Introduction: The study of domination polynomial and domination reliability are very important concepts ..The domination polynomial of a graphs is a graph invariant that encodes information about the number of dominating. Set of various sizes in the graphs [29].The domination. Polynomial has been studies extensively to have various applications, such as in the analysis of communication network.[30]. Domination reliability is a measure .of the. reliability .of a graph or network, it is defined as the probability. that a randomly selected subset of vertices in the graph forms a dominating sets . [31],[32] . Objectives: the reliability of the Iraqi super grid will be calculated .Calculation the reliability of figure 1 is NP-Hard, as the electrical conductors interfering with each other. Therefore, we relied on the reduction method by definition "" to calculate the reliability of figure 1 ,where the parallel law is used for reduction and the series law for merging components with each other then use the law of reliability of parallele-seriese to compute the reliability of figure 1 . Iraqi electrical power system is divided in to six subsystems R1 is Iraqi North Zone reliability index, R2 is Dyala- Anbar Zone reliability index, R3 is Baghdad North Zone reliability index, R4 is Iraqi Middle Zone reliability index and R6 is Iraqi South Zone reliability index Methods: we want to look at the domination problem from the reliability point of view. We are interested in the probability that in a graph with random failing vertices or edges, a dominating set ( with some properties ) exists. In this section we only show some possible direction for further research . assume that the vertices of the graph are dominating with a given probability and the edges are perfectly reliable. Let be a graph whose vertices fail randomly and independently with a given probability for all . A failure in the context of domination means, that the vertex is not in the dominating set. In such a graph we are interested in the reliability that a dominating set exists. If we assume that , for all , and , then we can define the domination reliability polynomial as . Remark: The domination polynomial and the domination reliability polynomial are equivalent. Results: We study this work, as domination reliability is may reveal some new insights in to system reliability. Resumen
Molecular descriptors are essential in mathematical chemistry for studying quantitative structure–property relationships (QSPRs), and topological indices are a valuable source of information about molecular properties, such as size, cyclicity, branching degree, and symmetry. Graph theory has played a crucial role in the development of topological indices and dominating parameters for molecular descriptors. A molecule graph, under graph isomorphism conditions, represents an invariant number, and the graph theory approach considers dominating sets, which are subsets of the vertex set where every vertex outside the set is adjacent to at least one vertex inside the set. The dominating sigma index, a topological index that incorporates the mathematical principles of domination topological indices and the sigma index, is applicable to some families of graphs, such as book graphs and windmill graphs, and some graph operations, which have exact values for this new index. To evaluate the effectiveness of the domination sigma index in QSPR studies, a comparative analysis was conducted to establish an appropriate domination index that correlates with the physicochemical properties of octane and its isomers. Linear and non-linear models were developed using the QSPR approach to predict the properties of interest, and the results show that both the domination forgotten and domination first Zagreb indices exhibited satisfactory performance in comparison testing. Further research into QSAR/QSPR domination indices is required to build more robust models for predicting the physicochemical properties of organic compounds while maintaining the importance of symmetry.

Resumen
Seaweed naturally grows in substrate of sand, mixing between sand, mud and shell fragments, and also coral. Previous researches stated that there were types of seaweed that able to grow in more than one substrates. The aims of this research was to know the community structure such as diversity, domination, evenness, and similarity of seaweed on various substrates in Permisan beach, Central java. This research used survey method and samples were randomly selected for each substrate with quadrate of 1 x 1 m2. The research found that 20 kinds of seaweeds with biomass for about 4,669 g. Seven kinds of seaweed that grow in sand substrate with biomass for about 0,636 g, 20 kinds of seaweed in coral substrate with biomass for about 2,399 g, and 12 kinds of seaweeds in mixing substrate with biomass for about 1,634 g. Diversity index value in Permisan beach was ranging between 0,064-0,828 and categorized as low. Domination index value was ranging between 0,213-1,193, which means there was dominating variety. Evenness index value was ranging between 0,021-0,276, which means the community was unstable. The highest similarity index value was coral substrate-mixing for about 75%.

