Resumen
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan opportunity cost untuk keberlanjutan usaha UD Tempe Heri. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan aspek finansial, UD Tempe Heri memiliki kondisi keuangan yang baik (ditinjau dari tidak adanya kewajiban yang ditanggung, tidak ada penjualan aset atas kebutuhan yang mendesak, kemampuan meningkatkan aset yang cukup optimal, modal yang memadai, serta tingkat pendapatan yang meningkat dan stabil) serta tingkat efisiensi biaya yang cukup optimal. Sedangkan pada aspek non-finansial, UD Tempe Heri memiliki aktivitas bisnis yang menjanjikan (ditinjau dari tidak pernah mengalami kerugian hingga berkisar 50%, tingkat produksi tempe yang meningkat, dan segmentasi pasar yang luas) dan dampak aktivitas produksi terhadap lingkungan yang semakin baik. Sehingga, pemanfaatan opportunity cost pada limbah tempe dapat menunjang tingkat keberlanjutan usaha UD Tempe Heri.

This research background on the news - reporting kompas.com of the Democratic Party. In the news, media kompas.com citing political communications expert Dr. Heri Budianto. The purpose of this study was to determine the Democrats construction news through the statement of political communications expert Dr. Heri Budianto in Mass Media Kompas.com. Basic theory in this research is the theory of social construction of reality consists of externalization, objectivation, and internalization by Berger and Luckman. Sociological theory of media by Shoemaker and Reese also be the basis of the theory in this study. The method used is framing analysis Entman models with indicators Define Problems, Causes Diagnose, Make Moral Judgment, and Treatment Recommendation. Subject / object in this study are statements of political communications expert Dr. Heri Budiantor published in the online media Kompas.com on the Democratic Party. These results indicate that by using framing approach Entman models can be seen that the statements Political Communication Specialists Dr. Heri Budianto contained in the online media Kompas.com framed in such a way with the selection of issues and highlighting the issue of political reality these parties.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis lebih lanjut penerapan Integrated Marketing Communication pada Festival Seni Rupa Kontemporer Internasional ARTJOG MMXIX yang diselenggarakan oleh Heri Pemad Management (selanjutnya disingkat HPM). Manfaat penelitian ini adalah memberikan kontribusi pemikiran bagi pengembangan pengelolaan manajemen seni dalam keberhasilannya meraih pasar. Untuk menjawab pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini, peneliti mengacu pada konsep komunikasi pemasaran terpadu model George dan Michael Belch (2011) yang meliputi advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, Public Relations and Publicity serta interactive marketing melalui tiga tahapan proses, yaitu perencanaan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian dijalankan secara kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data terbagi dua yaitu data primer melalui wawancara dan observasi; serta data sekunder melalui studi pustaka. Key informan dan informan yang dipilih berasal dari internal HPM dan pengunjung Festival ARTJOG MMXIX. Penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan bahwa HPM telah mengimplementasikan Integrated Marketing Communication melalui tahap perencanaan yang dimulai dari targeting, positioning, penetapan tujuan dan anggaran. Tahap implementasi, dilakukan perancangan pesan, pemilihan media, dan penerapan bauran komunikasi. Tahap evaluasi, dilakukan analisis untuk mengukur hasil akhir dari implementasi bauran IMC sekaligus mengambil tindakan korektif dalam penyelenggaraan festival tersebut. Kesimpulannya, HPM telah berhasil menerapkan konsep komunikasi pemasaran terpadu pada penyelenggaraan Festival Seni Rupa Kontemporer Internasional ARTJOG MMXIX. ABSTRACTThis research aims to further analyze the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication at the International Contemporary Arts Festival of ARTJOG MMXIX organized by Heri Pemad Management (hereinafter abbreviated as HPM). The benefit of this research is to contribute to thinking for the development of art management in the success of achieving the market. To address the subject matter of this study, researchers refer to the concept of Integrated Marketing Communication George and Michael Belch (2011) model’s which include advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, Public Relations and Publicity and interactive marketing through three stages of the process, planning, implementation and evaluation. Research is conducted qualitatively with case study methods. Two data collection is the primary data through interviews and observations; and secondary data through library studies. Key informant and informant are selected from the internal HPM and visitors Festival ARTJOG MMXIX. The research can explain that HPM has implemented Integrated Marketing Communication through the planning phase starting from targeting, positioning, goal setting and budget. Implementation stage, message design, media selection and communication mix application. Evaluation stage analyzed to measure the outcome of the implementation of IMC mix and take corrective action in the implementation of the festival. In conclusion, HPM has successfully adopted the concept of integrated marketing communication at the International Contemporary Art Festival of ARTJOG MMXIX.

