented 3 times to each annotator. The method involved analysing the inter-individual variability of annotations by computing k and F1 from a reference annotator. The intra-individual variability of annotations was analysed by computing F1. Results: Annotation anomalies were noticed: either absences or differences in phase and sub-phase annotations. Regarding the inter-individual variability, an almost perfect agreement between annotators was observed because k ≥ 81% for the three videos. Regarding the intra-individual variability, F1 ≥ 81% for most phases and sub-phases with the nine annotators. Conclusion: The homogeneity of annotations must be as high as possible to develop an AI algorithm in surgery. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the least efficient annotators (measurement of the intra-individual variability) to provide them with individual training and a personalised annotation rhythm. It is also important to optimise the definition of the phases, improve the annotation protocol and choose suitable training videos.

Resumen
Background: COVID-19 is a pandemic of serious global threat that forced test developers to flood the market with various diagnostic assays that have been independently validated. Objectives: This study aims at assessing the performance of four SARS-CoV-2 chemiluminescence immunoassays. Methodology: The present study included sera from 96 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)–confirmed COVID-19 cases collected at 2 time periods (5-9 days and 9-14 days post symptom onset) during patient follow-up, and 30 control sera from COVID-19 PCR–negative individuals. All sera were tested for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies using four high-throughput commercially available chemiluminescence immunoassays: YHLO Biotech Co, Ltd China (IgM and IgG); Abbott, Abbott USA (IgG); Roche, Roche US (total: IgM, IgG, and IgA), and Ortho, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, USA (total and individual IgG). Results: For the detection of total antibodies (IgM, IgG, and IgA), the highest sensitivities were for Ortho followed by Roche assays (91.6% and 84.3% in 5-9 days period, respectively) raised to 96.8% and 92.7% in 9-14 days respectively with significant difference P-value <0.00001. Ortho, Roche, and YHLO iFlash (IgM) assays had specificities of 100%, 100%, and 90.3% respectively. Roche (Total) and Ortho (Total) assays showed perfect categorical agreement (94.4% in 5-9 days, and 96.4% in 9-14 days). As for the detection of individual IgG antibodies, the Abbott assay had the highest sensitivity (91.6% in 5-9 days, and 93.7% in 9-14 days), followed by Ortho and YHLO iFlash assays (84.3%, and 83.3% in 5-9 days respectively) that increased to 89.5% and 88.5% in 9-14 days respectively. Ortho assay was the best in specificity (100%), followed by Abbott (98.8%) and YHLO iFlash (96.3%). YHLO iflash (IgG) and Ortho (IgG) showed perfect agreement (96.8%) in the 2 time frames. Conclusion: Ortho assay showed the best performance in detecting total antibodies with perfect match to Roche assay, while Abott assay was the best performing in detecting individual IgG with perfect match to Ortho assay rendering them to be efficient diagnostic tools

In the process of reforming education, it has become no longer possible to discuss pedagogy, curriculum, instruction, academic achievement, or the culture and climate of schools without discussing social-emotional competencies under the framework of social and emotional learning. This paper attempted to explore some of the complications within the building and implementing an educational curriculum. The study discusses educational pedagogy in the existing literature. Based on the findings, education requires more dedicated and school-specific reflection into where things go wrong. Due to the broad range of skills and unfurling neuroscience behind emotional intelligence, it can be proposed that a lack of ownership of these competencies is assisting in a dilution through local authority principles/governments/education boards and to a loosely based school-level approach through individual teachers with little guidance or support. Heterogeneity of individual cognitive types exists in any culture beneath the surface of stereotypically ritualized behavior. These individual types exist across cultural boundaries and are therefore transcultural, contrary to the widely held assumption that individual types must be subcultural variations. This has profound implications in human resources utilization and training. One of the cognitive types is indispensable for futurogenic management which goes beyond proactive management and generates unprecedented and unforeseen changes. An overlooked problem in understanding between different cognitive types is dimension reduction, which produces illusion of perfect understanding by reducing the cognitive dimensions of the communication sender into the dimensions of the communication receiver. This problem has not been considered because of the theorists' unawareness of heterogeneity of cognitive dimensions.

Resumen
Abstract The quest for the so-called perfect body has been an issue in Brazilian society for a long time, especially for women. A number of “digital influencers” perform a fitness lifestyle, producing subjectivities entangled with an idea of success and “well managing oneself.” However, as happiness is constructed as a mandatory “individual engineering project,” more recently, female influencers have emerged who go against standards of beauty taken as oppressive. They embrace other physiques as forms of self-expression and finding joy, mostly the “big” body. Both forms of self-construction are appropriated by consumer culture and are perceived as authentic, reinforcing individualistic agency in a neoliberal context. But what happens when a fitness influencer accidently leaks the information that she underwent a liposuction procedure? Or when a “body positive” model is criticized for appropriating a plus-size agenda and not having a “true” plus-size body? Based on two Brazilian cases and literature review, this article proposes the notion of “gendered ruptures of performances,” which reveal expressive incoherence in the “narratives of the self,” thus breaking ideals of authenticity. It is argued that little attention has been paid to female self-presentation dynamics that do not occur as expected. Moreover, since their bodies are constantly subjected to the scrutiny of others, they are more susceptible to having their performances invalidated online.

