Texto completos attitudes in relation to family roles. I studies with an accidental sample of 145 women in various districts of Kadikö
y, istanbul. There were three groups of women (1) women living in poor districts of Kadikö
y and in touch with "
Family Guiding/ Solidarity Center"
of Kadikö
y Munucipality, (2) women living in the same districts but not in touch with (FG/SC), (3) women living in central-whealthy neighborhoods of Kadikö
y. There were three main predictions
(1) education was predicted to determine economic status, which would influence mastery. Mastery in turn, would affect spousal relationsand decision making processes in family. Finally, spousal relations would predict self-evaluation (2) urbanization was predicted to influence modern attitudes toward spousal roles positively and traditional attitudes negatively, (3) women who were in touch with FG/SC were predicted to have more favorable attitudes toward modern spousal roles, but less favorable toward traditional spousal roles. The model of the first prediction revealed that
economic status determined mastery, which influences warmth and equality. Warmth and equality in turn influences individual'
s self evaluation. As expected in the second prediction, urbanization was negatively related to traditional attitudes. Comparison of the three groups revealed that, women living in pheripheral districts showed more favorable attitudes towards traditional gender stereotypic duties of women, and maledominance than women living in central districts. Women living in pheripheral districts and intouch with FG/SC, showed more favorable attitudes toward women'
s participation inlabor market than women living in the same area but not in touch with FG/SC, and women living in the central districts.

Texto completoThis dissertation examines perceptions of purpose in family foundations and the impact of differences in those perceptions on family foundation board composition/function and on grant making activities. One of the primary decisions facing the donor who creates a private foundation relates to governance. Here, the donor arguably faces a deeply personal choice: to what extent should the donor’s family be involved? Related to this choice is the question of the degree of focus on the mission-related aspects of the organization or the family-related aspects of the organization. This dissertation explores whether family foundation trustees view family purposes and social impact purposes as meaningful for the foundation they represent and whether trustees differ with regard to the degree to which they emphasize one or the other. If family foundation trustees do meaningfully differ in this regard, what difference does an emphasis on family or social impact purposes make on board composition, grant making focus and stability, similarity to one’s peers, and other factors? Through a combination of survey, interview, and review of publicly available material, this dissertation explores this question for a sample of family foundation trustees in two Midwestern states. Texto completoKinetic Family Drawings (KFDs) are Projective drawings which require the drawer to give 'action' to the depicted figures. A number of studies have been conducted following its inception in 1970. (Burns & Kaufman, 1970; 1972). Upon examination of these studies, however, it is evident that those studies pertaining to aspects of family functioning obtained significant results to a greater degree. It was the contention of the present study, that the KFD may be measuring aspects of family functioning. The present study thus incorporated a measure of family functioning, the McMaster Family Assessment Device (FAD) (Epstein, Baldwin & Bishop, 1983), to assess whether KFD depictions were indices of family functioning. The results were obtained through KFDs of 96 individuals who constituted 24 families. These individuals consisted of (n=48) parents and (n=48) adolescents. Due to constraints of research design, there were unequal numbers of males and females i.e. 38 males and 58 females.

Texto completoThe purpose of this research project is to sustain and validate the implementation of our family integration service based on activities based on retro games which provide alternatives for family sharing. Diverti Family, is the best option to unite families, with quality time and that through the value of our proposal transcends in time. It will also allow to evoke retro games which you can choose according to your preferences, and also povides a big opportunity to take advantage of these fun moments to promote that these games are embraced by new generations. Likewise, each member of the family will be given t-shirts with their names, caps and a family photo at the end of all activities. Our efforts are focused on covering A and B segments from 6th Zone of Metropolitan Lima, who seem open to try our proposal within their family activities. The business idea was born from the need of families on sharing quality time with family members through retro games, which made families unite and share time between adults and children. This information has been obtained from the study carried out on A and B segments from 6th Zone of Metropolitan Lima, which has allowed us to demonstrate the viability of the project. The structure of the work starts from the Strategic Planning, followed by a Marketing plan, an Operations plan, and an Economic plan with a three-year horizon analysis.

Texto completoThere are a large number of people in our country between the ages of 25 and 45, hardworking workers, many of them are parents, and others have their parents, who are older adults. Over the years, responsibilities grow and time becomes an enemy, creating occasions in which it’s difficult to be present to accompany family members to activities or move them safely. That is why, with this business project, FAMILY CARe, we want to deliver the necessary support, so that the aforementioned doesn’t become a burden and we can provide the ideal solution to this problem. We don’t only visualize it as an academic subject, but as an achievable project, which we already feel identified in order to open the possibility of carrying it out. Modernity and technology will help us to bring this service to our customers in an efficient way, positioning ourselves, so we will handle these resources with a special care to always be up to and respond with truthfulness, transparency and speed to them. We will make the best use of these means to obtain the greatest benefit for our clients. In addition, with an adequate and optimal marketing strategy we will achieve our objectives, to make our service scalable and known, through strategies and means to increase our market share and position ourselves in this area, still novel by the type of service, that which is specialized.

People always want know the whereabouts of their loved ones. They want to make sure everything is fine and that they are safe all the time. In this modern age, almost everyone owns a smart phone, which they tend to keep on them all the time. By using these smartphones, we can locate a person anywhere in this world. Android is open source software stack and has the highest smart phone user base. Hence, this application is developed in android. The Family Tracker is an android Application used for finding whereabouts of a person in the most efficient and simple manner. Here we will be having guardians and subjects (users), where users add other people as their guardians. When the user does not lift the phone, the details of his location are sent to the guardian in the form of an SMS. Here the address along with the location link will be sent, using which we can locate it in the map. Guardian can also get the location of user by sending out an SMS to his phone. A one click messaging service is also implemented in this application through which guardian can send message to user’s friends in one click for further inquiry. In order to make this application more helpful for the users, Geo-Fencing is implemented through which guardian can know whether the subject is in or around a particular place (location) of interest (Ex: a university).
