Ho Chi Minh's ideology on education is a system of comprehensive and profound perspectives, which includes his conceptions of the role and standards of a teacher. On the basis of theoretical research method, statistical method and the study of his speeches and articles, as well as inheriting the research results of previous works on Ho Chi Minh, the article aims to clarify Ho Chi Minh's conceptions of the role and standards of teachers in the Ho Chi Minh era. Research results show that in Ho Chi Minh's point of view, “without a teacher, there is no education” and that a true teacher must ensure ideological, professional and ethical standards. The above conceptions seem to be the implication of the problem of teacher training in pedagogical universities in the context of educational innovation and comprehensively meeting output standards.

Resumen
Ho Chi Minh's political democracy is a term that arose from a novel approach to the study of politics in Vietnam as it grew in complexity. Ho Chi Minh's political democracy emerged from democracy and assumed a new relationship with politics. His constituents express themselves through his daily writings, speeches, and political style. Democratic theory is associated with Ho Chi Minh Ideology adherents. When the people take control of their democratic institutions and mechanisms, a "new type of state" emerges proletarian, constitutional, legal, and "of the people, by the people, and for the people." Increasingly, these views of Ho Chi Minh are being disseminated to the Vietnamese populace; however, it is still crucial for individuals to comprehend the intended audience for this viewpoint. Who needs democracy? How is the democracy of Ho Chi Minh viewed? Were these democratic conceptions of the state superior to those of the West? By analyzing and comparing the document's content, the article has demonstrated that Ho Chi Minh's views reflect not only the aspirations of the Vietnamese people but also the aspirations of all people for their progress. Resumen
Introduction. Educating the young generation is the future of every nation. President Ho Chi Minh was a philosopher of Vietnam who saw the critical role of educating the young generation to build a strong country. The purpose is to find out suitable educational content and methods, thereby applying it to Vietnamese education to build Vietnamese people to develop comprehensively to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization and international integration in Vietnam. Study participants and methods. The paper is based on Ho Chi Minh's view on educating young people to clarify educational content and methods. The paper uses materialist dialectics to analyze and explain Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on educating the young Vietnamese generation expressed in his works, articles, and speeches. In addition, the paper uses methods of comparison, analysis and synthesis to clarify the contents and methods of education in Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint. Results. Ho Chi Minh's thought on educating the young Vietnamese. That generation is not only mentioned in the narrow sense of knowledge and academic education; Education is not only limited to schools, between teachers and students, but the contents of Ho Chi Minh's educational thought is very broad and cover many fields. That is the idea of humanistic education, the point of view of educating people in general in terms of ideals, knowledge, health, aesthetics and morality in all social relations to build Vietnamese people to develop comprehensively in terms of physical strength, intelligence, ethics, and personality. These contents car out based on the correct educational method, which is a close combination of theory and practice, a combination of education in school with education in the family and society, and at the same time it arouses and promotes self-discipline in learning and training of the young generation. In general, Ho Chi Minh’s contents and methods of educating the young generation contain many positive and progressive points. That thought shows the dialectic, the mutual influence between elements of the teaching process. Practical significance. In the context of Vietnam's current integration and development, besides the positive effects of the market mechanism, its negative side has also had an increasingly profound influence on the young Vietnamese generation. A large part of the younger generation is still showing limitations in terms of education, professional occupation, physical strength, learning ability, and practical capacity; living passively, lacking the will to practice, lacking dreams and ambitions; being afraid of difficulties and hardships; lacking a sense of responsibility to family, society and to themselves. That is a matter of particular concern. To overcome this situation, it is necessary to deeply research, study and apply President Ho Chi Minh's thought on educating the young generation in order to comprehensively develop the Vietnamese people in general and the young Vietnamese generation in particular. Keywords: education, Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts, teaching methods, the young Vietnamese generation

Resumen
Educating socialist people has always held an important position among Ho Chi Minh’s thoughts on the issues of the Vietnamese revolution. In which, concepts related to teachers’ noble roles and positions in the educational profession; teachers’ mission, i.e. identifying teaching objects, goals, contents, and methods, nurturing passion for teaching career, being role models to learners... are of great theoretical and practical significance. Ho Chi Minh's opinion about the status of teachers is also shared by international organizations (UNESCO, ILO), as well as many other educators and sociologists... Therefore, in order for teachers to truly affirm their professional position in today's changing world, it is important to fully grasp, study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style as well as to follow the viewpoints of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In addition, more attention should be paid to institutionalizing the guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam into the State's laws and policies. For teachers, it takes effort to assert themselves through expertise and lifestyle.

