Resumen
Differentiation of the Choquet integral of a nonnegative measurable function with respect to a fuzzy measure on fuzzy measure space is proposed and it is applied to the capital investment decision making problem by Kaino and Hirota. In this paper, differentiation of the Choquet integral of a nonnegative measurable function is extended to differentiation of the Sipos Choquet integral of a measurable function and its properties will be discussed. First, the real interval limited Schmeidler Choquet integral and Sipos Choquet integral are defined for preparation, then the upper differential coefficient, the lower differential coefficient, the differential coefficient, and the derived function of the Choquet integral along the range of an integrated function are defined by the limitation process of the interval limited Choquet integral. Two examples are given, where the measurable functions are either a simple function or a triangular function. Basic properties of differentiation about swn and multiple with constant, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are shown. Then, the Choquet integral is applied to long-term debt ratings model, where the input is qualitative and quantitative data of corporations, and the output is Moody’s long-term debt ratings. The fuzzy measure, which is given as the importance of each qualitative and quantitative data, is derived from a neural net method. Moreover, differentiation of the Choquet integral is applied to the long-term debt ratings, where this differentiation indicates how much evaluation of each specification influence to the rating of the corporation.

Resumen
Software development comprises of processes which can be controlled, managed and improved by software measurement. The efficiency of software measurement is determined by software quality, which assesses the position of any software company in the international economic scenario. This calls for a need to develop quality models which would quantify the various quality parameters. However, these quality parameters are highly vague, by nature, and cannot be easily quantized nor measured. The Boehm’s Model, McCall’s Model, and ISO/IEC 9126 Model are existing quality models made by software quality researchers in this regard. This paper uses the ISO/IEC 9126 quality model as the baseline model, with enhanced criteria, to give a holistic approach to software quality. A methodology is proposed in this paper for comparing different software solutions based on the SRS to a common problem. As software product quality is highly unpredictable, and considering the interaction between the quality criteria, Choquet Integral is used to efficiently compare the set of software products.

Resumen
This paper addresses fuzzy evaluation issues as applied in a decision–making procedure of process planning. General framework of fuzzy partitioning of system variables, evaluation procedure, and system variables, evaluation procedure, and system parameters aggregation have been described in detail for two classes and three distinguishing types of evaluation. Classes of evaluation include (a) linguistic, and (b) fuzzy (Choquet) integral based evaluation. Within these classes we distinguish between: (1) single criterion evaluation, (2) global multicriteria evaluation, and (3) global integral evaluation. First type relates to fuzzification of system parameters and matching procedure of a system's parameters input values to linguistic values in pre–defined dictionary. Multicriteria evaluation provides aggregation protocol of an object's attributes values and their significance yielding its suitability measure. We can use this measure to select the most appropriate linguistic value from pre–defined dictionary for further propagation through reasoning system, as well as for ranking of possible alternatives since it provides their global rank. Both types belong to linguistic evaluation class. Finally, global integral evaluation employs fuzzy integrals (here Choquet integral) for overall assessment of alternatives status. This type of evaluation belongs to fuzzy integral based class. Each type of evaluation is illustrated by an example from the real industrial practice concerning metal cutting process planning. The whole methodology should be seen as an upgrade of traditional expert systems used for this purpose. Relaxation of some system constraints provides more generality to traditional approaches, puts more "naturality" in assessment of parameters values, and reduces knowledge bases.

Resumen
The concepts of Choquet boundary and Shilov boundary are well-established in the context of a complex function algebra (see [2] for example). There have been a few attempts to develop the concept of a Shilov boundary for real algebras, [4], [6] and [7]. But there seems to be none to develop the concept of Choquet boundary for real algebras. The aim of this paper is to develop the theory of Choquet boundary of a real function algebra (see Definition (1.8)) along the lines of the corresponding theory for a complex function algebra. In the first section we define a real-part representing measure for a continuous linear functional ϕ on a real function algebra A with the property ║ϕ║ = 1 = ϕ(1). The elements of A are functions on a compact, Hausdorff space X. The Choquet boundary is then defined as the set of those points x ∊ X such that the real part of the evaluation functional, Re(ex), has a unique real part representing measure.

