However we think that, more than a solution, it represents the symptom of a management crisis. In order to tackle this crisis and to introduce some integration, new arrangements between actors and new management tools are elaborated. On the one hand, we see Integrative collective action as a combination of exploration and prescription cycles concerning both knowledge and relation. On the other hand, integration models are made of combination of arrangements between actors and management tools. We maintain that : - each integration’s model takes part in integrative collective action. Nevertheless, no model is perfect. - the model of integration built in this doctoral thesis at a departmental level is not perfect but it works. We analysed the action of the departmental Council in water management in order to illustrate our theory. We used the example of an actor : the Bas-Rhin Council ; and the implementation of a new management tool : a water observatory, which was our field study

Texto completoSince the implementation of the decentralization laws transfering responsibilities from the governmental level to local authorities, the number of illegal public funds managements through a misusing of local parapublic associations has significantly increased (ie. E de facto public management). However, it appears necessary in order to size the responsibi lity of local politicians to underline the fact that the government is, since long, showing them the way by creting local parapublic associations. Furthermore, the two main reasons expressed to justify the rise in public judgements are actually debatable. On the one hand the public accountancy rules, though presented as a set of measures safeguarding interests of citizen-taxpayer, are not totally efficient. On the second hand, the jacobinic characteristic of the local financial system and the conditions of performing his duty by the judge of accounts reduce, in fact, the democratic requisite of a level of control bound with the level of responsibility. In any case, this new context must bring local politicians to check they comply with laws, regulations, and case law when using parapublic associations. Considering, firstly, each kind of purpose to be fulfilled and, secondary, the range of other possible juridical structures, they should also examine neth the resort to an association is the most proper answer

Texto completoThis study is based on the various settings of the real estate civil company (SCI) which can be achieved within the couple to optimize his housing wealth. We will see that many companies and techniques can be combined with the SCI in a patrimonial optimization. But, considering that all these legal arrangements may be risky if they were not correctly realized, it seems essential to know how to realize the right setting, which will not be sanctioned in front of a court. Therefore the issue of this work will be to demonstrate how to achieve a maximum optimization of the couple’s housing wealth through an SCI. We will see, indeed, that it is possible to propose a solution not only optimal, but also secure and perennial.To achieve this, it will be necessary to ensure that the legal protection of the couple does not infringe the legal protection of non-related third. Thus, various elements will have to be integrated into the strategist’s scheme. Some of them will consist in knowing the licit purposes, or not, and the clever legal arrangement which can be realized through a real estate civil company. Others will serve to a defense in court, when for example a company, although lawful, is questioned. The timely nesting of all these elements will offer a durable and safe solution, for the couple: this is what we call the right arrangement.In the end, this work will allow us to consider all the necessary aspects, to propose an optimized long-term company, with little chance of being challenged in court, and a maximum chance of success if the company, although lawful, was questioned in front of a court. Moreover, this work will permit to protect or defend persons in front of a court, if we consider that a Real Estate Company damages a couple’s member, a members of his family, or third party’s rights

Texto completoSubrogation, a key legal mechanism, allows the insurer, after compensating the insured, to recover the amounts paid from the liable third party. This process is governed by a set of legal provisions, jurisprudence, and practices unique to each legal system. Despite its importance in the daily operations of insurers, subrogation has not been thoroughly analyzed from the perspective of its overall effectiveness in a comprehensive and comparative manner. Although some scholars examine subrogation in general or in relation to the insurer, they typically focus on its conditions of implementation and its effects, without taking the necessary step back to assess its global effectiveness. This gap in the literature can be attributed to the legal community’s reluctance to embrace the very concept of effectiveness in law. However, this hesitation must be overcome. This study investigates the effectiveness of subrogation under French law and within the member states of the Inter-African Conference on Insurance Markets (CIMA) by analyzing legal texts, jurisprudence, and insurers' management practices. The findings indicate that while a solid legal framework exists in both systems, the mechanism’s effectiveness remains limited. In French law, subrogation is more rigorously regulated due to precise legal texts and a liberal, well-established body of jurisprudence. In the CIMA member states, although progress has been made, the legal framework and insurers’ practices still require adjustments to achieve genuine effectiveness. However, in both systems, the complexities of the legal texts, the diversity of jurisprudential interpretations, and insurers' inconsistent management practices hinder the success of subrogation claims. As a result, theoretical and practical reforms are proposed. From a theoretical standpoint, it is recommended to simplify and harmonize the rules governing subrogation, particularly in the CIMA member states, where the legislative framework remains incomplete. From a practical perspective, it is suggested that subrogation management practices be improved in both systems through better coordination among insurers and the implementation of standardized procedures. Ultimately, an optimistic outlook on the future of subrogation mechanisms is advocated, with improvements that would make these mechanisms more effective, equitable, and better suited to the realities of the different legal systems

The ever-expanded possibility to be assisted by external experts might suggest that the expertise statutory regime is efficient. The ease with which the law associates experts to each new measures taken in favor of the social dialogue cannot hide the persistent difficulties encountered by the legislator to preserve the original function of expertise : an informative function. The controversial nature of the right to resort to the services of experts and the increasing amount of litigation in this area are manifestations of its failures. A study of the scope and the conditions under which the experts might be appointed urges to the construction of a more coherent system, that would ensure the effectiveness of the right to resort to experts while maintaining the employee representatives’ competence and voices

Une première exploration de cette base fait apparaître d'une part l'absence de caractère cyclique du recours aux CDD pour deux tiers des entreprises, d'autre part la réduction au fil du temps du rôle d'intégration à l'entreprise que peuvent jouer les CDD, à partir de l'examen des durées des contrats et des taux de conversion de CDD en CDI.
D'un point de vue théorique, nous confrontons la représentation dominante mentionnée ci-dessus et privilégiée par le courant néoclassique à d'autres conceptions qui font du recours aux CDD une dimension d'une stratégie de gestion de la main-d'œuvre peu soucieuse de la fidélisation des salariés.
Les tests économétriques aboutissent à la remise en cause de la thèse du besoin d'ajustement. La représentation du recours aux CDD comme dimension d'une stratégie structurelle de gestion de la main-d'œuvre recueille plus d'éléments favorables.