The article discusses the process of formation of the worldview of Ho Chi Minh, the leader of the liberation movement of the Vietnamese people, the first president of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. The authors draw attention to the fact that the main provisions of Ho Chi Minh's worldview were formed during more than half a century of his activity, in the conditions of a complex and lengthy struggle for the independence of Vietnam. Living and working for thirty years in various European countries, as well as in Soviet Russia, Ho Chi Minh got acquainted with various teachings of contemporary international relations and world politics. The article emphasizes that the formation of his ideology was determined by his acquaintance with the Marxist-Leninist theory, first of all, with the ideas of V.I. Lenin on national and colonial issues at the second congress of the Comintern in 1920, which laid the theoretical foundation for the development of the concept of the liberation movement in Vietnam. The worldview of Ho Chi Minh was embodied in the foreign policy of Vietnam not only in the era of the struggle for independence and reunification of the country, but also in modern Vietnamese diplomacy and went down in history as the "ideology of Ho Chi Minh."

Resumen
In searching for the face of Ho Chi Minh City's culture, the value theory approach has remarkable beginnings. Since 1986, the social scene in Ho Chi Minh City changed to a major turning point. Ho Chi Minh City accepts many economic sectors and many forms of ownership. A inherently static culture is seeking to transform into a dynamic culture that operates under the influence of market mechanisms. For culture, this is a real risk. Morality is associated with capacity, guaranteed by capacity. “City people” are understood as people who actively solve their life needs, do not passively rely on waiting, and are people who adapt to changes. Because of the two-sided changes and development needs, it is necessary to recognize the changes in personality values and social ethics of Ho Chi Minh City according to Ho Chi Minh's principles.

The article analyzes Ho Chi Minh's thought on pedagogy, on the task of teacher training, thereby showing the application of his thought in building Hanoi National University of Education (HNUE) in the new era. According to Ho Chi Minh, in order for teachers to do their works well, pedagogical universities, a remuneration policy worthy of the talents and dedication of the school's teachers should be concerned. For the pedagogical universities in general and HNUE in particular, it is necessary to develop to become “the pedagogical school of the whole country”. Implementing his thought in the current context requires an urgent need to renew thinking about the viewpoint and development goals of pedagogy and HNUE with innovative breakthroughs, renovating educational programs, contents and methods, the organizational system, apparatus, management, development investment aiming for “standardization, modernization, democratization, social internationalization and integration”.

Resumen
Political will is the quality of being unshaken in the loyalty and steadfastness in the face of all pressures in life. Political will is an extremely important quality that assists each individual to overcome tough challenges, especially ones related to the survival and loss of a nation and of human life. President Ho Chi Minh's entire life was a shining example of revolutionary ethics and political will. During his days of traveling in search of a way to save the country, spreading Marxism-Leninism, establishing the Communist Party of Vietnam and leading the struggle to defend our homeland, in the face of countless difficulties, his political will was demonstated more clearly than ever before. Learning and building the political will for staff of cadres and party members based on Ho Chi Minh’s paragon is extremely meaningful in modern times.