PurposeThe paper reports on a research project exploring the change in the organizational context of communicators and communication units in higher education and research institutions (HERIs), the importance of informal processes within their daily work and the great diversity of expectations communicators have to tackle.Design/methodology/approachBased on a literature review, a mixed-methods study combining expert interviews with 54 German HERI heads of communication units, an online-survey and a document analysis of organizational characteristics was conducted. Findings were validated in four focus groups.FindingsThe study illuminates the impact of organizational and operational structures of HERIs on communicators and their boundary spanning activities. Due to varying expectations of stakeholders, communicators constantly have to switch roles. Members of HERIs' executive boards affect status and working conditions for communicators in the organization.Research limitations/implicationsInterviews with other HERI actors, especially members of the executive board, are proposed to get more thorough insights into the organizational context of HERIs and the mutual expectations of different internal stakeholders.Practical implicationsInsights from the project may help HERI actors to reflect their organizational context and to identify potentially contentious structures or processes.Originality/valueCommunicating science sometimes clashes with complex organizational and operational structures. Despite the “organizational turn” in HERI research, there is a lack of data on the relation between communicators, their communication units and the larger organizational context. The exploratory study addresses this gap.

Penelitian kaliini ditujukan untuk membandingkan algoritma dari dua metode, Simple Additive Weighting danProfile Matching, untuk menentukan metode mana yang cocok dipakai dalam pendistribusian danaBSM. Peneliti membuat analisis berupa perhitungan-perhitungan sesuai algoritma dari dua buahmetode yang diperbandingkan dengan menunjukkan cara kerja proses dari tiap-tiap metode yangdiperbandingkan. e21521 Background: ERBB2 mutations, mostly affecting the kinase domain (KD), were later found in the transmembrane domain (TMD), most frequently seen in residues V659, G660, but with a much lower prevalence. Comparing to other solid tumors, ERBB2-mutant NSCLC shows a lower response rate to HER2 inhibitors (HER2i). ERBB2 V659E has been reported to respond to lapatinib in combination with carpecitabine, afatinib, or ado-trastuzumab emtansine (TDM-1). However, since the prevalence of ERBB2 V659E is low, no study has reported the subsequent clinical management after developing resistance to HER2i. Methods: We retrospectively screened genomic profiles of 7,812 lung adenocarcinoma (LADC) patients. Molecular docking of lapatinib, afatinib and pyrotinib with the HER2 KD was simulated with AutoDock 4.2 and the binding affinity was predicted by MMPBSA.py program in AmberTools18. Results: We analyzed NGS data of 7812 LADC patients and identified 14 patients (0.18%) with HER2 TMD mutation, mostly V659E mutation (11/7812, 0.14%); other mutations included V664F, T652M, V664F; each occurred in 1 patient. In this cohort, all adenocarcinomas harbor a dinucleotide missense mutation, including 10 TT→AA and 6 TT→AG (c.1976_1977). T P53 was the most frequently co-mutated gene (n = 4) followed by HER2 (n = 2), NSD1 (n = 2) and RARA (n = 2). Treatment history of 9 advanced LADC patients were collected and analyzed. 3 of them had chemotherapy as first-line therapy. 5 patients were treated with HERi as first-line therapy, achieving a median PFS of 192 days (ranged from 60-515days), comparing to patients treated with chemotherapy (71.7±53.3days). 1 patient who was treated with different HERi sequentially in the order of lapatinib, afatinib, TDM-1, achieving an overall PFS of 515 days. Subsequently, she was treated with pyrotinib and had a PFS of 92 days. Molecular docking simulation showed the covalent inhibitors Afatinib and Pyrotinib are more favorable for blocking HER2 KD than non-covalent inhibitor Lapatinib. Between the two covalent inhibitors, Pyrotinib (∆GPyrotinib = -65.92kcal/mol) shows stronger non-covalent binding ability than Afatinib (∆GAfatinib = -59.71 kcal/mol) (p < 0.001). Conclusions: To the best of our knowledge, this is the largest-reported HER2 V659E mutation cohort. We revealed the prevalence of ERBB2 V659E in Chinese LUAD patients and elucidated the genomic profile of ERBB2 V659E mutant. This study paves avenue for the utilization of the novel HER2 inhibitors pyrotinib in ERBB2 V659E mutant LUAD patients.