Texto completoThe farm is studied as an entity interacting with the context it finds itself in. Specifically, it is included in other organisations like farmers groups, cooperatives, etc. To meet their own running of activities, those organisations require coordination. Wich have an influence on land use allocations in farms. In order to assess whether these situations create or suppress farmers'ability to manoeuvre, it has been decided to select farming groups: the CUMA (Cooperatives for a common use of farm implements). This work is focused on the study of six CUMAs involved in mixed crop-livestock farming systems within the French Vosges area. Results were derived from data collection based on surveys and harvests processes monitoring. The harvest process is perceived as a collective decision arena, anchored in times (workforce and workload management) and space (the farms territories). The CUMAs' impacts on cropping patterns localisations within the farms' territory are different whether they are related to grass ensilage, maize ensilage or harvest. The use of CUMA does not initiate a substantial modification of the land use patterns described in previously used conceptual models. Maize ensilage does not fully comply with existing models as it does not undergo the building to field distance constraint. CUMAs allow to minimize the importance of spatial constraints by providing usage flexibility and territorial competency. On top of the harvesting process using CUMAs' context, this work is likely to find applicability in the land use coordination sector that is necessary to the implementation of contract-based cropping and to the management of environmental concerns

The participation, taken in the context of the social division of work, leads to understand that which these devices create in the shape of wage regulation of the RATP. The study carried out in the company shows that individuals integrate as much these devices (mechanisms) as they oppose them. They allow new relations to activate by opening spaces of expression that individuals invest in and question the creation of social categories, their form of action and their capacity to invest in spaces of democracy. It seems pertinent to infer a possible use to the management of supply chains to better understand the operation. This is the goal of this thesis by questioning the nature of resources and logistic expertise in the hands of logistics service providers (LSP), and how they are mobilized as part of a maneuver integration of the supply chain between industrial and PSL to improve logistics performance perceived by the industry. The conceptual framework developed in the thesis is based therefore on both the resource and competence theory and in-depth analysis of the supply chain integration process. By relying on an extensive literature review, we build a model based on five research proposals relating to the relationship between supply chain integration and perceived logistics performance, which also involves the innovation capacity that can demonstrate LSP. A questionnaire survey was conducted in Vietnam with the participation of 139 food actors. The main results of the research can be summarized in two points. On the one hand, the integration of resources and logistics expertise between industrial and LSP impacts heavily on logistics performance perceived by the industrial. On the other hand, the innovation capacity constitutes for the LSP an important resource, which can have a significant impact on logistics performance perceived by the industrial

Texto completoPour les industriels du secteur de la chimie pharmaceutique, qui comptent parmi les exploitants des systèmes à risques, le développement d'une culture de sécurité dans les sites de production est une nécessité. Des évolutions techniques et la mise en place de systèmes spécifiques de gestion leur ont en effet permis d'obtenir des résultats largement meilleurs que la moyenne des entreprises mais qui semblent plafonner dans le temps. Développer une culture de sécurité dans les usines nécessite cependant de changer de regard sur la maîtrise des risques. Cela nécessite en effet de prendre en compte toutes les dimensions de l'organisation en replaçant l'être humain au centre des préoccupations.
Ce travail de recherche se situe dans le domaine de la recherche en gestion, dans le courant de l'analyse de l'activité collective. Il vise à répondre à plusieurs objectifs. En premier lieu, décrypter les logiques d'action sous-jacentes à la notion de culture de sécurité afin de déterminer le projet managérial qu'elle implique. Ensuite, identifier les processus de gestion mis en œuvre pour concrétiser ces logiques d'action afin d'observer comment le projet managérial culture de sécurité se met en œuvre. Enfin, analyser certaines activités liées à ces processus, notamment la formation du personnel et le retour d'expérience, afin de faire émerger des leviers d'action permettant de développer la culture de sécurité.
Le terrain d'intervention est constitué des usines de production d'un grand industriel français de la pharmacie.
L'approche proposée a été mise en œuvre dans différentes usines de production de composés chimiques et à l'échelle de la branche chimie du partenaire industrielle. Elle a permis d'identifier les leviers de progrès dans les activités de maîtrise des risques qui contribuent à développer et à renforcer une culture de sécurité devant permettre d'améliorer les résultats de sécurité des sites chimiques étudiés.
La démarche de recherche mise en œuvre peut être adaptée à d'autres secteurs industriels désireux de développer ou renforcer une culture de sécurité et prêts à mettre à plat leurs pratiques de maîtrise des risques industriels.

Texto completoThe following research focuses in the theoretical and practical study of the risk management methodology applied to records management, and how its integration can affect public accountability. It is based on three different fields of study. To begin, records management, then risk management and finally public accountability. The relationships between them is studied and most importantly, the exploration of benefits between each other and as a whole unit. Three hypothesis are established: one general and two specific. The general hypothesis sets up that the integration of the risk methodology and records management can provide, indirectly, the improvement of public accountability. From this broad hypothesis one can obtain the other two, more specific. The first specific hypothesis establishes that records management can improve integrating risk management methodology. The second specific hypothesis establishes that risk management can improve through archival methodology and records management. Observing the reciprocity between these two methodologies, a deeper knowledge about the general hypothesis can be achieved with this research. The archival method was used for the research as a guiding thread, and allows to connect the different chapters. Furthermore, two more methodologies are used, Case study and Focus group. These methods allow the development of the objectives set up to corroborate the established hypothesis from multiple perspectives and fields of study. The main contributions from the research are the repositioning of the records management within the organizations and the integration of risk management that will need the acquisition of new abilities and capacities by the professionals. This methodology contributes to the empowerment and security of professionals inside the organizations. However, this research is only the first step towards developing new investigations and deepening the subject. The community is encouraged to continue with the philosophy of integration and positive increase.

Aims to support the digital preservation conceptual bases in Brazil and equip institutions regarding an implementation in the digital preservation of their records. The essay is based upon the hypothesis that the improper preservation and management of digital records - mainly under the responsibility of administrators and ICTs professionals without interface with the archivists - risks the digital records and, consequently, the social memoir of a fraction of mankind\'s history. This work suggests a conceptual model in the preserve of digital records applicable to any institution, regardless of its size, discussing it on the proposals developed by the InterPARES project. The analysis of the conceptual model allows identifying other elements in searching of the improvement in the management of digital records preservation.

Texto completoThe subject of this thesis is the management of authority records for persons. The research was conducted in an archival context in transition, which was marked by the evolution of international standards of archival description and a shift towards the application of knowledge graphs. The aim of this thesis is to explore how the archival sector can benefit from the developments concerning Linked Data in order to ensure the sustainable management of authority records. Attention is not only devoted to the creation of the records and how they are made available but also to their maintenance and their interlinking with other resources.The first part of this thesis addresses the state of the art of the developments concerning the international standards of archival description as well as those regarding the Wikibase ecosystem. The second part presents an analysis of the possibilities and limits associated with an approach in which the free software Wikibase is used. The analysis is based on an empirical study carried out with data of the Study and Documentation Centre War and Contemporary Society (CegeSoma). It explores the options that are available to institutions that have limited resources and that have not yet implemented Linked Data. Datasets that contain information of people linked to the Second World War were used to examine the different stages involved in the publication of data as Linked Open Data.The experiment carried out in the second part of the thesis shows how a knowledge base driven by software such as Wikibase streamlines the creation of multilingual structured authority data. Examples illustrate how these entities can then be reused and enriched by using external data in interfaces aimed at the general public. This thesis highlights the possibilities of Wikibase, particularly in the context of data maintenance, without ignoring the limitations associated with its use. Due to its empirical nature and the formulated recommendations, this thesis contributes to the efforts and reflections carried out within the framework of the transition of archival metadata.