Resumen
In the rapidly evolving landscape of business operations, establishing a robust security domain prevention system in the Middle Office is of utmost importance. To achieve this, the integration of Choquet expectation-based methodologies offers a powerful approach. The Middle Office acts as a critical hub for various business processes, including risk management, compliance, and data protection. With the implementation of Choquet expectation theory, which encompasses the combination of multiple criteria and preferences, businesses can effectively assess and optimize their security domain prevention system. The establishment and optimization of a security domain prevention system based on Choquet’s expectations provide businesses with a comprehensive and tailored approach to protect their critical assets, maintain operational continuity, and safeguard sensitive data from emerging threats in the Middle Office environment. This paper constructed a Fuzzy Optimization Membership Estimation (FOME) for the computation of the feature vector. The proposed FOME model uses the Flemingo Optimization model for the evaluation of the feature vector in the business middle office. The FOME model effectively computes the Choquet expectation features for the analysis of the risk management of the feature vector in the middle office. Through the membership estimation with the FOME model, the model significantly computes the different attacks in the middle office. The analysis of the proposed FOME is evaluated for the conventional CICIDS dataset for the attack analysis. The simulation analysis stated that the proposed FOME model achieves a higher classification accuracy of 99.89% for attack detection.

Resumen
The assessment of sustainability—in its three meanings: economic, social, and environmental ones—needs to be supported by specific econometric and statistical methodologies in order to be properly considered in policymaking processes. In the current literature the use of specific indices, capable of summarizing the three fields of sustainability, is a proven operational practice to express judgments on the convenience and the feasibility of investment in cities. It is necessary to specify that most sustainability indices are ordinarily calculated as arithmetic and geometric means of sub-dimensions. However, these two approaches do not allow investigation of the potential interactions between the various dimensions considered and, specifically, the geometric mean fails to smooth out unbalanced links. The research carried out here is aimed at implementing the use of the Choquet integral, as a non-additive and flexible aggregation model, to calculate evaluation indices able to consider the relationships between the different sustainable dimensions to be used in urban transformation projects. The methodology was tested on a case study, concerning an analysis—under economic, social, and environmental points of view—of different European countries. The evaluation frame based on the Choquet integral is referred to a ranking case aimed to establish the most sustainable country under the economic, environmental, and social point of view. The results obtained from the index processing show that the geometric mean scores and arithmetic ones are rather homogeneous, while the variations obtained among the three dimensions are moderately large. In the synoptic picture obtained with Choquet’s integral, countries with balanced results across dimensions are in higher positions. Therefore, the Choquet integral allows positive interactions to be taken into account across sustainable dimensions, and it is able to detect unbalanced achievements.

Resumen
In this paper, we use the Choquet integral to propose the normal distribution interval number Choquet ordered averaging operator. The operator not only considers the importance of the elements, but also can reflect the correlations among the elements. It is worth pointing out that most of the existing normal distribution interval numbers averaging operators are special cases of our operator. Finally an illustrative example for comprehensive evaluation in enterprise operation environment with normal distribution interval number is given to use the operator in the range of uncertain multi-attribute decision-making. The results show that the method proposed in this paper is feasible.

Resumen
In the previous paper, the store plan alternatives produced with shape grammar were evaluated using two of multi-criteria decision making techniques with triangular fuzzy numbers, namely fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy ANP. In addition to fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy ANP results, another multi-criteria decision making technique, the generalized Choquet integral method with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, is used for evaluation and the result of this method is compared with fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy ANP results. The main contribution of this paper is to determine the interdependency among main criteria and subcriteria, the nonlinear relationship among them and the environmental uncertainties while prioritizing plan alternatives using the generalized Choquet integral method with the experts’ same data that evaluated in the previous study. To the authors’ knowledge, this will be the first interdisciplinary study which uses the generalized Choquet integral method in the field of architectural design.