Abstract Corn stover (CS) is an agricultural byproduct available in many countries for animal feed. However, due to its high lignin (L) and neutral detergent fiber (NDF) content it has a low digestibility. The production of edible fungi, using CS-based substrate, is an option to improve CS digestibility, as fungi can break down the cross-links between cell wall components. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of fungal treated CS from 17 species of white rot fungi: Lentinula edodes (L5, L9, LC,L15), Hericium sp (Heri) and Pleurotus djamour (Pd-Pro, Pd-UTMR) Pleurotus eryngii (Pe-PQ, Pe-MB), Pleurotus ostreatus (Po-IE202, Po-IAP, Po-Psma, Po-P14, Po-POS, Po-JP, Po-P38, Po-Sfco) on crude protein (CP), L and NDF content and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD). The composition of the substrate (C) was CS (80.55%), ground sorghum (5.98%) wheat bran (3.89%), corn gluten (4.89%), CaCO3 (3.89%) and CaSO4 (0.89%). The variables were analyzed as a completely randomized design using the MIXED procedure of SAS. Means were compared with the Tukey procedure. A significant increase (P &lt; 0.05) of CP from 10% (Po-P38) to 69% (LC) was observed, except for Pd-UTMR, Po-IAP, Po-Psma, Po-P38 and Po-Sfco that showed similar content to the C. There was a decrease (P &lt; 0.05) in the NDF from 10% (Heri) to 34% (L15) in relation to the C. The L content did not decrease in comparison with the C (P &lt; 0.05). Furthermore, 13 treatments significantly increased (P &lt; 0.05) IVDMD from 24% (Po-P14) to 42% (Pd-UTMR), except for Po-P38, Po-JP, LC and Heri in comparison with the C. In conclusion, the cultivation of white rot fungi, such as Pd-UTMR, Po-IAP, Po-Psma, LC, L9 and L15 using CS as substrate, improved CP content and increased IVDMD of CS, suggesting that which can be a good alternative for feeding ruminants.

Med udgangspunkt heri vælger vi en definition af udsatte boligområder og undersøger, hvordan udviklingen i de udsatte boligområder har været over en 30-årig periode. Analyserne tager udgangspunkt i en inddeling i boligområder, der omfatter alle boliger i Danmark uanset ejerforhold.

The pandemic of Covid-19 will drastically change the world. The thought and functioning of governments, organisations, and citizens will change dramatically – even for the long term. The higher education (HE) market is currently experiencing a tectonic change among many economic sectors. Following the pandemic in Covid-19, the country is home to tens of thousands of students either forced to live in the campus or deportation from the campuses and academic staff. Higher education institutions (HEI) are split up and teachers and students struggle with the new sudden law of teaching and learning completely implemented in the field of technology. How has Covid 19 pandemic altered main processes in education, including academic recruitment, academic management, teaching and learning processes, study and advancement processes, student life (accommodations on the campus, financial and co-curricular activities and other student welfare activities including food, transportation etc.)? On the other hand, how has Covid-19 compelled the institutions of HE to implement new approaches, and to let go of their current teaching practices. The benefits, drawbacks and barriers to online platforms are included. In addition, intellectual honesty is a crucial concern in the online educational network. In this paper, all the main issues described above will be addressed through the development of a conceptual framework as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic that is happening throughout the world. The framework is based on the propositions developed by Duchek (2020). In this process-based framework the issues are connected to a set of constructs that act as enablers of Higher Education Resilience (HER). The enablers or drivers of HER include ‘meta-capability’ of HE (knowledge, resource availability, social resources, and power/responsibility) and resilience stages (anticipation, coping, and adaptation). The practical application of this study is the formulation of Higher Education Resilience Index (HERI) which will help stakeholders such Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) to categorize each HEI according to the level of HERI, as either Very Low, Low, Moderate, and High Resilience. Using the HERI categories the governments, MOHE in particular, would be able to come up with ‘stimulus packages’ for HEIs that needs assistance (financial and non-financial) from the government.