Resumen
The very humanistic thought is the foundation for Ho Chi Minh develops his thought on great solidarity. Great solidarity is to be built on the humanistic basis is the solidarity oriented to build a social life where the dignity of man is respected, a life without oppression, exploitation and discrimination. Thus, Ho Chi Minh's thought on solidarity serves as the basis to unite all the Vietnamese together in the fight to regain independence for the nation, bring freedom to all Vietnamese and open opportunities for all people to pursuit happy life. Following Ho Chi Minh on solidarity, we would like to argue in this paper that there exists an intimate relation between solidarity and social sustainability or social sustainable development, because the goal of building a Republic mastered by the people is the same as the goal of the cause of construction of a socialist society, which is a socially sustainable society. In other words, the goal of building and developing a socialist republic in Vietnam not only consists in creating a foundation for a wide solidarity of all strata of the people of Vietnam but also serves as a driving force encouraging all the people to participate and contribute to the national cause of development in order to achieve the noble goal of “the rich people, the strong country, the democratic, just, civilized society”. In this way, we can see the relation between social solidarity and social sustainable development in Vietnam.

The paper examines the system of two-syllable words, two consecutive words with a similar sound and tone, and words with a similar sound in “Ngục trung nhật kí”. Based on that, it discusses the author’s word borrowing and forming. At the same time, the paper explores the interaction and development of this language system in modern Vietnamese. This group of words in “Ngục trung nhật kí” includes 102 words, of which borrowed words account for 76% and formed words 24%. The borrowed and formed words are harmoniously combined in the work, demonstrating Ho Chi Minh's linguistic talent. Among the two-syllable words, two consecutive words with a similar sound and tone, and words with a similar sound that Ho Chi Minh wrote in “Ngục trung nhật kí”, there were words that entered Vietnamese and those that did not, accounting for 42% and 58% respectively. The words which entered Vietnamese lexicon have undergone changes to become more suitable with the reality with the rate of modified words being 16%. This figure shows the intersection between Vietnamese and Chinese, between literary language and everyday language, and affirms the strong development of Vietnamese throughout the nation's history

Resumen
Earlier historical studies often suggested that the Soviet leader Iosif Stalin, distrustful as he was of Ho Chi Minh's policies and attributing little importance to Vietnam, remained unwilling to recognize the Democratic Republic of Vietnam until the Chinese Communist leaders threw their weight behind their Vietnamese comrades. On the basis of Soviet press articles, Hungarian archival documents, United Nations (UN) records, and other sources, this article shows that in fact Soviet interest in Vietnam significantly increased as early as 1948–1949, well before the proclamation of the People's Republic of China. This interest, expressed in growing press coverage and sporadic efforts to represent North Vietnam's cause in various UN organs, seems to have been linked to Moscow's strong disapproval of France's attempts to create an anti-Communist “puppet state.” From the outset, the USSR took the position that the Communist North was the sole legitimate representative of the Vietnamese nation and, hence, that the Bao Dai regime in the South was ipso facto illegitimate. The article concludes that Chinese support to Ho Chi Minh was only one of the three major factors that persuaded Stalin to recognize North Vietnam; the two others were the “Bao Dai factor” and Moscow's dissatisfaction with France's new European policy.

Resumen
Comprehensive human development is an important content in Ho Chi Minh's thought on human beings. "To reap a return in ten years, plant trees. To reap a return in 100, cultivate the people". A comprehensive person is someone who has both virtue and talent, of which virtue is the root. Virtue is morality, but unlike conservative morality which aims at personal glory, the new and great morality serves the common interest of the communist party, the people, and mankind. The basic requirements of that morality are being loyal to the country and faithful to the people, loving people, being diligent, thrifty, honest, righteous, and selfless, and having a proletarian international spirit. Talent means a person's capability to fulfill assigned tasks, which is demonstrated through continuous learning and improvement of academic, scientific, technical, and theoretical qualifications. Vietnam is being strongly influenced by the trend of international integration with many complicated changes in society. In the face of manifestations of degradation in morality and lifestyle seen in students, moral education for Vietnamese students becomes even more important and necessary.