Resumen
In some multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) models studying attributes’ interactive phenomena is very important for the minimizing decision risks. Usually, the Choquet integral type aggregations are considered in such problems. However, the Choquet integral aggregations do not consider all attributes’ interactions; therefore, in many cases, when these interactions are revealed in less degree, they do not perceive these interactions and their utility in MADM problems is less useful. For the decision of this problem, we create the Choquet integral-based new aggregation operators’ family which considers all pair interactions between attributes. The problem under the discrimination q-rung picture linguistic and q-rung orthopair fuzzy environments is considered. Construction of a 2-order additive fuzzy measure (TOAFM) involves pair interaction indices and importance values of attributes of a MADM model. Based on the attributes’ pair interactions for the identification of associated probabilities of a 2-order additive fuzzy measure, the Shapley entropy maximum principle is used. The associated probabilities q-rung picture linguistic weighted averaging (APs-q-RPLWA) and the associated probabilities q-rung picture linguistic weighted geometric (APs-q-RPLWG) aggregation operators are constructed with respect to TOAFM. For an uncertainty pole of experts’ evaluations on attributes regarding the possible alternatives, the associated probabilities of a fuzzy measure are used. The second pole of experts’ evaluations as arguments of the aggregation operators by discrimination q-rung picture linguistic values is presented. Discrimination q-rung picture linguistic evaluations specify the attribute’s dominant, neutral and non-dominant impacts on the selection of concrete alternative from all alternatives. Constructed operators consider the all relatedness between attributes in any consonant attribute structure. Main properties on the rightness of extensions are showed: APs-q-RPLWA and APs-q-RPLWG operators match with q-rung picture linguistic Choquet integral averaging and geometric operators for the lower and upper capacities of order two. The conjugation among the constructed operators is also considered. Connections between the new operators and the compositions of dual triangular norms (Tp,Spq) and (Tmin,Smax) are also constructed. Constructed operators are used in evaluation of a selection reliability index (SRI) of candidate service centers in the facility location selection problem, when small degree interactions are observed between attributes. In example MADM, the difference in optimal solutions is observed between the Choquet integral aggregation operators and their new extensions. The difference, however, is due to the need to use indices of all interactions between attributes.

Resumen
In this paper, two new aggregation operators based on Choquet integral, namely the induced generalized interval neutrosophic Choquet integral average operator(IGINCIA) and the induced generalized interval neutrosophic Choquet integral geometric operator(IG-INCIG), are proposed for multi-criteria decision making problems (MCDM). Firstly, the criteria are dependent to each other and the evaluation information of the criteria are expressed by interval neutrosophic numbers. Moreover, two indices which are inspired by the geometrical structure are established to compare the interval neutrosophic numbers. Then, a MCDM method is proposed based on the proposed aggregation operators and ranking indices to cope with MCDM with interactive criteria. Lastly, an investment decision making problem is provided to illustrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach. The validity and advantages of the proposed method are analyzed by comparing with some existing approaches. By a numerical example in company investment to expand business though five alternatives with considering four criteria, the optimal decision is made.

Resumen
An optimized matter element decision method is proposed based on intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) and Choquet integral to solve the problems of equipment development scheme decision (e.g., the correlation of scheme attributes and the low decision reliability of evaluation results). First, the nonlinear programming problem of expert intuition fuzzy subjective and objective decision information difference is constructed using the Choquet integral method, and the measure values and related factors of decision attributes are solved using the optimization algorithm. Second, given the comprehensive contribution of attributes, the fuzzy measure Shapley value is employed to represent the attribute weight. Last, the matter element extension model is optimized using the attribute weight information and intuitionistic fuzzy score value, and a two-level evaluation strategy is formulated to determine the ranking and grade. On that basis, scientific decisions are made for several different schemes to be selected.