Each particular possesses its own form by virtue of its rational principle by which it expresses its universal in its unified and intelligible individuality. Logos is able to express its form uniquely because of the infinite possibilities inherent within and among the perfect, immutable Forms (eidos); all of the possibilities of formal expression exist within the intelligible cosmos. Insofar as this is the case, particular forms can be identified qua individual, by virtue of their intrinsic unity; the oneness of each individual thing, by which it is distinguished from all others, is owing to the One, in which and by which all things have their being and intelligibility.

While the field of lifestyle medicine has been growing rapidly world-wide over the past two decades in particular, the prevalence of chronic (lifestyle-related) disease is increasing, particularly in developed nations. Lifestyle Medicine approaches are a promising basis for preventing, managing and reversion chronic disease; however, these approaches are based almost exclusively on individual behavioral change. Such changes are best developed and supported with a health-coaching methodology.

Resumen
In this study, the notion of perfect matrices of Lagrange differences is employed to detect atrial fibrillation episodes based on three ECG parameters (JT interval, QRS interval, RR interval). The case study comprised 8 healthy individuals and 7 unhealthy individuals, and the mean and standard deviation of age was 65.84 ± 1.4 years, height was 1.75 ± 0.12 m, and weight was 79.4 ± 0.9 kg. Initially, it was demonstrated that the sensitivity of algebraic relationships between cardiac intervals increases when the dimension of the perfect matrices of Lagrange differences is extended from two to three. The baseline dataset was established using statistical algorithms for classification by means of the developed decision support system. The classification helps to determine whether the new incoming candidate has indications of atrial fibrillation or not. The application of probability distribution graphs and semi-gauge indicator techniques aided in visualizing the categorization of the new candidates. Though the study’s data are limited, this work provides a strong foundation for (1) validating the sensitivity of the perfect matrices of Lagrange differences, (2) establishing a robust baseline dataset for supervised classification, and (3) classifying new incoming candidates within the classification framework. From a clinical standpoint, the developed approach assists in the early detection of atrial fibrillation in an individual.

Resumen
When we file federal taxes, our individual tax burdens are affected by whether our employers and the IRS classify us as “employees” or “contractors.” Today, that distinction is not a neat one. Classifying workers as “employees” or “contractors” belies increasing similarities—like the ability to work remotely during the COVID-19 pandemic—between those classifications. With those increasing similarities in mind, this Note makes two arguments about the employee / contractor distinction in federal tax law. First, federal tax law draws an increasingly arbitrary and unfair line between employees and contractors given the modern substantive convergence of work done as an “employee” or a “contractor.” And second, updating how this distinction is drawn and applied within federal tax law can better serve the purposes of the provisions that treat employees and contractors differently. While federal tax law is not alone in promulgating inequities surrounding this distinction, this Note chose to focus on federal tax law’s application of the distinction for two reasons. Federal tax law already has tools it can use to shift workers toward one classification or another, so there is less need for a large legislative overhaul, which means it will not take as much to effect change. Also, shifting worker classification could help remedy problems currently facing federal tax law. As a result, federal tax law should be motivated by self-interest to acknowledge the similarities between employees and contractors today. With that motivation and the tools to effect change, federal tax law is the perfect area of law to start championing an updated application of the employee / contractor distinction which reflects the modern workforce. The law just needs a nudge in the right direction.

Multi-layered nanofiber textiles can be utilized in many applications. In such case the individual layers are laid in more stages and the question arises whether the connection is perfect. Two kinds of samples of PVA nanotextiles having the weight of 1.3 g/m2 (single-layered, AI) and 2.8 g/m2 (double-layered, AII), respectively. It was shown that mechanical properties, in particular the average tensile strength (24 N/mm for AI and 51 N/mm for AII) and stiffness (950 N/mm for AI and 1600 N/mm for AII), are independent of the number of layers, only their weight per unit area matters. This indicates that the bond between the individual layers is perfect.

Resumen
As Derrida observes, the ideal of a perfect memory has a spectral quality. The desire to achieve it is like the wish of Hanson, the fictional archaeologist, to go beyond the physical remains to grasp the past itself. What seduces us is the thought that remembering is like mechanical reproduction. We forget, however, that a photograph does not remember what we looked like any more than a recording remembers the sound of our voice. Only a living being can remember. Seen in this light, the ultimate problem of the ideal of a perfect memory is that it abstracts remembering from the context in which it functions. In this paper, I argue that this context is that of our embodied being-alive, with all the limitations that this implies. Such limitations impose a teleological structure on our remembering. They determine how memory functions on both an individual and a collective level.