Resumen
Penjalin Reservoir is located in Brebes Regency, Indonesia. Human activity around Penjalin Reservoir, such as irrigation, aquaculture, and sanitation can affect its water’s quality. Plankton can be used as bioindicator since its existence is heavily affected by water physical and chemical factors. Polluted waters can affect diversity and abundance of plankton. The purpose of this research were to determine waters quality of Penjalin Reservoir, to know plankton community structure (abundance, diversity, and domination), and pollution level of each sampling station based on plankton diversity. This research used survey method on 6 sampling stations covering inlet, middle of reservoir, and outlet with 3 replicates and 4 weeks interval. Water quality were analyzed descriptively based on criteria of PP No. 82 Tahun 2001. Abundance and diversity were estimated as Shanon-Wiener index. Domination were estimated as Simpson index. Plankton abundance values varies from 4,970.30 to 12,923.37 ind/l with the most abundant species was Tetraedon minimum. Diversity index (H’) were high with value around 3.28–3.55 and domination index were around 0.04–0.07. These diversity indexes showed that the water quality of Penjalin Reservoir were not polluted.

Resumen
Mangrove ecosystem in Segara Anakan Lagoon (SAL) Cilacap as a typical and specific semiclosed estuary. SAL is dominated by many species like as Rhizophora spp., Sonneratia spp., Bruguiera spp., Avicennia spp., and other species. The normalized different vegetation index (NDVI) and dominant vegetation index (DVI) are a suitable method to support the mapping analysis of mangrove structure and mangrove density. This research aimed to develop mapping of mangrove species distribution, density and dominated species using NDVI and DVI. The method of this research used NDVI analysis using satellite imagery 2017-2020 and domination vegetation with line and quadrat transect method. The results showed that West Segara Anakan had mangrove dense (25 %), moderate density (25 %), rare density (50%) and East Segara Anakan had mangrove dense (43,86 %), moderate density (47.99 %), rare density (8,24 %). Based on domination species showed that East Segara Anakan was dominated by Rhizophora stylosa (233-1633 trees ha-1), Rhizophora apiculata (100-1067 trees ha-1), Nypa frutican (50-2775 trees ha-1), whereas West Segara Anakan was dominated by Nypa frutican (565-2333 trees ha-1), Avicennia marina (198-933 trees ha-1), Sonneratia caseolaris (132-700 trees ha-1) and Avicennia alba (107-1000 trees ha-1). Randi\'{c} indices belong to the most well-known topological indices. We study a very general index called the zeroth-order general Randi\'{c} index. We present upper and lower bounds on the zeroth-order general Randi\'{c} index for trees with given order and independence number, and for trees with given order and domination number. We also show that the bounds are best possible.

The skyline query has recently attracted a considerable amount of research interest in several fields. The query conducts computations using the domination test, where “domination” means that a data point does not have a worse value than others in any dimension, and has a better value in at least one dimension. Therefore, the skyline query can be used to construct efficient queries based on data from a variety of fields. However, when the number of dimensions or the amount of data increases, naïve skyline queries lead to a degradation in overall performance owing to the higher cost of comparisons among data. Several methods using index structures have been proposed to solve this problem but have not improved the performance of skyline queries because their indices are heavily influenced by the dimensionality and data amount. Therefore, in this study, we propose HI-Sky, a method that can perform quick skyline computations by using the hash index to overcome the above shortcomings. HI-Sky effectively manages data through the hash index and significantly improves performance by effectively eliminating unnecessary data comparisons when computing the skyline. We provide the theoretical background for HI-Sky and verify its improvement in skyline query performance through comparisons with prevalent methods.

The aim of this research are to know 1)Diversty of Ceremonial Plant of Ngaben on Penglipuran Village, Bali based on Tri Mandala Area; 2) Domination Index of Ceremonial Plant of Ngaben on Penglipuran Village, Bali based on Tri Mandala Area; 3) Index of Cultural Significance (ICS) Ceremonial Plant of Ngaben on Penglipuran Village, Bali based on Tri Mandala Area. This research is conducted by collecting Ceremonial Plant of Ngaben exist on every quadrat level of the Mandala. The ploting method being used in this research is stratified random sampling with type of plot is single square plot. The data were analyzed using Shanon – Wienner Index, Simpson Index and ICS Turner Index. The result of the research are as follows: 1) Diversty of Ceremonial Plant of Ngaben on Penglipuran Village, Bali based on Tri Mandala Area considerably high with score of 2,5302; 2) Score of Domination Index of Ceremonial Plant of Ngaben on Penglipuran Village, Bali based on Tri Mandala Area is also high, which is 0,994214; 3) Higher score of ICS were granted by Kelapa (Cocos nucifera) with score 232; Cabai (Capsicum frustecens) with score of 80; Biu (Musa paradisiaca) with score of 70