The Patient Safety has been, in the last decades a thematic evidenced in the Brazilian and world scenario. There are cases that refer to bad prescription, errors in medication administration , stress and professional disillusion. Attached to concerns regarding the quality of medical records, Patient Safety becomes a study of high importance for Risk Reduction, both for patients as for professionals and health services. Therefore, this study concerned to better understand the reality of management of records of Alcides Carneiro University Hospital (ACUH) a federal public institution in the city of Campina Grande, Paraíba. The aspirations for improvements in service hospital records, along with initial actions of ACUH Management Risk and Patient Safety Center, were the main indicators for this study to have its start up. The focus of this work was to understand the situation seen as problematic by the institution Hospital Records Division and, through observations and systemic reviews, identify opportunities for improvement. The methodology used was the Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), recognized worldwide in the management of public health services, especially in studies carried out in National Health Service (NHS) in Britain. The application of SSM had allowed greater understanding of how the records management is conducted in ACUH, and the main obstacles for attendance to Brazilian national guidelines Risk Management and Patient Safety. In addition to organizational learning, this study led to the construction of a project named the Medical Records Management Improvement Program (MRMIP), which may be applied by the administration of ACUH.
A Segurança do Paciente tem sido, nas últimas décadas, uma temática evidenciada no cenário nacional brasileiro e mundial. São casos que se referem à má prescrição, à administração de medicamentos de forma equivocada, ao estresse e à desilusão profissional. Atrelada à preocupação referente à qualidade dos registros médicos, a Segurança do Paciente é um estudo de suma importância para a Redução de Riscos, tanto para os pacientes quanto para os profissionais e serviços de saúde. Este estudo teve a preocupação de compreender melhor a realidade da gestão de prontuários do Hospital Universitário Alcides Carneiro (HUAC), instituição pública federal da cidade de Campina Grande, na Paraíba. Os anseios por melhorias no serviço de registros hospitalares, aliados às ações iniciais da Gerência de Risco e Núcleo de Segurança do Paciente do HUAC, foram os principais indicadores para que este estudo tivesse início. O foco foi compreender a situação tida como problemática pela Divisão de Registro Hospitalar da instituição e, por meio de observações e avaliações sistêmicas, identificar oportunidades de melhoria. A metodologia utilizada foi a Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), reconhecida mundialmente no âmbito da gestão em serviços de saúde pública, principalmente em estudos realizados pelo National Health Service (NHS), o serviço de saúde pública do Reino Unido. A aplicação da SSM ampliou o entendimento sobre a gestão de prontuários no HUAC, bem como apresentou os principais obstáculos para que sejam atendidas as diretrizes nacionais brasileiras de Gestão de Riscos e Segurança do Paciente. Além do aprendizado organizacional, este estudo propiciou a construção do Programa de Melhorias da Gestão de Prontuários (PMGP), que poderá ser aplicado pela administração do HUAC.

Esta tesis es una propuesta de diseño y aplicación de un sistema de gestión de los documentos en la Universitat Jaume I para que dichos documentos cumplan con una doble finalidad: ser evidencia de las actividades llevadas a cabo por esta institución de enseñanza superior hoy, y, con el paso del tiempo, conformar la memoria de la universidad. El objeto de estudio son por tanto, los documentos universitarios en Castellón, tanto los generados por la Universitat Jaume I como los de las dos instituciones antecedentes: Magisterio y Colegio Universitario de Castellón, conservados en el Archivo General de la universidad.
La metodología utilizada para alcanzar este objetivo comprende una primera fase de análisis del marco teórico (literatura científica y doctrina archivística) y del marco empírico (documentación universitaria), para continuar con el diseño de los instrumentos básicos y los diferentes aspectos que conforman un sistema de gestión documental, y su aplicación, que se detallan en el capítulo de Resultados: marco normativo, cuadro de clasificación, plan de descripción, plan de conservación, servicios y difusión, manual del archivo y evaluación del sistema.
Tras un análisis comparativo con los archivos universitarios españoles, y tras comprobar el grado de validación de los resultados con los objetivos iniciales, se puede afirmar, como conclusión, que el sistema de gestión documental diseñado resulta válido para mantener la utilidad de los documentos a través del tiempo, como evidencia y como memoria de la universidad.

Resumo: Para o aumento da capacidade gerencial e competitiva das empresas um dos principais recursos é o uso dos sistemas integrados de gestão ou Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Os ERPs livres de código aberto têm ganhado uma aceitação cada vez maior, oferecendo vantagens como diminuição dos custos e o acesso ao código. Para usufruir destas vantagens são necessários métodos e ferramentas adequadas para o levantamento do modelo de requisitos de negócios, visando facilitar o desenvolvimento ou implantação do software. Linguagens de modelagem de empresas contribuem para a definição de requisitos de empresas por possuir sintaxe e semântica mais adequada para este fim. Atualmente várias linguagens de modelagem de empresas são propostas, como por exemplo, a linguagem CIMOSA. Pretende-se nesta pesquisa estudar e comparar linguagens de modelagem de empresas, visando definir um conjunto de construtores de linguagem que mais se adéqüe ao desenvolvimento e adaptação de ERPs, em específicos para ERPs livres de código aberto. Também, são propostos uma estrutura conceitual e diretrizes para a passagem de modelos de empresa para o modelo de sistema ERP5.
Abstract: In order to improve the competitive and management capacity of a company, one of the main resources is the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ERPs free of open code have gained an increasing acceptance, offering advantages such as lower costs and access to the codes. To enjoy these benefits, appropriate methods and tools are necessary in order to set up the model of business requirements, to facilitate the development or customization of software codes. Business modeling languages contribute for the definition of companies requirements because they have syntax and semantics more appropriate for this purpose. Nowadays, several languages are proposed for business modeling, for example CIMOSA. The main objective of this work is to study business modeling languages, comparing them and mapping the builder of CIMOSA language. Based on the definition of a more complete group of business modeling languages builders, and consistent with ERP5 classes, it is proposed guidelines for the implementation or customization of the ERP5, through the passage of a business model to the information system model, in a more systematic and appropriate way.

Texto completoThis project proposes a Technological Model for the Management of the Medical Record between Private Health Entities, supported by blockchain technology as a service through a cloud provider, so that information security is guaranteed throughout the process, with the purpose of improving decision-making in the medical act. This arises because Health Entities have difficulties in integrating the information from their patients' medical records, because each center manages its own registration policies and standards. In addition, present different information systems that do not communicate with each other. The stories not being unique, cannot get the traceability of patient information, this being vital for proper medical diagnosis and treatment. Blockchain technologies decentralize information in a secure way in a network that can be private, public or hybrid, they store the information in an encrypted way and it is replicated in all its peers so it is immutable and incorruptible. In the same way, the use of Cloud Computing reinforces the scope in the availability and scalability of resources on demand, offering availability in computing as required. The benefit of using these two technologies together gives us characteristics suitable for meeting the objectives of the proposed project. The results of the project were validated by a proof of concept where it developed a web system management process replicating the medical history based on technological model. Among the tests performed, success factors were included to ensure that the principles of information security are met within these factors was obtained at least 95% success rate with respect to the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the stories clinics. In addition, a medical expert was interviewed, who is Director of the Naval Medical Center and Head of the Department of Medicine, who affirms that the proposed model generates value by managing the medical history and respecting technical standards, notably improving medical decision-making.

