Resumen
Kawitan genealogies form to strengthen family relations by staying in line with their ties. Today, there are many Balinese Hindu searches their heritance. This due to no explicit documentation about the family tree and the Balinese Hindu relies on people memories. To overcome this problem, we develop the ontology of the Family Tree Naritan Kawarya Narem Dalem Benculuk Tegeh Kori with Forward Chaining and Backward Chaining Search Method can overcome problems related to marriage lineage. By using the structured data in the form of an ontology, the computer agents and human will be able to find information related to their genealogy easily, so that there are no more people who are confused with their heritance. The ontology evaluation was conducted on the Nararya Dalem Benculuk Tegeh Kori's family tree. The initial result gave positive feedback toward further development of this ontology. Resumen
<p>Cybersecurity worries intensify as Big Data, the Internet of Things, and 5G technologies develop. Based on code reuse technologies, malware creators are producing new malware quickly, and new malware is continually endangering the effectiveness of existing detection methods. We propose a vision transformer-based approach for malware picture identification because, in contrast to CNN, Transformer’s self-attentive process is not constrained by local interactions and can simultaneously compute long-range mine relationships. We use ViT-B/16 weights pre-trained on the ImageNet21k dataset to improve model generalization capability and fine-tune them for the malware image classification task. This work demonstrates that (i) a pure attention mechanism applies to malware recognition, and (ii) the Transformer can be used instead of traditional CNN for malware image recognition. We train and assess our models using the MalImg dataset and the BIG2015 dataset in this paper. Our experimental evaluation found that the recognition accuracy of transfer learning-based ViT for MalImg samples and BIG2015 samples is 99.14% and 98.22%, respectively. This study shows that training ViT models using transfer learning can perform better than CNN in malware family classification.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>

Resumen
The needs of family members with a critically ill relative present a significant challenge to nursing professionals in the intensive care unit. Initially, interventions aimed at providing focused information and relieving anxiety take precedence. As the crisis period passes, however, the family may need to reestablish familiar patterns of functioning. Thus, family assessment and intervention is vital throughout the course of the patient’s hospitalization. This article examines how a medical-respiratory intensive care unit has applied family need research in designing and implementing an ongoing family-based plan of care

Resumen
This study aims to formulate a family-based early intervention program for parents who have children with Multiple disabilities based on Family Outscomes. The background of this study is the lack of family information related to the identification of children with multiple disabilities, family confusion in handling children who experience multiple disabilities, and the absence of family confidence in the situation of their children in the social environment. The subjects in this study were parents who had Children with Multiple Disabilitiesin this case were children with Cerebral Palsy who experienced obstacles in motor, cognitive, social & emotional, and language aspects and intellectual barriers. This research approach is a qualitative approach with three stages of research, namely assessment, validation, and implementation. The result of this study is an increase in family understanding of the child's condition, the occurrence of stimulation carried out by the family to the child, the family has begun to want to socialize their children in the surrounding social environment. The results and discussion of further research are discussed in this study.

With the popularity of Android, malware detection and family classification have also become a research focus. Many excellent methods have been proposed by previous authors, but static and dynamic analyses inevitably require complex processes. A hybrid analysis method for detecting Android malware and classifying malware families is presented in this paper, and is partially optimized for multiple-feature data. For static analysis, we use permissions and intent as static features and use three feature selection methods to form a subset of three candidate features. Compared with various models, including k-nearest neighbors and random forest, random forest is the best, with a detection rate of 95.04%, while the chi-square test is the best feature selection method. After using feature selection to explore the critical static features contained in this dataset, we analyzed a subset of important features to gain more insight into the malware. In a dynamic analysis based on network traffic, unlike those that focus on a one-way flow of traffic and work on HTTP protocols and transport layer protocols, we focused on sessions and retained protocol layers. The Res7LSTM model is then used to further classify the malicious and partially benign samples detected in the static detection. The experimental results show that our approach can not only work with fewer static features and guarantee sufficient accuracy, but also improve the detection rate of Android malware family classification from 71.48% in previous work to 99% when cutting the traffic in terms of the sessions and protocols of all layers.

Resumen
s2 We are currently focusing on the interplay of genes and environment in the development of estrogen receptor (ER)-negative breast cancer, which is aggressive, less responsive to treatment, and more likely to strike young women and those of African ancestry. Unfortunately, there are no strategies to prevent ER-negative breast cancer and research is urgently needed. Nevertheless, we have made progress in understanding genetic risk factors for some familial forms of breast cancer, which is reason enough to adopt family-based interventions for breast cancer prevention, especially among families with identifiable highly penetrant mutations in breast cancer susceptibility genes. In 1997, I chaired the ASCO Task Force on Cancer Genetics Education, charged to educate oncologists about the importance of genetics in clinical oncology practice. Since then, a growing body of evidence documents the benefits of preventive measures with minimal risk to women with identifiable highly penetrant mutations in BRCA1 and BRCA2 genes. Whereas other genes, such as TP53 in Li-Fraumeni Syndrome and PTEN in Cowden syndrome, contribute to a small fraction of hereditary breast cancer, mutations in these genes are rare. Germ-line mutations in BRCA1 or BRCA2 are strong predictors of breast and/or ovarian cancer development, and the contribution of these mutations to breast cancer risk within any specific population is a function of both their prevalence and penetrance. Mutation prevalence varies among ethnic groups and may be influenced by founder mutations as observed in Ashkenazi Jews and Icelanders. Although estimates of mutation prevalence and penetrance rates are inconsistent and occasionally controversial, understanding them is critical for providing individualized risk assessment. Although the contribution of other genes to early onset and familial breast cancer needs clarification, genetic testing for BRCA1 and BRCA2 has become standard of care and an important component of personalized breast cancer risk assessment and prevention.

Resumen
The healthy Indonesia program with a family approach (<em>PIS-PK</em>) has not been implemented optimally. There are several obstacles and challenges in this program’s implementation, e.g., human resources. A community-based health information system (CBHIS) is a strategic approach to obtain data and information at the population level by directly involving cadres and the community. A project with the CBHIS approach was implemented in Kasemen Village, Serang, Banten Province, Indonesia to support the <em>PIS-PK</em> program. The study aimed to determine the population’s health status according to the healthy family index through the CBHIS approach. The data of healthy family indicators in the village were collected by cadres using a mHealth application. Overall, 1316 households consisting of 5312 residents were registered. The analysis results of the healthy family index showed that most families in the Kasemen subdistrict were pre-healthy (64.2%), almost one third were unhealthy (27.8%) and only a small proportion were healthy (8%). Assessing the healthy family index through the CBHIS approach can support decision-making at the community level, thereby determining the magnitude of family health problems and providing appropriate interventions to improve community health status. Well-trained cadres equipped with better electronic data collection tools may be an alternative to community-based data collection.