Resumen
Pursued over the last two years of the Pacific war, the Free French effort to organize and direct an effective resistance to the Japanese occupation of Indo-China ended in military failure. Characterized by administrative complexity, inadequate supplies and attenuated communications, Gaullist insurgency was marred by Free France's de facto reliance upon Admiral Louis Mountbatten's South East Asia Command (SEAC). While the re-conquest of Malaya and Burma remained incomplete, British backing for a resistance network in Indo-China was bound to be limited. And as British interest in the final re-conquest of their own territories climaxed in the spring and summer of 1945, so material provision for the French in Indo-China inevitably declined. Although Mountbatten consistently supported his Free French protégés, Churchill, in particular, was reluctant to take issue with his American allies. Neither the US government nor American commanders in China and the Pacific supported Free French methods and objectives. By 1945, the American Office of Strategic Services (OSS), dedicated to supporting guerrilla warfare and resistance organization, and the Office of War Information (OWI), which disseminated US propaganda, were developing independent contacts inside northern Indo-China. As a result, the OSS increasingly endorsed the one truly effective resistance movement: Ho Chi Minh's Viet Minh coalition.

Resumen
This article concentrates on the North Vietnamese official who became the driving force within the Vietnamese Workers’ Party (VWP) and was crucial in shaping the Vietnamese Communists’ protracted war strategy. A great deal has been written about the personality and policies of Ho Chi Minh, but Le Duan's powerful influence on strategy has been largely overlooked. The article covers Le Duan's background and rise to power as the VWP First Secretary, as well as his strategic thinking about the United States from the 1950s through the deployment of U.S. ground troops in 1965. Although other VWP leaders influenced wartime strategy, Le Duan as First Secretary carried the greatest weight within the Politburo and exerted the strongest influence over the southern Communists, who were pivotal in fighting both U.S. and South Vietnamese forces. In his role as head of the southern Communists Le Duan developed strategies for defeating the United States and then implemented them as his power grew. The article spotlights several recurrent themes in his thinking: the nature of a protracted war, the role of casualties, and U.S. global standing. Each of these subjects influenced how the North Vietnamese intended to defeat the United States over the long term and offers insights into how Hanoi understood its enemy.

Resumen
The analysis undertaken in the article concerns the position of the president in the political system of Vietnam. The analysis begins with the period of formation of Vietnamese statehood after colonial era. In 1946, Vietnam’s first constitution was adopted. Following the abdication of Emperor Bao Dai, the first president acting under it was Ho Chi Minh. The constitution gave the president considerable powers which were amended in subsequent constitutions. Vietnam’s political system was strongly influenced by the international situation at each stage ending with adoption of a new constitution. Beginning with the second constitution, in 1959, the Communist Party of Vietnam remained the leading force in the state. The victory with the United States of America sealed this state of affairs. A feature of the entrenched party system in Vietnam was that the ruling party based on collegial leadership. This collegial leadership also applied to the president’s position in the political system. It was no longer the president himself, but the collegiate bodies that indicated the directions of development of the socio-economic system. The glue remained the Communist Party of Vietnam, which controlled, supervised and fed these collegiate bodies. Changes came after the doi moi reforms, when it was decided to liberalise the economy, but with limited changes to the political system. The entire current ruling elite of the country comes from the CPV. The last constitution was adopted in 2013, while personnel decisions were made at the 13th Congress of the CPV – a return to a power-sharing structure based on the “four pillars”: the secretary general of the party, the president, the prime minister and the speaker of the National Assembly.

Resumen
Cadre is the root of all works. Building the contingent of cadres is the most important mission for the long-term development of the Party and the revolution. Building culture of leadership and management for cadres is to build cultural styles in cadres’ behavior with themselves, with work and with people, which contributes to building an advanced Vietnamese culture imbued with national identity - the spiritual foundation of the society. This has now become more increasingly significant in the context of the Party’s implementation for the model of the dual title - a Party Secretary also serving as the Chairman of the People’s Council or the Chairman of the People’s Committee at respective levels according to the Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, on continued renovation and rearrangement of the apparatus of the political system for the improvement of the operational quality and efficiency. Most recently, implementing the 13th Politburo Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021, the Central Propaganda Department of the Party has directed the promotion of “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style” on the will to self-reliance and aspiration to develop a prosperous and happy country” in the entire Term XIII. For these reasons, clarifying the contents and solutions to build culture of leadership and management for the contingent of cadres at all levels is an increasingly important and necessary.