Texto completoIntroduction: Using informatics tools on the medical care process for patients helps health professionals, makes easier to collect and to storage information, as well as exchange this information among professionals and institutions, offering quality of care and creating conditions to face challenges in a globalized world. In this context, using electronic medical records data of patients enrolled on clinical trials in a public hospital may help improving health care, as well as provide research health data. Objectives: To identify and evaluate records from clinical trials registered on corporative systems from Hospital de Clinicas de Porto Alegre (HCPA), from 2014 to 2016. Method: The research used quantitative and qualitative approach, analyzing references content and data from the network for clinical data, crossing information from Aplicativo para Gestão de Hospitais Universitários (AGHU) and Grupo de Pesquisa e Pós-Graduação (GPPG) of HCPA, from 2014 and 2016. Results: Among the projects 58,6% forwarded research reports, but just 23,8% with record of research participants. However, only 10,3% of studies that report participants enrolled in study protocol matched records in GPPG8 and AGHU. About 25,6% of total research reports informed research products. Researches with private sponsor showed more update reports, but with lower presentations of scientific products (1,4%). Final considerations: Potential limitations on using existent records on AGHU were identified for therapeutic decisions by clinical team in general, with apparent underreporting of information relate to development and closure for studies developed. However was not possible to analyze causes for possibly inaccurate or incomplete records, suggesting specific research with individual questionnaires or interviews in order to allow deepening the understanding on the theme. Products: The research identify the need for three product from the study: (1) a explicative material to researchers, informing an appropriate participant’s registration on the corporative system; (2) a model of research report for project termination, available on GPPG, online, to lead researchers in research projects; and (3) improvement suggestion on information available by “research projects” tab on the online medical records for patients enroll in research projects, informing potential results associated to medical care area.

To carry it out, the analysis focuses on the systemic integration of records and archive management into the organization To this aim, it focuses on a case study, the records and archive management system at the University of Lleida (UdL). This case study of the University of Lleida EDRMS ( which includes documents, records and archive) demonstrates how the EDRMS is implemented, continued and developed, how records and archive management provide the information and evidence of the activity of the organization and how to build the memory of the University, how the structure of the organization and power affects the evolution of this EDRMS, how the methodology of the administration by objectives orientates through indicators the obtaining of results, the way the EDRMS is implemented, continued and developed based on ISO standards in records such as ISO 15489 and ISO 30301 taking into account principles as variables, and how the characteristics of the structure of the organization and power are influence variables in the development of the EDRMS in the organization, where the analog world and the digital world coexist in an integrated way. The characteristics of the EDRMS at the University of Lleida and the way it should evolve in order to be the complete information system for the organization is explored and tested through its evaluation and through the influence of organizational structure models, in which all the records of the system must be authentic, reliable, complete and usable as evidence of its activity for accountability, transparency and the transfer of memory to society. This case study has been chosen because the university as an organization is complete in the sense that –as a public administration body – unlike other administrations, it manages all of its information. Its management autonomy makes it comparable to other enterprises or organizations and can therefore be extrapolated.