The article presents an overview of the work of the famous Moscow artist Julia Dolgorukova, who works in the genres of landscape, still life and composite composition in various painting techniques. The basis of her pictorial language is Russian impressionism and the creative search of nonconformists of the 60s — 70s. Throughout her career, her paintings trace the creation of her own individual style, based on the experience of her teachers and, at the same time, transcending all existing trends. In still lifes Julia Dolgorukova creates volumes with large colored strokes both with a brush and a palette knife. In landscapes, she tends to create images of historical dachas of the Moscow region and small Russian cities, as well as seascapes of the Crimea and Antalya. The second hypostasis of Julia Dolgorukova's creativity is paintings and sketches of scenery and costumes for theater, ballet and everything related to dance. Finally, the third direction of her creativity is working with new materials and techniques.

It is an unpalatable truth but by and large the success or failure of navigating a merchant ship in confined pilotage waters rests largely with a single individual – the pilot. Should the pilot make an error of judgement (to err is human) then his/her position as a single but vital weak link can be rapidly and cruelly exposed. Bridge teams and pilots need to improve their mutual understanding and expectations. Passage planning needs more consideration and more timely communication. The Master Pilot Exchange (MPX) needs to change from a tick-box exercise to something more meaningful, more substantive and above all, to represent a plan that can be executed and monitored.

This paper investigate the transceiver design for single-user multiple-input multipleoutput system (SU-MIMO). Joint transceiver design with an improper modulation is developed based on the minimum total mean-squared error (TMSE) criterion under two different cases. One is equal power allocation (EPA) and other is the power constraint that jointly meets both EPA and total transmit power constraint (TTPC) (i.e ITPC). Transceiver is designed based on the assumption that both the perfect and imperfect channel state information (CSI) is available at both the transmitter and receiver. The simulation results show the performance improvement of the proposed work over conventional work in terms of bit error rate (BER).

In the closing canto of the Purgatorio in his Divine Comedy, Dante Alighieri describes the souls preparing to enter heaven as “new, remade, reborn, … perfect, pure, and ready for the Stars [i.e., heaven].” But what exactly would it mean for a human soul to be morally perfect and in perfect union with the divine will? Furthermore, if the soul fit for heaven is perfectly united with God, what sense does it make to think that individual retains their free will? In this talk, I assume a number of Christian claims about the Beatific Vision and argue that not only do the souls fit for heaven retain their freedom, but that they are in sense ‘more free’ despite their inability to do certain actions.

Resumen
Using Spanish Social Security data merged with Labor Force Survey data, this article analyzes the effects of entry labor market conditions on workers’ careers two to three decades after graduating in Spain, a country well known for its highly segmented labor market and rigid labor market institutions. In contrast to more flexible labor markets such as in the United States or Canada, the authors find that following a recession the annual earnings losses of individuals without a university degree are greater and more persistent than those of college graduates. For workers without a college degree, the effect is driven by a lower likelihood of employment. For college graduates, the negative impact on earnings is driven by both a higher probability of non-employment and employment in jobs with fixed-term contracts. Although a negative shock increases mobility of college graduates across firms and industries, no earnings recovery occurs for the individual, just secondary labor market job churning. Results are consistent with the tight regulations of the Spanish labor market, such as binding minimum wages and downward wage rigidity caused by collective bargaining agreements.

This paper seeks to synthesize aspects of feminism and figurational (process) sociology. Women’s bodies are viewed as sites for studying interrelationships between power, gender, and identity construction. The behavioral and emotional rituals of women in a specific aerobics class are mapped out and located within the “exercise–body beautiful complex.” We explore the way in which social constraints and individual self-control interweave in the rationalized management of women’s bodies. The embodied experiences of these women are intertwined with long term enabling and constraining features. Covertly disempowering, the “exercise–body beautiful complex” reinforces established standards of femininity. The realignment of dominant images of femininity is advocated in order to extend the liberating features of the figuration in question.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the human concept in education, especially regarding human nature (The Perfect Man) by using the literacy method. The results are known as follows Humans who have been created by Allah SWT who have special features from birth have differences and various potentials. Humans have various features, therefore it has various terms such as superior humans, perfect humans, ideal humans, plenary humans, the perfect men, and perfect humans by means of holistic education. Holistic education focuses more on the process so that an individual gains needed knowledge that can be applied in his social environment. There are five important factors that continuously and simultaneously build human personality. These factors are as follows, First, the mother's factor which provides a spiritual structure and dimension which is full of love and tenderness, Second, the father's factor which provides a dimension of strength and self-esteem, Thirdly, the school factor which helps to form outward character, Fourthly, the community factor which provide an empirical environment, Fifth, the general cultural factors of society that provide a pattern of human life