Grasshoppers are the main herbivorous insects in the ecosystem, grasshoppers also act as pests, as predators, decomposers of organic matter and carrion eaters. To maintain the ecosystem of rice fields, grasshoppers have a very importants role in maintaining its stability. The research aimed to determine the level of diversity, evenness and dominance of grasshopper species in the rice fields of Kalijaga village. The kinds of this research was done by catching the grasshopper by using sweeping net. The location was taken in five location around Kalijaga such as west, east, north and middle location. The data was taken in nine times repeating for three month. The data was taken in the morning around 08.00-11.00 and afternoon 15.00-17.00 o’clock. The data analysis was used ecology index that include Shanon-Winner (H’), Evennes index (E’) and Simpson domination index (D). Based on data analysis was gotten that (1) there were 1,957 total of diversity index or include medium categories, (2) there were 0,816 the total number of grasshopper species of evenness index or include medium categories (3) there were 0,178 total number domination index of species with low categories.

This study aims to 1) identify the species of Nudibranchia in North Sulawesi marine waters, especially in Malalayang waters, Teep waters, Sangihe waters, Bunaken waters, Gangga waters and Lembeh straits, 2) find out species of Nudibranchia that is found in all sites, and 3) find out index community structure of Nudibranchia in all sites. The result show that there were 11 species of Nudibranchia in Malalayang waters, 27 species in Lembeh Strait, 11 species in Teep waters, 57 species in Bunaken waters, 91 species in Bangka waters, and 20 species in Sangihe waters. Up to now, there were 139 species of Nudibranchia in North Sulawesi marine waters, where Species of Phyllidiella pustulosa, Phyllidia ocellata, Phyllidia varicose, Chromodoris annae, and Glossodoris cincta were found in all study locations. The species of Doriprismatica atromarginata was only found in the Malalayang waters. A high Index Diversity was found in Bunaken and Bangka waters, and a middle Index Diversity was found in the waters of Lembeh Strait, Teep, and Sangihe. A stable community structure was found for all locations, while a low domination was categorized to all locations. This research was carried out in coral reef area at diving point Lekuan 2 in May 28th 2022 by using the Line Intercept Transect cencus method on 5 m and 10 m depth. The aims of this research is to know the coral reef condition at dive point Lekuan 2 and to know the domination index of coral reef in Lekuan 2 Dive point. The results showed that the coral ref condition at dive point Lekuan 2 were good category (58,19%) with low coral diversity index (2,41), moderate community stability and low coral dominance index.

The waters in Youtefa Bay have degradation due to the transition from mangrove areas to industrial sites, housing, bridge construction and household waste disposal. Water degradation has indirectly affected the growth of plankton. Plankton consists of phytoplankton which is the primary producer of the food chain so that it is utilized by zooplankton as the first consumer. The aim of this study was to determine the abundance and diversity of phytoplankton and zooplankton. This research was conducted during June-August 2019, the method used purposive sampling. Samples were obtained from 6 observation stations. The results showed there is 28 species of phytoplankton (∑160,000 ind/L) and 15 species of Zooplankton (∑ 84,200 ind/L). The diversity index of Phytoplankton is ranging from 1-2.21; Dominance (D) 0.17-0.4 and similarity (E) 0.59-1, while for zooplankton diversity (H’) ranges from 0.97-1.39; Domination (D) 0.07-0.42 and similarity (E) 0.59-1. The Diversity Index shows that the waters of Youtefa Bay have moderate diversity. The similarity between genera is relatively same. The Dominance index value during the observation was seen <0.5 or close to 0, this means that in the community that there was no genus that was extremely dominating the other genera.