Reformens indholdsmæssige elementer er derimod fokuseret på udbyderne af arbejdskraft, dvs. ledige og beskæftigede. Det er imidlertid en væsentlig betingelse for reformens succes, at virksomhederne dels fastholder personer i risiko for udstødelse, dels integrerer personer, som allerede er udstødt fra arbejdsmarkedet. Journalisterne er dybt involverede i denne fravalgsproces, og det er netop deres rolle heri, denne artikel handler om, idet den beskriver processer og rutiner i nyhedsarbejdet på et mikroniveau.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi keberfungsian butir pembeda (DIF) berdasarkan teori respons butir dengan model dua dimensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data ujian nasional mata pelajaran metematika 2003 yang sudah terbukti memuat 2 dimensi (Badrun Kartowagiran & Heri Retnawati, 2007). Untuk mendeteksi DIF, digunakan indeks volume sederhana yang merupakan pengembangan dari indeks daerah bertanda. Pada penelitian ini peserta tes dikelompokkan berdasarkan jenis kelaminnya, kelompok siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan. Estimasi parameter butir dilakukan dengan bantuan BILOG dan TESTFACT, kemudian estimasi volume bertanda dan menggambar permukaan karakteristik butir dengan program MAPLE. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 28 butir yang dianalisis, sebanyak 2 butir berpotensi memuat DIF seragam dan 26 butir berpotensi memuat DIF yang tidak seragam. This study uses explorative quantitative approach. Data used in this study is a mathematics test of national exam 2003 data which has been proved to contain 2-dimensions (Badrun Kartowagiran & Heri Retnawati, 2007). The simple volume indices are used to detect DIF which is the development of the simple area indices. The testee are grouped based on their gender, groups of male students and female students. The item parameter estimation was performed with BILOG and TESTFACT, and then to estimate volume and draw the surface characteristics curve was conduct with MAPLE. The results showed that of the 28 items analyzed, 2 items potentially contained uniform DIF and 26 items potentially contained a non-uniform DIF.Keywords: unidimensional IRT, multidimensional IRT, DIF, UPD, SPD

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the association between engagement indicators and intent to persist of first-year full-time Hispanic students attending public versus private universities. Design/methodology/approach Metadata from the Your First College Year survey from the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) were selected for this study. The approach included using a descriptive correlational design and regression analysis to examine the relationship between engagement indicators and persistence among first-year, full-time Hispanic students and persistence. Purposeful sampling obtained from the HERI data set resulted in a sample size of 1,206 students who attended public institutions and 1,187 students who attended private institutions. Findings Analysis of the results disclosed a positive correlation between first-year Hispanic students’ intent to persist, satisfaction with peer interactions, amount of contact with faculty, first-year programs and sense of belonging. The results of the analysis disclosed differences between public and private institutions. Of the collective variables, satisfaction with amount of contact with faculty and sense of belonging are significant predictors of persistence. Research limitations/implications The sample of the study was limited to the use of archival data and the responses to specific questions obtained from the 2014 YFCY survey. Factors such as insufficient experience at the college students are attending, unwillingness to provide honest feedback and exaggerating specific areas of their behavior or performance may affect students who respond to surveys (Kuh, 2004), affecting the accuracy of the data. Further, 89.7 per cent of the variance in persistence has not been explained. Adding or using different variables and utilizing a more advanced statistical technique may account for additional variance. Cause and effect cannot be determined from correlational analysis, and the possibility exists that an unknown variable may be the cause of a correlation within the study. Incomplete information from predictors, complete separation and overdispersion can lead to SPSS output errors for logistic regression analysis. Social implications It is important for higher education administrators to understand the cultural differences of not only Hispanic students but other ethnic and racial groups. As a global society, public and private higher education institutions are looking for more inclusion of multi-cultural students. Recruitment is obviously important, but to recruit is not enough. It is the responsibility of higher education administrators to do all that is reasonably possible to retain students through graduation. Originality/value Studies have been conducted on academic disparities between Hispanic students and their White counterparts, but few studies exist on the factors associated to persistence among the first-year Hispanic student population. The results of this study may add to the existing body of knowledge and assist with faculty development of programs, decisions on class size, improvements to pedagogy and discussions to improve the campus climate for Hispanic students. Using the resources of HERI, future studies can be conducted involving other races and ethnicities.