Texto completoWhen it comes to digital and internet technology, it comes to mind the access to an infinite world of information. On the other hand, in life, we learn an enormous quantity of knowledge that is stored in our memory and is spread in files, folders and texts, either digital or physical. This thesis proposes to look at this inner immensity of knowledge and to investigate how digital technology can be used to organize, register and access it in an efficient and lasting way. Parallel to learning, the human brain works in constant changing, and what we learn we store in the long-term memory. The digital management of personal learning will play a role of partnership in relation to our memory. The reason is that it will bring concrete elements that will direct resonance what we learn and memorize, along with the digital records and the paths we have traveled to get to the acquisition of knowledge. Through literature review, this text makes the connection, analysis and convergence in three major areas of study. These are: human memory, constructivist learning theory and digital technologies. Related to human memory, its divisions and classifications are analyzed, especially long-term memory, working memory and their central executive subdivisions, phonological loop, visuospatial sketch and episodic retainer. Another aspect addressed is the importance of writing for both memory and for development of ideas and simple or complex reasoning. Authors such as Lent, Baddeley, Pozo, among others, will be assayed. In constructivist learning, the importance of prior learning and anchorage conditions of a new object of knowledge is discussed. Piaget and Ausubel s concepts of assimilation and accommodation, progressive differentiation and integrative reconciliation are analyzed. Another important concept is the delayed and early revisiting in the learning process. In digital technology, the thesis contextualizes the importance of cloud storage, mobile and compact devices, the hologram technology, wearable devices and knowledge recording software. Existing technologies (2015) and those foreseen in a horizon of two decades are discussed. Finally, the study proposes an orchestration of digital technologies, taking into account the analyzes done, and it comes to the conclusion that the technology will bring a new paradigm of how we will make the management of personal learning through digital devices and technologies
Quando se fala em tecnologia digital e internet, pensa-se no acesso a um mundo infinito de informação. Por outro lado, durante a vida, aprendemos uma imensidão de conhecimentos que ficam guardados em nossa memória e espalhados em arquivos, pastas e textos, digitais ou físicos. Essa dissertação propõe-se a olhar para essa imensidão interna de conhecimento e investigar como a tecnologia digital pode ser usada para organizá-la, registrá-la e acessá-la de maneira eficiente e duradora. De forma paralela ao aprendizado, o cérebro humano trabalha em constante transformação, e aquilo que aprendemos guardamos na memória de longa duração. A gestão digital do aprendizado pessoal fará um papel de parceria em relação à nossa memória. Isso porque trará elementos concretos que farão ressonância direta daquilo que aprendemos e memorizamos, com os registros digitais e os caminhos que percorremos para chegar à aquisição de um conhecimento. Através de revisão bibliográfica, este texto faz a conexão, análise e convergência, em três grandes áreas de estudo. São elas: memória do ser humano, teoria de aprendizagem construtivista e as tecnologias digitais. Da memória do ser humano são analisadas as suas divisões e classificações, e em especial a memória de longa duração, a memória de trabalho e suas subdivisões executivo central, alça fonológica, esboço visuoespacial e retentor episódico. Um outro aspecto tratado é a importância da escrita, tanto para a memorização quanto para o desenvolvimento de ideias e raciocínios simples ou complexos. São abordados autores como Lent, Baddeley, Pozo, entre outros. Na aprendizagem construtivista, discute-se a importância do aprendizado anterior e as condições de ancoragem de um novo objeto de conhecimento. São trabalhados os conceitos de assimilação e acomodação de Piaget e de Ausubel, a diferenciação progressiva e a reconciliação integradora. Outro conceito importante são as revisões (revisitações) precoces e adiadas no processo de aprendizagem. Em tecnologia digital, a dissertação contextualiza a relevância do armazenamento em nuvem, dos dispositivos móveis e compactos, da tecnologia de hologramas, de dispositivos vestíveis e dos softwares de registro de conhecimento. São tratadas as tecnologias já existentes (2015) e aquelas previstas em um horizonte de duas décadas. No atual mundo globalizado e competitivo apresentar as informações adequadas em tempo hábil tornou-se um diferencial para as empresas que almejam grandes resultados e liderança no mercado. A gestão documental é parte deste processo, pois a partir de um modelo de gestão será possível localizar a informação solicitada a tempo de contribuir com a tomada de decisão, amenizando possíveis erros. Nesse contexto, a presente pesquisa tem como foco os arquivos empresariais e visa aprofundar-se no cenário dos arquivos contábeis, fiscais e financeiros por meio da técnica contábil: auditoria. Indica-se como problema desta pesquisa: Quais os impactos da ausência de gestão documental no processo de auditoria? O objetivo geral da presente pesquisa é verificar os impactos da ausência da gestão documental no processo de auditoria. Para investigar e responder aos questionamentos propostos nesta pesquisa foram estabelecidos os seguintes objetivos específicos: a) compreender os fundamentos teóricos e conceitos relacionados aos arquivos contábeis, fiscais e de auditorias; b) verificar as dificuldades vivenciadas pela empresa de auditoria, relacionadas à gestão documental não realizada por seus clientes; c) identificar e caracterizar os fatores determinantes da gestão documental para o êxito das auditorias e, d) apresentar as relações entre a gestão documental e a auditoria contábil. . Utilizou-se como método de pesquisa o estudo de caso em uma organização de prestação de serviços em auditorias e consultorias. A análise dos dados foi realizada a partir da triangulação das fontes de evidências: questionário, entrevista, análise documental e registros de arquivo. Como resultado principal identificou os seguintes impactos na auditoria financeira, causados pela ausência de gestão documental: lacunas no processo, ensejo para fraudes, maior tempo para concluir as análises, atrasos na entrega dos resultados, retrabalhos, incerteza das informações apresentadas, desorganização dos próprios processos, reflexos na qualidade dos trabalhos executados, perda de clientes e apontamentos nos relatórios finais sobre a falta de controle de informações. Conclui-se que a gestão documental está no cerne dos ambientes administrativos, para as organizações que buscam eficiência, eficácia, redução de custos, melhoria contínua nos seus processos, entre outros benefícios, a gestão documental torna-se fundamental.
In today's globalized and competitive world presenting the right information in a timely manner has become a differential for companies that aim for great results and market leadership. The records management is part of this process, because from a management model it will be possible to locate the requested information in time to contribute to the decision-making, alleviating possible errors. In this context, the present research focuses on business archives and seeks to delve deeper into the scenario of accounting, tax and financial files by means of accounting techniques: audit. It is pointed out as a problem of this research: What are the impacts of the absence of records management in the audit process? The overall objective of this research is to verify the impacts of the absence of records management in the audit process. In order to investigate and answer the questions proposed in this research, the following specific objectives were established: a) to understand the theoretical foundations and concepts related to accounting, tax and audit files; b) verify the difficulties experienced by the audit firm, related to the records management not performed by its clients; c) identify and characterize the determinants of records management for the success of audits and d) present the relationship between records management and accounting audit. . The case study was used as a research method in an organization providing services in audits and consultancies. Data analysis was performed from the triangulation of sources of evidence: questionnaire, interview, documentary analysis and archive records. As a main result, it identified the following impacts on the financial audit, caused by the absence of records management: process gaps, opportunity for fraud, longer time to complete the analyzes, delays in delivery of results, rework, uncertainty of information presented, disorganization of the processes themselves, of the work performed, loses clients and notes in the final reports on the lack of control of information. It is concluded that record management is at the core of administrative environments, for organizations that seek efficiency, effectiveness, cost reduction, continuous improvement in their processes, among other benefits, records management becomes essential.

Demands for a consideration of environmental issues nowadays have become so prevalent and archival science could not stay out of the debate. Thus, the work presented here, in the form of a 'product', seeks to highlight the importance of implementing a sustainable document management programs that may contribute to an ecologically balanced environment. For this, we designed a sustainable archival management manual establishing a set of practices to promote environmental sustainability in the context of the Pró-Reitoria de Extensão e Cultura (Proexc) of the Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Unirio). Later, this pilot study will be extended to the entire University.
As demandas por uma consideração das questões ambientais, nos dias hoje, tornaram-se tão presentes e a arquivologia não poderia ficar de fora do debate. Dessa forma, o trabalho aqui apresentado, em forma de produto, busca destacar a importância da implementação de um programa de gestão de documentos sustentável que possa contribuir para um meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado. Para isso, foi elaborado um manual de gestão arquivística sustentável que estabelece um conjunto de práticas para promover a sustentabilidade ambiental no âmbito dos arquivos da Pró-Reitoria de Extensão e Cultura (Proexc), da Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (Unirio). Mais adiante, este estudo piloto será estendido para toda a Universidade.

Esta dissertação tem como tema a gestão pedagógica e o acompanhamento docente, com foco no trabalho da Coordenação Pedagógica junto aos professores e às práticas que ambos desenvolvem conjunta ou individualmente. Tem como objetivo contribuir para a qualificação da gestão pedagógica no que diz respeito à proposição de estratégias de acompanhamento docente, que favoreçam práticas pedagógicas reflexivas. A relevância deste estudo está na inovação das estratégias de coordenação pedagógica com o intuito de tornar mais dialógico o acompanhamento docente. O cenário é um colégio confessional, que integra a rede privada de ensino no RS. A metodologia utilizada consiste numa abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa-formação, realizada por meio dos Círculos Dialógicos Investigativo-Formativos e do Diário de Registros, a fim de promover o diálogo entre a pesquisadora e os demais participantes: uma orientadora educacional e oito professores dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental. Os registros produzidos durante a pesquisa - analisados com base na Análise Textual Discursiva reafirmam o potencial formativo dos Círculos Dialógicos e do Diário de Registros, revelando ainda os significados de sua realização no âmbito da coordenação pedagógica da escola. Com essa concepção, este trabalho incorpora como possíveis estratégias de coordenação pedagógica os Diário de Registros e os Círculos Dialógicos às práticas de acompanhamento docente, visto que dinamizam o processo dialógico de reflexão sobre a prática. Por fim, com a intenção de levar esta reflexão ao conhecimento das demais coordenações pedagógicas, a pesquisadora elabora uma Carta Pedagógica que convida as demais coordenadoras pedagógicas da mesma Instituição à leitura desta dissertação, com vistas a incentivar a continuidade do trabalho, bem como novas autorias quanto à proposição de estratégias reflexivas de acompanhamento docente na escola.
This dissertation has as a theme the pedagogical management and teaching go along, focusing on the pedagogical coordination work with the teachers and their developing school practices in groups or individually. Has as objective contribute for qualification of pedagogical management related to the proposal of strategies in teacher accompaniment, which hone the reflective pedagogical practices. This research relevance is in the innovation of coordination strategies with the aim of monitoring teacher more dialogical. The scenario is a confessional school, which is part of the private education in Rio Grande do Sul. The methodology used consists in a qualitative research-training performed by through Investigative-Formative Dialogues Circles and the log journals, in order to encourage/promote dialogue between the researcher and the other participants: a guidance counselor and eight teacher of Elementary School. The records produced during the research – analyzed based on Discursive Textual Analysis – reaffirm the formative potential in Dialogues Circles and the Log Journal, also revealing the meaning of its achievement in scope of the ´pedagogical coordination in the school. With this conception, this work incorporates as possible strategies for the pedagogical coordination the log journals and the Dialogues Circles in practices of teacher accompaniment, visa its dynamize the dialogical process of reflection about practice. Lastly, with the intention to sharing this knowledge with the others pedagogical coordinators, there searcher elaborates a formal pedagogical letter witch invites the other pedagogical coordinators from the same institution to read this dissertation, in view of encouraging the following of this research, as well new authorships regarding reflexive strategies of accompaniment teaching in school.