In this article, we introduced a new graph, let C be the pyramid graph with vertex set V(C) and edge set E(C). Pyramid graphs are a powerful tool for data visualization. By combining multiple cycles into a single graph, they provide a clear and concise representation of complex data sets, analyzing hierarchical relationships or illustrating the flow of information, pyramid graphs are an excellent choice for visualizing data. We demonstrate some properties of the newly introduced graph such as chromatic polynomial which has many applications in discreet mathematics, in computer science and study the phase transitions in statistical physics models. Also discussed chromatic index, chromatic number, isomorphism, girth of the graph, edge and vertex connectivity and different theorems. Results on different types of dominations of the pyramid graph, the number of vertices in the least ordered set determines the domination of C which, identifies all specific vertices that dominate all vertices of the pyramid graph.

The article describes the possibilities of using the Chlorophyll vegetation index (CVI) to detect vegetation in floodplain areas of rivers, which have significant potential for sequestration and long-term sequestration of carbon (carbon dioxide). CVI index rasters are calculated based on Landsat-8–9 OLI/TIRS C2 L2 satellite images obtained during the vegetative season in 2020–2023 (April–August). Based on a set of raster data of the CVI index, rasters of the difference between rasters of the CVI index were calculated and areas of increase and decrease in the CVI index were identified in the key area located in the valleys of the Seversky Donets and the Nezhegol rivers (Don River basin). Combining the landscape map and the raster of the difference between the CVI rasters made it possible to identify areas of marsh-grass-sedge meadows, where the chlorophyll content decreased from the beginning of May to the beginning of July 2022. An analysis of the ratio of the areas of the difference raster values between the CVI rasters showed (according to data for the growing seasons 2020–2023) that a value equal to 1 is in the range of 1.6–53.6 % of the area of the entire key territory and falls on the marsh-grass-sedge meadows, grass-forb meadows, sedge-reed marshy meadows and swamps, floodplain forests with domination of willow and black alder. A value equal to 0 is in the range of 46.4–98.3 % of the total area and falls on marsh-grass-sedge meadows, grass-forb meadows, pine plantations, sedge-reed marshy meadows and swamps, floodplain forests with domination of willow and black alder. The value equal to -1 is in the range of 0–17.6 % of the entire area and falls on marsh-grass-sedge meadows, grass-forb meadows, sedge-reed marshy meadows and swamps. For territories where the average value of the CVI index is less than or equal to 1, the predominant type of vegetation is pine plantations. For territories where the average value of the CVI index is within 1.1–1.5, meadow vegetation predominates. In areas where the average value of the CVI index is more than 1.5, the largest area is occupied by floodplain forests with domination of willow and black alder. The joint use of data obtained during landscape research and the results of analysis of changes in vegetation indices allows us to obtain new information for making decisions on the rational organization of environmental management within valley-river landscapes.

AbstractThe aim of the study was to determine the effect of electromagnetic fields and their shielding on the growth of dwarf runner bean Phaseolus coccineus L. Three sectors were separated on the device emitting electromagnetic fields: “E” - sector emitting electromagnetic radiation with the predominance of the electrical component, “EM” - sector emitting electromagnetic radiation without domination of its components and “M” - sector with a predominance of magnetic component. Fields generated by the device were also shielded with ADR TEX, a screen based on a nanocomposite in which the electric component of the electromagnetic radiation is absorbed by water dispersed within a dielectric matrix in various ways. The composites exhibit high dielectric absorption and shield electric fields within the frequency range from ~100 mHz to ~100 kHz. Electromagnetic fields with the predominance of the electrical component and without domination of its components delayed the initial emergence of runner bean seedlings. Shielding of electromagnetic field without domination of its components with ADR TEX screen protected against this negative impact on the emergence rate of young runner bean seedlings. Exposure of plants to differentiated electromagnetic fields adversely affected their growth. Plants exposed to electromagnetic radiation without domination of its components had the lowest height and the shortest internodes. Shielding of electromagnetic fields with ADR TEX screen efficiently protected against their negative impact on the plant growth. Electromagnetic fields and their shielding did not influence the size of leaves and the index leaf greenness (SPAD).

