Resumen
The importance of the modeling mode in systems of computer visual pattern recognition is shown. The purpose of the mode is to determine the types of textures that are present on the images processed in intelligent diagnostic systems. Images processed in technical diagnostic systems contain texture regions, which can be represented by different types of textures - spectral, statistical and spectral-statistical. Texture identification methods, such as, statistical, spectral, expert, multifractal, which are used to identify and analyze texture images, have been analyzed. To determine texture regions on images that are of a combined spectral-statistical nature, a hybrid texture identification method has been developed which makes it possible to take into account the local characteristics of the texture based on multifractal indicators characterizing the non-stationarity and impulsite of the data and the sign of the spectral texture. The stages of the developed hybrid texture identification method are: preprocessing; formation of the primary features vector; formation of the secondary features vector. The formation of the primary features vector is performed for the selected rectangular fragment of the image, in which the multifractal features and the spectral texture feature are calculated. To reduce the feature space at the stage of formation of the secondary identification vector, the principal component method was used. An experimental study of the developed hybrid texture identification method textures on model images of spectral, statistical, spectralstatistical textures has been carried out. The results of the study showed that the developed method made it possible to increase the probability of correct determination of the region of the combined spectral-statistical texture. The developed identification method was tested on images from Brodatz album of textures and images of wear zones of cutting tools, which are processed in intelligent systems of technical diagnostics. The probability of correctly identifying areas of spectral-statistical texture in the images of wear zones of cutting tools averaged 0.9, which is sufficient for the needs of practice

Resumen
The main objective of the study was to study the effect of pollen from sunflower hybrids on the real seed productivity and setting of achenes in CMS-tester plants as the final indicators of pollen fertility. The studies were carried out in 2019 and 2021 at V.S. Pusotvoit All-Russian Research Institute of Oil Crops, Krasnodar. The object of the study was cultivated sunflower plants of Helianthus annuus L.: Oksi and NK Brio hybrids as paternal forms, as well as the sterile hybrid Kubansky 93 and the line VK1-klp A as CMS testers. On one vertical part of a separate head, the pollen of the Oksi hybrid was applied, and on the other, the pollen of the NK Brio hybrid was used, i.e. we applied the split-pollination method. The number of fiiled seeds on the head of the CMS tester when pollinated with the pollen of the hybrid Oksi was significantly less than that of the standard hybrid NK Brio. On average, over two years, a decrease in real seed productivity was observed in the hybrid Oksi by 1.97 times in relation to the hybrid NK Brio. The development of a larger number of achenes to technical maturity led to the progressive growth of a part of the head pollinated by the pollen of the NK Brio hybrid. A similar pattern was also noted for the seed set. On the heads of the CMS-tester, on average for two years, the pollen of the hybrid Oksi showed a significant decrease in the setting of achenes in relation to the standard – by 2.24 times. Our earlier data on the presence of morphological anomalies in the pollen of the Oksi sunflower hybrid are consistent with the facts of reduced seed productivity and seed set when evaluating the pollen quality of this hybrid crossed with the CMS-tester, established in this work. The question remains open at what stages the negative impact of the genetic factors of the reproductive function of the pollen of the Oksi hybrid occurs: pre- or post-zygotic.

Resumen
Introduction: the article examines the impact of hybrid organizations on the economic dynamics of Eastern Asian countries. Objectives: to assess the effectiveness of hybrid organizations as intermediate institutions that promote economic development, to describe the transformation of hybrids as they are modernized. Methods: dialectical method, system analysis, case study method, induction method. Results: the positive role of hybrid organizations in catching-up economic development is revealed; it is shown that hybrids serve as intermediate institutions that either transform or hinder economic growth as modernization progresses; possible economic policies to support hybrids are described. Conclusions: hybrid organizations are common in many countries and regions with a predominance of traditional regulators which have managed to reach the development path of developed countries. Thus, hybrids are country specific for the “Asian tigers” – Japan (in the form of keiretsu), South Korea (in the form of chaebols), Taiwan (in the form of clusters) as well as for China (in the form of industrial areas). At the same time, in most cases, hybrid institutional agreements serve as intermediate institutions – relying on existing social ties, they promote economic growth, but as they modernize, they either undergo changes or hinder subsequent development. The analysis of the presented cases also shows that the state can contribute to the formation of hybrids in various ways – from creating infrastructure to supporting the export activities of firms.

Resumen
This paper introduces a new hybrid clustering method using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methods. DEA cannot identify its’ input and output itself, and it is a major weakness of the DEA. In the proposed method, this gap is resolved by integrating DEA with BSC. Some decision-making units (DMUs) needed in DEA method, in compliance with some inputs and outputs is the major drawback of this integration. To deal with this disadvantage, the proposed method selects the most important strategic factors, attained from the BSC method. These data considered to be the input data for the DEA method to calculate relative closeness (RC) of each DMU to the ideal one. Plotting the screen diagram regarding RC index leads us to the final clustering method. Finally, computational results show the applicability and usefulness of the method.

Resumen
Abstract We introduce a phenotypic method to test for excess mortality in hybrids of the heterogametic sex, as expected from Haldane's rule, and apply this method to the unusually narrow hybrid zones between Hermit Warblers (Dendroica occidentalis) and Townsend's Warblers (D. townsendi) in the Pacific Northwest. Our test requires establishing comparable hybrid indices for male and female warblers. The hybrid index that we developed for females produced age-corrected distributions for phenotypically pure reference samples that closely matched those used by Rohwer and Wood (1998) for males. The similarity in these distributions enabled us to compare the relative frequency of males and females in hybrids and parentals. We detected no deficiency of hybrid females and thus no inviability in the heterogametic sex. Our failure to find evidence of the inviability component of Haldane's rule is not unexpected given the close relationship between these taxa; nonetheless, our methods should be generally useful for studies of hybrid zones.