The group decision making problem with inter-dependent or interactive attributes is studied. By using the Choquet integral and the inducing variables, we develop the induced 2-tuple correlated averaging (ITCA) operator, the generalized induced 2-tuple correlated averaging (GITCA) operator and the quasi-arithmetic induced 2-tuple correlated averaging (QITCA) operator. The characteristics of the proposed operators are that the evaluation values of decision makers are in linguistic arguments, the correlations among the elements can be reflected and the ordering of the arguments is based on other associated variables instead of their own values. The properties of these operators are studied and new multiple attribute decision making method based on the new operators is proposed. Finally, architecture material supplier selection problem is provided to illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.

Resumen
Abstract Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disorder that is caused by unprovoked recurrent seizures. The most commonly used tool for the diagnosis of epilepsy is the electroencephalogram (EEG) whereby the electrical activity of the brain is measured. In order to prevent potential risks, the patients have to be monitored as to detect an epileptic episode early on and to provide prevention measures. Many different research studies have used a combination of time and frequency features for the automatic recognition of epileptic seizures. In this paper, two fusion methods are compared. The first is based on an ensemble method and the second uses the Choquet fuzzy integral method. In particular, three different machine learning approaches namely RNN, ML and DNN are used as inputs for the ensemble method and the Choquet fuzzy integral fusion method. Evaluation measures such as confusion matrix, AUC and accuracy are compared as well as MSE and RMSE are provided. The results show that the Choquet fuzzy integral fusion method outperforms the ensemble method as well as other state-of-the-art classification methods.

As a parallel of increasing energy demands worldwide and still mostly using fossil fuels, energy saving issues have gained much importance in recent years for all areas of life. It is a fact that construction also plays an important role in the emergence of the energy and environmental problem that we see as the problem of our centenary. As buildings consume about 40% of the world's annual energy consumption globally, this study will focus on the evaluation of residential heating system alternatives using the generalized Choquet integral method with trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. In order to solve the defects of consequent part expression in ANFIS model and several shortcomings in FIS, this paper presents a Choquet Integral–OWA based Fuzzy Inference System, known as AggFIS. This model has advantages in consequent part of fuzzy rule, universal expression of fuzzy inference operator and importance factor of each criteria and each rule, which is trying to establish fuzzy inference system that can fully reflect the essence of fuzzy logic and human thinking pattern. If we combine AggFIS with a feed forward-type neural network according to the basic principles of fuzzy neural network, we can obtain Choquet Integral–OWA based Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System, which is named Agg-ANFIS. We apply this Agg-ANFIS model into the evaluation of traffic level of service. The experimental results show that Choquet Integral–OWA based Adaptive Neural Fuzzy Inference System (Agg-ANFIS) is a universal approximator because of its infinite approximating capability by training and can be used in complex systems modeling, analysis and prediction.

Improved long-term debt rating model using Choquet integral is proposed, where the input is qualitative and quantitative data of the corporations, and the output is the Moody's long-term debt ratings. A long-term debt rating model using Choquet integral was proposed by Kaino and Hirota [1]. Under the ambiguous information which couldn't be expressed by the statistics model, this Kaino and Hirota model [1] enabled analysis of the amount of influences of a specific variable, and showed the new possibility in the field of credit risk measurement. However, in order to develop a practical system for small and medium-sized corporations with many needs, this model must be improved so that it may correspond to the changing market or many types of industry. Moreover, this model is modified by the implementation of actual rating provider's similar process to raise the relevance ratio. The advanced model proposed herein corporations than the model is more precise than conventional model using 2-layer type neural network model.

Resumen
Service supplier selection is the most important problem in the process of service outsourcing. Aiming at the fuzziness of supplier evaluation index and subjectivity of decision-making process, a decision method for service supplier selection based on Choquet integral and generalized evidence theory is proposed. First, the fuzziness and uncertainty of information in decision-making process are solved by using interval rough number. The importance degree acquisition method of attribute index is corrected, and the relative weight and absolute weight of attribute index are obtained. Second, considering the interaction between attribute indexes, n-additive Choquet integral model is used to evaluate the service suppliers. According to the characteristics of service suppliers, the decision index system is proposed that is made up of different target variables, and the selection evaluation model of service supplier is established. Then, in order to eliminate the differences and conflicts of the expert evaluation opinions, the generalized evidence theory group decision-making method is introduced, and the expert evaluation opinions are fused so as to obtain the final result. Finally, a case study is provided to verify the validity and feasibility of the proposed method.