The super line graph of index r, denoted by Lr(G), is defined for any graph G with at least r edges. Its vertices are the sets of r edges of G, and two such sets are adjacent if an edge of one is adjacent to an edge of the other. In this paper, we give an explicit characterization for all graphs G with L2(G) being a complete graph. We present lower bounds for the clique number and chromatic number of L2(G) for several classes of graphs. In addition, bounds for the domination number of L2(G) are established in terms of the domination number of the line graph L(G) of a graph. A number of related problems on L2(G) are proposed for a further study.

In mathematical chemistry, the topological indices with highly correlation factor play a leading role specifically for developing crucial information in QSPR/QSAR analysis. Recently, there exists a new graph invariant, namely, Y -index of graph proposed by Alameri as the sum of the fourth power of each and every vertex degree of that graph. The approximate range of the descriptors is determined by obtaining the bounds for the topological indices of graphs. In this paper, firstly, some upper bounds for the Y -index on trees with several types of domination number are studied. Secondly, some new bounds are also presented for this index of graphs in terms of relevant parameters with other topological indices. Additionally, a new idea on bounds for the Y -index by applying binary graph operations is computed.

Importance of fish species in the benthal ichthyocoenoses (up to depths of 2000 m) is discussed for the Russian waters in the Far-Eastern Seas and adjacent North-West Pacific on the data of bottom trawl surveys conducted by Pacific Fish. Res. Inst. (TINRO) in 1977–2010. The inverse Simpson index (or polydominance index) was chosen as a measure of dominance; Sorensen-Chekanovsky similarity index was used for comparative analysis of the dominance structure in ichthyocoenoses. The importance is determined for the top 20 species ranked by biomass (94.9 % of the total biomass of all demersal fish on the shelf and 95.8 % — at the continental slope, on average). Poor evenness under strong domination of 2–4 species is noted in the fish communities within the range of 0–2000 m. Walleye pollock Theragra chalcogramma dominate in all regions whereas the subdominants are pacific herring Clupea pallasii, pacific cod Gadus macrocephalus, atka mackerel Pleurogrammus monopterygius, or okhotsk atka mackerel P. azonus, depending on the region. The pollock domination is interrupted at the continental slope of the Bering Sea, where giant grenadier Albatrossia pectoralis dominate. The subdominants at the continental slope of all regions are greenland halibut Reinhardtius hippoglossoides matsuurae, popeye grenadier Coryphaenoides cinereus, pacific herring, pacific sleeper shark Somniosus pacificus, scale-eye plaice Acanthopsetta nadeshnyi, and blackfin flounder Glyptocephalus stelleri. Generalized graphs of the ichthyocoenoses similarity between the studied regions (Okhotsk Sea, Bering Sea, Japan Sea, and Pacific waters at Kamchatka and Kuril Islands) by species structure and composition of the dominant species are presented, separately for the shelf and continental slope.

The purpose of this research was to study distribution and abundance of (shrubs, herbs, and rumput) under the three stands,i.e. Pinus mercusii, Acacia auriculiformis and Eucalyptus alba and environmental factors influencing them in Gama Girimandiri Forest. Data were collected in April-May 2011, using square plots. Plots were located in three locations by followinga stratified random sampling method. We administered 10 repetitions, and plot size 5x5 m for shrubs and herbs, and 1X1 m forgrass. The species found in each stand were identified and calculated for their density, frequency, domination, importantvalue, diversity index, and those parameters’ correlation with the measured environmental factors. The study shows that 59species of herbs and shrubs, and 12 species of grass. In the three stands, it could be shown various domination of grass,meanwhile there is no dominant species at the level of herbs and shrubs. The highest density, measured by diversity index,was observed at the stand of Pinus (3,13), followed by Acacia (3,12) and Eucalyptus (2,8). The distribution and density ofMemecylon sp and Oplismenus burmanni were observed at their highest value under the stand of Pinus, Lantana camaraLinn (37.2). At the same fashion, Paspalum conjugatum (58.3) does under the stand of Acacia, and Desmodium triflorum(64,2) and Ischaemum magnum (122) under Eucalyptus. Lantana camara could always be found under the three stands, ithad high important value, categorized as strategy species and invasive. Light density and pH significantly influenced thediversity index of shrubs and herbs. In addition, only soil temperature gave an effect to grass.