A presente pesquisa busca, através de um estudo de caso, abordar a necessidade da implementação de políticas de arquivos em instituições federais de ensino. Para tal construiu-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica visando a formulação da fundamentação teórica para a dissertação, expondo conceitos do Ciclo PDCA, conhecimentos da Arquivologia, legislações vigentes no setor público federal e conceitos sobre gestão de documentos e arquivos. Foi apresentada na construção do trabalho a fundamentação conceitual de gestão de documentos, elucidando a realidade vivenciada na instituição foco do estudo de caso, Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora – UFJF, no desenvolvimento de ações em consonância com o ciclo de melhoramento contínuo, possibilitando a construção eficaz de uma política arquivística. O ciclo PDCA e sua estrutura são apresentados como estratégia de interferência nas instituições, sendo utilizado na instituição analisada, sendo um estudo de caso exploratório único, utilizando desta ferramenta como conceito base para o processo de consolidação da aprendizagem em nível individual e setorial. O processo de construção do estudo buscou fortificar e qualificar a pesquisa através de questionários, acesso a dados, entrevista e pela observação com o intuito da construção do conhecimento com abordagens empíricas com estruturação de boas práticas a fim de serem replicadas e melhoradas continuamente.
This research seeks, through a case study, addressing the need to implement policies file in federal educational institutions. For this purpose we constructed a literature review aimed at formulating the theoretical foundation for the dissertation, exposing concepts of the PDCA cycle, knowledge of Archival, current legislation in the federal public sector and concepts of archives and records management. Was presented at work building the conceptual basis of document management, elucidating the reality experienced in the institution focus of the case study, Federal University of Juiz de Fora – UFJF, in developing actions in line with the continuous improvement cycle, enabling the effective construction of an archival policy. The PDCA cycle and its structure are presented as interference strategy in institutions, being used in the analyzed institution, being a single exploratory case study using this tool as a basic concept for the learning process of consolidation in individual and sectoral level. The construction process of the study sought to strengthen and qualify the survey through questionnaires, data access, interview and by observation with the construction of knowledge of the order with empirical approaches to structuring of good practices to be replicated and improved continuously.

Trata-se de dissertação do Mestrado Profissional em Ensino na Saúde da Universidade Federal Fluminense, que tem por objetivos: descrever o processo de trabalho dos profissionais da Atenção Básica no que se refere à produção e utilização dos registros em saúde; discutir a importância da gestão da informação em saúde e sua relevância para a qualidade dos registros de enfermagem; propor um planejamento estratégico pautado nos princípios da educação permanente que possa ser implementado pelos profissionais da Atenção Básica, no que se refere aos registros em saúde, contribuindo para a gestão da informação. Método: estudo exploratório-descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa, do tipo pesquisa de campo, que teve como cenário três Centros Municipais, unidades de saúde consideradas tipo B, onde convivem equipes de saúde da família com outros profissionais. Os sujeitos foram auxiliares, técnicos e enfermeiros em atividade nestas unidades. O referencial teórico está baseado no conceito de uma prática reflexiva defendido por Donald Schön, que enfatiza a instrução e a aprendizagem através do fazer. Doze profissionais em atividade nas unidades cenário da pesquisa foram entrevistados. Os dados foram analisados a partir das dimensões analíticas e dos atributos para gestão da qualidade da informação propostos por José Osvaldo de Sordi. Três categorias emergiram, as quais foram analiticamente denominadas de: A prática do registro no “fazer” da enfermagem; A qualidade do registro no pensar da enfermagem; e Os registros de enfermagem no contexto da gestão da informação em saúde. Tais categorias permitiram concluir que se faz necessário investir em estratégias de educação permanente, visando promover o desenvolvimento de uma responsabilidade intelectual e consequentemente o aprimoramento da prática de registrar em enfermagem
It is a Professional Master's dissertation in Health Education of the Fluminense Federal University that aims: to describe the work process of primary care professionals regarding the production and use of health records; discuss the importance of health information management and its relevance to the quality of nursing records; propose a strategic planning guided by the permanent education that can be implemented by Primary Care professionals regarding health records, contributing to information management. Method: exploratory-descriptive and qualitative study, of field research type, performed on three Municipal Centers, type B health units, where family health teams coexist with other professionals. The research subjects were auxiliaries, technicians and nurses who work in these units. The theoretical framework is based on the concept of a reflexive practice advocated by Donald Schön, who emphasizes instruction and learning through to do. Twelve professionals working in the research scenario were interviewed. The data were analyzed from the analytical dimensions and attributes for information quality management proposed by José Osvaldo de Sordi. Three categories emerged, which were analyzed analytically as: The practice of registration in the "to do" of nursing; The quality of the record in the to think nursing; and Nursing records in the context of health information management. These categories allowed to conclude that it is necessary to invest in strategies of permanent education, aiming to promote the development of an intellectual responsibility and consequently the improvement of the practice of registering in nursing

The aim of this project is to define the essential content of the Patient Record (PR), with the active and fundamenta l participation of the different user's groups (physicians, nurses, professors, researchers and managers), aiming the future introduction of the Computer-based Patient Record (CPR). The Patient Record is the main source of information inside an hospital and it is present in ali its activities concerning patient assistance, research, teaching and management. lt is the communication link between the different hospital's professionals and sectors and it is the depository of a big amount of important information. The huge volume of relevant information that must be available on-line in order to assure adequate health assistance, teaching and research as well as management, demands the immediate adoption of the CPR. The evolution in this direction is desirable and inevitable but, until now, the health professionals have been unhurried in adopt the computer as a clinicai instrument, in spite of its progressive utilization in administrative activities. The present research aims to involve the different PR users in the search of the CPR information requirements definition and have been developed as an exploratory study through the methodological approach of Case Study and Focus Group. During the first stage the definition of the Core Record information requirements was made trough six different Focus Groups meetings (medical care, nurse care, medical professors, nursing professors, researches and managers). The meetings were ca lled to discuss topics dealt with the paper-based PR and its contents were taped and transcribed, resulting in a document that is guiding the elaboration of the Core PR content proposal. A Case Study was done at the same time, aiming to get ali the necessary information about the hospital and its Patient Record system. In the second stage, the lexical and statistical analysis at this contents were done with the software SPHINX ® . The Focus Groups conclusions allowed us to define the Core PR information requirements, taking into account the different users needs.

