Resumen
The purpose of this article is to describe the legal relations in the field of employment and labor law relations. It is of immediate interest, because it is one of the important legal relations issues in jurisprudence. The article deals with the legal relations in the field of employment, which is of great scientific and practical importance, as it is implemented in legal relations subjective rights and duties of citizens in the field of employment. The analysis of the different viewpoints of scientists who studied the legal relations in the field of employment provides an opportunity to research the legal relations issues in the field of employment. The analysis of relations in the field of employment as “derivative from labor”, “related to labor”, “closely related to labor”, “indissolubly related to labor”, “adjoining to labor”, “elective satellites of labor” allows to research co-relation issues of the legal relations in the field of employment and labor law relation. The author defines a special group of the legal relations in the field of employment with certain characteristics and features. As a result of research all legal relations types of employment are presented and the classification of legal relations types by subject matter is carried out.

Resumen
A central, yet overlooked, aspect of contemporary employment relations is the growing impact climate change is having on workplace relations. This research note outlines how climate change and workplace relations are linked, the minimal academic focus this important research area has received and the limited response from employment relations actors to the climate change challenge. Some examples of ‘climate bargaining’ are given to demonstrate both the connection between employment relations and climate change and to provide possible models for meaningfully advancing climate change actions in the workplace.

Resumen
The subject of this research is the legal relation that arise between the employee and the employer prior to signing employment agreement. Such relation, which suggest interviews, negotiation costs, etc., are not regulated by the Russian legislation. However, the number cases when the party suffers losses due to unfair conduct of negotiation by the other party increases. If the relations before conclusion of employment agreement are viewed from the perspective of labor legislation, there is no mechanism of compensation for damage. The article analyzes the need for inclusion of negotiations to the sphere of regulation of civil legislation and feasibility of application of the norms on pre-contractual liability in case of detection of bad faith. The author explores the foreign practice of implementation of the institution of pre-contractual liability in the sphere of employment. The novelty consists proving the expediency of application of civil law instruments to the relations under consideration. The article describes the procedural peculiarities of application of pre-contractual liability to the relations preceding labor relations. The following conclusions are made: relations that arise prior to signing employment agreement are referred to as civil relations, and do not intersect with employment relations; the job offer represents a formal offer within the framework of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

Resumen
Little research, if any, has been conducted on management’s expectations from their human resource management related to the nexus between analytical skills, employment relations and future workspace. The purpose of this study is to determine if there is a correlation between perceived analytical skills, employment relations and future workspace. A survey research design and a quantitative approach were utilised. The general managers of the human resource managers that were affiliated with the South African Board of People Management completed the questionnaire. Correlation analyses was used to analyse the data. The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between analytical skills, employment relations and future workspace. The results contributed new insights obtained from the views of management and their future expectations from HR in relation to analytical skills, employment relations and future workspace. The study is noteworthy in that its results may be used to make substantial decisions to improve the HR’s analytical skills and employment relations due to its relationship with future workspace.

Resumen
This article discusses fraudulent contracting of work in the Polish videogame industry by addressing its relation to workers’ understanding of their insecure employment and the economic risk associated with it. Fraudulent contracting of work is understood as misuse of civil law contracts/self-employment to disguise different types of employment relations. The article draws upon in-depth interviews with Polish videogame workers and key sector organisations to examine their understanding of the prevalence of employment relations not covered by the labour code in the videogame industry. The interviewees presented polarised opinions about engagement with civil law contracts ranging from celebratory approaches to their flexibility to discussing their use by companies in order to circumvent the labour code provisions. This article argues that the understanding of work precarisation needs to be further investigated in relation to national regulatory systems and workers’ understanding of their own employment arrangements.

Resumen
Since 2007 Labour Code contains the definition of dependent work, which can be carried out only in labour-law relations. The Amendment to Labour Code from 2012 makes the definition more precise, when it stipulates essential elements of dependent work and designates the others as conditions, under which dependent work should be carried out. The Amendment to Employment Act changes the definition of illegal work. Illegal work is a performance of dependent work by natural person except for labour-law relation, or if natural person – foreigner carries out work in conflict with issued permission to employment or without this permission. Since 2012 sanctions for illegal work were increased. Labour inspection is entitled to impose sanctions, in case of foreigners it is Customs Office. For control purposes employer is obliged to have copies of documents at the workplace proving the existence of labour-law relation. Goal of controls and high fines is to limit illegal employment of citizens of Czech Republic and foreigners as well. Illegal work has unfavourable economic impact on state budget. It comes to extensive tax evasions and also to evasions within health insurance and social security. If a concluded commercial-law relation meets the attributes of dependent work, then it stands for a concealed legal relationship. Tax Office can subsequently assess an income tax to businessman. Labour-law relationship enjoys a higher legal protection than commercial-law relationship; nonetheless it is not suitable to limit liberty of contract in cases when it is not unambiguously a dependent activity.