First, a generalized fuzzy integral which encompasses Sugeno integral, Choquet integral and opposite-Sugeno integral is proposed. A more restricted fuzzy integral can be expressed by using only one parameter of Frank's t-norm. It also encompasses the three integrals. Next, the performance when the integral is adopted as a subjective evaluation model is theoretically investigated. Finally, an example of subjective evaluation test is shown and is discussed.

Resumen
Choquet integral is a type of aggregation operator that is commonly used to aggregate the interrelated information. Nowadays, this operator has been successfully embedded with fuzzy measures in solving various evaluation problems. Inspired from this new development, this paper aims to introduce a combined Choquet integral-fuzzy measures (CI-FM) operator that uses the Shapley value standard and interaction index to deal with the interactions between elements of information. The proposed operator takes into account not only the importance of elements or their ordered positions but also the interaction among criteria during the evaluation process. A case of customers’ satisfaction over two fast restaurants in Malaysia is presented to illustrate the application of the proposed aggregation operator. Based on three customers’ satisfaction criteria, restaurant 1 and restaurant 2 received CI-FM scores of 0.711011 and 0.704945, respectively. Interestingly, the criterion “services” constantly received the highest rating across both restaurants. In addition, the proposed aggregation operator successfully identified which restaurant is superior in the eyes of customers. Finally, this study offers some research ideas for the future.

To solve the problem of attributes interdependence and correlation in comprehensive evaluation, the paper proposes to identify the relationships among the attributes from the decision information system based on the covering rough sets. It first shows a metric with the characteristics of fuzzy measure to measure the hidden importance of attributes, which can be seen as a reflection of the attributes correlation. Then the synthetic importance measure is given by incorporating it into the basic importance. Furthermore, the comprehensive valuation model is constructed by taking Choquet integral as an aggregation operator.

Resumen
Problems of modeling uncertainty and imprecision for the analysis of insufficient expert data (IED) are considered in the environment of interactive multi-group decision-making (MGDM). Based on the Choquet finite integral, a moments’ method for the IED is developed for the evaluation of the associated probabilities class (APC) of Choquet’s second-order capacity based on the informational entropy maximum principle. Based on the IED new approach of the lower and upper Choquet’s second-order capacities, identification is developed. The second pole of insufficient expert data, the data imprecision indicator, is presented in the form of a fuzzy subset and image on the alternatives set. In the environment of the Dempster–Shafer belief structure, connections between an associated possibilities class (APosC), with the APC, and an associated focal probabilities class (AFPC) are constructed. In the approach of A. Kaufman’s theory of expertons, based on the APosC and the AFPC unique fuzzy subset, the IED image on the alternatives set is constructed. Based on Sugeno’s finite integral most typical value (MTV), as a prediction on possible alternatives set, the IED is constructed. In the example, a sensitive and comparative analysis is provided for the evaluation of the new approach’s stability and reliability.

This paper presents a novel application of fuzzy integral to combine multiple neural networks subjectively. The concept of combining multiple neural networks or classifiers has been largely exploited in the fields of artificial neural networks and pattern recognition. The proposed method based on Choquet integral nonlinearly combines the outputs of the networks with subjective evaluation of the reliability of the individual neural networks. Experimental results with the recognition problem of totally unconstrained handwritten numerals show that the performance of the proposed method outperforms that of the conventional methods.

