Resumen
We review the effects of new effective interactions on Higgs-boson phenomenology. New physics in the electroweak bosonic sector is expected to induce additional interactions between the Higgs doublet field and the electroweak gauge bosons, leading to anomalous Higgs couplings as well as anomalous gauge-boson self-interactions. Using a linearly realized SU (2)L× U (1)Y invariant effective Lagrangian to describe the bosonic sector of the Standard Model, we review the effects of the new effective interactions on the Higgs-boson production rates and decay modes. We summarize the results from searches for the new Higgs signatures induced by the anomalous interactions in order to constrain the scale of new physics, in particular at CERN LEP and Fermilab Tevatron colliders.

Resumen
An effective Lagrangian for the technidilaton and its interactions with matter is constructed. Properties of the technidilaton are compared with those of the Higgs boson. Technidilaton decays and production channels are investigated. Main technidilaton decays are suppressed compared to the Higgs boson and the most important production mechanism is due to gluon fusion. Prospects for technidilaton production and detection at e+e− colliders and SSC are examined. LEP 1, LEP 2 and SSC can find or rule out a technidilaton with a mass up to 10 GeV, 40 GeV and 230 GeV respectively.

Resumen
We have investigated some phenomenological aspects of an SU (2) × U (1) scenario where scalars belonging to arbitrary representations of SU(2) are involved in electroweak symmetry breaking. The resulting interaction terms are derived. Some constraints are obtained on the arbitrary scalar sector from the requirement of tree-level unitarity in longitudinal gauge boson scattering. We also show that there is a remarkable complimentarity between the constraints on a general structure from the ρ parameter and those from precision measurement of the [Formula: see text] vertex. Finally, some salient features about the production of such Higgs bosons in e+e− collision are discussed.

Resumen
By analogy with the low energy QCD effective linear sigma model, we construct a standard model effective potential based entirely on the requirement that the tree level and quantum level trace anomalies must be satisfied. We discuss a particular realization of this potential in connection with the Higgs boson mass and Higgs boson effective couplings to two photons and two gluons. We find that this kind of potential may describe well the known phenomenology of the Higgs boson.

Various aspects of the Higgs boson phenomenology of the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) are reviewed. Emphasis is put on the effects of higher-order corrections. The masses and couplings are discussed in the MSSM with real and complex parameters. Higher-order corrections to Higgs boson production channels at a prospective e+e-linear collider are investigated. Corrections to Higgs boson decays to SM fermions and their phenomenological implications for hadron and lepton colliders are explored.

Resumen
The new particle recently discovered at the Large Hadron Collider has properties compatible with those expected for the Standard Model (SM) Higgs boson. However, this does not exclude the possibility that the discovered state is of non-standard origin, as part of an elementary Higgs sector in an extended model, or not at all a fundamental Higgs scalar. We review briefly the motivations for Higgs boson scenarios beyond the SM, discuss the phenomenology of several examples, and summarize the prospects and methods for studying interesting models with non-standard Higgs sectors using current and future data.

Resumen
We present the phenomenology of the low scale U(1)B–L extension of the standard model and its implications at LHC. We show that this model provides a natural explanation for the presence of three right-handed neutrinos and can naturally account the observed neutrino masses and mixing. We study the decay and production of the extra gauge boson and the SM singlet scalar (heavy Higgs) predicted in this type of models. We find that the cross sections of the SM-like Higgs production are reduced by ~ 20% – 30%, while its decay branching ratios remain intact. The extra Higgs has relatively small cross sections and the branching ratios of Z′ → l+l− are of order ~ 20% compared to ~ 3% of the SM results.

Resumen
In several frameworks for leptons sectors of Two Higgs Doublet Models, we calculate the magnetic dipole moment for different flavor types of neutrino. Computations are carried out by assuming a normal hierarchy for neutrino masses, and analyzing the process [Formula: see text] with a charged Higgs boson into the loop. The analysis was performed by sweeping the charged Higgs mass and taking into account the experimental constraints for relevant parameters in Two Higgs Doublet Models with and without flavor changing neutral currents; obtaining magnetic dipole moments close to the experimental thresholds for tau neutrinos in type II and lepton-specific cases. In the neutrino-specific scenario, the contribution of new physics could be sizeable to the current measurement for flavor magnetic dipole moment. This fact leads to excluding possible zones in the parameter space of charged Higgs mass and vacuum expectation value of the second doublet.