Texto completoThis thesis analyzes the production and documental management of a female monastery from the study of the archive function and the management of the cloister of the feminine monastery of Sant Daniel, Girona, from its foundation in 1018 to the present (2017). The object of study, the archive of the monastery of San Daniel, is analyzed from two points of view but parallel and complementary, which correspond to both sections in which the thesis is structured: «The archive in the monastery: analysis of the archive function» and «The management of the cloister: documentary production and management within the organizational framework of the monastery». In the first section, the evolution of the archive function is analyzed from archive monastery documents its existence in 1421 to the present; understanding as a archive function the sum of all aspects, activities, functions, positions, actions ... related or linked to the archive. That is, the existence of a documentary set generated or received and managed by the institution producer. An evolution that allows to advance at the same time in the knowledge of history of this archive and its producer. In contrast, in the second section, «The production and document management of the the community of San Daniel» regarding its administrative and organizational management throughout the centuries, what has been called analysis of the «cloister management». An analysis that using the archival method to achieve a deeper and broader knowledge of the organization and administration of the institution that produces the documentation. But the proposed analysis of the cloister management goes beyond the archive method and of documentary management or management of the producer, goes into a more global analysis of the institution, linking the documentary management with the producer's organization and both in relation to the spaces of the monastery. A functional classification system proposal is also made throughout the entire documents lifecycle, as well as a proposal preservation of the documentation and also a calendar of transfer and access.

O destaque dado à gestão de documentos na década de 1940 revolucionou o campo teórico e prático da Arquivologia que, antes daquele momento, se ocupava prioritariamente dos documentos de valor histórico. A partir de então, incorporou os documentos de valor primário como questão da área, devido ao alto índice da produção documental em decorrência das ações de Estado. Este trabalho tem como foco de estudo a gestão de documentos e sua relevância como instrumento de transparência do Estado e de auditoria da sociedade. A gestão de documentos é apresentada como o meio que possibilita o controle da sociedade no âmbito da administração pública e a transparência dos atos públicos, com destaque para os processos de licitação pública, considerando a Lei 8.666/93 como o marco legal que estabelece novos procedimentos em relação aos atos públicos de licitação.
The emphasis on records management in the 1940s revolutionized the theoretical and practical field of Archival Science that until that point had traditionally been occupied by documents of historical value. After that, it began to incorporate documents of primary value because of the high rate of records production as a result of the actions of the State. This work focuses on the study of records management and its relevance both as an instrument of the transparency of the State and an auditing tool for the society. Records management is presented as the medium which enables control of the company in public administration and transparency of public acts, especially for public bidding processes, considering the Law 8.666/93 as the legal framework that establishes new procedures related to acts of public bidding.

Texto completoEste estudo teve como principal objetivo implementar um curso de capacitação na área arquivística para os servidores Técnico-Administrativos em Educação (TAE) da UFSM, utilizando-se como ferramenta tecnológica o Ambiente Virtual de Ensino-Aprendizado (AVEA) Moodle e, assim, auxiliar na reflexão acerca da modalidade de educação a distância e de AVEA como elemento de suporte a capacitação profissional na instituição. A pesquisa foi classificada como aplicada com abordagem quantitativa e um estudo de caso quanto aos procedimentos técnicos porque objetivou adquirir conhecimento sobre o Moodle, a fim subsidiar a proposição e a avaliação de uma alternativa de capacitação por meio da modalidade a distância. Para tanto, utilizou-se das técnicas e instrumentos da pesquisa bibliográfica para leitura, análise e interpretação de materiais já publicados em livros, artigos científicos, dissertações de mestrado e teses de doutorado. As ideias de diferentes autores possibilitaram o planejamento e a construção de um curso nessa modalidade, utilizando-se o ambiente de EaD da Pró-Reitoria de Gestão de Pessoas (PROGEP) da Universidade. Para reforçar a necessidade de expansão das políticas arquivísticas nas IFES abordaram-se temas relevantes sobre os arquivos universitários, em especial as universidades federais, e a preservação de seu patrimônio documental como prova do conhecimento científico, cultural e educacional do País, para garantir o acesso à informação, o direito dos cidadãos e a transparência das ações governamentais. Os estudos demonstraram a viabilidade de realização de cursos de capacitação à distância aos servidores envolvidos, direta ou indiretamente, na gestão de documentos institucionais. A implementação de políticas de capacitação profissional a distância apresentou-se como uma ferramenta estratégica eficaz à implantação do sistema de arquivos da UFSM e o Ambiente de EaD da PROGEP, que utiliza o Moodle, serviu como um ambiente de interação cooperativa entre os servidores técnico-administrativos em educação e o Departamento de Arquivo Geral.

Texto completoAn essential requirement for healthcare organizations is to ensure the privacy and optimal distribution of electronic medical records (EMRs) because they store all sensitive medical information of patients. However, private health organizations present security risks and have deficiencies with the interoperability of EMRs, affecting the proper distribution and authentication of medical records. The architectures and solutions found in the literature are developed using Blockchain technology; however, these do not meet all the needs required by private health organizations and do not offer the patient complete control of all the information in their medical records. The objective of this research is to determine the use and importance of Blockchain technology in the proposal of a technology architecture for the management of EMRs in private health organizations. The methodology used is based on the analysis of works and solutions of various authors related to the application of Blockchain technology for the management of medical records in health organizations. In this way, it is possible to determine the contribution provided to the deficient management and security of medical records, to detail the entire process of the result of the proposal of a technological architecture that uses Blockchain technology to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of medical data along with protection of patient privacy; and to propose future research that complements the proposal and its implementation in the health sector.