Resumen
This paper proposes a new model for multi-criteria evaluation under uncertain condition. In this model we consider the interaction between criteria as one of the most challenging issues especially in the presence of uncertainty. In this case usual pairwise comparisons and weighted sum cannot be used to calculate the importance of criteria and to aggregate them. Our model is based on the combination of non-additive fuzzy linguistic preference relation AHP (FLPRAHP), Choquet integral and Sugeno λ-measure. The proposed model capture fuzzy preferences of users and fuzzy values of criteria and uses Sugeno λ -measure to determine the importance of criteria and their interaction. Then, integrating Choquet integral and FLPRAHP, all the interaction between criteria are taken in to account with least number of comparison and the final score for each alternative is determined. So we would model a comprehensive set of interactions between criteria that can lead us to more reliable result. An illustrative example presents the effectiveness and capability of the proposed model to evaluate different alternatives in a multi-criteria decision problem.

Resumen
Fast and accurate threat evaluation (TE) of incoming air targets has a great influence on air defense. In this paper, two new generalized intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (GIFSS) methods are proposed for threat evaluation of air targets. Firstly, the threat evaluation index system is reasonably constructed by analyzing the relative kinematics between the targets and assets, apart from that between the targets and interceptors, which is more reasonable and practical. Secondly, after the threat indexes (TI) are properly obtained, two new aggregation operators for GIFSS are put forward based on the generalized λ-Shapley Choquet integral. The proposed operators not only depict the correlations among the evaluation index but also consider the importance of them globally. Finally, the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed methods are verified through a numerical simulation including four air targets in different index systems.

Resumen
Non-additive measures and corresponding integrals originally have been introduced by Choquet in 1953 (1) and independently defined by Sugeno in 1974 (2) in order to extend the classical measure by replacing the additivity property to non-additive property. An important feature of non –additive measures and fuzzy integrals is that they can represent the importance of individual information sources and interactions among them. There are many applications of non-additive measures and fuzzy integrals such as image processing, multi-criteria decision making, information fusion, classification, and pattern recognition. This paper presents a mathematical model for discussing an application of non-additive measures and corresponding integrals in tourism management. First, the problem of tourism management is described for one of the tourism companies in Iraq. Then, fuzzy integrals (Sugeno integral, Choquet integral, and Shilkret integral) are applied with respect to non-additive measures to evaluate the grade of the gratification of the tourist of staying in a particular town for determining the best evaluation.

Resumen
The inadequate reuse and recycle of construction and demolition waste (C&DW) has been identified as a major issue, as it implies the depletion of natural aggregates, massive occupation of landfill and inefficiency of construction industry. However, a holistic view involving economic, technical and comprehensive dimensions has rarely been adopted for C&DW utilization evaluation against both qualitative and quantitative criteria. In this study, we propose a framework in a heterogeneous group decision-making environment to solve the C&DW utilization mode selection problem by integrating the Choquet integral and the elimination and choice translating reality (ELECTRE) method with two data forms, that is, interval-valued hesitant fuzzy numbers and real numbers. Firstly, an evaluation index system is constructed to assess multiple representative C&DW utilization modes in Xi’an, China. Secondly, a novel method is proposed to apply the Choquet integral for aggregation of evaluation values and fuzzy ELECTRE for outranking of C&DW utilization modes after the heterogenous evaluation data are unified into interval numbers. Thirdly, to illustrate the application of the proposed framework, this paper evaluates four typical C&DW utilization modes based on a case study in Xi’an, China, and the result shows that the most preferable mode is A3 (off-site crushing, roadbed backfilling). Finally, a comparative analysis is conducted to verify the effectiveness of this framework. This study presents useful findings to C&DW practitioners and can help avoid intuitive selection among available C&DW utilization modes.

Resumen
A new fuzzy group decision-making method considering multi-attributes correlation under interval-valued function is presented, which mainly includes (1) acquiring the group fuzzy preference matrix and (2) handling the interactions between multiple evaluation attributes. To do that, firstly, the fuzzy joint Choquet integral based on an interval-valued function is proposed, which not only reflects the interaction between multiple attributes in a complex and uncertain environment, but also retains the initial preference of the decision maker. Secondly, a Shapley value with fuzzy measure is applied to assign each decision maker's weight, and the fuzzy group preference matrix is acquired by fusing the fuzzy preference matrices of all decision makers. Finally, a nursing home selection case is depicted to explain the effectiveness of the proposed technique. The corresponding sensitivity analysis is operated, which clarifies the reliability and flexibility of the proposed technique.