The minimum nonlinear extension SU(3)×U(1)/SU(2)×U(1) to the Standard Model, where the Higgs doublet is a composite Goldstone boson, is investigated. The canonical nonlinear realization of the extended symmetry is constructed in the form maximally close to that of the Standard Model. The corresponding most general effective Lagrangian is built. A simplest linear realization of the extended symmetry in an extended fermion sector is found. The Higgs-Goldstone scenario of the electroweak symmetry breaking is outlined from the standpoint of the multi-TeV energy collider phenomenology.

Resumen
The lifetimes of the long-lived threshold-state elementary particles exhibit a clear-cut spacing in powers of the fine structure constant α. The uncertainly principle leads to a reciprocal 1/α ≃ 137 quantization of the mass-widths, and hence the masses, of these particles, which is evident in the experimental data. This empirical α-dependence includes all types of particle states — leptons, quarks, hadrons, and gauge bosons — and reveals that they share a common mass structure. The masses of the threshold-state particles (where the various quark combinations first appear) are accurately reproduced as multiples of three basic α-generated mass quanta: the first-order boson and fermion α-masses m b ≃ 70 MeV and m f ≃ 105 MeV , and the second-order fermion α-mass [Formula: see text] (which is produced at the Tevatron). By adding distinctively-patterned multiples of these masses to the electron ground state, we reproduce the isospin-averaged masses of the mu and tau leptons, the Standard Model constituent quarks (including the t), the proton, the B c and Upsilon mesons, and the WZ gauge boson doublet, to better than 1% accuracy.

Resumen
In this review, we discuss methods of parsing direct information from collider experiments regarding the Higgs boson and describe simple ways in which experimental likelihoods can be consistently reconstructed and interfaced with model predictions in pertinent parameter spaces. We review prevalent scenarios for extending the electroweak symmetry breaking sector and emphasize their predictions for nonstandard Higgs phenomenology that could be observed in large hadron collider (LHC) data if naturalness is realized in particular ways. Specifically we identify how measurements of Higgs couplings can be used to imply the existence of new physics at particular scales within various contexts. The most dominant production and decay modes of the Higgs-like state observed in the early data sets have proven to be consistent with predictions of the Higgs boson of the Standard Model, though interesting directions in subdominant channels still exist and will require our careful attention in further experimental tests. Slightly anomalous rates in certain channels at the early LHC have spurred effort in model building and spectra analyses of particular theories, and we discuss these developments in some detail. Finally, we highlight some parameter spaces of interest in order to give examples of how the data surrounding the new state can most effectively be used to constrain specific models of weak scale physics.

We consider the λSUSY model, a version of the NMSSM with large λH1H2S coupling, relaxing the approximation of large singlet mass and negligible mixing of the scalar singlet with the scalar doublets. We show that there are regions of the parameter space in which the lightest pseudoscalar can be relatively light, with unusual consequences on the decay pattern of the CP-even Higgs bosons and thus on the LHC phenomenology.

Resumen
We study the LHC phenomenology of a general class of "Private Higgs" (PH) models, in which fermions obtain their masses from their own Higgs doublets with [Formula: see text] Yukawa couplings, and the mass hierarchy is translated into a dynamical chain of vacuum expectation values. This is accomplished by introducing a number of light gauge-singlet scalars, the "darkons," some of which could play the role of dark matter. These models allow for substantial modifications to the decays of the lightest Higgs boson, for instance through mixing with TeV-scale PH fields and light darkons: in particular, one could accommodate [Formula: see text] flavor-uncorrelated deviations from the SM [Formula: see text] vertices with TeV-scale degrees of freedom. We also discuss a new implementation of the PH framework, in which the quark and neutrino mixing angles arise as one-loop corrections to the leading order picture.

Resumen
We present a review of Higgs physics in the SM and beyond, including the tests of the Higgs boson properties that have been performed at LHC and have permitted to delineate its profile. After presenting the essential features of the BEH mechanism, and its implementation in the SM, we discuss how the Higgs mass limits developed over the years. These constraints in turn helped to classify the Higgs phenomenology (decays and production mechanisms), which provided the right direction to search for the Higgs particle, an enterprise that culminated with its discovery at LHC. So far, the constraints on the couplings of the Higgs particle, point towards a SM interpretation. However, the SM has open ends that suggest the need to look for extensions of the model. We discuss in general the connection of the Higgs sector with some new physics (e.g. supersymmetry, flavor and Dark matter), with special focus on a more flavored Higgs sector. Thus is realized in the most general 2HDM, and its textured version, which we study in general, and for its various limits, which contain distinctive flavor-violating signals that could be searched at current and future colliders.