Resumen
This paper investigates the hybrid synchronization behavior (coexistence of anti-synchronization and complete synchronization) in three coupled chaotic systems with ring connections. We employ the direct design method to design the hybird synchronization controllers, which transform the error system into a nonlinear system with a special antisymmetric structure. A simple stability criterion is then derived for reaching hybrid synchronization. Finally, numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.

Resumen
This study investigates the combination of finite difference method (FDM) and the stabilized Lanczos method to solve various partial differential equation (PDE) problems. This combination is wrapped in the algorithms called hybrid FDMRMEIEMLA and hybrid FDM-RLMinRes. FDM is the discretization method which converts the PDEs into algebraic formula, whereas both RMEIEMLA and RLMinRes are known as the stabilized Lanczos methods in solving largescale problems of SLEs. Their hybrids enable us to find the solutions of PDE problems accurately. There are at least three types of PDEs solved in this study, namely Helmholtz, wave, and heat equations. The convergence rate of our methods computed using the residual norms || b - Axk ||. Numerical results showed that our proposed methods performed well in solving the various PDEs with small residual norms.

Resumen
This paper explores hybrid texts as a special type of text that forms within ‘inter-discourse interaction’ and relates to the ‘convergence of discourses’. The analysis focuses on the interaction between avant-garde art and political discourses, which have been in close contact since the 20th century and have common typological features. The main methods used in this study are the linguistic pragmatic method, the linguistic poetic method, and discourse analysis. The article proposes a definition of hybridization and hybrid texts while distinguishing between the linguistic, genre, multimodal, and multimedia types of hybridization. Special cases of language hybrids are onomatopoeic hybrids, which are based on the sounds of hostilities; hybrid words formed with a hyphen or a connecting vowel; bifocal semantic hybrids; and hybrid syntactic constructions. Genre hybridization occurs in avant-garde art and poetic manifestos, decrees, and declarations. Multimodal hybrids include artistic-political texts in which a combination of codes (verbal, visual, auditory, kinesthetic, etc.) co-exists with a combination of various types of discourse. At the same time, each of the elements of a multimodal hybrid message refers simultaneously to both artistic and political reality. The multimedia type of hybridization includes texts that use innovative technologies and new media channels while combining several information transfer channels. This way, a new system of relationships is built and the possibility arises to create a new ‘total work of art’.

Resumen
For the purpose of isolating the vibration transmission from machines to soil and vice versa, this paper presents a new active vibration isolation method, that is, a hybrid vibration isolation method capable of isolating the vibration in the whole frequency range. The hybrid isolation method contains the following three characteristics: (1) a low-pass filter of a conventional elastic support method; (2) a high-pass filter of an active vibration isolation method; (3) suppression of a resonant peak due to an elastic support by a servo damper method; First, this paper presents the principle of the hybrid vibration isolation method and shows a fundamental structure of the system. Then by making the active isolator work as a damper, the suppression of a resonant peak due to an elastic support is achieved. Next, taking into consideration both the control effect and the stability of the system, the design procedure of the hybrid vibration isolation system is shown. Moreover, a control chart to estimate the control effect for suppressing the force transmissibility is presented. Finally, an experiment is carried out, demonstrating that the hybrid isolation method is capable of suppressing the exciting force in almost all the frequency range.

On account of low convergence of the traditional genetic algorithm in the late,a hybrid genetic algorithm based on conjugate gradient method and genetic algorithm is proposed. This hybrid algorithm takes advantage of Conjugate Gradient’s certainty, but also the use of genetic algorithms in order to avoid falling into local optimum, so it can quickly converge to the exact global optimal solution. Using Two test functions for testing, shows that performance of this hybrid genetic algorithm is better than single conjugate gradient method and genetic algorithm and have achieved good results.

Resumen
The present study compares three Introduction to Business courses delivered using three different teaching formats; online, hybrid and traditional methods. Findings indicate that while the traditional course received higher ratings by students, hybrid students outperformed students in the online and traditional course (n = 56). Thirty-five percent of the students in the hybrid course earned an A compared to 23 percent of the traditional students, while only 7 percent of the students enrolled in the online course completed the course with an A grade. Student attitudes also indicate once a student experiences a hybrid model course, there is strong preference for this type of delivery method. Although 85 percent of the students enrolled in the hybrid course had never enrolled in a distance learning course, 73 percent selected the hybrid format as their preference of delivery method. Strong support exists indicating that hybrid courses that are well designed create an atmosphere that increase student learning. Moreover, once students have a good hybrid experience, they are more likely to prefer courses designed as hybrids.

Resumen
Sol-gel method is the simplest method and has to preparation of nano particles, nano fibers, and nano flaks. The preparation of hybrid epoxy thermosets enables their improvement in characteristics such as mechanical properties (bending, and hardness), thermal properties. The effect of water absorption on bending and hardness test for tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and epoxy hybrid have been investigated. TEOS with (0%,2%,4%,6%and 8%) volume per-centage mixed with epoxy to prepared sheets of hybrid, these sheets cut as samples for ASTM water absorption, bending and hardness tests. The results show that, adding TEOS to epoxy will increase absorbance of water. bending test shows that there are increase in values of bending stress with increasing TEOS but after im-mersion in water all the values for bending stress will reduce. Hardnessvalues at least for the samples immersion in water from dry samples, occur the diffusion of molecules water in the polymer and hybrids leads to space molecular chains for each other and decrease the hard-ness values. Thermal stability of hybrids increase with increasing TE