I denne artikel udfoldes forståelsen af vejledning ud fra begrebet situationsbaseret vejledning. Det handler om at kunne aflæse de studerendes samarbejdsmønstre og behov i de forskellige faser af projektarbejdet og vælge de bedst mulige undervisningsstrategier til at skabe en progression hen imod de opstillede læringsmål. Projektvejlederen skal kunne være i stand til at veksle imellemforskellige strategier, roller og funktioner afhængig af behovet. En del af udfordringen kan imødegås ved planlægningen og refleksion over samarbejdet med gruppen, men en del ligger også i at være opmærksom og spørge ind til de studerendes behov i selve vejledningssituationen. Heri ligger kunsten at kunne praktisere situationsbaseret projektvejledning.

We are interested in the signaling between axons and glia that leads to myelination and maintenance of the myelin internode, and we have focused on the role of neuregulins and their receptors. Neuregulins are a family of ligands that includes heregulin, neu differentiation factor, glial growth factor, and the acetylcholine receptor–inducing activity. Three signal transducing transmembrane receptors for neuregulins, which bear significant homology to the EGF receptor, are currently known: HER2 (erbB2), HER3 (erbB3), and HER4 (erbB4). We have found that oligodendrocite–type II astrocyte (O2A) progenitor cells and mature oligodendrocytes express HER2 and HER4 but no HER3. Schwann cells express HER2 and HER3 but little HER4. In O2A progenitor cells and oligodendrocytes, recombinant neuregulin induces the rapid tyrosine phosphorylation of only HER4. HER2 is not phosphorylated in cells of the oligodendrocyte lineage, but a physical interaction between HER2 and HER4 was detected in coimmunoprecipitation experiments. In Schwann cells, neuregulin induces the phosphorylation of both HER2 and HER3. Coimmunoprecipitation experiments indicate that receptor activation in Schwann cells results in the formation of HER2:HER3 heterodimers. Neuregulin localized immunocytochemically was present on neurites of cultured dorsal root ganglion neurons, and it was released into the medium in a form that promoted receptor tyrosine phosphorylation. Neuregulins therefore meet important criteria expected of molecules involved in axonal-glial signaling. The use of unique neuregulin receptor combinations in oligodendrocytes and Schwann cells likely results in recruitment of different signaling pathways and thus provides a basis for different biological responses.

<em>Tanaman bambu sangat mudah ditemukan di Indonesia khususnya Kota Binjai, ada beberapa usaha kerajinan yang ada sektor UKM salah satu adalah kerajinan anyaman, baik itu kerajinan rotan ataupun kerajinan bambu yang telah mendominasi kegiatan UKM salah satu kerajinan anyaman seperti kerajinan bambu berada di 5 (lima) kecamatan di Kota Binjai. Usaha UKM yang ada sudah lama dan lebih dari 15 tahun, ada beberapa usaha kerajinan tersebut tidak berkembang dengan baik atau dikenal masyarakat luas, dikarenakan kurangnya promosi sehingga masyarakat belum begitu banyak mengetahui produk yang dihasilkan oleh UKM tersebut untuk penelitian ini diambil 2 buah usaha yaitu usaha dari Bapak Saridan dan Bapak Heri, maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat maskot sebagai branding dari UKM serta pengaplikasiannya dan pembuatan website agar masyarakat luas dapat melihat produk yang dihasilkan oleh UKM tersebut, jadi dapat meningkatkan penghasilan.</em>