Resumen
The LHC Higgs can be identified as the technidilaton, a composite scalar, arising as a pseudo Nambu–Goldstone boson for the spontaneous breaking of scale symmetry in walking technicolor. One interesting candidate for the walking technicolor is the QCD with the large number of fermion flavors, involving the one-family model having the eight-fermion flavors. The smallness of the technidilaton mass can be ensured by the generic walking feature, Miransky scaling, and the presence of the “anti-Veneziano limit” characteristic to the large-flavor walking scenario. To tell the standard-model Higgs from the technidilaton, one needs to wait for the precise estimate of the Higgs couplings to the standard model particles, which is expected at the ongoing LHC Run II. In this talk the technidilaton phenomenology in comparison with the LHC Run-I data is summarized with the special emphasis placed on the presence of the anti-Veneziano limit supporting the lightness of technidilaton. Besides the technidilaton, the walking technicolor predicts the rich particle spectrum such as technipions and technirho mesons, arising as composite particles formed by technifermions. The LHC phenomenology of those technihadrons and the discovery channels are also discussed, which are smoking-guns of the walking technicolor, to be accessible at the LHC Run II.

Resumen
Dark matter presents perhaps one of the most compelling direct indications of new physics beyond the standard model with three generations of fermions. In this paper, we survey several scenarios for dark matter in association with a fourth generation of chiral matter. The surveyed scenarios include stable heavy neutrino dark matter, composite dark matter consisting of stable heavy quarks, heavy quarks as mediators between the dark and visible sectors, and the four-generation standard model with the minimal addition of a stable real scalar field. We discuss the basic properties of the models, direct search constraints on their dark matter, and their collider phenomenology, as well as the possible effects of dark matter on the searches for a Higgs boson in the presence of four generations. We also comment on the potential implication of the recent observation of a Higgs-like new particle at the LHC.

Resumen
In this paper, we extend the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM) with additional vector-like particles (VLPs) and compared the differences of mass spectrum and Feynman rules between the MSSM and MSSMV. We analytically calculate the one loop contributions to the Higgs boson mass from the fermions and sfermions in the on shell renormalization scheme. After discussing and numerically analyzing cases without bilinear terms and a case with a (partial) decoupling limit, we find: (i) the corrections depend on the mass splittings between quarks and squarks and between vector-like fermions and their sfermions; (ii) there exists the (partial) decoupling limit, where the VLPs decouple from the electroweak (EW) energy scale, even when one of the VLPs is light around the EW scale. The reason is that the contributions to Higgs mass can be suppressed by the (or partial) decoupling effects, which can make the EW phenomenology different from the MSSM. Moreover, we present some numerical analysis to understand these unique features.

Resumen
we present a solution to the μ problem in an SO(10) supersymmetric grand unified (SUSY GUT) model with gauge mediated (GMSB) and D-term supersymmetry breaking. A Peccei-Quinn (PQ) symmetry is broken at the messenger scale and enables the generation of the μ term. The invisible axion (Goldstone boson of PQ symmetry breaking) is a cold dark matter candidate. At low energy, our model leads to a phenomenologically acceptable version of the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) with novel particle phenomenology. Either the gluino or the gravitino is the lightest supersymmetric particle (LSP). The phenomenological constraints on the model result in a Higgs with mass ~ 86 – 91 GeV and tan β ~ 9 – 14.

Resumen
The Pisano–Pleitez–Frampton 3-3-1 model is revisited here within the framework of the general method for solving gauge models with high symmetries. This exact algebraical approach — proposed several years ago by one of us — was designed to include a minimal Higgs mechanism that spontaneously breaks the gauge symmetry up to the universal U(1)em electromagnetic one and, consequently, to supply the mass spectrum and the couplings of the currents for all the particles in the model. We prove in this paper that this powerful tool, when is applied to the PPF 3-3-1 model, naturally recovers the whole Standard Model phenomenology and, in addition, predicts — since a proper parametrization is employed — viable results such as: (i) the exact expressions for the boson and fermion masses, (ii) the couplings of the charged and neutral currents and (iii) a plausible neutrino mass pattern. A generalized Weinberg transformation is implemented, while the mixing between the neutral bosons Z and Z′ is performed as a necessary step by the method itself. Some phenomenological consequences are also sketched, including the strange possibility that simultaneously m(Z) = m(Z′) and m(W) = m(V) hold.