Resumen
The intepretation of aggregation functions in multicriteria decision making is often based on indices such as importance indices that measure the importance of one criterion. For instance, for the Choquet integral, the importance index is the so-called Shapley value. The use of an index must always be limited to the specific context it has been designed for. Here, we are interested in determining on which criteria acts should be improved if we want their global evaluation to increase as much as possible. The Shapley value is not suited for describing this. So, we introduce a new index of importance which represents the mean worth for acts to reach higher scores in a set of criteria. This index is defined for general aggregation functions with the help of several axioms. This importance index is then applied to the Choquet integral. In particular, we computer the worth to reach higher levels in one attribute, and in a couple of attributes. Interestingly, this leads to quantities that are closely related to the Shapley and interaction indices.

Resumen
The paper deals with theoretical conception of value analysis of regions, municipal corporations and clusters. The subject of this paper is heterodox approach to sensitivity analysis of finite set of variables based on non-additive measure. For dynamic analysis of trajectory of general value are sufficient robust models based on maximum entropy principle. Findings concern explanation of proper fuzzy integral – Choquet integral. The fuzzy measure is represented by theory of capacities (Choquet, 1953) on powerset. In fine, the conception of the New integral for capacities (Lehler, 2005) is discussed. Value analysis and transmission constitutes remarkable aspect of performance evaluation of regions, municipal corporations and clusters. In the light of high ratio of soft variables, social behavior, intangible assets and human capital within those types of subjects the fuzzy integral introduce useful tool for modeling. The New integral afterwards concerns considerable characteristic of people behavior – risk averse articulated concave function and non-additive operator. Results comprehended tools enabling observation of synergy, redundancy and inhibition of value variables as consequence of non-additive measure. In fine, results induced issues for future research.

Resumen
Data envelopment analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric method for measuring the efficiencies of decision-making units (DMUs) by using a set of inputs and a set of outputs. However, traditional DEA models always assume that the inputs or outputs are independent of each other, which is unrealistic in practical problems. To reflect the interactions between inputs or outputs, the Choquet integral is employed in DEA models. The traditional DEA models are usually used to find some specific input and output weights of DMUs to optimize the efficiency score of DMUs, but the corresponding input and output weights for the optimal efficiency score of a DMU may not be distributed symmetrically, that is to say, the space of weights may be different for different DMUs. Instead of finding the self-efficiency score and the cross-efficiency score of a DMU in traditional DEA models based on some specific input and output weights, stochastic multicriteria acceptability analysis is used to explore the input or output evaluation space and weight space to calculate the Choquet-integral-based acceptability indices of DMUs. The proposed method considers the interactions between inputs or outputs, which can make more DMUs efficient and can also measure the acceptability of a DMU to become an efficient one by exploring the supporting information space. Examples are given to illustrate the proposed method.

Resumen
Group multi-criteria decision-making (GMCDM) is an important part of decision theory, which is aimed to assess alternatives according to multiple criteria by collecting the wisdom of experts. However, in the process of evaluating, because of the limitation of human knowledge and the complexity of problems, an efficient GMCDM approach under uncertain environment still need to be further explored. Thus, in this paper, a novel GMCDM approach with linguistic Z-numbers based on TOPSIS and Choquet integral is proposed. Firstly, since linguistic Z-numbers performs better in coping with uncertain information, it is used to express the evaluation information. Secondly, TOPSIS, one of the most useful and systematic multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) method, is adopted as the framework of the proposed approach. Thirdly, frequently it exists interaction between criteria, so Choquet integral is introduced to capture this kind of influence. What’s more, viewing that decision makers (DMs) show different preferences for uncertainty, the risk preference is regarded as a vital parameter when calculating the score of linguistic Z-numbers. An application in supplier selection is illustrated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Finally, a further comparison and discussion of the proposed GMCDM method is given.