Resumen
The article concerns the problem of the crisis of utopia. Many philosophers and social scientists speak about “the death of utopia”. This opinion is closely related to the theory of “the end of ideology”, which was very popular after World War II. Researchers often show that great projects envisaging a radical transformation of society have revealed their destructive power. Moreover, contemporary culture, and especially post-modernist philosophy place emphasis on the temporariness, instability and “liquidity” of the scheme of social life. So they leave no room for the constitutive elements of utopian thinking: the overall and enduring projects of the construction of a perfect social order. The article poses the basic question: are utopian ideas completely absent from the post-modernist vision of society, or do those ideas assume a different character? The author shows some elements of utopian thinking existing at the level of individual culture. Utopia in its traditional sense has completely disappeared. This does not mean, however, that there is no form of utopian reflection in contemporary post-modernist society. It appears in a completely new form: the search for a perfect social order has been replaced by a multitude of various ways of looking for a perfect life in the individual dimension.

An evolutionary approach to the economic coordination prob¬ lem is suggested. Instead of the strong, neoclassical notion of perfect coordination represented by equilibrium points in the price- quantity-quality (pqq) space the notion of a corridor in the pqq-time space is developed. This corridor is established spontaneously by internal and external forces which control divergence. Within the corridor quite erratic individual pqq-movements are possible, but, due to those selectional forces, systematic changes occur if the bounds are exceeded. Some features of the alternative approach are outlined in a simple model and are compared with characteristics of self-organization phenomena in the natural sciences.

Resumen
INTRODUCTION:The Patient Reported Outcomes Burdens and Experiences (PROBE) questionnaire was developed with direct patient involvement in questionnaire design, conduct and analysis using patient-centered outcomes to assess health status in patients with hemophilia (PWH). Phase 1 confirmed robustness of the methodology and feasibility. Phase 2a investigated individual test-retest reliability. Phase 2b will explore population level reproducibility.METHODS:PWH and non-PWH individuals who attended a hemophilia-related workshop were asked to complete the PROBE questionnaire 3 times (paper-based survey on 2 consecutive days and then a web-based version). Test-retest reliability was analyzed using the percentage agreement and Kappa statistic. Kappa coefficient interpretation .81-1.00 almost perfect, .61- .80 substantial; .41- .60 moderate; .21 -.40 fair; .00 -.20, slight; and < .00 poor agreement.RESULTS:Sixty-three participants from twenty-one countries were enrolled with a median age of 50 (range 14–76) years. Of these, thirty (47.6 percent) were PWH or carriers, thirty-three (52.5 percent) were participants with no known bleeding disorders. On general health domain, Kappa coefficients ranged from .69 to .92, indicating substantial to almost perfect agreement, for all items. Reliability of the web-based questionnaire showed moderate to substantial agreement for all except one item. For the hemophilia-related domain, Kappa coefficients ranged from .5-1.0. Of these, five of eleven items were in perfect agreement (Kappa = 1.0). Reliability of web-based questionnaire items were in substantial to almost perfect agreement. For overall health related quality of life, the EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire (EQ-5D) had Kappa coefficients of .62 to .92. Intraclass correlation coefficient of visual analog scale (VAS) was .90 (95 percent Confidence Interval, CI; .83-.94). Test-retest reliability was comparable between hemophilia patients and participants with no known bleed.CONCLUSIONS:Phase 2a demonstrated individual test-retest reliability and suggests PROBE is a reliable tool to assess Patient Reported Outcomes in PWH. The Web-based questionnaire has an acceptable agreement with the standard paper-based version in all domains. PROBE Phase 2b, to demonstrate reproducibility at the population level, is on-going. To date, 1,039 participants have been recruited from 10 countries.

Resumen
The article entitled “(Im)Perfect Memories in Jacqueline Woodson’s Another Brooklyn” explores the fallibility of memory as presented in Another Brooklyn, a novel by an African American author Jacqueline Woodson. The text presents the idea that personal memories change due to the passage of time along with the new experiences of an individual, and relates it to the studied novel. Special attention is given to different dimensions of grief and loss presented in the analyzed story. The mourning after the loss of loved ones is explored through the use of concepts such as Elizabeth Kübler-Ross’ five stages of grief, the selective amnesia and the idea of continuing bonds. The process of growing up is also briefly considered as a mourning process over losing the innocence and safety provided by childhood. Further, the article presents the hardships of growing up without a mother in an unsafe neighbourhood, the loss of vital friendships and the search of a better life - all introduced through the recollections which occurred after a significant passage of time and the accumulation of experiences which lend themselves to the change of the mindset of the main character.