Resumen
Abstract The inert doublet model is a well-motivated extension of the Standard Model that contains a dark matter candidate and modifies the dynamics of the electroweak symmetry breaking. In order to detail its phenomenology, we perform a comprehensive study of cosmic phase transitions and gravitational wave signals implied by the framework, accounting for the latest results of collider experiments. We require the neutral inert scalar to constitute, at least, a subdominant part of the observed dark matter abundance. While most of the phase transitions proceed through a single step, we identify regions of the parameter space where the electroweak vacuum is reached after multiple phase transitions. The resulting gravitational wave spectrum is generally dominated by single-step transitions and, in part of the parameter space, falls within the reach of future gravitational wave detectors such as LISA, BBO or DECIGO. We find that direct detection experiments efficiently probe the part of parameter space associated with multi-step phase transitions, which remain unconstrained only in the Higgs resonance region testable with future monojet searches. The implications of the new determination of the W boson mass are also discussed.

Resumen
In recent years, many investigations of confining Yang Mills gauge theories near the edge of the conformal window have been carried out using lattice techniques. These studies have revealed that the spectrum of hadrons in nearly conformal ("walking") gauge theories differs significantly from the QCD spectrum. In particular, a light singlet scalar appears in the spectrum which is nearly degenerate with the PNGBs at the lightest currently accessible quark masses. This state is a viable candidate for a composite Higgs boson. Presently, an acceptable effective field theory (EFT) description of the light states in walking theories has not been established. Such an EFT would be useful for performing chiral extrapolations of lattice data and for serving as a bridge between lattice calculations and phenomenology. It has been shown that the chiral Lagrangian fails to describe the IR dynamics of a theory near the edge of the conformal window. Here we assess a linear sigma model as an alternate EFT description by performing explicit chiral fits to lattice data. In a combined fit to the Goldstone (pion) mass and decay constant, a tree level linear sigma model has a Χ2/d.o.f. = 0.5 compared to Χ2/d.o.f. = 29.6 from fitting nextto-leading order chiral perturbation theory. When the 0++ (σ) mass is included in the fit, Χ2/d.o.f. = 4.9. We remark on future directions for providing better fits to the σ mass.

We discuss the phenomenology of many Higgs doublet model—the model where each Higgs doublet couples with its own quark and lepton with relatively big Yukawa coupling constants. Namely, we investigate the discovery potential of the Higgs bosons at LHC and find lower mass limits on nonstandard Higgs bosons from FNAL data. We find that it is possible to discover such Higgs bosons at LHC with the masses up to 5 TeV.

The MSSM contains CP-violating phases that may have important observable effects in Higgs physics. We review recent highlights in Higgs phenomenology obtained with the code CPsuperH, a useful tool for studies of the production, mixing and decay of a coupled system of the neutral Higgs bosons at future high energy colliders such as the LHC, ILC (γLC), and a muon collider (MC). CPsuperH implements the constraints from upper limits on electric dipole moments, and may be extended to include other related low-energy observables, such as b→sγ and B→Kl l, and to compute the relic abundance of the lightest neutralino.

We describe the phenomenology of light singlet Higgs bosons in the Next-to-Minimal Supersymmetry Model (NMSSM) which are mostly decoupled from the rest of Supersymmetry. Noting that the Large Hadron Collider has not excluded this scenario, we describe previous searches for light Higgs bosons at the Large Electron Positron collider and evaluate the sensitivity to neutralino production and decay to light singlet Higgs bosons at the proposed [Formula: see text] GeV Circular Electron Positron Collider.

We introduce the fermion non-universality into the little Higgs models SU (5)/ SO (5), SU (6)/ Sp (6) and study the phenomenology of the new models. We find that if we change the transform property of the observed fermions under the extended [ SU (2)× U (1)]2, the cancellation of the one-loop quadratically divergent correction to the Higgs mass arising from gauge bosons will not be changed, whereas the phenomenology at W-pole, Z-pole and low q2 will be changed.

