Resumen
The article evaluates the national human capital as a factor in the migration activity of the population. For the study, data were taken from open international and national databases Ukraine, Republic of Moldova, the Russian Federation, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Poland. The assessment of the value of human capital was carried out using the indicators-based approach. All data were divided into four groups. Two groups characterize the costs of human capital formation (intelligence, knowledge and health). The other two groups characterize the conditions for obtaining income from human capital (implementation of high-quality economic production; quality of life). Based on the collected data, a cluster analysis was carried out. As a result of the study, it was concluded that the factors that characterize the conditions for receiving income from human capital have the greatest influence on migration. The research was carried out until February 24, 2022. Therefore, they can become the basis for studying the migration activity of the population in the new military-economic and political realities.

Aim: Effect of yoga on parasympathetic nervous system of human body. Methods: The present Prospective study was conducted in the Department of Physiology, Jan Nayak Karpoori Thakur Medical College and Hospital, Madhepura, Bihar, India from June 2019 to June 2020. Case group (N=40): subjects who were performing regular yoga asanas and relaxation techniques for at least 5 years. Control group (N=40): age and gender matched subject who were not performing yoga asanas and relaxation techniques or were not engaged with any other type of physical exercises. Results: Amongst the sympathetic nervous system parameters, statistically significant difference existed between cases and controls for the Resting Heart Rate, Resting Diastolic Blood Pressure, Hand grip systolic blood pressure and Hand grip systolic blood pressure (p<0.05) respectively. Conclusion: The yogic activity significantly alters the sympathetic activity like heart rate and blood pressure. With expanded mindfulness and enthusiasm for wellbeing, one ought to embrace the non-pharmacological strategies like Yoga exercise, reflection and way of life alteration to control the modifiable hazard factors responsible for cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.

Resumen
Assembly Systems assist the human in manufacturing by providing easy access to the assembly procedure. However, they are static systems that provide the same information to all users. Assembly Systems 4.0 are a relatively new concept that use data-driven insights to assist the human by providing context-specific information about the assembly process. Assembly Systems 4.0 should have a positive impact on reducing human error in manufacturing. In this research the utility of an Assembly System 4.0 is evaluated. Two experiments are conducted to investigate potential effects on human performance from the lens of error and failed quality parts. Through the first experiment, a laboratory simulation, it is proven that the Assembly System 4.0 can detect human error. In the second experiment, the system is compared against a traditional Assembly System. Four hundred assemblies are conducted, in a two-independent sample test. It is found that neither system prevents human error from occurring. However, how the error is treated is significant. The users of the Assembly System 4.0 detected, and corrected the errors, producing higher quality products.

Resumen
This abstract describes the enormous advantages of redesigning existing microbial life in the Labs which will carry additional instructions not only to clean up our environmental pollution, but also to produce new food, new fuel, and new medicine to treat every disease known to mankind. Using the toolkit of genetic engineering developed during the completion of the Human Genome Project, we will manipulate microbial life in which we will splice essential amino acid codons in most consumable food such as Corn, Wheat and Rice Genomes to produce the most nutritious food for the bourgeoning population of the world. Similarly, new fuel could be produced by an organism called Methanococcus Jannachil which thrives near high temperature high pressure hydrothermal vents at the bottom of the sea floor by converting Carbon dioxide (a pollutant) to Methane (a fuel). To produce at the industrial scale, in plant genomes, we will splice not only the genes of herbal medicine (such as Artemisinin, Taxol, Reserpine, Belladonna etc.) to produce well-known herbal medicine, but also will insert genes to produce large scale antibiotics (such as Penicillin, Streptomycin, Neomycin, Kanamycin, Paromomycin, Apramycin, Tobramycin, Amikacin, Netilmicin, Gentamicin etc.). At every step of the transgenic genomes, we will confirm the spliced novel genes by using cheaper and faster nanopore gene sequencer. Current speed of developments guarantees humanity’s future survival across the Universe long before our Sun dies

Resumen
Background: The present article was written with the background knowledge of climate change and highlighting it relationship with health issues especially in tropical and Sub-Saharan African regions. There is a significant impact of global climate change on human health. This article highlighted the fundamental pillars of health including food security, air quality and water safety. Introduction: An anthropogenic activity such as urbanization, industrialization, and infrastructure development needs land. Deforestation is one of the straightforward ways to acquire lands for these developments. Large scale of deforestation taken place in last century led to increase of Green House gas (GHG) emission which subsequently led to global warming. Increase in atmospheric temperature led to many health problems notably, increase in incidence of infectious disease, emergence of new infectious agents, respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Further, increased GHG emission led to depletion of ozone layer and increased quantity of UV radiation on earth causes various form of malignancies in human beings apart from poor air quality which contain particulate matters (PM), responsible for cardiovascular, respiratory illness and lung cancers. The effort of global environmental organization is to agree to cut the GHG emission to hold the increase in the global average temperature to well below 2°C above pre-industrial levels and pursue efforts to limit the temperature increase to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels as per Paris agreement 2015, so that emergence of diseases and increase in incidence of these disease can also be decreased. Aims: This article aims to highlight the impact of climate change on health and to find out the possible measures to reduce the GHG emission and increase the quality of health affected by climate change and global warming. Conclusions: Active measures should be planned and implemented by local bodies and international organizations and to devise effective global strategies for mitigation and adaptation so that the adverse effect of climate change may not be detrimental to human health.

Resumen
Tourism can serve as a driver of economic development, but economic growth does not always lead to better human development outcomes. This is particularly evident in post-pandemic tourism when analyzed through the Human Development Index. Supporting Amartya Sen’s argument that well-being should not be measured by income alone, this paper evaluates the impact of tourism within the capability approach. The analysis extends beyond economic indicators to incorporate health, education, and living standards, offering a more comprehensive view of well-being. Focusing on ASEAN 5 countries, the study finds a significant long-term relationship between tourism and human development. Panel cointegration analysis shows that increased tourism activity enhances key human development indicators, particularly healthcare, education, and overall living standards. A well-developed tourism sector can thus contribute to broader societal well-being, aligning with Sen’s emphasis on expanding individual capabilities and improving quality of life. The study advocates for tourism strategies that prioritize human development alongside economic gains, fostering a healthier and more prosperous society. It also presents policy implications and recommendations for promoting tourism in ASEAN 5, addressing gaps in existing literature. Future research could explore whether similar relationships hold across different tourism sectors, such as eco-tourism, medical tourism, and sports tourism.