Para o aumento da capacidade gerencial e competitiva das empresas um dos principais recursos é o uso dos sistemas integrados de gestão ou Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Os ERPs livres de código aberto têm ganhado uma aceitação cada vez maior, oferecendo vantagens como diminuição dos custos e o acesso ao código. Para usufruir destas vantagens são necessários métodos e ferramentas adequadas para o levantamento do modelo de requisitos de negócios, visando facilitar o desenvolvimento ou implantação do software. Linguagens de modelagem de empresas contribuem para a definição de requisitos de empresas por possuir sintaxe e semântica mais adequada para este fim. Atualmente várias linguagens de modelagem de empresas são propostas, como por exemplo, a linguagem CIMOSA. Pretende-se nesta pesquisa estudar e comparar linguagens de modelagem de empresas, visando definir um conjunto de construtores de linguagem que mais se adéqüe ao desenvolvimento e adaptação de ERPs, em específicos para ERPs livres de código aberto. Também, são propostos uma estrutura conceitual e diretrizes para a passagem de modelos de empresa para o modelo de sistema ERP5.
In order to improve the competitive and management capacity of a company, one of the main resources is the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The ERPs free of open code have gained an increasing acceptance, offering advantages such as lower costs and access to the codes. To enjoy these benefits, appropriate methods and tools are necessary in order to set up the model of business requirements, to facilitate the development or customization of software codes. Business modeling languages contribute for the definition of companies requirements because they have syntax and semantics more appropriate for this purpose. Nowadays, several languages are proposed for business modeling, for example CIMOSA. The main objective of this work is to study business modeling languages, comparing them and mapping the builder of CIMOSA language. Based on the definition of a more complete group of business modeling languages builders, and consistent with ERP5 classes, it is proposed guidelines for the implementation or customization of the ERP5, through the passage of a business model to the information system model, in a more systematic and appropriate way.

Texto completoThe capacitated vehicle routing problem is an important combinatorial optimisation problem. Its objective is to find a set of routes of minimum cost, such that a fleet of vehicles initially located at a depot service the deterministic demands of a set of customers, while respecting capacity limits of the vehicles. Still, in many real-life applications, we are faced with uncertainty on customer demands. Most of the research papers that handled this situation, assumed that customer demands are random variables. In this thesis, we propose to represent uncertainty on customer demands using evidence theory - an alternative uncertainty theory. To tackle the resulting optimisation problem, we extend classical stochastic programming modelling approaches. Specifically, we propose two models for this problem. The first model is an extension of the chance-constrained programming approach, which imposes certain minimum bounds on the belief and plausibility that the sum of the demands on each route respects the vehicle capacity. The second model extends the stochastic programming with recourse approach: it represents by a belief function for each route the uncertainty on its recourses (corrective actions) and defines the cost of a route as its classical cost (without recourse) plus the worst expected cost of its recourses. Some properties of these two models are studied. A simulated annealing algorithm is adapted to solve both models and is experimentally tested

This research proposes a standardized organization for the permanent archive of the Judicial System in the state of Paraíba concerning to the First Jurisdiction. Our work has as justification the lack of standardization of the of the judicial system documental archive organization. This is an exploratory, descriptive and qualitative research which uses documental and bibliographic research techniques, participative observation, interviews, questionnaires, and a diagnosis of the archive. The context of the research is the judicial archives of the first jurisdiction of the judicial system of the state of Paraíba. The work is a case study taken place at the forum in the district of Santa Rita. The characterization of the archives and the identification of the record type existing in the district shows the inexistence of a pattern in the archive organization, and the importance of the judicial archive as a primary source of research, considering that the judicial archive is a place of memories of the institution and of the state of Paraíba society with a relevant social function. The research result generates an organization propose to the judicial archive from Paraíba based on a Record Classification Plan and on a Classification Scheme, to be applied in the referred archives, as well as some technical recommendations for the judicial archive to meet satisfactorily its users needs.
Esta pesquisa propõe uma organização padronizada para o acervo de caráter permanente dos arquivos do Poder Judiciário estadual paraibano, na esfera da Primeira Instância, justificada pela ausência de padronização na organização do acervo documental dos referidos arquivos. Tratando-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, descritiva e de cunho qualitativo. Utiliza-se das técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, observação participante, entrevistas, questionários e realização de um diagnóstico do arquivo. O universo da pesquisa corresponde aos arquivos judiciários, da Justiça estadual paraibana de primeira instância. O trabalho utiliza-se de um estudo de caso realizado no arquivo do Fórum da comarca de Santa Rita. Partindo-se da caracterização dos arquivos e da identificação das tipologias documentais ali existentes constata a inexistência de um padrão de organização do acervo, assim como a importância do arquivo judiciário como fonte primária de pesquisas, verificando-se que o arquivo judiciário é um lugar de memória tanto da instituição como da sociedade paraibana, com uma relevante função social. O resultado da pesquisa gera uma proposta de organização para o acervo dos arquivos judiciários paraibanos, substanciada numa proposta de Plano de Classificação Documental e num Quadro de Arranjo, a ser aplicado nos referidos arquivos, assim como em algumas recomendações técnicas, para que o arquivo judiciário atenda satisfatoriamente seus usuários.

Texto completoWith the technological advance, the valuation of the information, the sped up rhythm of the changes and the globalization, characteristics that make with that the hospitals (they are they, philanthropy, governmental or private), allied to the bigger requirements each time of the patients, increase the search for the quality in the installment of the services. On this excuse, the integrant hospitals of the Only System of Health (SUS), must elaborate its respective Hospital Censuses and present its statistical data to the Health department, based on the definitions of governmental decree no. 312 of 02 of May of 2002. These pointers are not only the necessary ones or important for the hospital management, however they are considered as basic information in an institution of this nature. However, the availability of these information of continuous, sustainable and trustworthy form if has not shown a trivial task, mainly had some factors: lack of register, inadequate and incomplete register, constant lack of standardization in the application of the medical vocabulary and changes in the administrative routines. In considered hospitals of great transport, this problem can take an extension still bigger. Of to be sufficiently complex the Hospital of the Clinics of the College of Medicine of the University of Sao Paulo - HCFMUSP, considered the hospital complex greater of Latin America, with approximately 2,200 stream beds and taking care of in average 6,000 patients per day in the ambulatory, constitutes a good object for case study, therefore it allows that some challenges in relation to the treatment of the information, as for example: sharing, connectivity, interoperability and integration, can appear more of accented way to other hospitals of lesser complexity. According to this boarding, the work also intends to explore the level of contribution of the diverse systems of hospital information used by the hospital in the attainment of the variables, for the composition of information that will be used as base for the administrative cases and evaluation of performance. The high degree of present heterogeneity in the solutions in the domain of health distributed in the different systems of information, points with respect to the necessity to share and changes information between heterogeneous environments. In this vii context, the interoperability has a basic paper, therefore it allows to the communication of transparent form between systems and heterogeneous, independent and distributed environments. Official documents to the systems of health care information and its management in the HCFMUSP had been used in this study relative, beyond acts of meetings of the Committee of Technology of the Information of the hospital (CTI). For the collection of data the technique of interview half-structuralized to the responsible citizens for the Service of Medical Archive was applied - SAME of strategical areas of the hospital and the Nucleus of Information in Health - NIS. The increasing complexity of the health care becomes pressing the necessity of integration of the corporative systems, as well as the adoption of register standards and procedures, however, are not enough to only decide the questions of the technological point of view, the challenge are to work these problems considering all its complexity and articulating different areas, in search of effective results