Resumen
I review the Higgs sector of theU(1)B-Lextension of the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM). I will show that the gauge kinetic mixing plays a crucial role in the Higgs phenomenology. Two light bosons are present, a MSSM-like one and aB-L-like one, which mix at one loop solely due to the gauge mixing. After briefly looking at constraints from flavour observables, new decay channels involving right-handed (s)neutrinos are presented. Finally, how model features pertaining to the gauge extension affect the model phenomenology, concerning the existence ofR-Parity-conserving minima at loop level and the Higgs-to-diphoton coupling, will be reviewed.

The doubly charged Higgs bosons Δ−− that are present in exotic Higgs representations can have lepton-number-violating couplings to e−e−. We discuss general constraints and phenomenology for the Δ−− and demonstrate that extremely small values for the e−e−→Δ−− coupling-squared (some 8 orders of magnitude smaller than the current limit) would produce observable signals for Δ−− production in direct s-channel production at an e−e− collider.

Resumen
Abstract The presence of charged Higgs bosons is a generic prediction of multiplet extensions of the Standard Model (SM) Higgs sector. Focusing on the Two-Higgs-Doublet-Model (2HDM) with type I and lepton-specific Yukawa sectors, we discuss the charged Higgs boson collider phenomenology in the theoretically and experimentally viable parameter space. While almost all existing experimental searches at the LHC target the fermionic decays of charged Higgs bosons, we point out that the bosonic decay channels — especially the decay into a non-SM-like Higgs boson and a W boson — often dominate over the fermionic channels. Moreover, we revisit two genuine BSM effects on the properties of the discovered Higgs boson — the charged Higgs contribution to the diphoton rate and the Higgs decay to two light Higgs bosons — and their implication for the charged Higgs boson phenomenology. As main result of the present paper, we propose five two-dimensional benchmark scenarios with distinct phenomenological features in order to facilitate the design of dedicated LHC searches for charged Higgs bosons decaying into a W boson and a light, non-SM-like Higgs boson.

Resumen
Abstract Axion or axion-like particle (ALP) has been usually considered as a CP-odd Nambu-Goldstone boson (NGB) from the spontaneous breakdown of a global U(1) symmetry. In this paper, we point out that the NGB behaves as a CP-even particle coupled to the SM particles in a large class of simple (or perhaps the simplest) renormalizable models. We provide a first study of the collider phenomenology and cosmology of the CP-even ALP. In a natural parameter region, the CP-even ALP can be produced from the Higgs boson decay in colliders. When the mass is not very light, the signals will be Higgs exotic decays, Higgs decay to displaced vertex ×2, Higgs decay to displaced vertex + missing energy. The signal can be discriminated from other models, e.g. hidden photon, by measuring the decay length and the decay products of the light new particle. In addition, when ma ≲ MeV, in which case the Higgs boson invisible decay may be probed in the colliders, the CP-even ALP is a nice Dark matter (DM) candidate. The DM can be probed by 21cm line measurement, the future measurement of the Milky way mass halo function in the Vera Rubin Observatory, as well as X- or γ-ray observations. The DM production mechanisms are discussed.

Resumen
Abstract We discuss scenarios with wrong-sign (WS) Yukawa couplings for the discovered Higgs boson in the Yukawa-aligned two Higgs doublet model. In the WS scenario, Yukawa couplings for down-type quarks and/or charged leptons have an opposite sign as compared to those of the Higgs boson in the standard model, which can be consistent with current flavor data and the Higgs signal strengths. The phenomenology of additional Higgs bosons in such a scenario can be significantly different from that with right-sign Yukawa couplings, mainly due to a larger Higgs boson mixing to be required in the wrong-sign case. We show the parameter space which is excluded or explored by direct searches for the additional Higgs bosons at the current and high-luminosity LHC under the constraints from perturbative unitarity and vacuum stability. In particular, we find that most of the parameter space is explored in the WS scenario with the Type-X (lepton specific) Yukawa interaction which is a special case of the Yukawa alignment realized by imposing a softly-broken ℤ2 symmetry. We propose that multi-Higgs events from pair productions of the additional Higgs bosons can be the smoking gun signature to probe the WS scenario, and give the expected number of events at the high-luminosity LHC.
